Mike: Hey, Skye. What can I get you?

Skye: Oh, I'll have some tea, herbal, please.

Mike: Herbal? Uh -- how's about mint? Chamomile?

Skye: Chamomile will be perfect.

Mike: Sure.

Lorenzo: There is a better selection at the Metro Court. Care to join me?

Skye: Well, that depends.

Lorenzo: On what?

Skye: Why are you really trying to get me to leave here?

Manny: Elizabeth, be careful. I just mopped there. I wouldn't want you to slip, hmm?

Elizabeth: Thanks.

Manny: You're welcome. Hey.

Man: What's up?

Manny: Looks like I've overstayed my welcome here. You got the car ready?

Man: It's waiting outside.

Manny: Good. There's just one more thing I have to take care of. I'll see you there. What's up, Lucky? Did I miss a spot?

Alexis: Hey, do you mind having a seat with me just for a second? I want to ask you a question or two. Is it ok if it's free advice?

Lainey: Of course. What's going on?

Alexis: I know this woman who could perhaps be in an unhealthy situation. I witnessed something last night that appeared to me to be abusive, and I approached her about it and she denied it. So what do I do?

Lainey: Well, women who've been abused are often the last to admit there's a problem. It's not uncommon for them to send friends to seek advice.

Alexis: It's not me. It -- Ric and I have fights. Excuse me, we have conflict, but it -- it never escalates to that kind of verbal abuse.

Lainey: Ok. Well, that's good. I'd hate that.

Alexis: To be honest, it's a -- a woman that I don't know very well. I'm certainly not close to her, but I still feel a need to help her. I owe this woman a great deal.

Sam: I would give anything to be able to have just one moment with you. To be able to see your face finally. To be able to hold you and tell you how much you were loved and wanted. But I'll never have that chance. I could give it to Alexis. I'm just not sure that I should. Telling Alexis that I am her daughter could turn out to be a disaster. I don't know if I could take it if I open my heart to her and she just blows my life apart again.

Max: Hey. Sonny's not here.

Jason: Where is he?

Max: He went to the Quartermaines' -- for Emily.

Alan: You're a greedy, dangerous bastard. I want you out of this house!

Ned: For once, just do the right thing, Sonny, and go away.

Monica: Let me make this very simple for you, Sonny. You are forbidden to see my daughter, ever.

Sonny: I'm not asking permission. I'm just here to tell you that Emily is a wonderful woman, I'm going to continue to see her, and I would really appreciate it if you didn't try to stop me.

Alan: Is that a threat?

Dillon: Hey, you know -- um -- maybe you should soften your tone a little bit, because a lot of the times good manners are well-received in stressful situations, as illustrated in "The Godfather" or "Goodfellas."

Georgie: Stop helping.

Tracy: He doesn't deserve any courtesy. He never should've gotten past the front gate.

Monica: Emily. You're awfully quiet.

Alan: Does Sonny speak for you now, too?

Emily: No, he doesnít.

Manny: Have you found what you're looking for, officer? You know, I've been doing everything I was told. I'm wearing the ankle monitor, I'm doing my community service, but for some reason, you keep harassing me, Lucky. Now, if you don't back off, I'm going to have to tell your boss, and then, you -- it's probably going to cost you that badge you're so proud of.

Lucky: Yeah, well, it's too late. I quit the force. So now I can pretty much harass you as much as I want. You know, I don't buy that little story you fooled the judge with and the jury, because deep down I know you're the same piece of trash you'll always be, and now I don't need the evidence to prove it.

Elizabeth: Lucky, what do you think you're doing?

Lucky: No, I don't want this freak anywhere near you.

Elizabeth: We're in the middle of a hospital. You can't threaten him if he hasn't done anything wrong.

Lucky: He will.

Lorenzo: Manny Ruiz is still living upstairs, and until he's gone, I will not feel comfortable with you coming here.

Skye: You know, there have been a lot of times in my life where I've just simply chosen to ignore reality, hope the problem would just fix itself, although it never did. Well, I can't afford to be that naive anymore. I have a responsibility to this child I'm carrying, so I have to know the truth, whether it's going to scare me or not. What is going on with Manny? How much danger am I and this baby in?

Lorenzo: I'm probably being overly cautious. This baby's a miracle for both of us. I don't want to take any chances.

Skye: All right. Then let's make a deal. If I agree to avoid this place, will you come to the hospital with me for the baby's checkup? Neither one of us has any reason to be here.

