Colleen: Spencer might like having his father there to see him play in the water, unless you're busy.
Nikolas: Uh -- well, I -- I was going to work, but you're right. It's pretty hot out and my son is far too cute. Hey, just give me a minute and I'll go change, okay?
Colleen: Okay. Oh. I think your father trusts my judgment. Do you suppose that means he likes me, too?
Jason: Are -- are you okay?
Sam: Yeah. Yeah, I'm -- I'm just here for a post-op checkup. You?
Jason: Uh -- just a follow-up on my shoulder. He said it's going to be fine.
Sam: That's good. I mean -- I mean, it -- it is good. I'm just -- I'm glad it's not something new. That's good.
Jason: You took your G.E.D. yesterday.
Jason: How -- how'd that go?
Sam: Well, I don't know. I don't -- it felt really good. I kept hearing your voice when we were in the elevator. You basically said I obsessively worry about everything when I don't have to. Now if only you could do the same thing.
Carly: Tell him to get his hands off me or I will make a big scene.
Lorenzo: Are you spying on me, Carly?
Carly: Should I be? You got something to hide?
Sonny: So what's going on, Lainey? You get a kickback from the pharmacy every time you -- you get a prescription?
Lainey: Don't be ridiculous.
Sonny: Well, every time I turn around, you're upping my dose.
Lainey: Well, I told you there'd be adjustments, yes?
Sonny: Yeah, but I -- I agreed for therapy and not for you to turn me into some kind of guinea pig.
Lainey: Okay. Okay, why don't you calm down --
Lainey: And tell me what it is that's really bothering you.
Sonny: I don't want you to turn me into a zombie.
Lainey: Do you hear yourself, Sonny? Your anger is so out of proportion to my suggestions.
Sonny: Well, that's your opinion. I mean, the thing is I am who I am and I'm not going to change for anyone.
Lucky: Hey, Lulu? Planning on sharing?
Lulu: What's that supposed to mean?
Lucky: Why are you so jumpy?
Lulu: Nothing you'd be interested in.
Lulu: Haven't you ever seen a condom before? You'd be happy to know that your baby sister is all about --
Lucky: Okay, okay -- too much information.
Lulu: Well, then don't be so nosy.
Lucky: Bye. Go.
Colleen: Um -- I didn't even ask if you like the water.
Nikolas: What, are you kidding me? I love the water. My uncle taught me how to swim in the Mediterranean when I was a kid before I could even walk. How about you?
Colleen: Uh, I learned at summer camp. You know, I was trying to impress one of the boys.
Colleen: Turned out he was a waste of time, but the swimming saw me through college.
Nikolas: Oh, did you get scholarship or --
Colleen: I wish. No, I -- I worked as a lifeguard every summer.
Colleen: I have the certificate to prove it.
Nikolas: Well, that's -- that's a good thing since we're surrounded by water.
Alfred: Your picnic, sir.
Nikolas: Thank you, Alfred.
Colleen: How nice.
Nikolas: I'm -- I'm sorry. I just -- I didn't see the point of getting settled in and then having to come all the way back up for lunch, so -- thank you.
Colleen: This is very thoughtful of you.
Nikolas: Well, I try to remind myself every once in a while to smell the flowers, or in this case, the prosciutto. No, this was a good idea, Colleen. Thanks for inviting me. Ready?
Colleen: Yeah, yeah.
Jason: Some packages were actually delivered. I'll just send them over to the lake house.
Sam: What kind of packages?
Jason: Um -- I think -- I think they're books. They're from the internet. I figured they were for your -- for your studies.
Sam: No, actually, they're for you. Yeah -- ahem. They're research guide books. I was -- I was going to take you to New Zealand.
Jason: New Zealand?
Sam: Yeah, New Zealand. It's actually one of the places that I've been and you haven't and I thought you'd like it there.
Jason: Oh, well, you never mentioned it before.
Sam: That's because it was supposed to be a surprise. We were going to fly out of Port Charles in the winter and land in New Zealand in the summer, and I think the only Alpine rainforest in the entire world is there?
Alexis: Hello, Cruz. Has anyone done anything bad in the last 24 hours that you can blame on Jason? Hmm. Yeah. That'll work. Can you come down here and get him at G.H. and bring him in? Thanks.
Lorenzo: I am not in the mood for games, Carly.
