Carly: Jax? We're having dinner. The most decadent, self-indulgent, romantic dinner I can pull together at a moment's notice.

Jax: Where?

Carly: Someplace lavish, someplace we haven't been before -- Sonny's living room.

Jax: Wow. Dinner with your ex -- that's inspired.

Carly: Sonny's out of town. Max is going to take the boys to my mother's, and we are going to have all the privacy we can handle. If Sonny wants me to live here, I'm going to treat this like my home. I'm going to do whatever I please with whomever I please, and I'm pleased as punch to do it with you.

Michael: Ok, we have a problem. Here's what I want you guys to do.

Robin: Dad, it's me.

[Robert coughs]

Robin: Can you see me? Dad, who did this to you?

[Robert coughs]

Patrick: Be smart -- go back to the clinic, work on your recovery. It's the only chance you have with your wife.

Lucky: Nothing is going to stop me from getting my family back.

Maxie: Dr. Lee? Can I talk to you for a second?

Kelly: Yeah. Sure.

Maxie: Oh -- hey, Lucky. Um -- I was just going to tell Dr. Lee that I'm pregnant.

Elizabeth: You'd marry me?

Jason: I -- I realize it is a huge decision. Including the kind of work I do has to be considered, and the possible danger to you and your kids, and I just --

Elizabeth: Jason, stop. Shouldn't you at least wait until you find out if the baby is yours?

Carly: The Metro Court's going to be here in a half an hour to deliver a five-course meal. Jax is going to be here any minute. I need you to take the food, keep it in the kitchen, and keep it heated.

Max: Mrs. C, the boss isn't going to like this.

Carly: I know. You should probably tell him all about it.

Max: I'm not real comfortable doing that.

Carly: Then take pictures, leave them on his desk. That should get his attention.

Max: Or, maybe you and Jax could go out to dinner.

Carly: That would spoil all the fun. Hi.

Jax: Hi. This is an interesting venue for our romantic evening.

Carly: Hmm.

Jax: What did Sonny do this time?

Carly: He paid all the contractors to delay all the work that needs to be done on my house so I'd have to stay here longer.

Jax: And this surprises you?

Carly: I know, I know. He lives to make my life miserable.

Jax: Well, you know, you don't have to play along.

Carly: I'm not.

Jax: I'm going to make a phone call.

Carly: Max? Did you take the boys to my mother's?

Max: Oh -- Bobbie wasn't home, so the boys are up here, yeah.

Carly: Oh. Ok. You know what? Just keep them upstairs, keep them occupied, and make sure you get them ready for bed, ok?

Max: Uh -- you know, the boys like Jax. Maybe you all could go out to dinner together.

Carly: You're not getting this, Max. This is a dinner for me and Jax. I want this to be a night to remember. Ok?

Max: Uh --

Carly: Oh -- the Metro Court couldn't spare any waiters, so you and Milo are going to have to do the job.

Max: Mrs. C? Um -- we've never been waiters in our lives. We don't know the first thing --

Carly: Not that hard, Max. You bring the dinner, you take away the dirty plates, you make sure the wine glasses get filled, and you disappear in between time. Nothing to it.

Max: But we're bodyguards --

Carly: Please go check on the boys. Thanks, Max. Thanks, Milo.

Jax: Thank you. Hey.

Carly: Hey.

Jax: I got ahold of one of my contractors. Your place will be ready in a couple of days.

Carly: You are wonderful. Thank you.

Jax: Oh, you're welcome.

Carly: Now we can have a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Jax: Right.

Carly: Table's set, food's here. I say we go with it.

Jax: Yes, let the chips fall where they may.

Carly: Exactly.

Jax: Don't say I didn't warn you.

Carly: This doesn't have to be a negative thing. Having dinner in Sonny's house -- it can be a liberating experience.

Jax: Ok.

Carly: Max?

Michael: Hello. My name is Michael. I shall be your server tonight.

Carly: Wow! This is awesome!

Michael: Oh, thank you, Michael.

Carly: Yes, thank you so much! Oh, my gosh -- Michael.

Michael: Sorry, mom.

[Robert groans]

Robin: Dad, who did this to you?

Robert: Oh. Oh, I feel terrible.

Robin: Was this Alcazar's men?

Robert: You must know a good chiropractor who's not going to charge me too much.

