Skye: Ross will be fine where we left him in the boathouse.
Edward: Somebody took the key to the boathouse, and I want to know who.
Alice: Mr. Q, there's just no need to go down there.
Edward: What are you not telling me, Alice?
Alice: Look, I found Dillon trying to make off with the key, and I let him.
Edward: What does Dillon want with the key to the boathouse?
Alice: He's with his girlfriend.
Skye: The kids must have found the you-know-what.
Luke: Yeah, well, the kids we can handle if we have to, but if Edward finds the you-know-what, your gorgeous goose is cooked.
Edward: I'll give him a break, all right, after I go to the boathouse and toss him and his teenage temptress out on their hormonal little butts!
Dillon: Ok, all right, you know what, let me just -- let me just, like, set the mood, ok, because we've got -- no, seriously, we've got -- there's, like party candles in here, and -- no, there's, like tons of chairs and chaise lounges and things like that, and we can set the whole thing.
Dillon: What? Oh, you're nervous because it's our first time. Don't worry about it.
Georgie: No, no, no, it's not --
Dillon: No, Georgie, I promise you, I will go -- I will go slow, I'll be gentle.
Georgie: Dillon, turn around.
Dillon: What, you're embarrassed to undress in front of me now? What?
Georgie: Dillon, look.
Dillon: Oh. Ok.
Georgie: Um --
Dillon: Um -- Hey!
Georgie: Is he, you know -- is he dead?
Dillon: He is so dead.
Georgie: Ok, ok.
Georgie: Um -- ok, first of all, who is he?
Dillon: I don't know. I have no idea.
Georgie: Well, was he a relative or something, because, you know, he looks like he could be one.
Dillon: If he's a relative, I have not met him.
Georgie: Ok, ok, well, maybe he works here or something. Otherwise -- maybe a gardener, because how could a corpse end up at the Quartermaine boathouse?
Dillon: Georgie, I don't know that! That is for the cops to figure out. They got to do an investigation or something. That's why we need to call 911, ok?
Jason: Hey, buddy, how you feeling?
Michael: Did it work?
Jason: Michael, pretending to be kidnapped to get your mom and Dad back together -- that's wrong, buddy. I mean, you scared everybody.
Michael: So Mommy and Daddy didn't fall for it?
Jason: I'm not sure. In a roundabout way, your plan just might have worked.
Alexis: What I regret most about taking your case is that I think you're a horrible mother, and I hate myself for defending a woman who I think should clearly be outlawed from having children.
Carly: Oh, that's really nice.
Sonny: Who are you to lecture anyone on what it is to be a good mother? Carly's here because she's helping her son fight for his life. The doctor had to drag her away from Michael. Speaking of children, do you know where Kristina is, or do you care?
Alexis: Who the hell do you think you are?
Sonny: How far are you going to push me? Until I push back? Until I see that kid of yours with her father?
Alexis: Don't you ever threaten me with my daughter.
Sonny: I have the power to ruin you. You get in my way again, I'll make sure you lose your kid forever.
Ric: Well, I have the power to arrest you, Sonny. See, threatening innocent citizens and their mothers is a crime. Shall I take him downtown, Alexis? Your call.
Luke: Hold it, Edward. Hold it.
Edward: Get out of my way, Spencer. And why are you always here?
Skye: Well, I invited him.
Edward: You don't live here.
Luke: Edward, you should be happy that Iím here to keep you from making a damn fool of yourself. Listen to what you're saying, you hypocrite. You ought to be happy, proud of Dillon. He's out there trying to connect with his girlfriend. He's a chip off the old block. I mean, come on, how many rounds of mattress tag have you played in your long, illustrious career as a womanizer? Come on.
Edward: Well, for once, you have a point there.
Skye: Luke, I thought you came to spend time with me. Instead, here you are just patting Edward on the back for all his disgusting, cheating ways.
Luke: Oh, little lamb, I got something special for you.
Edward: Oh, for God's sake.
Luke: Oh, we're offending his sensibilities. Don't worry, Edward. Out of respect for you, we'll take it outside.
