Robin: You want m move in with you?

Patrick: Well, there's plenty of room. It's close to work.

[Robin sighs]

Patrick: Best of all, it's fully furnished. The only thing you'd have to bring is a toothbrush and -- well, clothing is optional. What do you say?

Robin: No.

Man: You print this page. Okay?

Sam: Okay.

Man: Ahem. You staple it to the reservation form and you file it right in there.

Sam: That's it?

Man: That's it.

Sam: Okay.

Man: You got any questions?

Sam: No. No, I think I can handle it.

Man: Well, the next guest is all yours, so just let me know if you have any questions.

Sam: Okay. Thank you.

Man: Excuse me.

Sam: Hello. Welcome to the Metro Court --

Mateo: Ms. McCall.

Det. Rodriguez: Ric, I just got your message. Case reports aren't due until Wednesday.

Ric: Oh -- new policy. I want daily updates on my desk by 9:00 A.M., effective immediately.

Det. Rodriguez: That's going to create a lot of extra paperwork.

Ric: Well, I don't care. I want to know the progress of each and every case in this department that's working. That way, I know if the investigating officers are giving due diligence across the board.

Det. Rodriguez: D.A. Davis wanted the same thing, but she only --

Ric: You're working for me. You don't work for D.A. Davis.

Det. Rodriguez: But when she gets back, she's going --

Ric: D.A. Davis is not coming back.

Officer: You have the right to remain silent.

Alexis: Please don't do this here. My children are in the other room.

Officer: I'm sorry, Ms. Davis. I have my orders.

Alexis: I understand that, but I'm just asking if we can do this outside.

Officer: It won't take long. Anything you say can and will be used against you in --

Alexis: I'm an attorney -- you don't think I know my rights? Viola?

Officer: It's procedure, ma'am.

Alexis: Please. Please don't do this in front of my daughter.

Diane: Judge Hunter is presiding over Alexis' custody trial.

Sonny: Is that a good thing?

Diane: There are certain judges in family court that naturally tend to favor the mother over the Father. From what I understand, she is not one of them.

Sonny: Okay. You don't actually think Ric is going to get custody of Molly, do you?

Diane: I think he stands a very good chance. This judge bases her decisions solely on the welfare of the child. Now, if Ric is able to convince her that your association with Alexis directly endangers Molly, she will be inclined to place Molly in the safer environment, which means giving Ric primary custody.

Alexis: You're scaring her. Would you please just let me go get the nanny so that -- Viola?

Viola: Is everything all right?

Alexis: Could you please take the girls into the playroom and keep them busy? Sweetheart, listen to me. I'm going down to the station, all right? I'm going to work something out and I'm going to be back as soon as I can.

Officer: Ma'am, this is a drug charge. I wouldn't plan on --

Alexis: Are you really that clueless?

Viola: Come on, Kristina. Let's go pick out a movie, okay? Okay?

Kristina: Okay --

Alexis: It's okay, baby. It really is okay. All right? Everything's going to be fine. Will you do me a favor and be a really big girl and go help Molly because she needs to know that she shouldn't be afraid.

Kristina: Okay.

Alexis: Okay?

Officer: I'm sorry, ma'am. We have to go.

Alexis: All right.

Viola: Come on.

Alexis: Go ahead, honey. I'll be right back. I promise.

[Molly cries]

Alexis: It's okay. It's okay. I promise I'll be back before you know it.

Ric: Yes, I'm sure you can appreciate my concern, Judge Hunter. In light of these developments, I think it would be in Molly's best interest to move up the custody hearing. Yes, it is a tragic situation, but you can see now why I wanted to remove her from that house. Yes. Yes, ma'am, thank you.

Det. Rodriguez: I knew you was a bottom feeder, Lansing, but this is just plain sadistic.

Ric: Perhaps we need to go over the proper way for a subordinate to speak to their superior because you seem to be a little unclear.

Det. Rodriguez: I went to get an update from Riley on the mall robberies, but he's out on a call arresting D.A. Davis on some fabricated drug possession charge?

