Jax: Yeah, the cocktail lounge is still a loss leader for the hotel, so I want to get your ideas.
Man: Ok, let's sit down.
Carly: Hey. This is going to have to wait.
Jax: Excuse me.
Carly: Sorry. Why did you run out on me?
Jax: Because I had work to do here.
Carly: Look, if this is about the kiss with Sonny, I can explain everything, Jax.
Jax: I already told you, you don't have to explain anything to me.
Sam: What is this obsession with you having to be perfect?
Alexis: I wouldn't call it an obsession.
Sam: Ok, but we are human, Alexis, and the truth is you are a really good mother and you're not psychic. You could not have predicted that Kristina was going to be in that warehouse that night.
Alexis: I predicted something would happen. I just couldn't be specific as to what it was. In any event, I'm responsible for my children's welfare.
Sam: I know, and you love your girls. And -- and you do the best job that you know how to do, and that's all anyone can ever expect of you.
Alexis: You are my daughter, too, Sam. And no matter how I feel about what you've done and the choices that you've made, I'm going to deliver.
Ric: How do you know Jasonís alive?
Lorenzo: Because he gave in to a sentimental impulse and phoned the Quartermaines on Thanksgiving, and Skye happened to be there when he called.
Ric: I saw Jason shot on that catwalk. I saw him fall.
Lorenzo: My guess is he's still in Port Charles.
Ric: Assuming your information is correct and Jason is alive, he's going to want to see Sam. And when he tries to make contact, we'll be waiting.
Jason: Elizabeth -- look, it's ok. Even if Lucky came after me, I don't want to hurt him. I wouldn't do anything to him.
Elizabeth: How are you going to avoid it? He's a cop, you're a wanted fugitive, and Ric has deliberately put the two of you on a collision course.
Jason: Do you have any idea why?
Elizabeth: Well, it sounds like you do.
Jason: Lucky and I cancel each other out. He kills me, I kill him -- Ric doesn't care which. One of us is gone, you hate whoever's left, and Ric makes his move to get a shot at you.
Elizabeth: But I would never -- I could never be with Ric again.
Jason: I know -- I know. But you can tell that to him until you're blue in the face, he is not going to stop trying.
Elizabeth: So what do we do?
[Knock on door]
Lucky: Elizabeth? Are you there?
Elizabeth: Lucky. What are you doing here?
Lucky: What -- oh, my -- you know, I think I could ask you the same thing. But I think I already know.
Jax: Oh, you know what? Um -- I think we need some more up top still in that area --
Man: Don't -- don't worry, Sir.
Jax: Just be careful on the ladder, ok?
Man: The staff will follow your instructions to the T.
Carly: Will you please talk to me?
Jax: Just give me one minute. Maybe fill into that top area right there. Just maybe put a couple more of the gold balls there. What do you think? No? Excuse me.
Carly: You cannot tell me that you were not the least bit upset that you heard that Sonny and I kissed.
Jax: Did you sleep with him?
Carly: No. No -- look, Sonny just told me that Jason was alive. I -- I hugged him because I was so happy, and then he kissed me, and I don't know what happened, ok?
Jax: Right, and I understand.
Carly: No, you don't understand. You're upset because I didn't tell you, and the reason why I didn't tell you is because I didn't want you to be upset. But it meant nothing to me, and I swear, that is the truth.
Jax: And I believe you, ok?
Carly: You do? You -- you believe me?
Jax: I do. I know how upset you were about Jason, and I know that you are an emotional person and that you react impulsively.
Carly: Would you stop being so damn reasonable?
Jax: Well, I know what happened and why it happened, ok? I mean, if you want me to drum up some phony jealousy, I can probably do that.
Carly: I don't want you to think that things are starting back up with me and Sonny, because they're not.
Jax: I don't think that things are starting up with you and Sonny, ok? I don't have a problem with this, really. Do you?
Carly: No. No, I -- I love you.
