Faith: Oh -- would you watch where you're going?

Georgie: What are you doing here?

Faith: Looking for your little boyfriend. Where is the stud?

Georgie: Why don't you just stay away from Dillon.

Faith: No need to get possessive. I'm just here to see a patient, Mr. Bentley.

Georgie: But that room's restricted -- family only.

Faith: Oh, that's ok, honey. I'm closer than family. I've been in bed with the guy. Hello, darling.

Ric: I'm not your darling.

Faith: Think again.

Zander: Elizabeth.

Elizabeth: Hey, Zander. I didn't see you.

Zander: Yeah, I noticed. What's going on?

Elizabeth: I don't really want to talk about it. Can I get you something? Do you want more coffee?

Zander: No. I'm just here getting breakfast for Em.

Elizabeth: Be good to her, Zander.

Zander: I am. I'm taking her out to Miller's Pond today.

Elizabeth: That's good. Make every second together count.

Nikolas: Zander. Listen, something important has come up. I need you to --

Zander: Well, it'll have to wait. Emily and I have plans today.

Nikolas: Well, there's -- there's been a change. Monica's about to tell Emily that the new chemo's too harsh for her to tolerate. She's going to need the both of us.

Emily: They had one of those banana slides, you know, where you sit on the potato sack and you fly down?

Monica: Yes. Yeah, I remember those.

Emily: Zander and I were laughing so hard, by the time we reached the bottom, we couldn't even stand.

Monica: I tried to reach you last night.

Emily: Oh, I'm sorry, Mom. I left the phone in the car and we stayed at Zander'S.

Monica: Well, you're here now, and we need to talk.

Emily: Mom, I know what you're going to say -- I'm overdoing it, I'm pushing too hard.

Monica: Ok, well, then, let's sit down.

Emily: Ok. Yeah, the thing is I can't help myself. For the first time in so long, I feel like living.

Monica: Well, that's good. I mean, that's all that we could hope for, right?

Emily: Yeah. You know, I understand that to heal I have to set some limits, so that's what I'm going to do. Today I'm going to be a vegetable, I'm going to lay like broccoli, I'm going to count clouds with Zander at

Monica: Yeah. Well, I'm afraid we're going to have to put those plans on hold for a little while. See, I got your results from your blood work back last night, and it doesn't look very good.

Emily: Ok.

Kyle: You finished?

Maxie: I'm not really that hungry.

Kyle: Oh, all right. Oh -- do you mind?

Maxie: No.

Kyle: Max, you ok?

Maxie: I'm tired, that's it.

Kyle: Hey, come on. I mean, I thought last night was pretty great.

Maxie: It was nice.

Kyle: When we were on the beach, you seemed to think it was a little better than just nice.

Maxie: It was cool, ok?

Kyle: Hey, come on, think about it. We're under the stars --

Maxie: You're right, ok? Being with you was what I needed -- an escape.

Kyle: From what?

Maxie: From myself, mostly.

Kyle: Maxie, I'm trying to follow, but I just don't get it.

Maxie: Forget about it. I'm late for the hospital.

Kyle: Look, see, there's something up. Why don't we hang out here for a while, I'll tell you a bunch of bad jokes, we'll order whatever you want. You'll feel better.

Maxie: I can't, ok?

Carly: Listen, the doctor said 24 hours, and it has been longer than that. Thank you.

Sonny: Yeah, I know. I just don't want you pushing yourself.

Carly: Getting off the couch is not pushing myself, I promise.

[Door opens]

Sonny: Hey.

Carly: Jason.

Sonny: You all right?

Jason: Yeah. It's good to see you.

Carly: Oh, hey. God --

Jason: Oh, man.

Carly: You always said you'd come get me, and you did.

Jason: I'm so glad that you're home.

Carly: Hmm.

Jason: Is the baby ok?

Carly: I'm sorry about Courtney.

Jason: It's not your fault.

Carly: Listen, she is strong and she is smart, and she will be able to handle Alcazar.

Jason: Courtney's coming home no matter what I have to do.