Ric: Oh, no, I'm afraid -- I'm afraid not, Rodriguez. See -- Alexis broke the law. Now, if I ignore that, I'm showing her preferential treatment.

Det. Rodriguez: Well, we wouldn't want that, would we?

Ric: No, nor do we want to show any kind of bias or disrespect. It sets a bad example for other officers.

Det. Rodriguez: Like the kind of example that you've been setting. First you sleep with your stepdaughter, then you steal your wife's job while she's being treated for cancer, and now you're having her arrested.

Ric: You are officially relieved of your field duties, Detective. That should give you plenty of time to go over those reports.

Sonny: I don't care what you have to do, but you find a way to convince a judge to give Alexis custody.

Diane: Okay. In that case, our best bet is to play up Alexis' battle with cancer. If we can prove to the court that Ric has manipulated that situation --

Sonny: Mm-hmm.

Diane: To steal her job and seduce her daughter, then hopefully the court will be sympathetic.

Sonny: Okay. Can you find another way to help out Alexis?

Diane: Ahem. Right now, I'm a little more concerned about helping you. With attempted murder charges still pending, it is in your best interest to stop visiting Lorenzo Alcazar in the hospital.

Sonny: Something has Alcazar running scared. I just want to figure out what it is.

Diane: Sonny, Ric is going to use anything he can get his hands on to shore up his case against you. Don't do his work for him. Practice being a -- a law-abiding citizen for a little while, or if you can't do that, just find a less public way to commit crime.

Sonny: I didn't threaten Alcazar.

Diane: Yes, but that's your word against his, so why take the risk?

[Phone rings]

Sonny: Excuse me. Hello?

Viola: Mr. Corinthos, I'm sorry to bother you, but I didn't know who else to call.

Sonny: Viola, what's wrong?

Viola: The police were here. They searched the house and they arrested Alexis for pot.

Sonny: Okay. Listen, just calm down, take care of the kids. I'll be there as soon as I can.

Viola: Okay.

Jason: What's going on?

Sonny: Ric had Alexis arrested.

Diane: Oh. On what grounds?

Sonny: For drug possession. She's been smoking weed because of the chemo to help her out.

Diane: Well, that's not going to sit good with a custody judge.

Sonny: Okay, while we're dealing with this, take a drive along the waterfront, figure out what -- what Alcazar's moving.

Jason: Okay. I'll let you know. Ahem.

Sam: What are you doing here?

Mateo: Queen of Angels is having a charity auction. Mrs. Corinthos was kind enough to allow us to store the items that we've collected in the vault.

Sam: No, there is no way Carly would even let you step foot in her hotel.

Mateo: Mrs. Corinthos arranged with Father Coates. He's away at a conference, so I came in his place.

Sam: Look, Father Coates may buy your act, but I donít. And if you don't stay the hell away from me, you're going to end up just like your brother did.

Davis: I'm sorry, Father. Ms. McCall is new here. You have to excuse her. This isn't the way employees treat guests in this hotel.

Maxie: Hi.

Georgie: What are you doing here? I thought you had a job interview.

Maxie: Well, I -- I can't go like this.

Georgie: Why not?

Maxie: Georgie, I'm applying for a job at the only store in town that sells couture. I have to look put together, which is why I'm here. Can I borrow your necklace?

Georgie: No, Maxie, forget it.

Maxie: Georgie, please. It's the only thing that's going to go with my outfit.

Georgie: Maxie, this necklace was a gift.

Maxie: From Dillon, which means it's expensive and that's exactly what they're going to notice. Please, Georgie. I really want this job.

[Georgie sighs]

Georgie: Okay, Maxie, fine, but if you lose it, I swear, I will -- I will hunt you down.

Maxie: I won't, I promise. You're the best.

Epiphany: If you're not here to work, then you better turn your butt around and get back on that elevator, because I'm not having you strolling in here looking to start another fight with Elizabeth. The girl has had enough already.

