Ric: Emily, there's no way you can do a C-section on my wife in the middle of a train wreck.

Emily: That's not what I'm suggesting.

Alexis: There isn't going to be a C-section. There isnít. I am having this baby naturally. Childbirth is a natural thing, and this baby's coming out naturally.

Ric: That's right, that's right, and I will be right here with you. I'm not going anywhere.

Alexis: You don't have much of a choice.

Ric: Well, neither do you, ok?

Alexis: Well, maybe that's what this baby wants. Oh!

Ric: All right, easy, easy.

Alexis: God!

Nikolas: How you doing?

Courtney: I'm just sitting here wishing there was something I could do to help. Hey, why don't we go check on Lucky?

Nikolas: All right, come on.

Courtney: Oh, man.

Luke: Come on, cowboy, breathe. Breathe! Breathe! Don't give up. You've got a honeymoon to finish.

[Lucky coughs]

Elizabeth: Oh, baby. Ok? He's breathing. He's breathing.

Luke: Can he keep it up?

Elizabeth: I don't know, but I'm not giving up on him.

Manny: Go ahead. You can't beat me, Carly. You're still crazy, remember?

Carly: I'm not going to let you hurt the people I love.

Manny: You know, you're a brave woman, princess, the way you sneak out of a loony bin onto a train. Are you trying to get home?

Carly: Shut up.

Manny: What were you going to do, warn someone? They won't believe you. They would've laughed in your face and shipped you back to the mental ward.

Carly: Shut up!

Manny: Ooh! Mama's got her claws out, huh? That'll make it interesting. Come on, baby. Let's go, muneca.

Jason: Ok, on three. Ready? One, two, three. Oh!

Robin: Jason --

Jason: No, it's ok. Go again. Another.

Robin: No, stop!

Jason: We got to get out of here. There's no time. Let's go.

Robin: I know, I know. You guys just go, ok? Just get out of here.

Sam: No, no, no, we're not leaving without you, come on.

Robin: Yes, you can. Jason, save Sam. You've got to get out of here before it's too late.

[Alexis groans]

Ric: Is it my imagination or are the contractions coming closer together?

Emily: Alexis, I need you to stay calm. Just take slow, steady breaths.

Alexis: Really, Emily? You want me to stay calm? Well, I wouldn't want to disappoint you.

Ric: Alexis, come on, you need to breathe and focus.

Alexis: Oh, stop patronizing me!

Ric: I'm not patronizing you!

Alexis: Yes, you are! I can breathe and suffer at the same time! I multitask.

Ric: All right, mother, then you just listen, ok? I have something to say. I am sorry --

Alexis: Do we have to do this now?

Ric: Yes. Can you think of a better time? Look, we haven't had more than 10 minutes together at once. Now we don't have a choice, so let's just take the opportunity to get our emotional junk out of the way, or at least put it in check for a while so we don't dump it on this child that we're about to bring into the world.

Alexis: "We"?

Ric: Yes, we. I understand your part is light-years more difficult than mine, and that's why I wanted to say to you I am sorry. I'm sorry for hurting you. So can we please just put all that in the past so that we can give this child the best of both of us?

Emily: All right, I may have found what we need to slow things down.

Elizabeth: You hang in there, Lucky. You do it for me, ok?

Luke: I'm afraid he's going to bleed to death.

Nikolas: What can we do?

Luke: Get him out of here.

Nikolas: Luke, I think if we move him, it'll make it worse.

Luke: No, standing around watching him die will make it worse.

Nikolas: But he'll bleed even more!

Elizabeth: Yeah, Nikolas is right. I can't let you move him, Luke.

Luke: Let me? Elizabeth, I'm his father!

Elizabeth: Well, I'm his wife!

Lucky: Do I have a say?

Elizabeth: I'm here. It's ok.

Lucky: I love you, honey. But dad's right.

Lorenzo: I really hope you're right about this because every other rescue crew is working from the south end.

Jax: Well, they weren't down there, were they? They didn't dig their way out like I did.

Lorenzo: That was before the cave-in.

