Alexis: Hey, do you remember the ballet dancer on the tightrope, you liked her? Well, you know, what about the clown on the elephant? Do you want to see that?

Ric: Hey, good morning. How are my two favorite ladies, huh?

Alexis: Oh --

Ric: Good morning.

Alexis: Well, we're very excited because the four of us are going to the circus, and you're getting us ringside seats.

Ric: Oh, great! Well, consider it done. I'll call my assistant and she'll take care of it later today.

Alexis: Is he also going to confiscate every single issue of the morning paper? What are you going to do about the radio and TV?

Ric: I gather you've seen the headline?

Alexis: I have, and I know about the b-o-m-b at s-o-n-n-y-'s house last night.

Courtney: So how are you feeling, Rachel?

Rachel: I'd be feeling a lot better if somebody believed me.

Courtney: Hmm. What, that A.J. is still alive and the two of you faked his death? That's a pretty outrageous claim.

Rachel: It's true.

Courtney: Okay, let's say on the outside chance you're being honest for once --

Rachel: I am, Courtney. I'm telling you the truth.

Courtney: Okay, then prove it by answering one simple little question -- where's A.J. now?

Sam: I was thinking maybe we should go back to the Bahamas and see if we can pick up a few more clues.

Jason: We know that Faith's accomplice was a wealthy person here in Port Charles.

Sam: Yeah, Jason, but what else do we have to go on? I mean, we barely spent five minutes on the island, and I don't think we really got to interview everyone who waited on Faith. Maybe there was something we missed. I mean --

Carly: Jason, I need you.

Ric: Thank you.

Alexis: I'm doing the best that I can to shield her from all of this, but I certainly don't want her to turn on the TV and see the charred shell of a car and have the anchorwoman describing that that bomb just went off right in front of her father's house.

Ric: Alexis, you had to know that incidents like this were going to come up.

Alexis: I can't shield her from his violent life forever.

Ric: All right, well, maybe when she's older, we can tell her all about Sonny, that her father has a hell of a life --

Alexis: How old does she have to be before someone explains to her that her father is a dangerous criminal who lives by the code "kill or be killed"?

Ric: Alexis, we've been through this a million times, okay? Kristina may not see Sonny that way.

Alexis: She's a very smart little girl, and she's only going to get smarter, and one day she's going to walk into a diner or some restaurant, see the news on the TV, and hear them blaring about her father being a crime boss.

Ric: Mm-hmm. How many phone calls have you made to the custody judge this morning since you read the paper?

Alexis: In total?

Ric: Mm-hmm.

Alexis: Four. I hung up after the first or second ring.

Ric: You did not speak with family court?

Alexis: I did not. I am trying the best that I can to restrain myself.

Ric: That is remarkable. I am quite impressed.

Alexis: You know something -- it's very difficult for me not to go apoplectic every time I hear some violence surrounding Sonny, but I am trying to do better than I have done in the past.

Ric: Maybe the therapist can help.

Alexis: I'm way ahead of you. I've already scheduled an emergency session.

Ric: That's my girl.

Carly: Jason, I need to speak to you alone.

Jason: Anything you have to say to me you can say in front of Sam.

Carly: It's -- it's private. It's about the search for Michael.

Jason: That's what I'm talking about. She's the one who actually helped me realize Michael's alive. You can trust her, Carly.

Carly: It's not about trust. It's not, Jason. Honestly, Sam, it's just, look, my nerves are shot and you're my best friend, and I'm not used to talking about personal stuff in front of --

Sam: Hey, hey, hey, look, Carly, it's okay, okay? Jason, I got a few errands to run. You know, if you're more comfortable, that's okay.

Carly: Thanks, Sam.

Jason: Hey, just give her a break with this.

Carly: Okay, all right, listen, Jason, I talked to Lorenzo. He didn't take Michael. We are back to square one in our search for the kidnapper.

Rachel: As far as I know, A.J.'s still back in the Bahamas.

Courtney: What, in the hotel where his body was found?

Rachel: No, he has a villa just down the road from the hotel. The roads, they're really windy, so we used to take the speedboat.

Courtney: Okay, so what's the address of this villa?

Rachel: There aren't street signs. There's not a number.

