Emily: Zander can't find out that I have cancer.

Lydia: I didn't realize your plans included murder.

Stefan: Shut up!

Elizabeth: He has no reason to hurt Carly.

Faith: He still wants everything his brother has.

Sonny: Do something about this, or I will.

Carly: Take me home to Sonny right now or you team up with Ric and die.

Ric: Don't underestimate me.

Scott: Come on, come on, come on. Can't this department do anything right?

Lucky: You have no evidence against my father.

Scott: Ah. What are you talking about? You accused him in a room full of people. You slammed him up against the wall.

Lucky: Ok, I was in overload.

Scott: So was he when he killed Summer.

Lucky: Keep saying that, and I'll sue.

Scott: Do you know how many times a day I hear that? You got to leave it to the professionals, though.

Lucky: God, Baldwin, you're a political hack. All you do for the D.A. is spin for the press. You expect me to believe you're going to find out who murdered Summer?

Scott: Absolutely. The forensics team has been out there all night, and they're analyzing the footprints right now.

Lucky: That's all you've got?

Scott: Oh, I got plenty but I'm not going to share the details of my case.

Lucky: You don't have any.

Scott: I will find out who killed Summer. Justice will be served, and if we happen to pick your dear old man up along the way, try him, convict him, and send him out to Riker's Island, so be it.

Lydia: Those ridiculous police dogs kept me up all night.

Stefan: None of us got much sleep.

Lydia: Can you believe how easily that Spencer guy got away?

Stefan: Actually, Lydia, Iím quite busy.

Lydia: You know, the police are going to figure out what you did, if they haven't already.

Stefan: I didn't do anything.

Lydia: You tried to kill Emily Quartermaine.

Stefan: I did no such thing.

Lydia: I don't believe this. You know, I show up here to marry Nikolas, and his fiancťe -- somebody tries to kill her, and you don't think the police are going to notice?

Stefan: If you keep talking that way, you'll only be casting suspicion on yourself.

Lydia: I never asked you to kill anybody.

Stefan: I didn't.

Lydia: Would you even care? I mean, aren't you even nervous?

Stefan: The cliffs can be treacherous at night. Summer met with a terrible accident. The Cassadine family sends out our sincere condolences.

Lydia: And what about Alexis? She basically figured the whole thing out. What makes you think she won't go to the police?

Stefan: She won't take a stand against the family.

Lydia: Well, that wasn't her attitude last night.

Stefan: All the police are looking for is a viable suspect. And I intend to give them one.

Lydia: As long as it isn't me.

Zander: Come on, Gia! Would you step on it?

Gia: Ok, how far was that?

Zander: Not very. Come on, we got a couple of miles, at least.

Gia: Oh. Ok, when I said exercise, I was thinking, like, tennis or something.

Zander: Gia, come on. You love to run.

Gia: Not when it's nine million degrees out.

Zander: All right, Iím just getting warmed up. You want to catch up with me later?

Gia: If I live that long.

Zander: Come on, Gia, don't be such a wimp.

Gia: What are you running away from, anyway?

Zander: Everything. Everything.

Gia: As if I have to ask. In other words, Emily.

Emily: Hey.

Nikolas: Hi.

Emily: Why are you the only person Iíve seen today who isn't melting into the pavement?

Nikolas: Cassadines are cold-blooded. Haven't you figured that out, yet?

Emily: Hey, are you thirsty? I can ask cook to make us some iced tea.

Nikolas: No. No, thanks. What?

Emily: You're afraid I'm going to barf it up, aren't you?

Nikolas: Thought crossed my mind, yes.

[Emily laughs]

Emily: Nope. You know, I'm having a good day so far.

Nikolas: Yeah?

Emily: Yeah. And I'm ready to do something I should have done a long time ago.

Nikolas: Tell Zander the truth?

Emily: Nope. Leave town.

Elizabeth: Ric? Ric? Honey, I have something for you.

Ric: Elizabeth.

Elizabeth: Hey. Where did you disappear to again?

Ric: I was up in your studio looking for you.

Elizabeth: Oh.

Ric: It's an oven up there without air conditioning.

Elizabeth: I know. It must have been damaged when Jason messed with the electricity, which is so frustrating because I was really looking forward to settling in to my own very own attic studio in my very own home.

Ric: You got enough space up there?

Elizabeth: Oh, yeah, plenty. And I love the way it's isolated from the rest of the house so I don't get distracted by phone calls.

