General Hospital Transcript Monday 9/15/03
Proofread by Doris
Alexis: Thank you, officer. How are you holding up?
Stefan: Well, the accommodations leave much to be desired. But I'm sure that will change soon. How was Athens? Overrun by tourists, as usual?
Alexis: It was very informative.
Stefan: So your mission of truth was a success?
Alexis: I can prove that Darius killed summer.
Stefan: At Lydia's request?
Alexis: At your request. I can also prove that you had Darius killed.
Ned: What do you mean, rape? I didn't go near you tonight.
Andy: But you've been with this young lady before?
Ned: No, no.
Cindy: I -- I just want him to leave me alone. I -- I thought that if I went there tonight --
Ned: Look, officer, this whole thing is a setup. I swear to you.
Cindy: You didn't have to do this to me. All I wanted to do --
Ned: Who's paying -- who's paying you? Who's paying you to ruin my life?
Cindy: I'm sorry! Don't be mad at me!
Andy: Cuff him now.
Ned: No, look, I didn't do anything. We -- I didn't -- I swear to you, I didn't do anything.
Skye: Well, wait, just calm down, everybody, ok? Look, I -- I think that maybe I can help.
Andy: All right, all right, hold off.
Skye: Ok. Now, she called Ned and told him to meet her at the hotel. I was there when she called him.
Cindy: And you showed up at the hotel.
Andy: Is that true?
Skye: Yes. I wanted to make it clear to her that we were onto her.
Cindy: No, and I explained everything, didn't I? About how Eddie's been harassing me on the phone and in person!
Ned: I didn't go to the hotel! Tell them, Skye! Tell them! I have been with her the entire evening!
Cindy: That's a lie!
Skye: Actually, Ned, you haven't.
Carly: Oh, my God. No -- oh, my God --
Audrey: You have five seconds to get away from my granddaughter or I'm calling security.
Ric: Audrey, I -- I didn't approach Elizabeth.
Audrey: I want you out of this hospital.
Ric: I just want to make sure that she's ok.
Audrey: Elizabeth wouldn't be here if not for you.
Ric: No, that's not true. I had nothing to do with her hit-and-run.
Audrey: Oh, spare me, Mr. Lansing. I've heard it all from much better liars than you.
Ric: My feelings for Elizabeth are not a lie. Look, Audrey, there's no earthly reason for me to be pursuing her at this point except for the fact that I do love her. I think that we can get back together again.
Audrey: Three --
Ric: I'm not leaving, all right? I'm not giving up.
Audrey: I'm calling security.
Elizabeth: Gram, wait.
Elizabeth: It's ok. Let Ric stay. I need to speak with him.
Jason: It's ok. It was a nightmare.
Courtney: But it felt so real.
Jason: Did it trigger a memory?
Courtney: No. At least not yet. But why would I -- why would I dream something so terrible, Jason?
Jason: Well, we just came from the hospital. Elizabeth was in a hit-and-run like yourself. It makes sense that you would dream about it.
Courtney: Why would I dream I was driving a car at myself?
Jason: I don't know. Dreams aren't supposed to make any sense.
Courtney: Oh, God, I just wish I had my car. I need to see it. I need to make sure there wasn't any damage.
Jason: The car was stolen.
Courtney: Ok. All right, in the dream, I -- I could hear the car running really loud and I was driving, but then -- gosh, then everything shifts and I'm standing in the middle of the street. There's a car coming at me and I'm screaming.
Jason: It's ok. You were scared. You were scared. It doesn't mean that you had anything to do with what happened to Elizabeth.
Courtney: Jason, I drove home from the park that night. I took a lot of pills.
Jason: Do you know how many?
Courtney: I lost track. I mean, I know for sure I took one at the park, and then I took some here before I left.
Courtney: I ran into Alcazar. He said something about the baby, I lost it, and by the time I got to the car, I was crying so hard I couldn't even see straight. I could've done this, Jason. I could've hit Elizabeth and kept on driving.
Sonny: I just need you to find Carly, Meyer, that's all. She -- she left her club on foot. I don't think she could've gotten very far. No, we didn't fight. I'm -- look, I don't -- who knows what Carly does? The point is she's pregnant, she's at risk. I just need you to get everybody you can on this and call me as soon as you hear anything.