Jax: You know what? There are more people down this end, including my own pregnant wife, ok? Do you think I'd be digging here if I wasn't sure that was the way in?

Lorenzo: That's why I'm taking you at your word.

Jax: Well, I'll take your help, but let me ask you something, Alcazar -- when did you become an altruist?

Lorenzo: You want to stand around questioning my motive or do you want to get to your wife? Come on.

Jason: Sam, go.

Sam: No, no, no, forget it. I'm not leaving either of you.

Robin: Listen, you can both get out of here and just get help for me.

Sam: Jason, use that, use that. Let me help.

Jason: Ok. Got it? Right there, right there.

[Robin coughs]

Jason: Ok, ready? On three. One, two, three. Ugh!

Robin: It shifted! I felt it!

Jason: Ok, again. Ok, you got her?

Sam: I got her.

Robin: Ow! Oh, God. Ow!

Jason: Ok, ok.

Manny: What do you think you're going to do with that thing?

Carly: Stop you.

Manny: Oh. You are crazy.

Carly: I will kill you if I have to.

Manny: You and what army? No one stops me. Not Sonny, not Jason. What makes you think you can do better, baby? Ugh!

Robin: Jason, wait! My briefcase is still on the train.

Jason: No, forget it.

Robin: No, we have to get it. All the notes in my laptop are on it, the medication that I brought for you, my meds. We can't leave. It's the whole reason I'm here.

[Manny laughs]

Manny: Oh, princess. There's no saint that can help you now, not even St. Christopher.

Carly: Shut up.

Manny: The patron saint of travelers. Oh, he was off his game today, huh? Didn't do his job at all.

Carly: I'm still alive.

Manny: Well, you know, that's how I prefer my women. You know, I'm thinking I will have all of Sonny's girls before I kill them, pop the girls one by one -- bam, bam, bam -- Jason, then Sonny -- you know, once he finds out what I've done.

Carly: Not if I kill you first.

Manny: Ooh. I like that.

Carly: Get --

Manny: Get off? It's ok, I won't hurt. I'll be gentle.

[Manny laughs]

Jax: I don't know what you're so determined to reach, but my guess is it's something that you want or something you want to cover up.

Lorenzo: Maybe I'm just trying to help.

Jax: Yeah, I doubt that. I don't trust you, Alcazar; I'll be upfront with you. I don't want to be a part of one of your schemes you're trying to pull off.

Lorenzo: You know what, Jax? You got a problem with me here, I will go to the south end of the tunnel and I'll start digging there.

Jax: Don't, ok? You'll be wasting your time and energy. Look, they may get through, ok, but it'll take them twice as long. It could be too late by then. This is the spot.

Lorenzo: Make up your mind. You need my help or you don't?

Jax: Well, you're the only one I've got.

Skye: Oh, Tracy, please, would you go do something useful, like sucking blood?

Tracy: Lorenzo is after something.

Skye: I think he's deeply touched by the tragedy of the situation.

Tracy: Somebody's deeply touched, and Luke is going to see your fickle heart.

Skye: I do not have a fickle heart! I happen to love Luke.

Tracy: That's a waste of time. What he needs is someone who understands him.

Skye: I'm connected to his heart.

Tracy: He's connected to my bank account! Which one do you think is more meaningful?

Lesley Lu: The two of you are both in dreamland.

Tracy: Oh, little Lulu. How long have you been lurking?

Skye: How did you get here? I just took you home!

Lesley Lu: I improvised. And just so you both know, my father will never love either of you.

Tracy: Oh, she may be irritating, but she's right.

Lesley Lu: My father will never love anyone except my mother. The two of you mean nothing to him.

Luke: Over. Feel free to yell out, cowboy.

Elizabeth: Three. Go.

Lucky: Ah!

Luke: Go ahead, don't be shy, let it out, let it out.

Lucky: Ah!

Luke: Here we go.

Elizabeth: Lie on your back.

Lucky: Ah! Ah!

Elizabeth: Two, three.

Luke: Here we go.

Lucky: God!

Elizabeth: Ok. All right, we got him on, he's on. Ok, baby, you ok?