Ric: Well, I'll try to respect the artistic process and make sure that I let you create in peace.

Elizabeth: Oh, thank you. Assuming, of course, the air conditioning gets fixed and I can actually go in the room without passing out.

Ric: I already called a repairman. He's on his way.

Elizabeth: Oh -- my hero. Do you want something to drink?

Ric: No, no, not right now. Where did you get that pitcher?

Elizabeth: It was a wedding present from gram.

Ric: Oh. I guess we weren't inundated with wedding presents, were we?

Elizabeth: No. But that's ok.

Ric: You sorry we didn't have a formal wedding?

Elizabeth: No. No, absolutely not. I loved everything about the way we were married.

Ric: Yeah, me, too. I love you, Elizabeth. I probably don't tell you enough.

Elizabeth: You tell me all the time.

Ric: I just want you to know that everything I'm doing is for you.

Carly: That's so disgusting.

Elizabeth: I have to get to the gallery.

Ric: No, it's probably not even open, huh?

Elizabeth: Which is exactly why I need to leave now, because I have to check some wall mounts --

Ric: Ok, ok, I understand -- art before passion, right? Mm-hmm.

Elizabeth: I'm going to hurry home, though.

Ric: Good.

Elizabeth: Ok?

Lucky: Baldwin, my father was not the only one on that bluff.

Scott: You know what? I got an eyewitness that saw Luke struggling with Summer. I got multiple prints on that bluff. I got one pair that belonged to Summer and one pair that belonged to the killer.

Lucky: Ok, why the killer?

Scott: Because Summer didn't come back from the bluff, the killer did. And one pair is a boot print. Now, doesn't your father like to wear boots?

Lucky: You will not pin this on my father.

Scott: You know what? I don't blame you for being a little upset right now, feeling a little guilty. I mean, you lied to your father, you set him up, you put him in the nut house. So he gets out and he wants to get revenge and he kills your girlfriend.

Lucky: No. That isn't what happened.

Scott: I know, but it's going to sound really good in court.

Lucky: Oh, give me a break, Baldwin. This is so far away from trial.

Scott: Let me ask you something. Why did you send him to the nut house? Did you really think he was any kind of competition?

Stefan: Luke Spencer is the prime suspect in this murder.

Lydia: Yeah, well, he disappeared last night.

Stefan: Well, good. So the police will chase after him and leave us alone, allowing you to focus on the task at hand.

Lydia: You mean marrying Nikolas.

Stefan: Mm-hmm. And don't forget, you have until the end of the year or the Cassadine finances will collapse and you'll be penniless.

Lydia: You're not a very cheerful man, are you?

Stefan: Removing Emily is obviously out of the question now.

Lydia: No, it always was for me. But I have another idea.

Stefan: Never mind. I'll come up with a plan.

Lydia: No. Your plans make me a little too nervous. And this may seem drastic, but it will work.

Nikolas: Now, why would you want to leave town?

Emily: Partly because Iíll start looking like the walking dead very soon.

Nikolas: Well, that's no problem for the Cassadines.

Emily: But also because summer would still be alive if not for me, lucky wouldn't be grieving, and you wouldn't be engaged to someone you don't love.

Nikolas: I could do worse. I have done worse. Anyway, you're the only part of my life that makes sense.

Emily: You keep saying that.

Nikolas: It's true.

Emily: Oh. How did this lie get so out of hand?

Nikolas: Will going away make it any better?

Emily: Maybe things will calm down.

Nikolas: Emily, Zander would follow you.

Emily: Mm-hmm.

Nikolas: Monica and Alan would fall apart. Monica might -- would tell Zander the truth.

Emily: You want me to stay.

Nikolas: Of course I do, but that's not the point. You still haven't said why leaving would help you.

Emily: I just -- I want to make it easier on people.

Nikolas: Oh. Look, all any of us have ever wanted is for you to do what's best for yourself.

Emily: I'm not so frightened anymore, thanks to you. But you'll probably dump me when I go bald.

Nikolas: That was the plan, yes.

Emily: Yeah. I suspected.

Nikolas: But why not -- why not stay here for a while, you know? And when you start getting, like, really ugly, Iíll just ship you off to a Greek island somewhere. What? Why are you laughing? I'm not kidding. I don't kid.

Emily: I couldn't do this without you, you know that?

Nikolas: Look, if you want to -- if you want to leave, I'll help you any way I can.

