Skye: I can't believe we're actually here after all the hell we've been through.

Luke: The lower rungs of hell. Mental institutions, prison -- you name it.

Skye: Oh, please. Don't forget our brief stint as vagrants, or Ava the scientist.

Luke: I always found Ava's accent incredibly sexy.

Skye: Really?

Luke: Hmm.

Skye: Well, fortunately, that's all behind us, and now we are about to reopen the Haunted Star.

Luke: Ah, yes, a perfect night for murder.

Heather: Talking about me?

Dillon: You know, I always wanted to see Mexico.

Diego: You and Georgie didn't have to come.

Georgie: We're here to support Brook.

Dillon: Somebody's got to watch her back.

Diego: Ugh. Got it.

Dillon: Oh, you got it? Oh, that's great. What are you going to do? You going to walk inside? Somebody could be in there.

Diego: She's my sister. She'll be happy to see me.

Brook Lynn: Whoa. This place is nice.

Dillon: Uh, dude? I thought you said your sister was struggling.

Diego: We were broke in Port Charles. Maybe she turned her life around.

Georgie: Yeah.

Woman: What is this --?

Diego: Maria.

Maria: Diego!

Diego: I missed you.

Maria: I missed you, too.

Diego: What's this?

Maria: But you shouldn't have come.

Jason: Sonny, the fire at Ric’s didn't destroy the whole apartment.

Sonny: Ok, is there a chance the cops can recover the file and Ric can still send me to prison?

Ric: I had evidence that could send Sonny away to prison. He knew it, so did you.

Steven: You heard Carly. She's here to visit me. She wasn't anywhere near that fire.

Ric: No, she's here to make sure that you cover for her.

Carly: If you got something to say, Ric, just say it.

Ric: Ok. I think you did set that fire, and I'm going to prove it.

Luke: I was just saying you look good enough to stop hearts.

Heather: I'm glad you like the dress.

Luke: Worth every cent.

Heather: "Money equals freedom." That was your motto in the Caribbean.

Luke: Still is. My whole life is about trying to be filthy rich.

Skye: Uh, Luke, you know, the guests are starting to arrive. We really should go greet them.

Heather: I'll be acting as hostess this evening.

Skye: That's my job.

Heather: Don't worry.  I have plenty of other ways to use you.

Luke: Skye, Heather put up the cash. Afraid she's going to have to decide who does what.

Heather: Come on. Make sure we have enough cocktail napkins.

Skye: I'm not a waitress!

Heather: Make yourself useful or get out.

Skye: You know what? Luke wants me here. I'm not leaving. Hello! Hey! Welcome.

Jax: Well, you certainly have a reason to celebrate tonight.

Skye: Yes, and I want to thank you two for helping me out when I was a fugitive. I know that I caused a little tension between the two of you.

Courtney: I'm just glad that you're ok.

Jax: Yeah. Things seem to be working out for you and Luke both.

Skye: Yeah. You know Luke -- always an adventure.

Luke: Edward didn't seem all that thrilled about your having him committed. Does that mean you've been moved out of the master suite?

Tracy: Ahem.

Luke: Ah. Here's your loving husband now.

Edward: Have a good night, Heather, because my legal staff is going to make sure this is one of the last you spend as Mrs. Edward Quartermaine.

Heather: Edward, do you have to be so harsh?

Tracy: You had him committed to a mental hospital.

Heather: No, you -- you and your family had him locked up so you could take advantage of him, and I was powerless to stop it.

Edward: You put this whole scheme together.

Heather: I was protecting you; trying to save your fortune.

Tracy: Don't you mean steal it?

Heather: Your daughter is jealous of our relationship because you love me and you reject her.

Edward: No. Family was right all along. You're a bloody fortune hunter.

Luke: Oh, leave her alone!

Maria: You have to leave.

Diego: No, I -- I just got here.

Maria: I'll write and explain everything.

Diego: You don't understand. I only got your letters by accident.

Maria: Listen, now we know how to reach each other. I'll tell you everything, but not now.

Diego: I've been so afraid for you for the last years, but it looks like you're doing great. Getting married?

Dillon: Yeah, like, today.

Maria: In a few weeks. I'm getting my dress fitted.

Diego: Oh, I forgot -- this is my girlfriend, Brook.

Brook Lynn: Hi.

Maria: Hi.

Brook Lynn: It's nice to meet you.

Diego: And that's Dillon Quartermaine and Georgie Jones. They helped me find you.

