Ric: She took the launch. She's definitely off the island.
Emily: Where do you think she went?
Ric: To tell the police that she killed Zander.
Elizabeth: Oh, God. Oh, God. Oh -- oh. Ok. Ok, I'm all right. I'm all right. Oh, God, I'm so sorry. Oh, baby, please be ok. Please be ok, baby. Please, God, don't let anything happen to my baby.
Elizabeth: Oh, Mommy is so sorry. Oh, Mommy is so sorry.
Tracy: You made the arrangements with Inspector Morse?
Ned: We have a meeting tonight.
Tracy: And he agreed to withhold the fire report?
Ned: There's nothing more effective than a good old-fashioned bribe. Grandfather taught me that himself.
Tracy: Nobody needs to know that he was not negligent in the fire -- at least not until we get him declared incompetent. Then I -- we will take over E.L.Q.
Ned: And we will split everything -- everything -- 50/50.
Alexis: Mrs. Corinthos, how many years have you known Mr. Corinthos?
Alexis: That's a good amount of time. You must know him very well.
Carly: I've never been closer to anyone.
Alexis: To the best of your knowledge, has your husband ever shown signs of emotional instability? Have you ever seen him lose control? Has he ever been physically violent in front of you?
Justus: I object, your honor. My client has no record of violence against his family.
Sonny: Sit down, sit down.
Alexis: No documented record, your honor, but Mrs. Corinthos is his wife. She is clearly aware of his behavior.
Judge: I'll allow it. Answer the question, Mrs. Corinthos.
Carly: Look, I just want to be very, very clear --
Alexis: Then allow me to be very specific. Isn't it true that your husband has a history of severe nervous breakdowns?
Justus: Nervous breakdowns?
Sonny: Just say what you got to say -- let her say what she needs to say, then make her look like a liar.
Alexis: I realize that this is very difficult testimony for you.
Carly: Yes, it is, very.
Alexis: Then Iíll repeat the question. To the best of your knowledge, has your husband ever suffered from a nervous breakdown?
Judge: Answer the question, Mrs. Corinthos.
Alexis: Mrs. Corinthos?
Carly: My husband has never suffered a nervous breakdown.

Elizabeth: Ok. Ok.
Elizabeth: We're going to be just fine. Just hang in there, baby. I promise I won't let anything happen to you. Mommy is so sorry, angel, I'm so sorry. I am so sorry.
Lucky: Elizabeth? Elizabeth?
Elizabeth: Lucky --
Lucky: Are you ok?
Elizabeth: Lucky, it was me.
Lucky: All right, just stay calm.
Elizabeth: It was me, Lucky.
Lucky: Just stay calm. Listen to me. It's ok.
Elizabeth: It was me. I was on my way to tell you that I killed Zander.
Ric: All right, if my wife shows up, have her wait in my office, and make sure that she doesn't speak with anyone. I'm on my way. Thanks.
Emily: So, what if Elizabeth doesn't confess? Who will you say killed Zander?
Ric: Sonny owes me a favor.
Nikolas: What, you expect him to repay it by making this go away?
Emily: Yeah, I wouldn't count on it.
Ric: Look, you want to sit here and argue, that's fine. I'm going to go stop Elizabeth.
Nikolas: All right, come on, let's go.
Ric: Oh, wait -- that might be her. Hello?
Officer: Mr. Lansing, your wife has been involved in a single-car accident, sir. She apparently lost control of her vehicle.
Ric: How -- how is she? Is she all right?
Officer: No injuries reported, sir.
Ric: How's the baby?
Officer: Was a child in the car?
Ric: My wife is pregnant, you idiot. How is the baby?
Officer: Your wife's on the way to the hospital, sir.
Emily: What happened?
Ric: Elizabeth wrecked her car. She's on her way to the hospital.
Skye: Oh. I -- I can't take this. I really can't. I mean, did I think I could really take care of a cranky old man with a bad heart? What was I thinking?
Luke: You were thinking about -- well, let's see, it starts with an ďMĒ and it ends with a ďYĒ.
Skye: So what if he made me Quartermaine heir? It does not make me his servant.
Luke: Sure, it does.
Skye: Do you know what the man wanted for dinner?
Luke: Rice cakes and lettuce?
Skye: No -- lobster bisque and a t-bone steak.
