Skye: I'm sorry to impose on you like this, Robert, but you really are the only person who can help me with this sort of thing.
Robert: "This sort of thing"?
Skye: I need you to sneak me out of the country.
Robert: Where to?
Skye: Someplace where Lorenzo can't find me and the baby.
Alfred: Good to have you back, sir. I trust your vacation was relaxing.
Nikolas: Very. We took long walks in the French countryside. John ate his first solid food and slept 10 hours every night.
Alfred: Glad to hear it.
Nikolas: Did you take care of the repairs?
Alfred: Go ahead, sir. See for yourself.
Nikolas: Sealed shut.
Alfred: As is every passageway in the mansion. No one can enter the home uninvited.
Nikolas: Well done. It's a huge relief to know that John is safe from my grandmother, at least for now.
Colleen's voice: You've reached Colleen McHenry. Please leave a message.
Helena: Well, I don't know why you're not answering or why I haven't heard from you since you and my grandson returned. But I do expect you to call me -- immediately.
P.A. Announcer: Dr. Winters, 2-5-0-1. Dr. Lainey winters, 2-5-0-1.
Robin: I guess I was wrong.
Patrick: This is a historic event, isn't it? Not the fact that you're wrong -- that happens all the time -- but the fact that you're admitting it. It's huge.
Robin: I thought you would tell Elizabeth that Lucky and Maxie were having an affair, but obviously you chose to keep your mouth shut.
Patrick: Well, maybe I'm just waiting for the right moment. Or maybe you don't know anything about me.
Max: Don't worry, Mrs. C, I personally guarantee Sonny's going to be fine. Oh -- you -- you probably called to talk about the kids, right? Michael and Morgan are good boys. They are going to make it through this. You -- you want to take a break for a couple hours? I could give you a ride in the Maserati. Focus, Max.
Carly: Hi. Perfect timing.
Max: Oh, hey.
Colleen: Mr. Cassadine, would it be all right if I ran into town and picked up a few things for John?
Nikolas: Colleen, we've been to the south of France and back together. I think you can start calling me Nikolas.
Colleen: I don't want to sound presumptuous.
Nikolas: Is that what they teach you in nanny boot camp? Tell me, what made you decide to become a nanny?
Colleen: Well, the usual, I suppose. I love children. I did lots of baby-sitting when I was a teenager and thought it would be rewarding to care for children as a career.
Nikolas: Mm-hmm. Is it?
Nikolas: What brought you to Port Charles?
Colleen: My last two jobs were in New York City. I enjoyed it, but decided I'd had enough of the big city life. So when my agency called with this position, I jumped at it.
Nikolas: Well, John and I are very glad that you did.
Colleen: It's been a pleasure, Mr. --
Colleen: Nikolas. John is an adorable boy, and you're a wonderful father.
Nikolas: Oh, I'm learning.
Colleen: You love your son. There's nothing more important than that.
Nikolas: You know, I was so afraid that Carly and Jax would be right about how much John would miss them. You've been taking really good care of him, and I can see how happy he is. Thank you.
Colleen: Thank you, Nikolas.
Nikolas: I'll let Alfred know that you're heading into town, okay?
Colleen: Your father is such a nice man. I think he trusts me, too. Which is just what your great-grandmother wants. Huh.
Patrick: Enjoying the company of women is a far cry from being a home wrecker.
Robin: Oh, please -- you've been coming on to Elizabeth since the beginning.
Patrick: It's a harmless habit known as flirting.
Robin: What you're doing isn't harmless.
Patrick: Do you really think that I would sabotage Elizabeth's marriage on the off chance of getting her to have sex with me?
Robin: It's a definite possibility.
Patrick: Look, I know you have a problem with me. But before the deep freeze, we talked. We gained some mutual respect. I thought you knew something about me.
Robin: So what, you were just rattling their cages? Warning Lucky and Maxie just in case they decided --
Patrick: Don't get me wrong. What I saw was them two going at it.
