Michael: I can't believe the whole house flooded. The floor is lumpy, everything's soaked --
Carly: I know, I know, Michael. Please don't remind me, it's awful.
Sonny: Well, at least, you know, your bedroom's on the second floor. That way, your toys and your clothes are dry, right?
Carly: Everything on the first floor -- it's gone, it's just ruined.
Sonny: Yeah, I'm getting it all fixed.
Carly: Seven days. It's going to take seven days. I am going to be out of house and home, Sonny.
Sonny: Well, if you were able to tear yourself away from Jax for about two seconds then, you know, you would have less damage.
Carly: Don't do that. Donít.
Michael: Hey, who cares? We're going to be together at dad's house.
Carly: You need to stop this, you know? You need to stop this.
Sonny: Well, why tell me? You're the one who agreed to stay here.
Jax: I want my instructions followed to the letter, including the special arrangements I made for later on this evening.
Maitre D': It'll all be taken care of, Sir.
Jax: Good. This is a very important night.
Ric: Ahem. I just got back from D.C. and I called to check with Viola. Kristina had a tantrum and you were nowhere to be found. Where'd you disappear to?
Jason: Lucky, you don't -- what are you doing? You don't have to do this.
Lucky: I saw you. You were acting suspicious. I searched you; I found cocaine. You know, I was surprised because you have a reputation for not getting involved with drugs, but evidence doesn't lie.
Jason: Lucky, it's -- it's not going to stick.
Lucky: Mac's going to be so happy to see you behind bars.
Jason: I'm going to walk, and you're going to wreck whatever's left of your career, Lucky.
Lucky: People believe that I am the one who killed Manny Ruiz, that's why I'm the hero. Who better to bust than the dirtiest mobster in the city?
Jason: Lucky, it's one lie on top of another. You're never going to be able to keep it going.
Lucky: Well, if it's my word against yours. I win. I'm Lucky Spencer.
Jason: Lucky, you're too high to even think straight.
Lucky: I'm not an addict!
Jason: I've known you for a long time! You are too good for this! Lucky; you need help. Ok, just put -- put down the gun, and I'll try to get you the best help --
Lucky: What, you're going to help me? How the hell you going to do that?
Lucky: You're stalling. Is someone coming? Is that it, huh?
Jason: No, no, I don't have -- I don't have backup coming. I trust you, Lucky.
Lucky: You're lying, this is an ambush! Where are they? Back off, or I will shoot you!
Jason: There's no one coming!
Lucky: Where are they? I know they're here!
Jason: Are you hit?
Elizabeth: No. I'm ok. What were you thinking? You just fired a gun at me!
Lucky: I thought it was an ambush.
Elizabeth: An ambush? God, Lucky, how stoned are you? Do you even look before you shoot?
Lucky: Elizabeth, I didn't mean to hurt you, I swear!
Elizabeth: Well, this time you could've hurt the baby!
Lucky: What? "The baby"?
Elizabeth: I'm pregnant.
Lulu: Aren't you supposed to be convincing me to stay at PCU?
Pete: Why bother? It's obvious you're not ready for college.
Lulu: No, I am ready. That's not the point.
Pete: You're scared of the workload and intimidated by the other students. Intellectual challenge isn't part of your comfort zone. It's easier to just skip the whole thing and go straight to a service-oriented, minimum-wage job. So go for it. Why take valuable time away from other students who can actually benefit from the college experience? So sign the withdrawal slip, and I'll send it on to administration.
Lulu: You don't know a thing about me or what I gave up to go to college.
Pete: If you're not going to show up for class, what --
Lulu: No, you know what? I can handle all the intellectual challenges that PCU throws at me, and just to prove it, I'll take your stupid class and show you exactly where you can shove your condescending attitude.
Carly: Michael, can you come sit on the couch for a minute? There's something I want to say. You may want to join us since you seem to be unclear about the present living arrangements.
Sonny: No, I'm clear.
Carly: Please, join us.
Sonny: Yes, ma'am.
Carly: Ok. Michael, mom and dad are not getting back together. We are staying here because our house flooded -- under very mysterious, suspicious circumstances. I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel, and that might happen if anyone is confused in thinking that this is going to be a permanent situation, because it's not, ok? Mom and dad are not getting back together. Do you understand? Good. Great.