Nikolas: I can still feel it.
Nikolas: The sadness for the man who died; his fiancťeís pain. It's still in the walls here.
Mary: Where were you the last time you had the cross? I wouldn't be surprised if somebody from the memorial service picked it up.
Nikolas: Oh. Well, there's only one way to find out.
Nikolas: And here it is. Ahem. Right where I dropped it.
Mary: Why is it so important to you?
Nikolas: Well, because -- because you gave it to me to keep me safe, right?
Mary: True. True.
Nikolas: It worked. That cross has become my official good-luck piece. It brought me home from the war, back to you, right?
Mary: It's all I ever wanted.
Edward: What the hell are you doing? At least you can watch where you're going since you profess not to live here any longer. We got more nonresidents running around here than residents. I got a good mind to call the police and have you and Skye arrested for trespassing.
Dillon: Good idea! Why don't you call the police? Or don't. Doesn't matter. I can do it. There's a dead body in the boathouse.
Edward: A dead body? Whose dead body?
Edward: Did you recognize the body?
Edward: Is it a man or a woman?
Edward: Can you tell how they died?
Dillon: I -- I don't know! That's why you call the cops! Then they do an investigation or something and figure all of that out!
Edward: Why don't you use your intellect for something besides film trivia for a change, huh? Because if somebody in this family killed that man, we have to think of a cover-up, not bringing in the authorities.
Skye: Oh, great. Could he be any easier to see? I mean, how could Georgie and Dillon possibly miss him?
Luke: I didn't leave him like this.
Skye: Oh, that's it. It's over. I'm going to prison.
Luke: Stop it. It ain't over till it's over.
Skye: Oh, and you say Iím the dreamer.
Luke: Oh, what teenage boy in his right mind is going to, you know, let anybody know where his love shack is? We got to get this guy on ice before he starts to really stink.
Luke: Come on. Oh! Are you going to help me save you? Pick up the evidence and open the door.
Ric: When are you going to realize that you can't go around threatening people; that it's against the law? You were Sonny's attorney, right? I think I can make a very compelling case with that. He doesn't want his criminal activities to be divulged, so he bullies you into silence, and I am a built-in witness.
Alexis: I don't see any reason to press charges against Mr. Corinthos at this time as long as the two of them keep their distance.
Ric: All right, well, you heard the lady. But if I hear you harassing Ms. Davis again, I will take you to jail.
Carly: Oh, Ric, you have it backwards again, as usual. Alexis is the one who should be arrested. She's a liar, she's a thief, and I'm so sick of watching her get away with it. It ends here, Alexis. No more lies. Ric, you resisted the urge to show up at the custody hearing, so maybe you missed the big bombshell. Alexis still has a thing for Sonny. I know that one night really must have been something because you still can't seem to get over it.
Alexis: Ric, you may not know this, but Carlyís at the hospital because her son has just been admitted, so she's obviously upset. And I have obviously chosen the wrong time to speak with her about an issue regarding the custody case. So Iím going to leave now before either one of us say anything else that we might regret.
Ric: I didn't realize that Michael was hurt. I'm sorry.
Sonny: Yeah, well, Michael was hurt last summer, too, when you traumatized him by kidnapping his mother right in front of his eyes. I know how your twisted mind works, Ric. Don't even think of visiting Michael; playing the loving uncle. My children are off-limits to you. You go anywhere near them, I will snap you like a twig, D.A. or not.
Michael: Where are Mommy and Daddy?
Jason: They're upstairs waiting for you. The doctors need to run a few more tests to make sure you didn't hurt yourself inside when you fell.
Michael: Are they together?
Jason: I think so.
Michael: Are they fighting?
Jason: No, buddy, they're too worried about you to fight. I mean, the only thing that matters to them is that you get better.
Doctor: We need to take Michael for a CAT scan. Then he'll be admitted to Pediatric I.C.U.
Courtney: Hey. How's Michael?
Jason: They're taking him for a CAT scan to make sure he doesn't have any internal bleeding.
Courtney: Where's Sonny and Carly?