Lorenzo: I want updates every hour. If she spills her coffee, I want to hear about it.

Courtney: There's a lot of water out there.

Lorenzo: And not a rescuer in sight.

Courtney: I'm not worried.

Lorenzo: The sea can't be helping your morning sickness.

Courtney: Yeah, if I'm sick, it's because you're in the room.

Lorenzo: I'll leave.

Courtney: You know, I want to get something straight with you first. I may be stuck here, but I don't need you monitoring me 24/7. Why don't you just have the guard send in my dinner, because I really don't want to have to look at you.

Lorenzo: Listening at the door isn't polite.

Courtney: Neither is kidnapping.

Lorenzo: You misunderstood what you heard.

Courtney: You said that you needed constant surveillance for a woman, and since I'm the only hostage onboard, who else could it be?

Lorenzo: Don't try to get off the yacht. You won't survive this far out at sea.

Courtney: Do you have a girlfriend? Is that who you're stalking?

Lorenzo: Look, you don't enjoy my company, so I'll spare us this little exercise.

Courtney: It's Carly, isn't it? My God, it wasn't enough that you held her hostage, but now you're having her watched?

Lorenzo: A better question is, how far am I willing to go to get her back?

Courtney: That's called Stockholm Syndrome, right? But isn't the girl who's held supposed to fall in love with the guy who kidnapped her?

Lorenzo: Carly wasn't chained to a wall. She had free rein of this ship. She wasn't mistreated.

Courtney: Yeah, because you were becoming obsessed with her.

Lorenzo: I found Mrs. Corinthos interesting, intelligent. You bore me. Now, don't misinterpret my hospitality. You're here as collateral, so sit and wait.

Courtney: You know, if Carly was nice to you, polite, it's because she was using you. She loves my brother with everything that she has. And Carly was working you from the minute you trapped her on this floating prison.

Lorenzo: Was she manipulating me when we fought for her child's life together?

Courtney: Just shows you how far she would go to protect her kids.

Lorenzo: Hmm. Maybe you're right. Maybe I don't know enough about Carly.

Courtney: You never will. Carly's home now. She's safe.

Lorenzo: She was perfectly safe when she was here. She was starting to understand that. But you're a different story.

Sonny: Estas seguro? Ok, yo quiero jente en viente y cuatro horas. Es bien importante que me digan si algo cambio.

Carly: Any word?

Sonny: Morales has people at the compound. They haven't seen Alcazar, and there's no trace of Courtney.

Jason: Well, then, he's holding her somewhere else.

Sonny: Probably the yacht.

Carly: Ok, see, Jason? So it's good that you didn't stay in leon and you didn't go to the compound, because they probably wouldn't be there anyway.

Sonny: Ok, you know what? I got -- there's something else that morales told me. Let's go across the hall and talk about it.

Carly: Ok, no, you guys just stay here. I have to go anyway. You need to stay, figure out what you're going to do to get Courtney back.

Sonny: All right.

Carly: I got to go make an appointment with Dr. Meadows. And, you, I don't want you to worry because I'm going to be ok. I'm not going to go into premature labor or anything. I'm going to go with max to my appointment, and nothing bad is going to happen.

Sonny: I just want you to be careful, that's all.

Carly: I'll bring you a note from Dr. Meadows, ok?

Sonny: Tell her to call me.

Carly: I'm glad I'm home.

Sonny: Yeah.

Carly: I love you.

Sonny: I love you, too.

Jason: She seemed ok.

Sonny: Yeah, yeah, she's fine. I know it's hard to stop worrying. I stayed up last night, you know, just making sure Carly was breathing.

Jason: Yeah.

Sonny: It's killing you, this thing with Courtney?

Jason: Well, I left her.

Sonny: No, you -- you jumped out of a window to avoid getting shot. There's a difference. Where are you going? What is that?

Jason: It's just the ring that Courtney was supposed to give me at the wedding. I've had it since -- since the night Ric took Carly.

Sonny: Ok, don't do this to yourself. It's not your fault. That's what you tell me all the time.

