Kate: Am I interrupting? Huh. Who knew the coffee business was so intense?
Sonny: I'm -- I'm kind of -- you can see I'm busy, so don't let the door hit you on your way out.
Kate: I'll happily leave, as soon as I get what I came for.
Jerry: Oh -- agh.
Jax: Stop lying to me, and tell me what the hell you've done!
Jerry: Careful -- whew -- this face cost me a pretty penny.
Jax: Yeah? Well, you can always steal more money and buy a new one, right? Now tell me what kind of trouble you're in.
Jerry: Oh, the kind you don't want to know about.
Jax: I just asked, didn't I?
Jerry: I told you, Jax, you can't rescue me -- more importantly, I don't want you to. You're a family man now.
Jax: Jerry, you're family, too. You're my brother, okay?
Jerry: Not anymore.
Jerry: See, Jerry Jacks is dead and gone, and you're a happier man for it, believe me.
Michael: Am I in trouble?
Carly: Get down here -- no. Get down here! Have you seen this person before?
Michael: Yeah, that -- yeah, that's Jax's brother, Jerry.
Elizabeth: I know this is breaking your heart. But I hope you can find solace in knowing that this baby's -- he's going to be safe and loved, surrounded by a happy family.
Jason: That's -- that's all I want.
Elizabeth: You've made the most generous and selfless decision any father could. And I will forever be grateful that you gave up this baby boy so Lucky and I could raise him together.
Jason: I only want what's best for my -- for our -- our son.
Elizabeth: I just wish there was a way for you to be part of his life.
Jason: Yeah, well, that would mean admitting to everybody that Lucky's not the father of your baby and -- and I am.
Jerry: Agh -- oh!
Jax: I almost lost the woman I love chasing you around Siberia for two months!
Jerry: Well, it speaks volumes that you and Carly managed to salvage your relationship after that. Are we done?
Jax: Agh! Okay, okay, okay -- ow, ow. You know, Carly was tricked into marrying Sonny while I was gone -- yeah -- which was a real nice -- a real nice surprise -- all thanks to you, by the way. And then -- and then she got taken hostage by some psycho in my hotel.
Jax: But we still managed to find each other. And then what do you do? Huh? You -- you spy on our wedding when you don't have the decency to wish your brother well. And then you -- and then you tell Lady Jane and my new stepsons to lie to me and their mother? I mean, what the hell is going on with you, Jerry?
Jerry: Oh, it's obvious -- I'm worse than no good. So if you love Carly and your sons, let me do the right thing for once in my life and keep my distance.
Jax: I want to know why you had plastic surgery to change your face.
Jerry: Isn't it obvious? It's to hide from people who want to try and kill me.
Jerry: Okay, we're not going to go into those details, are we?
Jax: Oh. "Details."
Jerry: Jerry Jacks is gone. His last -- and admittedly buffoonish -- act was to lurk during your wedding. You know, I just wanted to see if the -- how many times was it, fifth?
Jerry: Sixth -- if the sixth time was the charm. That's all.
Jax: Yeah, right. You're in town on some job, aren't you -- and it went wrong, and that's why you're hiding.
Carly: I want you to tell me everything you know. When was the first time you saw Jerry?
Michael: Well, you and Jax were on your honeymoon, and me -- me and Morgan came down and he was talking to his mom.
Carly: What did he want?
Michael: I don't know -- they were just visiting. And -- uh -- he -- he asked if we wanted him to join, and he started telling these cool stories about when him and Jax were kids.
Carly: Okay. You are absolutely positive that this is the man you saw here that day?
Michael: Yeah, that -- that's Jerry Jacks. He -- he was really cool.
Carly: I need you guys -- you go upstairs, and I want you to clean your hands off and clean your brother's hands off, too.
Michael: Okay. I don't really see what the big deal is.
Carly: Michael, I want you to do exactly what I tell you to do, okay? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You know, just please clean yourself up, then you guys can go outside and play? I'm not mad at you, okay?