Courtney: How convenient.

Rachel: Look, I am telling you the truth, Courtney. The villa overlooks the ocean. I can draw you a map.

Jax: A map won't be necessary.

Rachel: Look, if I was there, I could recognize it, okay?

Jax: What are you suggesting, Rachel, a wild-goose chase, a trip down to the Bahamas?

Rachel: A.J. has a cell phone. I have the number. Look, I could dial. I could get A.J. on the phone. If you heard his voice, then would you finally believe that he's still alive?

Lucky: I don't know, you were sleeping peacefully. Then suddenly you started thrashing around like you were panic-stricken.

Emily: I must have been dreaming.

Lucky: About the rape?

Emily: No, I would've remembered that. I -- I fell asleep when I was studying. I have finals coming up and I've just been a little stressed-out.

Lucky: I'm sorry. It was probably a little too much for you to baby-sit Cameron last night.

Emily: No, that's okay.

Lucky: A 1-year-old doesn't exactly leave you much time to do any studying.

Emily: Lucky, he was out like a light at 8:00. Besides, he's adorable, and I'll do anything to help Elizabeth out.

Lucky: Thank you.

Emily: So? Did you and Elizabeth have fun?

Lucky: It was great. I asked Mike to close down Kelly’s early, so it was just the two of us for dinner. I played old songs on the jukebox, we danced.

Emily: Like old times?

Lucky: You remember when you and Nikolas and Elizabeth and I, we used to have our Kelly’s closed dinners? Ribs and Elizabeth’s homemade brownies and --

Emily: Everything's changed since then.

Lucky: Oh, not everything. Elizabeth still has a curfew, only this time it's because of that beautiful baby boy Cameron.

Emily: Lucky, I'm so happy that you guys reconnected.

Lucky: It just felt so natural. It almost as if we were picking up where we left off. I have to say a piece of my heart has always belonged to Elizabeth.

Emily: I'm sure she felt the same.

Lucky: You, too. I mean, you've always been in love with Nikolas, since you were a teenager, and when after years, I mean, he realized you weren't a little girl and then you two just fell in love, it was almost as if you were coming home.

Emily: You and Elizabeth have your own special bond, and now you can be together.

Lucky: You and Nikolas are going to have another chance. My dad, you know, he is not going to stop until he proves Helena is still alive, and then Nikolas will be released from prison and come home to you.

Emily: Lucky, you know, I'm so sorry. I have so much work to do. I have four more chapters to read -- you're not going to believe it -- thanks to this unscheduled nap, so I've got to go. But I'll see you later, okay?

Lucky: Okay.

Emily: Bye.

Carly: Lorenzo said he had nothing to do with the kidnapping, and I believe him.

Jason: He's lied to you before, Carly.

Carly: I know, Jason. Listen to me, I know Lorenzo. I know him, he knows me. I went to him. When I went to him to seek information, get him to try and talk to me about it, he saw right through me. He called me on playing games.

Jason: Yeah, but that doesn't prove a thing.

Carly: Jason, just listen to me, okay? He insisted that he had nothing to do with Michael's kidnapping, and then he challenged me to believe him and I do. But he lost me once. He lost me by lying and manipulating me, and last year his niece was killed, and it's changed him. Jason, he would never, ever risk a child's life by trying to get what he wants.

Jason: Okay, I'm going to respect your instincts about Alcazar -- this time. So we just need to start looking at other people.

Carly: Jason, thank you.

Jason: Maybe it's time to let Sonny in on this.

Carly: No, no, no. No, he's certain Michael's gone and he would be furious to know that we're still hoping.

Jason: Yeah, he was angry at me when he found out I was tracking Faith's money.

Carly: Yes, and Sonny is busy right now with the whole car bombing that injured Reese, and I just don't think we should tell him anything till we've got more to go on. Okay, so you and me and -- and Sam, we'll just have to search on our own, okay, because somebody's out there and he knows where Michael is and they know where he is and who he's with, and we just have to find that somebody.

Rachel: Take the phone, dial A.J.'s number. You'll hear for yourself that he's alive.

Jax: Come on, this is a waste of time.

Courtney: Well, hey, probably, but what have we got to lose, right?

Rachel: Exactly. Just press "send."

