Elizabeth: Alexis, are you ok?

Alexis: The chemo usually doesn't hit me this fast.

Elizabeth: Ok -- um -- can we get a wheelchair?

Alexis: No -- ahem. No wheelchair.

Elizabeth: Ok, but you can barely stand.

Alexis: I am perfectly capable of making it from here to the exit.

Elizabeth: Alexis, please --

Alexis: Please, Liz, I -- I appreciate it. I just don't want a wheelchair, please.

Elizabeth: Ok. Will you at least sit down so I can call you a cab?

Alexis: Oh.

Ric: That won't be necessary. I can take you home.

Alexis: You can't be serious.

[Knock on door]

Sam: Oh. Jason is not here.

Carly: That's ok. I came to see you.

Sam: Ahem. Me?

Carly: Yes.

Sam: Ok.

Carly: Jason and I were talking the other day, and he just mentioned that you guys were trying to get pregnant.

Sam: He told you that?

Carly: I know Jason better than anyone, which means I know that sometimes with Jason, you have to help things along.

Sam: What do you mean by "help"? What kind of help?

Carly: Let's just say the sooner you get pregnant, the better for everyone -- especially Jason.

Sonny: Does Alcazar know we intercepted his shipment last night?

Jason: Hey, if he can't figure it out, he's in worse shape than we thought.

Sonny: He didn't try to retaliate?

Jason: Not yet --

Sonny: Well, you know what?

Jason: But he will.

Sonny: Alcazar can't afford to look weak too long. He's going to be making his move soon, and when we does, we'll be ready.

Lorenzo: You know what to do.

Woman: Absolutely.

Ric: You just spent the last six hours in chemo, Alexis. I don't really think you're capable of walking out of this hospital, much less driving yourself home. So, please, why don't you just let me take you?

Alexis: That's transparent, Ric, even for you.

Ric: There's no agenda here, Alexis. I just want to make sure you're ok.

Alexis: You're trying to prove that I'm an unfit mother.

Ric: Oh, really? By offering you a ride home?

Alexis: So you can tell the judge in family court that I was so debilitated from the cancer, that you had to help me.

Ric: The offer was made out of concern, Alexis. Forgive me if I still care about what happens to you.

Alexis: I would almost believe you if you hadn't stood in my living room a few days ago, telling me that you were going to use the fact that I had cancer to take Molly away from me.

Ric: Ok, I don't want to fight with you, Alexis. I just want to make sure that you get home safely.

Alexis: I'm not your problem anymore, Ric. Thank you.

Ric: How the hell is she supposed to take care of Molly? She can't even take care of herself.

Nikolas: Did you check the rental car companies? The bus station? Well, Colleen couldn't have just vanished into thin air. Someone must've seen her get off that plane. Look, I don't -- I don't care if you have to take that photograph and -- and show it to every person in Denver! I -- I'm paying you to find my son!

Emily: That's not going to work.

Nikolas: Nothing is working. My son is missing and I have no idea how to find him.

Colleen: While I'm working today, I need you to be on your best behavior. Do you think you can do that for me? Hmm. Oh, of course you can. You're always such a good little boy. That's why everything has turned out so well. I have a good job in a new city, and it's all because of you. Hmm. And once we save up enough money, we'll move on and start our life together.

Sam: Look, it took a long time for Jason to even agree that we should try to have a child. I mean, at first, he was really concerned about me and my health because of the miscarriage, but then he was concerned about his job and his life. And, you know, he's a big, strong, tough guy --

Carly: But did he agree?

Sam: Who leads a tough life.

Carly: Right -- did he agree?

Sam: Yes, of course, he agreed. On New Yearís, he agreed. He seemed really excited about starting a family. But, you know, he's been working a lot, so --

Carly: I know how Jason thinks. He's already worried about you and the baby before there even is a baby -- that's why you need me.

Sam: You? What are you going to do?

Carly: Jason's my best friend and I love him to death --

Sam: Right.

Carly: But he's still a man. And sometimes you need to lead a horse to water and force them to drink. As soon as this baby becomes a reality, there's no going back for Jason. He's going to be thrilled; he's going to be so happy.

Sam: Ok, now, with that -- yes, I agree. Once there is a baby, of course his whole thinking is going --

Carly: You know what? No more talking.