Robin: That's not what Maxie said.
Patrick: Well, you know what, Robin, if you're gullible enough to believe Maxie's cover story, then that's your problem. All I'm saying is I wouldn't lie about that, and I wouldn't use it to get Elizabeth into bed.
Robin: You're not even tempted?
Patrick: If I want a woman, there's plenty to go around.
Robin: Oh, you're so charming when you're modest.
Patrick: Yeah. Just trying to live down to your expectations. Dr. Lee, don't I owe you dinner?
Robin: Oh, how could any woman resist you?
Kelly: Look, Robin is my friend and my potential roommate. Maybe you shouldn't use me to get back at her.
Lorenzo: You haven't returned any of my calls.
Skye: I've been busy.
Lorenzo: We need to discuss our baby, Skye. I'm sure you can spare a moment or two.
Robert: I'm sorry to be rude, but, you know, Skye here is helping me with something.
Lorenzo: Really? What?
Robert: Well, no big deal. I mean, I've nothing to hide. I'm worried about a friend of mine's daughter -- Luke Spencer. Skye here offered to give me her take on the problem.
Skye: Yes, and I'm sure he'd want me to do anything that I could for Lulu. After all, we grew so close during the epidemic.
Lorenzo: I'm just a little surprised that Mr. Scorpio would come to you when his ex-wife is sitting right over there at the bar.
Robert: Look, my ex-wife is a wonderful person. But dealing with an adolescent problem? Come on. I mean, look at the mess she's made of our daughter.
Lorenzo: I'd like a moment when you're done.
Robert: How far away would you like to get from this guy?
Anna: We meet again.
Lorenzo: Yes. May I ask you, how much time have you spent with your ex-husband since you returned?
Anna: Robert? Why?
Lorenzo: Has he ever mentioned Skye Quartermaine?
Elizabeth: Oh --
Elizabeth: Oh, wow. What is that for? Has someone given you the keys to the city?
Lucky: No. No, we're just following up on the Ruiz case. Then I saw you and fell in love all over again.
Elizabeth: Wow, somebody's in a romantic mood.
Lucky: Remember when we used to grab a picnic and go for lunch in the park or spend your afternoon break kissing in my car in the parking lot?
Elizabeth: You sure everything's okay?
Lucky: You know, so much has happened lately. And I was just thinking of how glad I was to be your husband.
Elizabeth: Well, I feel the same to be your wife.
Lucky: I just don't want to take any of this for granted. We have a good thing, and Cam -- he's a great kid. And I just -- I just want it to last forever.
Elizabeth: Of course it will.
Patrick: Elizabeth, I'm going to need your help with Mrs. Sullivan in room 1012, please.
Elizabeth: Okay. I'll be back.
Carly: Ohh. Oh, my God, I'm so hot. Okay. Come on, lay one on me.
Carly: Get up. Come on. Come on.
Max: Whoa, hey.
Carly: Come on.
Max: Mrs. C, I'm a trained professional.
Carly: Oh, yeah?
Max: I don't hit women.
Carly: Oh, yeah? How about this? Oh -- oh, my God! Oh, my God! Are you okay? I thought you were going to duck! Why didn't you duck?
Carly: Are you all right?
Max: I don't know. It's -- wow, you got a pretty good hook there, Mrs. C.
Carly: Oh, thanks. I really didn't mean to hit you. Are you all right? I can get you some ice. You want me to go get you some ice?
Max: No. No, no, no, no. I think I'm okay. I -- why did you call me over here? To beat me up?
Carly: No. No. I -- I called you over here to stop me from giving in to temptation and going back to Sonny's.
Carly: I can't stop thinking about Sonny. I can't stop worrying about Sonny. And I'm doing everything I can not to pick up the phone and call every hour and check on him.
Max: You're being good to the boss, Mrs. C. It helped him out a lot having you there.