Maxie: You know, I'm sick and tired of people defending Elizabeth. She's not as perfect as you all might think.

Patrick: What do you mean, "no"?

Robin: N-o, as in refuse, negate, decline --

Patrick: Okay, skip the English lecture. "No" because you can't or "no" because you won't?

Robin: Both.

Patrick: Why not?

Robin: Because -- it's not what you really want.

Patrick: I wouldn't have asked you if I didn't want you to, Robin.

[Robin sighs]

Robin: You're only asking me to move in with you because you think that's what I want.

Patrick: Well, of course I think it's what you want. We practically do anyways and I want you to live with me. It's a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Robin: Oh, come on, Patrick. We both know you're not ready to take this kind of step.

Patrick: Okay, look. If you don't want to move in with me, fine. But don't say it's because of something that I don't want to do.

Maxie: If Elizabeth was really the loving wife and mother that everyone made her out to be, she would've stuck by Lucky when he needed her the most.

Epiphany: The way you did, stealing pills to keep that man in your bed?

Maxie: What I do with my life is my business. It's a free country, so I suggest you stay out of what doesn't concern you. Thank you, Georgie.

Georgie: I'm so sorry. She doesn't mean it the way that it sounds.

Epiphany: Your sister doesn't need you lying for her. She does a fine enough job of it on her own.

Georgie: Wait. Maxie has made a lot of mistakes. I know that, but she really is trying to get her life back on track. Please do not kick her out of this program. Volunteering is the only thing that she's doing that my dad actually approves of.

Epiphany: I should've known better than to get caught up in other people's drama.

Georgie: Does that -- wait. Does that -- does that mean you were wrong?

Epiphany: It means get back to work.

Georgie: Okay.

Robin: If I hadn't bought you the couch, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

Patrick: Forget about the couch. What do you want to do?

Robin: I want you to be honest. Yesterday, you were telling me you wanted to move back to the hotel, and now you're asking me to move in with you? I don't understand where all this is coming from.

Patrick: I had a change of heart. I do have one, you know.

Robin: Why can't you just admit it? You're not ready to settle down, and that is okay with me.

Patrick: You know, I'm not the one afraid of committing here.

Robin: Oh, right -- this coming from a guy who didn't even know what the word meant until recently.

Patrick: Okay. You don't want to move in with me, fine. I'm going to go back to my apartment, I'm going to put my furniture exactly where I want it. Take the key. Use it or donít.

Davis: I believe you owe Father Ruiz an apology.

Sam: Father Ruizís psychotic brother terrorized me for months, held me hostage, and tried to rape me. I think I am the one who is owed an apology.

Davis: Ms. McCall, that wasn't a suggestion. I'll have to insist that you --

Mateo: That -- that won't be necessary. Ms. McCallís reaction is understandable. My brother caused her a great deal of pain. She has every right to be angry.

Sam: Are you kidding me? No, do not stand here and defend me. You are no better than your brother was.

Davis: Perhaps it would be best if someone else assisted you.

Mateo: Thank you.

Davis: In the future, if you have a problem with a guest, please bring it to my attention. Scenes like this are no good for business.

Sam: Yeah, well, neither is he.

Davis: The man is a priest.

Sam: He is dangerous, and I'm not going to sit around and wait for him to hurt me.

Officer: This was found at the scene.

Ric: Thank you, Officer. I'll take it from here. Possession of a controlled substance -- that's quite an embarrassment for the former D.A.

Alexis: You had me arrested in front of the children. Do you have any idea how you've just traumatized Kristina?

Ric: Look, look, look, look. I couldn't specify that the warrant was only served when the children weren't around.

Alexis: You are an evil bastard and you don't care about either one of those girls. Kristina's traumatized in case you care.

Ric: I don't think seeing you arrested really compares to Kristina witnessing Sam shoot Diego Alcazar right in front of her, and why was that, Alexis -- because she wasn't properly supervised. What, were you stoned then, too?

Alexis: I actually thought there were lines you wouldn't cross.