Michael: Uh -- I'd hate to be the person you are mad at.
Sonny: You seem to have a hard time grasping the concept of "this is my private office."
Kate: See, I left something here the last time I saw you, but, obviously, you're a busy man, and I'll happily let you get back to being busy -- as soon as I have my property in hand.
Amelia: Clearly, there's a lot of subtext going on here. I'll l you two work it out.
Kate: You're a producer, aren't you? You did an expose on the fashion business last year -- Amelia something?
Amelia: And you're Kate Howard, editor of "Couture" magazine. Forgive the pun, but neither of us would want to be caught dead in the office of a known mobster.
Luke: Fair warning, fair wife. If the dearly undeparted decides to leave the comforts of home and join us -- say, oh, here -- I am but a memory.
Tracy: Alan's not here.
Luke: What are you doing?
Tracy: I'm looking for Scott -- he's staying in this hotel.
Luke: Oh, my God. Between the undead and the wish-they-were-dead, this town's getting pretty crowded.
Tracy: Would you do us both a favor? If Scott does show up, would you show a little restraint? What he wants you to do is try to kill him in front of witnesses.
Luke: I can do that.
Tracy: And what's the point of throttling him if he gets custody of Laura?
Luke: The dead can't be custodians of anyone.
Tracy: Neither can you if you're in prison for murder.
Luke: Baldwin never got the best of me. He's not going to start now.
Tracy: And he keeps saying that I haven't gotten the best of you yet, either, which is why he keeps pushing me to double-cross you.
Luke: Hmm. Excuse me. Oh. Yeah, cowboy?
Lucky: Hey, dad. Yeah, Elizabeth -- she's fine. She's -- she's awake.
Lucky: Well, you know, I was -- um -- I was just thinking that you might want to come down and visit your daughter-in-law and your grandson.
Elizabeth: I know you've struggled with this decision over the past few months. Our baby is alive right now because of you. I mean, if you hadn't stopped by to check on me, then Lucky would've come home to find us both dead.
Jason: It's just once I saw our -- our son and I held him -- I just wish there was some way to share custody.
Elizabeth: As much -- as much as I care about you, as much as I trust you, I would be afraid to leave our baby with you because so much violence surrounds your life all the time.
Jason: That's fine, we'll just leave things the way we agreed. That's fine.
Elizabeth: Jason? Please don't hate me.
Jason: I could never hate you. You're the mother of my child.
[Music plays] Bartender: Hey, I know you. You're the host of "Everyday Heroes."
Sam: Um -- can I have a -- double anything, and just keep them coming, please?
Singer: Waiting for so long
Elizabeth: I just wish there was another way.
Jason: You just have to stop beating yourself up. Now, I'm trying to let this go. I got to -- I got to let this go, and you need to do the same so you and your -- your family can start a new life.
Elizabeth: I wish there was something I could do. I mean, after everything you've done for me?
Jason: Just be a good mother. Give our son the best life you can so I never regret this moment.
Amelia: Fraternizing with a known racketeer is such bad P.R. I know the F.C.C. wouldn’t approve.
Kate: I don't deal with the F.C.C.
Amelia: Well, then the I.R.S. -- pick your initials. All I know is the government's very touchy these days about who people are in bed with. That said, I'm sure there's no doubt you can be as discreet as I intend to be.
Kate: No, no doubt at all.
Amelia: Nice to see you again, ms. Howard.
Kate: I can't find my flash drive, and the last time I saw it was the night I was here. There's some personal information on it, some phone numbers --
Sonny: First of all, don't ever talk about me like, you know, I'm not in the room.
Kate: Oh, you don't have to worry, because I have no intention of discussing you with anyone -- nor do I ever intend on being in this room again.
Sonny: What makes you think the flash drive is -- is here anyway?
Kate: For all I know, you stole it so that I had to come back -- just like the night that you stole my homework and -- never mind.