Sam: To be completely different.

Carly: You let me take care of everything.

Sam: Wait! Wait, you never said what you were going to --

[Door closes]

Sam: What you were going to do.

Sonny: Shut down all the waterfront operations. I don't want landing shipments until Alcazar makes his move.

Jason: I'll take care of it.

Sonny: He's getting desperate. This isn't just about, you know, landing shipments or territory or whatever. This is about the death of his son, and he's not going to stop until he gets what he wants.

Jason: Losing his son should've been a lesson. Alcazar can't win this.

Sonny: Well, you know what? If he wants to protect, you know, the family he has left, he should go back to South America and do business from there. But he's not going to walk away from this until he gets what he wants. But I'm telling you right now, if he makes a move, we'll take care of him.

Woman: I'll call you when it's done.

Lorenzo: Great.  You can come in.

Skye: I thought you were in a meeting.

Lorenzo: No need to explain, Skye. This is your home; you should come and go as you please.

[Phone rings]

Skye: Aren't you going to take that?

Lorenzo: Not right now.

Skye: But I thought the whole purpose of having that phone was so that your government contact could reach you at any time.

Lorenzo: I'll return the call later.

[Phone stops ringing]

Skye: What if it was important?

Lorenzo: You know what's important -- you. I want you to promise me that you will never answer that phone, no matter how often it rings.

Skye: I already told you I wouldnít.

Lorenzo: I'm serious, Skye. If these people find out that you know anything about the dealings, you and Lila could be in serious danger.

Skye: Is that why you're ignoring your calls -- you're worried about me and the baby?

Lorenzo: There's something I'd like you to have.

Skye: What is it?

Lorenzo: My will. You should look it over.

Skye: You have very competent lawyers. I'm sure everything is in order.

Lorenzo: Skye, I want you to read it.

Skye: No.

Lorenzo: Well, it's pretty straightforward -- I've left everything I have to you and Lila.

Skye: Why are you telling me this?

Lorenzo: Because I don't want you to worry. You and our daughter, you will always be taken care of -- should anything go wrong.

[Nikolas sighs]

Emily: It's only been a few days, Nikolas. We're going to find them.

Nikolas: Well, not if we keep wasting our time here. We've been to every baby store in Denver, and no one has seen a woman matching Colleen's description in any of them.

Emily: Well, then we'll try another city. Look, Littleton and Aurora are both close. We'll just start there and work our way up to Boulder.

Nikolas: But we don't -- we don't even know if -- if Colleen stayed in Denver.

Emily: Well, the police said that her grandmother used to live here, right?

Nikolas: Right, but she -- she died years ago. There's no reason for her to come back here now.

Emily: Yeah, but Colleen knows the area. If she wants to start a new life with Spencer, it makes sense for her to come back to familiar ground.

Nikolas: Starting over isn't cheap.

Emily: Yeah.

Nikolas: It's going to take a lot of money for her to create a new life.

Emily: You did give her a pretty generous severance when she left.

Nikolas: Well, yeah, but generous for -- for one person. It's certainly not enough to support both her and Spencer for that long. Eventually, she'll have to go back to work.

Emily: Colleen's on the run with a baby. What kind of job could she possibly get?

Woman: Glad we didn't scare you off yesterday.

Colleen: Huh. I think it's going to work out well here for me and my son.

Woman: Well, I certainly hope so. You're doing a wonderful job, Sarah.

Colleen: Thank you. It won't be like this forever. As soon as I make enough money, I'm going to take you someplace new -- a place I've never been before, but I've researched it. I know the town and even the neighborhood I want. I'm going to buy a house with a big backyard for you to play in. We're going to have a good life together. I promise.

Maxie: Well, look who's late this time.

Georgie: Yeah, I'm really sorry. I found some great research for professor --

Maxie: Reviewing your special project with Professor Hottie?

Georgie: No, I was doing research for Professor Marquez.

Maxie: Right. Do you really think you'd be working this hard if he was 63 and bald?

Georgie: Yes.

Maxie: Actually, knowing you, that's probably true, but that doesn't mean you're blind, Georgie. Professor Marquez is cute and he's interested in you. And whether or not you want to admit it right now, you're interested in him, too.

Georgie: Why do you keep creating a romance that doesn't exist?

Maxie: Why do you keep denying an attraction that obviously does?