Michael: Can we have dinner now?
Sonny: Of course, yeah -- unless your mother wants to go to the hotel and have dinner by herself.
Carly: Dinner would be fine. I am famished, ok? Hey.
Jax: I gather you didn't get the flowers I sent -- or my invitation to dinner?
Sam: Well, I had to run some errands. You know, I -- I went to the drugstore, and I had to pick up Kristina some socks --
Ric: Did you take all day?
Sam: Excuse me? No, I -- I took about 20 minutes to myself of downtime, which I -- I don't think that was a lot, considering how stressed I was about Alexis being in a coma and Kristina needing extra-special attention.
Ric: Did you take this downtime by yourself or was there somebody else involved?
Sam: What is with you? What's with the third degree? How about a thank you for taking care of everything while you were out of town?
Ric: I'm just wondering if it's sudden coincidence that Jasonís back in town --
Sam: Hey, do not say Jasonís name to me. In fact, don't speak to me at all.
Patrick: Is there a problem?
Ric: No, we're just discussing domestic arrangements. It's been very difficult with Alexis unconscious.
Patrick: Well, that's what we need to discuss. We put Alexis in the coma to help her fight the pneumonia. If we keep her sedated much longer, she runs the risk of permanent brain damage.
Jason: I'll take you to the hospital.
Elizabeth: No, it's -- I'm ok. I'm just shaken up.
Jason: You need to be checked just to make sure the baby's not hurt.
Lucky: How long have you known you were pregnant? Why didn't you tell me?
Elizabeth: Because I was afraid you were back on your pills and sleeping with Maxie. And you know what? I was right.
Lucky: I said I ended it with Maxie, and I won't take any --
Elizabeth: You know what? Just stop. I don't want to hear it anymore, ok? I just want to know, why are you holding a gun on Jason? What is this? Are these -- are these drugs? Jason would never touch this -- are you framing him, Lucky?
Lucky: I was desperate to make a bust.
Elizabeth: You aren't even a cop anymore! You were fired.
Lucky: Ok, it was wrong, but that doesn't matter anymore. We're going to have a baby.
Elizabeth: No, I am having a baby. You are not going to have anything to do with this child.
Lucky: You don't mean that.
Jason: Whoa, whoa, whoa, Lucky? Just back off.
Carly: It's going to take a week to repair the water damage.
Jax: And, of course, you're staying here while the work's being done?
Sonny: Yeah, there's a lot of room here, Jax, and the boys will be much more comfortable.
Carly: It's just going to be seven days, ok? Just seven days.
Michael: Mom can't have dinner with you because she's having dinner with us.
Carly: Actually, mom's going to have dinner with Jax. And you can take your stuff and go upstairs and wash up for dinner, ok?
Michael: You're welcome.
Carly: What time did you send the flowers?
Jax: About 3:00.
Carly: Hmm. What did the invitation say?
Jax: I asked you to join me for dinner.
Carly: Who was at the gate?
Sonny: Uh -- it doesn't matter.
Carly: Yeah, it does, because I want to go ask them why they didn't give me my flowers, and I want to hear them tell me that you told them not to.
Sonny: Well, my men are too busy to wait around while you interrogate them.
Carly: This is exactly why I didn't want to stay here -- because you were going to be playing games and putting your nose in my business.
Sonny: Well, stay in the hotel if you want.
Carly: You know I want to be close to the boys.
Sonny: Well, that's very nice.
Sonny: Yeah, that's nice.
Carly: There's no other ulterior motive, ok? That is the only reason I'm here, is because of the boys.
Sonny: You could always change your mind and go to the hotel. The boys will stay --
Carly: Why do you keep mentioning the hotel?
Sonny: Oh, you don't want to go to the hotel, you can stay here -- unless you feel like -- you know, like you might be tempted --
Carly: Don't even start that.
Jax: You know what? Why don't you both -- why don't you both give it a rest before another life gets destroyed?
Sam: What are the odds that she would suffer permanent brain damage?
Patrick: Relatively low for the next 24-48 hours, but the risk will increase the longer we keep her in a coma.