Jax: And I love you, too, ok? So just calm down about everything, all right? Now, I -- I have work to do, ok? I've got to get back.
Jax: Ok. Well, I love you. Oh, you know what? Maybe we could put some more flowers on the shelf up there.
Alexis: You're in serious trouble. Do you know that? You need a lawyer.
Sam: Between Sonny and Carly and Jax, I'm sure they can find me a really good lawyer.
Alexis: No, you need someone who knows the players involved. You need someone who's motivated to prove that you were framed, and that the D.A. is abusing his power and needs to be stopped.
Sam: No, no, no, no, you cannot defend me.
Alexis: Yes, I can.
Sam: Why? Why? I traumatized Kristina. I would imagine that you would want to get me put away.
Alexis: I act in the best interest of my children, all of them.
Sam: Well, you know what? No. You're in the middle of chemotherapy, and you've got to focus on your recovery.
Alexis: I can beat Ric, and I can win. I'm the best shot that you have, and I suggest that you take advantage of it.
Ric: Well, if the cops find Jason, he'll resist arrest and he'll be shot on sight.
Lorenzo: Yeah, I've heard that before.
Ric: Look, your computer tech, Spinelli, is the bigger problem here. He's the one who can -- who can tell them all about the flash drive that started this whole thing and say that it was fabricated. He can also tie us to the frame, Alcazar. We have no leads; Spinelli has dropped off the face of the earth.
Lorenzo: Do not worry. I'm taking care of it.
Lulu: It's weird to think that Diegoís gone and we're never going to see him again.
Georgie: Yeah, I know. I've been thinking about him a lot lately.
Lulu: I mean, you were the only person who gave him a chance after that stalking thing at P.C.U., and now -- now he's dead, just like that.
Georgie: I think that's why I tried so hard to connect with Diego. He really had so much going for him, and he wasn't a bad person. He just wanted to follow in his father's footsteps.
Lulu: I just -- I wish that I got to know him better. I wish, at least I -- you know, if I paid attention enough to try.
Georgie: I just wish I got to say goodbye, you know?
Pete: Ah. Miss Jones.
Pete: Great work on your paper on the transcendentalist poets. You explored some risky themes and made your arguments well.
Georgie: Thank you, professor.
Pete: Of course. As for yours -- oh, that's right, you blew off the assignment. So much for acing my class.
Georgie: Wait a minute, professor; she had a really good reason --
Lulu: No, Georgie, donít.
Pete: No, no, no, no.
Lulu: It's not -- doesn't matter.
Pete: Let me guess. You were too busy cutting paper turkeys? There was a meeting at the dilettante club?
Lulu: My mom relapsed and she's back in Shadybrook.
Pete: Then petition for a bereavement deferment. I'm sure the school will understand.
Lulu: But you donít.
Pete: Your mother has a medical condition that keeps her from being a part of this world. What's your excuse? Fear of failure? Fear of success?
Pete: Sorry, I have to go. Whoa, hey --
Man: Mr. Alcazar has got a few questions about Spinelli.
Lulu: Hey, you don't get to trash me like that and then -- what's going on?
Lucky: It's not hard to figure out why you're here. I mean, you're working, you're living with your grandmother, taking care of Cameron. I am not surprised that you need somewhere to be alone.
Elizabeth: And last month I just walked by the building, saw that the studio was empty and I've been thinking about painting and how much I missed it.
Lucky: You were so talented. You never should've given up on it.
Elizabeth: Well, I -- I don't regret it, though. I mean, I love nursing, and I needed a job, and right now I just have all this -- I've got this stuff inside of me and, you know, this is the best way to get it out.
Lucky: Oh, so the landlord's letting you use this space?
Elizabeth: Yeah, he rented it to me again. Gram lent me the money. It feels really good to be here and to be painting.
Lucky: I admire that about you, Elizabeth -- you'll always manage to turn a bad situation into something good.
Elizabeth: I'm trying.
Lucky: Can I -- can I see one of your paintings?