Luke: Ooh, that sounds good.
Luke: I'll have any leftovers you got hanging around.
Skye: Well, he got chicken soup and crackers, but the crackers were too crumbly and the soup was too hot, and then it was too cold. And then I found him clothes, but they weren't properly tailored. I mean, never mind that the man would be in a straitjacket if it weren't for me.
Luke: Well, you know, some men need a firm hand.
Skye: What's that supposed to mean?
Luke: Find out.
Edward: Where is my brandy? What happened to my cigar? And what is that reprobate doing in my living room again?
Edward: Do not plan on spending the evening, Spencer.
Skye: Excuse me, but you don't get to decide who spends the night in my house and who doesnít.
Luke: Aha -- an invitation!
Edward: First, you try to starve me to death, and then you deprive me of sleep.
Skye: Where did you say you could send him?
Luke: That ticket to Rio is good anytime he wants to use it.
Skye: This man isn't well enough to travel.
Luke: I thought you wanted to get rid of him.
Edward: He is well aware that she's counting the seconds.
Skye: Excuse me, but I don't want you to drop dead in an airplane.
Luke: He'll be in first class. Who'll notice?
Edward: Why don't you call Tracy, have her turn him in? Haul him off to Shadybrook; throw away the key?
Skye: I'm trying to save you from Tracy.
Edward: Where on earth do you keep the brandy, huh?
Luke: Oh, I'm sorry, Edward. I drank it all, but I'll bring you some next time I come over.
Skye: Don't even think about it.
Edward: You see what Iím up against?
[Pounding on door]
Skye: What -- all right, hide. Just get down. Get down right here. Right in there, all the way.
Dillon: Guys, come on! Freezing out here! Let me in!
Skye: God -- it's open!
Dillon: Oh. Listen, I've -- I've got some -- I've got some good news, but if my mom finds out I told you, I won't live to see puberty.
Alexis: Mrs. Corinthos, could you look at me, please? Thank you. Again, I understand that this testimony is very difficult, but it is extremely important that the judge understand exactly what is at stake here. Don't you agree?
Alexis: Then let's try again. Have you ever seen your husband behave in an unstable manner?
Justus: Asked and answered, your honor.
Judge: Mrs. Corinthos?
Carly: No, I havenít.
Judge: Move it along, Ms. Davis.
Alexis: Have you ever seen your husband have difficulty determining what is real and what isn't real?
Alexis: Have you ever been affected by your husband's violent lifestyle?
Justus: Objection, leading the witness.
Alexis: Didn't your husband shoot you in the head?
Carly: It was an accident.
Alexis: An accident that was related directly to his line of work. Isn't that correct?
Carly: No. No, it's not.
Alexis: Hasn't your son Michael been forced out of the country more than once?
Alexis: So it's your sworn testimony that your son Michael has never left this country?
Carly: Well, on family vacations, sure.
Alexis: Does your husband have bodyguards?
Alexis: Do your children have bodyguards?
Carly: Sonny wants us to be safe.
Alexis: Of course he does, because his life is so dangerous. Isn't that correct?
Justus: Objection, your honor. She's putting words in her client's mouth.
Judge: Objection sustained.
Alexis: You've been shot at more than once in connection to Sonny's lifestyle. Isn't that true?
Carly: Sonny has thrown himself over me. He would do anything to protect me.
Alexis: But he can't protect you all the time, which is why he blames himself, which is what triggers the breakdowns. Isn't that true, Mrs. Corinthos?
Carly: There are no breakdowns!
Alexis: Has your husband ever destroyed furniture?
Alexis: Has your husband ever destroyed your children's toys?
Carly: My husband loves our children.
Alexis: He may love your children, but that doesn't mean that he can control his outbursts --
Justus: Objection, your honor. Asked and answered several times.
Judge: Move it along, Ms. Davis. You're badgering your own witness.
Alexis: Are you trying to protect your husband?
Alexis: Are you afraid of your husband?
Alexis: But you're afraid to leave your children in his custody.
Carly: Sonny and I have irreconcilable differences. We cannot live together, but I just want my children to be with me. That is all.
Alexis: So it's ok with you that they're present when he's yelling and threatening you? It's ok with you that your children are present when he flies into a violent rage?
Justus: Objection, your honor.
Alexis: Your witness.