Lorenzo: Yeah, of course.

Tracy: Well, I'm glad you finally came to your senses.

Alan: I knew that in time, you would realize how bad Sonny is for you.

Lulu: Oh, come on, Emily, you can't be giving up. Sonny's the ultimate boyfriend -- he's rich and romantic.

Tracy: And wanted for murder in 10 states.

Monica: Let's let Emily talk.

Alan: That's exactly what I intend to do. We're all going to sit down like a family and we're going to talk -- that is, as soon as you go. You're not wanted here, Sonny. Tell him.

Emily: No, you misunderstood. I love Sonny and I'm going to be with him, not because it's what he wants. Because it's what I want.

Alan: And your family be damned?

Ned: Emily, listen to me. You realize that you were almost killed last night? And every day you're with him, you're going to be risking your life. Is that what you want, at your age -- to be dodging bullets? I mean, is Sonny worth all that?

Emily: I love Sonny and I'm going to stay with him.

Alan: Emily, I've done everything I know to care for you and to protect you, and you won't listen. So as long as you continue this relationship, you're no longer welcome in this house.

Jason: When I come back, I want Sonny here alone -- no Emily. You tell him that.

Carly: You might want to rethink that.

Elizabeth: Dr. Lee is with another patient right now, but if you'll have a seat, I'll come get you when she's ready.

Skye: Ok, thanks.

Lorenzo: Thank you.

Skye: For what?

Lorenzo: For including me in this child's life from the very beginning.

Skye: Oh, I don't know if you're going to feel like that after a few diaper changes.

Lorenzo: You know what? I can't wait.

Skye: Yeah, neither can I.

Lorenzo: I missed out on so much when Diego was born. Didn't even get to see him -- I didn't get to see him take his first step; didn't get to teach him how to ride a bike. That's why I don't want to miss a single moment in this child's life.

Skye: Well, I promise you, you will be there for every bump, scrape, and bruise along the way.

Lorenzo: Hmm. Well, I promise you, I'm going to hold you to that.

Skye: Oh, when I was told after my car accident that I couldn't have a child, you know, I practically just accepted it. Now that it's actually happening, I can't believe that I'm going to look down at that little face and see her staring back at me and smiling.

Lorenzo: Whoa. Did you say "her"? Is there something I don't know about?

Skye: Oh -- um -- I guess I've always dreamed of having a little girl, you know? Somebody to take to ballet and braid her hair, and I -- I guess that seems kind of silly. I don't know.

Lorenzo: No, it seems wonderful.

Skye: Well, I'm warning you right now, if we do have a girl, your life is going to be filled with pink tights and ribbons, ok?

Lorenzo: Hmm. Well, if that's how you want to socialize her -- ahem.

Elizabeth: Dr. Lee is ready for you.

Skye: Oh, great. Ok. I'll see you soon.

Lorenzo: I'll see you in a few.

Skye: Ok.

Epiphany: We are three nurses short and I am knee-deep in charts. I do not have time to be babysitting today.

Elizabeth: What is going on?

Epiphany: I can't find that janitor -- the one covered head to toe in tattoos.

Elizabeth: Manny Ruiz?

Epiphany: I don't know what his name is. All I know is he's gone.

Elizabeth: What do you mean, "Heís gone"?

Epiphany: I mean that this is not my house, and I am definitely not his mama, and if he's going to walk off the job, he better damn well pick up after himself before he does.

Robin: Whoa -- where do you think you're going?

Patrick: I'm going to see my dad.

Robin: Absolutely not. No. You had major surgery less than 24 hours ago. The only place you're going to be is in this bed.

Patrick: Look, I know you would love to keep me flat on my back, but we're going to have to play doctor another time.

Robin: It's too soon for you to be getting out of bed, much less walking around. You need to rest and regain your strength. You're going to need it when Noah wakes up and realizes that part of your liver wound up in his body.

Patrick: I saved his life.

Robin: Unfortunately, you did it against his very explicit wishes -- not to mention hospital policy -- to do it.

Patrick: Ok, I -- you didn't try to stop me. If I recall, you were the one that forged Laineyís signature to put this whole thing into motion.

Robin: Yes, but right now, I can outrun Noah. Until you can say the same thing, you are staying in bed.

Patrick: I've got to tell my dad.

Robin: Don't make me restrain you.

Patrick: I'd love to see you try.

Monica: What do you hope to accomplish by kicking Emily out of the house?