Georgie: Hi.

Dillon: How you doing?

Brook Lynn: That's a beautiful dress.

Maria: Thank you.

Georgie: You have great taste.

Diego: So who's this guy you're marrying? How long have you known him?

Maria: I can't explain now. I'm just glad you're away from Port Charles, ok?

Diego: Why? I'm not in danger there. I'm just bored.

Man: Maria, I wanted you to see -- what is this? Who are these people?

Maria: I have no idea.

Jordan: Ms. Davis?

Alexis: Yes, Ms. Baines. You're Sonny's custody attorney?

Jordan: Yeah. I understand that there was a fire in your husband's apartment, and that apparently the alleged evidence he has against my client was destroyed.

Alexis: Get to the point.

Jordan: Well, the criminal charges against my client will be dropped due to insufficient evidence, but we should proceed with the custody hearing as scheduled.

Alexis: Then I welcome the opportunity to prove to the court that Sonny is a danger to my daughter and that she should remain in her present situation.

Jordan: And I welcome the opportunity to prove the exact opposite. Mr. Corinthos has been nothing but a loving and devoted father who has been cruelly separated from his child for the first two years of her life. With your history of violence and mental instability, I'm confident I can get my client custody.

Alexis: You're entitled to your opinion. I believe that you're wrong. My daughter will stay with me.

Jason: Is it possible the fire was an accident?

Sonny: Ric doesn't believe that; neither do I.  I don't know about that. Ok, what if the arsonist was trying to cover a theft?

Jason: So they broke in, they --

Sonny: Right.

Jason: They took the file; they torched the place so no one would realize they stole it?

Sonny: A lot of people would love to get their hands on that file.

Jason: You're right. You're right, Sonny, and if it's an enemy or a competitor, we're going to hear about some demands pretty soon.

Sonny: All right, this is going to -- I don't know, I was just going to throw this out there -- but there's another possibility. What if the person who did this was trying to help me? What if they wanted to get rid of that evidence so bad that they risked going to prison to do it? Why would they try to save me?

Carly: Why don't you try actually investigating the fire instead of making unfounded accusations?

Ric: You had ample motive to set fire to my apartment, Carly.

Carly: Oh, right. Protecting Sonny? Ok, well, here's a news flash for you, Ric. Your brother and I are getting a divorce.

Ric: Yes, and you don't like that, Carly. You've never been one to graciously accept defeat. Just because Sonny decided it was unforgivable to lie to him about Kristina doesn't mean you don't love him and you're not willing to do anything you can in order to keep him.

Steven: I think it's time for you to leave, Ric. Carly's my guest.

Ric: I'm not finished.

Steven: It's not a request. Stop hounding her just because she's Sonny's wife.

Ric: You know, I haven't heard why you were in my building, doctor. It occurs to me that maybe you saw Carly in there. Maybe you're the one who witnessed the fire.

Ofc. Murphy: Ahem. Sorry to interrupt, but I got the news you were waiting for.

Ric: Excuse me. All right, I'll be right there.

Carly: Ric, why don't you go with him? Steven needs his rest.

Ric: Yeah, I'm on my way to the station right now. They uncovered the contents of my personal filing cabinet.

Carly: Bye.

Ric: You should've started a bigger fire.

Luke: You blue bloods are all alike -- you're threatened by anybody with half a brain and a little chutzpah.

Edward: She's an unconscionable schemer.

Tracy: She coldly and deliberately seduced my father.

Heather: I tried to help him.

Tracy: By taking advantage of his grief?

Luke: You took advantage. You took advantage of her comfort. And now you're turning on her like a pack of jackals. Well, I'm not going to have it here, not tonight. If you can't see this woman for the treasure she is, you can damn well abandon my ship.

Tracy: Are you throwing us out?

Luke: One more insult and it'll my pleasure to toss you both overboard.

Edward: Well. You two deserve each other.

Heather: No one has ever defended me like that.

Tracy: I think it's working.

Edward: I think he likes deceiving her a little too much.

Jax: Ahem. You're a million miles away.

Courtney: Oh, I'm sorry, Jax. I'm just -- I'm worried about Diego.

Jax: Yeah, I know it was hard for you to let him go.

Courtney: I guess I'm not too good at this whole tough-love thing.

Jax: You're having second thoughts?

Courtney: I -- I made a commitment to Diego. I said that I would take care of him.