Jason: Upstairs in pediatrics.
Jason: No, no, Courtney, wait a minute. Michael almost died. I mean, the last thing we need right now is another fight between you and Sonny. Why don't you just go home and I'll call you there when there's news.
Courtney: Michael is my nephew, Jason, and Carly is my best friend, and I am going to stay here and support him whether you and Sonny like it or not.
Edward: This is absurd. Who finds a dead body on their property and calls the police?
Georgie: Normal, law-abiding citizens?
Edward: Well, it would serve you right if your mother was responsible for that corpse. I mean, it's not that far-fetched, you know. She could've been rejected. She could've been swindled in a deal. Tracy tried for murder. With any luck, she'd get life in prison. Wouldn't that be delightful?
Dillon: I know. Don't even say it. I know.
Lucky: You called in about a dead body?
Georgie: Yeah, Dillon and I found it -- him -- in the boathouse.
Lucky: Did you touch anything?
Georgie: I'm the police commissioner's daughter. I know better.
Dillon: I watch movies. I know better, too.
Lucky: Ok, wait right here. There seems to be a problem.
Skye: God, did you see the lights? The police are here already!
Luke: Don't worry about it.
Skye: Don't worry about it?
Luke: Skye, you're flipping into next week. Now, just keep a clear head. We are still a step ahead of everybody.
Skye: Yeah, barely.
Luke: Yeah, barely? Well, we're wasting time out here.
Skye: Oh, my God, well, they probably know the body's missing already!
Luke: Skye! Focus, focus, focus! Now get in there and clear a path into the basement!
Skye: Ok! Stop flapping at me, would you? Alice. Hi. I'm so glad to see you.
Alice: Since when?
Skye: Well, I was hoping to spend the evening, you know, in case Emily needs me, and I was wondering if possibly you could have my old room made up for me?
Alice: Oh, well, I'll just hop right to it -- after I finish polishing all the furniture in this room, and that should take at least an hour or so.
Skye: Oh, I couldn't possibly wait an hour.
Alice: What was that?
Skye: Wh-- what?
Alice: A thump. It sounded like a noise out on the terrace. Didn't you hear it?
Skye: Uh, no. Gee, sorry. I mean, Alice, I -- you know, I have such a migraine. I really think the best thing for me is to lie down in a dark, quiet place, and I can't really do that until you make my room up, so I was just wondering if by any chance you could take 15 minutes from what you're doing now and do that for me?
Alice: Well, now that you mention it, you do look a little peaked.
Alice: I'll make up your room right away.
Skye: Oh, Alice, thank you. You truly are an angel. Thank you.
Skye: All clear.
Luke: Ok, take the hat.
Skye: Hat. Yeah. This.
Luke: Ok, here we go. Help. Here we go, here we go. I got him, I got him! Oh!
Luke: Oh, he's getting heavier.
Nikolas: You ever wonder if it's worth it?
Mary: You're not getting existential on me now, are you?
Nikolas: No, no, I'm serious. I mean, don't you think it would be simpler, easier for you if I just gave myself up?
Mary: It scares me when you say things like that.
Nikolas: I'm sorry, I don't -- I don't mean it to. It's just -- I don't know what's right and wrong anymore. It helped when I just -- when I just sat here alone and prayed. Maybe I should do that again.
Mary: Take all the time you need. Maybe God will bring us an answer we can both live with.
Emily: Mary. What are you doing here?
Nikolas: I don't know if I used to pray before or not. If -- if I didn't, I'm sure making up for lost time. I need help, God. I need -- I need guidance. I feel like I'm being torn in two here. I want to do right by my wife. She's already been through so much pain because of me, but -- but if the cost is my soul, isn't that too high a price to pay?
Mary: I come here sometimes to feel closer to my husband.
Emily: That's why I came back here; to feel closer to my Nikolas.
Mary: Uh, it's not working today.
Emily: I'm sorry?
Mary: I was just in there. The vibe isn't right or something. I don't suppose you'd want to have a cup of coffee with me? I could use the company.
Emily: Oh. Yeah, why not.