Jason: It's my job! It was my job to keep Carly and Courtney safe, right? After the wedding didn't happen, I just held on to the ring.

Sonny: It's going to happen, Jason. We just got to nail that bastard.

Jason: When's it going to happen?

Sonny: Soon. Courtney can wait until then. He's not going to do anything to her. He didn't do anything to Carly.

Jason: As long we --

Sonny: He let her -- what?

Jason: As long as we keep giving him what he wants, right?

Sonny: We're going to give him what he wants! We just got to convince Alcazar that we're pushing drugs through our territory.

Jason: Well, things have changed now. He wants more.

Sonny: What are you saying? What do you mean, he wants more?

Jason: For some reason, I think Alcazar wants Carly now.

Faith: So, why the secret identity?

Ric: Nobody's supposed to know that I'm here.

Faith: Well, I figured it out. Alcazar is going to. That is who you're hiding from, right?

Ric: You know what? You're probably going to figure it out anyway. Lorenzo made a trade -- Courtney for Carly -- and Jason needs me to help find her. So until then, I'm safe.

Faith: Courtney. What do men see in that mountain-climbing Heidi wannabe?

Ric: She's a means to an end.

Faith: Oh, so you're going to trust Jason now? But, Ric, you are a sitting duck in this hospital. You can't stay here. But you're also lucky because I'm going to sneak you out of here and nurse you back to health.

Ric: I don't want anything from you, Faith. I came back for Elizabeth.

Faith: You are still hung up on that dime-store novelty? Well, then let me give you a little tip, ok? Next time somebody shoots you, lead with your head. It's obviously the thickest part --

ric: Are you through, huh?

Faith: I am trying to save you. Ok, when your wife finds out you're alive, she's going to go straight to the cops.

Ric: Well, then that's a chance I'm going to have to take. Look, I love elizabeth. She's all that matters to me.

Faith: But she doesn't have the guts to protect you.

Ric: I don't care. I want her to know that I'm at least trying to make things right.

Faith: Great. Fine. Have it your way. Go see the little wife. It doesn't really matter, does it? You're as good as dead anyway.

Elizabeth: Hi, Gram.

Audrey: Oh, Elizabeth. Oh, honey, it's so good to see you.

Elizabeth: I'm sorry I haven't called.

Audrey: No, no, don't you apologize.

I'm the one who has been wanting to talk to you, to hover -- oh, I don't know, say the right things.

Elizabeth: There's nothing anyone can do for me right now.

Audrey: I can listen. Oh, Darling, and I want to support you any way I can. Hey, hey, hey. What's the matter?

Elizabeth: I think Ric is dead.

Audrey: Oh, Sweetheart. Oh.

Elizabeth: Gram, I want you to know that I love you even if I don't say it enough.

Audrey: Yeah, I know you do. I know that.

Elizabeth: But I've come to say goodbye. I'm leaving Port Charles.

Monica: Em, your first priority is to get your white blood cell count up. Then you can talk to Dr. Misra. We can make a plan.

Emily: I've been going to the support groups. I've been -- been listening to the survivors there.

Monica: So you know -- you know there are setbacks.

Emily: But they did their chemo, Mom. They beat their cancer.

Monica: And they survived, and you will, too. It's just going to take time.

Emily: All right. This is my disease. I can't compare it to those other women.

Monica: Em, you're going to get through this.

Emily: My mother didn't. Maybe my cancer's just like hers. Maybe this is just my time.

Emily: Ok. I'm not wearing that.

Monica: Well, you don't have to put this on right away.

Emily: 12 hours ago Zander and I were spinning in teacups, watching the stars swirl above us.

Monica: Well, Zander and Nikolas are on their way over.

Emily: But how can they know, mom? I didn't --

Monica: I called Nikolas last night. I thought maybe you might want to talk to both of them.

[Door opens]

Zander: Hey.

Monica: Aha.

Nikolas: Hi.

Monica: Hi.

Zander: Hey, we just heard.

Emily: Yeah, me, too.

Nikolas: Have you seen your doctor?

Emily: No, just Mom.