Ric: You know what? We can go over this in the custody trial, although I have to say Judge Hunter did not seem very pleased to hear about your arrest.

Alexis: You're going to blackmail me for custody?

Ric: Brought it on yourself, Alexis. And nobody's going to get you out of this, not even Sonny's high-priced attorney. Oh, and look at this -- right on cue.

Sonny: Alexis? Listen, I spoke to Viola. Don't -- don't worry. Diane's going to take care of everything.

Diane: I hope you had probable cause, because if not, you are in clear violation of my client's fourth amendment rights.

Ric: Well, not only did I have probable cause, but the warrant was in order and my officers found this on the scene, which means that your client is facing a class-A felony.

[Knock on door]

[Rock music plays]

Robin: Hi. Came to help you arrange furniture -- that is, if you still need it.

Patrick: Actually, I'm pretty much done, but --

Robin: Oh. Already?

Patrick: Yeah, well, once I got started, it pretty much all came together. What do you think?

Robin: Wow. Uh -- it definitely has a minimalist feel to it.

Patrick: Perfect. Exactly what I was going for.

[Patrick turns off music]

Sonny: You arrest a woman with cancer, the mother of -- of your child. That's nice, Ric. It pretty much says who you are.

Ric: Mm-hmm.

Sonny: Our mother would be very proud of you.

Ric: Why are you even here, Sonny? Shouldn't you be home with your new wife or has Carly already given up on your staged marriage and run back into Jax's arms?

Sonny: Diane, do me a favor. Get Alexis released, and if you can get Ric disbarred, I will give you an extra half a million.

Ric: You could throw as much money as you want at this problem, but it's not going away. We have photographic evidence of Alexis smoking marijuana, and we also seized more at her residence.

Diane: Mm-hmm. Using marijuana to medically counter the ravaging effects of marijuana is legal in 11 states.

Ric: Tell it to the judge, all right, Diane?

Diane: I am prepared to take this all the way to the Supreme Court, Lansing.

Ric: Mm-hmm.

Alexis: I really appreciate what you're -- what you're doing, but I -- I don't have the energy to go through a lengthy trial.

Sonny: Then let Diane work it all out.

[Alexis coughs]

Alexis: He doesn't want to have me arrested for drug charges. He wants shared custody of Molly.

Sonny: You're not telling me you want to negotiate a compromise?

Alexis: I don't honestly think he's left me much choice. Oh.

Maxie: Ooh! Ah!

Sam: Whoa. Oh, hey, are you okay?

Maxie: No, I just bought these yesterday.

Sam: Well, I'm sure you can take them back.

Maxie: I -- I have a job interview in the boutique. I don't know what I'm going to do. Do you have tape?

Sam: Yeah, come on. I don't think tape is going to hold them together, though.

Maxie: Oh, it's going to have to. I'm already 10 minutes late.

[Maxie sighs]

Sam: Oh, here we go.

Maxie: Oh, this is such a disaster. I can't go in like this.

Sam: Okay, look, what size do you wear?

Maxie: A 6. Why?

Sam: Six? Here, take these. They might be a little small.

Maxie: Are -- are you sure?

Sam: Yeah, I'm sure. It'll be fine. No, I'm just standing back here all day, so don't worry about it.

Maxie: Oh, my God, you're amazing.

Sam: Besides, you don't need to go into the job all stressed out. I know how that feels. At least you won't be falling on your face. Now, just bring them back.

Maxie: I will. Wish me luck.

Sam: Luck.

Davis: This fax just came in for Mr. Porter, and it's marked "urgent." Make sure he gets it.

Sam: Yes, Sir. Hi. How are you? Excuse me, Mr. Porter -- oh. Oops.

Lorenzo: Unbelievable. What do you want?

Jason: Information.

Lorenzo: I had this conversation with Sonny earlier today.

[Jason sighs]

Jason: We're going to have it again. Who are you working with?

Lorenzo: I work with a lot of people.

Jason: How many of those people want Sonny dead?

Lorenzo: All of them.