Carly: I thought you were all about clean slates and fresh starts. Your son gets busted for a parole violation and just as quickly he's released? Because you made a deal under the table -- what the hell's going on?
Lorenzo: You know, this has nothing to do with you, Carly.
Carly: Why do you need bodyguards? Unless you're back in the business -- is that why Skye left town before she had your baby?
Lorenzo: Like I said, this has nothing to do with you. This is business, so I would say a word to the nosy -- be careful.
Carly: I can take care of myself. Maybe you should be careful.
Sonny: Okay, here's the truth, all right? Drugs or no drugs, breakdown or no breakdown, I know who I am. I hate being bullied, I hate being lied to, and I can still beat the hell out of the next guy next to me.
Lainey: Hmm. Okay, well --
Sonny: So -- what?
Lainey: Before you refuse to take the new prescription, I think that I should let you know there's a middle ground.
Lainey: I've done this before, Sonny.
Lainey: Now, I've managed with a cooperative patient to find the right dose for successful social behavior.
Sonny: "Successful social behavior" -- oh, I get what you're going to try to do. You're going to -- you're going to teach me which fork to use, how to open the door for a woman. Let me -- let me tell you something. I learned that a long time ago.
Lainey: Okay. Well --
Lainey: I'm going to prevent you from having another breakdown, from trashing everything and everyone that matters to you, get you as close to a normal life as you're capable. Can you handle it?
Sonny: Why do I have to take a higher dose?
Lainey: Do you notice a difference with the meds so far?
Lainey: Well, that tells me you need more.
Sonny: Then you take it.
Lainey: Okay, Sonny. I cannot force you to take your medication any more than I can force you to show up for your sessions. But I can promise you one thing -- every single time you fly off the handle, you prove that you are one bad moment from falling into that deep hole, the one that keeps you so hopeless. So until you decide you want to get with my program, I suggest that you avoid tense situations, avoid stress. And when you decide that you want to get well, make an appointment with my assistant. For right now, we're done here.
Sonny: Well, I thought we were going to --
Lainey: No, we're done.
Sonny: Oh, all right.
Emily: The last time I remember using my cell phone was on the launch on the way over here. I -- I don't remember taking it out of my purse, but I've looked everywhere.
Alfred: Not to worry, Miss. We'll find your phone.
Emily: Oh. You know, I -- I remember that Nikolas and I stood here for a while.
Alfred: Let me check the stairs. You may have dropped it accidentally.
Alfred: Um -- you could look on the desk if you like.
Emily: Okay. Whew.
Nikolas: Emily. I -- I didn't know you were back.
Emily: Yeah, I can't find my cell phone.
Nikolas: That's -- that's funny because Alfred just waved me in and said I had a phone call, but he didn't mention you were here.
Emily: And I didn't hear the phone ring.
Nikolas: Right. We've been set up once again.
Emily: Again, yes.
Nikolas: What -- what am I going to do about him? I mean --
Emily: Alfred? Well, obviously he can't help himself, so maybe you need to have a little talk with him.
Nikolas: I did, but I'll tell him again what I think about his little tricks. Excuse me.
Sonny: Hey, Max? Can you get me something stronger than --
Sonny: Water, please?
Ric: I heard you come in.
Sonny: Okay, I -- Ric, I told you not to come here anymore.
Ric: How you doing?
Sonny: Not good at the moment, as you can see. What do you want?
Ric: I have some sensitive information that you might like to know.
Sonny: Well, be sensitive and get the hell out of here.
Ric: The D.A.'s office has learned that some high-profile South American businessmen led by Alberto Rosales are in town. I believe you've dealt with these men before.
Sonny: You know what, Ric? You know a lot about a lot of what goes on here, what goes on in Alexis' office. Must be useful to you.
Ric: I doubt that they want to know about your health, Sonny. I think maybe they want to just take advantage of it.
Sonny: Like you did?
Ric: Have they asked for a meeting?
Sonny: Why would I tell you that?
Ric: Because they will, Sonny. And honestly, do you really think that Jason is equipped to deal with men like these?
Jason: I'm not sure why you need all those books. You seem to know everything about New Zealand.
Sam: Yeah. You know, you can just send those books back.
Jason: It seems like a cool place. Why don't, you know, you take a break and, you know, go anyway?
Sam: I'm sorry, Jason, but you've lost the right to care about what I do when you said goodbye.