Carly: No -- oh, God -- ok. Ok. Ok. It's ok. All right, I can do this. I'm -- it's all -- it's all right.
Lorenzo: Don't move. Don't move! Don't move! Ok, hold still.
Carly: Oh, my God.
Lorenzo: Grab my arm. Got me?
Lorenzo: Now push. Kick with your feet. Come on.
Lorenzo: Come on. Come on. Push! Ok. You're all right. You all right? You're safe. You're safe, Carly.
Carly: Thank you.
Lorenzo: You're welcome.
Stefan: If Darius is dead, he was killed in a small plane crash. It has nothing to do with me.
Alexis: When Darius lived in the states, he had all of his mail sent to his sister. His sister kept all the letters, didn't open any of them.
Alexis: And she gave them all to me. Darius mailed this letter to himself. It's postmarked the night that Summer was killed. You can check it out if you'd like. I certainly have had it checked out. I've had it photoed, and there's an affidavit stating that this letter was sealed when I received it.
Stefan: I appreciate your attention to detail. I always have.
Alexis: "If someone is reading this, I am dead like the woman I pushed from the cliff tonight. Stefan Cassadine has dismissed me for killing the wrong woman instead of Emily Quartermaine like he ordered me to do. If I've disappeared, Stefan Cassadine has had me killed to keep me quiet. May God forgive me for what I've done."
Stefan: To whom have you shown this letter?
Alexis: No one.
Alexis: Do you have any remorse at all?
Stefan: That letter is an obvious fabrication. Darius was setting the stage for blackmail. He died before he had a chance to collect.
Alexis: So you're denying that you had -- had him killed?
Stefan: Yes, I'm denying it. I didn't kill Darius or Summer.
Alexis: You saying that you were framed?
Alexis: I don't believe you.
Stefan: Well, you better start if you want to get your daughter back.
Alexis: Stop doing that to me. I am not going to defend you, knowing that you're guilty.
Stefan: We're all guilty of something, Alexis, you every bit as much as I.
Alexis: I'm taking this letter to Mac.
Stefan: Oh, well, if you hurry you'll catch him before he charges Ned with rape -- thanks to you.
Ned: Whose side are you on?
Skye: Please don't misunderstand, any of you. I'm not saying that I actually believed that Ned ever showed up at that hotel.
Cindy: Yes, he did.
Andy: Look, were you with him all evening or not?
Skye: Well, there was a very small window of time when I was not, but that's all I'm saying. We were at the cellar together when he got the phone call, and I went to the hotel to confront Cindy -- or whatever the hell her name is -- to tell her to leave us alone.
Cindy: And I told you he was stalking me, didn't I?
Ned: That's ridiculous!
Cindy: And I told you about the phone calls.
Andy: Did you call this young lady?
Ned: No, I did not call her.
Skye: Yes, it doesn't take very much imagination to rip your own clothes.
Cindy: How could I do this to myself?
Andy: All right. Look, there is no question that this woman has been assaulted.
Cindy: He showed up right after you left.
Andy: Now, did you see Mr. Ashton after you left the hotel room?
Skye: Well, no, but that doesn't mean he did this.
Cindy: He was furious. He heard our whole conversation and told me that if I had told anybody that I'd just really have to pay!
Ned: No, no, you're lying! Look, I wasn't at the hotel tonight! You can check with the staff.
Cindy: He said that his family owns that hotel and if -- if I said anything that they would lie for him!
Skye: Unless you paid them off.
Cindy: With what? I don't have any money and I'm not trying to hurt anyone. I had a crush on Eddie Maine. It was the biggest mistake I had ever made. How can you sing about love and about romance and having fun and then do this to me?
Ned: I didn't -- I didn't do anything to you. You know that.
Andy: Did you have a relationship with this young lady?
Ned: Of course I didn't.
Cindy: That's a lie. You made me go to that hotel.
Edward: Why is there a police car in the driveway? Why'd you come back here, young lady?
Andy: Do you know this girl?
Edward: What happened to you?
