Elizabeth: I haven't really thought about names for the baby.

Lucky: Well, I figured since you didn't like "Luke" or "Laura," you might have something else in mind.

Elizabeth: No, no, I don't. I just kind of thought that maybe when the baby was born, we'd look into its eyes and know his or her name.

Lucky: Well, this should be fun for us. You know, why does naming our baby stress you out so much?

Spinelli: I was just explaining to Stone Cold how it would be better in the long run for him to claim his baby with Elizabeth now before it comes out in some other way -- you know, like we talked about?

Lulu: No, no, no, he can't. I -- I know that I am flip-flopping all over the place and I realize that we're talking about your child, and in a perfect world you should be able to claim your child, but the world is not perfect. It's filled with hidden traps that blow up in your face and ruin your life, and I can't let that happen to my brother. I know that I'm asking a lot, and I -- I know that this is not fair, but, please, Jason, you cannot take this baby away from Lucky. He might never recover.

Amelia: Well, now that that's settled, let's pick out the face that you want to present to the world.

Sam: Okay.

Amelia: Oh -- uh -- one more thing that could pose a potential problem. You're not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon, are you?

Ric: I realize that I have been dropped from your primary calling circle and that's fine with me. I just think --

[Alexis coughs]

Ric: There's got to be someone, somebody you can count on besides some random stranger who stumbles on you while you're passed out in the woods.

Alexis: Well, maybe that's because the two people that I decided to count on decided to have sex together on my living room floor. And if that weren't bad enough, you stole my job, and then you stole my baby, while I'm fighting for my life against cancer. So I want you to tell me again why you find it hard to comprehend why I'm having trouble leaning on anyone.

[Knock on door]

[Jax chuckles]

Jax: Hi, Morgan.

Morgan: Hi.

Jax: You're not going to ask me in? Why not? I'm not a stranger.

[Jax chuckles]

Jax: I'm here to pick up your mom. We're going to go on a date. So, where is she?

Morgan: Mom's with Dad.

Jax: Oh.

Carly: Michael, I'm not kidding. You have to the count of five to open this door.

Michael: No.

Carly: The sooner you open this door, the easier it's going to be on you.

Sonny: Listen to your mother. No one's amused here, Michael.

Michael: You should be together, not getting a divorce. So, you're going to get a time-out to think about what you've done.

Sam: Before I answer your question, I have one of my own. Why would me getting pregnant present a problem?

Amelia: Well, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against motherhood if that's the path a woman chooses. But you're not just any woman. I mean, you are the host of "Everyday Heroes." You're not going to be just sitting on a couch interviewing guests. This show is going to present one demanding physical challenge after another -- scaling walls, jumping from heights, fighting off attackers. All that activity could jeopardize an unborn child. Look, we both know the parameters. I cannot just come right out and ask you to put family plans on hold.

Sam: I can't have kids, so you can relax, all right? Your precious show is in no danger from me and Jason.

Lulu: Okay, Jason, I -- I feel terrible basically begging you to give up that child, but if -- if that baby is born, you know, in this family, it will get all the love and support that it could ever need. I -- I know, I know -- us Spencers are really weird, but we learned how to love from my mother -- with passion and loyalty.

Spinelli: Uh -- I have to speak up for the other side here. Look -- look, all you have to do is -- is look at Stone Cold to see how this is tearing him up inside. I mean, look at him -- he looks -- he looks awful. He's pale and drawn. I mean, he's taking his motorcycle out and -- and wiping out in the middle of the night. Look, I think what you're missing in -- in your admirable concern for Lucky is that Stone Cold is a unique individual, okay? He internalizes his pain, and it comes out as a disregard for his own safety, okay? So keeping this secret can't be so important that you could risk Stone Cold's health -- I mean, his -- his leg, and, God forbid, his --

Lulu: All right, shut up, Spinelli! You are a melodramatic geek who doesn't know the first thing about real life outside of cyberspace!

Jason: I -- I appreciate your analysis of my character. It shows to me, Spinelli, that you listen to me, okay? Thank you for that. Let me talk to her alone now, please.