Georgie: It is against school policy for a professor to date a student. It creates a conflict of interest, and the professor would be more --

Maxie: Wait, why -- why are you reciting the PCU guidebook to me? You're the one spending all your spare time with your professor, doing research at his apartment. Come on, Georgie, I'm not trying to judge you, I'm trying to encourage you.

Georgie: No, Maxie, you want me to be like you. You slept with Lucky all summer long, you got him pills, and you eventually got pregnant -- he's a married man.

Maxie: Yeah, and I had a miscarriage -- don't leave that part out.

Georgie: I'm sorry you lost your baby, Maxie, I am. But that doesn't change the fact that you were sleeping with a married man, and you knew it was wrong and you didn't care. So you want me to do something equally as wrong -- I don't know -- maybe it'll make you better in comparison. But what it's really going to do here is break Macís heart all over again, and I have no intention of doing that.

Spinelli: Congratulations. You've officially hacked into Uncle Stone Cold's financial records. High-five. Yeah! All right, let's see what he has in here.

Alexis: What are you doing here?

Spinelli: Oh -- oh, just teaching Krissy the finer points of hacking. Dude, she's got, like, a mind like a sponge.

Alexis: Honey --

Spinelli: She just soaks everything up.

Alexis: Go in your room, sweetie, and watch a video.

Spinelli: I love kids.

Alexis: I'll be there in just a few minutes.

Spinelli: Ooh!

Alexis: Out. You need to go, now.

Spinelli: What?

Alexis: Out. Get your things, go. Walk, walk -- no, run, run. Out.

Spinelli: Goddess Mother, have I -- look, have I offended you?

Alexis: Yes, you have offended me.

Spinelli: Look, I was just --

Alexis: You can't go anywhere near my children.

Spinelli: Hey, calm -- calm yourself. I -- I come bearing gifts of the herbal persuasion.

Alexis: I don't want the gift --

Spinelli: What --

Alexis: Anymore.

Spinelli: Look, I'm under strict orders from Mr. Corinthos, Sir, to supply --

Alexis: I understand, he -- he doesnít. I don't -- I don't want the pot anymore.

Spinelli: Well, but what about your -- your chemo?

Alexis: Look, it's illegal, all right? I've made a mistake and I'm rectifying it.

Spinelli: Look -- look, Goddess Mother, look --

Alexis: Go. I'm sorry. Goodbye, Mr. Spinelli.

[Alexis sighs]

Alexis: Oh. Oh.

Ric: Look, the last thing I want is to get into a long and drawn-out custody fight with Alexis, but I -- I have to do what I think is best for my daughter.

Elizabeth: Well, why does it have to be a fight? If you want to do what's best for Molly, then come to a compromise before you get into court.

Ric: Come on. Does Alexis look like the kind of woman who is willing to compromise?

Elizabeth: She just got out of a round of chemo. She's tired and irritable. You can't hold that against her.

Ric: She is keeping me from my own child. What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to make excuses for her, and then I'm supposed to live with it?

Elizabeth: So much happened all at once -- the cancer, this thing with you and Sam.

Ric: My marriage was starting to fall apart long before that night with Sam ever happened.

Elizabeth: Oh -- ok. I'm just saying that Alexis had one shock after another, and it's human nature to -- to react -- even overreact -- defensively.

Ric: Ok, look, I'm not -- I'm not trying to make excuses for what I did. I'm just trying to say that Alexis and I had more than our share of problems before I ever slept with Sam. And up until that point, I was trying to make my marriage work because I wanted Molly to have what I didn't, and that was to grow up with two parents in the same household. Come on, Elizabeth, you got to -- you got to feel the same way. Isn't that why you took Lucky back -- so that this child would know its father?

Jason: The reports from the casinos.

Sonny: Bernie said we had a good month, right?

Jason: Yeah -- holiday season's always profitable. But, you know, Bernieís worried about the Del Playa --

Sonny: I know what he's worried about -- that the profits should be better -- but I don't really agree with it.

Jason: Ok, well, I would like Spinelli to hack into the records, because we can kind of do an audit without really doing an audit.

Sonny: Ok, wait, wait, wait. You want that freak of nature to audit --

Jason: Yes, Sonny. Ok --

Sonny: One of our casinos?