Cindy: I believed in Eddie Maine.
Andy: How do you know her?
Edward: Well, she -- she left her diary on our front doorstep.
Ned: Am I the only one who can smell a setup here?
Edward: Now, listen, someone needs to tell me what's going on here.
Ned: She's accusing me of raping her.
Andy: All right, look, we've got enough to take him downtown. Cuff him. Edward Lawrence Ashton, you're under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Ric: Thanks -- thanks for letting me in.
Elizabeth: Did you hear the song?
Elizabeth: Did you think about that night at the cellar when we were dancing?
Ric: What else could I think about?
Elizabeth: Remember you took the flowers off the table and you put them in my hair.
Elizabeth: Freesia, I think they were. God they smelled so wonderful.
Ric: Yeah, everything about that night was wonderful. We were dancing so close together. It's like we were one person. Nothing else mattered in the world at all.
Elizabeth: I was so in love with you.
Ric: What if we could go back to that night, you know, start over?
Elizabeth: Were you thinking about the panic room that night?
Elizabeth: Oh, come on, Ric. The cellar is dark and closed in. It's Carly's space that your brother paid for. I mean, is that where you got the idea?
Ric: You know what?
Elizabeth: Did you maybe want to take Carly that night and I just -- I got in your way?
Ric: You know what? You're getting yourself all upset over something that never happened.
Elizabeth: Oh, now you're saying the panic room never happened.
Ric: No, that night was about us, Elizabeth, not Sonny.
Elizabeth: Wrong. It's always about Sonny and taking what he loves the most.
Ric: Elizabeth, I'm trying to move forward here, but I don't know how. I know I've done horrible things and I'm truly sorry.
Elizabeth: So how much did you pay Maxie to play that song?
Ric: I didn't. I asked her to set it up here, the C.D. And the player, so -- in hopes that it would make you feel better.
Elizabeth: No, you played that song so it would make me sad and vulnerable.
Ric: No, Elizabeth --
Elizabeth: That's how you like me the best, isn't it, Ric? So you can just do your little manipulations and -- you know, you'd do anything to get what you want.
Ric: I was hoping that you might find comfort in the memory.
Elizabeth: In the memory of what might have been? The memory of what will never happen?
Ric: We could go back to that night, you know, to that dance.
Elizabeth: The man I danced with doesn't exist. The love we had wasn't real, and the things we shared were built on lies and deception.
Ric: Ok, you know what? You can choose to believe that, but you cannot deny that you still feel something for me.
Elizabeth: I don't even know who you are. I don't even trust you, and without trust we have nothing. We never did. You can leave now. Gram's just dying for an excuse to call security.
Ric: You know what? You're not fighting me, you're fighting yourself.
Elizabeth: All I have to do is scream.
Ric: I'm going, all right? I'll tell you what -- I'm sorry for a lot of things, but I'm never going to apologize for trying to help. I love you and I always will.
Jason: Just take some deep breaths and relax, ok?
Jason: All right. We're going to retrace your steps on the night Elizabeth got hit. Where were you parked?
Courtney: Um -- near the -- the south gate to the park.
Jason: Ok. Which way did you drive home?
Courtney: I -- I took Elm Street to Harbor View, but then I -- I took a shortcut through the brownstones -- that's where they found Elizabeth, Jason.
Jason: Ok. Just hold on. You're remembering all this stuff. You would remember if you hit Elizabeth. Tell me what happened next.
Courtney: Um -- I came back to our building, but there was a line outside the parking garage and I wanted to get home, so I parked outside and I came up here.
Jason: Ok, and then that's when I came home and you were asleep on the couch.
Courtney: Yeah. Then we talked about -- about going to the island.
Courtney: I didn't even think about my car, but what if I forgot about Elizabeth, too?
Jason: Courtney, hitting somebody with your car is going to make a loud noise. You're definitely going to feel that impact.
Courtney: Ok, but what about the dream?
Jason: You didn't hit Elizabeth in your dream. You didn't hit Elizabeth for real, either. Ok?
Jason: What's up?
Sonny: Carly never came home from the club.
Jason: What -- do you think she was grabbed?