Carly: How's he doing?
Max: He's been sleeping, you know? I haven't seen him.
Carly: Is Jason there?
Max: Yeah. It's been pretty quiet.
Carly: That's good. That's a good thing.
Max: Hey, if you're worried about him, why don't you come back with me and we'll both check on him?
Carly: No, I can't do that, see? I can't do that, you know? I didn't even want to go over there to begin with. I told Jason he was going to have to handle this on his own, but then Sam gets kidnapped, Jason has to find her. He asked me to go over there, and so I go. I mean, that's the only reason I went, was to help Jason, you know? I went over there for myself. You know? That's why I went. I mean --
Max: There's nothing wrong with that, Mrs. C.
Carly: Yeah -- Max, you of all people, know what a disaster it would be for me to get involved with Sonny right now, okay? We would go right back to our old patterns. I'd say something that's going to hurt him, he's going to say something that's going to hurt me, and we're going to start to wreck each other. And -- look, I'm asking you -- I need you. I need you to be strong. I need you to be strong for me. I need you to be strong for Sonny and the boys, okay? Because I can't get pulled back into any more of his relapses. Max, listen to me. I am counting on you.
Kelly: Sorry about that lame comment of Patrick's. I didn't encourage him, I swear.
Robin: Well, that's okay. He can be a jerk all on his own.
Kelly: I hear you. I mean, he may be fun to joke with, you know. He may have a cute nose and nice eyes and dimples.
Kelly: But -- but you're right. He's a jerk. Besides, I need a roommate more than I need a hookup. I can't believe I just said that.
Robin: Well, I hope this place is as great as you say it is.
Kelly: Well, you'll see it yourself this afternoon. Ah, perfect timing, Lainey. The landlady loaned me the keys to our future home so I could take you guys to see it after work.
Lainey: You'll love the street it's on.
Robin: Okay, I know, but I don't know -- change is --
Lainey: Change is good.
Kelly: You said you're not happy in your apartment, that you feel lonely and isolated, right?
Robin: Yes, yes, I do. But --
Lainey: We work all day in this antiseptic building, and then we come home to what? Silence? A refrigerator full of yogurt and carrot sticks and individual frozen dinners?
Kelly: Fruit juice, water, and a bottle of white wine that starts tasting like vinegar because we only pour one glass a night?
Robin: You have to get one of those things that takes out the air. That way it'll last longer.
Kelly: No, if we move in together, we can start enjoying ourselves. Coming home might actually be fun.
Lainey: Yes, and we'll have friends to share the day's war stories with, and to cook with, and just relax and watch TV with.
Kelly: Isn't that better than by yourself?
Robin: Yes, it is. I just -- I don't know.
Kelly: Come on.
Kelly: We'll look at the place after work, and you'll see how terrific it is.
Anna: Well, Robert hasn't mentioned Skye or anyone else, for that matter, because we try not to speak to each other. It's safer that way.
Lorenzo: And yet here you are in the same town at the same time.
Anna: Unfortunate coincidence. I'm here to spend time with my daughter. That's the only reason.
Lorenzo: I was under the distinct feeling that there was more to your visit.
Anna: To reconnect with Robert?
Lorenzo: You tell me. What other reason could there be?
Anna: He was a complete disappointment as a husband. And a questionable father, at best. Believe me, Robert is firmly in my past, if that's your question.
Skye: I told Lorenzo that I want to raise this baby on my own, but he won't hear of it.
Robert: Sounds like he wants to be a devoted daddy.
Skye: Yeah. It's ironic. Most of my whole adult life, I would have given anything for a man like that.
Robert: Now you want to dust him off.
Skye: Lorenzo leads a very dangerous life. I cannot risk raising a baby with him.
Robert: I've had a little experience raising a child in the midst of turmoil.
Skye: So I've heard. That's why I've come to you, Robert. You must have all sorts of contacts that can help me disappear. Please? Will you arrange it?