Robin: Dad, listen to me. He wants to find Skye and his baby, and he blames you for their disappearance.

Robert: Yeah, I'm sure. It's easier than facing the fact that you're relationship-challenged.

Robin: He has been telling you to stay out of his business. Maybe you should do that -- look at you.

Robert: Come on, Robin, this is your dad you're talking to.

Robin: Alcazar just wants a chance to work it out with Skye and his baby. Why don't you just let him do that?

Robert: Over my dead body.

Robin: I can't believe you. You're sitting here, you've just been beat up, and all you can do is make jokes? When are you going to grow up?

Maxie: I'd like to make a prenatal appointment as soon as possible.

Kelly: Do you know how far along you are?

Maxie: Hmm, about a month and a half.

Kelly: We'll get you started on prenatal vitamins right away.

Maxie: Ok, good. This pregnancy was kind of unexpected. But now that it's happened, I really want to do it right.

Kelly: Does your family know?

Maxie: Not yet. But I'm going to tell them, you know, before I start to show.

Kelly: Will the father be involved?

Maxie: He has a complicated life. I'm not going to force him to do anything.

Lucky: You're not alone, Maxie. Your family loves you and they'll support you and stand by you.

Maxie: Like you?

Lucky: I'll help in any way I can.

Maxie: Thanks, Lucky. That really means a lot to me.

Jason: Even if the baby isn't mine, I hope --

Elizabeth: That doesn't mean you're obligated to provide for this baby -- or for me or Cameron for the rest of your life.

Jason: I don't -- I don't feel obligated. I already told you I want to do that for you.

Elizabeth: Jason, have you really thought this through? Cameron and I would be moving in here. Or we'd be buying a house, living together. And what would it be? Would it be a marriage of convenience? Would we be roommates? Would we be a couple? I mean, have you really, really thought about this?

Jason: You and I, we get along. And I think that we could probably live together pretty easily, and I know that you are a great mom, and I would -- I would try to be a good dad. I would.

Elizabeth: Except for one little thing. I still love Lucky. And I'm pretty sure you still love Sam. So it seems to me getting married when we're both in love with other people would be a huge mistake.

Robert: Ow!

Doctor: Does that hurt?

Robert: Yeah, it's a big, bruised, brownie --

Robin: Dad --

Robert: Ugly thing. I'm -- I'm all right. Really, I'm all right.

Robin: Thank you for your opinion. I would like the doctor's now, please.

Doctor: We'll have the results of the CAT scan soon.

Robert: Good. Ok.

[Knock on door]

Det. Rodriguez: Mr. Scorpio. I'd like to ask you a few questions about what happened at the Elm Street Pier.

Robert: Did I call the police?

Robin: No, I did. That's what people do when a crime has been committed. You may remember that from the time that you were the police commissioner?

Det. Rodriguez: You look like you took a pretty good beating.

Robert: Well -- uh -- I'm -- I'm old, and I'm getting clumsier in my old age.

Robin: Lorenzo Alcazar is behind this.

Det. Rodriguez: Is that true?

Robert: My daughter has got a wonderful imagination.

Robin: Dad, stop stonewalling.

Det. Rodriguez: If you were assaulted, we will bring in the suspect.

Robert: There isn't one.

[Robin sighs]

Robin: I don't believe this.

Robert: Look, here we go. Ok, I fell down some stairs, I got a few dents and scrapes on me, and that's the end of the story.

Robin: Yeah, and he's lying.

Det. Rodriguez: There's nothing I can do if -- if you won't press charges.

Robert: I'm sorry to waste your time, detective.

Doctor: Get some rest. I'll check in later.

[Robin sighs]

Robin: Doesn't any part of this bother you? I mean, first Alcazar had his thugs hold me while he threatened me --

Robert: But this --

Robin: And then he hurt you!

Robert: This is all about me. It's all about me. He's trying to get to me through you. If I thought for a second he could really hurt you, I'd put him in the --

Robin: He hurt you, and he could do a lot worse.

Robert: I can handle him.

Robin: I don't understand why you would want to. This is about Skye and her baby. This is not your problem.

Robert: It is now.

Robin: Fine. I'll call mom, see if she can talk some sense into you.

Robert: Wait, wait, look -- we -- we don't want to interrupt her. I mean, she's on assignment. She doesn't want to hear a report regarding her ex-husband.