Woman's voice: The number you have reached has been disconnected.

Rachel: What?

Courtney: The number's been disconnected.

Jax: Huh.

Rachel: No, no, that's impossible. He's had the same number the whole time that I've known him. Look, I tried to call him right before I got shot.

Jax: Oh, well. You're out of excuses. Come on.

Rachel: No, you guys, I am telling you the truth!

Jax: Come on.

Courtney: Jax, wait.

Jax: Wait? Wait for what? The woman is a pathological liar.

Courtney: Look, I'm not so sure. Rachel seemed genuinely devastated when A.J. didn’t pick up. Maybe -- who knows, maybe she's telling the truth for once and A.J. really is alive.

Sam: Hey.

Emily: Hi. Sorry for coming by without calling.

Sam: No, please, you can come over whenever you want.

Emily: Is Jason here?

Sam: He's not, he's not. Actually, I don't know, I think he probably went out with Carly.

Emily: Oh, do you know when he's going to be back?

Sam: I don't, but you are more than welcome to stay.

Emily: Okay. Thanks.

Sam: Good.

Emily: I guess Carly's been leaning on Jason pretty heavily since Michael's death?

Sam: Yeah. Yeah. He's been looking out for her for a while, hasn't he?

Emily: Yeah, she counts on Jason to clean up after she makes a mess of things, to talk her down when she gets crazy. I don't know what she'd do without Jason. You know, and now with Michael gone --

Sam: You know, my heart goes out to Carly. There is nothing more heartbreaking than losing a child.

Emily: But?

Sam: But -- I don't know, I mean, even in her grief, she still has this way of demanding Jason's attention.

Emily: Yeah, she definitely assumes that Jason's always available to her.

Sam: Yes, I've noticed.

Emily: And I take it she's been making that assumption lately?

Sam: Well, she swept in here this morning and basically announced that she had something private to say to Jason and waved me out of the room like I was hired help -- not that I don't sympathize with her, because I do. I really, really do, especially --

Emily: Sam, do you want some advice?

Sam: Yeah, I'll take anything you have.

Emily: Okay. You're going to have to draw the line with Carly or she's going to wave you right out of Jason's life.

Carly: I just came from Jason's. And I told him that you had nothing to do with kidnapping Michael.

Lorenzo: I appreciate the vote of confidence, but I doubt he'll take your word for it.

Carly: Oh, he will. Okay? Jason knows when I'm lying. He knows when I'm lying to myself, he knows when -- when I'm pretending or if I have doubts, and he would call me on it. Look, we're not going to waste any more time looking in the wrong places, Lorenzo. It's what our problem has been all along.

Lorenzo: Do you have any leads? Want some water?

Carly: Yeah, thanks. You know, Faith, she -- she had some connection with a rich guy from Port Charles. That's why they suspected you.

Lorenzo: There's a lot of wealthy men in this town.

Carly: I know that, Lorenzo. We need to figure out who would've wanted to take Michael. I mean, it's not Jax, obviously, right? Edward? Possible. Alan? It's -- maybe. I just -- I don't know, I don't think he's faking his grief. It's kind of eating him alive. And, I mean, there's Ric. He's got family money, right? But as horrible as he has been and as he is, I just don't think he did this.

Lorenzo: There's one other person that fits the criteria. Your father.

Alexis: Sonny's first wife was killed by a car bomb while she was pregnant. I was aware of that, and yet I still looked at it from this skewed perspective. Like it was a tragic loss for him. It was a scar on his soul. I couldn't see it for what it really was. I couldn't see it as a warning sign -- "danger, danger -- this, too, could happen to you or your sister. Or worse, your child." I had this skewed perspective of his professionalism, how he could outmaneuver the legal system. There's a part of me that -- well, actually, I was appalled by it, and yet another part of me that -- that was impressed. Maybe all people who always follow the rules envy the people that don't have to. But you see, right now I would give my law degree, I'd give my left kidney, anything but my daughter's life, to have him arrested and convicted for his horrible crimes so that my daughter could be safe.

Courtney: What I keep getting stuck on is what Rachel's describing sounds exactly like A.J., I mean, even the disconnected phone call. If Rachel and A.J. were working together, it would be exactly A.J.'s style to just disappear and leave her twisting in the wind.