Sam: If we woke her up, would she be able to recover from her pneumonia?
Patrick: Well, there's been some improvements, yeah.
Nikolas: Excuse me. Robin called, said there was a problem. What's going on?
Ric: Well, the doctor just explained to us that the longer that Alexis remains in the coma, the greater the chance that she will have brain damage.
Patrick: There have been --
Ric: She's still very weak from the pneumonia?
Patrick: Yes, but there are risks to either course of action. This is why your family has to decide.
Nikolas: Well, then we have to wake her up. I mean, I seriously doubt that Alexis would risk losing her intellect.
Ric: Look, remaining in the coma is going to increase her chances of beating the pneumonia and eventually surviving the cancer. I say we wait 24 hours to wake her up.
Nikolas: You're her daughter. What do you think?
Lulu: I hope you're better at teaching than you are at counseling your students.
Pete: I'll believe you're serious when I see you in class -- and when you show the slightest inclination to study, and maybe even appreciate works of literature.
Lulu: I can read. I'll manage.
Pete: Have you ever even heard a Shakespeare sonnet?
Lulu: Who hasn't heard of Shakespeare?
Pete: How about Keats? Shelley? Blake? Dante?
Lulu: Students take your class to learn -- that's why you got a job, right?
Pete: Ok. So we're starting at square one.
Lulu: Don't worry. I know the lyrics to practically every blues song ever written, so I don't think I'll have a problem with your moldy, old poetry.
Pete: You're too shallow to appreciate the blues.
Lulu: Oh, really? Well, my father used to own the blues club that was the finest Port Charles has ever seen. My music education covers everyone from Etta James to W.C. Handy, from Coldplay to the Black Eyed Peas.
Pete: Talk is cheap.
Lulu: Oh, really? You don't believe me?
Pete: Well, you'll have to dig a little deeper to find the music in written word. Some people never do.
Lulu: Huh. Just watch me.
Jason: Ok, come on -- come on, Lucky. Just -- just give her some room, step back.
Lucky: Ok, I know you're angry with me.
Elizabeth: It's beyond angry, Lucky.
Lucky: I'm going to quit, and you -- you can help me get through it --
Elizabeth: I need to do what's best for my children. Cameron has been through enough.
Lucky: We have a baby on the way.
Elizabeth: And since I've gotten pregnant, I have taken two hard falls because of you and your addiction.
Lucky: Ok, I promise I will quit!
Elizabeth: You promise? You promise, Lucky? You promise so many times. I cannot risk having you in my life anymore.
Lucky: Elizabeth, please. I won't go back, I swear. Just -- don't give up on me.
Elizabeth: The man I married would want me to protect my children and that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to stay faithful to the person you were before you got addicted to drugs. Can you take me to the hospital now?
Jason: Yeah. Sure.
Lucky: Look, Elizabeth -- Eliz--
Elizabeth: Stay away from me, Lucky.
Lucky: Elizabeth, I love you!
Ric: All right, you're saying that the chances of brain damage within the next 24 hours is minimal?
Patrick: Relatively low.
Ric: But what you're saying is that within the next 24 hours, it's going to be able -- we'll be able to determine how we can combat the pneumonia?
Patrick: Look, I can't give you any guarantees. It's impossible for me to give you odds. Both scenarios have a downside. It's up to you to pick the lesser of two evils.
Robin: Can I have a word with you?
Patrick: Discuss this while Dr. Scorpio lectures me on my bedside manner.
Robin: Are you feeling all right?
Patrick: I am tired of being blamed for things that I have no control over.
Nikolas: Listen, I have known Alexis longer than either one of you, and I am certain that she'd want to be woken up immediately.
Sam: I agree.
Ric: Yeah, well, I donít.
Nikolas: Look, I understand that you're Alexis' husband and, technically, you have the right to make decisions for her. But I know what Alexis would want, and I intend to see that she gets it.
Ric: Where the hell is your conscience?
Sam: Excuse me?
Ric: You know, it's one thing for you to throw a constant attitude my way and rewrite history to your own means. But to make a decision, a life-and-death decision where your mother is concerned, just to undermine me is unconscionable.