Jason: I'm going to get to the point. Someone sent a sniper to take Sonny out, and I want to know who gave the order.

Lorenzo: I'm a little surprised I'm not at the top of your list of suspects, Jason.

Jason: Well, you're recovering from a brain injury and that makes you vulnerable, so you would never take the chance, so who did?

Lorenzo: You know, this is pointless. Any number of Sonny's enemies could've taken a hit out --

Jason: We're not talking about Sonny's enemies. I want to know about your enemies because somebody's making you nervous. Maybe they're threatening Skye or your little girl.

Lorenzo: You leave Skye and Lila out of this.

Jason: Who's got you scared, Alcazar? Who? And why did they try to kill Sonny?

Patrick: Done.

Robin: Perfect. Hmm.

Patrick: Um -- well, thanks for coming by. Appreciate the help.

Robin: You're kicking me out just like that?

Patrick: Wouldn't have to if you lived here.

Robin: I made you a promise that if you ever asked me to move in with you, I would say no.

Patrick: Which I had no intention of holding you to.

[Robin sighs]

Patrick: So you're going to have to come up with a better reason.

Robin: Fine. How about the fact that we never even discussed moving in together before yesterday?

Patrick: What about spontaneity?

Robin: You want spontaneity? Huh?

Patrick: Yeah.

Robin: There. Happy now?

Patrick: How could I be happy when you hate the chair like that?

Robin: Well, it doesn't matter because this is your apartment.

Patrick: It's -- it doesn't have to be just mine. It can be our apartment. Think about it -- lazy mornings in bed, cuddling by the fire, cooking dinner in the kitchen together, the possibilities of bath and shower, together. Why don't you just think about that for a minute and I'll get some wine.

[Robin sighs]

Robin: Oh.

Patrick: Just couldn't help it, could you?

Robin: I Ė

Sam: Oh. I'm so sorry.

Mr. Porter: Don't be. I'm not.

Woman: Oh, for God's sake, Richard. If you're going to carry on like this, at least have the decency not to flaunt it in my face.

Sam: Ma'am, I'm -- I'm sorry. It wasn't like that. The heel in my shoe --

Woman: I'm not interested in excuses. I want to speak to the manager.

Davis: Mrs. Porter, is there a problem?

Mrs. Porter: Yes. Your staff is incompetent as well as inappropriate. This woman just threw herself at my husband.

Sam: No, it wasn't like that. That's not --

Mrs. Porter: Are you calling me a liar?

Sam: No, ma'am.

Mrs. Porter: We're leaving, Richard -- now.

Davis: Mrs. Porter, I assure you this matter will be taken care of. Please stay. Your room will be comped for the night.

Mrs. Porter: That's the least you can do. We'll be upstairs.

Richard: Room 303.

Sam: I'm sorry. I'm sorry, it was an accident. My heel on my shoe -- it broke and I fell and I fell right onto his lap. I'm sorry, but I'll take the room -- the room charge out of my first paycheck, that's if I'm still getting a paycheck.

Davis: It was an accident, Ms. McCall.

Sam: Oh, thank you. It won't happen again, I promise.

Davis: Make sure of it. There's glue in the bottom drawer as well as staples and a toolbox. I don't care how you fix the shoe -- just get it done.

Sam: Yes, Sir.

Man: How long are you going to let this go on?

Davis: Mrs. Corinthos made it very clear that Jason Morgan gets anything he wants any time he wants. Sam McCall is Jason Morganís girlfriend. If she's happy, he's happy. If he's happy, Ms. Corinthos is happy. If Ms. Corinthos is happy, we keep our jobs. That sounds pretty clear, doesn't it?

[Phone rings]

Man: Yes, Sir. Ahem. Good afternoon, Metro Court hotel. How may I direct your call? Please hold. Excuse me.

Sam: Sorry.

Man: I'm sorry. Angela Monroe is not a guest here.

Lorenzo: I don't know who ordered the hit on Sonny.