Robin: Fine. Then what about me? You are supposed to be here making up for all those lost years that I thought you were dead. And this is your idea of bonding -- making some gangster so furious at you, refusing to back down, so that I have to sit and watch and hope to God that you don't end up pushing him too far? Well, sorry to disappoint you, but I don't want to be the one to put you in a body bag.

Carly: Oh, wow --

Michael: Sorry, mom. I hope I didn't ruin your night with Jax.

Carly: No, it's ok, it's ok. I -- I know you didn't mean to spill the wine all over me.

Max: Uh -- soda water, Mrs. C. It'll get the stain out.

Carly: Oh --

Carly: I can manage that, Max.

Jax: Max, why don't you leave the towel with Carly?

Max: Right. Um -- well, the trick is to get the wine out before it sets.

Jax: Ok. Thank you.

Max: Uh -- keep at it, Mrs. C. Silk sets faster than cotton and most material, so you need to keep going with that, dabbing that --

Carly: Thanks, Max.

Jax: Well. He knows a lot about it.

Max: Look, I was just trying to save Mrs. C's jacket.

Milo: We wanted the wine to spill, remember?

Max: Look -- I know, I got it, all right? The plan was to wreck the night and kill the romance. I just -- I can't stand seeing Mrs. C upset. Ok, I got it. I'm onboard.

Carly: Well, nothing like a little drama to start the evening off, hmm?

Jax: Wow. It's not all bad. Your outfit looks even -- even nicer with the jacket off.

Carly: Well, here's to a little drama.

Jax: Yes, and its hidden assets.

Michael: All right, we're moving to plan B. But, Morgan, you're the man for this job. Ok, now you have to do everything that I say. Go out to dad's garden --

Ric: So, how soon before Alexis can start chemotherapy?

Epiphany: I spoke with Dr. Trent and he's releasing Ms. Davis this evening, and she can start treatment tomorrow.

Ric: Oh, good.

Epiphany: Unless, of course, she changes her mind again.

Ric: Don't worry, I think Alexis has the right incentive. You know, I think I owe you a debt of gratitude for sharing your personal experience with my wife.

Epiphany: I told her chemo would knock you flat on your rear.

Ric: Yeah. But you got through it. Now you're cancer-free, right?

Epiphany: You do what you have to do.

Ric: Look, Epiphany, I think you had a very profound effect on Alexis' decision to -- to start the chemotherapy, so you may have saved her life. For that, I am very grateful.

Kelly: You are certain you're pregnant?

Maxie: Yeah, I took a home pregnancy test, and then I went to a clinic just to confirm it. And I know I should've come straight to you first, but I needed to give myself a little time to let it sink in.

Kelly: That's all right. It's good that you went to the clinic.

Maxie: So I'll just call your office and make an appointment as soon as possible?

Kelly: Ok.

Maxie: Ok.

Kelly: And in the meantime, talk to your family and friends. You'll need their support in the months ahead.

Maxie: I know.

Kelly: Ok. Here's a prescription for prenatal vitamins. Don't drink any alcohol, and try to follow a healthy diet. You're eating for two now.

Maxie: Thanks, doctor.

Kelly: Ok. See you soon.

Maxie: Ok.

Lucky: I can't believe this is really happening.

Maxie: You thought I was faking, didn't you?

Elizabeth: It's pretty old-fashioned -- to propose marriage because you think you might've gotten me pregnant. But marriage isn't a solution. It's a journey, and at best, it will take you to some pretty difficult and challenging places, but you'll get through it together. And at worst, you'll fall apart -- like Lucky and I are doing. But I can't walk out of one marriage and into another.

Jason: I understand.

Elizabeth: If we got married, we'd just be hiding -- me from Lucky, you from Sam.

Jason: Yeah, I miss Sam. I miss our life together. You know, but everything is -- is changed. I hate the fact that she slept with Ric, she hates that I slept with you. She says it's like the Grand Canyon.

Elizabeth: I don't understand.

Jason: You're standing on the edge and you can see the other side, but it's impossible to get there.

Elizabeth: That's not true. People cross the Grand Canyon all the time. I'm sure it's not a fun hike, but they do it. You and Sam hurt each other in ways you never expected. But it's up to you to decide whether the hurt outweighs the love.

Jason: If I got back with Sam and the baby's mine, what -- what would you do?