Emily: Yeah, I appreciate that.

Nikolas: But why not give yourself a chance and just live for a while?

Zander: After last night, everything's different.

Gia: It must have been horrible out there.

Zander: Yeah. Alexis seems to think that the killer might be after Emily.

Gia: Why would anyone want to shove Emily off a cliff?

Zander: You got me. The Cassadines are pretty freaky.

Gia: Yeah, like I don't know that.

Zander: But Emily definitely wants to be with Nikolas, Cassadines or no.

Gia: Even after last night?

Zander: Yeah. I was out there. I went out to the bluffs, and I looked out at Port Charles and thought about what it was like when I first moved there, how messed up I was and how Emily still loved me. And now she's pushing me away, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Gia: So you're giving up?

Zander: I just kept thinking that at some point she would turn around and she would tell me the truth. That's what I've been holding on to all this time. It's pretty stupid, right?

Gia: I guess so.

Zander: Emily is such a terrible liar, I just figured at some point she'd tell me the truth and everything would go back to the way it was.

Gia: Maybe she will.

Zander: That's why I went to that party last night -- to find out if maybe this whole thing was a sham, that there was no party, that she had been making up this engagement thing.

Gia: Well, I can see why you'd think that. Everything happened so sudden.

Zander: I know she's hiding something. I could see she was all stressed out all night. Anyway, there was definitely a party. Emily was leaning on Nikolas all night. It may have taken me a while to get it, but I get it now. Emily and Nikolas are for real. She moved on. Now I got to do the same thing.

Faith: When will Lizzie be back?

Ric: Do I have to start closing the shutters now?

Faith: I miss you. I need a friend.

Ric: We were never friends.

Faith: Sure, we were -- the closest of friends.

Ric: Whatever you're trying to pull, it's not going to work, all right? You need to get out of here.

Faith: I would never betray you, you know. I would never tell Sonny or anyone else that you have Carly stashed somewhere --

Ric: Tell them whatever you like, Faith. They're going to think you're out of your mind, which you are.

Faith: Why are you so hostile?

Ric: How long were you looking in that window?

Faith: Why? Are you afraid I saw you with another woman?

Carly: What's Faith doing here?

Ric: You listen to me. You can't hang around my house. We were never friends. We slept together one time, and that was a huge mistake.

Faith: That's an unkind thing to say.

Ric: I cannot stand the sight of you! Now, get out of here!

Faith: Pushing me away would be a big mistake.

Ric: Commissioner. How can I help you?

Mac: I have a few questions about the disappearance of Carly Corinthos.

Carly: Yeah, it's about time you showed up.

Ric: Well, I'll answer any questions that you need. Please, come in.

Gia: Emily broke your heart.

Zander: Pretty much.

Gia: I remember how it felt when I realized Nikolas and I weren't going to make it. All the memories, all the time, all the little things we shared that suddenly didn't matter anymore. They weren't points of connection. They were meaningless trivia.

Zander: Pixie sticks.

Gia: What?

Zander: Grape pixie sticks. It was Emilyís favorite candy. I wonder if I'll ever be able to forget that.

Gia: Do you want to?

Zander: More than anything.

Gia: I don't want to benefit from Emilyís misfortune --

Zander: Hey, Gia? Emily's happy. She moved on with her life, and I got to -- I got to adapt to that.

Gia: Yeah, by running until you give yourself a heat stroke?

Zander: No. By looking at what's been in front of me for months. Gia, you've been great to me. Why?

Gia: Well, maybe because I like you more than I ever realized.

Stefan: You will do as I say!

Lydia: That is never going to happen.

Stefan: Why do you think I brought you here?

Lydia: You are as crazy as the rest of the Cassadines!

Stefan: You have no choice in the matter!

Lydia: Oh, don't count on that.

Stefan: Everything has been decided for you!

Lydia: You can go to hell! Oh!

Lucky: So, here we are.

Summer: Yep.

Lucky: Stranded.

Summer: Alone.

Lucky: Half dressed.

Summer: By the fire.

Lucky: Getting warmer?

Summer: A little.

Lucky: Enough?

Summer: Not quite.

Lucky: How about this?

Summer: Ok, now we're getting there.

Cameron: You helped Luke get away, didn't you?

Lucky: So what are you planning to do, turn me in?

Ric: Commissioner, before we get started, I just have one question. Do you have a warrant?

Mac: I don't want to search the place -- at least not yet. I just have a few questions.

