Nikolas: We can't hide him here anymore, Emily.
Emily: His wound reopened, Nikolas.
Nikolas: He popped those stitches himself.
Emily: Oh, we can't be sure.
Nikolas: Yesterday you agreed that Connor had to leave as soon as we can arrange it, so why now are you trying so hard to keep him around?
Dillon: Ok, really, does anybody actually care about historic Port Charles?
Georgie: No, not me.
Dillon: No, not at all, so why don't we ditch the field trip, go down to, like, Manhattan or something and then see what indie's playing in Tribeca, you know?
Georgie: Gee --
Brook Lynn: No, no, no, no, no, don't scream.
Georgie: You just took five years off my life.
Dillon: I thought you ran away.
Brook Lynn: Yeah. It turns out we need your help.
Diego: Hey, guys. Ready for an adventure?
Max: Sonny's on his way up. He said to wait here, all right?
Jason: Did you find the missing file?
Meyer: I know I left it right here on the desk.
Sonny: Yeah, no more excuses, Meyer.
Meyer: Maybe it fell off the desk.
Sonny: No, I didn't see it. Carly didn't see it.
Jason: This is serious. This file had every transaction we've made for the last 10 months, Meyer.
Meyer: It's here.
Sonny: What do you mean, it's -- ok, you know what? That wasn't there before.
Jason: Is this the only copy?
Meyer: We cleared all the hard drives. There's no way to recover the information.
Sonny: So no one can use this against me, Meyer? I'm safe?
Ric: Ok, I'm here. Do you have the information?
Man: I'm sorry?
Ric: You called the PCPD tip line, and you said you had information for the district attorney's office.
Man: No, you've got the wrong guy.
Nikolas: There's no way that Connor kissed you by accident because he was so caught up in missing Mary. You know what he was doing.
Emily: Maybe he's a little -- I don't know -- attracted to me or something --
Nikolas: Fine --
Emily: But that doesn't mean --
Nikolas: All the more reason why he should leave right now. The last thing we need is for him developing some sick obsession over you.
Emily: He had a fever this morning. What if he collapses before he even makes it to the border? Any doctor is going to realize that he's got a gunshot wound, he'll be arrested for desertion, and he's going to tell the truth about what happened to your grandmother.
Nikolas: Let him. I'd rather deal with the police than let him blackmail me.
Emily: Nikolas, please, just give it another night.
Nikolas: No, no. Ok, I don't want him anywhere near you. Maybe I should just tell the police what happened, get it over with.
Emily: That's not going to help anyone, Nikolas. Connor wants to keep up his end of the bargain as long as we follow through with ours. He won't tell the truth about Helena if we help him escape.
Nikolas: You are seeing exactly what you want to see. But I'm telling you Connor is a threat, and I don't want to put up with him anymore.
Georgie: No, we cannot help you run away.
Brook Lynn: Look, you guys are my best friends, all right? Who else am I supposed to ask?
Dillon: Brook, I already told you, leaving with this guy is a mistake. She's a minor. You're going to be taking her across state lines.
Diego: Hey, man, we just want to leave this lame city.
Georgie: Well, I don't want Brook to leave at all.
Diego: Why not? Everyone here just pushes her around --
Dillon: No, no, not everyone. Look, I know that you're not sure about this. I saw it in your eyes when you first told me that you were leaving. Just think, Brook.
Brook Lynn: Look, I know you're only trying to help, all right, but it's not your decision.
Georgie: We never said it was.
Dillon: Look, if you need money, I'm tapped out.
Diego: Forget the money. All we need is a ride.
Meyer: Maybe one of your kids knocked it off the desk without realizing.
Sonny: My whole entire business could have been ruined because of your carelessness, Meyer. This cannot happen again.
Max: Hey, there's a lawyer here to see you. Jordan Baines?
Sonny: Yeah, yeah, yeah, let her in. Hi.