Justus: I'm assuming you don't want me to make Carly look like a liar after all, do you?
Sonny: Ask her a couple of questions, get her off the stand. Don't attack her. Don't make her look bad.
Judge: Mr. Ward, we're waiting.
Justus: I apologize, your honor. Mrs. Corinthos, has your husband ever struck you or your children?
Justus: Has he threatened violence of any kind against you and your children?
Justus: Your husband is not the biological father of Michael, is he?
Carly: No, he is not.
Justus: Yet you asked him to adopt him?
Carly: Because he loves Michael. He loves Morgan, too. He just wants them to have a good life.
Justus: Would you be afraid if the boys ended up in your husband's custody?
Carly: No, but I would miss them. I am Michael and Morganís mother, and I try to do what is best for them always. They belong with their mother.
Justus: No further questions, your honor.
Judge: Thank you, Mrs. Corinthos. You may step down. Court is adjourned for this day. We'll reconvene tomorrow at the established time.
[Judge pounds gavel]
Alexis: You may be so self-destructive and co-freaking dependent that you don't give a damn about your children, but I give a damn about mine! You have blown it --
Carly: Don't -- don't you even think about quitting.
Tracy: Maybe I should go bribe inspector Morse. You should stay here and enjoy your drink.
Ned: You don't trust me?
Tracy: Not for a moment.
Ned: Then we're even.
Tracy: How do I know you're not going to have some sudden attack of ethics?
Ned: You donít.
Tracy: Ok -- ok, maybe we both should visit inspector Morse. A devoted mother, her firstborn son, and a trusted city official -- I think it's kind of sweet.
Ned: The idea is to keep this a secret. Subtlety isn't your strong suit, mother.
Tracy: No, but strategy is. Don't you even think of trying to double-cross me.
Ned: I already did, and after careful consideration, I realized that actually your plan works to my advantage.
Tracy: Ha. Ruthless and calculating -- ooh, I've always been so proud of you.
Ned: You forgot about me for years at a time, and we both know it.
Tracy: That's not true.
Ned: Of course it is. But I don't want to talk about that right now. It's grandfather, grandfather. I spent years trying to impress that old fool, and for what?
Tracy: Please. This is no time for soul-searching.
Ned: Do you have any idea what this family has cost me?
Tracy: Don't go there.
Ned: Five --
Tracy: Go bribe the inspector.
Ned: Five marriages --
Tracy: Oh, please --
Ned: A daughter growing up in Brooklyn without me, Kristina --
Tracy: Well, at least you didn't get stuck with what's-her-name.
Ned: Oh, yes. I left -- I let Alexis go, L&B records, Eddie Maine, and every other dream that didn't involve grandfather and this freaking family. But you know what? I don't blame him. I don't blame grandfather because I made the choices, you see, and now I have to live with them. But even A.J. caught on before I did.
Tracy: Who knew that weasel had it in him?
Ned: I never would have dreamed that Junior would walk away with almost all the money or that grandfather would leave the rest to my old girlfriend.
Tracy: Skye would do anything to be part of this family.
Ned: Mm-hmm. And so would you.
Tracy: I know what it's like to be locked out of this house.
Ned: And I know what's it like to be locked in.
Tracy: Well, I guess it's our turn to get even.
Ned: Mm-hmm. And grandfather's turn to pay.
Edward: That fire wasn't my fault.
Dillon: Wiring was up to code, and the fire was started intentionally in the basement.
Edward: Oh -- it's over, Skye. It's over.
Dillon: No, grandfather. That's the point -- it's not over. Ned is bribing the fire inspector to bury the documents -- tonight.
Luke: So that means that Tracy retains her excuse to throw Edward in the bin.
Skye: And take over E.L.Q.
Dillon: Well, no, my mom and Ned are going to split E.L.Q. 50/50, but --
Edward: Oh, Ned -- finally turned against me. Doesn't come as a surprise. I didn't think he was fool enough to team up with your mother, though.
Skye: Well, maybe he's scamming her.
Edward: She deserves it.
Luke: Hang on, people, we're getting off track. Did you get the name of the inspector?
Dillon: Morse, like the fire code. That's how I remembered -- it's like -- Morse code Morse code
Skye: All right, we have to get to that inspector before Ned does.
Luke: You're reading my mind.
Monica: Elizabeth, how are you?