Skye: Emily, do you have a minute?
Emily: Yeah, sure. Is everything ok?
Skye: Well, that depends. I'm asking you to betray a confidence, but it's for a good cause.
Emily: I'm not sure I understand.
Skye: Well, I couldn't help but noticing that on Thanksgiving, although you were happy to know that Jason was alive, you didn't seem particularly surprised.
Emily: I had faith all along that he was going to be all right.
Skye: I think it was a little more than faith. I think you're Jasonís little sister, he didn't want you to worry, and I think he called you to let you know that he was all right. And I think you were the one who had him call the family and reassure them that he was ok.
Emily: Where are you going with this, Skye?
Skye: If you're in contact with Jason, I want to talk with him. You don't have to tell me where he is, you donít. I could just speak with him on the phone.
Emily: Look, even if I could -- and I'm not saying that's possible -- why do you need to speak to Jason?
Skye: For Lila and her father. I know that Lorenzo is a complicated and dangerous man. I know that he'll kill to get what he wants, just like Jason.
Emily: What? No. Skye, they're nothing alike.
Skye: Oh, Emily, please. You're only saying that because you love Jason. When he breaks the law, when he takes a life, you find it to be defensible. On the other hand, I barely know Jason. We have people we love in common, but he certainly doesn't get a free pass from me for the damage that he's done.
Emily: So, what about Alcazar? Does he get a free pass?
Skye: No, he doesn't get a free pass from me, either. I realize that he had Jason ambushed the night of Luke and Lauraís wedding. I know that he wanted to kill Jason and Sam and that computer person. I know that's murder, and it's wrong. But Alcazar was wrong, ok? Now he's paying a price. Diego is dead. You know, the violence can either stop or it can escalate. Lorenzo can seek revenge, Jason can retaliate. Maybe you're right. Maybe Jason will survive. But wouldn't it be better if Lorenzo and Jason stopped hunting each other down like animals? Wouldn't it be better for everyone if there were peace?
Emily: Do you think that's what Alcazar wants?
Skye: I know that Lorenzo will defend himself if attacked. But if Sonny and Jason leave him alone, I think I can get him to agree to a truce.
Elizabeth: I haven't done any painting yet. I've just been working on ideas and picking up art supplies. What are you doing here?
Lucky: Well, I was looking for you. Well, you weren't at home or the hospital. And I was just walking by and I saw a light through the old studio window there and thought I'd take a chance. I guess I was just following my heart. Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know that I've been reinstated to the force.
Elizabeth: Oh, that's -- that's great, Lucky.
Lucky: Well, you may not think so after you hear my first assignment. Ric wants me to find Jason -- dead or alive.
Elizabeth: Oh, well, I don't -- I don't know why you felt the need to tell me. I mean, it's your job, you got to take whatever assignment is given.
Lucky: I know you feel you owe Jason. I owe him, too, after the way I tried to set him up, after I was strung-out and -- it's just my job, and Jasonís a criminal, and if he's alive, then --
Elizabeth: Then you're going to handle it totally professionally. I know you will.
Lucky: I'm glad you understand. I have to ask you if you might know where Jason is.
Elizabeth: No, I donít. I have no idea where he might be.
Lucky: I'm sorry. I had to ask.
Elizabeth: It's ok.
Lucky: Ahem. Oh -- one more thing. I'm glad to see you're painting.
Elizabeth: Yeah, me, too.
Lucky: I know I caused you pain, Elizabeth. And if you have to express yourself through art, I'm sorry. I hate that I went from being the best thing in your life to the worst.
Elizabeth: No, you -- you didnít.
Sam: Look, you and I, we don't have the best relationship, and -- and I can accept that. But you're still my mother, and I want you to beat this cancer. I don't want to make you sicker by having to defend me.
Alexis: I thrive on a challenge, you know that.
Sam: Right, but you disapprove of all of my decisions, and here you're going to have to be standing in front of a judge defending me. I just -- I understand it's going to be really uncomfortable with you.
