Sam: Jason. I saw him on the pier the other day.
Sonny: Ok, Sam, I don't think you want to get involved with my business.
Sam: No, this was personal. He offered me a million dollars to leave town.
[Knocking on door]
Lorenzo: Ignore it.
Carly: Oh, jeez. It could be about the boys. Oh --
Carly and Lorenzo: All right!
Carly: God. Yeah?
Woman: Carly Benson Corinthos?
Woman: Consider yourself served.
Lorenzo: What does it say?
Carly: It's a restraining order. Oh, God. Sonny made it legal. I can't come within 100 feet of my children.
Emily: Are you strong enough to walk?
Zander: What did you do? Did you call the cops?

Emily: We're meeting her upstairs, Tracy, and why are you here?
Tracy: Well, apparently, this has something to do with my son. Thank you for asking.
Nikolas: And Nedís coming to the auction?
Edward: Well, look, there's Dillon, my grandson. Excuse me. Dillon?
Dillon: Why am I here?
Edward: So that I can apologize to you.
Dillon: For what?
Edward: For not spending enough time with you during your mother's recent absence.
Dillon: My mom's been back for six months.
Edward: Dillon, what you need to understand, son, is that Lila and I practically raised Ned, and I thought that with your mother as your only role model that you were going to turn out to be a viper, like she is, but I -- I was mistaken. You have potential.
Dillon: Ok, now you're freaking me out, yeah.
Edward: No, no, you stand for what you believe. You're young. You got a lot to learn. But you do. You stand for what you believe, and you have a strength of convictions, and you have that in spades.
Dillon: Yeah, and I thought you had no use for me.
Edward: Well, you thought wrong. You give me a few years, and you could be C.E.O. of E.L.Q., Huh?
Edward: Well, sure. It's your legacy, providing you keep your mother away from the helm. You see, I can revise my will so that you could get the lion's share of my estate, hmm?
Dillon: I don't know what to say.
Edward: Well, you might try yes or thank you.
Dillon: Listen -- no, thanks.
Dillon: I'm going to be an independent filmmaker.
Edward: An independent what?
Dillon: Yeah, so you can go back to calling me names, like derelict and good-for-nothing now, ok?
Tracy: Sweetheart, have you been sniffing that hair product?
Dillon: Later mom.
Edward: Well, congratulations, Tracy. Another splendid product of your parenting expertise. Peter Pan with a movie camera.
Georgie: Hey. Got the munchies?
Maxie: A girl in my Pilates class has the flu.
Georgie: Well, that's the biggest bag of chicken soup I've ever seen.
Maxie: Yeah. I better get it to her before it gets cold.
Georgie: Oh, wait, Maxie. This is --
Maxie: Tom. Right?
Travis: Who are you?
Georgie: That's my sister.
Travis: Oh. Is she in on it?
Maxie: Yeah, I know the whole thing. You're pretending to be my sister's boyfriend. That's really nice of you. But, guys, I really got to get going. Bye.
Georgie: Talk to you later.
Travis: So what's up? You said there was an emergency.
Georgie: More like sudden inspiration. How would you like to spend the night with me at the Port Charles hotel tonight? I'll pay for everything.
Travis: Yeah, but what changed your mind?
Georgie: Nothing. I still need to pretend like we're dating. I mean, it's all about making Dillon jealous.
Travis: Ok. But we're going to have sex, right? I mean, what else is there to do in a hotel?
Jason: Brian -- you know, he pretended to be your friend to get in the penthouse. He really doesn't like me and your dad.
Michael: But he helped us out. He gave us a baseball glove.
Courtney: Sweety, come here. You know, friends -- they don't use each other the way that Brian used us, but that doesn't mean that he didn't like you a whole lot.
Jason: Yeah, buddy, but that means that you need to stay away from him.
Bobbie: Dr. Horowitz is ready to see Morgan now. Michael, you want to come?