Elizabeth: Oh, better, now that I know baby's ok.
Tony: Well, let's get you to a room, prep you for an ultrasound, and we'll just double-check everything, all right? Excuse us.
Ric: Monica --
Emily: Mom, mom, is Elizabeth all right?
Monica: Tony just took her to a room.
Ric: Well, what about the baby?
Monica: Well, he's going to hook her up to a fetal monitor, and we'll assess for any internal injuries, and I'll let you know.
Lucky: Hey, guys. Is Elizabeth ok? I got here as soon as I could.
Emily: No, they haven't told us what happened.
Lucky: Well, I was the one who found her. She was -- she was pretty hysterical.
Ric: What do you mean? What -- was she having trouble breathing?
Lucky: No, she was out it, just saying crazy things.
Nikolas: What do you -- like what?
Lucky: Elizabeth said she killed Zander Smith.
Ric: Elizabeth didn't kill Zander. I did. Zander was blackmailing me and Elizabeth. She was afraid. She was -- she was on edge all the time.
Lucky: Well, hadn't Zander signed custody over to you?
Ric: Yeah, well, he stole the papers back. He was -- he was about to make some real trouble for us.
Lucky: So you went after him?
Ric: Yeah, I met him in the hotel basement. He -- I tried to reason with him, but he attacked me and I hit him in the head with a pipe.
Lucky: So you're saying it was self-defense?
Ric: I was trying to protect Elizabeth.
Lucky: Maybe you still are.
Monica: Elizabeth is stable.
Ric: How's the baby?
Monica: There might be a problem.
Skye: [Southern accent] would you excuse me, please?
Man: Uh -- sure. How can I help you?
Skye: Well, I'm telling you, I take one step out of New Orleans and I get completely lost. Isn't that silly?
Skye: But these government buildings, they do just throw me for a loop, I'm telling you. Although, I can't imagine how anyone's brain can operate properly in this kind of cold.
Man: Well, we're used to it.
Skye: Well, I do imagine that a big, strong man like yourself couldn't even feel it.
Man: But I can feel the heat.
Skye: Aren't you the clever one?
Man: So, what do you need?
Skye: Well, I was wondering if you'd do me a favor. You see, I need to go to this place, and I was wondering if you'd step out into the hall with me and indicate where it is that Iím trying to get to.
Skye: Oh, thank you. I'm telling you, Iím so turned around I can't tell the light from the dark these days.
Luke: Ah, well, hello, little doggy.
Man: What in the hell do you think you're doing?
Michael: Come on.
[Knock on door]
[Michael pauses video game]
Max: Did you invite anyone over?
Michael: Thank you, Max. That'll be all.
Max: Does your father know about this?
Michael: Don't worry. I invited her over. Come on in.
Sam: Maybe this isn't such a good idea.
Michael: Want some coffee, maybe a soda?
Sam: No, that's all right.
Sam: Michael, what do you need?
Michael: Mr. Alcazar is going to get my mother no matter what he has to do. Isn't that right?
Sam: Who told you that?
Michael: I heard him tell you.
Michael: On your boat.
Sam: When were you on my boat?
Michael: Today. I followed you from Kellyís.
Sam: Were you by yourself?
Michael: I need to know what's really going on. Nobody will tell me anything.
Sam: You know, you remind me of your dad.
Michael: Thank you. You want him to be happy, right?
Sam: Yes. Yes, I do. I want all of you to be happy.
Michael: Then help me get rid of Mr. Alcazar.
Courtney: Hey. Look, you need to have a talk with Michael.
Jason: Why? What's wrong?
Courtney: He crossed paths with Alcazar on the pier.
Jason: How'd that happen?
Courtney: Well, he ran away from Leticia again. Michael thinks that it's up to him to solve Sonny and Carlyís problems.
Jason: Ok, I'll take care of it.
Justus: When exactly was Carly lying?
Sonny: Carly wasn't lying.
Justus: You mean Alexis Davis was making all of that up?
Sonny: That's what it looks like.
Alexis: You made me look like an idiot up there.
Carly: Yeah, well, why did you keep badgering me?
Alexis: Why didn't you say what you were supposed to say up there? You're the one that told me to bring up his breakdowns.
Carly: Yeah, well, I changed my mind, and you should have caught on.