Sam: I am not trying to undermine you. In fact, I didn't think about you for a second. This is about what Alexis would want.
Ric: Well, I'm Alexis' husband and I am her next of kin.
Sam: Well, you know she would want and wake her up.
Ric: Alexis would agree with me.
Sam: Fine. Then I'm going to have to tell Nikolas to go file for emergency guardianship, a move I will happily back by any means necessary -- including, and up to telling, the truth about the events that happened with us the night of the blackout.
Ric: You know what I told you before -- don't ever try to use my child against me. Fine. Fine, you go ahead, you tell the doctors that they can wake Alexis up.
Sam: Well, I've got good news. Ric has agreed to wake Alexis up.
Ric: Well, they're going to wake you up. Risk your life for all the wrong reasons. So I need for you to do us all a favor, ok, and just pull through this, survive at all costs, no matter what. You're a fighter. You can do that, right? I've done things, many things that I am bitterly sorry for. But I think I can turn them around to your advantage. I got to fix things, Alexis. I got to fix things for us, for -- for all of us. Lorenzo Alcazar's been looking for an opening. When Jason makes a mistake, he's going to take that opportunity to kill him. Sonny's chief enabler will be gone; Kristina will be safe. Port Charles will be peaceful because Sonny's enforcer will be in his grave. Sam might even be safe for the same reasons. And you -- you finally get everything that you want. And you get the peace of mind to recover from cancer. Consider it my gift to you.
Jax: You obviously haven't been paying attention to the date. Do you have any recollection of what you were doing a year ago today?
Sonny: I'm not in the mood for a quiz right now.
Jax: You were chasing Carly. She was having a breakdown. She escaped from your so-called care and was running through the park and out into traffic, where I was driving my car with Elizabeth in the passenger seat. I swerved to avoid Carly. I had an accident, which caused Elizabeth to miscarry my child.
Carly: Jax, I'm so sorry. I should've remembered.
Jax: It wasn't your fault. It was yours. You drove Carly to the point of mental collapse, and then you failed to take proper care of her, and now you're gearing up to do it again.
Carly: Jax, listen to me.
Jax: You want to be independent and make your own choices and Sonny won't let you, and -- and you want to drag her back into your dysfunction without a thought to the consequences. Well, I can't watch. I've already lost too much.
Carly: Jax, wait -- Jax -- Jax, stop -- I'm sorry.
Carly: I'm so sorry.
Jax: Look, I arranged for us to have dinner at the Metro Court, so that's where I'll be if you change your mind.
Sonny: You know what, Carly? Jax is right.
Carly: No, he's not.
Jason: You doing ok?
Elizabeth: Yeah, I'm ok. I just want to go get checked out because last year I had a miscarriage. Hey.
Kelly: I got your call. We'll do another ultrasound to check the baby.
Kelly: You feeling any pain or discomfort?
Elizabeth: No, no, nothing like that.
Kelly: Good. I see you've told Jason. I'm -- I'm glad --
Elizabeth: Well, I had to tell Jason that I was pregnant because he was there when I took the fall.
Kelly: And he was kind enough to bring you to the hospital.
Jason: Well, I'll just wait; give you a ride home when you're done.
Elizabeth: Ok. Thanks.
Epiphany: Is Elizabeth ok?
Jason: Uh -- you know, we're waiting to find out. She's -- she's pregnant. She took a pretty hard fall tonight.
Epiphany: Good you were there. It's about time she told you the truth.
Elizabeth: So I told Lucky and Jason that I'm pregnant, and they both assume that Lucky's the father.
Kelly: I'm sorry I almost blurted the truth.
Elizabeth: That's ok, no harm done. I thought I covered pretty well. Don't you?
Kelly: Brilliantly. But I'm surprised Jason isn't suspicious. If he does the math, he has to realize he slept with you around the time of conception.
Elizabeth: Yeah, but we used something, and he probably doesn't realize that the Enduro condoms were defective.
Kelly: Well, what about Lucky?
Elizabeth: It was spontaneous and we didn't use anything, and that's probably why this baby is his.
Kelly: So, what do you plan to do?