Zander: Ok, Monica, what's going on? She was supposed to be responding to the new treatment.

Monica: Well, you know, it's not an exact science.

Zander: Ok, I understand that, but this is supposed to be helping her --

Monica: Zander, I share your frustrations. I'm not only a doctor. I am also a cancer survivor.

Zander: Monica, I'm sorry. I just -- you know, we have to help her.

Nikolas: We'll figure this out.

Zander: You up for that?

Emily: Yeah. It doesn't look like I have any choice.

Zander: Why don't we do this together, all of us.

Nikolas: I've already made the first move.

Georgie: Your room's almost ready, but in the meantime, I'll get you some magazines, ok? All right, just have a seat.

Maxie: I know I'm late, ok. Don't start.

Georgie: It's ok.

Maxie: I took forever to get a table at Kelly's, and I got in at, like, 3:00 this morning.

Georgie: I told Mac you were asleep by 10:00.

Maxie: You covered for me?

Georgie: Forget it.

Maxie: Well, do you want me to start making rounds with the book cart?

Georgie: I can do it. Could you take these magazines to Kate?

Maxie: Yeah. Is she new?

Georgie: Yeah. She just transferred.

Maxie: What's wrong with her?

Georgie: She's waiting for a heart transplant.

Jason: Sonny, when I found Alcazar holding Courtney, he wanted me to call you and arrange a trade -- Carly for Courtney.

Sonny: Yeah, well, he contacted me, wanted to talk to Carly. I refused, and he got a little upset about it.

Jason: Just it doesn't make any sense. Why does he want to hold a pregnant woman hostage? For what, more leverage? He thinks you're going to do more to protect your child?

Sonny: I don't know what this thing with Carly and Alcazar is, but I tell you what, it's not making the situation with Courtney any better.

Jason: I have to get Courtney away from Alcazar.

Lorenzo: You could improve your situation by giving me some information.

Courtney: I don't know anything about my brother's business.

Lorenzo: Then tell me something about Carly.

Courtney: I thought you knew everything about Carly.

Lorenzo: Oh, you disagree. So far I've found Carly to be competitive and fiery, determined -- quite beautiful.

Courtney: And married.

Lorenzo: People get divorced.

Courtney: She would never leave Sonny and definitely not for you.

Lorenzo: Anything Sonny has, I can take.

Courtney: My brother's a better man that you will ever be.

Lorenzo: Well, you had an opportunity to make your stay here more comfortable, and you turn it down.

Courtney: So what? What? I talk about Carly, and you do what? You give me an extra pillow? You give me dessert with dinner?

Lorenzo: Right now you get nothing.

Courtney: Fine. You want to hear about Carly? Fine. She loves beautiful things.

Lorenzo: Mm-hmm.

Courtney: But she's not selfish with the people she cherishes. She lent me this on my wedding day. It's really special to her.

[Gunshots and Courtney screams]

Lorenzo: That was a warning. Next time I won't miss.

Ric: Ooh! Ugh!

Ugh! Carly. You're ok?

Carly: No. I'm alive and my baby's alive. But because of you, my family has been through hell, and now Courtney is a hostage.

Ric: I know.

Carly: You are the worst thing that ever happened to us.

Ric: I guess I deserve that.

Carly: No, you deserve a whole hell of a lot worse.

Monica: No. Uh-uh.

Nikolas: I tracked down a specialist from Montreal, and his name is Dr. Andres.

Monica: Frederick Andres?

Zander: Is he good?

Monica: Well, he's the best. I mean, I don't know him, but I know that he is a pioneer in both diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Emily: So then, I'm going to Montreal?

Monica: Oh, no, no.

Nikolas: No.

Monica: It takes months to get a consultation.

Nikolas: Well, he's made an exception for Emily. Audrey Hardy set him up with an office here at G.H. He's reviewing your files right now.

Emily: You know, I shouldn't be surprised, but, Nikolas --

Nikolas: There's always -- always hope, Emily. You taught me that.

Doctor: Ms. Quartermaine?