Sonny: I mean, Johnny was outside the main entrance. Carly must've gone out through Kelly's. I'm telling you, she did this on purpose. She did this -- she wanted to go out on her own.
Jason: All right, are you going to be ok?
Courtney: Yeah, go, I'm fine, just go.
Jason: All right. Sonny, don't worry, we'll find her.
Sonny: Don't worry about -- that my pregnant wife was kidnapped for months? Now she's ditching her guards? What the hell's she doing? What if something went wrong? What if somebody took her again?
Lorenzo: How are you feeling?
Carly: I'm ok.
Lorenzo: Is the baby all right?
Carly: Yeah, he seems to be.
Lorenzo: When I gave you the keys to Courtney's car, I figured you'd get rid of it. I had no idea you were going to get yourself pulled off a cliff.
Carly: Then why'd you follow me?
Lorenzo: Well, it occurred to me you might need a ride home, and I couldn't imagine you were going to call a cab to come to the cliff where you were going to ditch the car. And I didn't want you walking back to town in your condition. You're pregnant, Carly. You need to be more careful.
Carly: Yeah, well, why didn't you ditch the car, then?
Lorenzo: I offered to and I would have, had I known you were going to risk your life to get rid of it.
Lorenzo: You sure you're all right?
Carly: Yeah, I just need a place to clean up.
Lorenzo: Maybe I should take you to the hospital.
Carly: No. I'm fine. The baby's fine, he's kicking. I need a place to wash up.
Lorenzo: Guest room down the hall, second door on the right.
Carly: You know, you don't know me at all. You have no idea the kinds of scams I've pulled off.
Lorenzo: I'm looking forward to learning all about them.
Carly: The point is I understand how you think -- everything costs. So what do you expect from me in return for this? I called.
Alexis: No one will ever or should ever believe that Ned raped anybody.
Stefan: There's proof of his predilection for young girls.
Alexis: One unsubstantiated allegation is a far cry from a sexual assault.
Stefan: Well, Alexis, the allegations are no longer unsubstantiated. I've created the most efficient way to make Ned look like an unfit father -- at your request.
Alexis: I never wanted you to ruin his life and I never wanted him sent to jail.
Stefan: You knew that was my intention from the start.
Alexis: I did not, and I want it stopped. I am not going to be a party to this.
Stefan: Well, just to be clear, if you give Darius' letter to Commissioner Scorpio, the setup against Ned will be exposed. He'll be found innocent and you will be blamed for the entire incident.
Alexis: You framed me.
Stefan: Now you know how it feels, dear sister. I've created a paper trail that leads directly back to you. If it ever comes to light, you'll never see Kristina again.
Alexis: Why would you do this to me? You planned this from the beginning.
Stefan: I anticipated -- and accurately -- that you would need added motivation to assist in my defense.
Alexis: You killed an innocent woman!
Stefan: And I am telling you I didn't!
Stefan: You either accept my version of events and find a way to prove it in a court of law, or you will forfeit custody of your daughter!
Courtney: I got it. Here.
Elizabeth: I -- Courtney?
Courtney: Look, I know it's late.
Elizabeth: Is Jason with you?
Courtney: No, I'm alone. Do you want me to get you some water?
Elizabeth: You know, I can do it myself if you just give me the cup.
Courtney: Yeah, it's right here.
Elizabeth: Thank you. Thanks.
Courtney: I -- um -- I was with Jason earlier, and I just wanted to apologize for the way I acted to you when you came to see him the other day.
Elizabeth: Let me guess -- you heard me yelling at poor Maxie, so you sent Jason in here to face me alone?
Courtney: Well, you were already upset. I didn't want to risk making things worse.
Elizabeth: So why come back?
Courtney: Jason's working and I -- I was just sitting there alone, thinking about what happened to you. You know, I -- I was in a hit-and-run a couple of months ago, and I was sure that Ric had something to do with it, but there wasn't any proof. You know, the cops listed it as being unsolved. Anyway, it's just still out there, dangling like an unanswered question.
Elizabeth: Hmm. At first I thought Ric was the one that hit me, too.
Courtney: Oh, Sonny said that -- um -- that Faith was the prime suspect.