Elizabeth: Exactly what I'm going to do anyway. I'm going to raise my children on my own. I know it's not an ideal life, but I have a really good job, and I have friends and my grandmother to support me. And there are a lot of single mothers out there. If they can do it, so can I.

Jason: Well, if the baby's mine, I'd like to -- I'd like to support it.

Elizabeth: We'll talk about that when and if it happens.

[Elizabeth sighs]

Elizabeth: I'm going to call Dr. Lee and make an appointment for the paternity test. I'll let you know when that happens, and when the results come back.

Jason: Ok.

Elizabeth: You've been really great about all this.

Jason: Just call me if you need anything.

Elizabeth: I will.

Jax: Here we are, just the two of us.

Carly: It's romantic, isn't it?

Jax: Oh, that's not exactly the word that springs to mind.

Carly: Oh, come on! Look, the table's set, the wine is poured, we have a delicious dinner coming.

Jax: Yes -- on Sonny's patio.

Carly: You love making me happy, don't you?

Jax: Yes, but --

Carly: And you know that I'm never happier than when I'm sticking it to someone who really deserves it.

Jax: That is true.

Carly: Admit it -- you're getting a little bit of satisfaction from this, aren't you?

Max: Salad, Mrs. C.

Carly: Wow. Thanks, Max.

Jax: Thank you, Max.

Carly: You are a great waiter.

Max: One, two, three --

Carly: Oh, my God! What is that worm doing on my salad?

Max: I don't know. I -- I'm sorry.

Jax: Max, please take it. Thank you.

Max: Yeah.

Carly: That was gross.

Jax: Are you sure Sonny's not here?

Carly: Yes, I'm sure! I'm absolutely sure he's not here.

Jax: Because, you know, first the wine, then the worm.

Carly: Oh, it doesn't matter. You know, even the craziest things happen at fancy restaurants.

Jax: It's not exactly the kind of worm you'd find on a salad. It looks like one of your kids put it there as a garnish.

Carly: I am going to make sure that we have a great evening. Nothing is going to ruin this for us, ok?

Michael: Mom?

Carly: Yes?

Michael: Sorry to bother you guys, but Morgan doesn't feel well.

Jax: Oh.

Carly: He doesn't? What are you talking about? You were feeling fine earlier. Let me see. Wow, you're burning up! Oh -- wait a second. No place else on your body is hot at all.

Max: I told you we should've gone with my plan.

Carly: So this is the old "heat up the forehead so mom thinks I'm sick," huh?

Michael: Well, Morgan really does feel bad.

Carly: Save it. I practically invented that trick. You guys are so busted, Michael.

Michael: Yeah.

Carly: Yeah. Max, Milo, get out here, please! I'm going to get to the bottom of this.

Max: You idiot!

[Knock on door]

Robin: Hey.

Jason: Hey.

Robin: I'm sorry to bother you. I just -- I don't know what else to do.

Jason: No, no, come in. What's -- what's going on?

Robin: My dad -- I think he's in over his head. I just found him badly beaten. He wouldn't tell me who it was, but I know it was Alcazar.

Jason: How do you know that?

Robin: Because my dad was the one who arranged for Skye to get out of town so she could have her baby away from Alcazar.

Jason: And now Alcazar wants to know where Skye is?

Robin: Yes, and he's been pressuring him for weeks, but now he's decided to up the stakes all of a sudden. He had me threatened, and had his thugs pull me off the dock to prove that, you know, I could disappear as easily as Skye did. And my dad refused to tell him where Skye was, and then he had him beaten, and now my dad is at the hospital, refusing to let Alcazar win.

Jason: Oh -- does Mac know about this?

Robin: I called the police, but my father refused to implicate Alcazar. And I didn't want to tell my Uncle Mac because that would've just caused a fight between him and my father, so that's why I'm here. I --

[Jason sighs]

Robin: You've dealt with Alcazar before, right? Is there any chance that he's going to back down?

Jason: Right now, Alcazar is more dangerous than he's ever been.

Robin: Then what am I supposed to do?

Jason: I -- I'm not sure you can do anything, but I know your father can handle himself.

Robin: He is being so stubborn. He's acting like this is some sort of contest.

Jason: If that's how he wants to handle this --

Robin: Yeah, I know, I know, I know -- he's an adult, and he's been dealing with people like Alcazar longer than I've been alive. But he's getting older. You know, he's not invincible. I just got my dad back. I don't want to lose him again.