Robert: I can do that.
Skye: Money is no object. I will pay anything, as long as Lorenzo can't find me.
Robert: Listen to me. Your life as you know it will cease to exist. You'll be gone for a -- a decade, or maybe decades, or maybe forever.
Skye: I know.
Robert: Skye, think about this. There's no calls, there's no post cards, there's no emails, there's no contacting friends. Alcazar has people in high places. You even try to surface, he will find out about it and track you down.
Skye: When someone you love depends on you completely, you'll do anything to protect them.
Ric: Dr. Winters? Dr. Winters, can I speak to you for a minute?
Lainey: If this is a professional consultation --
Ric: No, no, this isn't about me this time, it's about my brother. Sonny has gotten steadily worse.
Lainey: Carly mentioned it.
Ric: Yeah, well, Carly and Jason are keeping Sonny prisoner in his own house, and they are advising him against taking medication or getting professional help.
Lainey: So what are you asking?
Ric: Well, I want you to help me get him away from Carly and Jason.
Lainey: If you want me to have Sonny committed, I can't do that.
Ric: Dr. Winters, you are a doctor. You could go into the house, you could convince Sonny --
Lainey: And as a doctor, I need to witness the behavior for myself before I prescribe any form of treatment. Now, I've heard stories about what's going on with Sonny, but I haven't actually seen any aberrant behavior, so I can't make arrangements to have him committed to a medical facility.
Lainey: Now, if Sonny agrees to treatment, I'd be happy to treat him.
Ric: Yeah, that's not going to happen.
Lainey: But unless you've got legal standing in his life --
Carly: He doesn't. He means nothing to Sonny, legal or otherwise. There's no way in hell I'm going to let you put Sonny in a mental institution.
Robert: I'll start arrangements immediately.
Skye: Thank you, Robert. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this.
Lorenzo: Skye, if you're finished helping out with another person's child, perhaps we could discuss the welfare of our own.
Skye: Sorry, I have to go help Lulu.
Lorenzo: Well, I'll walk you to your car. Five minutes is better than nothing.
Robert: I'll be in touch.
Skye: Right. I'll talk to you soon. About Lulu.
Anna: He's very possessive, isn't he?
Robert: I'm surprised they never put that in the dossier.
Anna: Oh -- you never used to repeat yourself.
Robert: How are you going to get through to this guy? He's completely enamored with her.
Anna: I wish you'd stop beating a dead horse.
Robert: Come on. We both know that Alcazar is the mark in this town. You can talk to me. We're on the same side.
Anna: I mean, why do you care? You know, really, why? Why don't you just focus on Skye? It's obvious you're smitten with her the way that you were gazing into those beautiful hazel eyes of hers and smiling at her in that simpering way. You know, I didn't know you had a thing for pregnant women.
Robert: Well, if you'd have stuck around when you were having Robin, you'd have found out.
Anna: Oh, that's got to hurt. Oh. No, I'm serious.
Robert: I'll keep that in mind.
Anna: Really? If you're going to "tck-tck" with Skye, you might want to stop and think what your best friend would say because apparently she and Luke were quite a pair. What?
Robert: Don't worry. Your jealousy and/or mission are safe with me.
Colleen: You're late.
Helena: Well, is that a reprimand?
Colleen: Well, I don't want Nikolas to be suspicious.
Helena: Oh, now, Colleen, do as you are told. Now, if you can't handle it, I can certainly arrange for another nanny.
Colleen: Oh -- sorry, Mrs. Cassadine. I didn't mean to sound critical.
Colleen: The job's going well, and everything's fine.
Helena: Oh, good. Well, I was very pleased with the updates and photos that you emailed. My precious little heir seems to be doing very well. Yes, he -- he seemed to enjoy his first trip to Europe.
Colleen: Well, John is a very sweet-natured baby.