Sonny: Jason Morgan’s my business partner.
Jordan: Jordan Baines. Nice to meet you.
Jason: Nice to meet you.
Sonny: Jordan's representing me at Kristina’s custody hearing. Why are you here to see me?
Jordan: I've been going over Ms. Davis' file. It seems she's got a history of erratic behavior, starting with the murder of Luis Alcazar.
Sonny: Yeah, yeah, well, I'm not going to make excuses for Alexis Davis, but I'll tell you something right now. Luis Alcazar was a psychotic piece of garbage.
Jordan: Well, Sam McCall isn’t. And it's my understanding that she verbally attacked her in the hospital chapel.
Sonny: Jason was there, right?
Jason: Yeah. Obviously, Alexis knew that stem cells from Sam’s baby would save Kristina’s life.
Sonny: They wanted to induce labor. Sam refused.
Jason: Right, so I guess Alexis, you know, she tried to persuade Sam, lost her temper, started yelling at Sam, and that's when she collapsed.
Jordan: Is it possible that Ms. Davis' attack was the cause?
Jason: The doctor said that Sam had an unrelated condition, so she didn't lose the baby because of Alexis.
Jordan: Yeah, but a judge might not see it that way. I'll get Sonny full custody if I can convince the court that Alexis contributed to the death of Sam McCall’s baby.
Sonny: No, no, no.
Jason: She's perfect.
Sam: Yeah, I think so, too.
Jason: You did a great job. You protected her. You brought her into this world.
Sam: Hey, you. I'm going to love you my whole life.
Sam: Oh, yeah.
Alexis: You know, when you get out of here, when you're all better, I am taking you for the biggest hot fudge chocolatey ice cream sundae that you've ever had. Is that good? You can have as much as you want.
Steven: Hey, Alexis.
Steven: We need to take Kristina for some more tests.
Alexis: Oh, you get to go for a ride again, ok?
Steven: Come on, honey.
Alexis: All right, I'll see you in a little bit.
Alexis: That's my big girl.
Steven: Going for a ride.
Alexis: I'll be right here waiting for you, ok? And we'll read a story.
Steven: There you go.
Alexis: I have a good story for you.
Steven: So she's -- she's going to be just fine. We just need to see if the transplant is helping her body produce healthy red blood cells.
Alexis: Good. I'm glad she's doing well. Thank you.
Steven: Ok. Hey, buddy.
Ric: Hi. She looks good.
Alexis: She's going to be ok. I know she's going to be ok.
Alexis: And I know that when she is, Sonny's going to try to take her from me.
Ric: Well, he may not have a chance. I was just handed information that could pretty much guarantee you sole custody. Just not sure that I can use it.
Sonny: Alexis is a liar. She's stolen two years of Kristina’s life from me, but I got to admit, she did not kill my daughter.
Jordan: Your getting full custody of Kristina is going to present us with some hurdles.
Jordan: She doesn't know you.
Jordan: She's been ill. Alexis just married the D.A. She and Ric can provide a stable home environment for Kristina while you're getting a divorce. Your best bet at custody is making Alexis seem like an unfit mother, especially with your history of violence and questionable business practices.
Sonny: Ok, well, now she's starting to sound like Alexis. You think I like that my daughter's going to be raised to be ashamed of me?
Jordan: Well, the solution is to be part of your daughter's life. But in order to do that, you're going to have to fight Alexis in court. You're going to have to prove that she's a threat to Kristina.
Sonny: If I destroy Kristina’s mother, am I any better than the man she makes me out to be?
Jason: Can't we just get the judge to understand that it's in Kristina’s best interest to know her dad without trashing Alexis?
Jordan: Unfortunately, Alexis is going to use everything she can to vilify Sonny. If we take the high road, we lose.
Jason: Well, what about shared custody?
Jordan: Well, in the custody case last spring regarding Michael and Morgan, Sonny gave their mother full custody. That goes on court record, you know? That hurts your claim to Kristina.