Jax: They were lovers, okay? Rachel obviously knew A.J. well, and she's using that knowledge to try to sell you on her story.

Courtney: Okay, let's just say for argument's sake Rachel's telling the truth. Okay, A.J. seduced Rachel, talked her into helping him fake his own death. I mean, what did he hope to accomplish?

Jax: I think the more relevant question is, why do you want A.J. to be alive?

Courtney: What? I -- I don't. I mean, Jax, I don't wish A.J. dead, not even now, but I'm not hoping to see him, if that's what you're implying.

Jax: No, I'm just -- I'm just wondering. You know, the woman who blackmailed you, who poisoned me, who made our lives hell is finally arrested for murdering A.J., and instead of being relieved and walking away --

Courtney: I am relieved!

Jax: Instead of walking away, you're letting Rachel draw you back in with some absurd story about A.J. being alive when you know better. There was a police investigation, okay, there was an autopsy. Alan identified his son's body. Do you think that he made a mistake?

Courtney: No, I --

Jax: Okay. Then let it rest.

Courtney: I just -- hey. What are you doing here?

Jason: I'm just looking for Sonny. He's with Agent Marshall. Her car exploded last night.

Courtney: Oh, my God.

Jax: How badly was she hurt?

Jason: No serious burns. She was knocked unconscious. But he said that they might move her up here.

Courtney: Well, we were just in the I.C.U. I didn't see Sonny or Reese -- not that I was looking. I mean, I was too focused on Rachel.

Jason: Is that your friend who got shot?

Courtney: No, Rachel is not my friend, Jason. Rachel's the woman that killed A.J.

Carly: We went over this when the boys were first kidnapped. You know, John's explanation for how he was knocked out, it was questionable at first, but -- Sonny accused him, I was there, and I just -- I don't believe he had anything to do with it.

Lorenzo: I realize I'm asking you to apply a double standard -- trust me and question him -- and I'm not sure he's the one who stole Michael, but it's worth considering, Carly. He has money. It's conceivable that he was able to track down Faith. He wants to make Sonny look bad. The best way to do that? Kidnapping all three of his children. That makes him look weak. More than anything, your father wants your trust. If he were able to find Michael, you would look upon him differently.

Carly: You know, everything you're saying, it fits. It does. It's just that, I don't know, it is scary because I believe that he is so manipulative that he could do such a thing, but I just -- I don't think John's a killer.

Elizabeth: Hey.

Lucky: Hey.

Elizabeth: Hi. Is this a pleasant surprise, or am I being too pushy?

Lucky: Definitely option A.

Elizabeth: Well, I just came by to tell you how much fun I had with you last night, dancing with you and being with you.

Lucky: I loved it.

Elizabeth: So does this seem almost scary, like it can't be happening, yet it is? Because when I woke up this morning, for a moment, I thought that our date wasn't real. I mean, I honestly thought that I had dreamed it.

Lucky: You dream about me?

Elizabeth: Oh, well, sometimes. In fact, for all I know, I could be dreaming right now.

Lucky: I think I can prove that this is real. What about that?

Elizabeth: I don't know. I'm not convinced.

Elizabeth: Oh, something fell.

Lucky: No, no, no, leave it.

Elizabeth: No, it'll just take a second.

Lucky: What?

Elizabeth: It's a divorce petition -- for Emily and Nikolas.

Lucky: She's going through with it.

Sam: Jason and I will not let Carly manipulate us.

Emily: Listen, Sam, just be careful, okay? I mean, Carly's possessive on a good day. And she can't or she won't see the obvious, which is Jason loves you.

Sam: Right, I know what matters is how Jason and I feel about each other, the way that we trust each other. Jason accepts me -- which isn't easy, believe me, because I have a lot -- I mean, a lot of flaws.

Emily: Well, so does he. You know, I always get teased for thinking that my brother is perfect, but he's not. I mean, he's reckless, he's stubborn. You practically have to hit him over the head to get him to tell you how he feels about anything. And I think that most people eventually get frustrated, they give up, and they pull away, and I've seen how much that hurts Jason, even though he doesn't really show it. So please don't do that to him. Sam, he really needs you.