Helena: And Nikolas is continuing to build his trust in you?
Colleen: I think so. He certainly doesn't seem suspicious yet.
Helena: Well, not of you, perhaps, but he's suspicious of something. He has sealed off all of the hidden tunnels at Wyndemere, which limits my access now. And that means it is even more crucial that you influence Nikolas on my behalf.
Colleen: Well, he's determined to protect the baby. John is well-guarded.
Helena: Mm-hmm. By you. And you, my dear -- you will continue to be my eyes and my ears. But make no mistake, it is I, not Nikolas, who controls that wonderful baby's future.
Robin: Hi. Look who's back from Europe.
Robin: How was your trip?
Nikolas: Oh, it was -- it was great. I mean, as you know, France is beautiful in the summer.
Robin: Yes. But you came back, so that must mean that Helena is under control?
Nikolas: No, not entirely. I mean, at least all the tunnels have been sealed off, so I -- I feel a bit safer. I couldn't stay away forever. Wyndemere's my home.
Robin: Gargoyles, parapets, and all.
Nikolas: I know, it's strange to anyone outside the family. I know.
Robin: A little. But Emily always said that this place is warmer than it appears.
Nikolas: Well, I just -- I just want to provide a stable, happy place for John to grow up, that's all.
Robin: You're such a good dad. I know I keep saying that over and over again.
Nikolas: Well, please keep telling me. I need to remember it when John spits up on me or screams for no reason or kicks me on the changing table.
Robin: Okay, okay. But how about giving yourself credit for doing those things to begin with?
Nikolas: Good point. Good point.
Robin: Is it okay if I come by and see him tomorrow?
Nikolas: Yes, of course. But why don't you -- why don't you stay for dinner? I mean, I was supposed to have a drink with Lucky, but that can be rain-checked.
Robin: I'd love to, but I can't. I have to go meet Lainey and Kelly to see this apartment.
Nikolas: Oh. What? What? What -- you were about to say something else. You -- you're looking for an apartment to rent. Where is it?
Robin: It's Courtney's loft.
Carly: Sonny is fine. He's doing much better.
Ric: That's a lie.
Carly: No, it's not. And it's none of your business.
Ric: Sonny's my brother.
Carly: And he threw you out last night.
Lainey: If Sonny is bipolar, his condition will deteriorate until he gets proper treatment. This illness does not go away on its own.
Carly: I am keeping an eye on him. I am.
Lainey: I have to get that. I'll be right back.
Carly: You know what? You're unbelievable. You're trying to have Sonny committed.
Ric: No, I'm trying to help him, Carly. Did you not hear Dr. Winters? These episodes are only going to get steadily worse unless he gets professional help.
Carly: And how are you going to do that? Are you going to hold his hand all the way to sanity? Because he doesn't trust you as far as he can throw you, Ric.
Ric: That's not what he said last night.
Carly: Well, then you're deluded. Maybe you should go check yourself into Rose Lawn.
Ric: It just burns you that Sonny and I have gotten closer.
Carly: You know what? You can try and be Sonny's best friend, and you can marry Alexis, and you can be a great stepfather to Kristina. But you're never really going to matter to Sonny. Because he has a family, and you're not included.
Ric: Wow. For somebody who claims to not love their ex-husband, you sure do spend a whole lot of time obsessing about him.
Ric: You like to think of Sonny as your personal property, don't you? You know, married or apart, he belongs to you. Look, you don't like me for obvious reasons --
Carly: I don't like you because you kidnapped me and chained me to a wall.
Ric: Look, you of all people should know what it feels like to have a break. I know, and that's why I empathize with Sonny.
Carly: No, no. You want to exploit Sonny because that's who you are and that's what you do. But me and Jason will never let that happen.
P.A. Announcer: Dr. Quartermaine, 3-4-0-1. Dr. Monica Quartermaine --
Patrick: Ooh. Why the long face?