Nikolas: Obviously, I'm going to have to help you carry him out of here, so whether you like it or not, you're stuck with me.

Luke: Let's get out of here.

Emily: It's primarily an asthma medicine. It works as a smooth muscle relaxant. It should slow the contractions down and buy Alexis and the baby the time they need.

Ric: Ok, is there any downside to this?

Alexis: Emily, I know you're doing everything you can, but won't this hurt the baby?

Emily: I understand your hesitation.

Ric: All right, am I missing something here? What happens if the contractions don't stop?

Emily: Alexis and the baby could both be in jeopardy.

Ric: Oh, great. Ok, so, Emily, what do you think we should do?

Emily: Ric, I'm a med student. I've learned some things, I can give you some options, but the decision has to be made by the baby's parents.

Courtney: Jeez. Look, I want to go with you.

Nikolas: No, no, no, I can't let you risk it, ok? We have no choice but to get Lucky out of here, but you're safer down here with everybody else.

Courtney: I can help, Nikolas.

Nikolas: Courtney, Courtney --

Courtney: I can help! What?

Nikolas: Courtney, listen to me, you already took a bad fall, ok? I don't want to take any more chances. I couldn't live with myself if -- if anything happened to your baby, ok, please.

Ric: Nikolas, what's going on?

Nikolas: Lucky's in bad shape. We need to get him out of here right now.

Emily: Are you going right away?

Nikolas: Look, if we can find a way out, we'll send help for Alexis. How far apart are the contractions right now?

Emily: Too close, but we're working on a solution to slow them down.

Nikolas: Ok. We're going to get you out of here.

Alexis: I'm better off staying here. You be careful, ok?

Nikolas: Ok. Ok. Just take care of that new little cousin of mine, ok?

Alexis: I will.

Emily: Be careful, ok?

Nikolas: Ok. Come here.  You're going to make a great doctor someday, you know that?

Emily: Thank you.

Nikolas: Ok. Hey.

Courtney: Hey.

Nikolas: You ok?

Courtney: Look, I know -- I know that you have to go. And you're going to save Lucky, I know it.

Nikolas: All right, baby, I'll see you on the other side, ok? Ok.

Courtney: You'd better.

Nikolas: Ok.

Jason: Ok, you guys go ahead. I'm going to meet up with you.

Sam: No, no, no way. Manny was on this train.

Jason: What?

Sam: He could still be alive, Jason. I would rather we stick together.

Jason: I'll be right back.

Sam: Jason!

Robin: Jason, you don't have to risk this!

Luke: Oh, what the hell.

Nikolas: Damn it.

Luke: Here, put him down.

Elizabeth: Oh, God. Ok, there has to be another way out.

Luke: No, this was it.

Nikolas: There was another tunnel a few hundred yards back.

Luke: Yeah, and there were two tunnels before that and they were all blocked up.

Nikolas: How could you tell? It was so dark.

Luke: It was dark, yes! You want to go back and check yourself?

Elizabeth: What are we going to do now?

Lucky: Dad, stop! Stop! Come here.

Luke: What? What do you need? What do you need?

Lucky: Remember what you taught me? The weakest link?

Luke: Yeah. Yeah. The weakest spot of this is going to be right there. Come on, Nikolas, let's get this beam off here.

Lucky: How you doing?

Elizabeth: I'm good. I'm good as long as you're ok.

Lucky: You love me?

Elizabeth: You know I do.

Lucky: It's going to carry me a long way.

Elizabeth: Put your head down.

Luke: Hey, listen. Listen.

Nikolas: Someone there?

Luke and Nikolas: Help! Help!

Elizabeth: Someone's over there.

Luke and Nikolas: Help!

Elizabeth: Please help us!

Nikolas: Help! We're in here!

Luke and Nikolas: Help! Help!

Lorenzo: I hear it, too.

Luke and Nikolas: Help!

Lorenzo: Right there.

Jax: Let's push this one through.

Lorenzo: Ready? On three. One, two, three.

Luke: I never thought I'd be happy to see your face.

Elizabeth: Thank God.

Luke: We're just about ready to have this clear enough to get him through. You keep digging from that side!