Ric: Well, let me see if I can help you out. Where was I the night that Carly was kidnapped? I was in bed with my wife. When was the last time I remember seeing Carly? I don't know. A while, I guess. Do I know anybody who might have done this? Aside from Sonny and Jason, no. And of course, the last question, is my vendetta still on with my brother? No, it isn't. Any more questions?

Mac: You're a little defensive, aren't you?

Ric: I'm tired of being harassed.

Mac: What happened to your air conditioner?

Ric: Blew out.

Mac: Is Elizabeth around?

Ric: No, she isn't, and she won't be back for some time. But if you want to question her, I'm afraid Iím going to have to go down and file charges for harassment at your police station, thank you.

Mac: Elizabeth is your alibi.

Ric: Yes, and she's already given her statement. Is there anything else?

Mac: We may have another eyewitness.

Ric: Really? Who's that?

Carly: Oh, my God. Don't tell him about Michael.

Ric: What, one of Sonny's thugs decided to come forward?

Mac: Actually, it's Michael Corinthos. The boy was so traumatized, he couldn't talk for a while, but now he can.

Ric: So that's all you have, is the testimony of a supposedly traumatized 6-year-old?

Mac: That's right.

Ric: Well, if you had any hard evidence, I would imagine that Iíd be under arrest. But since you don't, I'd appreciate it if you'd leave.

Mac: We're just trying to figure out what happened, that's all.

Faith: Maybe I can help.

Lucky: You know, I never should have listened to you.

Cameron: We were trying to help your father.

Lucky: You know, what I agreed to was for you to put him in a mental institution. And now there's an APB out on him, and Scotty Baldwin's trying to frame him for murder.

Cameron: Lucky, it's not your fault.

Lucky: You know what? My dad wouldn't have been here if it were not for me.

Cameron: No, he'd be with Laura. And that would be the worst thing for both of them.

Lucky: Well, all I did was listen to you and the Cassadines. You know what? I didn't even listen to my own father, and now he's convinced that Iím the enemy.

Cameron: Do you think he killed Summer?

Lucky: No. Do you?

Cameron: Six months ago, I'd have said no way, but your father's a driven man. He's capable of doing almost anything in the name of rescuing Laura.

Lucky: Can you blame him? The Cassadines put my mother through hell. I mean, why wouldn't my dad want to try to stop it from happening again?

Cameron: You don't think Nikolas is a threat to your mother.

Lucky: No, but his family is. Nikolas -- he's in trouble with Stefan. Stefan -- he's a liar, and he will use anyone just to gain access to my mother.

Cameron: Does Stefan know where Laura is?

Lucky: Nikolas says he doesn't.

Cameron: What about Luke? Did you tell him where you --

Lucky: No, I didn't tell. But maybe I should have. You know what this is all about? It's about who killed Summer. I'm going to find out who did. And when I do, they are going to pay.

Scott: Ah.

Andy: Forensics report on Spencerís apartment.

Scott: Do you got anything?

Andy: Absolutely nothing. Luke Spencer vanished without a trace.

Nikolas: Physically violent? Well, that's not like you. Are you purposely trying to make me send you away?

Stefan: Nikolas, the family is falling apart. I'm only trying to make things right.

Nikolas: By hitting a woman?

Stefan: I know my behavior is unforgivable. But it wasn't without reason.

Nikolas: Go for a walk in the garden, take a ride -- whatever. We'll discuss the situation later.

Stefan: I'm very sorry.

Nikolas: Come here.

Lydia: Thank you.

Nikolas: Are you all right?

Lydia: Yeah.

Nikolas: What were you arguing about?

Lydia: I can't tell you.

Nikolas: I understand. Some things are too painful to discuss.

Lydia: Look, if you knew what was really going on here --

Nikolas: It must be important for my uncle to react that way. He's never hit a woman before, even under the most extreme circumstances.

Lydia: Look, you don't understand what I've done or why Stefan and I were arguing. I've been lying to you all along.

Zander: You know where we stand now?

Gia: Maybe.

Zander: I promise I won't pull the friendship thing again, I swear.

Gia: You better not.

Zander: Listen, I'm going to put in a couple more miles. I'll catch up with you later.

Gia: Either that or we could forget about exercise altogether and go get a cappuccino and some chocolate cake.

Zander: How about a beer and pool later at Jakeís?

Gia: Oh, it sounds good, sounds good. So do us a favor and don't die of a heat stroke before then, ok?