Alexis: I should have caught on? Do you realize that you made this impossible for me to win?
Carly: Oh, what, for the almighty Alexis Davis? Come on. You -- you worked the system to get away with murder. Getting my kids back should be no problem for you.
Alexis: And if I don't, you going to tell Sonny that Kristina is his daughter?
Carly: Yeah, well, a deal's a deal.
Alexis: You just told that judge that you think he's a good father!
Carly: Yeah, I do, but it doesn't mean I want him to take away my kids. You know, I would much rather him take Kristina. So if you are telling me that I just lost my children, I will tell him the truth right now.
Alexis: You wouldn't dare.
Carly: Really? Sonny, do you have a second? About what I said in there --
Sonny: Yeah, thank you.
Carly: Alexis wants to make you look like a monster. I donít.
Alexis: As your attorney, I'm advising you to end this conversation.
Sonny: Are you going to tell me I can't talk to Carly now?
Alexis: Are you two ready to work out an agreement?
Carly: We will let you know.
Alexis: I'm asking you to keep in mind what's at stake.
Carly: You do the same.
Sonny: Can you -- can you answer this question -- why did you drag her into this?
Carly: Because she hates you. Because I canít. Not really.
Alexis: Will you please tell your client to get away from mine?
Justus: Maybe they're trying to work something out. Isn't that what you wanted?
Carly: How's Michael doing?
Sonny: He misses you.
Carly: And Morgan?
Sonny: Well, you know, it's kind of hard to tell.
Carly: Don't you think he wonders where I am?
Carly: Sonny, we can be better parents than this.
Sonny: I know we can, but, you know, I mean --
Carly: Sonny --
Sonny: I'm sorry.
Woman: No problem. Are you ok?
Sonny: Yeah, yeah, I just -- I got a lot on my mind. I'm sorry.
Jason: So, what did Carly say? Did she come to --
Sonny: No, I don't want to talk about that. Let's go.
Lorenzo: Are you all right?
Carly: Yeah, I'm doing better than I thought. You cut your hair.
Lorenzo: Yeah. Conservative is good in court. The point is to win, right?
Carly: Of course.
Lorenzo: Why didn't you tell the truth on the stand?
Carly: What makes you think that I was lying?
Lorenzo: Weren't you?
Carly: Look, Alexis is the crazy one, not Sonny, and she made up that whole breakdown thing just to make him look bad, and she assumed that I would go along with it.
Lorenzo: Carly, you downplayed the danger and Sonny's temper.
Carly: Listen, I am in no position to criticize. I've made my own mistakes.
Lorenzo: You're having second thoughts, aren't you? Trying to find a way back to Sonny.
Ric: Whoa, whoa, whoa. No, no, no, no, no. Shh, come on, it's all right. Take it easy.
Elizabeth: Honey, I don't even know what happened. I was upset and then I just --
Ric: Yeah, I know, I know.
Elizabeth: I guess I ran off the road.
Ric: Shh, honey, please, you need to rest.
Elizabeth: I -- I tried to tell Lucky that -- that I killed Zander.
Ric: You did.
Elizabeth: Ok, well, at least that's over with. I --
Ric: Not necessarily.
Elizabeth: I will deal with the consequences.
Ric: You don't have to. I confessed, too.
Elizabeth: Lucky, don't -- don't let him do this.
Ric: Look, I already have.
Lucky: No matter who killed Zander, this still looks like a cover-up.
Ric: Don't worry about it, ok? I'll spin the story.
Nikolas: Wait a second. I mean, what if -- maybe there's a way to call in that favor to Sonny.
Lucky: What, Sonny Corinthos owes you a favor?
Ric: Yeah, I stood up for him on the stand.
Nikolas: And I just thought of someone who can take the fall.
Luke: Why hasn't this fire inspection report been filed with the national office?
Man: Because it's preliminary.
Luke: That's no excuse.
Man: It's policy.
Luke: It was policy. Didn't you get the memo?
Man: Who the hell are you?
Luke: We're federal fire inspectors straight from the capital.
Man: Yeah? Well, let me see your identification.
Luke: Ah, you should have asked for that identification right off the bat. I'm afraid Iím going to have to cite you for that.
Skye: Why aren't the Quartermaines implicated in this report?
Man: Because their building was up to code.
Skye: Really? How much did they bribe you to say that?