Lucky: It's true, I thought you were faking.

Maxie: It's nice to know you have such a high opinion of me.

Lucky: Maxie, we both made a lot of mistakes. I just can't believe I let my life spin so out of control.

Maxie: So that's your story now -- that you were out of control? Because you seemed pretty clear all those times we were having sex.

Lucky: You know what? Don't make it any more than it was.

Maxie: No, I know exactly what it was. You were using me all along, and now you want to hide me like some dirty little secret.

Lucky: That's not what I mean.

Maxie: No, you have this dream that Elizabeth is going to take you back, and in your perfect little world she would never know I was pregnant with your child. But I am not going anywhere, and you're going to have to deal with that.

Maxie: Elizabeth, we need to talk.

Elizabeth: No, we donít. You -- what are you doing out of rehab?

Lucky: I had to do something --

Elizabeth: Ok, you know, never mind. I don't even want to hear it.

Lucky: I'm going back.

Elizabeth: You can't just check in and out of recovery like it was a day spa, Lucky. It doesn't work like that.

Lucky: I had to see you.

Elizabeth: No, you had to see your girlfriend so you can get more pills.

Maxie: It's actually not how it looks.

Elizabeth: Was I talking to you?

Maxie: Look, I know you hate me, ok, because all I care about is myself and what I want. But I'm going to turn my life around, just like Lucky's doing right now.

Lucky: Elizabeth, listen --

Elizabeth: We're done, Lucky. I told you before and I meant it.

Maxie: Oh, Lucky. I'm so sorry. The last thing I wanted to do was make things worse for you.

Robin: You'd think I would be better at this danger stuff.

Jason: You're allowed to worry about the people you love. It's -- it's ok.

Robin: It's just that I've lost so many people, and some of them I miraculously got back. Maybe I'm holding on too tight. Huh. I thought I was done with that.

Jason: Well, I definitely understand the impulse to protect someone. But if you take it too far, you end up trying to control them.

Robin: I learned that lesson the hard way. But I tried to start over. You know, I moved to Paris, I began a career in medicine. Then I came back to Port Charles a year ago, thinking that I had done everything that I set out to accomplish. And then before you know it, everything falls apart again. Patrick is exposed to H.I.V. and just when I think I'm doing an ok job of handling it, I start having nightmares about Stone again.

Jason: How's Patrick doing?

Robin: He's ok.

Jason: Ok.

Robin: He -- he got Strep throat, and we thought that it might be symptoms of H.I.V., but we had a test done and he's still negative.

Jason: Ok. When are you going to know if he's ok?

Robin: Six months from the time that he was exposed.

Jason: You seem happy with him.

Robin: I am, I -- I guess. I just -- you know, when I'm not walking on eggshells wondering when it's all going to end.

Jason: If you find someone you're happy with, you got to hold on.

Robin: You should take your own advice.

Jason: I do all right.

Robin: You deserve more than "all right."

Carly: I'm very disappointed in you -- all of you. I worked very hard to plan a nice dinner for Jax and myself, and the four of you teamed up to ruin it. Now, is that polite, fair, or respectful?

Michael: Dad would be mad if he knew that you were having dinner here with Jax.

Carly: Dad would probably laugh, Michael.

Michael: Why?

Carly: Well, because I was playing a joke on him, just like he played a joke on me.

Michael: It's not very funny.

Carly: Ok. I can tell this is going to take some getting used to. Honey, your father and I, we're not married anymore. He's going to be seeing other people, and I'm seeing Jax. But, honey, I still love you -- we both do -- and we care about you and we're still your parents, ok?

Michael: Ok.

Carly: Ok. Morgan, is that ok with you?

Morgan: Yes.

Carly: Yes. Great.

Michael: But I'm just sorry that I messed up your night.

Carly: Honey, that's a good start. But what you did was wrong, and I'm going to decide on a punishment in the morning. Both of you need to go up to your rooms now. Scoot. Go.

Michael: Ok, fine.

Morgan: Sleep?

Michael: Let's go.

Carly: Please, sleep. Yes. Go.

Morgan: Ok, ok, ok.

Max: See you, guys.

Milo: See you. See you, buddy.

Carly: You, too. Ugh.

[Carly laughs]

Jax: I have a feeling I've got my work cut out for me.