Elizabeth: Wait until the paternity test, and if Lucky's the father, then I guess there's no reason to say anything to Jason at all.
Kelly: And if it's Jasonís?
Dillon: What's wrong with this picture?
Lulu: Will you get me a soda?
Dillon: Yes. You -- uh -- care to explain the textbook
Lulu: I'm reading it for an English Lit class.
Dillon: Uh-huh. And why is that? Are you pretending to go to PCU while you're out all night partying? I don't know if that's going to fly exactly, considering you told the family you were quitting.
Lulu: Yeah, I changed my mind.
Dillon: That was fast.
Lulu: I was going to withdraw, but in order to get my tuition refunded, I had to get a formed signed by an arrogant jerk of a professor.
Dillon: An arrogant jerk named --
Dillon: Oh. Yeah, he's -- he's supposed to be tough. I've heard of him.
Lulu: Yeah, I can handle it.
Dillon: Ok. So back up for a second -- he was such a jerk to you that he convinced you to stay at PCU? Wow.
Lulu: Ok, yeah, he wouldn't sign my form until he had insulted my intelligence and basically implied that all I was good for was a minimum-wage job stocking shelves somewhere.
Dillon: Lulu, you know that's reverse psychology?
Lulu: I know. He was trying to get me mad enough to try.
Dillon: Wow. Well, it obviously worked.
Lulu: Well, I'm mad as hell. And I'm going to take his class and ace it just to prove that I can, which is why I'm sitting here with a 20-pound snooze of an English textbook.
Dillon: Got it.
Dillon: Can I have a question?
Dillon: This sudden change of heart wouldn't have anything to do with you wanting your life to count for something, would it?
Lulu: Because I just had an abortion?
Carly: We all make choices, some good, some bad. I've made them all. Somehow, I've gotten through it all.
Sonny: Until last year.
Carly: Thinking Michael had been murdered was the hurdle I couldn't get past, ok?
Sonny: You lost your mind. I did everything I could, you know, but sometimes it's just not enough, I guess.
Carly: You didn't cause it and it wasn't on you to cure me.
Sonny: I wanted to. But I could not bear the thought of sending you to treatment because I couldn't stand to be locked up. So instead of thinking of you, I made it all about myself.
Carly: You were trying to protect me.
Sonny: Yeah, I know, I know, I know. You helped me when I was sick. I was a mess, I -- I couldn't function, but you stayed with me till I got well.
Carly: And you wanted to do the same for me.
Sonny: I wanted to do it, but I -- you know, I had you stay here, you got worse and worse every day. It was because of me that you ran into that traffic.
Carly: It wasn't because of you, and I want you to stop blaming yourself!
Sonny: It's hard to forget how you looked that night. You were so scared, you were so fragile, and it just -- it broke my heart to see you like that.
Carly: That was a lifetime ago.
Sonny: I know.
Sonny: And now look at you. You're back. You're fighting, you're strong, you're brave, and I want you to stay that way. Because I will not tear you down again.
Carly: I won't let you.
Jason: Elizabeth is a friend. I'll try to help her any way I can.
Epiphany: I'm just glad she finally told you.
Jason: I mean, I get why she kept it quiet, you know, Lucky's battling his addiction, her marriage is breaking up. It's a lot to deal with.
Epiphany: Elizabeth tries to handle everything herself, but no one's an island. There are times that we need to lean on someone else. So if she's allowing you to help her, you ought to step up.
Jason: I'll try to do that.
Epiphany: You need to do more than try. Don't let her push herself too hard. Too much stress isn't good for Elizabeth or the baby.
Elizabeth: Sorry to keep you waiting.
Jason: Are you -- are you ok?
Elizabeth: Yeah, I'm fine, so is the baby. I need to speak to Jason, privately.
Epiphany: Don't go glaring at me. I was just trying to tell your friend, Mr. Morgan here, that you could use some special care, that he needs to step up.
Elizabeth: I'm sorry.
Jason: It's ok. Epiphany's right, though. You really should take it easy.
Elizabeth: Yeah, I will -- as easy as I can with a preschooler and a full-time job.
Jason: Look, I know Lucky's the baby's father and he should be helping you, but he's not available. So let me help you, as a -- as a friend.