Sonny: No -- oh, like the night that I didn't want to go to the homecoming with you, and then you threatened to ask Eddie Sorento, and you were going to give him a hickey the size of the Bronx? I bet you that's -- that's personal information you forgot to put on your flash drive.
Jax: I am wracking my brain trying to think of something that would keep you in this town to interest your larcenous side.
Jerry: I don't know -- maybe I've raised the bar to bigger and better things.
Jax: You remember the day that we discovered war paint?
Jerry: That's funny -- I was just talking about that the other day.
Jax: We branded each other's faces. Remember we said that we were bound for life -- "more than brothers" is how you put it.
Jerry: Yeah, yeah -- we'd just seen a movie about cowboys who became blood brothers. I only came r paint because I knew Lady Jane would kill me if I dared to actually draw blood from you. Which is what I'm doing now -- preventing you from hurting yourself. But it's a nice touch -- the boyhood nostalgia to manipulate me. Very good, very good.
Jax: When was the last time you actually had a deal that was legitimate?
Jerry: Oh, who the hell can remember? Once you cross the line, there's no turning back.
Jax: Why do you want to live like this, Jerry?
Jerry: I don't know. I mean, it started because I like the challenge, but, like drugs, you build a tolerance to it, you know? So the challenge becomes risk, risk becomes hazard, hazard becomes just another walk in the park. And before you know it, the damage is done and you can't turn back.
Jax: And then you dropped off the face of the earth for almost a whole year, and you still can't tell me what that's all about, can you?
Jerry: Go home to your family, Jax, we're done.
Jax: What are you carrying that around for?
Jerry: Don't push me, Jax.
Jax: Or what, huh? You going to shoot me?
Jerry: Don't be ridiculous.
Coop: Police! Slowly put your hands in the air. I'm asking you nicely to turn around and put your hands where I can see them.
Kate: I want my flash drive back.
Sonny: Shame on you, Connie Falconeri. I thought this big change in you was all about class and manners. You blow into -- into my office 20 years after you dumped me, and you -- you demand to use my phone, and pretend you never knew me.
Kate: I explained it all to you.
Sonny: All I got from your explanation was that I'm not good enough for you. But look at me -- I'm still here, smiling and pleasant and -- I'm not hurt or angry or all "connied-up."
Kate: Excuse me?
Sonny: That's what the Sorentos used to call it -- you don't know anything about it. They'd get you all mad and they'd say, "Oh, she's all connied-up." But you know what? I didn't go to the old neighborhood and look up Eddie and Frankie and tell them what really happened.
Kate: You wouldn't dare.
Sonny: You know me good enough not to dare me. Now, unless you're nice to me -- ain't getting your property back.
Jax: Coop. It's good to see you again. I miss you at the hotel.
Coop: Mr. Jacks.
Jerry: Huh. You -- you two know each other?
Jax: Mr. Barrett used to work security at the Metro Court after we reopened. Didn't really have time to appreciate him when he decided to join the police force.
Jerry: Aw, that's too bad. Your loss is the PCPD's gain, I'm sure.
Jax: Coop's experience in Iraq will be put to good use in law enforcement.
Jerry: Iraq? That's an interesting resume the officer's -- compiling.
Coop: Is everything okay, Mr. Jacks?
Jax: Well, that depends on which Mr. Jacks you're referring to -- this is actually my brother, Jerry.
Coop: You're brothers? No kidding. I heard voices, and the two of you sounded like you were ready to fight.
Jax: Well, that's how we usually settle our disputes -- you know, the Jacks brothers. I try not to hurt him too much.
Coop: I guess I can let it go.
Jerry: Oh, that's sure kind of you, officer. It's a wise man who knows when to bend the rules.
Coop: Mr. Jacks.
Jax: Officer Barrett.
Jerry: Officer Barrett.
Jax: Ahem. I guess I should be relieved, huh, that the local cops don't recognize you from some wanted poster?