Spinelli: Yeah. Consider the interloper banished.

Lulu: I can't believe I just said that.

[Lulu groans]

Jason: Well, the situation is rough on everybody who knows and cares about it, and it looks like Spinelli cares.

Lulu: Oh, but I would just rather this weigh down on me for the rest of my life than have my brother find out the truth and have it destroy him. I hate to admit it, but Elizabeth is right. If that baby is taken away from Lucky -- I don't even want to think about the consequences.

Elizabeth: I'm not stressed out, I'm just overwhelmed. A lot has happened since this baby was conceived, and it was only a few months ago that I thought I'd be raising these kids on my own.

Lucky: Well, that's definitely not an option anymore.

Elizabeth: Okay, um, about the name -- I really want this kid to be its own person, and just like I didn't want to place Luke and Laura's name on it, I don't want to place my own preconceived notions on him or her, either, and I was just kind of hoping the baby would come to the world and tell us who it is.

Lucky: Well, I like that. But I am the dad, too, so here's the plan. If it's a boy, you get to name it. If it's a girl, I have the honors.

Elizabeth: Okay, fine. That's fine.

Lucky: Okay. Do you feel like celebrating?

Elizabeth: Celebrating what?

Lucky: You don't know what today is, now, do you?

Elizabeth: Uh -- Monday?

Lucky: Well, it's our one-month anniversary.

Elizabeth: Oh.

Lucky: Considering I almost lost you forever, and we have been together for the past month, I think it's worth something to celebrate. So how about dinner and a toast to our next month of happiness into the next 30,000?

Elizabeth: 30,000? How many years is that?

Lucky: Not enough.

Carly: Did we not just have a discussion about this very thing? You know I have a date with Jax.

Michael: Yeah, but you're married to Dad.

Sonny: Oh, enough, Michael. Look, I know your heart's in the right place, but you can't go around making up lies, forcing people to do things because you want them to.

Michael: Why not? You do it all the time.

Carly: Michael, I know you're unhappy about this divorce, but you don't get to act out.

Michael: I don't care how much trouble I'm getting in.

Carly: Michael Corinthos, you listen to me!

Michael: There's food under the blanket on the shelves.

Carly: How long does he plan on keeping us here? Michael? Don't you walk away when I'm yelling at you! Michael! Now what are we supposed to do?

Michael: Hey, Jax. What are you doing here?

Jax: Well, I'm here to pick up your mom, but Morgan tells me that she's with your dad.

Michael: Uh -- yeah. Dad came by and asked her about, like, a strike or something at the hotel.

Jax: Oh, really? And -- and your mom just dropped everything because Sonny said it was really important and, you know -- well, I wish I could say that I'm surprised, but -- oh, well. Hey, you guys aren't alone, right?

Michael: No, Leticia's upstairs.

Jax: Good. Okay. See ya.

Michael: Okay. Okay, this plan has to work, or -- or else I'm going to be grounded for life for nothing.

Carly: Can you believe the lengths that little monster went to -- the planning, the lies, the manipulation?

Sonny: Don't be mad at Michael.

Carly: Please tell me you had nothing to do with this?

Sonny: I swear to you I had nothing to do with this. But it doesn't change the fact that it was all my fault.

Ric: I tried to hold our marriage together, Alexis. You shut me out.

Alexis: That is such crap!

Ric: Hmm.

Alexis: You held on because you thought of a way to stick it to your brother by raising his kid. And then you held on because you found a way to use Sam and lord it over Jason. And then when I kicked you out, you took my job.

Ric: All right, that's okay.

[Alexis coughs]

Ric: Guilty as charged on all accounts. But, you know, I'd like to admit to one other thing, Alexis, and that is the worst thing that I could've done to you was love you.

Lulu: Okay, you care about Elizabeth, right?

Jason: Of course.