Elizabeth: Oh, the police don't really -- they don't really know anything. I mean, it could've even just been a drunk. I don't know. Whoever it was, though, I hope they get locked up in a tiny, dark cage for a very long time.
Courtney: Elizabeth? Are you ok?
Elizabeth: The car.
Courtney: Do -- do you -- what, do you remember -- remember something about the car that hit you?
Lorenzo: You're certain the car went into the lake? And no one saw? What about the tracks? Did you cover them? Go back and double-check. Make sure there's no evidence to connect Carly to any of this.
Sonny: What the hell have you done with my wife?
Sonny: Where's Carly?
Lorenzo: If Carly's gone, I didn't take her.
Sonny: If you've done anything to her --
Lorenzo: I would never hurt Carly.
Sonny: Let's go.
Lorenzo: They're gone.
Carly: Let me give them time to clear the building, and then I'm out of here.
Lorenzo: Why didn't you tell them you were here?
Carly: You know what, Lorenzo? You should just be glad that I didn't. I don't understand you. I really don't. I don't understand how the man who talked me through premature labor, the man who wanted to help save the world with Sophie Germaine could turn around and exploit Courtney's pain. Because that's exactly what you did. It's the only reason that you covered up the hit-and-run. It's all a game to you, isn't it?
Lorenzo: I'm not playing games.
Carly: Yeah, you are. Know your enemy -- that's Sonny. Exploit his weakness -- that would be me. And the closer I get to my due date, the more wired Sonny's going to get, and it is exactly how you want it, isn't it?
Elizabeth: I could see headlights, and the color of the car, it -- it was dark blue or -- or black.
Courtney: Do you -- do you remember who was driving?
Elizabeth: No, no, the lights were shining so bright and the car was coming way too fast.
Ric: Excuse me. I just got a florist who closed to make up a special bouquet for my wife.
Nurse: Oh, that's very sweet.
Ric: Yeah. He's going to have it in a couple of hours. I just want to make sure it goes into room 502. Can you do that for me?
Nurse: Of course.
Ric: But don't wake her up, ok, because I just want the scent of the flowers to be there when she wakes up.
Nurse: Actually, she has a visitor at the moment.
Courtney: Elizabeth, if there's any way that I can help you --
Elizabeth: Yeah, you can just tell me what time it is.
Courtney: I think it's around 11:00.
Elizabeth: Oh. No wonder I can't sleep. It's the time I usually paint. I should be painting right about now. I have at least three things to finish before the gallery show -- unless I decide to cancel it.
Courtney: Because of the accident?
Elizabeth: That, and the fact that Ric sponsored it and I'd rather not take anything from him at the moment. Hopefully, this whole stupid blindness thing will just be temporary and I'll be able to paint soon. I mean, that's -- that's what the doctors are saying. Anyway, there's nothing I can do about it tonight. Could you hand me the phone? I want to call the police.
Courtney: Right -- right now?
Elizabeth: Well, yeah, I want to report the color of the car that hit me.
Courtney: Well, maybe you should wait.
Skye: May I ask what Alexis Davis is doing here?
Andy: She's Stefan Cassadine's lawyer. They're having a conference. Look, this paperwork's going to take a while. Why don't you have a seat, ok?
Skye: How much were you willing to chalk up to coincidence? Stefan? Alexis? The groupie?
Ned: Why didn't you give me an alibi?
Skye: Because Cindy would've contradicted it on the spot.
Ned: You gave the cops a window of time.
Skye: Well, it was the truth, Ned. You were unaccounted for.
Ned: That doesn't mean I did it.
Skye: Well, just be thankful that I got those phone records out of the house. They're in my purse.
Ned: I didn't call Cindy 30 times. I didn't call her once.
Skye: Well, the records indicate otherwise. Obviously, somebody has a friend at the phone company.
Ned: Yeah, or plenty of money to buy one.
Edward: Ned, listen, I have some news. I just spoke with the top spin-control attorney in New York City, and he handles these -- these unfortunate celebrity situations all the time. You'll be out of here by morning.
Ned: So you think I did it?