Jason: Sam --
Lucky: Morgan, you're wanted downtown.
Sam: Are you kidding me -- for what?
Lucky: Hey, I was just asked to bring him down for questioning. Come on, let's go.
Jason: Okay, all right.
Carly: Jason, I have got to talk to you.
Jason: Okay, look --
Carly: What's going on?
Jason: Just get me a lawyer, okay? I don't have time for these nuisance arrests. I have someplace to be.
Lucky: Carly, just back off.
Jason: Just get me a lawyer, please.
Carly: What the hell's going on? Jason didn't do anything wrong.
Sam: Except talked to me. Alexis was here and she saw us. This was her idea and I'm not going to let her get away with it this time.
Lulu: Trying to stay cool?
Elizabeth: Hey! Look who it is?
Elizabeth: It's Auntie Lulu. Oh, my gosh. My apartment was so hot, we had to get out. We were just both getting very grumpy. And we thought the sailboats would be a nice distraction.
Lulu: For you or for Cameron?
Elizabeth: Hmm. Did you buy yourself something cute?
Lulu: Um, yeah, yeah, just my way of trying to beat the heat. So did you always know that you would love being a mom?
Elizabeth: Well, you know I've always loved kids. And I always wanted to prove that I'd be a better mother than the one I had, so I thought one day I'd -- I'd plan a family, but -- oops. My whole life turned upside down, and now I can't imagine him not in it.
Lulu: Did you regret getting pregnant?
Elizabeth: Regret? No, I didn't -- I didn't regret it. But I'll tell you, I spent one night with Zander, just one night, and it was for all the wrong reasons, and when I -- when I thought that I might be pregnant, I completely freaked. I thought surely this must be a mistake, and I probably went in and out of that pharmacy a dozen times before I bought a pregnancy test.
Elizabeth: Well, because I just kept telling myself "Tomorrow. I'll do it tomorrow." Avoidance is a really bad habit of mine. Sometimes it's just easier to hide than to face the truth.
Emily: You know, this is a -- a waste of time. I -- I don't even remember using my cell phone here. Oh. I guess I've -- I've been kind of scattered since, you know, Sonny and--
Nikolas: Well, here I'll -- ahem.
Nikolas: I'll dial your phone from mine and see if we can hear it ring.
[Ring tones play]
Nikolas: Well, either there's a tiny quartet hidden in the couch or we've just found your phone.
Emily: Oh. Nikolas?
Emily: Another setup. All right.
Nikolas: Yes, Alfred.
Alfred: Mr. Nikolas. I thought you two might be thirsty.
Nikolas: Alfred, did you plant Emily's cell phone in the couch?
Alfred: Why would I do such a thing, sir? Lemonade, Miss? I picked mint from the garden and ground it into the ice cubes, a lovely, refreshing touch on a wretched day like today.
Emily: Thank you.
Nikolas: He's so guilty.
Emily: Ah. Yeah -- you think?
Nikolas: Yeah. Listen, we -- we don't have to indulge him, Emily. If you -- if you need to get back to the hospital, go ahead.
Emily: No, you know, I -- I switched my schedule, so it's okay.
Nikolas: Oh, okay. That mint thing in the ice cubes he talks about? He's -- he's not kidding. It's really good. Uh, listen -- why don't we take these lemonades, go down to the shore? Colleen has Spencer there.
Emily: You know, I -- I don't have my bathing suit. But I really wouldn't mind getting my feet wet, so yeah.
Colleen: Nikolas, is everything all right? The picnic's all -- set up. You're back.
Ric: Jason does not understand the subtleties of negotiation. These men are sophisticated and powerful. You send him into that meeting, you will have a war that you neither want nor are you prepared to fight.
Sonny: What do you know about it?
Ric: Well, I know a lot about a lot, like you said. I did a workup on Rosales. I can handle him.
Sonny: Jason's a lot smarter than you think. He figured you out, didn't he?
Ric: You know what, Sonny? I don't want to make this personal. I understand Jason's value to you, but the fact of the matter is the man hates me because I'm your brother and there's nothing he can do about that. But you, on the other hand, realize how invaluable I can be to you. I'm a lawyer, Sonny. I'm a negotiator, and frankly, when I want to be, I'm a shark. You send me into that meeting and I will come out with you in a position of power and Rosales will think it was his idea.
Carly: Hey. Look -- who's your new lawyer, and please don't tell me it's him.