Alexis: You need an attorney and that's what I do. The cancer hasn't left me helpless. I can still fight and win.
Sam: I understand that. But this case is going to be a lot tougher than what you think, and I don't want it to interfere with your recovery, that is all.
Alexis: If I feel that I'm not strong enough to continue, I will let you know. I can beat this, and I don't intend to let you down.
Sam: Ok. Ok, you're hired.
Pete: You read this book from cover to cover, or don't bother showing up for class.
Lulu: But I -- I --
Pete: Not another word, Miss Spencer. I think I made myself perfectly clear. Sorry for the interruption, gentlemen. Let's get going, shall we?
Dillon: So -- um -- what was that all about?
Lulu: Um -- Professor Sensitive chewed me out again, and I'm starting to think it's his favorite hobby.
Dillon: Well, he's been riding you a little hard lately, and I think it's crossing the line into harassment.
Lulu: Wait -- whoa. Dillon, Dillon, Dillon --
Lulu: I don't need you to fight my battles for me.
Dillon: What is going on?
Lulu: Nothing. I'm -- I'm just a lousy student with a jerk professor.
Dillon: Ok, who were the guys your jerk professor was with today?
Lulu: I don't know. His friends, probably?
Dillon: What are you not telling me?
Lulu: Nothing. Marquez was giving me grief, period. End of story, that's it.
Dillon: All right. Well, you know what? For a Spencer, you're a really bad liar. But it's -- no, it's cool. You know, you don't want my help, I won't give it.
Georgie: Hey, stranger.
Dillon: Hey. Hi. I've been looking for you. I talked to Skye. Diego's going to be buried in South America.
Georgie: Thanks for telling me.
Dillon: Yeah. Look, I -- I know that I gave you a lot of grief for hanging out with him. But whatever he deserved, it wasn't that. And he was your friend, and I'm sorry. I just want to say I'm so sorry.
Georgie: I appreciate that, Dillon.
Georgie: I really do. Diego wasn't a bad person, he was just messed up, and he thought the wrong things were important.
Dillon: Lulu, where you going?
Lulu: Um -- nothing. I'm -- uh -- just doing an assignment for extra credit.
Lorenzo: My son, Diego, was murdered. And one of your students, a Mr. Spinelli, was involved. I want to know where to find him.
Pete: I have no idea.
Lorenzo: Well, we know he used your computer.
Pete: Yes -- for illegal activities. And when I found out, I booted the kid and I put him on report.
Lorenzo: Did he remain in touch with you?
Pete: No. Look, if you find Spinelli, let me know. I would like to file charges for fraud.
Lorenzo: Your anger is understandable -- especially if you're covering.
Man: Skye is here to see you.
Lorenzo: If Spinelli contacts you and I don't hear about it, I'm going to be upset. Right now, you don't want to upset me.
Skye: We need to talk about our daughter.
Ric: Well, good news -- Jason is alive.
Sam: What? What is this, Ric? Is this one of your twisted mind games?
Ric: No, no, it's the truth. And I'm pretty sure you knew about it all along. Sonny and Carly didn't come down here to visit you out of the goodness of their hearts. I'm pretty sure that they came as messengers for Jason.
Sam: Oh, you're pretty sure? Well, I'm pretty sure your imagination's working overtime.
Ric: Listen to me. We're going to be bringing in your boyfriend soon. My advice to you is you should cooperate, or it's going to be in a body bag.
Elizabeth: You have an illness, Lucky. It's like they say in the meetings -- you're not a bad person trying to get good, you're just a sick person trying to get well.
Lucky: But I still did the things that I did -- cheated on you, ruined our marriage.
Elizabeth: And those things hurt, and it hurt Cameron, too. But I want to get past it.
Lucky: Thanks for keeping an open mind.
Elizabeth: We have so many good memories together. The bad can't possibly outweigh the good.