Lulu: And you want what's best for her? Because if this truth comes out, Elizabeth and the baby will be caught in a scandal. You know how judgmental people in this town can be. They will call her a slut or a liar or even worse. I'm just -- I'm telling it like it is. I -- I've been there myself. People like Maxie Jones -- who has absolutely no room to talk -- will be the first in line to make Elizabeth feel like dirt. The -- the first night that I found out, I hated Elizabeth. I was ready to go tell Lucky what a two-faced manipulator she was. But I realized that -- that the decision that you and Elizabeth made is the right one. Lucky is going to love that baby like crazy. And -- and that baby will grow up with a family -- you know, Grandma Lesley and -- and Bobbie and me and my dad. I mean, I know that my dad isn't the greatest selling point. But Nikolas will be there to -- to balance him out. And I think there's another person that will influence the child that you haven't even given thought to.

Sam: Anyway, the bottom line is the bullet scarred my uterus. So even if I got pregnant, I wouldn't be able to hold on to the baby.

Amelia: Oh -- I'm so sorry.

Sam: Yeah, I know, it sucks. But you know what? Jason and I are -- we're making the adjustment.

Amelia: A difficult one, I'm sure.

Sam: Yeah. Very. Uh -- well, it was at first. Now we are finally settling into the mindset that life with each other isn't so bad after all.

Amelia: Hmm. Well, I hope you realize that in spite of everything, you are a very lucky woman --

Sam: Oh --

Amelia: To have a man who loves you however you come.

Sam: Yes, I do realize that, trust me. Jason is everything I wanted and so much more.

Amelia: Then I advise you to make every second count. See you.

Sam: Bye.

Carly: How can you have nothing to do with anything, but yet it's all your fault?

Sonny: Michael wants what he wants; he'll do whatever it takes to get it. Does that kind of sound familiar to you? The boys are starting to accept the fact that we weren't getting back together and that you were going to marry Jax, and then I couldn't leave it at that, so I tricked you into marrying me.

Carly: Not your finest hour.

Sonny: No, it's not. But, you know, Michael is a product of us, including all the stunts we pull. So how could we get mad at what we created? At least we taught Michael how to -- how to fight for what he loves.

Carly: Yeah, but he shouldn't be fighting, because he wants us all under the same roof and that's not going to happen and you know that.

Sonny: You think Michael's intelligent and insightful?

Carly: Of course I think that, Sonny.

Sonny: So maybe he senses something that you and me have overlooked.

Ric: Look at your life, Alexis. No, really, look at the men who have passed in and out of it.

Alexis: Oh --

Ric: You got Ned, you got Cameron, you've got me. I mean, everything was fine right when it was acrimonious or when it was tentative, but the minute any of us let our guard down and we said "I love you," bam -- walls went up, doors slammed shut. I mean, I'm surprised I actually got to marry you -- you left poor Ned standing literally at the altar with his mouth hanging open.

Alexis: You are the last person that should be commenting on my relationship with anyone.

Ric: The only person that didn't fit that particular pattern with you was Sonny, and for one reason only. Because why -- he didn't love you. I don't know, I guess that -- that must've been the charm to you and why you've held a torch for him for so long.

Alexis: I'm not carrying a torch for him, Ric, you are.

Ric: Alexis, it's why Kristina means so much to you -- it's a piece of Sonny that you can't have any other way.

Alexis: I love both of my children regardless of who their fathers are. My God, get yourself a shrink, will you?

Ric: No, Alexis, but maybe you need to look into one. Because, clearly, you seem to think that myself and every other man that you've had a relationship with is responsible for your reasons why you choose to isolate yourself -- never mind the daddy issues that maybe you want to try to work out for yourself. Your own father, Alexis, chose to take his bastard child and let it live with her mother. And then when he did finally let you come live with him, he was unattainable, right, he was aloof. He never paid attention to you, really never said "I love you," but that seems to be the kind of man that you deem worthy of your affection. So I guess nice guys really do finish last with you.

Alexis: Your mommy issues trump my daddy issues any day.

Ric: Okay, Alexis -- fine. Fine, be glib, okay? Pretend that nothing I have said has hit a mark with you. I'm just glad that Kristina ran into some man who was nice enough to help you, instead of kidnap her while you were lying helpless on the ground.