Carly: Because I hate Ric Lansing -- that's why.
Patrick: Don't be so tactful. Tell me how you really feel.
Carly: Why are you in such a good mood?
Patrick: Well, I was just thinking how we might spend the afternoon together if you need a distraction.
Carly: You and Robin had a fight?
Patrick: You're the one that said you wouldn't be opposed to revenge sex if the timing was right. Well, I don't have a watch, but how about now?
Carly: Wow. With such a romantic offer, how do I resist?
Patrick: You don't.
Carly: You know what? I think you missed your chance. I've decided to channel my negative energy in a more mature way.
Patrick: That's too bad. We could've been spectacular together.
Carly: Guess we'll never know.
Robin: I'm suddenly realizing how insensitive it is for me --
Robin: To even think about moving into Courtney's place.
Nikolas: It's -- Robin, it's -- it's all right. Honestly, it is.
Robin: But you have so many memories there with her.
Nikolas: Yeah. They're all really good ones. Robin, it's a great space. It's -- it's sunny, it's open. I mean, it's, you know -- I'm sure you'll like it.
Robin: I'm not so sure about that. See, I've lived by myself for many years now. I'm used to answering to myself and myself alone. You know, if I was someone else, I'm not so sure I'd want to live with me.
Nikolas: I -- I'm sure that you'll make a great roommate.
Robin: I don't know -- I'm pretty set in my ways, and I have all these annoying little habits.
Nikolas: So? Everyone does.
Robin: Like telling other people what their annoying little habits are?
Nikolas: Okay, that one you might want to break.
Nikolas: Listen, I think moving into Courtney's loft is a great idea, I really do.
Nikolas: I don't know. It has a certain symmetry to it. You were the one who told me the truth and reunited me with my son, and I -- I think that Courtney would be grateful for that. I just, I -- I can't believe that Carly kept it a secret. I mean, she's Courtney's best friend, she knew Courtney loved me, so again I ask -- how can she justify not telling me that John is my son?
Robin: Carly is adaptable. She will sculpt her ethics to any situation, so just be aware you're going to be hearing from her soon. There is no way she's giving up on John just yet.
Elizabeth: Hey. If you see Lucky, can you let him know that I had to leave?
Lainey: Sure. Is everything okay?
Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah, I'm just going to take tomorrow's charts down to Dr. Wallace.
Lainey: Oh, she is leaving for vacation -- remember?
Elizabeth: Right. Right, well, then I'm going to go wish her a really nice trip.
Lainey: Well, it would be a waste of time. She went straight from the hospital to the airport.
Elizabeth: Okay, would you stop with the questions! I'm doing something personal.
Lainey: Not even one?
Max: Thanks. You know, it's making me crazy. She's always so nice to me. Sometimes I feel like we got this connection -- you know, like she feels like she can open up to me. You know.
Max: Tell me stuff, trust me. You know, I try to act cool, not to stare or stammer, say something stupid.
Max: But, man, she really gets me.
Coleman: Well, I feel you, dog. Well, I mean, Carly can -- she can tie you up in knots.
Max: Oh -- oh, man, you got that wrong. I -- I was talking about Sonny's nanny, Leticia. Yeah.
Coleman: Oh, cool -- the nanny?
Coleman: I got you, man. I got you. I'm cool.
Ric: Excuse me. Can I -- can I have your best scotch, neat, please.
Coleman: Yeah, coming right up.
Ric: Thank you.
Coleman: Coming right up.
Ric: How's my brother?
Max: None of your business.
Max: All you did is make him worse.
Ric: No, that's Carly, my friend, not me.
Max: She was helping him.
Ric: Oh, my brother was doing fine. He was sick, but he was holding his own. I was there, Max, I could've gotten him to a better place, but, you know, of course Carly -- thank you very much -- Carly had to rush right in and push him right over the edge. Carly is poison to Sonny. She knows it, but does she give a damn? No, of course. She just throws herself at him and then pulls him right under.