Alan: Shut up, Monica. Come on, Emily, I want to hear what you have to say.

Monica: Look, this is not a group project, people. We are Emilyís parents and we will take care of this situation, so would you all please leave?

Alice: Come on, people, you heard the lady. Let's move out! There's nothing more to see here. Come on. Come on.

Alan: I'm waiting.

Jason: I can't do this now. Move.

Carly: You're not the only one who gets to be angry.

[Jason sighs]

Carly: This relationship between Sonny and Emily is hurting my children. What do you think Michaelís going to do when he finds out what really happened in that hotel?

Jason: That's why it has to stop, Carly.

Carly: I tried talking to Sonny, he won't listen, and neither will Emily. I just left the Quartermaines', begging Emily to do the right thing for Michael and Morganís sake. She will not give him up.

Jason: She may not have a choice.

Carly: Listen to me. I hate this, too. I did everything I could to stop it, but they are determined to be together, Jason. That is the reality, and if you don't stop, something is going to --

Jason: Yeah, I know, I know -- Emily and Sonny are going to get hurt worse. I've heard it a million times!

Carly: I don't care about Emily and Sonny, I care about you! I'm worried about you. If you don't stop, you could get hurt.

Nikolas: Maxie.

Maxie: Hey.

Nikolas: Hi. Um -- listen, actually, I'm sorry about Jesse. I wanted to tell you at the hospital, but I didn't have a chance. I'm sorry.

Maxie: No, it's ok. You've had a lot to deal with lately.

Nikolas: So have you. How are you holding up?

Maxie: Honestly, I feel like I want to curl up in a ball and cry, but I know I canít.

Nikolas: Well, why not?

Maxie: Just because there are so many arrangements that have to be made, you know? I feel like that's all I've been doing since Jesse was shot -- signing forms, filling out papers. I'm making all these huge decisions for him and I don't know if any of it's what he would've wanted.

Nikolas: Isn't there anyone in his family that could help?

Maxie: He had no one; he was alone.

Nikolas: He had you.

Maxie: Yeah, but who am I to decide? I'm -- I was his girlfriend, not his wife.

Nikolas: Well, you loved him, didn't you?

Maxie: Of course.

Nikolas: Then there's no one who would know better what he would want.

Maxie: It doesn't mean I can handle it.

Alan: When is it ever going to be enough, Sonny? You ruined both my sons' lives; you stole my grandson and poisoned him against us.

Sonny: I am Michaelís family, Alan. I don't know what you want me to say. I mean --

Alan: A.J. was Michaelís father, not you.

Sonny: A.J. kidnapped Michael, faked his death, so I don't know what you want me to say.

Alan: You drove A.J. to the brink and finally had him killed! I'm not going to let you do it to Emily, too.

Monica: Alan, Alan, dredging up the past is not helping.

Alan: I have nothing else to say to either of you.

Emily: Dad --

Monica: Emily, your father and I only want what is best for you. But, clearly, you don't want to listen to us, so -- so what about Jason? Are you going to go against him, too?

Emily: Jason loves me, mom. All he's ever wanted is for me to be happy. I know that he's worried about me, but I have to believe that he's going to trust me to know what's in my heart and to make my own decisions. I know who Sonny is. I know that there are risks and complications to being with him. Sonny hasn't lived a perfect life. Neither have I. Neither have you, by the way.

Carly: Sonny is your friend and Emily is your sister. If you make this a fight, you are going to lose both of them.

Jason: Well, I can handle that along as Emily lives through this.

Carly: No, you canít. No, you canít. You need her, and you like that she comes to you with her problems. You don't want to lose that connection.

Jason: I don't want Emily to lose her mind -- the way you did.

Carly: Maybe she wonít. Maybe she's stronger than me.

Jason: You don't believe that any more than I do, Carly.

Carly: Well, maybe she's stronger than me in a different way. Maybe she can handle a life with Sonny.

Jason: I'm not going to risk her life on a "maybe"!

Carly: You are the reasonable one. You think things through. Do that now. Jason, don't jump to conclusions; don't start firing off ultimatums, ok? "Count to 10" -- that's what you always tell me! So you do that now, you count to 10! You have got to stop this from spiraling out of control.

Sonny: You were great with your family. What you said, everything -- I appreciate it. But I want you to know that I'm not going to hold you to it.

Emily: I love you and I choose you. There is nowhere else that I want to be.