Emily: Yes, I'm Emily Quartermaine. Hi.

Monica: Dr. Andres. I've heard so much about you. I am Dr. Monica Quartermaine.

Frederick: I've heard about you as well, Doctor. I'm glad Mr. Cassadine contacted me.

Zander: I'm Zander Smith. I'm with her.

Frederick: Would it be ok if I had a moment alone with the patient and her mother?

Nikolas: Yeah, of course.

Zander: Ok, we won't go far.

Emily: All right. Thanks.

Nikolas: She's trying to stay strong in there.

Zander: Always. I hope he can help.

Nikolas: And I hope he can, too. All differences aside, she's going to need all of us.

Maxie: Hey. You're waiting for a room, huh?

Kate: It was supposed to be ready before I got here.

Maxie: Yeah, there's a lot of waiting around in hospitals. That's why they have people like me. I'm Maxie Jones.

Kate: Kate Saylor.

Maxie: Look, I heard why you're here. Georgie's my sister.

Kate: She shouldn't be telling people my private business.

Maxie: No, she wouldn't. Except I know what you're going through. I had the same surgery, like, 10 years ago. It's -- it's really scary. I mean, I couldn't even pronounce half the things that were wrong with me back then.

Kate: You needed a new heart?

Maxie: Kids don't really understand that stuff, you know? I wasn't going to survive without a transplant. But the thing is, is that everyone's heart is special. I needed one that matched mine.

Kate: That's what I'm waiting for.

Maxie: It's really weird. I mean, the people who love you are so focused on the fact that getting this -- this piece of someone is going to keep you alive. But then you realize that for you to live someone else has to die. Everyone's going to tell you that it's meant to be, that you shouldn't feel guilty. But you will. My heart belonged to my cousin B.J. She got in a car accident, and her brain died, but her heart was still alive. I went into the operating room, and I -- I woke up with B.J.'s heart. She's like a ghost inside of me.

Kate: Do you miss it?

Maxie: What?

Kate: Your own heart.

Maxie: I miss it so much. Sometimes it's just like I don't even know who I am.

Lorenzo: Back away from the door.

Courtney: I'm no good to you dead.

Lorenzo: As long as you understand you're leverage and nothing more.

Courtney: Unlike Carly.

Lorenzo: Trying to manipulate me is a waste of time.

Courtney: So that none of the stuff you were doing was personal? Carly got to you, and you let it happen. That wasn't exactly smart.

Lorenzo: Your value to me is limited.

Courtney: You need me to stay alive so Sonny will agree to run your drugs through his territory. I get that. It's business.

Lorenzo: Where you're concerned, yes.

Courtney: But with Carly --

[Knock on door]

Lorenzo: Yes. Come in.

Man: The captain wanted you to know that there's rough weather in the south. If you're still planning on leaving, you should go now.

Lorenzo: She's not entitled to the same privileges as Mrs. Corinthos. You watch her carefully. She's going to try to escape. Make sure she doesn't.

Courtney: You're going to Port Charles, aren't you? Going to give Sonny another offer to get his wife?

Lorenzo: Don't you want to go home, Courtney? Or would you rather not find out that everyone, including your own fiance, thinks you're worth less than Carly?

Courtney: I wouldn't want Carly to take my place. She's already been through hell. She's had a terrible pregnancy.

Lorenzo: Exactly. So she should be sympathetic to your situation.

Courtney: Carly is home with her family now, and she's never going to leave them again.

Lorenzo: Hmm, she might when she finds out you're pregnant, too.

Sonny: One of Morales' people saw Alcazar on a service road --

Jason: Where? Where were they going?

Sonny: Probably to a private airstrip.

Jason: For what? To fly to the yacht?

Sonny: Probably, and now he's not going to allow any visitors this time.

Jason: See, Alcazar's never far away from reinforcements. Somebody in that organization has to know where he is, Sonny.

Sonny: We need somebody on the inside or at least somebody who has knowledge of the operation.

Jason: Ric.

Sonny: That's why you brought him back, right? Let's go.

Ric: I think you should leave.