Alexis: Oh -- hey.

Kristina: Do you know where Molly's baby is?

Alexis: Baby Shelby? I don't, sweetie, I don't.

Kristina: I know where she is.

Lulu: I know that you've considered Sam in all this, but there's an angle that you -- you probably haven't even looked at.

Jason: What's that?

Lulu: Well, when I was young, it was -- it was hard to miss the animosity that my dad felt for Nikolas. My mom embraced him and was happy to have him back, but every time that my dad looked at Nikolas, he saw betrayal. And Sam loves you, and she will probably stay with you no matter what -- my dad did. But if you bring home a child that Sam can't have, a child that you made with Elizabeth, Sam will probably resent that baby and everything that it represents. She will probably look at that child and see the same kind of betrayal that my dad saw with Nikolas.

Jason: It's -- it's possible, yeah.

Lulu: I -- I realize that my point of view is biased, but I don't want to see my brother get hurt. And I -- I feel for you, too. I -- from experience, I know that it's really hard to lose a child.

Jason: You know what? You don't have to go there. I made up my mind, I'm -- I'm going to stick to it.

Lulu: Thank you.

Jax: Have you seen Carly?

Max: Nope.

Jax: I heard her and Sonny were discussing the strike.

Max: Well, last I heard, there wasn't going to be one. Is there something else?

Jax: You're loyal to Carly. I'd like to assume that means you want to see her happy.

Max: That's a fair assumption. Where you going with this?

Jax: Well, who would you rather see Carly with -- and take yourself out of the equation -- me or Sonny?

Max: I'd stand by whatever choice Mrs. C makes.

Jax: Yeah, see, that's the problem -- Carly can't seem to make up her mind. Maybe it's time I made it for her.

Carly: Michael, come on! Let us out!

Sonny: I cannot believe he did all this.

Carly: What?

Sonny: There's wine, corkscrew. There's napkins with dinosaurs on them, and -- look at this.

Carly: Oh! Sour cream and onion potato chips! My favorite. Oh, no.

Sonny: Can you -- I think he got hungry when he was scheming the whole --

Carly: Is that peanut butter?

Sonny: Yes, it is. Go ahead, here you go.

Carly: Oh. You know, if I partake, that means that I approve -- he put our family picture on everything.

Sonny: I'm sorry. This is just -- you know, I don't know. Why do we --

Carly: It's not your fault.

Sonny: Well, I -- I mean, look, I -- I forced you into marrying me, right? You told me all along that it's not fair to the kids and I'm -- and you're right. But because I -- I couldn't look past what I wanted, which was to be with you -- and I got to be honest with you, I thought it was my last chance to get you back. So, look what I did. It's not right.

Carly: You know, if anyone can understand that kind of tunnel vision, it's me. You got to make things right, Sonny. You got to look past what you want and do what's right for the family. You got to stop contesting the divorce and let me go.

Sonny: Do you have any idea what it does to me? When I hear you -- you practically beg to get away from me so you can marry another man?

Carly: Me seeing Jax and divorcing you -- they're two separate things.

Sonny: You look beautiful.

Carly: Don't.

Sonny: What?

Carly: No, because flattery gets you everywhere and we're not going down that road.

Sonny: I'm just giving you a compliment. I mean, why -- why do you turn that into a warhead?

Carly: Because I've never had more at stake, Sonny. One more bad round with you, and it will destroy the person I have worked so hard to be.

Sonny: I would never tear down the person I love.

Carly: No, not intentionally, but it happens. And you say it'll never happen again, I say we don't have the track record to base that on.

Sonny: Okay, but we have -- we have such a great, great connection. You know --

Carly: Of course we do. I know we do. We've been here 10 minutes and I'm ready to compromise everything to be with you. And I can't do that because I will fall back into your world, Sonny, and it will be dark and it will be stormy. And something horrible will happen and it will wreck me, and it will wreck the kids, and whether you want to believe it or not, it's going to wreck you, too.