Sonny: But that was completely different situations, you know? It wasn't the same thing.
Jordan: Well, I'm glad you feel that way, because I intend to put Carly and Michael on the stand to testify in your behalf.
Ric: When I opened the file, I could hardly believe my own eyes.
Alexis: Do you think it's authentic?
Ric: Well, it sure looked that way. I mean, there were lists of account balances and transactions. I'm having it checked out right now.
Alexis: Proof of money laundering could put Sonny in prison without parole.
Ric: I know. I've been handed a way to bring my brother down, without guns or violence, using only the law. It's just the timing is really bad. I mean, he just buried his daughter yesterday. I wanted to win against my brother. I didn't want to kick him when he was down.
Alexis: What are you saying?
Ric: Look, he's mourning. I just want to give him the opportunity to grieve. I'll have the file authenticated.
Alexis: You need to indict him now.
Luke: Little toy stuffed fowl.
Heather: It's festive.
Luke: Heather, people come here to try and win big bucks, not to enjoy little toy stuffed animals and decorations and --
Heather: I want them to be dazzled. After all, it is your club, Luke.
Skye: Nothing dazzling about that atrocity.
Heather: Ok. Decadent, then. Luke's fan's love to sin. They want to see this party played out in excess, and I want to inspire them to do things they'll regret Sunday morning.
Skye: This isn't a brothel, Heather. Maybe you'd be more comfortable investing in one of those.
Heather: Just remember one thing. If it weren't for me, the Haunted Star would still be owned by Lorenzo Alcazar.
Skye: I'm starting to think that might be more preferable.
Heather: Feel free to resign as hostess anytime you want. And then once this place opens, no one will remember you had anything to do with it. I left some more decorations in the car. Maybe while I'm gone you can explain to Skye how things are going to work around here from now on.
Skye: How much longer do you expect me to put up with that thing?
Luke: Until we prove she killed Ross and stashed Laura.
Skye: Well, does she have to be so hands-on with you, Luke? She's practically wearing your cologne!
Luke: It keeps her close.
Skye: Are you telling me you'd actually sleep with that lunatic?
Jason: Hey, Sam --
Diego: My social worker lives here. She gave me the key in case of emergencies.
Dillon: Wow. Gee, that's great. How exactly does this qualify?
Diego: Well, we got to leave town, right? That takes money, and I don't exactly have a bank account.
Georgie: Great, so you're going to steal from someone who's helping you. Wonderful.
Diego: No, no. I'm going to borrow some cash. I'll send it back when I get a job in Vegas.
Brook Lynn: Look, you guys got us here, all right, and thank you for that, but now you can leave.
Dillon: Brook, you don't have to do this, ok? You can come with us. You can spend the day with us. We'll watch movies or something. Just --
Brook Lynn: I'm going with Diego.
Georgie: We're really going to miss you.
Brook Lynn: I'll miss you guys, too.
Dillon: If you need --
Diego: Yeah, we'll send you a postcard.
Dillon: Ok. Let's go.
Grace: Ugh, I'm so glad you called.
Diego: Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. Come on, come on. Shh.
Grace: We'll talk soon.
Heather: You know, Luke, if you need help choosing something to wear to the opening, I'd be happy to help out.
Luke: I can dress myself.
Heather: But how good are you at undressing?
Skye: This is ridiculous. This casino looks like a bingo hall.
Heather: Where's your holiday spirit?
Luke: As I recall, Blaze, last year you decorated, over my objections.
Skye: I was throwing a Christmas party for the construction staff.
Heather: Well, our paying guests certainly deserve the same attention. I want them to have fun here. But you're always so downbeat and miserable. You clearly don't know how to inspire any kind of revelry.
Luke: Whereas Heather knows how to heat up any occasion.
Heather: Glad you remember.
Skye: Oh, I think I'm going to be sick.