Lucky: I still love you -- and Cameron, and the baby we made. Whatever happens, that'll never change.
Elizabeth: Are you ok? No, ok. Come on, sit down.
Jason: Oh. I'm sorry. I know -- I know it's hard for you to lie to him.
Elizabeth: It's ok, I'm lying to him all the time.
Jason: Look, if -- if you think Lucky should know that -- that we slept together --
Elizabeth: No -- God, no.
Jason: Go ahead and tell him.
Elizabeth: He's -- he's been jealous of you for years. It would only make things a thousand times worse. And if he found out that we slept together, it could throw him back to his drugs and he could do something crazy, and he's already been sent out to -- to get you, dead or alive.
Jason: No, you're just assuming the worst.
Elizabeth: Because the worst could happen.
Jason: The baby -- the baby's Luckyís. It would be different if it was mine.
[Christmas music plays]
Jax: Whoa. What happened? Hotel out of business or something?
Carly: Yeah, for a private party.
Carly: Mm-hmm. Ours.
Jax: Hmm. Well, what are we going to do?
Carly: Follow me.
Ric: If you know where Jason is --
Sam: How many times do I have to repeat myself, Ric? I don't even know Jason is alive. Although, I'm hoping and praying he is, I don't know.
Ric: Wow, that's very convincing.
Sam: It's because it's the truth.
Ric: Ok, fine, Sam. All right, you don't want to tell me, just tell somebody else. Tell Mac, tell Lucky -- tell any cop, for that matter, that you may trust. You tell them to bring Jason in. Because, as you say, if this is all a big frame-up, then the best way for you both to exonerate yourselves is to fight it in open court.
Sam: You're only saying this because you think you can get a conviction. You canít.
Ric: Sam, we will bring Jason in eventually. Why are you prolonging the inevitable?
Sam: Ric, I will prove I'm innocent, and you will be hearing from my attorney soon.
Jason: You know, Lucky was sleeping with Maxie, and now if she's pregnant with his kid -- of course he's -- you know, he's going to be hurt that you turned to me that one night, but he's going to have to see that -- that he pushed you away.
Elizabeth: All emotions aren't always that rational.
Jason: Lucky screwed up. He knows it's going to take time to regain your trust.
Elizabeth: Trust goes both ways.
Jason: Ok, then, you know, maybe it's just -- maybe it's time to be honest, get everything out in the open. It could give you and Lucky another chance. You told me you still loved him, and from what I heard you guys talking about --
Elizabeth: I do still love him. I just -- my faith in him is shaken, and I don't know if I want us to have another chance.
Jason: What if he stays clean?
Elizabeth: Staying clean is a daily fight, and he's come so far. I don't want to risk undoing it by telling him the truth just so I can have a clear conscience. Don't tell me "Mo lie is a good lie," because some secrets are just better kept.
[Knock on door]
Jason: It's Stan. We just got our shot at proving Samís innocence. Ok, what happened?
Stan: I found Alcazar's boy genius.
Lulu: Oh, my God.
Spinelli: Lulu, right?
Spinelli: Did -- did the teach send you?
Lulu: Um -- sort of.
Lulu: Yeah, jumbo bag.
Spinelli: Nectar of the Gods! Yeah! Oh, did -- did you get the money?
Lulu: Um -- I'm going to have to work on that. Wait, what gangsters are you hiding from, or do you have your reality mixed up with some sort of video game?
Spinelli: No, dude, I'm a marked man -- targeted for death by the cops, bad gangster Alcazar, and badder gangster Jason Morgan.
Spinelli: Oh, it's -- huh. It's too long a saga, but -- um -- see, the bummer ending is if they find me, I'm toast. So I have to disappear, and you have to help me.
Lulu: Uh-huh. No, I donít.
Lorenzo: Is Lila all right?
Skye: She's fine. She, of course, is far too young to know the kind of grief you're going through. But I know how devastating your loss is, Lorenzo.