Bobbie: I think it would be very helpful for your little brother to have you there. Ok.
Brian: How's that fastball coming, Michael?
Michael: I'm not your friend anymore because your job is to hurt daddy.
Brian: Hey, if you have a problem, just come to me. Don't use a child as a go-between.
Carly: I cannot believe Sonny actually has gone through with this.
Lorenzo: Sonny's trying to scare you.
Carly: Yeah. Well, it's working. Lorenzo, I will not be separated from my children. The way that Sonny is acting, he is the one who deserves to be kept from them.
Lorenzo: Carly, we have to be smart about this.
Carly: He's trying to intimidate me. Lorenzo, if he thinks that Iím not going to go near my children again, he is so wrong. We could go and we could get them. We can take them out of Port Charles. We could take them out of the country.
Lorenzo: Sonny wants you to try that. He's counting on it.
Carly: Well, I have to do something.
Lorenzo: Look, Sonny's not thinking about Michael and Morganís needs right now, but you can.
Carly: I always think about my children's needs.
Lorenzo: I know. That's because you're a good mother. You understand they need to be nurtured, reassured. Everything you do from this point on has to prove that you are the better, more conscientious parent.
Carly: Yeah, but Sonny has forced me out of their lives, and now he's made it completely legal.
Lorenzo: It's temporary. The court's going to see right through that. Look, your anger and frustration is completely justifiable, but you have to control it. You want to get your kids back? You have to make Sonny look bad.
Carly: Yeah, how?
Lorenzo: By fighting back intelligently. Don't play Sonny's game. Make him play yours.
Carly: This is not a game.
Lorenzo: Unfortunately, Carly, it is. The stakes are unthinkably high, but the rules are the same. You lose your temper; you're going to lose everything.
Carly: Yeah? Well, tell me, how do I win?
Lorenzo: I've already brought in a weapon that will blast Sonny's case to hell.
Sonny: The thing is Jason has a soft spot for -- for Carly, and he cares about her marriage a great deal.
Sam: Sounds like there's some history there.
Sonny: Carly was with Jason first. She broke his heart, trashed him, used him every -- you know -- all the time. He just could not turn his back on her.
Sam: Where do you fit in?
Sonny: I wanted to prove to Jason that Carly couldn't be loyal.
Sonny: I had sex with her, while my best friend was out getting shot. He came in. We were there. He was bleeding. I knew she was poison. I don't know how I let myself forget.
Sam: Does Jason still love Carly?
Sonny: It's not romantic. I mean, you know, he's just very overprotective.
Sam: All right. So if he saw me as a threat --
Sonny: He would do anything he can to, you know, get you to leave town.
Sam: Ok. I guess it could have been worse.
Sonny: I'll make sure he never approaches you again, all right? Anyway, it's not a big deal. I mean, Carly and I, we're done, and it's done, and it's -- there's nothing anybody can do at this point.
Sam: Sonny, you and Carly can get back together or not. I have no expectations. That's how this works.
Sonny: I like that. No strings.
Sam: Feelings -- they make this kind of thing complicated, and love hurts, and I think we've both had enough of that to last a lifetime.
Sonny: Then why did you pass up Jasonís bribe?
Jason: I told Michael the truth -- that you were using him to get to his father and me.
Brian: I befriended Michael and Courtney well before I had any idea they were connected to organized crime.
Jason: Yeah, maybe. Maybe it was a setup from the start. Either way, you're not getting near Michael again.
Brian: Why not admit what this is really about? You hate the fact that Courtney cares about me; that we've gotten close.
Jason: Listen, Courtney understands that you were trying to use her to get information about Sonny's business.
Brian: Oh, by "business" do you mean the gunfight in which I was shot? I'm still a little unclear as to what you were even doing there or why you were shooting.
Jason: You want to question me? Call my attorney. Leave Michael the hell alone.
Brian: Is that a threat?
Jason: It's a warning. You stay away from my family.