Heather: Maybe something bubbly would help. Let's all have a drink --
Luke: Good idea.
Heather: A toast to the big night.
Skye: You know what? Toast yourselves. I'm going for a walk.
Heather: Going to go after her?
Luke: Skye's a big girl. Besides, I've been waiting to get you alone.
Heather: I like the sound of that.
Michael: Hey, Dad.
Sonny: Hey, buddy.
Michael: It's cool that you wanted to hang out with us. Can we go to the hockey rink?
Sonny: We can go to the hockey rink next weekend. I got -- I need your help on something. I think I need your mom's help, too.
Michael: What is it?
Sonny: It's about your sister, Kristina.
Michael: My new sister?
Sonny: Yes. Ahem. I need you to tell the judge that this would be a good place for Kristina to live.
Michael: You want Kristina to live with you instead of us.
Ric: Listen, I'm not saying that I won't ever use the information against Sonny. I'm just saying I want to give him a little bit of time to grieve.
Alexis: He's going to be grieving for the rest of his life. What happened to him is awful. You never stop grieving for a lost child. There is no good time to do this, but it has to be done because if you don't do it today, he will be in court tomorrow and he will lie and he will pay off a judge and get away with it like he always does, and Kristina will be living in his bulletproof castle. Just do it and get it over with.
Ric: I just want you to be sure.
Alexis: I am sure that Sonny is dangerous, I am sure that I don't want my daughter to be a casualty, and I am sure that you can stop that from happening with the evidence that you have.
Ric: All right, on any other day, we wouldn't even be debating this, but Sonny just buried his child, and Kristina is alive because he allowed the doctors to give that baby's stem cells to Kristina.
Alexis: You don't think I know that? You don't think that I would do anything not to have to do this to him? Almost anything, because I won't give up my daughter's safety.
Ric: Obviously, I don't want Kristina to suffer, either.
Alexis: Then you know what you have to do, and you don't just do it for Kristina, you do it because that's your job. You're the D.A., and it is unethical to suppress evidence, even when it implicates your brother.
Sam: I just -- I wanted to feel closer to my daughter.
Sonny: Ok. Now, you know I love you and Morgan more than anything in the whole, wide world. This isn't about choosing Kristina over you.
Michael: Is Kristina going to get my room?
Sonny: Kristina's going to get her own room. Your room is going to stay the way it is. You always have a home with me. You know that, Michael.
Michael: Then why am I living with Mom?
Sonny: Because your mom loves you very much, ok, and we both decided that this is the best thing for you and Morgan.
Michael: I don't understand why we have to do this.
Sonny: Well, you know --
Carly: Hey, Michael, listen to me. You're a big boy now, right, and sometimes when you're a big boy you have to put aside what you want to do what is best for the people that you love. And even though you're not living with your dad right now, you know that he loves you, and he would do anything to make sure that you were ok and keep you safe, right? Well, that's what he's doing now for Kristina. He wants to take care of her the best way that he knows.
Sonny: Yeah, I mean, your mom's an amazing woman. You and Morgan will be happy with her. It's not the same with Kristina.
Michael: Is her mom bad?
Sonny: Alexis doesn't like your papa for grown-up, complicated reasons, ok? She chose not to tell me the truth about Kristina. Listen, you wouldn't want anybody to keep you away from me, right?
Michael: Uh, right.
Michael: Even Mom wouldn't do that. She knows how much I love you.
Sonny: There we go.
Carly: Sweetie, yeah, I know how much you love him. I also know -- I know how much it's better for you to have your life with your dad in it. But Alexis -- she doesn't agree.
Michael: Are you going to tell the judge that this is a good place for Kristina to live?
Carly: I'm going to tell the judge the truth, and that is that your dad is the best dad that any kid could have.
Michael: Then I will, too.
Sonny: Thank you, buddy.