Sonny: What's going on?
Carly: Jason got called in for questioning. And I knew it was bogus, but it makes complete sense now. You put your wife up to it so you could buy some alone time with your brother.
Jason: Come on, man. Is this -- is this really necessary?
Lucky: Well, let's think about it -- shot, bleeding, barely able to stand, and you still managed to throw Manny Ruiz off a roof.
Jason: Are you going to tell me why I'm arrested?
Lucky: Well, you're going to have to ask Alexis. I just work here. Oh, Sam, great. Hey, if you can wait around, you can misplace some incriminating files from this session, too.
Sam: Oh, please.
Jason: Hey, he's -- he's out of his mind. You should protect yourself and leave, now.
Sam: No, no, I won't, not until you admit the truth. Alexis saw us together at the hospital and the next thing, you're being dragged down here as a reminder to stay away from me. I want you to admit that you're being pressured by Alexis.
Nikolas: Emily left her cell phone here by accident. I've invited her down the shore to see Spencer.
Colleen: How lovely. Spencer has already had his diaper changed, and he's slathered in sunblock, so you two have a nice time.
Nikolas: No, no, I didn't mean to exclude you. I --
Colleen: Well, the picnic's only for two. Besides, I have 100 things I need to do, and I finally have the time to do them.
Nikolas: Well, I can have Alfred pack more food. It's no problem.
Colleen: Please, I insist. It's almost time for Spencer's nap, anyway, so you should go and enjoy him while you can.
Nikolas: All right.
Colleen: I'll see you when you get back.
Nikolas: Okay. We won't be long.
Alfred: You couldn't have done better if I had coached you myself.
Colleen: I don't need coaching.
Alfred: She's a lovely woman, don't you think?
Alfred: With little Spencer as a bridge, they'll certainly find their way back together.
Colleen: Yes, Mrs. Cassadine? Yes, yes, of course. Everything's going according to plan. No one suspects anything at all.
Elizabeth: There you go. You play with your cars. You know, the problem with denial is that one day, you stick your head out of the covers, and your troubles are still there. Except usually, they've gotten worse. I think I've learned my lesson by now. Things only get better when you face them head-on. But I wasn't any less pregnant because I put off taking the test.
Lulu: We're not talking about a pregnancy test anymore, are we?
Elizabeth: I've just been hiding for too long, and now I've got to stop.
Lulu: I should go. I -- I -- I have things that I have to do at home. And anyway, I'm being such a downer.
Elizabeth: No. A downer? No. You're the best sister-in-law. And I love watching you go from this little girl to this mature woman --
Elizabeth: Who's strong and confident, full of hope.
Lulu: Questions and confusion.
Elizabeth: Oh, I see. Is there something I can do for you?
Lulu: You already have.
Elizabeth: Okay. You know, your mom would be very proud of you.
Lulu: You know, actually, I have memories of my mom taking me here for ice cream. And I would get chocolate, and she would get mint chocolate chip, and we would sit here and watch the boats, just like you and Cam. Yeah, things were a lot simpler back then.
Elizabeth: Yeah. Thank god for memories.
Lulu: You know, that stuff at home can wait. I would much rather hide out here with you two and watch the boats. I can come play with you. Oh.
Alexis: Oh, good. A couple of those -- I have a raging headache. Those are aspirin, I take it?
Lucky: No, I'm sorry. It's my last two. I brought Jason in, but I didn't know what to charge him with.
Alexis: How about protective custody?
Lucky: Who exactly are we protecting?
Sam: Well, this has all turned out exactly how you predicted. Alexis is messing with my life. It's my turn to mess with hers.
Alexis: This isn't an accusation. It just doesn't look good in front of everybody if you are in the interrogation room questioning people that we brought in.
Sam: No one would be in there if you hadn't brought him in for no good reason. I mean -- I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You know what? I -- I take that all back. I'm so sorry. Old habits are hard to break. I'll work harder.
Alexis: I think you and I need to work a little harder to help Sam.
Ric: Really, Carly? I had no idea that Jason had been arrested again.
Carly: Yeah, right. You're lying. But no surprise there.
Ric: No, Alexis has got her own agenda these days. I have nothing to do with that.
Carly: What's your agenda? Are you done gaslighting Sonny? And why the hell did you let him in the door?
Ric: I'm Sonny's brother.