Sam: I didn't take Jasonís bribe because I can't be bought.
Sonny: That's a lot of cash.
Sam: I know. I want to be rich, but I'll do it on my own. I wouldn't let Jax pay my way, and I won't take a bribe from Jason to leave you alone.
Sonny: I can respect that.
Sam: Well, that is nice to hear, but it really doesn't matter. The only opinion I respect is my own.
Sonny: I'll remember that.
Sam: Hey, the way I see it is Iíll be damned if I let anyone else mess up my life besides me.
Sonny: What's the problem?
Edward: I should have realized it's too late for Dillon. He'll just end up a useless dreamer, thanks to you.
Tracy: Well, you said it yourself. Dillon's young. In time, he will understand the importance of E.L.Q.
Emily: Not everyone wants to be an executive, Tracy.
Tracy: I should have known you've been working on him. Trying to maneuver him to step aside? For who? Skye? Justus?
Emily: Maybe I want E.L.Q. for myself? After all, the money from the auction is going to save the company.
Tracy: Well, I guess she's trying to exploit your gratitude, daddy.
Edward: When have I ever been grateful for anything? No, you see, Tracy, she's toying with you, but you are too greedy or single-minded to realize it. I'll tell you what, dear. Why don't you just -- you just run along home, because this auction doesn't concern you and you will never touch a penny of the profits. All right, let's go kids. The security director's waiting.
Maxie: Mr. Lansing.
Ric: Oh, please. It's Ric. Where are you going with all of that food?
Cameron: Maxie, good. My colleagues were starting to look like they were going to devour each other. Counselor.
Ric: You're having a meeting in the hotel?
Cameron: G.H. doctors can be incredibly finicky. They hate the hotel food almost as much as the cafeteria.
Maxie: Yeah. We should get it up there.
Lorenzo: Carly Corinthos, this is Jen McNeill of McNeill, Baxter, & Connelly.
Carly: You're an attorney?
Jen: Mr. Alcazar has filled me in on your case, although I understand there's been some new developments.
Carly: My husband got a restraining order barring me from contact with my children. Do you think you can help?
Jen: Look, I've litigated hundreds of custody cases.
Lorenzo: And she doesn't lose.
Sonny: Sam, what's the rush?
Sam: I am the one who found the Courage, and now Nikolas and the Quartermaines think they can sell the treasure off to the highest bidder? They're going to have to tie me down first.
Sonny: You know it's not going to be easy. You're going to have a vault and you're going to have guards. You're going to have all kinds of things there. I mean --
Sam: Look, I don't need a lecture on impossible odds or knowing when to quit right now.
Sonny: You know what? Listen to me. I don't do lectures. And I don't give up. All right? Especially when I need something.
Travis: Yes! I totally nailed that level. Go, Travis.
Georgie: Look, I didn't say anything about having sex with you tonight.
Georgie: I don't want to have sex with you tonight, but if you come with me, I'll buy you all the room service that you want.
Travis: I have practice, and then Iím supposed to go over to Jimmy's house to watch the game. He's getting a keg.
Georgie: I need you to stay overnight.
Travis: Without sex? Look, Georgie, there's two things Iím always down for -- sports and hooking up. If I can have both --
Georgie: Look, I'll write your English paper. I'm really smart. You'll get an A.
Travis: I only need a C to keep my average.
Georgie: We just met each other. I can't have sex with you.
Travis: Cool. Then Iíll go over to Jimmy Barraís house to watch the game. Later.

Travis: You're into the Quartermaine kid. I get it. No worries, Jones.

Travis: The way I see it, you like Dillon and he likes you back. I mean, why are you guys making this so hard? Tell Dillon the truth and save yourself the homework.
Dillon: Have another fight?
Georgie: I don't even know.
Dillon: Well, spill. See these ears? See them? So made for listening.