Amelia: I had a close call with Sam today -- she almost saw the picture of Angela. No, no, disaster was averted. Not only that, the information about Sam not being able to have children turns out to be a nice bonus. Keep digging around in her background. Hello? Oh, damn.

Jax: Having a bad day? I know what that's like. It's on me.

Amelia: Thanks. Uh -- join me?

Jax: Sure. Don't mind if I do.

Amelia: Now, when I've had a crappy day, I usually do something to turn it on its ear. Anything I can do to change yours?

Dillon: Hey, hey -- outside. Outside. You know I'm meeting Lulu here for my do-over date, right?

Milo: If you're looking for pointers, you can just forget it.

Dillon: No, I'm -- I'm not looking for pointers, Milo, I'm looking for Lulu. Now, you wouldn't be muscling in on my time, would you -- no pun intended?

Milo: Hmm, not me. Spinelli.

Dillon: What? Well, what about him?

Milo: He took off out of Sonny's office like the guy was on fire. Then five minutes later, Lulu did the same thing.

Dillon: Yeah.

Milo: Neither would even look at me.

Dillon: Yeah, they're not looking at you because they're feeling guilty, because instead of honoring her commitment to me, Lulu is sneaking around with that little stoner.

Milo: Fink stoner.

Dillon: It's because Spinelli got an upper hand. During the whole hostage crisis, he got to do his little rescue attempt. You know, if either one of us had gone in there to save her, it would've been --

Milo: We still can.

Dillon: Whoa, hey --

Milo: Let's go.

Dillon: Mi-- well, words and reasoning first, right, Milo? Milo, words -- words and reasoning -- Milo? Milo?

[Knock on door]

Spinelli: Uh, there's no one here but I, the Jackal -- the interloper. Huh. And, uh, since you have no need of my uninformed opinions, I'll just --

Lulu: That's not true. I was awful to you before, and I am so sorry. You've been nothing but good to me, and you didn't deserve me coming down on you like that.

Spinelli: You're upset about your brother, it's perfectly understandable.

Lulu: Lucky doesn't know. But I do, and so does Elizabeth, and his recovery is fragile. He can't find out that his wife is having Jason's baby.

Spinelli: Which means Stone Cold will never get to know his child.

Lulu: Do you think I'm awful for pushing Jason to stay away?

Spinelli: You couldn't be awful if you tried.

Lulu: So does that mean you forgive me?

Spinelli: Before I even opened the door.

Alexis: Kristina, come back in, sweetie. We'll find Molly's baby some other time, okay? I don't suppose there's any way you'll let molly spend the night, will you?

Ric: Well, I had promised that I was going to take her to the zoo and everything, but --

Alexis: Yeah, well, I made a lot of promises to molly, too, that you just won't let me keep.

Ric: Is Viola here? You -- you look like hell.

Alexis: I look like hell because I have cancer, Ric. Kristina!

Ric: You know, Alexis, I can take both the girls off your hands if it'll make it easier on you.

Alexis: That is not going to happen. You got to be kidding, right? Kristina, honey, please?

Kristina: I brought you some tulips because they make you feel better.

Alexis: Thank you, sweetheart. They make me feel so much better.

Ric: Kristina, Molly and I got to go home.

Kristina: What about the tea party?

Ric: I know, sweetie. Maybe you can -- maybe you can come by my house sometime and -- and we can do it there, huh? Why don't you go say goodbye to your sister, I'll be in in a minute.

Alexis: Thank you. Well done. That was very manip--

Ric: It just wasn't under your control.

Ric: Oh, that's a good girl. What are you looking for, huh?

Alexis: My nausea medication -- I can't find it. I don't know, maybe I left it at Wyndemere.

Ric: If you'd like for me to drop over there, maybe I can get it for you.

Alexis: No! No. Hi, sweetie. Come here. Did you find baby Shelby?

Ric: Yes, she did. Kisses.

Alexis: I love you. I'll see you later, tomorrow, okay?