Man: Hey --
Luke: You took a bribe, didn't you?
Man: No! I would never take --
Skye: Well, we're just going to have to take this to the national office, I'm afraid.
Man: But it's preliminary.
Luke: Yes, well, preliminary is important to us, and we will take it and we will contact you in three days from the capital. I'm watching you.
Luke: Let's go.
Man: Yeah, well, I knew you weren't from New Orleans. Uh-huh.
Luke: Are we good or are we great?
Skye: Oh, we're fabulous.
Ned: Good evening, inspector. Where's the report?
Sam: You don't need to worry about Mr. Alcazar. He's not going to hurt you or anyone else in your family, ok?
Michael: What about mommy? He says he's her friend.
Sam: Why don't you just let your daddy take care of this?
Michael: He has a lot of other things to take care of.
Sam: Yeah, that's true, but you -- you and Morgan are most important.
Michael: Why can't mommy come home, then?
Sonny: What's going on here?
Michael: It's ok, daddy. It's business.
Tracy: What do you mean, the feds have the fire report?
Ned: They got to the inspector first.
Tracy: Oh. That's what you get for soul-searching! If you'd left when I told you to leave --
Ned: Calm down! We'll think of something else.
Tracy: I already did, thank God!
Edward: Get out of here, both of you. You have no business being in this house.
Tracy: Where the hell have you been?
Edward: I got proof. It's over. I'm not to blame for that fire.
Ned: How did you get that report?
Edward: I'm resourceful, unlike my offspring.
Tracy: Let me see that.
Edward: Ah. Uh-uh. Doesn't say who did it, only that I didn't do it.
Tracy: Let me see it, daddy!
Luke: Oh, oh, oh --
Tracy: Daddy, give it --
Luke: Keep-away -- my favorite game. Agent Spencer reporting for duty, sir.
Tracy: Well, I guess I should have known.
Luke: And the ever-lovely Agent Blaze, of course.
Skye: We posted that report on the internet, gave it to WLPC, and dropped it off at the "Port Charles Herald."
Luke: Eddie wins, you lose.
Edward: Brandy, anyone?
[Knock on door]
Tracy: Thank heavens you got here so quickly.
Skye: You -- you wouldnít.
Tracy: Please, help my poor father. Take him to Shadybrook -- for his own good.
Elizabeth: Ok, why should anyone else have to pay for what Iíve done?
Nikolas: Wait a minute. What if -- what if the killer's already dead?
Lucky: What, from the fire?
Nikolas: He was shot soon after.
Nikolas: Yeah, why not?
Lucky: Well, he murdered Brian Beck and tried to kill Jason.
Nikolas: Well, why not say he killed Zander, as well?
Elizabeth: Because he didnít. I did.
Emily: Capelli's dead. If we can blame Zanderís death on him, then no one else will get hurt.
Ric: What if Capelli bragged about killing Zander and someone overheard him?
Lucky: What if that someone is Jason?
Nikolas: Yeah, would Jason say that?
Emily: Maybe -- to help me.
Nikolas: To help you, but not -- but not to help Ric?
Emily: Unless -- unless Sonny gave him the order.
Nikolas: Well, Ric, you'll just have to convince Sonny to give that order.
Monica: Well, are you all ready for the ultrasound?
Lorenzo: I am trying to understand. Why did you sabotage your own case?
Carly: That was not my intention.
Lorenzo: You're saying Alexis fabricated Sonny's breakdowns?
Carly: Yeah, I did say that -- about 15 times under oath.
Lorenzo: Ok, fine, maybe Alexis went overboard, but clearly you are trying to protect Sonny. Why? He wants your children.
Carly: Listen to me. If Sonny and I trash each other, the judge could put our kids into foster care.
Lorenzo: The violence in Sonny's life is a matter of public record.
Carly: Yeah, I understand that, but there are certain lines that I will not cross.
Jason: You followed Alcazar to the pier?
Jason: That's after you snuck onto Samís boat?
Michael: She told him to get off her boat or she'd shoot him.
Sonny: Jason, can you take Sam home, please?
Sam: Don't be too hard on him. Why don't you just say it? It was wrong for me to be here. I should have just stayed out of it, right?
Jason: You want what's best for Michael and Morgan?
Jason: So do I.