Georgie: You know how you once told me that the thing you liked about me most was that I never tried to act like someone I'm not?
Dillon: Yeah. There's a lot of reasons I like you. That's one of the best.
Georgie: So I can't believe Iím doing this. I thought I'd rather die before I became some sellout.
Dillon: You're not. You're real, Georgie. You see things and people exactly the way you should. You just -- you know, you hope that they see you back. That takes courage. Don't let tom take that away from you.
Georgie: I need to tell you something about Tom, and it's going to change everything.
Maxie: Zander, it's me. I have your food.
Zander: You're alone?
Maxie: No, I brought Cameron Diaz. Of course I'm alone.
Zander: That's very funny.
Maxie: Wait, come on. Just because you're shot doesn't mean that we can't laugh, right?
Maxie: Come on, Iím only trying to cheer you up. Can you at least pretend like it's working?
Zander: This helps, Maxie. Thank you. You went above and beyond.
Maxie: Someone's coming.
Jason: How are the kids?
Courtney: Well, Morgan is in perfect health. Bobbie took them to the cafeteria. Michael wanted a snack.
Courtney: Listen. Do you really think it was necessary to warn Michael about Brian?
Jason: Courtney, he has got to learn that you just can't trust anyone.
Courtney: Yeah, but Brian is -- I don't know. I mean, there's been times when he's been really great for Michael.
Jason: Yeah, well, it was all an act. Brian shot Sonny when he was unarmed. He used Michael to get in the penthouse to look at files.
Courtney: Jason, I know all this, ok? I just don't see why Michael has to.
Jason: Brian was about to shoot me in the back.
Courtney: I am not defending Brian, ok? I just hate that any of us have to be in this situation; that your business involves the kind of work where a cop uses a little kid for information.
Jason: So what, are you going to blame me for Brian using Michael?
Courtney: No, come on. I'm just saying that it all connects. I mean, your job -- it ends up hurting everybody in the end, including the people that you'd die for. Oh God, Jason, Michael is -- he is the most wonderful kid in the world. He is so warm and loving, and he trusts. Pretty soon, Michael is going to shut down, and he won't even be able to let someone teach him how to play catch, because the only people he's allowed to trust are you and Sonny.
Jason: And you. He can trust you.
Courtney: Oh, really? Well, for how long? You know, I don't agree with the way that Sonny's acting so pretty soon he is going to turn against me, too. He's already thrown Carly out of her own kids' lives. You're the only person that those kids are going to have left. Michael and Morgan are the real victims here, Jason, and Carly and Sonny are going to war over those boys. Maybe -- maybe you can stop it by making them come to some sort of a compromise. If you don't, you know, Michaelís heart is going to be broken for good.
Carly: Can Sonny really use this to keep me away from Michael and Morgan? I'm their mother.
Justus: Carly's the biological mother. Judges are disinclined to ignore that bond.
Sonny: Even when the mother puts her child at risk? Huh? This is Michael and Morganís home. She had some psychopath come in here and take them away. Who knows where they would have gone if I hadn't found her first?
Carly: I wasn't trying to steal the boys, and Lorenzo didn't have to break in.
Lorenzo: Sonny put guards in place to keep Carly away.
Carly: I had to see my children. I needed to hold them. I needed to reassure them.
Lorenzo: I've already explained to her that losing her temper will only make things worse.
Jen: Mr. Alcazar is right. You have to just follow the restraining order until I can have it revoked.
Carly: So Sonny really can keep me away from my kids?
Jen: For the time being. I mean, if you want to get your kids back, you have to just swallow your pride and be patient. If you get hostile or combative, Sonny will use it against you.
Justus: We're going to have to prove Carlyís unfit if you want full custody. It'll get ugly, Sonny.
Sonny: Do what you have to do, Justus.
Justus: I'll have to dredge up Carlyís past, every mistake she's ever made. It could take a long time and tear your kids apart. Are you prepared for that?
Sonny: Carly asked for this.