Ric: You know, Alexis, if you don't feel well, maybe --

Alexis: I would rather walk on broken glass than have you stay here.

Ric: Okay. Fine. Have it your way.

Alexis: Bye, sweetie. I love you.

Ric: Things have changed.

[Car starts, drives away]

'[Knock on door]

Alexis: Hi.

James: Hello. I believe these belong to you.

Alexis: Oh, thank you. Thank you very much, I really appreciate it. I would invite you in. I'm just not feeling that well right now.

James: Are you alone besides you and your daughter?

Alexis: That's an odd question. I don't know that I want to answer that.

James: That's because as bright and resourceful as Kristina is, how many times do you want her to see you unconscious?

Waitress: Your table will be ready in a few minutes.

Elizabeth: Great. Thank you.

Jason: Here you go.

Elizabeth: Thanks. What are you doing here?

Jason: I was just actually meeting Sam for dinner.

Elizabeth: I'm meeting Lucky.

Jason: Yeah, I actually saw you guys at the -- the hospital.

Elizabeth: I didn't know you were there.

Jason: Are -- are things okay with the baby?

Elizabeth: Yeah. We tried to find out the sex of the baby, but the ultrasound was inconclusive. It turns out this child's already trying to protect its privacy -- must get that from its dad.

Sam: Oh, hold on, hold the door. Thank you.

Lucky: My pleasure.

Sam: Oh -- you got it. Well, I can scale down the side of a building, but running in heels still eludes me. I cannot wait to get home and take these shoes off --

[Elevator stops]

Sam: Oh.

Amelia: Under other circumstances, I'd offer to buy you a good, stiff drink.

Jax: Well, it's just as well -- drowning my sorrows is only a temporary fix at best.

Amelia: It's hard to believe that someone with a face like yours has sorrows.

Jax: "A face like mine"?

Amelia: Would it be a stretch to assume they involve Carly?

Jax: Well, I -- yeah, I did come to see if she was here with Sonny, and then I just decided to give up on the idea -- I thought it was a waste of time.

Amelia: Look, I try not to stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but I am in the business of human interest, and that dynamic you pulled me into at Jake's the other night was pretty fascinating.

Jax: Oh, yes, the perpetual triangle. Yes, it gets a little tiresome after a while, you know, always having Sonny in the same room. Well, from a human interest point of view, why don't you give me a reality check?

Amelia: I'm listening.

Jax: Well, Sonny and Carly have been known for their dysfunction. So what do I do? I fall in love with her anyway.

Amelia: Does Carly love you back?

Jax: She says she does, and I believe her most of the time. Yes. And then Sonny rears his ugly head. You know, I'm patient -- when she's engaged to me and marries Sonny, and then wants me to wait around until the divorce is final. Then when we plan a romantic getaway, she runs off with Sonny, and, you know, there's always a good excuse -- from being kidnapped, or being washed out to sea by a busted fire hydrant. I mean, they're ridiculous, but she makes it sound really good, and I totally believe it. But that patience that I mentioned before? It's definitely wearing thin.

Carly: I'm not the only one affected when we fall into mutually abusive patterns, Sonny. It takes its toll on you. You end up hating yourself, punishing yourself, and then you punish me.

Sonny: Yeah. I -- you know, I hate myself now for -- for wasting all those years.

[Carly sighs]

Sonny: Where I'd look at you, and I'd think that I had settled, I loved you because it was convenient or because you were, I don't know, helping me keep my mind off Brenda -- whatever the reason is, but I'm in a different place now. I can love you now because -- because I do, and I can -- I can look at you and know that you're the best thing that ever happened to me. But how do I stop wanting you to love me the same way?

Carly: I do love you. And I can't stop loving you, Sonny, that's the problem.

Sonny: Then what you got to do is stop fighting. Listen, let me make up for the past and come back to me.

James: And your pulse is elevated. You clearly have a fever.

Alexis: Are you a doctor, too?

James: I'm an observant capitalist. There's more going on than being sick to your stomach.

Alexis: I'll be all right.