Sonny: Being with me has its price, you know that. I hate what the reporters did, I hate the lies they told, and I wish I could tell you that eventually things are going to change, everything's going to get better, but I'm afraid that that newspaper was just the beginning.

Emily: It's no fun being at the center of a trumped-up scandal, but I've been through far worse, and I don't give a damn what anyone else thinks. What matters is that we trust and love each other. It's so unfair that our relationship had to blow up in public, that by trying to consider how this would hurt other people, we ended up hurting them worse.

Sonny: The first time I try -- try not to be selfish, I do more damage.

Emily: The worst is over. My family may yell and scream, but they'll accept us, and so will Jason -- eventually. He loves us too much not to want us to be happy.

Sam: I'm scared. Jason is slipping away, I can feel it. He needs me to support him and I didn't, and at first he -- he used to yell, and now he doesn't even fight back anymore. He -- he just shuts down. And if it were just because of Sonny and Emily, I -- I know that we could get through it. But Jason knows that Alexis is my mother, and I know it's changed the way he feels about me. He hates her so much. I am just -- I'm afraid he's going to stop loving me.

Father Coates: Sam.

Sam: Hey.

Father Coates: Hey. You ok?

Sam: I don't know how this works. Um -- I'm not Catholic.

Father Coates: It's all right. You don't have to be Catholic for me to listen.

Sam: If I were to tell you something, would you promise -- I mean, would you have to promise that it would just stay between the two of us?

Father Coates: Of course.

Sam: After my brother died, I found out that I was adopted.

Father Coates: Well, I'm sure that came as quite a shock.

Sam: Yeah, but what came as more of a shock was who my biological mother was. I already know her and we have this really, really complicated, complicated relationship. My mother is Alexis Davis.

Father Coates: Does she know that you're her --

Sam: No.

Father Coates: Oh.

Sam: And I am not sure if I should tell her.

Ric: How's the research going?

Alexis: Huh? Oh, hi.

Ric: Hi. Tanner case?

Alexis: I haven't gotten to it yet.

Ric: Well, we do have to file the motion by tomorrow morning.

Alexis: I know, I know. I'm well aware of that.

Ric: Alexis, you know, if this partnership is going to work out, we're going to have -- uh -- look, I know you and I have been under a lot of stress lately, but if I've ever done anything --

Alexis: Not for you!

Ric: You should read these. Don't do that. See?

Alexis: Actually, you know what? I saw something yesterday and I -- I'm a little worried about Sam.

Ric: You think that Jason is hurting her?

Alexis: No, I donít. I saw something at the police station yesterday. The way he treated her was not ok, and it just made me feel compelled to help her.

[Door opens]

Jason: Put it down.

Lorenzo: You first.

Lucky: What the hell is going on?

Lorenzo: Manny disappeared from the hospital.

Jason: Ankle monitor's right here.

Lorenzo: Which means he can't be traced.

Lucky: Why are you acting so surprised? You're the one who bribed a cop to get Manny a key to his ankle monitor in the first place.

Lorenzo: It was a severe miscalculation.

Lucky: You let a murderous freak loose -- that's one hell of a miscalculation. Elizabeth has to work with that scum every day.

Jason: We don't have time for this, Alcazar. What'd you give Manny? Guns? Money? Access to a safe house?

Lorenzo: Manny does not need my connections. His family has plenty of their own.

Jason: Then he's not coming back here.

Lucky: This guy is patient. He's been biding his time for months. There's no telling what he's planning.

Maxie: My dad wants to have a formal police burial for Jesse. But I'm just not sure I could sit through the ceremony and stare at his casket, knowing he is never going to tease me or smile at me ever again.

Nikolas: When Courtney died, I didn't know how I was going to get up the next day, much less spend the rest of my life without her. But the one thing I did know is that I -- I felt like I needed to do something to honor her memory. So I -- I scattered her ashes over the sea, and -- and it was painful for me, Maxie, but I knew that it was -- I knew that the ritual was important because it -- it marked the moment in my life when I was finally able to say goodbye to the woman I loved. The point is, Jesseís funeral is a way for -- for Lucky and the rest of the department to honor him, a way for them to say goodbye, you know?

Maxie: Have you ever been to a police funeral? The widow is the one who has to sit there and be strong. I'm not -- I'm not saying I was his widow, I was just his girl--

Nikolas: Tell me, are you -- are you afraid that you're going to break down, because --

Maxie: There are times when I think I'm going to be ok, that I'm done crying. But I'm just afraid if we have this funeral, then I'm going to lose it all over again.