Justus: Is this about revenge or the best interests of your children?
Carly: The marriage is over. Sonny doesn't matter to me anymore. Once I am with my boys, he will just be a distant memory.
Sonny: The kids are all I care about. Everything -- everything will be fine once Carlyís out of our life for good.
Dillon: You know you can tell me anything, right?
Georgie: Actually, this is less about Tom and more about us.
Georgie: You broke my heart when I found you in bed with Sage. It was like everything that came before was a lie.
Dillon: Yeah. That's exactly how I felt when you broke up with me when I came back from that island.
Georgie: I was trying to protect you.
Dillon: So you lied. I mean, maybe I should have figured it out. I don't know. Maybe -- I tried talking to you, more than once, but you stayed strong. You wouldn't back down.
Georgie: We both made mistakes that we can't take back.
Dillon: If this were a movie, this would be the third act where we realize that we still care about each other and we --
Sage: Guess what came in the mail today.
Dillon: Look, I'm kind of in the middle of something, ok? Can you --
Sage: "Desperate Sunrise" -- R.K.O., 1932. There's an old film company in Marin that's restoring classical films, and this one just got transferred.
Georgie: I'm sure you guys can't wait to watch it together.
Dillon: Georgie, don't do this.
Sage: Do what?
Dillon: Look, we're in the middle of a conversation. I'd really appreciate it if you would just take --
Georgie: I can keep this short. I -- I still care about your feelings, Dillon.
Dillon: You care?
Georgie: Tom wanted to surprise me with a Valentineís Day gift, but he couldn't wait. He rented a room for us at the Port Charles hotel tonight.
Dillon: No, but that's -- that's where we --
Georgie: That's where we almost made love, I know. I didn't want to spoil it by telling him that we'd been there, too.
Dillon: So you're telling me?
Georgie: I didn't want you to hear it from anyone else.
Dillon: How considerate.
Georgie: I've moved on, Dillon. You ended us a long time ago.

Sage: A hotel room sounds great. Maybe we should get one, too.
Dillon: Yeah, maybe we should.
Georgie: So, we're all set for later, right?

Georgie: Pull out my chair.
Sage: I only said we should get a hotel room to pay Georgie back for throwing that thing with Tom in your face. I know you don't want to spend a night in a hotel room with me, and I'm really not up for a night of rejection, so --
Dillon: Wait. Georgie's going to be at that hotel, and so are we.
Zander: I can't stay here much longer.
Maxie: You weren't going to shoot, were you?
Zander: No. This gun is just to protect myself. I do not want to hurt anybody if I don't have to.
Maxie: Good. Just so you know, Ric caught me with the food, and it is a pretty big bag, and he was a little suspicious.
Zander: What did he say?
Maxie: Well, your dad bailed me out. He said that doctors and him were having a meeting or something, and I was bringing them take-out.
Zander: He's just feeling guilty.
Maxie: Well, it seems like he cares.
Zander: It doesn't matter. My father wishes I was dead instead of my brother. It's too late to make amends.
Cameron: Alexis, thanks for coming.
Alexis: Did you find Zander?
Cameron: I want you to take his case.
Alexis: You know I can't do that. It's a conflict of interest.
Cameron: Alexis, he's been shot. He's in the basement of this hotel with a loaded gun.
Alexis: Then go down there and help him.
Cameron: I've done all he'll allow. Now, if somebody doesn't talk him down, he'll probably be killed resisting arrest. Alexis, I can't help my son. Maybe you can.
Edward: This new security system is state of the art.
Tracy: Well, it better be.
Nikolas: Don't worry. Blackthorn's treasure is safe.
Emily: Even from you.
Woman: Mr. Quartermaine --
Woman: Cassandra Kanelos, chief electrician for the hotel. I need a word with you.
Edward: Well, I'm sorry, but we're very busy with all of our preparations for the auction.