Priest: Back again?
Nikolas: It's ok, isn't it?
Priest: Of course it is. The church is open to all, but I find it interesting that you've been here twice in one day. Is there something troubling you?
Nikolas: You could say that. I have no idea who I am.
Luke: Ok. There. Let's cover him.
Skye: Oh, ok. Here. There.
Luke: That should do it.
Skye: All right. Please, tell me that we're done for now.
Luke: I think he'll be safe here -- for a while.
Luke: Let's go.
Skye: You know, after this, proving Faith killed Ross is going to be a walk in the park.
Luke: Unless somebody in the clan upstairs decides to come down and check the freezer for ice cream.
Dillon: The body was right here.
Edward: Well, you can see there's nothing there now, is there?
Lucky: I want you to know making a false 911 call is a serious offense.
Georgie: But -- but we didn't make a false call. I saw the body with my own eyes!
Lucky: I want to believe you, Georgie, but I know you'd say anything to keep Dillon out of trouble.
Dillon: Whoa, whoa, wait a minute, wait a minute. Let me get this straight -- I do my civic duty, and now I'm the bad guy?
Lucky: I have my orders to take both of you downtown.
Alexis: Why are you following me? Is there a panic room in my future?
Ric: You know what -- I get kind of tired of people calling me twisted and psycho and that sort of thing. I was pushed to extremes. I was forced to make regrettable decisions. I'm sure you understand that sort of thing. So now here we are, right, trying to build our lives again, so I think that maybe you and I should have some sort of empathy with one another.
Alexis: Why are you following me?
Ric: Ok, fine. Right. It's not important. I'm a little further along in my life than you are. We're not on the same level. But the one thing that I do know is you cannot move forward when you are frozen still, and that is exactly what you are, Alexis. Something's scaring the hell out of you.
Carly: Hi. How's Michael doing?
Doctor: Michael has a subcapsular hematoma, which basically means there's bleeding around his kidney. We're going to need to keep him in the hospital for a couple days of observation to make sure the hematoma doesn't grow.
Sonny: What if it -- what if it does?
Doctor: Then he'll require surgery.
Carly: Is -- is Michaelís life at risk?
Doctor: I'm going to be honest with you.
Sonny: Please, doctor.
Doctor: This is a potentially life-threatening injury. We're going to be monitoring his kidney function and blood work closely. We're getting him settled in his room now, so I'll let you know when you can see him.
Carly: Thanks. Ok. Ok, it's not as bad as it could be, right? Right? The doctor said that were just going to monitor him, so maybe -- maybe he won't need the operation. He's not going to need it.
Jason: How's Michael?
Sonny: He's -- the doctor said he's bleeding inside. They don't know. They're hoping that they don't have to operate and they're just going to watch him for a while.
Carly: Sonny, Michaelís going to need both of us.
Sonny: He's going to have both of us, you know? Whatever else has happened -- ahem -- we're his parents. That won't change.
Carly: Is he -- is he in pain?
Doctor: We're medicating him to keep him comfortable.
Sonny: Is he awake?
Doctor: Groggy, but stable. Fortunately, Michael didn't suffer any head or spinal injury. If he starts experiencing any pain in his side or abdomen, notify the staff immediately. It could be an indication that the hematoma's getting worse.
Sonny: Thank you.
Sonny: You go.
Michael: Hi, Mommy.
Carly: Hi, my Mr. Man. How you feeling?
Michael: My arm still hurts from where they stuck me with the needle.
Michael: I'm in big trouble, right?
Carly: Michael, your daddy and I, we love you so much. And as soon as you're better and you get out of here, we're going to have a talk, all of us, so we can make sure that this never happens again.
Michael: If you and Dad get back together, I won't do anything bad. Not ever again, I swear.
Lorenzo: Excuse me. Can you give me an update on Michael Corinthos?
Doctor: He's been admitted to Pediatric I.C.U. for monitoring.
Lorenzo: Is he going to recover?
Doctor: Michael suffered some serious injuries. We're doing all we can for him.
Lorenzo: Thank you. How's Carly?