Zander: Ok. Bye.

Gia: Bye.

Emily: So -- things are going well?

Gia: You saw all that?

Emily: Yeah -- the important parts.

Gia: And you're ok with this?

Emily: Yeah. I knew this wouldn't be easy.

Gia: He's letting go, Emily. You're getting what you said you want.

Emily: I know. And I should be happy for both of you. The only catch is Iím still in love with Zander.

Faith: The five families have been concerned about Sonny for some time.

Mac: That isn't exactly classified information.

Faith: Yes, well, it's a lot easier for them to operate when he is distracted. So maybe that's why Carly disappeared.

Mac: Can you be more specific?

Faith: I'd start with Sammy Tagliati.

Ric: Yeah, maybe Mrs. Roscoe's right. Maybe. You know, the five families have targeted Sonny before. All I know for sure is that I had nothing to do with Carly's disappearance.

Mac: Thanks for your time.

Carly: They're closing in on you, Ric, and you know it. Michael saw you, and there's no way you can shut him up. And Sonny will do anything to protect our little boy.

Faith: I just saved you.

Ric: No, you didn't.

Faith: Can't you even say thank you?

Ric: Stop, ok?

Faith: Where'd you get this?

Ric: You know what? You need to leave now.

Faith: Can't you even thank me? I mean, I just saved you with the commissioner.

Ric: No, I -- the last thing I feel for you is gratitude, ok? Get it through your head -- I am in love with my wife. I don't need you anymore.

Faith: I wouldn't be so sure.

Ric: You know what? You're pathetic.

Faith: Don't speak to me that way.

Ric: Well, then stop following me around!

Faith: You know what? I was just trying to help you. The police are after you. Sonny and Jason are after you. You don't have a prayer without me.

Carly: Nice work, Faith. You're out of your mind, but you know what you're doing.

Stefan: You have no business on this property.

Lucky: Call security.

Stefan: Well, that's always an option.

Lucky: Do whatever you want, Vlad. You know, I kind of like that -- Count Vlad.

Stefan: You helped your father get away, didn't you?

Lucky: I don't know what you're talking about.

Stefan: Well, it won't matter. Luke will be shot on sight if he gets anywhere near Laura.

Lucky: I kind of doubt that since he doesn't know where my mother is any more than you do.

Stefan: Think what you like.

Lucky: You know, I used to believe there could be some kind of peace between the spenders and the Cassadines, that one day the brothers would rule. I truly believed that you and my father were just wasting your lives.

Stefan: Perhaps we have.

Lucky: You only came back to Port Charles to kill my father, didn't you? Because you blame him for what happened to my mother.

Stefan: He is responsible.

Lucky: You know, my dad used to tell me about this fight, but I never listened.

Stefan: Lucky, my fight was never with you.

Lucky: You could have stayed wherever the hell you wanted. But instead you came back here. Now my dad is a fugitive and Summer's dead! You know what? I'm starting to realize how this works. But you don't forget, this war is not over just because my dad got away. You're going to have to start dealing with me now.

Lydia: Your uncle wants us to make a brilliant marriage.

Nikolas: He wants your family's money to save the Cassadine finances, Lydia.

Lydia: Yeah, and he'll do almost anything. You know, he came to visit my grandfather several months ago, and he tried to order him to get me to marry you. Grandfather refused, of course. He wasn't even going to mention it to me. But then the mishaps started happening, and there was this mysterious fire and the -- a riding accident.

Nikolas: And you think my uncle was responsible?

Lydia: All I know is that Stefan asked grandfather to reconsider, and so he asked me if I would marry you. I told him I would think about it. Stefan showed up a few days later. He told me that I didn't have a choice, that it was always about the money for a woman like me. It didn't matter how I looked or what I did or what I wanted to do with my life. It was always the money. And it always will be.

Emily: I -- I wanted things to work out for you and Zander. I just -- I didn't expect it to hurt this much.

Gia: Are you really going to marry Nikolas?

Emily: I don't know. Stefan hates me.

Gia: Oh, please. Stefan treated me like the cleaning lady.

Emily: Yeah, the Cassadines are pretty strange.

Gia: They scare the hell out of me.

Emily: You're happy with Zander, aren't you?

Gia: I think I could be.

Emily: You'll value him? You'll try not to hurt him?

Gia: You sound like you're giving away a dog.

Emily: I'm sorry. I didn't mean it to sound like that.