Carly: Really? I'm so sick of hearing that. You're Sonny's brother -- you know what you're doing?
Sonny: Carly -- Carly, that's it, that's it. Let's not get into this right now. Ric, you need to go.
Ric: Sonny, you need to be reasonable.
Sonny: This jealousy you have for Jason -- this hatred you have for him caused me more pain than two lifetimes. I'm done with the blood ties, I'm done with the manipulation. You can leave on your own, I'll call Max -- get you out of here --
Ric: No, hey, hey, that's --
Sonny: It's up to you.
Ric: That's okay. I get it.
Carly: Just give me the name of the lawyer you're using so we can get Jason released, and he can get to the meeting like he's supposed to.
Sonny: What do you know about this meeting, Carly?
Carly: I overheard Lorenzo talking. He's trying to get these South American guys to come after you.
Sonny: You got to stay out of this.
Carly: For my own good, I get that, but we still need to get Jason out so he can go to the meeting.
Sonny: We don't have time. The meeting's in less than a half-hour. I'm going to go. I'm going to go. I'm going to handle it myself.
Carly: You can't go.
Sonny: What? Have I lost touch so quickly? I mean, I'm -- the things that I did best for years? Come on, I can do it.
Carly: Sonny, you're recovering. What if you snap at the meeting?
Sonny: I won't. Max, bring the car around, will you?
Carly: What about your medication?
Sonny: Max, if it's not here in, like, three seconds, I'm driving myself.
Carly: You need to take these.
Sonny: Okay. These are great. Let me -- let me explain something to you. You could go, or you could stay here and make things worse. But please, don't tell me what I need.
Carly: You need to be careful.
Emily: Did you see the look on his face when his toes felt the water?
Emily: It was all scrunched up. He didn't know what to make of it.
Nikolas: Shh, shh, shh, shh. He nodded off on his way up the stairs.
Emily: Are you serious?
Emily: He's just like his daddy. Falls asleep at the drop of a hat.
Nikolas: I never fell asleep when it mattered.
Emily: That's for sure. You know, you're great with him, Nikolas. I -- I swear, he relaxes when he senses you near. And his eyes never stop following you. I love watching the two of you.
Nikolas: Oh. We might be in for a brownout.
Emily: Yeah. Everybody's been running their air conditioner full blast, huh?
Nikolas: Yeah, certainly not in this house, though.
Emily: You know, this old house seems lighter somehow, now that Spencer's home.
Nikolas: It's been a long time since we've had this much joy around this place.
Colleen: How was he?
Nikolas: Spencer Cassadine, gold medalist in the freestyle, thanks to her.
Colleen: With so much support, the boy can't lose. And with all that sunscreen on him, he'll slip right out of my hands. Time for a real bath.
Colleen: Unless you'd like to.
Nikolas: No, no, he's had enough of us amateurs. You go ahead.
Colleen: Oh. There are brownout warnings on the radio.
Nikolas: Yes, I know. But I have every bit of confidence that you know what to do in a crisis.
Colleen: That's why you hired me, sir.
Nikolas: Yeah. I think I got more than I bargained for. Spencer adores you, and that makes me very happy.
Emily: I don't think Colleen cares much for me.
Lucky: If you're headed to the PCPD there, you know, your wife is a little busy.
Ric: Yeah, I heard that she arrested Jason. You happen to know the charges?
Lucky: No idea. I was just the arresting officer. Alexis probably wanted to discuss their arrangement.
Lucky: Don't play dumb. Alexis cut a deal with Jason. I mean, he is the one who killed Manny Ruiz.
Ric: Yeah, well, I assumed as much. I just didn't realize that you were an active participant in the cover-up. Hmm. You weren't.
Lucky: Yeah, you know what? The hero is always the last to know, okay?
Ric: Ah -- don't be so hard on yourself, Lucky. You're just a pawn. This isn't about you, it's about Alexis, who can't stand to be wrong. Going after Jason, who, for the life of me -- and reasons I cannot fathom -- is infallible. I mean, this man is a contract killer, but he -- he's called gentle and sensitive. He lies, he manipulates, but his -- his word is sacred, you know? He's a career felon, but he's considered the soul of truth.
Lucky: Yeah. People owe him a lot.