[Knock on window]
Carly: You got my message.
Jason: Yeah. What's wrong?
Carly: Um -- okay, you know, Jax and I made a commitment to trust each other and to not keep secrets, okay? To put our marriage first -- even though with what's going on here right now is something that I would come to you first with if I really thought that I could.
Jason: Okay, just count to 10. Carl okay.
Jason: Have a seat.
Jason: What's -- what's going on here? Is Jax asking you to keep a secret?
Carly: No. But he will when he finds out what I know -- if he hasn't found out already. Jason, it's bad, and I have no idea what to do.
[Knock on door]
Luke: You're back.
Elizabeth: I am. Did you see the baby?
Luke: Hmm -- not yet. I just wanted to make sure you were okay first.
Elizabeth: Oh, I'm fine. I'm just glad I was the one with the complications and not him.
Luke: Well, you're quite the little mother, Mrs. Spencer.
Elizabeth: Thank you. You know, my own mother wasn't much of a role model, so I often looked to Laura for my inspiration.
Luke: Well, that's sweet of you to say.
Elizabeth: It's true. When I'm at a loss, I think to myself, "What would Laura do?" Because I know she loved and protected her kids at all cost.
Luke: You know, when Lucky was 9, I taught him how to know when he was being followed and how to lose the tail -- and that was about the extent of my parental expertise. Anything decent and good about your husband and his sister came from Laura. She'd be very proud and touched by what you just said. So, with the cowboy at your back and Laura in your heart, it looks to me like this new baby boy has got it made.
Scott: Uh, not so fast, Tracy. Please, sit down. The night is young; we have things to talk about. Laura’s court date is coming up, so unless you want me to spill every horrible thing that Luke did to Laura, you need to get him to back off.
Tracy: Right. Scott, nobody gets Luke to back off anything.
Scott: Well, Nikolas has to sign guardianship of Laura over to me. Now, you need to convince him, get Luke -- I don't care how it happens, just do it.
Tracy: This doesn't make any sense. How does gaining custody of a virtual vegetable make up for all the years Laura spent with Luke?
Scott: That's my business.
Tracy: She's going to hate you for what you're doing, legal document or no. Come on, what's the big payoff?
Scott: Revenge, Tracy. Revenge.
Amelia: Are we celebrating the success of the show?
Sam: I'm drinking to Jason's new son.
Amelia: Excuse me?
Sam: Yeah, you heard me -- Jason and Elizabeth are the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy, and I'm sitting here just trying to figure out, what the hell am I going to do with that information?
Kate: So you're trying to blackmail me for the return of my own property?
Sonny: Well, "blackmail" is a harsh word. Why don't just say we're -- just "negotiate"?
Kate: I'm expected back in the City.
Sonny: Then go.
Kate: I want my flash drive.
Sonny: Well, I'm sure your assistant could fill you in on the concept of backups.
Kate: Fine, I'll buy it from you. We'll call it a "finder's fee"?
Sonny: I don't need money, because I'm doing great. My life is great.
Sonny: I don't need -- yeah.
Kate: Do you actually earn your money in the business? Shouldn't we be using less polite terms like -- I don't know -- "extortion," "racketeering," or "graft"?
Sonny: Okay, first of all -- first of all, I'm a coffee importer, right? And if you keep making fun of my work, you're not going to get what you want. And I'm sure that you'll -- you'll use the information on this to your advantage on occasion. I mean, you can take the girl out of Bensonhurst --
Kate: All right, Corinthos. Why don't you tell me what I need to do to get it back?
Emily: I'm so relieved Elizabeth is awake and -- and feeling better.
Lucky: You saw her?
Nikolas: Yeah, we did. She was -- she was pretty emotional.
Lucky: Yeah, it was a rough night.
Nikolas: Yeah. For some reason, she seems to think that she's done everything all wrong. I -- I don't know -- at least, that's the way it sounded through the tears.
Lucky: Well, it's not her fault she had all the complications.