Nikolas: But, Maxie, there's no -- there's no time limit on how long you can grieve or how much you're allowed to cry.

Maxie: I know that. But I just want to be strong for Jesse, you know? He was always strong for me.

Nikolas: You're stronger than you think.

Maxie: You're right, though. Jesse died doing a job that he loved and he should be honored for that.

Robin: How's Noah doing?

Bobbie: He's -- he's stable. There's no sign of infection.

Noah: Mommy, I won't let -- I won't let you down.

Bobbie: Noah?

Noah: What's the -- surgery's going to be -- surgery's going to be fine. Oh, what's the point of being a neurosurgeon if you can't help your wife? I promise -- I promise I'll -- I'll get you through this, Mattie. Everything's going to be ok, baby. Don't -- don't worry.

Bobbie: I'm not worried. I know that you're a brilliant surgeon, and I know that I'm in the best hands possible.

Noah: I won't -- I won't let anything happen to you. I love you. I love you so much, Mattie.

Bobbie: I love you, too.

Patrick: Misplace your favorite pair of handcuffs?

Robin: Well, I am kind of disappointed, but restraints aren't going to be necessary. I just saw Noah. He's still in and out of consciousness. He won't understand anything you have to say to him right now.

Patrick: He'll be lucid soon enough.

Robin: Yes, and when he is, you'll be there. But right now you have to concentrate on your own recovery. I mean, you wouldn't want anything to delay your daily pursuit of all female staff members, would you?

Patrick: Look, can we get off your obsession with my love life for five minutes? My father's about to wake up from a transplant that he didn't want. I owe it to him to tell him the truth about how and why it happened.

Sonny: What's wrong, Max?

Max: You have a guest.

Carly: Don't you think this has gone on long enough?

Sonny: This has nothing to do with you, Carly. Stay out of it.

Carly: This has nothing to do with me? Michael and Morgan are my boys, Jason is my best friend, and they're hurting because of what you're doing with Emily, and that hurts me.

Sonny: First of all, we're adults here, which means you don't get to come into my house and tell me who I can be with, who I can't be with.

Carly: This isn't about you, Sonny! Wow, I always knew that you were selfish, but you used to see that you were hurting someone and you would back off.

Sonny: We're divorced, that means this is my business, so go ahead and leave.

Carly: Ok. You may want to consider the same thing. Jason is out of his mind over the two of you. Trust me, you don't want to be here when he comes back, which will probably be pretty soon. Go away, Sonny, just go. Take Emily, go to the island. He'll buy you a pretty dress; he'll teach you how to play roulette. He'll even set up the table so you win. Just try and act surprised -- he really likes that, ok?

Emily: Sonny's not a man I ever had to fake it with.

Sonny: I'm not going to the island, I'm not going anywhere. Jason and I are going to settle this tonight, and you're not going to be here, Carly.

Carly: Fine. I'll go -- and I'm taking Emily with me.

Father Coates: So you're worried how Alexis would react if she finds out that you're her daughter?

Sam: I know how Alexis would react -- she hates Jason. If she found out that I was her daughter, she would make sure that she did everything possible to cut me out of Jasonís life.

Father Coates: Well, she couldn't succeed unless you and Jason allow her to.

Sam: Alexis borders on obsessive behavior. Kristina can't be around Sonny for five minutes without her hyperventilating.

Father Coates: So what do you think? You think that you would come to resent that kind of worry and attention, or do you think it would reassure you on some level?

Sam: Oh, gosh, I don't know. I don't know. I -- I mainly wish that Alexis wasn't my mother. I just -- I have so many reasons to hate her.

Father Coates: "Hate" -- that's a very powerful word.

Sam: I know, but she's -- she's deserving of the word "hate." I -- I had almost carried my -- my daughter full-term when Alexis started pressuring me to induce my labor. Kristina -- she needed a bone marrow transplant and they couldn't find a match. The stem cells from my baby were her only hope. When I refused to induce my labor and risk my daughter's life, she -- she was furious. She started screaming at me, and -- and I collapsed, and I woke up and my baby was gone.

Father Coates: Sam --

Sam: Kristina is alive because of my daughter, and how does Alexis repay me? By letting my brother die.

Father Coates: Look --

Sam: She could've -- she could've given my brother the antidote and she didnít. She kept it for herself.