Elizabeth: You hear that, baby? We're almost there. Lucky? Lucky?

Ric: Ok? All right?

Alexis: All right, tell me again what my options are.

Emily: In ideal circumstances in a hospital, we'd do a C-section because of the baby's large size.

Ric: Ok, it's not an option.

Emily: If the contractions continue to escalate, the baby is going to move into the birth canal before you're ready and dilated. That could result in the baby suffocating and complications that are life-threatening to you, as well.

Ric: Ok, so the best chance is to slow the contractions. That's what the medicine is supposed to do.

Emily: Might do.

Alexis: It's coming.

Ric: Ok, all right, Alexis, all right, squeeze. Please, squeeze the life out of me; squeeze the life out of me. Ok, ok, ok. Breathe.

Alexis: I don't want to lose the baby!

Ric: Ok.

Alexis: Oh!

Ric: All right, I know. I know. All right?

Alexis: Ok. Give me the pills.

 [Jason coughs]

Manny: Whoo!  Oh!

Jesse: We've got smoke inhalation and abrasions.

Mac: What train was he on?

Jesse: Southbound from Port Charles. I'm sorry, commissioner, I showed them the picture of Robin, but nobody's seen her.

Mac: There was a new explosion down there just moments ago.

Jesse: Nobody's giving up.

Lainey: He looks bad. He should be in the critical section.

Justus: It's too late.

Lainey: I'm going to tend to the other victim.

Justus: Lainey, this is a tragedy. It's ok to feel something.

Lainey: Maybe later.

Justus: So, what, you just block this stuff in? You're going to --

Lainey: Oh, what, I'll go a little bit crazy? Been there, done that. By the way -- you're the lawyer, I'm the shrink.

Skye: I am taking you home and you are going to stay. I have no idea how you got here a second time.

Georgie: Lulu convinced me that this was an emergency. She told me Bobbie said she had to get back here. And guess what -- I just called Bobbie.

Lesley Lu: I lied, ok? It's what we Spencers do. But you know all about that, right, Skye, because my father's the biggest liar of all and he's got you turned inside out when he really feels nothing for you or Tracy.

Skye: Well, that's not being very helpful.

Lesley Lu: You'll thank me someday. Luke Spencer only cares about three people in this world -- himself, my mother, and Lucky. The rest of us can just twist in the wind.

Skye: That's a terrible thing to say.

Lesley Lu: I know, but you'll get over it. I did.

Tracy: You're an ungrateful brat. You have absolutely no idea how wonderful your father is.

Luke: How you doing on your side?

Jax: Should be enough.

Nikolas: We got to move fast. This thing's anything but stable.

Lorenzo: All right. All right. This thing won't hold for long. Bring him through!

Elizabeth: He's still unconscious and his breathing is shallow.

Nikolas: All right, let's move him.

Luke: We're almost there. All right!

Jax: Come on.

Nikolas: All right, we're going to push him through. You got to pull him on your end.

Jax: Come on, hurry up!

Lorenzo: Keep coming! There's triage units right outside the tunnel! Just, just keep coming, keep coming.

Luke: All right, coming.

Jax: Come on, Luke, keep pushing from your end!

Luke: Come on, get up.

Jax: Come on.

Luke: Coming through! You two stay close behind.

Elizabeth: Lucky's going to be ok.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Elizabeth: He's going to be ok, right, he'll be ok?

Nikolas: You go first. I'll be right behind.

Jax: Luke, hurry up! It's starting to collapse! Put him down.

Luke: Get back!

Nikolas: Get back, get back!

Elizabeth: No! No! No, Lucky! Lucky! Lucky!

Jax: Luke! Luke, can you hear me? Luke! Come on, let's get you out of here. You're ok. Are you ok?

Luke: Yeah!

Jax: Come on!

Luke: I'm dandy.

Jax: Come on.

Luke: We got to get him out of here.

[Luke coughs]

Lorenzo: All right. You all right?

Luke: Yeah.

Lorenzo: You guys go ahead. I'll keep digging.

Luke: Nobody's coming through there, Lorenzo. That hole is sealed up tight. You'd better come up with a different plan.