Jason: He's a weird kid, but this kid is a computer genius.

Sonny: "A weird kid"?

Carly: I knew it -- you're here.

Jason: He could've been here with anyone.

Sonny: No, this has to stop.

Jason: I mean, this is --

Carly: I'm sorry, but this is important. What are you doing here working -- correction -- sitting around, hanging out with Sonny? You should be at home making a baby with Sam.

Emily: Colleen needs to find a job, but she can't risk leaving Spencer with a babysitter, so what does she do?

Nikolas: Find a place where she can take Spencer with her?

Emily: But that doesn't give her many options.

Nikolas: Well, all of Colleen's work experience is in childcare, right?

Emily: Mm-hmm.

Nikolas: Well, she could find another job as a nanny. You know?

Emily: What kind of a family is going to let their nanny bring their child to work every day?

Nikolas: Good point.

Emily: Ok -- unless she wasn't just working for one family.

Nikolas: What do you mean?

Emily: If Colleen got a job at a daycare, then it wouldn't matter if she brought Spencer with her or not.

Nikolas: Daycare, daycare, daycare -- right, right.

Emily: Yeah.

Nikolas: Uh -- I'm just guessing, but there's probably at least a hundred listings for daycare in the Denver area.

Emily: Ok, what part of the city did Colleen's family used to live in?

[Nikolas sighs]

Nikolas: Cherry -- uh --

Emily: Cherry --

Nikolas: Cherry Hill. Cherry Hill.

Emily: Ok. Let's start there.

Nikolas: Ok.

Elizabeth: You can't compare what went wrong in your marriage to what happened in mine. The situations are completely different.

Ric: Yeah, but the results are the same. There came a point in both of our relationships where we realized that it was over, we had no choice but to leave, and now we're left trying to protect our kids.

Elizabeth: When Lucky was using drugs, his behavior was unpredictable at best. I ended my marriage because I did not want to raise my children in turmoil. Alexis is undergoing treatment for cancer. I know things are a little unsettled right now, but Molly still has a safe and secure home with her.

Ric: Alexis is painting me as some evil, uncaring father here. How do you think that's going to affect Molly?

Elizabeth: How's it going to affect Molly if you drag her mother into court? And what about Kristina? I know she's not your biological child, but you have been a major part of her life for as long as she can remember. I highly suggest that you and Alexis come to some sort of compromise -- for the sake of both of your children.

Ric: Well, you make decisions based on what's best for -- for your kids and not what makes your life less complicated. That's what makes you such a good mother, Elizabeth.

Spinelli: Oh -- oh, God, Goddess, you got to help me -- ooh.

Sam: Hey. Whoa, whoa, whoa -- what happened?

Spinelli: Um -- oh, oh, oh, I was -- I was delivering some herbal relief to the Goddess Mother, and she totally had this massive meltdown and kicked me to the curb. And, see, when Mr. Corinthos, Sir, finds out that I failed him --

Sam: Sonny -- wait, stop. What did Sonny have to do with this? What's going on?

Spinelli: Well -- um -- Mr. Corinthos, Sir, ordered me to keep the Goddess Mother pain-free -- he supplies the cash and I take care of the herb.

Sam: Ok. Why did Alexis kick you out?

Spinelli: No clue! I was just -- I was just sitting there chilling with, you know, Krissy. We were just hanging out --

Sam: Kristina? Kristina? No. You didn't show her any pot, did you?

Spinelli: Have a little faith, awesome one. I was just teaching Krissy some tricks of the cybertrade, and she was, like, on her way to becoming a half-pint hacker when your mom walked in and just lost it.

Sam: Ok.

Spinelli: Ooh, yeah --

Sam: Ooh --

Spinelli: These are some delectable treats.

Sam: Uh -- no.

Spinelli: You know, you're so sweet to me.

Sam: I know -- no --

Spinelli: Oh --

Sam: Don't even think about it, please. Just listen, Alexis gets overprotective of Kristina, especially if there's illegal -- illegal drugs involved.

Spinelli: Yeah --

Sam: Even though it's helping, it's illegal.

Spinelli: Look, I -- I totally respect that. I was just -- you know, I was trying to be sweet to the Goddess mother, you know, and do her a favor and -- well, following orders from Mr. Corinthos, Sir, and remaining alive. Hmm.