Patrick: Alexis has been taken off the ventilator and given a counter-agent for the sedative. She should be waking up soon.
Ric: I'll go sit with her.
Sam: How's the pneumonia?
Patrick: It's still a factor, but it seems to be clearing.
Nikolas: Are there any side effects from the coma?
Patrick: It's not likely, but we'll monitor her.
Sam: Oh, thank you.
Robin: Hey, are you feeling dizzy or something?
Patrick: Just a little weak. I'll be fine.
Robin: Well, that's what you get for ordering tofu salad from the cafeteria. You must be feeling bad -- not even a little smile?
Patrick: I'll be fine.
Robin: You know, why don't you go take a rest -- or better yet, why don't you have someone check you out.
Patrick: Look, you don't need to keep hovering over me. I just told you I'll be fine.
Robin: Look, just because you're feeling bad doesn't mean you have HIV.
Ric: Alexis? Alexis? Hey. Welcome back.
Alexis: Did it work?
Jax: Hey. I was about to call it a night.
Carly: Well, I wanted to change into something a little more appropriate. Sorry it took me so long.
Jax: Well, you certainly succeeded. You look beautiful.
Carly: Thank you.
Jax: Would you like a glass of champagne?
Carly: Ok, just -- uh -- before you sweep me off my feet, there's something I need to say to you. A year ago tonight, you lost your child because of me. And there are no words to describe how sorry I am.
Jax: No, I did not mean --
Carly: It was a terrible --
Jax: To make you feel guilty.
Carly: And irreplaceable loss.
Singer: Not my day
Carly: It happened because of me, and I am so sorry for the harm I caused you. But I'm just so grateful to be here with you a year later.
Jax: Yeah, me, too.
Carly: I don't get that. I just don't get it.
Carly: How can you stand here and look at me, much less romance me, after what I did?
Jax: A year ago, I was at a low point in my life.
Carly: And I made it a thousand times worse.
Jax: No, no, my marriage was unsuccessful, I -- I lost a child I probably never should've fathered in the first place. I was on a downward spiral. All of it culminated into me stealing another man's child. It was very dark times, but it led me to something amazing -- it brought you into my life.
Carly: That's my line.
Jax: No, you know, I -- I regret a lot of things, but I don't regret this. A year after my loss, I'm finally happy again. You just brought light into my life. And I honestly believe that this is -- this is the beginning of something wonderful.
Michael: So, why did you let mom go to dinner with Jax, again?
Sonny: I thought you liked Jax. Here.
Michael: I do. He even took us to Disney World in his private jet.
Sonny: Doesn't surprise me.
Michael: Well, mom doesn't love him, anyway.
Sonny: How do you know that?
Michael: Because she loves you.
Sonny: Ok, listen to me, ok? Regardless of what happens with Jax and your mother, she and I are not getting back together. And I -- you know, I know she told you that, but I want you to know, because I don't want you to get your hopes up thinking that something's going to happen when it's not.
Michael: Well, you and mom are happier together than apart, and Morgan and I are happy.
Sonny: Hold on, I got to get that, ok? Finish up.
Sonny: Hello? What's going on, Bernie? Oh -- uh -- no, no, no, we can't -- no, we got to meet. I can't meet here because I got the kids tonight and -- where? Yeah, yeah. I'll meet you there. That's a great place. 15 minutes.
Elizabeth: So what happened with Lucky on the pier?
Jason: Well, I got a call from Lucky, went to the pier, showed up. He pulled a gun on me, threw two bags of cocaine at my feet, told me I was under arrest for possession with intent. Now, obviously, I could tell that he was -- that he was high, and I was trying to explain to him that it wouldn't work; the charges weren't going to stick.
Elizabeth: "Wouldn't stick" is an understatement. Rodriguez told me that Mac fired him. He didn't have the power to arrest you.
Jason: Maybe Lucky thought busting me would get him reinstated.
Elizabeth: Yeah. I'm sure he convinced himself that Mac would be so impressed he'd just give him back his job. He's just desperate.
Jason: Desperate and paranoid. That's when he started accusing me of setting up an ambush, and that's when you ran -- what were you doing there?