Max: You shut your mouth about Mrs. C -- you hear me?
Ric: Oh, no. Aw, no, my god, Max, not you? You've got a thing for her, don't you? Really, it's --
Ric: Has she played on that, man? Whoa, take it easy! Take it easy!
Coleman: Whoa -- hey, hey. Come on.
Ric: Whoa, I think I hit a nerve there!
Coleman: Come on, man.
Max: You apologize. You show some respect.
Ric: Oh, what, for telling the truth? What's wrong?
Coleman: Hey, hey, man, what's the problem here, boys? Huh? What's going on?
Max and Ric: Carly.
Patrick: Why am I not surprised?
Kelly: So, what did you think?
Lainey: The place is wonderful.
Robin: It's really roomy.
Lainey: Yes, and sunny and bright just like you said.
Kelly: Big fireplace, nice ambience.
Lainey: Oh, and those closets -- they must've been designed by a woman. They're deep enough to fit three rows of shoes.
Robin: I don't know.
Kelly: You don't like the place?
Robin: No, I do like the place. I -- I think that it's amazing, if I were ready to move. I'm just not sure that I am.
Carly: Nikolas. Hey. Did you get my message?
Nikolas: Yes, all 10 of them.
Carly: So, how's John?
Carly: Well, I -- I came across some baby clothes that were too big for him. I think they might fit him now, so I thought maybe I could bring them by --
Nikolas: No thanks, thank you. We have more than enough baby clothes.
Carly: Well, Michael was asking about John the other day, and I know that he and Morgan really miss him, and I just thought maybe that --
Nikolas: What? You want to bring them over to see him?
Carly: Well, they are his cousins, you know.
Nikolas: We've been over this, Carly, before. I mean --
Carly: 20 minutes. You know, 20 minutes. That's all we want.
Nikolas: No, I'm sorry. It's not possible.
Carly: So you're not even going to think about it, huh?
Nikolas: Carly, every time I look at you, all I see is months of my son's life that I will never get back, okay? So you just drop this because I have to go.
Carly: I was wrong. Look, it seemed right at the time for a lot of reasons, but John is your son and he belongs with you.
Nikolas: I'm glad you see that now.
Carly: I made a mistake, Nikolas -- a big one. But, you know, you've made mistakes, too. No one's perfect.
Nikolas: Oh, Carly, that's beside the point here.
Carly: We all deserve -- is it?
Carly: I say we sinners stick together.
Nikolas: What, are you flirting with me now?
Carly: Why would you think something like that? Think about my offer.
Patrick: My sympathies, gentlemen. I know what it's like to be railroaded by the beautiful Carly Corinthos. On the other hand, you have to respect a woman with endless determination.
Max: And power.
Patrick: Sex appeal.
Ric: Check, please.
Patrick: Come on, man. You have to admit she's an attractive woman.
Ric: I choose to plead the fifth on that one.
Patrick: Well, you're stronger than the rest of us.
Ric: Aren't you supposed to be dating Robin Scorpio?
Patrick: Yeah, I thought so. Okay, why does it have to be so hard to date? You know, why can't you go out, have a good time, no -- no commitments, no big plans for the future, just -- you know, why so many commitments?
Ric: I see. Carly probably threw a monkey wrench in your plans. Well, I know that Robin told the truth about John, and my guess is that Carly probably slept with you to get revenge.
Max: Watch it, Lansing.
Ric: Okay, okay, okay.
Patrick: He's fishing. Don't worry about it, Max.
Max: He talks about Mrs. C like she's trash.
Ric: Oh, what are you, the president of her fan club?
Patrick: Whoa, whoa, hey!
Ric: Max, Max, Max! Relax, relax.
Coleman: Hey, hey, hey --
Patrick: Come on.
Coleman: If you guys can't act civil, boys, I'm going to have to ask you to leave, man.