Sam: All right. I'll handle this.

Lorenzo: Sonny made a move against me at the absolute worst possible time. There is a highly sensitive shipment that needs to move through without incident. Now, in light of yesterday's hijacking, the sellers are understandably concerned about my ability to guarantee the safety of their product.

Skye: Oh, if this is so important, can't they move whatever it is through another port?

Lorenzo: You know, I wish that were an option. Unfortunately, the arrangements were made weeks ago for the exchange to take place here. If I try to change location, the buyer could back out, and I can't afford that right now. It's imperative that this particular transaction go through without any problems.

Skye: Is that why that woman was here -- to make sure Sonny stays out of your way?

Lorenzo: In a matter of speaking. What's important, Skye, is that you and Lila are safe.

Skye: Switzerland?

Lorenzo: You leave tonight.

Skye: I'm not going anywhere, Lorenzo!

Lorenzo: If you don't, you and Lila could be in jeopardy. This is the best way that I can protect you.

Skye: We are not leaving you here alone.

Lorenzo: You went into hiding for months in order to protect our daughter. Why won't you do it now?

Skye: Because I made a commitment to raise our child with you, and I intend to see it through.

[Music plays]

Woman: Thank you.

Jason: I'm not discussing this with you.

Carly: Fine, then you can listen. You were meant to be a father, Jason, and if you and Sam had a baby, you would be happy. That means Sonny would be happy, which means that my boys would be happy, and then I would be happy.

Jason: So this is about you?

Carly: You don't want me to be happy?

Jason: No, I want you to stay out of my private life, ok?

Carly: I'm not going to stand by while you make a big mistake.

Jason: What -- what mistake are you talking about?

Carly: And what is wrong with you? With all these men you have here, you have to keep Jason so he's not home with Sam -- where he should be?

Jason: She's -- she's insane.

Sonny: You need to go home.

Jason: Sonny, come on. We're -- we're in the middle of business here. We have some things to take care of, ok?

Sonny: Yeah, I got it covered, I got it covered.

[Music plays]

Sam: Hey, Alexis.

Alexis: It's not a good time, Sam.

Sam: Well, I just thought you shouldn't be alone.

Alexis: I'm not -- Viola's in the kitchen with the girls.

Sam: Not for long. Hi!

Viola: Hey.

Sam: I called Viola; she's going to take the girls to playland. Doesn't that sound like fun?

Alexis: What a great idea. How fun. Come here, let me fix your coat. Ah -- oh. Sweetie, I'm ok, all right? I'm just tired. You go have a good time, and then we'll play games when you get back, all right?

Viola: Come on, Kristina; let's go so mommy can get some rest.

Alexis: Go ahead, sweetie, have fun.

Sam: Come on.

Alexis: Bye, Molly.

Sam: Viola, could you call me on your way home?

Viola: Sure.

Sam: Thank you.

Alexis: Thanks for doing that. It's so hard on Kristina when she has to see me this way.

Sam: Well -- uh -- now she won't have to see you like this.

[Rock music plays]

Jason: Where's Sam?

Spinelli: Dropping some pot off at her momís.

Jason: What?

Spinelli: Um -- the Goddess Mother is seriously faded from her chemo --

[Music stops]

Spinelli: So I was delivering her some herbal relief -- at Mr. Corinthos, Sir's, behest -- but she -- she, like, totally wigged out, so the Goddess brought it over herself. But check it out -- she left us some tasty treats.

Jason: Yeah, ok. Yeah, that's great. Come on.

Spinelli: What?

Jason: Come on. See what -- what are you doing? Why are you rubbing crumbs on my floor like that?

Spinelli: I'll -- I'll clean it up later.

Jason: You're going to clean it up. Here, see this? I got some money for you. I want you to find someplace else to spend the night, ok?

Spinelli: Oh, dude, no, I -- I can't leave. The Goddess is doing me a favor. It'd totally be, like, rude to bug out on her now.

Jason: Well, she's going to be glad you did it, ok?

Spinelli: Wait a second, you -- you guys are going to get romantic? Oh, dude, that's righteous! You know, I'm still not comfortable with that whole reproductive thing, but if the Goddess wants to be a mom, I guess you'd be a good dad. You just got to learn how to smile.

Jason: Ok, don't touch me. Ok, let's go.