Lorenzo: You know, if this is going to be another warning about the life I lead, I --
Skye: This is about Lila Rae. I would like her to be baptized Catholic -- like you -- and I would like her to have your last name.
Lorenzo: You would do that?
Skye: You're her father, Lorenzo. You're a part of her life, she's a part of yours, and that's never going to change. So, yes, I would like to do that. It feels right.
Lorenzo: Right. Well, it's going to come at a price.
[Christmas music plays]
Carly: This is it.
Jax: Wow. A sleigh in the middle of the lobby -- interesting.
Carly: We're not in a lobby.
Jax: My mistake. Where are we?
Carly: We're in a sleigh, and we're out in the snow on a starry night. You're going to have to use your imagination.
Jax: All right, I'll try.
Carly: Squint. Ok, squint. Can you see it?
Jax: I see horses pulling the sleigh.
Jax: Is that good?
Carly: Yes. Now you're getting it.
Jax: So, where are we going?
Carly: We're going on a tour of our future.
Carly: See over there? There's our house, with our children -- Michael and Morgan, and a little boy and a little girl that we're going to have.
Jax: We're going to need a really big house with all --
Carly: Look how big our house is!
Jax: Oh, yes. Oh, I see it now -- that's a big house.
Carly: And look over here --
Jax: It's huge.
Carly: All of our hotels from coast to coast.
Carly: And this is us celebrating our anniversary.
Jax: I didn't realize we had an anniversary.
Carly: This is our future -- the near future.
Jax: Ok. I'll bite. When's our anniversary?
Carly: New Year's Eve.
Georgie: Why do you allow yourself to get sucked into Lulu's drama?
Dillon: All I said was that I'm worried about her.
Georgie: Like I said, Dillon.
Dillon: She's having a hard time right now, Georgie.
Georgie: "A hard time"? A lot of what's happening to Lulu right now is because of Lulu. It was her choice to break us up and get you into bed; it was her choice to have the abortion. Those facts do not make her a saint or a victim.
Dillon: All right, all right. Ok, I guess I got a little sucked into the fact that her mom was making a temporary recovery, and now she's back in Shadybrook, and Lulu actually believes that she could go there someday, too.
Georgie: And I feel bad for that, Dillon. I really do, genuinely. But Lulu has family. She has Carly, she has Bobbie, and she has Luke when he's in town. She doesn't need you as a personal guardian.
Dillon: Well, I guess I'm a little guilty about the fact that she had an abortion.
Georgie: Stop. You don't get to decide how Lulu handled the situation.
Dillon: Ok. You're right. All right. All right, I'm not going to think about Lulu. I'm going to think about Georgie.
Georgie: Ok, now, that I can handle.
Pete: Where's -- where's Lulu? Where is she?
Georgie: She went to do extra credit for you. Why?
Pete: Damn it, I -- I didn't want her to get involved.
Dillon: Involved in what? Is she in trouble?
Spinelli: So I did this job for Alcazar. The dude paid, like, megabucks for me to put some bogus info on a flash drive. And the next thing I know, Jason Morgan grabs me with his -- hottest babe in the world -- his undeserving girlfriend, Sam -- and then they told me that I had to go to the cops and tell all.
Lulu: Ok, that sounds really exciting, but I have my own mystery to solve.
Spinelli: You don't get it. See, then there was an ambush and a huge explosion, lots of humorless guys with guns and, like, serious mayhem. I mean, these people want to erase me from the cosmic hard drive.
Lulu: What "people"?
Spinelli: Alcazar! The dude wants me dead, like, for real. Oh, God, then the cops showed up and started shooting, and they -- they hit Jason. I think the dude's dead.
Lulu: What? You do
Spinelli: Well, I -- I took off, you know, but -- and now the baddest of them all -- the Pacino-esque dude, Sonny Corinthos -- is going to hunt me down and kill me if the others don't off me first.
Lulu: Ok. All right, I will do one thing for you, Spinelli. But if it doesn't work, you're on your own.