Sam: No, don't -- don't worry. Jason means everything to me and I am going to hold on with everything that I have. I don't know, I mean, I guess that's the key to any successful relationship, right? I mean, when things get scary or sad or unbelievably frustrating, you just have to hold on, you know, plain refuse to give up.

Emily: Well, I know that's true for you and Jason, but I don't think it works for everyone.

Jason: Does Monica know?

Courtney: I haven't spoken with the Quartermaines, but I'm sure Mac filled them in.

Jason: Wow, maybe it'll help, you know, knowing what happened.

Courtney: Yeah, maybe. How have you been? I mean, I haven't -- I haven't seen you since the shooting.

Jason: You know, I've just been working.

Courtney: Look, Jason, have you spent much time with Carly? She's devastated. She thinks that Michael is appearing to her.

Jason: Yeah, I know.

Courtney: I tried to help. I don't think I did much good, though.

Jason: I promise I'm doing everything I can for Carly.

Courtney: Well, now that I've been exonerated, I'll be able to spend more time with Carly. You know, the police -- well, they're doing this whole investigation on A.J.'s death --

John: Jason Morgan, I need a word with you.

Jax: Well, we were just leaving. Come on.

John: Where were you last night between 8:30 and 9:00?

Jason: With Carly.

John: You'd better hope that my daughter can back up your story. Otherwise, you are the prime suspect in the attempted murder of federal Agent Reese Marshall.

Courtney: What's this?

Jax: I had the florist send over a sample. What do you think?

Courtney: Oh, Jax. They're beautiful.

Jax: You think they'd be right for the wedding, something like that?

Courtney: Well, I don't know. I haven't really thought that far ahead. Yeah, Jax, it's just -- Michael just died. You know, I can't imagine myself calling Carly and asking her to be my matron of honor, you know, or asking my dad to give me away. You know, we can't even get married in the Queen of Angels, not after we just had the memorial there.

Jax: Yeah. I understand.

Courtney: Do you? Do you really? Because this isn't an excuse or a stall. It's not. I want to be with you, Jax. I do. There are no doubts, no second thoughts. I mean, I will fly with you to Vegas and marry you tonight if that's what you need.

Jax: No, I don't want to get married in Vegas, a thousand miles away. I want to get married right here with our friends and family -- well, your family. Although, I have a feeling that if we invite Lady Jane, she won't be able to resist.

Courtney: Hmm.

Jax: So we'll just wait until you're comfortable, and then we will have the wedding that we both want, okay?

Courtney: Michael wouldn't want me to put my life on hold, waiting for the day where I don't miss him. I mean, anyway, that day's never going to come.

Jax: You can't talk yourself into something that you're not ready for.

Courtney: Michael would want me to focus on the good. And marrying you is as good as it gets. Listen, let's do it, Jax. Let's plan our wedding, and let's make it soon.

Jason: I'm not saying anything without my lawyer.

John: Hey, relax, man. I just wanted to ask you a few questions. You're not under arrest. I want to talk to you about your movements last night, that's all. Of course, you realize if you don't answer my questions, that could be misinterpreted as having something to hide. I got to admit, Morgan, you are efficient -- except, of course, for the slip-up at the metro court where somebody identified you talking to the shooters. Oh, well, Agent Marshall didn't mention that, huh? Yeah, she has conclusive evidence that links you and Sonny to the Sandoval killings. That's why she went over to Sonny's house last night, where her car was wired to explode. Are you sure if I call Carly right now she will confirm that you were with her between 8:30 and 9:00? Oh. Yeah, well, of course. Of course she would. She would lie for you. Now, I'm not going to set her up on an obstruction charge. I'll just the police finish their work. I'm sure they'll come up with an eyewitness. They always do. Hey, oh, one more thing to consider -- if Sonny did order the killing of Agent Marshall, then he's the one who should take the fall. If you testify against him, I can offer you a sweet deal, man -- witness protection, no prison time.

Jason: You serious?

John: I'm dead serious, pal. That's what I thought you'd say.

Ric: Hey. How was your session with Dr. Winters?

Alexis: It was helpful.

Ric: Oh, that's nice -- and vague.

Alexis: The whole point of me going to see a psychiatrist is to pay her to listen to me so that you don't have to.