Spinelli: Good luck, Big Daddy.

Jason: Thank you.

[Spinelli laughs]

[Knock on door]

Jason: I -- I told you to leave, all right?

Elizabeth: Ok.

Jason: Oh -- wait, hold on, hold on. Wait.

Maxie: Can I help you?

Lulu: I'm just checking something.

Maxie: Oh, really? Well, use of the hospital computers is restricted.

Lulu: Oh, what are you going to do, report me?

Maxie: Why not?

Lulu: Because you'd be making a fool of yourself, Maxie.

Maxie: Oh, I'm not the one who got caught in the act. And I'm sure hospital security and Monica and Alan Quartermaine would be fascinated to know why you're snooping around.

Lulu: Oh, well, you know what? At least I'm not stealing drugs from here to give to a guy so that he'll sleep with me.

Maxie: How do I know you're not forging a prescription? That's illegal, Lulu. I should -- I should call my dad and tell him there's a crime in progress.

Lulu: Oh, you know what? Why don't you just cut to the chase and call Lucky? An while you're at it, you can tell him that all your grief about losing your baby is really an act, and that you're still the same selfish coward --

Georgie: Lulu, back off!

Lulu: Why are you always siding with Maxie?

Georgie: Because she's my sister, and she's not the only one here who's made mistakes.

Maxie: Especially this time.

Lulu: Huh.

Jane: Oh, I hope you don't mind. Leticia was kind enough to let me in.

Carly: No, I don't care. Have you heard from Jax?

Jane: No, no, but I did receive a rather disturbing call from Jerry.

Carly: What did he say?

Jane: That he needed help. I tried to reassure him that Jax was on the way, but the call was cut short. I'm afraid that Jerry is in worse trouble than I first thought.

Carly: Well, what if Jax is in trouble, too? Jane, I've been trying to call him for days. I'm leaving messages; he's not calling me back. What if whoever's got Jerry has Jax, too?

Jane: Oh, I doubt that. Jax has far too much sense than to follow blindly after his brother. He's probably trying to arrange for a ransom or something. Oh, I could just throttle Jerry. All the pain his family's been through -- he would know better than to get involved with gangsters.

Carly: Jerry's mixed up with the mob?

[Music plays]

Max: Michael --

Michael: Hey, can we have hot chocolate?

Max: You bet. I'll bring it to you. Your dad's in his office, all right?

Michael: Ok, thanks.

Max: Hey, two hot chocolates, please.

Sonny: Where is he now? If Alcazar leaves his house, call me.

[Knock on door]

Sonny: Come in.

Michael: Hey, dad. Max said that we could come by after school. Come on. Come on, come on, come on.

Sonny: What are they doing here?

Milo: Uh -- I --

Max: Oh, hey. Sorry, Mr. C, I promised the boys we could stop by before I got the call from Jason.

Sonny: Oh.

Max: You know, he said that you didn't want any big changes, so I tried to keep things as normal as possible.

Sonny: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's right.

Max: Here we go, guys.

Michael: Hey -- oh, thank you.

Max: These are hot cups.

Michael: Oh, oh.

Max: All right. See you later.

Sonny: So -- uh --

Michael: That's good.

Sonny: How'd it go in school today?

Michael: Good. Mrs. Dembrowski --

Sonny: Yeah?

Michael: Yeah, she wants me to bring a parent in for Career Day next week --

Sonny: Right.

Michael: And I was going to bring Jax, but he's out of town.

Sonny: Why would you bring Jax?

Michael: Mom says that he's less busy than you.

Sonny: Well -- oh, come on. I'm -- I'll do whatever you guys want to do, you know? I'm not busy for you -- for you guys.

Michael: Seriously?

Sonny: Yeah. Whatever it is you want me to do, I'll do it.

Michael: You'll do it? Thanks, dad.

Sonny: All right?

Skye: I swear, the better I get to know you, the more confused I get. I do, but the one thing I --

[Phone rings]

Lorenzo: Yes?

Woman: Hi. Your meeting's on, and the Holister file's in the trash.

Lorenzo: Good work. I'm sorry, I have to go.

Skye: Please be careful.

Lorenzo: Don't worry. I have a lot to come back to.

Jason: I'm sorry. I thought you were Spinelli. Please, come in.