Jason: Worried about her kid.
Lorenzo: I helped pull Michael to safety. I'm not going to sit here and ask your permission to wait for him to live.
Jason: What do you expect me to say, thank you?
Lorenzo: No, but I will say thank you. I couldn't have saved him alone, either.
Courtney: Hey. How's Michael doing?
Jason: He's -- he's bleeding internally. So they're monitoring him right now and the doctor's hoping he won't have to operate.
Courtney: Are Sonny and Carly with him? Ok, I'll stay here then. I really don't want to cause another fight. Well, I guess that's why Alcazar's waiting in the lounge.
Jason: Who cares or who knows what he's doing here.
Courtney: Yeah, it's funny how loving Michael and worrying about him gives us all something in common, no matter how far apart we are.
Ric: I know why you backed off Sonny at the hospital.
Alexis: Why is it that you care?
Ric: Look, if you want to protect yourself, the best way you can do that is you can help me to put Sonny behind bars once and for all.
Alexis: One more time, try to pay attention -- I am not interested in facilitating your sick need for revenge against your brother.
Ric: Ok, fine. Then you know what I suggest you do? You put yourself in a nice, big, public bubble, you know, become so visible that you don't draw Sonny's anger. Take a few high-profile cases. You could use a win.
Alexis: You know, it's funny that you should mention that because I have just taken on a new client, actually. I think you know her. Eileen Sheridan?
Ric: Why, sure, armed robbery.
Alexis: Police brutality and unlawful use of force. Not only do I intend to get her exonerated, but I do intend to have the PCPD reprimanded, and this should generate all the publicity that you seem to think that I need right now. I would love to stay and chat, but I really have to go. I want to see my daughter. It's always nice to see you.
Ric: Yeah, it's me. Take Feldman off of the Sheridan case. I plan on prosecuting it myself.
Mary: So how long did you know Nikolas?
Emily: Since high school. I had a raging crush on him, but he was older. He was more sophisticated, and he treated me like I was his little sister. And then I grew up and we fell in love. What about you?
Mary: I met Connor when I was 15. That's when we started dating. I mean, he had girlfriends before, but he was my first and only. I never imagined being with anyone but him.
Emily: I guess that makes us lucky. How many girls actually get a chance with a boy they loved in high school?
Nikolas: Mary says that -- that the only thing that really matters to her is that Iím alive and back home.
Priest: Then why can't you take her at her word?
Nikolas: Because -- because, father, Iím a marine deserter. I ran out on my duty. And now Mary, she has to -- she has to hide because of me, and I can't keep doing that to her.
Priest: Your wife said that you left the marines because she asked you to. Do you have any reason to doubt her?
Priest: From what I can tell, you're a very proud man, Connor, and a good one, I think. My best advice to you would be to trust yourself and follow your heart in whatever direction it takes you.
Lucky: This is the prank 911 call.
Officer: Interrogation One.
Georgie: Don't worry, we can explain what happened.
Lucky: Come on, follow me.
Georgie: Dad. What are you doing here?
Felicia: I was about to ask you the same thing.
Georgie: You're not supposed to be back at work. You're still recovering.
Mac: One of my men told me that my daughter was involved in the commission of a potential felony.
Dillon: Yes, and we can explain that.
Mac: Thanks for bringing them in.
Georgie: Dad, there was a body, I swear!
Dillon: It was on a chaise lounge. He was covered with a tarp. We didn't touch him or --
Georgie: Or anything else! We ran straight to the Quartermaine house --
Georgie: And called 911.
Dillon: And that is when whoever put the body there obviously moved it.
Mac: Enough! I have one question. What were the two of you doing in the Quartermaine boathouse?
Georgie: Dillon and I just wanted to spend some time together.
Mac: I want to hear from Dillon.
Dillon: It's exactly what she said. I've been going through some stuff with my family, and spending time together helps.
Mac: You can spend time at Kellyís or the library. Why did you need to be in the secluded Quartermaine boathouse?
Georgie: Mom, is this really necessary?
Felicia: You lied about where you were going tonight. We're understandably concerned, Georgie.