Jason: Well, what about the shipment you told Sonny about? Who hired you to move it through Port Charles?

Lorenzo: I was contacted by a third party. The buyer, seller, the contents of the shipment -- they were all kept confidential. All I know is that some powerful people from different parts of the world are very anxious about this shipment and they want this transaction to go smoothly, so they will do anything to ensure that it does.

Jason: Why would you even move something without knowing what's inside?

Lorenzo: I'm going to give you the same advice I gave Sonny. You want to live through this, you'll do what I'm doing. You will speak only when spoken to and you will stay out of their way.

Sonny: Diane is a great lawyer. You may not be able to win this, but I can guarantee you're going to be in a better bargaining position, one where you won't have to give Ric shared custody.

Diane: If you persist in pursuing this case, I will paint you as a vindictive ex-husband who is using his wife's illness to promote his own career, and that could cause irreparable damage to your reputation. You willing to take that risk?

Ric: My job is to uphold the law, Diane. No court in this country, not -- and much less the taxpaying citizens of this city -- are going to fault me for what I'm doing.

Diane: No one likes a bully, Mr. Lansing, especially one who picks on cancer-stricken mothers.

Alexis: Diane, I appreciate everything that you're trying to do, but I'm not going to be needing your help.

Sonny: She's going to make a deal with Ric.

Diane: No, I -- I would strongly advise against that. There are a number of medical marijuana cases that you could cite as precedent --

Alexis: I understand that, but New York has some of the toughest drug laws in the country.

Diane: All right. Then plead out to a misdemeanor on the drug charge and still cite the medicinal marijuana cases at a custody trial.

Alexis: Diane? I'm fighting a war with my own body. I don't have the energy to wage another one. Honestly, I -- I appreciate what both of you are trying to do. I know what you want. You can come over later and we'll discuss the terms.

Ric: I'll get the paperwork started for your release.

Sonny: You're not going to like how this ends, Ric.

Ric: Oh, how is that, Sonny? Me getting custody of my daughter?

Sonny: One day, Molly's going to ask questions. One day, she's going to realize that you took advantage of her mother's cancer to steal her. You can recite a bunch of laws, you can tell her it was legal and everything, but she's going to know the truth just like I know the truth. This is injustice. You might as well be punching Alexis in the face. Now, I'm telling you right now -- you are abusing Molly's mother and one day, your child is going to hate you for it. But then again, that would be justice.

[Music plays]

Patrick: It's driving you crazy, isn't it?

Robin: No. You can arrange the furniture however you like. This -- this is your place.

Patrick: Well, I'm trying to make it our place. If you don't like the chair there, move it.

Robin: I was just trying to get you to care enough to have an opinion.

Patrick: I have opinions.

Robin: Oh, yeah?

Patrick: Yes.

Robin: Like what?

[Robin laughs]

Patrick: How's that?

[Robin squeals]

Robin: You can't be serious.

Patrick: You don't like that pillow?

Robin: Well, did you win it at a carnival or something?

Patrick: Robin, that is a highly prized collector's edition pillow.

Robin: Okay, fine. Doesn't mean it belongs in your living room.

Patrick: I think it's only fair -- your placement, my finishing touches.

Robin: Sure, if that's what you want to call it.

Patrick: I think you need to see that pillow from a different angle.

Robin: Oh, really?

Patrick: Mm-hmm.

Robin: How about from the hallway?

[Robin squeals]

Patrick: How about from here?

Robin: Hmm.

Singer: This could be home sweet treasured home

Sam: No, I don't need you checking up on me, Tracy. Come on, I've done everything you asked. I quit my job, I got a new job. Now it's time for you to hold up your end of the deal. Get rid of the pictures of Angela Monroe. Fine. Don't call here again.

Maxie: Guess what -- I got the job.

Sam: Wow. Congratulations.

Maxie: And you haven't even heard the best part yet. I get a 30% discount off all the clothes, not that it's going to make anything in there affordable. But still, it's a discount.

Sam: Oh, that's great. How'd the shoes work out?