Jax: Look, you're letting him make his own mistakes. When he realizes that he's better off, he'll come back and accept your help.

Courtney: Well, that's the plan.

Jax: Well, if you're in this much turmoil about it, then why don't we just change it?

Courtney: What are you doing?

Jax: I'm going to call my private investigator. We can know where Diego is within the hour.

Courtney: No.

Maria: I came in to look at my dress and these children were here.

Dillon: Wait a minute -- what?

Maria: I have no idea who they are or what they want.

Brook Lynn: Diego --

Diego: Yeah, ahem. We're looking for a house party and we got mixed up. Come on, guys.

Man: I'm calling security.

Dillon: Bolt. Bolt now! Go!

Georgie: Whoa --

Lois: I can't believe Brookie's already looking for colleges.

Lorenzo: I'm kind of surprised you didn't go with her.

Lois: Ahem. No, if I would've pushed, she wouldn't have gone at all. You know, we're not exactly seeing eye-to-eye these days.

Lorenzo: Yeah.

Lois: She still thinks that I should get back together with her dad.

Lorenzo: Well, I'm sure most children of divorced parents feel that way.

Lois: Yeah, but she was too young to even remember me and Ned being together. She has this fantasy that we had some idyllic dream family, and she thinks that he's right for me.

Lorenzo: Ned is safe.

Lois: Unlike you?

Lorenzo: Well, no one ever falls for the right person, Lois.

Lois: You're talking about Carly again, aren't you? Considering things didn't go too well for you guys, would you do things differently now?

Lorenzo: You know what? I don't deal in the hypothetical. I choose to focus on what's right in front of me.

Ric: So, is there anything left in the filing cabinet?

Ofc. Serino: We sent it to forensics, but they said there's nothing they could do.

Ric: Anybody confirm that the Corinthos file had been destroyed?

Ofc. Serino: It had to be.

Ric: Hmm. Yeah, unless somebody stole it and then somebody set the fire as a cover.

John: Hey, come on, you're being paranoid.

Ric: Sonny's men can break in anywhere, Mr. Durant.

John: Ric, you're grasping at straws. The case against Sonny is dead.

Ric: Guess what. You're free to go.

Sonny: You're going to hear from my attorney, Ric, because this was -- you know, it was just harassment.

Ric: You and I both know that you were guilty. I had evidence. I saw it with my own eyes.

Sonny: Whatever you thought you had, it's gone.

Carly: You should not have defended me against Ric. Now he's going to think that you started the fire.

Steven: Good. I wanted to get his attention off you.

Carly: He looked so much more sure of himself than usual. What if the file against Sonny didn't burn?

Steven: Ok, first off, you got to stop thinking about Sonny and you got to start worrying about covering your own back. Ric is right about you having motive to light that fire. And if he has any sort of proof to back that up, then you could be in some very serious trouble.

Carly: I wasn't very careful. I'm sure there's evidence.

Steven: Ok, I'm sure the firemen compromised any of the forensic evidence. So unless Ric’s got somebody who can I.D. you, then --

Carly: Oh -- the building super.

Steven: Ok, but he only would've seen you in your disguise, right?

Carly: Yeah, but --

Steven: Yeah, yeah, so you should be fine. You should be fine, especially if you can come up with an alibi.

Carly: I'll be at work on it. You saved my life, Steven. You stood up for me against Ric. Thank you.

Steven: I don't need your thanks, but I do have one question.

Carly: Oh, ask me anything.

Steven: Was Ric right? Are you still in love with Sonny?

Sonny: Ahem. Ric? I expect you to issue an official apology for the way this was handled.

Ric: No chance.

Sonny: Well, see, I'm preparing a custody hearing, and I want the judge to know that you arrested me without cause.

Ric: Well, the judge is going to know -- the judge is going to know that you're an unfit father with a propensity for violence.

Sonny: And you're a biased D.A. who's abusing the power of your office to try to shut me out of my daughter's life.

Ric: I'm not trying to shut anybody out of anything. Look, Alexis is a good mother, and you have no chance at winning custody over Kristina.

Sonny: Well, my lawyer disagrees. She says I have a great shot at winning, so I'm sure the judge will agree.

John: Look, Ric, without that file, you got no case. My advice is you go back to square one --

Ric: Oh, no. No, I have a case.

John: You start over, you open --

Ric: It's just not against Sonny. Carly started that fire, and I'm going to charge her with it.