Edward: Of course you didn't do it, but that's beside the point. All that little girl needs to do is shed a few tears for the news cameras and, buddy, your life is over.
Skye: He's right.
Edward: Didn't I tell you that those leather pants would get you into trouble? If you'd spend more time running E.L.Q. And less time doing God knows what as Eddie Maine, none of this would've happened. But listen, we're digging up some dirt on that little girl, and I know that we're going to --
Ned: No, no, no.
Edward: No what?
Ned: No, I don't want a cover-up. I want my name cleared.
Edward: Well, I want the stock market to turn around tomorrow morning, but that doesn't mean it's going to happen.
Ned: I didn't do this!
Edward: Well --
Ned: And I will prove it!
Edward: Ned, this is not some fly-by-night blackmail scheme. You look guilty as hell.
Ned: That's right, and whoever set me up knows what he's doing.
Skye: Or what she's doing.
Alexis: How'd you manage this from jail?
Stefan: Most of the groundwork was laid before I was arrested.
Alexis: If anybody actually hurt that girl --
Stefan: She's not a girl, Alexis. She's a legal adult with access to an underage birth certificate, and she's being well paid to lie through her teeth.
Alexis: I'm stopping this.
Stefan: Are you sure?
Alexis: I know my way around a paper trail. I'll get out of it.
Stefan: You're willing to bet your child on that?
Alexis: I heard what happened.
Skye: Who told you?
Alexis: Don't worry about it, it's only temporary.
Ned: Why do you say that?
Alexis: Just stay calm and keep quiet.
Ned: Alexis, what do you know about this?
Alexis: It's obvious that this girl is after money. I know that you would never do anything like that, Ned.
Skye: Would you?
Ned: Skye thinks you set me up so I'll lose Kristina.
Alexis: I'm sure she does.
Skye: Which isn't quite the same thing as, "gee, no, Ned, I don't think you did it."
Ned: I know we've had our differences, but I don't think you would attack me like this.
Alexis: I'm glad you understand that.
Skye: I'm sure you are. It's always much easier to destroy someone when they believe you're incapable of doing it. Fortunately for Ned, I'm much more pragmatic. You see, Stefan made a big public showing of washing his hands of you, and yet here you are defending him for murder. Why is that, Alexis? Did he do something for you in return, like setting Ned up for a rape that he didn't commit?
Alexis: As a matter of fact, I want to prove that you're innocent.
Ned: Well, I hope that's true. Because if I find out that you're involved in any way, it'll be the last time you go against me.
Andy: We need to get your prints. Let's go.
Skye: I must say, your work is very impressive, Alexis. Groupies in the park, diaries, young, naked girls in bed in front of Alice, no less.
Alexis: You need to stay out of this, Skye.
Skye: And those fake emails, well, they were very impressive, weren't they? And the rape charge -- I would've thought that you were far too politically correct for that. But I guess there's no level you wouldn't sink to.
Alexis: If you care about Ned at all, for once in your life, stay out of this.
Skye: Well, I think you overplayed your hand this time. See, because Ned is innocent, and when I prove that he is, you're going to lose Kristina forever.
Cindy: What do you think so far? Come on, Ms. Davis. How am I doing?
Carly: Oh, I'm sorry to worry you. I'll be home real soon. I love you.
Lorenzo: I'll drive you home.
Carly: No, you won't.
Lorenzo: Are you afraid of your husband?
Carly: Of course not.
Lorenzo: I understand.
Carly: No, you don't. Sonny came here tonight because he's worried about me, because his first wife was pregnant when she was killed in a car explosion that was meant for him. And if he found out that I almost fell off the side of a cliff because -- because, basically, I played into your hands, he'd kill you.
Lorenzo: And you don't want me dead.
Carly: I want you to leave me the hell alone.
Lorenzo: What if I can't?
Carly: Lorenzo, you are too smart to chase after something you can't catch. I love my husband, and I'm never leaving him.
Sonny: I don't care, just keep looking, Meyer.
Jason: Could be her.
Carly's voice: Hi. It's me. I know you must be crazy. I just -- I got tangled up in something after I left you at the club. I'm sorry to worry you, but I'll be home really soon. I love you.