Maxie: I think they actually got me the job. The manager was too busy complimenting your shoes that he didn't notice I was late for the interview. I can't thank you enough for letting me borrow them.

Sam: Hey, I'm just -- I'm glad I could help.

Maxie: You really didn't have to. You don't even know me, and you did something incredibly generous. So, I wanted to return the favor.

Sam: What did you do?

Maxie: I got you a thank-you present.

Sam: Okay, these are gorgeous. They are beautiful. I can't accept them, though.

Maxie: I was actually hoping you would consider them a trade. Since your shoes helped me get the job, I kind of wanted to keep them for luck. I know it sounds stupid, but I really don't want anything to mess this up. I mean, this job really feels like a way for me to start my life over again.

Sam: Thank you. I know the feeling.

Jason: All right, find the owner of that building, and buy it.

Bernie: The Fender building?

Jason: Yes.

Bernie: That's -- well, that's been vacant for years. I -- look, if you're looking to expand, I can find --

Jason: We're having some surveillance issues --

Bernie: Oh.

Jason: So just make the deal.

Bernie: Okay. What if the owner doesn't want to sell?

Jason: Apply pressure.

Bernie: I'll let you know when negotiations --

Jason: No, don't -- there's no negotiations. I just want you to buy the building.

Bernie: Consider it done. Mr. Corinthos.

Jason: Thank you.

Bernie: Sure.

Jason: What happened with Alexis?

Sonny: Well, Ric's got her backed in a corner. He's using the drug charge as a way to get custody.

Jason: I mean, can -- can Diane run interference?

Sonny: I wish. But Alexis wants to do it herself. She -- you know, she wants to negotiate a compromise.

Jason: With Ric?

Sonny: If it doesn't work out the way Alexis wants, she's going to need a lot of help at the custody hearing. And that includes Carly's testimony.

Jason: She -- she called, by the way. Carly and the boys are fine.

Sonny: Where are they? What do you mean? They're my family. Come on, you can tell me where --

Jason: Okay, it may be a good thing that they're out of town, for a while.

Sonny: Why?

Jason: Right there -- you see that? Third floor --

Sonny: Yeah.

Jason: Middle window?

Sonny: Right.

Jason: Okay? I saw movement up there earlier.

Sonny: What's going on?

Jason: That place has a clear view of the coffeehouse door.

Sonny: Uh-huh.

Jason: Someone might have been waiting up there to take a shot at us.

Alexis: There are my girls. See? I told you. I'd be back in no time at all. Hi, baby girl. Are you fine? Okay, how's your big sister?

Viola: She hasn't moved since you left.

Alexis: I want you to listen to me. I know all of this is really hard to understand. You know what? It's hard for mommy to understand. But I am promising you right now that we are all going to get through this one way or another, all right? Because we're a family, and we love each other. Do you believe that? That's my girl. That's my girl.

Ric: Where is she? Where's my little girl? There she is. There she is. Hey, pumpkin. Hi. Oh, come here, baby. Come here. Oh, Daddy missed you so much. You calling me, huh? You giving me a call?

[Molly babbles]

Ric: Yeah? Is that right, huh? Hey, how about my big girl, too? Can I get a hug for Daddy?

Alexis: You know what? It's almost dinner time. So maybe -- can you take them and get washed up?

Viola: Sure, sure.

Alexis: Thank you. That would be great.

Ric: Mommy's appetite has increased these days, hasn't it? Bye, baby. Daddy's going to see you again, all right? Real soon.

Alexis: You're disgusting to use this cancer against me.

Ric: You're the one who was getting high in the house where Kristina and my daughter live.

Alexis: I was getting high in the house because it's the only thing that made the chemo tolerable for me so my kids wouldn't walk in and see me on the couch huddled up in a ball, vomiting and in pain. Not that you give a damn.

Ric: No, actually, I do. I wouldn't want Molly with me if I didnít.

Alexis: You've got the upper hand, so why don't we just get this over with. I'm agreeing to shared custody with Molly, providing that you drop the possession charges.