Jax: Come on.

Ric: Ok, ok, girls -- best and worst baby names. Abigail? Right?

Alexis: Abigail, Abby. That's pretty.

Ric: Abby, ok. How about --

Alexis: Worst name. One's coming, it's coming.

Ric: Ok, all right, ok, ok.

Emily: Breathe deep, deep breaths.

Ric: How's that? How's that? How was it?

Alexis: This one's not so bad.

Emily: Ok. All right, good, good.

Alexis: I don't know if it's you or the pills, but I'm grateful. I don't want to have this baby in a hole in the ground. I want to have it in a clean, bright hospital room with you there telling me what a good job I'm doing.

Ric: All right, listen, if -- if you don't mean that, I'd appreciate if you wouldn't say it.

Alexis: I mean it. I've always wanted you there when the baby was born.

Courtney: Hey, um, you know, there's some more bottled water on the train. I'm going to go get it.

Emily: Courtney, let me.

Courtney: You ow, I can't really sit around and do nothing. It's not how I'm made.

Emily: Nikolas is worried about you. He's worried about the baby.

Courtney: You know, you did a really good job, you know, giving Alexis that medication. It's working.

Emily: I just -- I don't know how long until it wears off. It's just temporary. Alexis and the baby are nowhere near out of the woods yet.

Skye: Hey! You guys, you got through. I was worried.

Dillon: Yeah, they're blocking off the roads for emergency vehicles only. Maxie had to use her pull as the commissioner's daughter to get through. The word "Scorpio" left her lips about a dozen times.

Maxie: It's nice to have connections.

Dillon: So what'd you need me for?

Skye: That.

Tracy: What you know about life wouldn't fill a thimble. You are a child! There are rules to follow, respect to show! Am I getting through? Your father is a smart, courageous man, and he loves deeply!

Lesley Lu: Yeah, just not you.

Maxie: Well, I think I could be more help someplace else.

Dillon: You want me to wrangle my mother?

Skye: No. Lulu.

Dillon: She's not going to listen to me.

Skye: Are you kidding me? You're cool, cute, and verbal -- what every girl dreams of.

Tracy: It is time for you to get out of here. Your father wouldn't want you here.

Lesley Lu: My father doesn't care where I am.

Tracy: Oh --

Lesley Lu: And your stupid, short-term marriage does not mean that you're in charge of me!

Sam: Hey. Jason? Hey.

[Jason groans]

Sam: You ok?

Jason: Yeah.

Sam: Take it easy.

Jason: Ok.

Sam: Easy.

Jason: I'm all right.

Jason: Ah. I couldn't get the briefcase.

Robin: It's ok. We'll just wait here to be rescued, then we'll figure it out.

Sam: Do we have that kind of time?

[Robin groans]

Robin: I need to check you out, Jason.

Jason: Oh, come on, what's the point?

Sam: Jason, she's a doctor.

Jason: I know, I just --

Robin: Just look at me, please?

[Jason sighs]

Robin: When was your last headache?

Jason: I could feel one, you know, coming on when I went to the train, but it's fine. It's not that bad.

Robin: Ok, and the seizure? How long did that last?

Sam: Well, I called Michael, and we know that you collapsed only but a few hours ago, so --

Jason: Yeah, I didn't -- I didn't come out of it until I was at the hospital, so I don't know how long that was.

Robin: Did Tony Jones give you anything for it?

Jason: No, he wanted to operate. I wouldn't let Monica, you know?

Robin: Didn't he warn you?

Jason: Yeah.

Robin: Well, what did he say?

Jason: The next seizure could kill me.

Robin: I should've come sooner. The second Tony sent me your file; I should've just gotten on a plane.

Jason: Robin, everything's -- everything's ok. It's all right.

Sam: Yeah, but for how long?

Jason: What --

Sam: Jason, you're getting sicker and you're acting like it's just going to go away on its own, and that's the same as a lie. Things go wrong, people die who aren't supposed to, and you're telling me that everything's going to be ok?

Jason: Hey. What's -- what's going on?

Sam: Nothing.