Mac: I'm waiting for an explanation.
Georgie: Dillon and I were going to have sex, ok? Is that what you want to hear?
Dillon: Georgie --
Georgie: Look, we went to the boathouse fully intending to make love, but we found a body, so we didn't! I'm still a virgin! Everyone can just relax!
Mac: At least you're honest, Georgie. I'm sorry I can't say the same for Dillon. Just another example of why he's a bad influence.
Georgie: Dad --
Mac: He encourages you to sneak around and lie. He's pushing you into having sex before you're ready.
Georgie: No, that is not true! This was my idea!
Mac: I'm not going to stand around and watch you make the same disastrous mistakes that Maxie made. You're forbidden to see Dillon.
Dillon: Mac, that's not fair.
Mac: Leave. Leave. I don't want to see you around my daughter. I mean it, Dillon. I will lock you up myself.
Skye: If Dillon and Georgie give a description of that body, it's not going to take the police long to realize it's their missing detective.
Luke: Yeah, but, you know, the cops will probably dismiss it as some kind of high school prank.
Skye: What are you doing with that thing?
Luke: Faith is going to get an email from Ross.
Skye: How's that going to help? She's the one who killed him.
Luke: Exactly. So it should make her very nervous, rattle her cage. You shouldn't worry so much. I promise you I'm going to get you out of this. I like you way too much to let you go to prison.
Lorenzo: Michael's in I.C.U. and Sonny's with him. Michael sustained internal injuries. If his condition deteriorates, they're going to have to operate.
Sam: How do you know so much?
Lorenzo: I made it my business to know, just as you intended to do. Look, I'm not here to cause a disruption, but I can't stay away and just pretend this isn't happening.
Sam: Well, finally we have something in common, because I can't, either.
Michael: I know. I'm really sorry, Daddy. I know I scared everybody.
Sonny: You don't frighten the people you love. Not to get what you want or, you know, or to make them see that they're wrong. You got to protect your family, take care of them.
Michael: I know I messed up, Daddy. I'm really sorry.
Sonny: I know you are.
Michael: Can Morgan, Mommy, and I come back now?
Nikolas: I had a feeling you'd come back to check on me.
Mary: It's wrong, isn't it? I'm not sure what to do.
Nikolas: That makes two of us. Come here.
Nikolas: I -- I know that you love me, and I've thought about it long and hard, and -- and I think I finally realized something.
Nikolas: My first priority is you. I won't turn myself in.
Mary: Thank God.
Nikolas: I'm going to stay with you and try to be the husband that you deserve.
Michael: Daddy wouldn't promise to let Morgan, Mommy, and me come home.
Jason: I know. I'm sorry, buddy.
Michael: I don't understand.
Jason: I guess that's the point. You know, sometimes people choose different things. That doesn't mean they don't love you. Just means that they want something different.
Lorenzo: Don't worry. I'm not here to intrude. There won't be another confrontation. In fact, Iíll leave right now if you want.
Carly: Why do you care what I want after everything Iíve done to push you away? I held a gun on you, and you still saved my son's life.
Lorenzo: Just want to do what I can to help you, even if that means keeping my distance.
Carly: Lorenzo, wait. Thank you.
Sonny: Can you believe if you hadn't told Alcazar that Michael was missing, they probably wouldn't have gotten him out of that well in time?
Sam: Well, I'm glad that I made the right choice, then.
Sonny: You actually did something I -- I could've never done. My pride wouldn't have allowed me to say anything to Alcazar, and my son would be dead. Michael, um, asked if he and Morgan and his mother could come home and, uh -- he's just -- he's a little boy, you know? I don't know -- I don't know how to make him understand that the home he wants doesn't exist anymore. My marriage to Carly is -- it's over. There's no going back.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Edward: You know as well as I do you're nothing without this family.
Georgie: Dillon and I love each other. You can't keep us apart.
Jeff: When are you going to tell Mr. Corinthos about his daughter?
Michael: Leave town and don't come back.
Sonny: We have to make him understand that our marriage is over.