Emily: Look, Elizabeth’s hormones are totally out of whack right now, which is completely normal due to the circumstances, but I just wanted to give you a heads-up so you can handle her with care.
Lucky: Well, as long as my wife and baby are okay, I can deal with the hormones. By the way, you know, it's good to see you got through whatever was going on.
Nikolas: Thank you.
Lucky: I got to go.
Nikolas: Okay. Bye. If they only knew the truth, right?
Emily: Lucky's right -- we did survive, and Craig's not going to hurt you anymore.
Nikolas: He can hurt me through you. The moment you put your signature on those bank documents, you incriminated yourself.
Emily: We beat Craig once, Nikolas, we're going to find a way to beat him again.
Jerry: I don't want you covering for me anymore. I don't want you to get burned by any of my actions, that's it.
Jax: I defended you to Carly. I swore that you're not a danger to us or the kids -- it'd be really nice if you could reassure me of that.
Jerry: No, you better walk away. These people need you more than I.
Jax: It's worse than I thought, isn't it?
Jerry: Yes. I don't want you to get shot or disappearing from the face of the earth, then coming back with a new face -- especially since mum loves the one you have so bloody much. You are the good brother, Jax, always have been.
Jax: I've had my share of troubles.
Jerry: Yeah, yeah, and you were a bit of an adventurer -- so what? You always craved for something solid. I, on the other hand, need to make my play and disappear with no apologies.
Jax: Could you try it my way just once?
Jerry: No, salvation is no longer an option for me. The only thing left I have is to swear to you that I never wanted to hurt you. And if I have, I'm really sorry. Hey. All right.
Jason: I would never ask you to betray someone that you loved and make you tell his secret that's not yours to tell. But if you and the boys are in any kind of danger --
Carly: We're not. I mean, there's -- I'm sure there's an explanation for all of this.
Jason: I don't know if I -- if I like this right now.
Carly: I know you don't like it, but if I dump my problems on you like I always do, I'm going against every single wedding vow I said to Jax on our wedding day, and that was less than a month ago. And I don't even know if he'll understand.
Jason: I trust that you'll come to me if -- if you need me, right?
Jason: Whew. We all got secrets, Carly.
Carly: Yeah, but you know you can tell me anything. By the look on your face, you probably should.
Sam: You remember how I told you I was shot last year? All right, well, I was lucky the bullet didn't kill me, but it did kill my chances of ever having kids again -- which I didn't find out until a couple of months ago, mind you. However, I -- the shooting -- the shooting put me into a coma, and I woke up to find my fiancé standing beside me -- exactly where a fiancé is supposed to be standing -- and before I could say "I love you" to him, he broke up with me. Over and out, that was it, done.
Amelia: Oh, that's harsh.
Sam: Yeah, I know, tell me about it. Jason thought he was protecting me. He thought he was protecting me by walking out of my life, and I fought him. I begged, I told him I wasn't afraid, but he had already made up his mind, so you know what? I got really angry, and I got really drunk, and I slept with my stepfather.
Amelia: The D.A.?
Sam: Yes, the D.A., Ric Lansing -- Jason's sworn enemy. And I supposed if you asked a shrink, that they would say I was being self-destructive, I suppose. Anyway, Jason came to find me, and he found Ric and I together, so he turned around and slept with Elizabeth Spencer -- never mind that she was married to Lucky -- now she's pregnant. Boom -- instant family. That's it, done.
Amelia: And you just found all this out tonight?
Sam: Well, I knew that Jason had slept with Elizabeth because "Jason never lies," and -- um -- I also know that there was a chance that he could be the father of the baby. But Elizabeth supposedly had a D.N.A. test and Lucky was supposedly the daddy. But he isn't, and Jason is, and I have been lied to now for more months than I can count.
Amelia: So what do we do now? Another round.
Scott: Luke was a horrible father, and he's going to be even a worse grandfather, Tracy.