Carly: No, no. Michael and Morgan love spending time with you. They have fun with you, Jax.

Jax: Yeah, sure, they like going to Disney World and like going out on my boat, but they don't like seeing me with their mother.

Carly: Iím glad this happened. Because you are a part of my life, and the boys need to get used to that.

Jax: Why do I have a feeling that the boys aren't going to be our biggest problem?

Robin: Sorry I yelled at you.

Robert: You did it because you care. I can't fault you for that.

Robin: It's just a little upsetting to find my father in a bloody heap. I mean, what if that happens again?

Robert: When my time's up, my time's up.

Robin: Bad answer.

Robert: Look, it's -- it's a little late in the day for me to be learning a whole bag of new tricks. I mean, I got to live my life the way I always have.

Robin: Not to sound like a broken record, but you could've been killed.

Robert: Been through worse.

Robin: And you almost died. I mean, you were listed as legally dead for years. Isn't that enough?

Robert: I'm not going to have some thug with questionable dress sense push me around. I mean, Skye came to me because she needed help and I was the only one that could provide it.

Doctor: I looked at your cat scans. They're all negative.

Robert: Good enough to travel?

Robin: You're not --

Robert: Doctor?

Doctor: Well, I would tell you to take it easy for a few days, but I have the feeling you're not going to listen.

Robert: Yeah.

Robin: Listen, Skyeís family has a lot of resources. They love her and want her to be safe. Why not let them deal with it?

Robert: Oh, come on. Don't make me laugh. Can you imagine the mess they'd make of it?

Robin: Fine. If Skye knew that you were risking your life to help her out, don't you think she would give up and come back?

Robert: I'm not going to back down on this.

[Robin sighs]

Robert: Hey -- what kind of father do you think I'd be if I didn't stand up for what I believed in?

Mike: Uh -- Georgie, honey? Would you like to talk about what's bothering you?

Georgie: What?

Mike: You're putting salt into the sugar containers.

Georgie: Mike, I am so sorry.

Mike: That's ok, it's ok, honey. No real harm done. No harm done. So, how's it going with Dillon?

Georgie: Yeah, great. He's studying his business classes really hard. The Quartermaines are thrilled. Why should they care if their son gave up his dreams?

Mike: Well, Dillonís -- Dillonís had a tough time of it for a kid his age. I mean, he's -- he's had a brush with death, marriage, divorce, and now this thing with Lulu.

Georgie: Talk about an emotional roller coaster.

Mike: Yeah, well, it's been that way for all of you, right?

Georgie: Dillon has been so profoundly affected by Lulu's decision to have an abortion, and I know that he's trying to make sense of that. I get that, but -- like, joining E.L.Q. makes sense?

Mike: Maybe it does to Dillon.

Georgie: I just feel like everything changed so fast without warning -- Dillonís life, Lulu's life, Maxie's life, and mine.

Mike: Listen. You know, things are a lot different when your folks are making the decisions. But you guys are solving your own problems and you're dealing with the consequences. Honey, it's called growing up.

Georgie: And it sucks. Do you mind, Mike?

Mike: No.

Georgie: Thanks.

Mike: All right.

Georgie: Did you get the results? Did -- Maxie, you're pregnant?

[Music plays]

Singer: Ever so gently pull me in close so I can hear you whispering my name I know I'd cross the stars for your love and I think you would go that far there's nowhere else I'd rather be right now than where you are

[Knock on door]

Audrey: Lucky.

Lucky: I need to see Elizabeth.

Audrey: Uh- I'm sorry, she's not here.

Lucky: I'll wait for her.

Audrey: No, no, I don't think that's a good idea. You see, I told Elizabeth that you called and I encouraged her to call you back, but she really doesn't want to see you right now. So please go.

Lucky: I canít.

Elizabeth: Hey, Kelly, it's Elizabeth. I'm calling to set up a paternity test.

Kelly: Have you told Jason?

Elizabeth: Yes, and he agreed to give the D.N.A. sample.

Kelly: Good. We'll run the test on the 13th, and we should have the results by Friday the 20th. Sorry it can't be sooner.

Elizabeth: It's ok, I can handle the wait. I just need to know if my baby's father is Jason or Lucky.

Lorenzo: Well?

Doctor: Scorpio took the bait. As soon as he's able to walk again, he'll be leaving town.

Lorenzo: And lead me right to Skye and my child.