Father Coates: Ok. I know it's not always easy to understand, but God does have a plan. With forgiveness comes acceptance.

Sam: You can tell me that I need to forgive Alexis. I just -- I don't know if that's possible, and not just because what happened with my -- my brother and my daughter, but for what she did to me. I -- I don't know. How could I ever forgive a woman who didn't care enough to keep me?

Father Coates: Well, you could start by thanking her.

Ric: All right, so what exactly did you witness at the police station that would give you the impression that Sam needs help?

Alexis: Jason got way too volatile. Look, I've known him for a while, I understand that he kills people, but I also know that he is gentle to the people that he cares about, and he just snapped and that concerned me.

Ric: Ok, well, couples do get into arguments from time to time. I mean, you and I have been in one or two.

Alexis: We don't get into -- all right, you don't speak to me that way, and I don't speak to you that way.

Ric: Right.

Alexis: I don't ever feel threatened verbally. I was scared, and I was on -- on the other side of the glass, and Sam was frightened. She cowered like a puppy and then she whispered "I love you" -- it was classic behavior.

Ric: Ok. While I appreciate your concern for Sam, I think it's a little displaced.

Alexis: Maybe she feels like she can't fight back with him, so she takes it out on everyone else -- or me, for instance.

Ric: All right. Even if all of this is true, I don't think there's much that you can do about it unless Sam is willing to address, you know, the problem.

Alexis: I just feel like I want to help her.

[Phone rings]

Lucky: Hello?

Elizabeth: Lucky, it's me. Manny's back.

Lucky: What's he doing now?

Elizabeth: He's mopping the floor, acting like he's been here the whole time.

Lucky: Ok, just don't go near him.

Elizabeth: Something's up. I can -- I can just feel it.

Lucky: All right, you just stay there. I'm on my way.

Emily: I'm not going anywhere with you.

Carly: No? You're going to stay here, rub Jasonís face in this? Why don't you strip down to nothing so he walks in on the two of you going at it? That ought to set the tone for Sonny and Jason to settle their differences. But let me guess -- you don't care about what anyone feels or about what anyone thinks, because all that matters are your precious feelings for Emily.

Sonny: Ok, you know what? Why you blaming her for this? This has -- what about everything you've done in your life?

Carly: Let me tell you something, Sonny. If she's here when Jason comes here, things are going to end badly between the two of you, and I will do everything to stop that from happening. Emily is leaving with me if I have to drag her out of here by her hair!

Sonny: Max! Max! Will you do me a favor? Will you drive --?

Emily: No, it's ok -- I'll go with her. For the record, I had no intention of staying here and making things worse for Sonny and Jason.

Sonny: Emily, you do not have to do this.

Emily: No, I want to -- for you and Jason. You've been friends for too long, and I know my brother -- no matter how angry he is in the moment, all he wants is for me to be happy, and I'm happy with you.

Sonny: Ok.

Emily: Let's go.

Noah: Bobbie, what happened?

Bobbie: How are you feeling?

Noah: Better, which is odd, considering --

[Noah groans]

Noah: Why am I bandaged up?

Bobbie: You had surgery. It was exploratory -- they wanted to see how far your liver had deteriorated.

Noah: You're lying. I had a liver transplant, didn't I? Whose liver was it?

Patrick: Mine.

Father Coates: How old was Alexis when she gave birth to you?

Sam: 16.

Father Coates: Wow. Wow, she was faced with a very adult decision. It seems to me that the selfish choice would've been for Alexis to keep you. I mean, at that age, there would be no way that she could support herself as well as a child. Look, by putting you up for adoption, she gave you a chance at a better life, you know? I -- I get it. You're angry at Alexis and -- and you have your reasons, but her putting you up for adoption shouldn't be one of them.

Sam: There are moments when I want to reach out and tell Alexis the truth, but I just -- I don't know.

Father Coates: Ok. So in those moments, what holds you back?

Sam: She thinks that her daughter died, and I -- I think that it would probably be best if everyone --

Father Coates: Uh-uh, no, no. This isn't about everyone. This is about you, Sam. If you want a chance to get to know your mother, then you should tell Alexis the truth. It might be the best for both of you.

Sam: Maybe you're right. Maybe I should tell her the truth.

Carly: Keep going straight; I'm not ready to go home yet.

Max: Where should I take you?

Carly: You know where this is?

Max: Yeah.

Carly: Well, let's hurry up and get there.