Cassandra: Well, you'll have to cancel. The new security system is overloading the electrical grid. The next time someone turns on a hair dryer, the whole place could blow.
Zander: Are you going to eat those?
Maxie: No. They're all yours.
Zander: Oh, thank you.
Maxie: So where do you think you'll go next?
Maxie: Wow. You say that like you really mean it.
Zander: I do. I should have gone there before, but someone stopped me. This time nothing will.
Alexis: He's your son. You're going to have a much better effect on him than I will.
Cameron: I wish. Alexis, he respects you. If you talk to him, he just might turn himself in.
Edward: The security system will only be running during the duration of the auction.
Cassandra: I'm not sure you understand the severity of the overload.
Edward: Ms. Kanelos, this auction will not be canceled, and it is your job to see that it goes off without a hitch. That electrical grid can certainly handle the extra load for 24 hours. Now, if anything goes wrong and there are any problems, lady, it's your job. Is that clear?
Edward: This auction is critical to the Quartermaines, and nothing must go wrong!
Sonny: There are you guys. I was looking on the other side.
Sonny: Hey, buddy, what's up? How'd Morgan do with the doctor?
Jason: Good. He's good.
Sonny: Guess what, buddy. I got a hockey stick in the limo. You want to go to the rink?
Michael: Jason said he'd help me with my train at home.
Sonny: Ok. Then that's fine. We just go home and Leticia will make us some hot chocolate, all right?
Michael: I want to ride with Jason in his truck.
Sonny: Ok. I'll take Morgan home then, all right?
Michael: We actually already promised him that he could stay out for a little bit. He likes it.
Sonny: Ok. Then Iíll just go ahead and I'll walk Morgan and I'll be home.
Jason: Go to the truck. I'll meet you in a second. Hey, hey, don't worry about it. I'll talk to him. It's cool.
Sonny: Yeah. Hey. There he is.
Sonny: Don't even think about it, Carly.
Sam: [Affected accent] yes, Iíll be attending the Quartermaine auction tonight. I want to be sure my potential investment is safe. Exactly what kind of added security measures has the hotel put into effect for the evening?
Coleman: Oh, hey.
Tracy: Mr. Coleman. Nice to see you. Sorry we got interrupted yesterday. I have a job for you.
Coleman: Is it challenging?
Tracy: Not for a man of your talents. Actually, I have laid the groundwork.
Coleman: What is this some sort of a security setup or something?
Tracy: Actually, there is a very valuable treasure going to be auctioned off in the Versailles room tonight. Your job is to steal it and deliver it to me.
Coleman: Sweet. I like it. I like it.
Cassandra: A.D.A. Lansing, Cassandra Kanelos, chief electrician for the hotel.
Ric: Well, how can I help you?
Cassandra: Well, you know about the auction being held here this evening?
Ric: Yeah, I've read something about it.
Cassandra: We're here to upgrade security. They just installed this high-tech security system and state-of-the-art safe.
Ric: Well, if you need any help from the PCPD, I'll make sure that you get it.
Cassandra: It's not that. The hotel wiring can't handle the new system. There's a serious safety hazard.
Ric: How serious?
Cassandra: If the system overloads, it could result in a fire.
Zander: Ah --
Maxie: No, no, it's ok, it's ok. I got it. Save your strength for the road. You're going to need it.
Zander: You've been amazing, Maxie. I would never have had a chance without you.
Maxie: I'm glad I could help.
Zander: You did more than that. You saved my life, and more important, you were good to me. In case I don't get the chance to say it, I just -- I want to say thanks.
Cameron: Alexander? It's me. I brought Alexis. Alexander.
Alexis: Zander? It's me, Alexis. Your father said that you might be willing to talk, turn yourself in.
Maxie: Zander -- Zander, no! Zander. Zander.
Zander: My father's wrong.

Jason: You know, I think it's going to work pretty good.

Michael: When's mommy coming home?