Grace: I'm sorry, Debbie, I just stopped home to pick up some papers. I -- I just found them. Ok, so I'll see you in 10. Mm-hmm, bye.
Georgie: Oh, my God, that was way too close.
Dillon: Ok, yeah. We're done. No more of this. No more risky business, ok? If your dad finds out that we've been breaking and entering --
Georgie: I know. I know.
Brook Lynn: I'm so sorry, guys.
Dillon: Let's go. Let's just go. Come on.
Georgie: Good luck.
Brook Lynn: Diego, we should go. What are you staring at?
Diego: These letters. They're addressed to me.
Brook Lynn: Who are they from?
Diego: My sister.
Emily: Well, I'm glad you came back. After the way we --
Connor: You thought I was Nikolas?
Emily: Yeah, for -- Connor, what are you doing here? You're supposed to be resting.
Connor: I will, I will. I just -- I made you a pot of tea. Mary used to say that there was no problem that couldn't be solved over a good cup of tea. Me, I prefer a cold beer, myself but, you know, that's just me.
Emily: Yeah, well, that's good, too.
Connor: Yeah. She showed me how to wrap the kettle up with a towel. That's supposed to give it a better brew or something -- I don't know.
Emily: Yeah, my grandmother knew that trick.
Connor: Yeah. It works, too. I don't know, it has something to do with the heat in the pot or something.
Emily: Look, I appreciate the gesture, Connor, but you're the one who needs to be taken care of.
Connor: No, what I need is to say thank you for everything that you've done -- you know, your understanding and everything.
Emily: What are -- careful, you're going to burn yourself.
Connor: Sorry, sorry. I'm all right.
Connor: Does Nikolas know that he's the luckiest man alive?
Jason: I'm going to tell you a little secret. I don't like hospitals, either. But they help you get well. I mean, you know what happens when you're well. You get to go back outside and have all the fun you used to have.
Alexis: Hi. Hello, you. I heard you were so good during your tests. You're the best girl in the whole world, you know that? Ok, I'm going to be right out there for one second. You look tired. Close your eyes. Close your eyes. That's a good girl. Going to be right out here. I'll be right back. I'm glad to see you're -- you're up and about, Sam. Kristina's -- her immune system is still so weak. Sam, why were you in Kristina’s room?
John: So a file that contains enough information to bring down the entire Corinthos Empire just fell in your lap?
Ric: No, I got an anonymous tip from someone who said they had information that would be helpful to my office. Told me to meet them down here at the pier. An envelope was sitting on that bench over there. File was inside. A list of names, dates, transaction histories. Basically, it's a full account of all of Sonny's illegal business activity. The minute I turn it over to the court, he'll be charged with RICO violations. There's enough evidence in there to put him away for life.
John: Who else knows about this?
Ric: Nobody. Why?
John: I want you to destroy it immediately.
John: You heard me. Let Sonny walk.
Dillon: Why are we leaving Brook like this?
Georgie: I think we need to get out of here before everybody gets caught.
Dillon: You -- you know what, if you guys want to ruin your lives, that's fine with me. But you can go ahead and --
Diego: Would you relax? We're not going to Vegas anymore.
Georgie: You changed your mind?
Brook Lynn: Look, he found something major in Grace's apartment.
Dillon: Besides money?
Diego: These letters. They're from my sister.
Georgie: But, wait a minute, I didn't think you had any family.
Diego: I haven't seen Maria in years. Got in trouble when I was a kid and -- shoplifting -- and when she came to the police station to bail me out, the cops figured she was living here illegally. She got deported.
Dillon: And why didn't you go with her?
Diego: Because I was born here. That makes me a citizen. They can't throw me out.
Georgie: But the government took your only family?
Diego: Well, that's how the system works.
Brook Lynn: Look, Maria’s been writing his social worker. She wants him transferred to another city.
Diego: Yeah, and for some reason, she desperately wants me to leave Port Charles.