Ric: Yeah, well, I'm willing to hear anything that you feel like telling me.

Alexis: We talked about strategy. We talked about having a positive attitude.

Ric: Mm-hmm?

Alexis: She's not living with Sonny. I have custody. He's got visitation. We talked about how it's possible that Sonny wasn't responsible for Reese’s car exploding. Could have been an unfortunate coincidence.

Ric: Good.

Alexis: Which begs the question of when having a positive attitude crosses the line into outright denial, and that's when the hour was up.

Ric: I see.

Alexis: So I guess we'll talk about that at another session.

Ric: Mm-hmm.

Alexis: Your eyes are glazing over.

Ric: No, they are not. My eyes are sparkling with admiration. You are doing something that's very difficult, and you're handling it remarkably well.

Alexis: That remains to be seen.

Ric: If it's any help at all, I think you might be right about the explosion. Reese did put a number of criminals away in prison and she was in the media in connection with Michael's kidnapping. It's possible that one of her enemies found her here.

Alexis: So you don't think Sonny was involved?

Ric: I'm not going to know that until after I talk with Reese.

Alexis: Can I sit on the interrogation?

Ric: Hmm --

Alexis: Okay, I just thought I'd ask. I know, you're the D.A. and I'm just an attorney with a private practice who has nothing to do with this case, except that my daughter does have visits in the house where the bomb exploded, but --

Ric: Okay.

Alexis: You know, things happen. Apparently, it happens there all the time. Hi, Jason.

Jason: Yeah. Agent Marshall's room around here?

Ric: She was just brought up from the E.R., but I think there was some sort of delay. Listen, before you go, Jason, I need to speak with you about your whereabouts last night. Will you excuse me?

Alexis: Certainly.

Ric: Thanks.

Jason: I'll tell you what I told Durant. I was at my apartment with --

Ric: Wait, Durant questioned you about this?

Jason: You guys aren't working together?

Ric: No, just the opposite. Look, Reese called me last night and left a message on my voicemail. She wanted to talk to me about John Durant. A half-hour later, her car exploded.

Carly: A lot of people have died in connection with the kidnappings -- Sonny's guard Rollo, Faith was assassinated. I just -- I don't see John taking that kind of a risk. Because if he got caught, he would be convicted of the very crimes that he prosecutes.

Lorenzo: Perhaps he's arrogant enough to think he could get away with it.

Carly: He'd be risking a murder conviction, along with kidnapping the kids. That's a federal offense. I don't know, he's too smart for that. The risks, they outweigh the benefits. I know he wants my love, but -- uh-uh, I don't think he did it. It's somebody else.

Lorenzo: All right. What do you need from me?

Carly: You know, you've given me everything just by listening and forgiving me for suspecting you. I'm so sorry about that, Lorenzo.

Lorenzo: Yeah, it really hurt that you doubted me. But I guess, based on our past, you have your reasons.

Carly: I do trust you. And I want you in my life. I just need to get Michael home first, you know? It's the most important thing right now. I need to hold him again. I need to know he's safe. But once I do and I can think about myself again, I really -- wow, Lorenzo, I hope you'll be there.

Lorenzo: I will be. I'll do whatever you need.

Jax: What do you think about Kristina being the flower girl?

Courtney: I love it, if you think Alexis would agree.

Jax: Are we -- are we inviting exes?

Courtney: Uh -- well -- I mean, you and Alexis are friends, so of course she should come.

Jax: Right.

Courtney: Skye, too. She's been really wonderful to both of us.

Jax: Okay.

Courtney: Jason won't come, Jax. He hates anything social.

Jax: Hmm. What about Carly? You think she'll make it through the ceremony without objecting on the grounds that she wants you with Jason?

Courtney: Carly is my friend, okay? She has accepted the fact that I'm in love with you and she is happy for me. You know, I was going to ask her to be my matron of honor, but if it's too soon after Michael, would it be okay if we just don't have attendants?

Jax: No, I'd prefer it. I mean, I know Ned would, you know, agree to stand up for me, but I'd just as soon wait at the top of the aisle by myself, watch you walk toward me.

Courtney: Well, if we're talking about aisles, maybe we should start thinking about choosing a church, right?