Sonny: How many times are you going to run off, Michael? It's not Leticiaís fault that you lied to her. I mean, I -- but I got to be able to trust that you're going to stay with her. Otherwise, Iím going to have to put a guard on you at all times -- Danny, Max. I can't have you running off by yourself.
Michael: I just want to fix things. You know, like you fix things.
Edward: Get out of my house now!
Tracy: It's going to be all right.
Edward: Ned, do something.
Ned: I -- I am. This is for the good of the family.
Skye: Ned, you don't want to see him locked up.
Edward: I'm not crazy.
Tracy: Daddy, don't be afraid.
Skye: Let me see those. I don't believe this.
Edward: Oh, no. No, no, no. This -- it's a forgery. It's -- it's got to be a forgery. Alan and Monica would never agree to get me to go into Shadybrook. They would --
Skye: What, are you trying to kill him?
Tracy: Daddy needs to be in the hospital, Skye.
Skye: Ned, this man has devoted his entire life to you, to this family. Yes, he has made mistakes, but he's always loved you. You just can't -- you just can't throw him away like this.
Tracy: It's difficult for everyone, but don't you worry, daddy. You're going to be just fine.
Edward: Will you tell your grandmother I love her? And I will be back soon.
Skye: Edward, I will do whatever I can to get you out of there as soon as I can, I promise.
Luke: Institutions are my specialty, Edward.
Edward: I appreciate everything you can do. Now, what the hell are you waiting for? Let's go.
Tracy: Buh-bye, daddy.
Luke: Brr! It's cold in here.
Skye: You're going to pay for this, both of you.
Tracy: The next step is to nullify the will.
Skye: That won't happen.
Tracy: My father was deluded, confused. You took advantage of him, you cow.
Skye: So, tell me, Ned. How will you ever explain this to Lila?
Ned: She understands Edward better than anyone. She knows that he brought this on himself.
Luke: I know a thing or two about loony bins -- who's supposed to be in and who's supposed to not be in. Edward's an annoying pain in the butt, but he's not crazy. Skye and I will make sure the old codger doesn't suffer because of you two. Right?
Skye: That's right.
Ric: Is everything all right? Can you see anything?
Monica: Well, so far so good.
Elizabeth: Look, honey, it's our baby.
Monica: And he -- or she -- is doing just fine.
Emily: See, Elizabeth? It's all going to work out.
Nikolas: Yeah. All you need to do is relax and take care of that baby.
Lucky: Yeah, and figure out which one us you're going to name the godparents.
Elizabeth: I love you all so much.
Ric: The worst part's over.
Lorenzo: Carly, I am trying to warn you before you make a critical mistake. You are thinking with your emotions; Sonny wonít. He's looking at this as a problem to be solved, and if you're not careful, he's going to win.
Carly: Not with Faith Rosco making him look bad on your orders.
Lorenzo: I sold out to Faith to help you.
Carly: Really? Well, Faith showed up here today in court, and I'm pretty certain that she did something to Courtney to make her late.
Lorenzo: She did, but Courtney denies it.
Carly: Well, then, Courtney is trying to keep the peace, but I'm not so sure that you are. Lorenzo, I honestly -- I don't know what you want out of this.
Sonny: Listen, you don't have to fix things. That's my job.
Michael: Then why can't you fix it so mommy can come home?
Sonny: Because that's not what mommy wants. Mommy loves you very much. She loves Morgan very much, but things will never be the way they were.
Michael: What did the judge say?
Sonny: Nothing yet.
Michael: Was the hearing scary?
Sonny: Yeah, sometimes, you know, but actually some good things happened. Your mother got on the stand to testify, and she -- she could have said some mean things to hurt your daddy, but she didn't. You know, and then I probably would have gotten up and gotten mad and said some mean things to hurt her, and it would have been the worst fight ever. But you know what? Your mother did -- ahem -- a very difficult thing today. She backed down. And now maybe I can back down a little bit, you know. And things can work out for all of us. Come here.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Faith: Tell me, Lorenzo, what can I do to brighten your day?
Courtney: They threatened me again.
Justus: Oh. How bad?
Alexis: There, you're served.
Sonny: You're going out of your way to antagonize me.
Alexis: Your honor, I have proof that Ms. McCall worked as a prostitute on more than one occasion.
Judge: I'll allow it.