Gia: Zander's not yours to give away.

Emily: Oh, maybe this whole thing was a terrible idea.

Gia: Do you want me to bail on him?

Emily: No. I want Zander to be happy. I think that can happen with you, and it's great. It's perfect.

Gia: Except that everything between me and Zander is based on a lie.

Carly: Return of the cuckoo bird.

Carly: Oh, my God.

Stefan: I came back to help Nikolas with the finances. It had nothing to do with your father. Although, he's doing a perfectly good job of destroying himself.

Lucky: You killed Summer, didn't you?

Stefan: I had nothing to do with that poor woman's death.

Lucky: Oh, you think if I threw you off this cliff right now you would live? Or do you think it would take a while?

Stefan: Let's find out.

Scott: Ooh! Hot. Ah, Lucky, there you are. Listen, I got the forensics report back, the footprints around the bluff. Your father was the last one to see Summer alive.

Lucky: How would that work?

Scott: Well, you see -- look here. See? There's the boot cast. There's the other one. The boots come back from the bluff. The other ones don't. So your father did it.

Lucky: Anybody could have been wearing those boots.

Scott: Anybody wasn't. Your father was.

Lucky: Is this why you killed Summer? So you could frame my father?

Scott: Well, now, there's an interesting theory.

Lydia: I mean, you know how difficult this life is. You can't separate the love from the money. I've never had one without the other.

Nikolas: Hey. You'll work something out.

Lydia: I just -- I don't know what to do. I mean, I can't go through with the plan to marry you. It's absurd. But I can't go back, either.

Nikolas: Lydia, you're a beautiful woman. A man will come along who can see past all the money and see you for who you really are.

Lydia: Thank you.

Gia: I'm keeping this huge secret from Zander. It just doesn't feel right.

Emily: You can't tell Zander I have breast cancer.

Gia: No, I won't, I promise. Because I'd lose him.

Emily: Maybe not.

Gia: Emily, he's still in love with you. I have no illusions about that.

Emily: He's starting to let go.

Gia: And it's breaking your heart.

Emily: It's still what I want.

Gia: Be sure, because I'm really starting to care for Zander. And I don't want to be selfish, but I'm not sure Iíd be willing to let go of him if you change your mind in a few months.

Emily: Yeah, I understand.

Gia: Are you sure?

Emily: God, Iím just -- I'm so bad at this. I -- maybe I should just tell him.

Gia: Yeah. Here's your chance.

Zander: Hey. What's going on?

Gia: Go ahead. Tell him.

Carly: Don't even think about going after Michael because Sonny will kill you to protect him.

Ric: Never mind Michael. Come on, eat.

Carly: I'm not hungry.

Ric: I bet your baby is.

Carly: I'm sure you're right.

Ric: Do you think it can feel hunger?

Carly: Yes, he can.

Ric: Then why would you want to starve your own child from the inside?

Carly: Don't worry about my baby. You need to worry about Elizabeth because I'm sure she's going to go pretty fast.

Ric: What's that supposed to mean?

Carly: Well, Faith's grandmother did. I'm pretty sure. So did the shooter. Courtney saw the whole thing at the Port Charles Grill. She was dead, just like that.

Ric: Whatever you're trying to pull, it's not going to work.

Carly: All right. Faith stopped by.

Ric: When?

Carly: She poisoned the lemonade.

Ric: No, she didn't.

Carly: Why do you think she had her hands all over you, Ric? Hmm? I mean, you're really not that cute. Most women can resist you, except faith. Why is that? I don't know. Where are your house keys, by the way?

Carly: She stole them. Didn't even notice, did you?

Ric: No, wait. I came -- I came in through the garage.

Carly: You know, coming on to you to pick your pocket is the oldest trick in the book, besides poisoning someone.

Elizabeth: Ric? Honey, Iím home. Ric, are you here?

Carly: If you want to save Elizabeth, now would be the time to do it.

Ric: I'm supposed to open the door and stop Elizabeth from drinking while you scream your head off. Is that the idea?

Carly: Yeah, you need to do it right now, Ric, unless you want to watch Elizabeth die.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Lucky: What if the killer turns out to be your uncle?

Zander: You made your choice. Don't try and expect me to make you change your mind.

Jason: What happens if Ric takes Michael now, Mac?

Mac: I don't think Ric did this, Jason.

Sonny: What if you're wrong?

Carly: Oh, my God. She's going to die, Ric.