Carly: Look, it doesn't matter what I feel for Sonny or what Sonny feels for me. We're getting divorced.

Steven: Yeah, but from what I understand, you guys have reconciled and split up, reconciled a few times.

Carly: Yes, we have. But it's different this time. You come to a point where you realize sometimes that love just isn't enough to make a marriage work. And you're not angry and you don't want to fight, you just -- you know it's done. And that's where Sonny and I are right now. But, you know, we'll always be friends because we have our family to consider. We have our boys.

Steven: Yeah, but I'm not really talking about Michael and Morgan. What do you want? You know, just because some court files some documents doesn't mean that you don't want to love someone.

Carly: That's what I'm trying to explain. You reach a point where you realize that -- that it's done, and that's where Sonny and I are.

Brook Lynn: My mom is going to freak.

Georgie: My dad's going to send me to boarding school.

[Dillon laughs]

Dillon: You want to know something funny? I'm not even out of high school yet, and already I've been arrested twice in third-world countries!

Georgie: Dillon.

Dillon: I'm just saying this is going to look real good on my film school applications. That's all -- that's all I'm saying.

Brook Lynn: What's wrong with your sister, Diego? Why would she do this to you?

Diego: Look, I already told you, ok? My sister and I haven't seen each other in years.

Brook Lynn: So, what, now she just pretends like she doesn't know you?

Georgie: Yeah, and let's her fiancé lock us up in a jail?

Diego: No, she must have a good reason.

Dillon: Oh, yeah, yeah? Like what?

Diego: Like what she wrote in the letters, ok? She's trying to protect me from something. I don't know.

Brook Lynn: Yeah, look, come on, guys. You saw her face when he walked in. Look, she was happy to see him.

Georgie: So why would she lie about it?

Dillon: Oh, I don't know. Maybe -- maybe she's trying to pull a con on the Eduardo guy and everything will look -- baby brother doesn't exactly fit the "outline" that she gave him of her past!

Diego: My sister isn't like that, man! Shut up, Dillon, all right?

Dillon: Oh, ok, yeah.

Georgie: No, no, wait a minute, wait a minute! Stop, you guys! Diego, Dillon has a point. Maria obviously didn't want Eduardo to know who you were.

Diego: What, you think she's embarrassed by me?

Maria: Never.

Jax: You don't seem up for a night out. Why don't you let me take you home?

Courtney: No, Jax. No. Look, yeah, I'm worried about Diego, but I want to get on with my life.

Jax: Ok.

Courtney: Ok? I mean, I have a great job, family --

Jax: That's it?

Courtney: Well, I have friends, too.

Jax: Really? Friends? Where do I fit in?

Courtney: Well, maybe I was saving the best for last.

Tracy: Not that I care --

Skye: You must start a lot of conversations that way.

Tracy: You know that Luke doesn't care about Heather. He's only working her for information.

Skye: You're the expert on manipulation.

Tracy: Why don't you get over yourself? Just be grateful that Heather will soon be out of our lives for good.

Edward: You know, I want to tell you something. Spencer's always had an eye for fast cash and loose women. I wouldn't be surprised if he double-crossed us all.

Luke: Hey, hey, hey, hey, no. Keep your eyes over here on me.

Heather: I just hate the way Edward’s glaring at me.

Luke: He, let him glare. So he said a couple of rude things. We've both heard worse. Don't let him get to you.

Heather: It'd be so much easier if he just died.

Carly: Hi.

Sonny: Michael left his schoolbook?

Carly: Yeah, he needs it for tomorrow. I'm really glad that you got released.

Sonny: There was a -- there was a fire at Ric’s. Evidence against me is gone, and Jason’s free to go.

Carly: Why -- why wouldn't he be?

Sonny: Well, I thought that, you know, Ric would charge him with arson.

Carly: Why?

Sonny: Well, whoever set the fire was trying to protect me. You know, they risked getting hurt, going to prison. And if it wasn't Jason, there's only one other person who I think would do that for me, and that's you.

Skye: We got to go to the police.

Luke: Well, we can't do that. We have no proof.

Tracy: You don't seriously expect us to stand around and wait for that psycho to take a potshot at my father, do you?

Luke: The only way I know to catch Heather is to catch her in the act.

Skye: Ok. Ok, this stops now.

Jax: What's wrong?

Lois: This is nice.

Lorenzo: So, you like casinos?

Lois: I love them. But I was referring to the way it feels to walk into a room with your attention focused on me.