James: Oh, the very words you probably said to your daughter before passing out in the woods. Now, you're sick. So if you keep on staying in the state of denial, there's no point in me being here.

Alexis: Wait -- I'm sorry. I really am sorry. You're right, I -- I don't feel well. I think something's -- something might be wrong.

James: Do you have antibiotics?

Alexis: No.

James: So what can I do?

Alexis: You can wake up Kristina and ask her to get dressed, then drive me to the hospital.

Spinelli: Stone Cold is -- he's my friend and this is killing him and -- no offense to your brother, but I -- I really -- God, I hate seeing him like this, you know, especially when he would be -- you know, he would be the world's greatest dad.

Lulu: I know.

Spinelli: And it's not fair to the little Stone Cold who's going to be growing up amidst this huge lie just hanging over everyone, you know, just waiting to pop.

Lulu: I know, I know that, too. But you didn't see Lucky's face when he was talking about the baby.

Spinelli: What did Stone Cold say?

Lulu: He gave me his word that he'd keep the secret.

Spinelli: Ah. And now you want mine?

Lulu: Well, I -- I guess I have no right to ask.

Spinelli: Like I could ever say no to you. Huh.

Lulu: So --

Spinelli: I'm an apprentice of the moral code of Stone Cold. My word is as good as his, and you have it.

Lulu: Thank you, Spinelli. You're wonderful.

Dillon: Get your slimy cyberhands off of her.

Milo: Now.

Sonny: You say you're not running from us, but I think you are.

Carly: Love should come natural, Sonny, you shouldn't have to force it.

Sonny: I'm only reacting to what I know is in your heart.

Michael: Uh -- don't blame Morgan, it was all my idea.

Amelia: I don't have answers, but I'll offer an observation.

Jax: I'll take what I can get.

Amelia: Which is exactly what you shouldn't do.

Jax: Oh.

Amelia: Look, it sounds like Carly is hopelessly hung up on Sonny, and, again, this is just me, but I can't understand any woman in her right mind picking a gangster over one of the good guys.

Sonny: We're going to have a discussion, you know that, right?

Michael: Yes.

Carly: Yeah, yeah, you know what? There's going to be consequences, Michael. It's not funny. You're telling Morgan that it's okay to do things like this, and that's not okay.

Michael: Yeah, I know. Did it work?

Carly: Jax was here, wasn't he?

Michael: Yeah.

Sonny: Can it wait, Carly? Why do you have to call him now?

Carly: No, I've waited long enough.

Amelia: Oh, I lost track of time. I have an important call to make -- my cell is dead.

Jax: Well, you can use mine. I'll grab another latte. It's the least I can do for such frank human interest.

Amelia: Well.

[Phone rings]

Amelia: Jasper Jacks' line.

Carly: Yes, is Jax there?

Amelia: Yes, but his hands are full at the moment.

Elizabeth: Lucky and I made a deal -- that he gets to pick the baby's name if it's a girl, and I get to choose if it's a boy. I'd really like to honor this amazing gift you've given us, so is there a name you would like if this baby's a boy?

Jason: I'm sorry, I can't -- I can do this.

Lucky: Thanks. They said that we should be out of here in a few minutes.

Sam: Great. Please don't tell anybody about this, it's pretty embarrassing. I think my producer would actually freak. I mean, think about it -- the star of "Everyday Heroes" can't find her way out of an elevator. Not good. Definitely not good.

Lucky: You meeting Jason?

Sam: Yeah. Yeah, he's probably waiting for me as we speak.

Lucky: Well, Elizabeth and Jason -- they can keep each other company until we get there.

Sam: You're so cool about it. I mean, doesn't it ever bother you to see them together after last summer?

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Robin: Mr. Brosnan's here?

Patrick: I'm Dr. Drake.

Amelia: Jax is in the middle of something.

Carly: Who are you, and why are you answering Jax's phone?

Jason: I know that you have good intentions.

Elizabeth: Please -- Lucky needs this baby more than he needs the truth.

Lucky: Why should I blame Elizabeth for what happened last summer?