Jason: Come on. You can tell me. I know it's more than the crash. What is it?

[Sam sighs]

Sam: Today. It would've been our little girl's first birthday.

Jason: I'm sorry.

Sam: You know what? You didn't give up on me, and now I'm going to return the favor. You're going to get through this, ok? We're going to get through this.

Robin: You all right?

Sam: Yeah. You know what, we don't have the kind of time to just sit here and wait for people to come get us, so I think we need to just figure out a way to get out of here.

Robin: Ok, well, what do you suggest?

Sam: Well, Jason found a way in. I'm sure the three of us; we can manage to find a way out.

Nikolas: Way back's blocked, too.

Elizabeth: Just tell me Lucky made it through, right?

Nikolas: Come here, stop it, stop it.

Elizabeth: He made it through ok?

Nikolas: Liz, stop, stop, stop. Come here. Come here.

Elizabeth: What?

Nikolas: Listen to me.

Elizabeth: What?

Nikolas: By now, Lucky's been seen by a doctor, he's on the way to the hospital, ok, and someone else -- listen, someone else is coming down here to get us, ok?

Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah, ok, and then we get out of here and it'll all be over. I can go get Lucky and he's -- he'll be better and we can just go home and sit on the couch and one of us will order dinner because we're just too lazy to cook, you know?

Nikolas: It's ok.

Elizabeth: And then we'll take care of our son and remember how precious -- how precious every single moment is, every mundane moment of spilled milk and -- and cold beer and -- and the love and the fighting to see who gets to the bathroom first.

Nikolas: It's ok.

Elizabeth: We'll just be a dull, married couple, and this will be --

Nikolas: Hey, you're all right.

Elizabeth: It'll be just a distant memory.

Nikolas: It'll be all right, ok?

[Elizabeth coughs]

Elizabeth: I just got to keep -- I got to keep digging, you know, ok?

Nikolas: Yeah, it's hard to breathe.

Elizabeth: Nikolas?

Jesse: Hey, you with the blankets, we need supplies down at the south end.

Maxie: Can I get a "please"?

Jesse: Hey, what are you doing?

Maxie: Blankets, water. It's a good start.

Jesse: Does your dad know you're here?

Maxie: Who cares? Can you tell me you don't need the help?

Jesse: No, it's just hard seeing all this stuff.

Maxie: Not as hard as going through it. Look, thanks for trying to protect me, but it's totally insulting. I don't break. I have to go. I'm needed on the south end.

Tracy: If you were my daughter, I would ship you off to boarding school so fast, it would make your head spin.

Lesley Lu: If you were my mother, I would have to kill one of us.

Dillon: Hey, mom, love you. Badger somebody else.

Lesley Lu: I do not need to be rescued!

Dillon: Let me give you a piece of advice --

Lesley Lu: Oh, great, life lessons from the witch's son.

Dillon: No, words of wisdom from a book I'm writing called "How to Survive my Mother."

Lesley Lu: Parents are just -- they're so unnecessary.

Dillon: I don't know.  They can be useful some of the time.

Lesley Lu: Yeah, especially when they're not yours.

Dillon: True. No history, no hurt. At least you have a father.

Lesley Lu: Are you nuts?

Dillon: Let me tell you something, anytime you have a nickname, that's a good thing. I've heard Luke call you "princess."

Lesley Lu: Yeah, he calls me princess because he can't remember my real name.

Skye: You might want to dial it back a notch with Lulu.

Tracy: I would like to dial her back all the way to where she came from, and I am not auditioning for the role of her mother!

Skye: Gee, you've always showed so much devotion with your own children.

Tracy: Are you going to win points with Luke by defending her?

Skye: You know, right now, I would just settle for knowing that Luke was alive.

Luke: Doctor!

Jax: Coming through!

Luke: We need a doctor here!

Tracy: Are you all right?

Luke: I'm fine.

Mac: Get a stretcher, get a stretcher!

Luke: Let's get him up on this! We need a doctor over here! You, you!

Skye: I take it you didn't find Carly.

Lorenzo: Not yet, but I'm not done.

Manny: Carly? Baby?