Lorenzo: Where else would it be?

Lois: Oh, I don't know, searching for a certain married lady/former flame who shall remain nameless.

Ned: Hello, Lois. This is my date, Apple.

Lois: Nice to meet you. This is Lorenzo Alcazar.

Apple: Hi.

Lorenzo: Hello.

Ned: Well, I promised her a drink, so enjoy yourselves.

Lois: Lucky for her her mother wasn't craving kumquats during her pregnancy.

Lorenzo: Says the woman who named her daughter after a borough of New York.

Lois: Don't you think she's just a little bit too young for him?

Lorenzo: Him? You mean your own former flame who shall remain nameless?

Lois: Oh. Seeing Ned with another woman does not make me jealous.

Lorenzo: Is that why you were staring?

Lois: I guess I just want him to be happy, the same way you want Carly to be happy or any other woman you've ever been in love with.

Lorenzo: All right, Lois. I've only ever been in love twice, once with Carly and once with a woman -- a woman named Sophie, who died when I was in graduate school. I've dated a few other women, but none of them were serious.

Lois: That's your side of it. But something tells me you've broken hearts without even being aware of it.

Maria: I could never be ashamed of you. It broke my heart when I was deported and I had to leave you.

Diego: Then why didn't you try to contact me?

Maria: I had nothing to offer you; no way to support us. I needed to get a job, finish school, and I did. I built a brand-new life for myself, and the man I'm about to marry knows nothing about my past.

Brook Lynn: Can't you tell him now?

Maria: Eduardo is a powerful, proud man. If he finds out that I hid things from him, he'll leave me.

Diego: We're not going to say anything.

Maria: As soon as I marry him, I will tell him the truth. Then I am sure that he'll help me bring you back to Mexico to live.

Diego: Look, why can't you tell him now, so I can stay in Mexico with you? Maria, please.

Maria: Listen, I need to do this my way, ok? I promise, I will not abandon you again. As soon as I'm married, I'll send you money. You can live wherever you want. In time I'll explain to Eduardo, and we'll send for you.

Dillon: Excuse me. Hi. Hi. We all get that you don't want Diego around here, but why exactly is it that you don't want him back in Port Charles?

Diego: Yeah, Dillon’s right. What are you so afraid of, Maria?

John: Carly didn't start that fire.

Ric: You obviously don't know your daughter very well. Setting fire to the D.A.'s apartment in order to destroy police evidence is -- well, that's typical for Carly.

John: Sonny's the criminal. Carly didn't do anything wrong.

Ric: Carly was protecting Sonny. She had motive to set that fire.

John: Maybe. She didn't have opportunity. She was with me when the fire began.

Ric: Oh. Well, that's convenient, not to mention being a lie.

John: You're calling me a liar?

Ric: Look, you're trying to protect your daughter. It's not going to work. I'm going to be able to verify Carly’s whereabouts at the time of the fire, and if I find out that she did it, I'm going to charge her with arson, evidence tampering, and obstruction of justice.

Carly: Maybe the fire was an accident.

Sonny: Hmm. I don't have that kind of luck. Whoever did this, you know, they took a huge risk, and I'm sure they're going to want something in return.

Carly: Why does everything have to be quid pro quo with you, Sonny? Maybe whoever started the fire just wanted to help. Maybe they don't want anything in return.

Sonny: So, what, you think I just happen to have a guardian angel with me?

Carly: What?

John: We were sitting at my hotel room. We were looking at old family photo albums. It was the first time I ever showed you a picture of your cousin, Rosemary. I told you the story about how she graduated with honors from Binghamton University, and that made your Great Aunt Gwen so proud.

Carly: What -- what are you talking about?

John: Ric thinks that you started the fire, and he wants to prosecute you.

Carly: You know, I don't really care what Ric thinks. What do you think?

John: I think you need an alibi.

Sonny: I need to talk to Meyer. He needs to clarify how Ric Lansing got that file when I supposedly burned the only copy.

Max: You want me to pick him up?

Sonny: Not till tomorrow. Just watch him, and if he starts to run, stop him.

Max: All right. Excuse me. Mr. Corinthos is not available right now, ok?

Alexis: He is for me.

Sonny: It's all right, Max. Let her in. I'm guessing this is about Kristina.

Alexis: Absolutely. But I'd like you to see something first. You recognize that?

Luke: Heather, darling, most people have contemplated murder at one time or another.