Jax: Well, not necessarily. We could have an outdoor ceremony. How about the gazebo in the park? It's where you agreed to fly to Monte Carlo with me. It'd be like coming full circle, hmm?

Courtney: Yeah. I love it.

Jax: Really?

Courtney: Yeah. I love you.

Jax: That was easy. I happen to love you, too.

Emily: Oh. Sorry, you guys. I just have to grab a few things, and I'll be out of your way.

Elizabeth: Emily, wait.

Emily: No, no, no, I don't want to bother you guys. I'll be right back.

Lucky: Em, we found the divorce papers.

Emily: You what?

Elizabeth: I knocked over your bag by accident and it fell out.

Emily: So you just -- you just had to read through them?

Lucky: It's a divorce, Em. How long do you think you can keep this a secret?

Emily: I haven't even filed the papers yet.

Lucky: Great, then just rip them up.

Emily: Don't tell me what to do.

Elizabeth: Emily, this is crazy. You love Nikolas.

Emily: This is why I didn't want you guys to know. It's my decision, and I don't want the two of you judging me!

Elizabeth: You're divorcing Nikolas because you don't want him to know about the rape?

Emily: No, I'm divorcing him, Elizabeth, because our marriage can't work. Nikolas is in prison. And even if he gets out, I've changed. My feelings have changed. I can't stay with Nikolas. If I do, then I'm going to wind up poisoning everything that we used to have.

Lucky: What about Nikolas? Does he get a vote?

Emily: Nikolas said that he would accept whatever I chose, and I'm choosing to let go.

Lorenzo: Well, aren't you the diligent public servant.

John: Mr. Alcazar. What do you want?

Lorenzo: Confirmation. And you just gave it to me. I know exactly what you did.

Alexis: I'd like the full amount wired by the end of the business day. I appreciate that, but it's your job to facilitate the transfer, not to question how I spend it. Thank you. Yes, the same bank. And if you could confirm at this number when the transaction is complete, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Carly: Doesn't matter how much money you spend, Alexis. You're never going to be able to force Sonny out of Kristina’s life.

Ric: Look, I know enough about Sonny's history to realize that he would never under any circumstances use a car bomb to kill, especially if the target was a woman. So that leaves John Durant.

Jason: Yeah, or it could be someone from Agent Marshall's past.

Ric: Yeah, I know. The bureau's already checking the whereabouts of perps in Reese’s previous cases. They've asked me for local suspects, as well. Listen, Jason, I know that Durant was pressuring Reese to getting evidence on you and Sonny, and when she didn't cooperate, it's possible that he got desperate. Jason, I'm not telling you this out of the goodness of my heart, okay? You're not a suspect, but you could possibly be a witness, so if there's anything that you know, I would appreciate it if you would let me hear it.

Jason: All I know about Durant is that he wants Sonny in prison, Ric, just like you.

Ric: Yeah, right. Okay. You know, do I believe that Sonny belongs in prison? Absolutely. Do I want him there? Well, I'm not so sure anymore. You, on the other hand, I can't wait to convict.

Sam: Okay, that didn't sound so good.

Jason: Ric thinks John Durant could be the one who wired Agent Marshall's car to explode.

Sam: No, I think that's kind of hard to believe, isn't it?

Jason: It could be somebody from her past. You know what, that's up to the cops to figure out. I need to focus on Michael.

Sam: Okay, what happened with Carly?

Jason: Carly -- she thinks that it's not Alcazar, and I believe her.

Sam: All right, well, then if it's not Alcazar who has Michael, who's the rich guy from Port Charles who does?

[Phone rings]

Rachel: Hello? A.J.? No, no, it's just a bad connection. I wanted to tell you that Courtney was arrested for your murder.

Sam: The only reason to take Michael is to make one or all of you suffer.

Jason: We need to look at everyone who has a grudge against Sonny, Carly, and me.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Courtney: I can't sleep with you until we get married.

Sam: Who else is twisted enough to steal Michael?

Lorenzo: I know you have Michael.

A.J.: Everything's going as planned?

Rachel: Not exactly.

Alexis: Goodbye, Carly.

Carly: Explain the money.

Sonny: I ain't going to walk away, and I don't want you to.