Elizabeth: Well, Maxie, of all people, told me that Lucky was coming after you and I just wanted to stop it.
Jason: Elizabeth, you shouldn't have taken the risk.
Elizabeth: Look, never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that Lucky was going to frame you. I don't even recognize him anymore. It's so strange to look at him and to remember how much I -- I loved him.
Jason: Are you sure you want a divorce?
Elizabeth: I gave him a second chance -- and a third and a fourth -- and I just have to stop. I need to do it for the sake of my children.
Jason: Ok. Can I take you home?
Elizabeth: Actually, I need to go back to my apartment.
Jason: What if Lucky's there?
Elizabeth: That's what I'm afraid of.
Carly: Please tell me you closed this place down to wine and dine me. Because if no one showed up, we are in really, really big trouble.
Jax: The hotel is having its most brilliant year yet, thanks to awesome management.
Carly: Wow. You say all the right things.
Jax: I did have it closed down so we could be alone.
Carly: That's very romantic.
Jax: It's just the beginning.
Carly: Are you sure you're all right?
Jax: Yeah. When I'm with you, I'm more than all right.
Carly: I don't want to take advantage of you. I mean, if you're feeling upset --
Jax: Look, if you're not going to take advantage of me, then I'll take advantage of you.
Carly: Oh, in that case --
Singer: Į You sweet sweet angel Į
Patrick: Why is the patient in 426 still on IV?
Epiphany: You didn't give instructions to take her off.
Patrick: I just did. Take her off immediately.
Epiphany: The kindler, gentler Dr. Drake has clearly left the building.
Robin: Is it safe to approach, or are you going to bite my head off again?
Patrick: I'm sorry, I shouldn't have snapped.
Robin: Look, I don't want to crowd you. I just want to help.
Patrick: I've been feeling tired and achy the last couple of days. It usually goes away, but it seems to be hanging on.
Robin: It's probably just a cold or a flu or something.
Patrick: Yeah, or it's psychosomatic and I'm turning into a hypochondriac.
Robin: Ok, why not let me check?
Patrick: Listen, I got work to do.
Robin: Relax, ok? I'm a professional, remember? It'll just take a minute. †You're burning up.
Alexis: You all been playing nicely while I've been sleeping?
Nikolas: We've had our disagreements.
Alexis: You want to give me an example?
Sam: It was nothing important. We just all wanted what was best for you.
Ric: How are you feeling?
Alexis: I suppose as well as can be expected.
Dr. Trent: Alexis? I'm glad to see you're awake and alert. We need to discuss your treatment options. If you could give us a moment?
Alexis: Dr. Trent? Clearing the room is fairly ominous. So what's my prognosis?
Dr. Trent: Well, your pneumonia's clearing, but you're still very weak. I would've preferred to give you more time to regain your strength, but based on the biopsy, we need to begin chemotherapy as soon as possible.
Nikolas: I think we did the right thing by waking her up. I just hope that she stays strong enough to fight the pneumonia.
Sam: Well, I don't think we can think of worst-case scenarios. She will beat the pneumonia.
Nikolas: I pray that that's true. But if she -- if she doesn't, we can't leave Kristina and Molly --
Sam: I'm prepared to care for my sisters.
Nikolas: But are you prepared to abide by Alexis' wishes and stay away from Jason?
Elizabeth: The night I left Lucky, I was so rattled I forget all of my important papers, and I just -- I've been avoiding coming back here because I didn't want to see him.
Jason: Are you sure you're up for this? I can bring you back here tomorrow.
Elizabeth: I need to start moving on with my life. I can't put this off any longer.
Lucky: Elizabeth. I'm glad you came back.
Elizabeth: I'm just here to grab some papers.
Lucky: I'm going to go check into rehab -- tonight. I'm going to get clean and sober, and when I come back, I'm going to be ready to be a father to our child.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: What are you doing here?
Robin: Is there a reason you don't want your blood work done?
Sam: Are you strong enough to start treatment?
Alexis: The real issue is whether I'm going to agree to the chemo at all.
Elizabeth: I hope you get well, but I'm not going to be waiting for you when you get out.Back to The TV MegaSite's GH Site