Jason: Look, I -- I have to find Spinelli before Alcazar does.
Elizabeth: Jason, you were shot. You're patched up, but you're not healed. You could pull your stitches and bleed to death.
Jason: Where do I find Spinelli?
Stan: Oh, you mean physically?
Jason: Yes, I mean physically. I need an address where I can physically go get him.
Stan: But the only one I got is in cyberspace. I mean, one of Spinelliís usernames popped up in a chat room. One of the references is to the docks, so I figured he's still in town.
Jason: Ok, Stan, please, I need more than a username. Go back online and try to find him. This guy is the key to saving Sam.
Lucky: I thought you should know -- I just heard Jasonís alive.
Sam: Who told you? Ric?
Lucky: Does it matter?
Sam: Yes, it does Lucky. You can't believe a word out of his lying mouth.
Lucky: Well, we haven't found Jasonís body, so I'm guessing he's still alive. He's a survivor, Sam, and if you really thought he was dead, you'd be a lot more upset.
Sam: Maybe I don't want to give you or Ric the satisfaction of seeing me upset.
Lucky: Ok, Sam -- Sam, I'm just trying to help.
Sam: Like you helped before?
Lucky: I was high on pills when I tried to set him up. I'm not excusing what I did. I was wrong. Now I'm trying to make things right.
Sam: By bringing Jason in?
Lucky: And if I don't, chances are he will be dead.
Sam: Lucky, what is it? What is your sudden concern? Why are you so determined to find him?
Lucky: Ric just reinstated me. This is my first case.
Sam: Oh, come on, Lucky. Don't you get it? Ric is setting you up.
Ric: Alexis. How's Kristina?
Alexis: Lainey said that I should keep her at home and keep things as normal as possible.
Ric: Well, if there's anything I can do to help, you just let me know.
Alexis: You can drop the charges against her sister.
Ric: How am I supposed to do that, Alexis?
Alexis: You framed her. It must be very simple to undermine your own work.
Ric: Half the PCPD saw her assault me and run away, and not to mention the fact that she killed Diego Alcazar, traumatizing Kristina in the process.
Alexis: It was self-defense.
Ric: That's for a jury to decide, ok? She is going to trial.
Alexis: Fine. Here's a writ. You've got to arraign her. It's a subpoena. I want to see all the evidence you have against her.
Ric: You're not seriously considering defending Sam?
Alexis: Watch me.
["Auld Lang Syne" plays]
Jax: You want to marry me on New Yearís Eve?
Carly: You don't want to marry me on New Yearís Eve?
Jax: Oh, no, of course I want to marry you on New Yearís Eve.
Carly: I just think on New Yearís Eve, anything is possible, and dreams come true. And I know that sounds cheesy, but you're the man that I want to spend the rest of my life with. So, will you marry me on New Yearís Eve?
Jax: I most certainly will marry you.
Lorenzo: I am honored that you want Lila to be baptized and to carry my last name. But I'm not going to lie to you, Skye. I can't get out of my business.
Skye: It'd be safer for all of us if you could. But I've come to accept that that's who you are.
Lorenzo: And you can live with that?
Skye: All I'm asking is that you don't make the first move against Sonny or Jason. So if they come after you, I understand. You have to defend yourself. But, Lorenzo, please don't go looking for revenge.
Lorenzo: All right. I won't provoke Sonny or Jason.
Skye: I know how angry you are over Diegoís death. Can you honestly hold back?
Lorenzo: Yeah. I can for you, Skye. For you and Lila.
Skye: Thank you.
Lulu: I happen to know Sonny Corinthos personally.
Spinelli: The Godfather is pals with a college freshman?
Lulu: He's friends with my dad, and they've known each other for a long time. So I can just go talk to him, and he can help you.
Spinelli: But how does that guarantee that I won't end up like some gangbanger on the ninth level of Street Killer?