Patrick: It's okay, Coleman. Max here was just asking Ric to show Miss Corinthos a little more respect.
Coleman: Since when has Miss Corinthos showed anybody respect, huh?
Max: You all are a bunch of sour grapes.
Coleman: Say, run that by me again?
Max: Well, you all trash Carly because you want her, but she won't give into any of you, okay?
Nikolas: Who won't give in?
Carly: Spying on your wife?
Lucky: It's none of your business.
Carly: Oh, no, relax, Cuz. I'm just making an observation. If you're worried that Elizabeth's cheating on you --
Lucky: Who said I was worried?
Carly: I don't know. You're lurking behind the walls and you stay in hiding when she comes out instead of saying, "Hi, honey. How was your day?" I'm just connecting the dots.
Lucky: Okay, yeah, well, don't, okay? I can handle this.
Carly: Hey, goody-goodies like Elizabeth -- they don't have affairs. That's for the fun girls.
Kelly: So, the reason you have to move in with us is you.
Kelly: Mm-hmm. Where else are you going to find two women --
Lainey: Two great women --
Kelly: Great women who you like and trust, who understand and share the pressures of your career, but also know how to have some fun?
Lainey: Yes. We are counting on you, Robin.
Kelly: Right! Sign on the dotted line.
Robin: I'm just not sure!
Lainey: Oh, who's ever sure about anything in life?
Robin: Okay, you're right, you're right. I'm over thinking it again.
Lainey: Sign, sign, sign.
Kelly: Whoo! Finally!
Lainey: A toast. To new beginnings.
Robin: New beginnings.
Kelly: Hear, hear. Mmm.
Lainey: Well, congratulations. You did the right thing.
Robin: Oh. Sometimes I'm a wimp about big decisions.
Lainey: It's not wimpiness. It's reasonable caution.
Robin: Well, I'm glad that this time, I am throwing caution to the wind.
Robin: Having you guys as my roommates will be a definite improvement in my life. First of all, it'll get my parents off my back.
[Kelly and Lainey laugh]
Robin: And hopefully it'll get me to stop thinking about Patrick since he's obviously not thinking about me.
Lainey: Well, you know, I don't know about that.
Kelly: I don't know.
Lainey: Because every time you pass by Patrick, he stops and he stares at you like this little lovesick puppy.
Robin: You're exaggerating.
Lainey: No, not at all.
Robin: Well, put it this way -- if he was out with the guys right now, the last thing he would be thinking about is me.
Lainey: That's for sure.
Kelly: He'd be thinking about what men always think about.
Ric: Oh. Boy, my brother didn't know how good he had it.
Nikolas: Must we discuss Sonny at the bar?
Max: Speak with respect when you talk about the boss.
Ric: No, I'm serious, I'm serious. I mean, Carly was perfect for Sonny -- you know, her nonstop dysfunction, her constant scheming and fighting. He thrives on that. His only mistake was in -- please, no offense, Nikolas because it was Max who was a little enraged at what I said earlier. His only mistake was getting involved with Emily. She is far too sweet and pure to be with him.
Nikolas: Yeah. Well, you want to do everything right for Emily, give her everything she deserves. Then your own faults get in the way of that. Then you fall in love with her anyway, so --
Lucky: Angels too pure. You're doomed to screw up, and when you do, you hate yourself.
Patrick: Ah, those women are a trap. The only way to go is a bad girl.
Ric: Here's to that.
Lucky: Yeah, words of wisdom.
Carly: Well, well. So, do the ladies in your lives know what you bad boys are up to tonight?
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: Looks like I walked in on boys' night out. So please tell me -- what do the five of you guys have in common?
Emily: I got on a plane the minute Jason said that you were better.
Sonny: It's okay if you want to leave now.
Sam: I get to make decisions, too, and I've decided to make a life without you.Back to The TV MegaSite's GH Site