Elizabeth: If this is a bad time --

Jason: No, no. It's fine. It's not.

Elizabeth: I can come back, because I can see that you and Sam are in the middle of something. So, I don't --

Jason: No, no, it's all right. Sam -- Samís actually with -- with Alexis. Alexis is having a hard time with the chemo.

Elizabeth: Yeah, I know. I saw her after her treatment today. She could barely stand up. It's great that Sam is there to help her through this.

Jason: Yeah. So, what -- what's going on?

Elizabeth: Well, it's -- it's no big deal. We just didn't really get a chance to -- to talk after you -- after you rescued me.

Jason: Yeah, you know, I'm sorry -- I'm sorry about that. I got your message on the cell, and I would've stopped by the hospital, but there's just been so much business stuff to deal with.

Elizabeth: No, don't -- don't apologize. I just wanted -- I just wanted to thank you -- for saving me. Because if you hadn't found me --

Jason: Well, you and -- you and the baby are ok, that's all that matters. Well, everything's -- everything's ok, right?

Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah. Things are -- are fine. The baby's perfect because of you.

Jason: Do you even remember what happened?

Elizabeth: Um -- I -- well, just that I slid off the road and -- and I woke up in the ER,  but the rest is kind of blank.

Jason: Yeah. I mean, you must've gotten turned around in the storm, because you weren't on the road to Audreyís house.

Elizabeth: Actually, I didn't get turned around. I was on my way to see you.

Alexis: You know, it's ironic -- that I am the standard-bearer of law and order, and here I am using an illegal substance. It's illegal except for medicinal purposes in all but 11 states, this not being one of them. It's a felony. You know, I -- usually the charges get reduced to a misdemeanor. But even still, wouldn't be a good idea for me to be charged with anything, because I wouldn't do very well --

[Knock on door]

Alexis: Oh, my God.

Sam: Here, you --

Alexis: Who is that?

Sam: You put this away, I'll get the door. Don't -- don't panic, ok?

Alexis: I'm panicking here.

Sam: Ahem. What do you want?

Ric: How's Alexis doing?

[Sam chuckles]

Sam: That's funny -- it's a little late for polite questions, don't you think -- considering you really don't care how she's doing.

Ric: Look, I didn't come here to fight. In fact, it would be in Molly's best interest if we found a way to compromise, and I'm sure Alexis would agree.

Sam: Well, you know, I'm sure Alexis isn't up for a discussion right now.

Ric: It's really not up for you to decide. I don't want to drag you or Molly through a messy custody battle.

Maxie: Lulu was using a computer.

Georgie: Lulu, that's not allowed, don't do it again. Can we please move on?

Maxie: Wait -- hello, Little Miss "Everyone must play by the rules." What Lulu was doing was wrong.

Georgie: Maxie, Lulu was using a computer. That's not a federal offense, and if you turn her in, then you're just going to look spiteful.

Maxie: All right. I don't want to alienate Lucky by making trouble for his sister, so I'll let it go -- this time.

Lulu: Thank you.

Georgie: I'm assuming whatever it is you were doing was about the mystery.

Lulu: Yeah. Dillon and I turned up a really big --

Georgie: That's -- that's great, Lulu, but you can't just use the hospital computer whenever you feel about it.

Lulu: No, I -- I know, I know, I know. I was just getting impatient, but -- no, but I want you to know, you know Dillon has been helping me a lot with this, but it's on a strictly friend basis. It's not --

Georgie: Lulu, you don't have to do this; you don't have to explain.

Lulu: I know I don't have to, but you just defended me against Maxie, and I think that you should know that --

Georgie: It does Maxie no good to fight with you, and it does you no good to explain the relationship that you and Dillon have, ok? A lot has changed this summer, and I just have to accept that.

Carly: How long has Jerry been in trouble with the mob?

Jane: Well, I really don't have all the details, Carly.

Carly: What do you know, Jane?

Jane: Well, Jerry has been involved in any number of illegal activities over the years. It's no secret that he's fairly adept at money laundering -- for which someone is willing to pay him a great deal of money for.

Carly: Did Jax know about this? No. Of course he didn't know about this, because he would've never gone because he would've known it was a setup.

Jane: How so?

Carly: Oh, I cannot believe this. Here I thought that Jerry was out in the jungle being eaten by crocodiles. I am such a fool! I should've known that Sonny would stoop this low.