Heather: You really think so?

Luke: Yeah, sure. Every time some idiot with a cell phone cuts me off on the expressway, I want them dead. And just last week, I was this close to running somebody off the road till I realized she had a baby in the car. No, it's a perfectly natural reaction, an expression of anger.

Heather: But Edward’s my husband.

Luke: Well, if you ask me, I think it's amazing you haven't bumped the old boy off yet.

Heather: Glad I waited. Now you can help me.

Jax: Couldn't remember if you said two olives or three. That's it, come on. We're going home.

Courtney: I'm sorry.

Jax: No, you're still thinking about Diego.

Courtney: Look, I just wish I knew if he was all right.

Jax: All right, let's find out. Come on.

Courtney: No, Jax, wait.

Jax: Let's call.

Courtney: Would you come here? I don't -- I told you, I don't want some investigator to drag him back here, ok?

Jax: Look, my P.I. is just going to follow the kid around. If he gets into trouble, he'll give us a call. Diego will still think that he's on his own.

Courtney: Maybe -- maybe Diego didn't leave Port Charles after all.

Jax: You think he's hiding out in town?

Courtney: Maybe. I know that he really wanted a job working for Alcazar.

Jax: Really? Let's ask him.

Lois: Hey, Jax, Courtney. You guys look fabulous.

Jax: Sorry to interrupt your night.

Courtney: I just -- I want to know if Diego is working for you.

Lorenzo: He came to me looking for a job, but I turned him down. I wouldn't worry about Diego. I have a feeling the kid can take care of himself.

Officer: You're free to go.

Dillon: Ok. You don't have to tell me twice.

Georgie: Dillon --

Dillon: What? We should probably go before they realize --

Georgie: You know something about Maria.

Dillon: I do?

Georgie: Yes. Dillon, I saw you take that necklace from her dresser.

Dillon: I -- I didn't know you were looking. Look, we should --

Georgie: Look, I know -- I know nobody saw. But why did you do that?

Dillon: It's kind of instinct, I guess. Look, you see this pin? Yeah?

Georgie: Yes.

Dillon: Ok. Tell me that's not familiar. I have seen this somewhere before, I swear.

Eduardo: Where were you? I was worried about you.

Maria: I was -- I had last-minute errands to run.

Eduardo: You lose something?

Maria: A necklace. I had it right here on my dresser. The one with the sunburst pendant?

Eduardo: Mm-hmm. I know how important it is to you. But you've never explained to me why.

Maria: It's just a memento, something that reminds me of the past.

Jason: I've been looking for you.

John: All right, look, why don't you talk to Jason? I got to go check in with my office anyway. And I'll drop by those photographs that we were talking about. I'll make some copies of them and --

Carly: Thanks.

John: All right. Hey, have a good night.

Carly: You, too.

Jason: What was that all about?

Carly: Nothing. My father just cares about me. I wish that you would see that.

Jason: Yeah, I -- you know, I don't want to fight about it, Carly.

Carly: I don't either. I just wish you wouldn't hate him so much. You know, Sonny's got a lot bigger enemies to deal with.

Alexis: I hate that it's come to this. But, Sonny, you've left me no choice. And before you think about burning anything else down, know that I've made copies that are all over the place. You'd have to burn down the whole city to destroy them.

Sonny: What do you want, Alexis? I mean, why am I even asking? I know the answer. You want me to drop the custody suit?

Alexis: No, I want you to continue with the hearing, and I want you to take the stand and testify for Kristina the same way that you did. I want history to repeat itself.

Sonny: What are you talking about?

Alexis: I want you to come to your senses in the middle of the trial just the way you did for Carly, when you gave her custody of Michael and Morgan.

Sonny: That was last spring! I mean, things have changed. We're actually sharing custody now.

Alexis: You and I shouldn’t. And I've explained why to you over and over again, and I have asked you over and over again to love Kristina enough to keep her safe and to protect her and allow her to stay and remain in a place where she's safe and happy. You've left me no choice. I need you to take the stand and tell them that you want to keep Kristina safe, or I will hand the files to Ric and send you to prison.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Heather: We've got to take care of Edward once and for all.

Nikolas: Why are you here? I didn't ask for an attorney.

Elizabeth: She was just released.

Jason: Why didn't you call me?

Carly: Why are you helping me avoid prosecution?

Alexis: I need you to do what's best for Kristina, and then you're a free man.