Dillon: Ok, why? Why is that?
Diego: That's what I want to know.
Brook Lynn: He hasn't even talked to her in years, Dillon.
Diego: Well, it's been hard, moving around so much. I don't know, I've always been afraid something bad had happened to her.
Georgie: Well, Diego, she's sending letters. She must be ok.
Diego: Yeah. And I want to make sure.
Dillon: Ok, fine. How you going to do that?
Diego: I found money in these letters, and I'm going to use it to go to Mexico. And I want you to come with me.
Tracy: Whatever do you want? Make it fast.
Skye: Why, Aunt Tracy, is that any way to talk to family?
Tracy: You know, the rest of the Quartermaines may tolerate your fraudulent use of the family name. I, however, will not.
Skye: Well, blood ties or not, I do happen to care about the Quartermaines, and that includes Edward.
Tracy: Poor Daddy practically checked himself into Shadybrook when he married Heather Webber.
Skye: You helped Heather have him committed there. Something tells me you regret that.
Tracy: Something tells me you're drinking again.
Skye: So tell me, Tracy -- what did Heather offer you, a larger share of E.L.Q.?
Tracy: I don't need it. I run the company.
Skye: Well, there won't be much of Edward’s money left once Heather gets through with it. She just invested $2 million into the Haunted Star.
Tracy: She has no right to start spending my father's money.
Skye: Well, I agree. Heather has even less of a standing in this family than I do, so why don't you set your sights on eliminating her?
Tracy: I tried. No one would listen.
Skye: Well, there's still time, Tracy. Get Edward out of Shadybrook. Get him to see that his lovely bride is nothing but a money-grubbing vulture.
Tracy: He thinks I checked him into Shadybrook.
Skye: Well, now is the perfect time to set the record straight.
Tracy: I do love my father, despite his many faults.
Skye: So will you help me save Edward?
Tracy: Doesn't mean that we're friends, right?
Skye: I hate the sight of you, too.
Tracy: Fine. Let's go get my father.
John: It sounds like a setup.
Ric: Well, I'm way ahead of you. The information isn't a plant. So far it checks out.
John: Lansing, destroy the thing. You take this to trial; you're going to look like the village idiot.
Ric: No, I'm going to be the one who puts public enemy number one away for good.
John: All right. Your career.
Ric: Yeah, and my win. Look, I'm not going to throw this case so you can take it out from under me.
John: Hey, man, I don't want to touch this thing. You want to pursue it; you'll be committing career suicide.
Ric: Protecting your daughter? You willing to circumvent the law in order to spare her some pain?
John: Carly's marriage is ending. That's going to be tough enough for her to deal with. I'm asking you -- let this thing go.
Ric: Look, Mr. Durant, I have a family as well. I have a wife and I have a stepdaughter, and if I let this thing slide, that gives Sonny the room that he needs to take Kristina away for good, all right? As far as Carly is concerned, don't worry about her. Her life is going to be a lot better off once Sonny is out of it for good.
John: Hey, Carly.
Carly: Dad, hey. You have to stop Ric.
Alexis: I feel so much for your loss. I can't even imagine what you're going through. I just don't want you to do anything that's going to make you feel worse.
Jason: Her baby saved Kristina’s life.
Alexis: I am so grateful that there aren't words to express how grateful I am to you.
Jason: I mean, I don't see the harm in letting Sam visit Kristina, Alexis.
Alexis: I understand. What I did to you in that chapel was wrong. I was frightened for my daughter, and I said horrible things to you. I pushed you in ways that were inexcusable. It was inexcusable what I did. I will do anything for you to make you feel better. I just want you to be a little careful because she's -- she's frightened and she's confused, and I just want you to be careful, that's all.
Sam: I just wanted to see her, that's all.
Jason: Come on, you need some rest.
Sam: I -- I thought seeing Kristina would help me feel closer to my own little girl. That's --
Sonny: I'm -- I'm here to see Kristina.