Ric: What, so that gives him a hall pass to commit murder? He went up on that roof for one reason and one reason only -- to kill Manny Ruiz. And for what? Plain and simple -- revenge. Jason -- Jason wasn't -- his life wasn't in jeopardy. He was pursuing Ruiz. And if it were anybody else, Alexis would be able to prosecute him for murder, and maybe even something -- voluntary manslaughter. But we're caught talking about Jason here, right? Everybody will call Alexis mean and vindictive. I'm not just talking about Sam. I'm talking about Sonny, I'm talking about the Quartermaines -- your wife. I mean, Alexis can't be wrong. So she's going to be sympathetic at all costs, so she's going to make deals with Jason. She's going to manipulate it so -- so that Jason stays away from Sam, you know? It's all very sad and dysfunctional, Lucky, so my advice to you is, you'd better take that medal and you take that commendation, and you just stay out of the whole mess, because God knows, I wish I could.
Bernie: Yeah, Alberto Rosales rarely leaves Buenos Aires anymore. That's how important the meeting is to him.
Sonny: Will the son be there? The one with the scar?
Bernie: Tomas? No, no. He -- he was killed four months ago.
Sonny: By us?
Bernie: No, no, no -- jealous husband. Now, the new heir apparent is Alberto's nephew. His name is Cardo. He's -- he's got a real temper. He's a hothead.
Sonny: Maybe he's Bipolar.
Bernie: Uh --
Sonny: That was a joke.
Sonny: So his son's a punk, right?
Bernie: Yeah -- well, he thinks he knows everything, yeah.
Sonny: Do you -- you send -- you send them wine?
Sonny: Okay, I specifically said to send wine. I mean, is it that hard to -- to do what I ask?
Bernie: Well, the -- the old man hasn't touched alcohol since his wife was killed by a drunk driver, so it would be an insult. Look, Mr. Corinthos, all due respect, if you don't feel up to this --
Sonny: No. No, I'm up to it.
Bernie: Yeah? Because, you know, you're not really fully back yet, and -- and if you were to say something just a little untoward -- why don't you let me go in?
[Bernie clicks his pen]
Bernie: I'll tell them Mr. Morgan is delayed. We'll reschedule the meeting --
Sonny: Okay, you know what? Can you quit that -- just the noise of the pen? It's bothering me.
Sonny: I'll tell you -- you stay here like a good little boy and I'll see you when I get back from the meeting.
Alexis: So what are we going to do to make this easier for Sam?
Jason: Well, the first thing we do is stop dragging me down to her workplace. I won't see her half as often.
Alexis: She can't make a clean break every time she sees you or runs into you. I can see it. Her heart just leaps to her throat.
Jason: Charge me with something or let me go.
Alexis: Ahem. It turns out that the South American mob -- members of the mob are here, and I'm concerned that you might be a target, so I'm holding you here for your own protection. Don't ever say I never did anything for you. While you're here, maybe you can give some thought to how to make this better for Sam.
Jason: Oh. What do you want?
Alexis: I want you to stop running into her. I want you to not speak to her if you do run into her. Just give her a chance to get over you, Jason.
Man: Whew. Man. I've seen cooler weather in the Amazon.
Second man: Sit. We'll be home soon enough.
First man: He's late.
Second man: I know.
First man: The Corinthos organization is like a dying fish. Flopping around, barely breathing.
Man: We were told to expect Morgan.
Sonny: Well, this meeting is too important to my business. I negotiate personally.
Second man: Huh.
First man: I heard you retired.
Second man: And I heard you just went plain loco.
Emily: It's subtle, but Colleen's demeanor changes when she sees me. She shuts down, Nikolas. On the other hand, when it's just you in the room --
Nikolas: What, I -- I don't get it.
Emily: You are such a man.
Nikolas: Why -- why is that -- why is that a bad thing? I mean, I just think Colleen really likes her work.
Emily: Yeah, why wouldn't she when she works for someone like you? You're charming, kind, the perfect gentleman.
Nikolas: Well, would it be better if I were rude to her?
Emily: But do you have to be quite so perfect?
Nikolas: What -- am I missing something here?
Emily: Nikolas, there's an obvious reason that Colleen resents your ex-wife being around.
Nikolas: I -- Emily, I think you're imagining things.
Emily: No, definitely not. I think Spencer's nanny is developing a very understandable crush on you.
Nikolas: Oh. Well, just in case you're right, would that make you jealous?
Lulu: They're coming! They're coming!
Lucky: Well, look who's here. What's up, big guy?