Ric: No deal.

Ric: I want sole custody of Molly, and I have every intention of getting it.

Alexis: I know that you don't believe -- I know that you really don't believe, Ric, that that would be in Molly's best interest.

Ric: No, actually, I do, Alexis. And with a felony possession for marijuana.

Alexis: I'd lose her.

Ric: You got a choice here. You can either drag this out and go through the formality of losing Molly in court, or you can just sign over custody of her to me right now, and then you can spend more time with Kristina.

Alexis: I want to spend time with both my girls. And -- and I can't let you -- you can't do this. You can't take Molly from the only home that she knows, Ric.

Ric: It's not a very safe home, is it, Alexis? Sonny's a constant -- constant threat. Every time he comes to visit Kristina over here, he makes it a threat to her --

Alexis: Fine.

Ric: And a threat to my daughter, Molly.

Alexis: Okay, okay. I'll make sure that he never comes to visit Kristina in this house. I'll make sure that -- that he doesn't have any contact with Molly ever again.

Ric: No. No, I'm sorry; it's too little, too late. You should have never tried to cut Molly off from me to punish me.

Alexis: You're the one who ambushed this family! You! You did it, not me! Why are you punishing me?

Ric: Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm so flawed, right, Alexis? Well, it turns out that you're flawed, too, right? The only difference is my flaws can't be proven in a court of law, yours can. You might want to give this up, Alexis. You're going to lose Molly regardless. Why humiliate yourself by dragging yourself through a custody hearing? Especially since you're not feeling well?

Ric: Maybe this'll help.

Patrick: I told you this pillow would come in handy.

Robin: Mm-hmm. Just like the couch. Even if you do hate it.

Patrick: I don't hate the couch.

Robin: But you didn't want it. I pushed it on you, just like I pushed this apartment on you.

Patrick: You were trying to help.

Robin: I was trying to give you something that I thought you needed.

Patrick: All I need is you. Look, it took me a while to realize, but I couldn't imagine you not in my life.

Robin: Likewise.

Patrick: So stop making excuses and answer the question. Will you move in with me?

Robin: That would be a -- hmm. Yes.

Patrick: Yes?

Patrick: Say it again.

Robin: Yes.

Sam: What's that?

Davis: Mrs. Burroughs' coin collection. She's having it appraised tomorrow, and she wants to make sure that it's kept safe overnight. Do you remember how to open the vault?

Sam: Enter the security code into the keypad and then the password of the week.

Davis: A simple yes would have sufficed.

Sam: Sorry, Sir. Yes.

[Phone rings]

Davis: Good afternoon, Metro Court.

Lorenzo: Yes, I'd like to speak to the manager, please.

Davis: This is he. How may I help you?

Lorenzo: I have something extremely valuable coming into my possession in the next few days. I'm looking for a secure place to store it.

Davis: Oh, we have just the thing, Sir. A state-of-the-art vault that has a precision time lock that's completely secure.

Sonny: Alcazar tried to kill me. He got shot for his trouble. You think he's going to hire a sniper to try and do it again?

Jason: I mean, Alcazar has every reason to want you dead, but I don't -- I don't think he ordered the hit.

Sonny: Well, when I was talking to him, he -- he was pretty focused on this mysterious shipment.

Jason: I agree. I mean, whatever he's got going on, it's -- it's serious. I went by the hospital. Something has Alcazar scared.

Sonny: Mm-hmm. Well, he claims the shipment's dangerous. I don't -- I don't think he's bluffing. You know what? We should ease up on Alcazar for a little while. Let these shipments go by till we figure out what's going on. I don't want whatever he's got going on affecting us in any way.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Maxie: You saved my life. Did I forget to thank you?

Lucky: You're coming on to Rodriguez? You never stop, do you?

Alexis: I'm going to lose custody of Molly, and the only way to prevent that is to fight back.

Diane: You're making a grave miscalculation.

Jason: I need you to find everything there is to know about a shipment Alcazar is about to land.