Skye: God, you're bleeding! Let's get you some help!

Lorenzo: No, no, I'm fine. I just need to find another way into that tunnel. Did you tell anyone else about Carly?

Skye: No, of course I didnít. I --

Lorenzo: Thank you, thank you.

Dillon: Hey, how about giving Lainey some room to work, huh?

Lesley Lu: You give her room. I'm fine where I am.

Georgie: Dillon, is it just me or is she an over-the-top, selfish brat? I am so sorry that she convinced me to drive her down here and I left her with you. I'm sorry.

Dillon: It's ok. Lulu's not easy, I know that, but it's just a cover. Underneath, she's just feels left. Takes one to know one.

Lainey: Lucky's on the next helicopter out.

Luke: What are his chances?

Lainey: I'm not going to lie, it's bad. Another hour, it would've been too late. It's a safe bet you saved your son's life.

Lesley Lu: I want to go with Lucky.

Lainey: Sorry, sweetie, I don't think that's a good idea.

Lesley Lu: My name is not "sweetie," it's Lulu, and this is my brother.

Lainey: Sorry, I still don't think it's a good idea. Excuse me.

Skye: Where's Elizabeth?

Luke: She's still stuck in the central tunnel, all of them are. Nikolas and I were moving Lucky through, Elizabeth was with us. Alcazar and Jax were digging from the other side when the whole thing caved in. They're all stuck inside.

Lesley Lu: Why don't you just admit the truth? You saved Lucky and left Nikolas in there to die!

Nikolas: Elizabeth? Elizabeth, can you hear me? Can you hear me? Ok, there's a gas leak somewhere. We need to find some fresh air. Come on. Come on.

[Nikolas coughs]

Ric: Eight, nine -- go ahead, lean back -- 10, Alexis, 11, 12 --

Alexis: 13.

Ric: 13, good, 14, 15 --

Emily: You're fully dilated.

Ric: Oh, good. That's good, right? That's what we want, natural birth, right? Right?

Alexis: It's sure better than the alternative.

Ric: Yeah. Just sit here for a minute, ok? Courtney, stay with her.

Courtney: Yeah. Hey.

Alexis: Word of caution -- when you realize that your due date is approaching, avoid mass transit.

Courtney: Yeah, I'll keep that in mind.

Alexis: It's all worth it when your baby's born.

Courtney: Yeah, I can't wait.

Alexis: Jax is a good man. Give him a chance to be a good father.

Ric: Emily? You'd tell me if something was -- was wrong, wouldn't you?

Emily: The baby's big, Ric. It's very big. If we were in a hospital, we'd still do a C-section.

Ric: Ok, well, we're not in a hospital, so what do you suggest?

Emily: The baby is stuck high in the pelvis, all right? They're both at risk.

Ric: At risk? Ok.

Emily: If there are any complications, Alexis and the baby could both die.

Ric: All right, fine, then -- then we're going to have to try a C-section here.

Emily: Oh -- Ric --

Ric: Well, what do you --?

Emily: It's impossible to do a procedure like this here. We need a doctor.

Sam: Whoa. All right, whoa. Wait a minute, how did a sinkhole like this appear out of nowhere?

Jason: Had to be either the crash or the explosion.

Robin: Are you sure this is the right direction?

Jason: Yeah, we need to find a ventilation shaft. Be careful.

[Robin screams]

Jason: Robin! Ok, hold on! I got you!

Robin: I can't hold on!

Jason: I got you. Here, take my hand.

Robin: No, if I reach for you, I'm going to fall.

Jason: Take my hand.

Sam: Grab it!

Jason: I'm not going to let you fall. Take my hand.

Robin: Ugh!

Manny: Carly? Here, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty! Here, kitty, kitty, kitty! Come to papa. I know you're here, chica. Come on out and play. We have unfinished business, you and me, baby.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Emily: You need a C-section.

Alexis: Then you have to do it. Save the baby.

Nikolas: Come on, wake up, wake up.

Jason: Just grab on.

Sam: Be careful.

Reese: Are you afraid of dying?

Sonny: I'm not dying here.