Elizabeth: Cam, look who's here. Daddy's here!
Lucky: You got a hug for your daddy?
Elizabeth: So, Cameron wants a sailboat.
[Elizabeth and Lulu laugh]
Lucky: A sailboat, huh? You can have whatever you want. But don't let anybody ever tell you you can't have it.
Lulu: Well, you tell him, Lucky.
Lucky: Well, whatever you do decide to have -- remember, a car, a boat, or a little medal -- they don't mean a thing without a loving family. A loving family, my friend. Right, ladies?
Elizabeth: I couldn't have said it better myself.
Lucky: So, you got your eye on a sailboat, huh? Why don't you just show me which one?
Elizabeth: You know, it's funny -- I was so terrified of being pregnant. And now, Cameron has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm really blessed.
Lulu: I -- you know what? I got to go. Yeah.
Lucky: You got a hug --
Lucky: For your aunt?
Elizabeth: She has to leave.
Lulu: You got a great big hug for your sister?
Lucky: You got a big hug for Lulu?
Lulu: Come here. Come here. Oh. Come here, come here.
Elizabeth: Big hug.
Lulu: Oh, love that! Perfect. All righty, cutie. I will see you guys. All my stuff's -- all right. Bye.
Elizabeth: Okay. Bye, honey. Love you.
Lucky: Hey, sis, you forgot --
Lucky: Your condoms.
Alexis: I know that you love Sam. I know that, because you broke up with her. It was obvious how much you love her.
Jason: And I always will. But I want her to have a life.
Alexis: See, that's the rub. She knows that you love her, and as long as she knows that, she's going to hang on tight to that and hope that you change your mind.
Jason: I'm not going to change my mind.
Alexis: Maybe you should just tell her that you don't love her. As horrible as that is, maybe ultimately, that's the kindest thing that you can do.
Jason: I -- I can't lie to Sam.
Alexis: You lie --
Carly: Okay, I'm here to pay the fine, the bail -- whatever, just to get Jason out of here.
Alexis: Carly, you can't just walk in here. This is judicial business. Why don't you leave, or I'll have you arrested for something.
Carly: Try it, and I'll go straight to the mayor, and I'll tell him how you're abusing your office. Arresting innocent people just to keep them away from your daughter? Leaking secrets to your husband? You're a joke as D.A. and if you don't let Jason go right now, I'm going to go to the --
Alexis: Don't threaten me, Carly. You've done worse in the name of your children. And you don't apologize. I'm not going to apologize, either.
Sam: Hey. What, are you working half days now?
Ric: No, I just figured today was as good a day as any to take a swim. So what's up with you? Heat got you down? Have a fight with your mother? Did you have yet another run-in with the man of your dreams?
Sam: All of the above.
Ric: You know what's sad, Sam? You've become as much of an afterthought to Jason as you were to Sonny. I'm just saying, it's happened before. You know first with Robin, then with Elizabeth, and then with Courtney. I think the sooner you realize that it's over, you get on with your life, the better. I know it's difficult, but that bastard doesn't deserve yours, or anybody else's pain, as far as I'm concerned.
Sam: Why do you even care, Ric? What's in it for you?
Ric: You tell me.
Man: We're aware there's been problems in your organization. Signs of weakness, which have caused problems -- delays, with the shipments.
Sonny: Name any organization that doesn't have its share of trouble.
Man: But you were careless enough to be ambushed in a hotel room.
Second man: With a woman.
Sonny: But I survived, as you can see.
Second man: And never retaliated.
First man: It wasn't until Morgan took over that things began to settle down. The Escobars were dealt with. But your associate showed a dangerous weakness of his own.
Sonny: And that would be?
First man: Morgan let you live. Any head of a family this size knows that is a mistake. You are not who you were.
Sonny: My associate was taking care of things 'til I came back. And -- here I am.
First man: You try to hide it, Corinthos, but it's there. In your eyes. In your hands. If you cannot control yourself, how do you control an entire organization? Time to go, boys. Let's get out of this miserable --
Sonny: Okay. You leave when I say, not a moment sooner.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Elizabeth: You're kidding about the whole condom thing, right? Lulu, what's in the bag?
Alexis: I'm okay. You're free to go.
Carly: You said you were keeping Jason here for his own protection, and you're kicking him out the door now -- why?
Sonny: Don't! Who said I lost my mind?