Robin: Dad, you're not seriously thinking of going to see Skye, are you?

Robert: What do you think?

Robin: You've gone to all this trouble to protect her. You can't risk that -- for her or for you.

Robert: I'm not risking anything.

Robin: Oh, really? You don't think Alcazar is going to follow you, having people watch your every move, waiting for you to make a mistake that will lead him straight to Skye?

Robert: That's good.

Robin: "That's good"?

Robert: Yeah. You see, he's going to think I'm taking him to Skye. But in effect, I'll be leading him on a very elaborate wild-goose chase, crafted by yours truly.

Carly: I think it's good that this happened.

Jax: Well, not many people would say that about a worm in their salad.

Carly: Ok, it's true, the boys have a problem with this. But they need to learn that I can have a life outside of their father.

Jax: Well, you know Sonny and I have never seen eye to eye.

Carly: To put it mildly.

Jax: You don't think he's going to work against me every chance he gets?

Carly: You know what? He can try and poison this all he wants. But I know my boys. They're going to see how happy you make me and they're going to come around.

Jax: How about tonight? You think they got the message?

Carly: I think they got the message loud and clear.

Jax: Hmm.

Carly: I think the rest of the night is ours and ours alone.

Max: Oh. Dessert, Mrs. C?

Carly: Thanks, Max!

Max: Oh --

[Max groans]

Georgie: So have you told Lucky you're pregnant?

Maxie: Yes.

Georgie: And how did he take it?

Maxie: Well, he didn't freak out if that's what you're implying. Yeah, you know, it took him by surprise because it's not like we planned it or anything, but I think he just needs time to get used to the idea. It'll all work out.

Georgie: Oh, and what, do you think he's going to do the "right thing" and marry you?

Maxie: I don't know. We haven't gotten that far.

Georgie: But that's what you're hoping, now that you've trapped him?

Maxie: Look, I didn't trap Lucky into anything. He was going through a rough time in his life, and I was there for him. I understood him. He needed me.

Georgie: Maxie, he is an addict. He was so messed up when he was sleeping with you.

Maxie: Ok, then maybe those pills were a blessing in disguise.

Georgie: How can you say that?

Maxie: Lucky and Elizabeth have grown apart. And I think this whole situation has opened his eyes to the fact that she doesn't love him, not as much as I do. Yeah, he -- he got off track, but he's getting his life together.

Georgie: Yes, he's getting his life together pulling his marriage back together.

Maxie: You know, you're my sister, so I'd think that you'd be on my side instead of Elizabethís.

Georgie: I am on your side, Maxie, and that's why I'm trying to help you face reality. You, Lucky, and this baby are never going to make the perfect little family.

Maxie: All I want is what's best for my baby -- the child that Lucky and I created together.

Georgie: What are you going to do?

Audrey: Oh, Lucky, please don't put me in this position. Go back to Shadybrook. Show Elizabeth that you truly intend to get better. Please?

Lucky: Hey -- hey, little guy.  Oh, boy, look at you. Oh. God, you got so big. I missed you. I missed your mama, too. There's something I need to tell Elizabeth and she needs to hear it from me. And I'm not leaving until she gets back.

Elizabeth: Ok. I'll be in next week for my first ultrasound appointment. Thanks, Kel. Bye.

Ric: You're pregnant? I'm -- I'm sorry. I -- I wasn't eavesdropping. I just happen to overhear. That's -- congratulations. That's wonderful news.

Elizabeth: Thank you. I have someplace I need to be, so --

Ric: Oh, I'm sorry. Look, I didn't mean to pry. I just -- I know you're having a tough time with Lucky and everything right now with him being in rehab and -- I know maybe this is the -- this is the thing that'll turn -- turn him around for the better -- having a baby in his life.

Elizabeth: Ric, I really -- I can't discuss this right now.

Ric: Please, Elizabeth, don't walk away from -- hey! Agh! Ow! Agh!

Jason: Leave her alone.

Ric: What the hell is wrong with you? I'm just talking -- talking to Elizabeth. Why you acting so crazy?

>> Stay tuned for scenes from the next "General Hospital."

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Jax: I don't think he's faking.

Carly: Max, get up.

[Max groans]

Lucky's voice: Divorce papers.

Ric: I was just talking to Elizabeth about her pregnancy. Since when is that your problem?