Jane: Do you think Sonny arranged to have Jerry caught up in this mess?

Carly: Yes, I do. He couldn't stop me from marrying Jax, so he's going to use Jerry as leverage. God!

Jane: Jerry is perfectly capable of getting himself in his own dire circumstances without any help from anyone. It may have nothing to do with Sonny.

Carly: This has everything to do with Sonny.

[Music plays]

Lorenzo: Tell your boss I'm here to see him.

Milo: Wait here.

[Lorenzo sighs]

Milo: He just walked in.

Sonny: Bring him in.

Man: He's clean.

Milo: Go ahead.

Woman: Oh! Oh, my gosh. Oh --

Clerk: Are you all right?

Woman: Yeah, I'm ok.

Clerk: Oh --

Woman: Thank you.

Clerk: That's ok.

Sonny: What do you want?

Lorenzo: Well, I'll keep this brief.

Woman: Sarah? It's time for afternoon snacks.

Colleen: Oh. I'll bring them right out. Be right back.

[Child laughs]

Nikolas: Hi.

Woman: Oh! May I help you?

Nikolas: Yes, yes. We need -- we're looking into some daycare for our son, and we want to know if we could --

Woman: Oh.

Nikolas: Take a tour?

Elizabeth: I've had a lot to deal with these last couple of months --

Jason: Yeah.

Elizabeth: And I thought I was handling things pretty well. But I realized there are some things that I just can't fix on my own.

Jason: You know I'll help you any way I can.

Elizabeth: And that's why I came to you the night of the blackout. You're -- you're the one person in my life that I can depend on. And I wish I could say that about Lucky, but I just can't anymore. I want him to get well, but he has to do it for himself. He can't do it for me, and he certainly can't do it for this baby. And sooner or later, he's going to have to face reality, and I'm not making it any easier by lying to him. I -- I need to start thinking about my children and -- and what kind of life I want to bring this baby into. That's why I need to start telling the truth.

Jason: The truth about what?

Alexis: I think that we should settle this in court.

Ric: You're not going to automatically get custody of Molly just because you're the mother.

Alexis: Oh, we could have a contest to see who is more unfit, Ric. I -- I have a lot of evidence against you, I think you know that.

Ric: Alexis, we both made mistakes, ok? The only difference is mine have not repeatedly put our child's life in jeopardy.

Sam: That's funny -- that's a lie and you know it. And Alexis would never, ever do anything to hurt Molly.

Ric: Oh, really? She lets her hang around you, right? Even after you completely traumatized Kristina by shooting a man right in front of her?

Sam: Oh, come on, Ric, it was self-defense and you know it.

Ric: Yes, that's what a jury would've decided --

Alexis: You know what? This is why we need to settle this in court -- so we don't stand around here making accusations.

Ric: Alexis, all I have to do is prove that this is an unsafe environment for our daughter.

Skye: Your daddy wants you to have a good life, a place where you'll always be safe and happy. That's why he gave us these. I know he's only trying to do the right thing. But if we go to Switzerland, that means we'll never see your daddy again. That wouldn't be fair to either one of you, now, would it?  Well, we're a family now, and I'm going to do whatever it takes to keep us together.

[Phone rings]

Skye: Hello? No, Alcazar's not here. But I can pass on a message.

Sonny: You kill me, and Jasonís going to kill you. You are never going to get away with this.

Lorenzo: You know, you're forgetting one thing -- the DA is in my pocket. So after you are dead, Ric will arrest Jason for something -- really doesn't matter what it is. The point is your revenge will be out of commission.

Sonny: You're going to bet the house on my brother? You're a bigger fool than I thought you were.

Lorenzo: No, I'm out of options.

Milo: Oh -- Mrs. C, you can't go in there.

Carly: Watch me.

Lorenzo: You decided to attack me when I have nothing to lose.

Sonny: That's not true -- you have a baby; you have Skye.

Carly: Sonny, I cannot believe Ė

[Sonny shoots Alcazar]

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Woman: How old is your son?

Nikolas: 10 months. Do you have any other children his age?

Elizabeth: It's very clear what I have to do.

Jason: You know I'll do whatever I can for you.

Elizabeth: I don't know why I didn't tell you months ago.

Sonny: Carly, get out now.