Carly: Why? Am I making you nervous?

Ric: No, but I know what you're trying to do, so -- so go ahead, and you might as well say it and get it over with.

Carly: You're trying to control the situation, Ric. You're pathetic.

Ric: Well, like I said, I won't insult you by saying that I'm sorry for everything that I've put you through.

Carly: Good, because I wouldn't believe you anyway.

Ric: Look, I have nothing left, Carly. I told you -- I didn't mean for things to turn out this way.

Carly: You didn't mean for it to happen. And that's supposed to, what, excuse what you did, how you traumatized my child, how you kidnapped me in front of him?

Ric: Carly, I was desperate, all right? I felt like I didn't have a choice.

Carly: You locked me in a room, and you chained me to a wall! You isolated me, and you refused me proper medical attention when I was hurt. You made me sit there and watch you kiss your wife and tell her that you were going to give her a child, my child, which you would have had to kill me to get, Ric.

Ric: You're right. I can never make it up. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

Carly: You know what? No matter what amount of torture you put me through, I survived it. And that is why I am here -- to tell you that you did not win. And I'm going to make you pay for hurting my family for the rest of your miserable life.

Carly: What's wrong? You're not comfortable with the reversal of positions?

Ric: I don't see it that way.

Carly: I'm standing over you, I am free to live my life, and now you are the one who is helpless.

Ric: No. You're gloating.

Carly: Oh, am I?

Ric: Well, what do you expect me to say, Carly?

Carly: I expect you to say nothing! You need to shut up and you need to listen, because you tried to make me believe that Sonny had given up on me and that he had moved on with Faith, and I told you that he hadn't, that he was going to come and find me, and he did. And now I am home with the people I love and who love me. And you're here and you're lost and you have nothing -- no wife, no child. You tried to make me a prisoner, and I was, but I was never your victim.

Sonny: Carly, what are you doing?

Jason: Come on, Carly, let's go.

Carly: No, I'm not finished with Ric. You know, first, I thought that Jason should have left you in South America to die. But this is so much better, because Courtney's going to be home soon, because we're not giving up on her, either. And when she gets back, Alcazar will finish you off. And we will be the ones left standing, strong, because the Corinthos, we fight for our own. And you were never one of us, Ric. And you're never going to be.

Sonny: Come on, get her --

Carly: Ok.

Sonny: Take her. Make sure she's all right, huh?

Ric: Carly came to me, Sonny. I didn't want to fight.

Sonny: Carly said what she had to say, and she's right. We beat you, but the game's not over. Now, I have to go help my sister. Do you understand that she's with Alcazar because of you? Huh?

Ric: Yeah.

Sonny: I want you to think, did Luis have a favorite port? A place where people would look the other way when he docks?

Ric: Of course he does -- Palermo, Puerto Vallarta, the Aegean. He's an international crime lord, Sonny.

Sonny: That's not helping me much, there, Ric.

Ric: I'm not lying to you. I got nothing left anymore.

Sonny: Well, I guess then we'll have to find Courtney on our own.

Ric: Oh, so you're going to just leave me here for Alcazar's people to come get me, is that it?

Sonny: I hope he crucifies you.

Ric: So that's it, huh? I don't matter at all to you?

Sonny: Not even God would help you out, Ric. And personally, I'm not interested in hearing you scream for mercy.

Maxie: Look, I don't mean to sound ungrateful, Kate.

Kate: You couldn't be. Look at you. You're so healthy and you're beautiful.

Maxie: The thing is, Kate, it's much better to live than die. The heart that you're going to lose has gotten you this far, but the one you're going to get is just as much a part of you.

Kate: It's so bizarre, talking about body parts like mechanical pieces.

Maxie: It's ok to think that, but it won't feel like you're some monster being put together by doctors, because you're -- you're kate, just upgraded. There's one more thing that I should tell you.

Kate: What?

Maxie: You're going to feel weird sometime. I mean, you've gone through something that most kids can't connect with. But don't try and defreak yourself by acting like someone you're not, no matter who it will impress.