Sonny: How does that sound to you?
Jason: Not scared. Kind of tense, something --
Sonny: I don't want to fight with her.
Jason: Sonny, then don't.
Sonny: But she disappears, she ditches a guard, she knows damn well she's going to walk through that door and lie to me instead of admitting where she was.
Jason: Whatever she's doing, she probably thinks it's for you.
Sonny: Are you defending her?
Jason: No, I'm just saying what you already know -- Carly does things that don't make sense to anybody but her. She used to be out for whatever she could get, now she's got what she wants -- she has you, she's got Michael, she's got the baby. So if she's lying, sneaking off, she probably thinks she's protecting you somehow.
Sonny: I hope you're right.
Jason: All right, well, I'll keep looking for her.
Sonny: No, no. You know what? Don't even bother because you're probably going to trip over all the people Meyer's got looking for her. Go back to Courtney and apologize to her that I dragged you out in the middle of the night searching for Carly.
Courtney: I -- you don't want to give the police the wrong information. I mean, do you remember whether the car was blue or black?
Elizabeth: Well, no, I -- I don't remember, but I know the car wasn't red or silver. I mean, that's something, isn't it?
Courtney: It's just -- it's better to be specific, you know, like a license plate number or a part of one. Did you see a license plate?
Elizabeth: No, no, it just -- it happened so fast. You know, maybe -- maybe I will wait just a little while, see if I can remember some more things before I -- I call the police.
Courtney: I should go.
Elizabeth: Courtney -- um -- whatever was happening the morning at your apartment, I -- are you ok? Did you work everything out?
Courtney: Yeah, I hope so.
Courtney: Look, Elizabeth -- um -- I know that we aren't friends, but Jason really cares about you. If he can help you, I -- I don't want to stand in the way.
Elizabeth: Thank you.
Courtney: Anyway, get some sleep, ok?
Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah, you, too.
Ric: You and Elizabeth were having a very interesting conversation.
Courtney: Get away from me.
Ric: Maybe I have something to contribute. When you store food, you want to keep it fresh.
Alexis: I don't know you.
Cindy: Sure. Whatever you say. You're the boss.
Alexis: I don't know anything about this.
Cindy: Hmm. You've been paying me off since day one. I have proof.
Alexis: I've never seen you before.
Cindy: That's not what it looks like on paper, and it's not what I'll say in court. Think about it.
Ned: You did this. You set me up, didn't you?
Stefan: I have no idea what you're talking about.
Ned: You won't get away with this, Stefan. I can promise you, you're not
going to get away with it! I promise you!
Stefan: It appears that girl needs medical attention.
Alexis: I've reconsidered.
Stefan: I thought you might.
Alexis: I'll -- I'll continue to defend you.
Stefan: You'll do better -- you'll say that I'm acquitted of all charges.
Courtney: I have nothing to say to you.
Ric: What are you doing visiting Elizabeth so late? I mean, somebody you don't necessarily like, and why do you care what she remembers?
Courtney: I was just trying to help, Ric.
Ric: Who sent you, Sonny or Jason?
Courtney: Nobody sent me.
Ric: Courtney, why don't you want her to go to the police?
Courtney: Just leave me alone.
Ric: Unless you have something to hide. Courtney, I don't mean to ask you this, but where exactly where you at 8:15 the night Elizabeth was hit? Did you have something to do with this?
Carly: Hey. I'm sorry. I'm really -- I'm sorry --
Sonny: What happened?
Carly: Worrying you and stuff. I just -- I got caught up after I left the club and -- um -- things just --
Carly: Took longer than I thought.
Sonny: Well, I was very worried, you know, very --
Carly: I'm sorry. Please, don't be upset, ok?
Sonny: Why don't you tell me where you really were?
Lorenzo: Corinthos, car bomb -- it has to be here.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Lydia: Stefan's using something against you.
Nikolas: I can make it stop, but my hands are tied unless you tell me what's going on.
Jason: You got a problem with Courtney? You talk to me.
Sonny: I hate when you lie.
Man: Sonny Corinthos.
Lorenzo: You're going to help me destroy him.