Tracy: You're missing the point, Scott -- nothing you can do is going to give you a life with Laura.
Scott: Well, I can do what I was unable to do before -- that is to save Laura.
Tracy: From what? She's a vegetable!
Scott: Look, Tracy, this is -- this can be real easy and quick, or it could be long and ugly. But I'm going to win here, okay, so, now, you decide how you want this to go down for your loving husband.
Kate: I can see why you chose to settle here -- it's lovely. There's a port, there's a downtown, it still feels like a small town on the outskirts.
Sonny: I came here to run a strip joint.
Kate: Gee -- and my mother said you'd never amount to anything.
Sonny: Your mother never liked me anyway, so it doesn't matter.
Kate: You scared her.
Kate: You scared all the mothers -- I would think that the strip joint would explain it all.
Sonny: Really? What's the difference between paying gorgeous women to dance naked on a stage, or asking them to parade nearly naked on a runway wearing clothes that human beings wouldn't be caught dead in?
Kate: Fashion dictates culture. Clothes have the power to transform.
Sonny: Oh, so a couple of outfits changed Connie Falconeri into Kate Howard?
Kate: Maybe. Clothes can carry illusion into reality.
Sonny: Yeah? Well, I can afford custom suits, but I still know who I am. And if you think that you're still not Connie Falconeri from Bensonhurst, you're kidding yourself.
Kate: Okay, see, the difference is --
Kate: You still feel like Sonny. I, on the other hand, am Kate Howard all the way down to my pedicured toes.
Sonny: Are you saying you recognized me the other night?
Kate: From the minute I saw those dimples.
Lucky: What's going on?
Elizabeth: Your -- oh, jeez -- your dad is telling me about the first time you changed Lulu's diaper.
Lucky: That's funny, because I seem to remember you working nights at your old club back then.
Luke: Okay, busted -- I wasn't there. This is your mother's story, it's true, and she tells it better than I do. Well, anyway, I'll get out of your hair.
Elizabeth: Don't forget to see the baby.
Luke: Oh, I'm going there now.
Luke: I'm so glad you're better.
Elizabeth: Thank you.
Lucky: Thanks, Dad.
Luke: Don't expect me to get all gooey over this kid.
Elizabeth: Oh -- he won't be able to help himself.
Lucky: Hey, Emily and Nikolas said you were in tears when they left, and I thought this might cheer you up.
Elizabeth: Lucky --
Elizabeth: A locket?
Lucky: Yeah, it's for the baby's pictures.
Elizabeth: Oh, it's perfect.
Lucky: So are you.
Carly: Something's been bothering you for a long time and I thought it was Alan’s death, but it's not, is it?
Jason: We just agreed that we need to keep secrets, right?
Carly: Okay, but is this secret why you look like you haven't slept for a month? Because you can talk to me, Jason.
Jason: Okay, Carly, you just called me over here to tell me that you couldn't tell me something. I accepted it, now you need to do the same for me.
Carly: So it's not because you don't trust me or need me?
Carly: I hate seeing you like this.
Amelia: Jason, it's Amelia. I'm with Sam in the restaurant at the Metro Court.
Jason: Why, is -- is something wrong?
Amelia: Sam's been -- overserved.
Jason: All right -- uh -- I'm on my way. Okay. Now, if -- if this secret of yours gets too dangerous –
Jason: You need to call me. I don't care whose feelings get hurt.
Carly: I promise I will.
Carly: Take care of yourself, please.
[Door opens and closes]
Jerry: Hmm -- I'll take one of those.
Lorenzo: I'm a little surprised you'd risk being seen here.
Jerry: Well, you only have yourself to blame. You and I have a very, very large debt to settle.
Sonny: Is it standard procedure for you to just walk into somebody's office and start demanding things?
Kate: Well, I've learned that you can get a lot in this world by firmly but politely insisting. Anyway, it was an awful night -- we ended up lost in the storm, with a deadline ticking on the shoot in France, and I needed a phone. I walked in that door, and there you were -- Sonny Corinthos. I was floored.