Lulu: Ok, Sonny is not going to kill you. He's a decent guy. He's helped me with a lot of things in the past. Trust me, we can go to him, and he can just work all this out, I'm sure.
Spinelli: You make it sound so easy.
Lulu: Well, would you rather sit here like a cockroach in a refrigerator light?
Spinelli: Whoa -- bummer visual.
Lulu: Well, you get the point.
Spinelli: Yeah, totally. Um -- let's -- let's get out of here.
Spinelli: Ok. Whoa!
Lulu: Get off of him! Ugh!
Man: What about the girl?
Second man: She's a witness. She comes, too.
Lulu: No! Leave me alone! Get your hands off of me!
Stan: I'm running a trace. If Spinelliís on a hard-line computer, I should be able to track it.
Jason: Elizabeth, as soon as Stan finds the location, I'll be leaving and I won't come back. I just -- I don't want to put you in the middle any longer.
Elizabeth: You keep saying you don't want to put me at risk, but what about yourself?
Jason: I can't waste time. I canít. If Spinelli disappears again, I'm done.
Elizabeth: Then let Stan find him -- or Sonny or anyone else.
Jason: Sam is locked up and she's alone. There's no telling what Ric is putting her through. I got to get her out of there.
Stan: I got it.
Sam: Lucky, Ric isn't helping you out of the goodness of his heart. He still has a thing for Elizabeth.
Lucky: What are you talking about?
Sam: "What am I talking about"? They were married. He was in love with her.
Lucky: That was a long time ago.
Sam: His feelings for her have not changed.
Lucky: Ric is married to your mother, Alexis. They have a daughter.
Sam: Yes, I understand, but their marriage is completely over. Ric wants custody of Molly. What he's looking for is a mother for his daughter.
Lucky: So you're saying that he thinks that Elizabeth could step in and fill a role?
Sam: No. What I'm saying is that you can't trust him. Ric wants just the opposite. He probably hoping in his perfect world you and Jason get into a gun battle, and one of you kills the other.
Lucky: And if we don't?
Sam: And if you don't, then hopefully Jason makes you look bad enough that you go back on pills. Either way, Lucky, Ric wants you out of the way so he can have Elizabeth to himself.
Ric: Alexis, you are undergoing chemotherapy. You're risking your health by going back to work so soon.
Alexis: Your concern is duly noted. I'm doing it anyway.
Ric: And Sam agreed?
Alexis: Yes, she does.
Ric: Yes, of course she did. What the hell was she thinking?
Alexis: That I can beat you. Now, the first thing I want to see is the information regarding the flash drive.
Ric: That evidence is classified.
Alexis: That evidence was fabricated.
Ric: I'm not going to argue with you about this, Alexis.
Alexis: Good. That'll make my job much easier.
Ric: Ok, understand me -- you cannot take this case.
Alexis: Since when do I need permission from you to do anything?
Ric: Do you need permission from your doctor? Have you asked him?
Alexis: Don't worry about my health. I'll worry about my health. What you should worry about is me getting Sam exonerated.
Ric: So you're going to risk putting yourself back in the hospital out of spite?
Alexis: You'd like that, wouldn't you?
Ric: No, I wouldn't like that. No, you're wrong, Alexis. I don't wish you ill in any way -- least of all do I want to see you dead.
Alexis: Stop talking about the cancer. This isn't about the cancer, Ric. This is about me being back in a courtroom, and it intimidates you.
Ric: Alexis, are you all right? Ok, easy, easy, easy, easy. Come on, why don't you come -- come sit down, slow. Just take it easy. Come on. You ok?
Alexis: I'm fine. I didn't eat, that's all.

Sonny: Is it your fault Lauraís treatment didn't work?
Robin: It's wrong to imply hope where there is none.
Lulu: You were the one who had us grabbed?
Lorenzo: I'm sorry you got caught up in this.
Sam: Is it crazy to think that Ric could want Elizabeth?
Stan: It doesn't have to be you who rescues Sam.
Jason: Yes, it does.