Georgie: Kate, your room's ready.

Kate: Your sister's pretty great, Georgie.

Georgie: Yeah. I think so, too. Come on, let's get out of here.

Kyle: I heard what you said to that girl, and there's something you need to know. You have a beautiful heart just the way it is. You taught me something today. Maybe some people need to change, like me and zach and the rest of my stupid crew, but not you. The world deserves you just the way you are.

Emily: They've been gone a while.

Zander: Well, Monica's probably just trying to get the new doctor up to speed, you know.

Nikolas: I'll go check on them.

Emily: My mom couldn't find us last night. If she had, she would have come to you about all this first.

Zander: Well, look, you know, she did the right thing going to Nikolas. I mean, look what he pulled off.

Emily: Zander, Nikolas is just trying to help. He wasn't --

Zander: No, I know. It's ok. I'm grateful for what he could do. I just -- I wish there were more I could do, you know? I mean, I wish I could take this disease on myself and transfer it to --

Emily: All right, don't say that, ever.

Zander: Em, I'd do anything for you.

Emily: Not that. If you were sick, that's the only thing that could be worse.

Nikolas: Your mother's on her way in.

Monica: Hi.

Zander: So, did Dr. Andres make any conclusions?

Monica: Yes, he did.

Emily: Ok, tell me, Mom. I need to know.

Emily: So tell me, Mom.

Monica: Well, he confirmed what we already know, and that's your white blood cell count is dropping.

Emily: Ok, so we'll -- we'll get it back up, right?

Monica: Well, em --

Emily: I mean, it's not like my immune system's going to shut down any second, right?

[Emily laughs]

Zander: Monica?

Monica: It's dangerously low.

Emily: Ok, what does that mean?

Monica: It means you're going to have to be very careful. You're going to have to stay in a protected, isolated room. Your visitors are going to be limited. Em, you are susceptible to a much broader range of infection right now. You can't run the risk of getting a cold.

Nikolas: Tell us what we need to do, Monica.

Monica: Well, she needs to stay here in a clean, protected environment --

Emily: All right, no, just stop.

Monica: Emily, you do. Emily, please. Listen, it's for you, Emily. Oh! My gosh! Emily!

Nikolas: I got you, I got you. It's ok.

Elizabeth: Lord, I wanted to save him from himself, but nothing I did helped. I want to be compassionate, but how can I forgive him for what he did to Carly, to our baby, and to me? I know I need to let go of the anger, but I just can't. And after all of that, I still love him, lord. How is that possible? I still feel as if he's with me.

Ric: Elizabeth?

Elizabeth: Ric. Ric?

Ric: It's me.

Elizabeth: Oh, God.

Ric: I came back to you. Elizabeth --

Courtney: It looks pretty bad out there.

Man: Well, we've hit a squall. I have to tie everything down.

Courtney: Can we go back or outrun it?

Man: All we can do is ride it out.

Courtney: Ok, look, I can help. Just tell me what to do.

Man: Alcazar wanted you in this room. Stay here and hold on to something.

Courtney: No, wait -- no, don't -- no, you can't leave me in here!

Sonny: Just who I'm looking for. We are back in business.

Faith: Ha. What are you talking about?

Sonny: Well, see I'm trying to find Alcazar, all right, and he's not being very cooperative.

Faith: Oh. Imagine that.

Sonny: Yeah, so if I can't get to him, then I'm going to make him come to me. And guess what -- you're going to help.

Penny: Your mom had to rush to the bank to get some cash for the emergency plumbing. She said please don't move, she'll be right back.

Carly: Well, maybe you should just tell her to meet at home after she's done at the hospital. That will be --

Penny: Won't that be too late? I mean, she's totally freaking out, Carly. Just give her five minutes. Ok?

Carly: Yeah, ok.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Stefan: Emily Quartermaine's the real threat.

Emily: I want to go home.

Ric: You said you loved me.

Elizabeth: You should have died.

Courtney: Open up!

[Electrical noise]

Courtney: Ugh!

Sonny: We find Alcazar.

Jason: And how do we do that?