Sonny: You hid it well.
Kate: Well, I've also learned that you get a lot more in this world if you don't show what you're thinking.
Sonny: What were you thinking?
Kate: Same deliberate air of mystery, same cocky I-don't-give-a-damn smile, same Sonny that made all the girls at Sacred Heart go weak in the knees. Hmm -- trouble waiting to happen. So I decided to use the phone and leave with you none the wiser. Hmm -- I wasn't surprised that you didn't recognize me. Even after you figured it out, I really saw no reason on ever seeing you again.
Sonny: Then why did you leave the flash drive?
Kate: It was an accident?
Sonny: Come on. You -- you left the flash -- you were flustered. That's --
Kate: I was in a hurry.
Sonny: Admit it, you were flustered.
Kate: Okay, look, you dragged me all the way out here to negotiate, so just -- what are your terms?
Sonny: There's something I want you to do for me.
Carly: Did you and Jerry fight?
Jax: Jerry and I always fight. I'm worried about him. I think he's gotten himself into something serious.
Carly: Did he say what it was?
Jax: Worse -- he apologized. Jerry's never apologized for anything in his entire life. He said that he was sorry if he caused me any pain. I have a feeling it's pretty bad.
Carly: It's really bad.
Jax: What do you mean?
Carly: Jerry held 14 people hostage and blew up our hotel. Jerry is James Craig.
Jerry: I think you were betting that I get killed during the hotel robbery -- and that may be the only thing that didn't go wrong -- but I suspect that doesn't surprise you.
Lorenzo: I did nothing to sabotage you. I was undergoing emergency brain surgery.
Jerry: Well, you told me to grab the briefcase, be in and out, share the profits and be on my way, and no one would be the wiser. What you neglected to tell me was that the briefcase was an equinox, and that you were the only one to know the combination.
Lorenzo: So take it up with the neurosurgeon who was probing my brain for wayward fragments of Sonny Corinthos' bullet.
Jerry: You left me to take the fall, and now it's your turn.
Scott: Cute kid, huh?
Luke: They try to keep this part of the hospital germ-free. You should go before somebody sterilizes you.
Scott: I'm just taking some snapshots of Laura’s grandbaby, take it out to her. Even though I'm not listed as family, as special prosecutor, Spencer, I come and go as I will.
Luke: You stay the hell away from her.
Scott: Oh, and I have every right to see her, and I will soon be her legal guardian whether you like it or not!
Luke: Over your dead body!
Tracy: Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah! Sweetheart -- sweetheart? Today you're going to take the unfamiliar high road, and you're going to walk away as if Scott doesn't even exist, right? Come on. Oh! Good thinking!
Luke: Good call, wife.
Tracy: I'm so proud of you!
Luke: Nice kiss, too.
Nikolas: What? I'm serious. I really did have my doubts. But I -- I can see you have a very handsome nephew.
Lucky: Yeah -- well, do you think he has Mom's eyes?
Emily: Okay, I'd like to start referring to the baby by name, right? So, rumor has it that if it was a girl, Lucky got to name her, and if it was a boy, it's all on you, huh?
Lucky: Emily is right.
Lucky: Do you -- do you have a name yet?
Sam: You know what's funny? That guy that you paid off --
Amelia: The ex-husband you scammed?
Sam: Yeah -- when I think about how guilty I felt for keeping that from Jason, and all this time he's been keeping a life-altering secret from me -- the child that I was supposed to have, the child that we were supposed to raise together? Do you have any idea -- any idea how many times I begged him, practically on my hands and knees to start a family, and his answer was always no. "No. That is no." And then I get damaged, and he fathers a child with -- he lies to me. Oh, my gosh, he lied to me.
Amelia: Until now -- at least he finally came clean.
Sam: No, Jason never told me -- I overheard. Do you have any idea how that makes me feel?