Alexis: Oh, Sonny, please.
Sonny: No, no, no, no. Don't even think about fighting me on this.
Sam: You were really good with Kristina. She trusted you right away.
Jason: She's a good kid.
Sam: You were meant to be a dad. Jason, you know how to make kids feel love. You protect them. I obviously wasn't meant to be a mom.
Jason: Sam, what are you talking about? You are a great mom. You did everything you could --
Sam: Yeah, if I hadn't gotten upset --
Jason: Sam, it was an accident, ok? Something went wrong. And I know it's killing you, but there's nobody to blame.
Sam: Everyone keeps saying, "At least you were able to help Kristina," and I am grateful for that. I really am, but I want my baby, too, Jason.
Jason: I know you do.
Sam: And seeing Kristina only made me miss her more. I feel this empty space inside of my body that used to be filled with love, and I can't -- I can't keep feeling like this. Jason, I want another baby.
Connor: Thank you. So how'd you and Nikolas get together?
Emily: It's a long story.
Connor: I ain't going nowhere.
Emily: Well, when I first met Nikolas, I was this gawky teenager and he was this mysterious, true, authentic Russian prince.
Connor: Oh. Come across a lot of those around here, do you?
Emily: I knew Nikolas was special from the start.
Connor: Did he like you back?
Emily: Well, we were friends mostly, and then we both had serious relationships. And I went away to college, and when I came home I fell for Nikolas all over again. But this time it was for real.
Connor: Hmm. And he felt the same about you?
Emily: Not at first. What Nikolas and I had is different than what you had with Mary. I guess we both had to grow up before we realized that we belong together.
Connor: Sure you love him?
Emily: Nikolas is the love of my life, Connor. There is never going to be anyone else for me, ok?
Connor: All right. Well, see, what I don't understand is what took him so long to realize what he had in you. I mean, I've only known you just for a little bit, and I can already see how amazing you are. Look, listen, I know that you have absolutely no reason to trust me. But, come on, you took me into your home; you nursed me back to health.
Emily: I did what any decent person would do, ok? You're grieving, and I know how hard that is, so --
Connor: Well, you're just -- you know, you're really kind and -- and really beautiful. Come here. That was a mistake.
Heather: This reminds me of a night from our lost weekend when we stayed up all night dancing in that little club.
Heather: Oh, Luke, we could've been good together, if we'd only had half a chance. You were still in love with Laura then.
Luke: Well, things change, you know. Laura's lost in her own mind. She's not the same woman I fell in love with.
Heather: Maybe it's time you loved again.
Luke: Well, things are complicated. I can't do that until she's safely back in her hospital room. I feel responsible.
Heather: I hate to see you so worried.
Luke: I'd like nothing more than to get on with my life, but I can't until she's safe.
Heather: I want you to move on, Luke. I can help.
Carly: Look, I cannot tell you how grateful I am that you tried to stop Ric from going after this case.
John: Well, this information could easily be fabricated. I'm just trying to --
Carly: No, don't -- don't downplay this. I know you were trying to protect me and the kids.
John: My grandchildren. Carly, I don't want you to get hurt by any of this. I will do whatever it takes, I swear.
Carly: Even if it means protecting Sonny?
Alexis: Sonny, we went over this the other day. She doesn't know you. Her immune system is still so weak. She doesn't need any more visitors.
Sonny: I'm not a visitor, I'm her father. I mean, what are you talking about.
Alexis: She's exhausted. She is -- is just struggling to try to get better. Can you put her first just for now? Can you do that, please?
Sonny: You're backing me into a corner. I thought we were going to do what's best for Kristina. Isn't that what should be worked out here or not?
Steven: I'm glad you're both here.
Sonny: Do you have Kristina’s tests?
Steven: The transplant worked. Kristina's going to be absolutely fine.
Alexis: Thank God. Thank you.
