Felicia: Before you accuse Alexis, let me work through this lead.

Skye: Work fast.

Alexis: [As Kristina] You're right. I admit it. I killed him.

Cameron: Kristina confessed to killing Alcazar.

Carly: Why didn't you stop me?

Ric: You didn't exactly take no for an answer.

Courtney: There's no way that I will ever be happy without you.

Ric: I owe you an apology. I crossed the line last night.

Orderly: Whoa. Sorry.

Nurse: Hey, Lucky. How are you?

Lucky: Bobbie asked me to bring these over from Kelly’s. I'm helping her with the books.

Nurse: She's been expecting you.

Elizabeth: Lucky. Hi.

Lucky: Hey. What are you doing here?

Elizabeth: Oh, well, my Grandmother and I just survived breakfast in the hospital cafeteria.

Lucky: Yikes. I mean, the cafeteria, not Audrey.

Elizabeth: I was filling her in on my classes. How are yours going, by the way?

Lucky: Well, I'm actually skipping on my acting class as we speak.

Elizabeth: Already? Why?

Lucky: Well, the reason I took it isn't there anymore.

Summer: I just got your message. Are you okay?

Luke: You seem kind of rattled this morning.

Summer: Well, it sounded important.

Luke: Here, have a cup of this. This will put your head on straight.

Summer: Mmm, it's wonderful.

Luke: Yeah, I have it smuggled in.

Summer: I'm never going to sleep again after that.

Luke: You won't need to. Look, there's an excellent Zydeco band at the roadhouse on Route 19. What do you say we go over there tonight and dance the caffeine away?

Summer: You know, you couldn't even imagine how wonderful that sounds.

Luke: What's got you so rattled?

Taggert: Yeah, okay, send her up. Yeah, thanks. She's on her way up.

Scott: All right. Get ready for this.

Taggert: What you're about to do is not only illegal, it's not going to stand up in court, all right? It's going to lose me my job and get you disbarred.

Scott: Where's the problem?

Taggert: How many mistakes do you have to make?

Scott: Taggert, I'm the district attorney. I'm calling the shots. Unfortunately, we don't enough evidence to get a legal wiretap, so that's where you come in, all right? Now, we need to get a name. Can you handle it?

Taggert: Okay -- I just want this clear -- I'm doing this under protest, so if you plan on using this against me, I'm going to have your job.

[Knock on door]

Scott: Ms. Quartermaine, may I take your coat?

Skye: No. Is there a problem?

Scott: I'm afraid so.

Skye: Well, are you going to tell me what it is?

Scott: You're still our number one suspect in the Alcazar murder.

Alexis: [Normal voice] Do you think maybe you could check on her and see if she's been fed?

Nurse: Oh, I'm sure she has.

Alexis: Oh, but I would feel so much better if you would just check and then come back in a minute.

Nurse: No problem.

Alexis: Thank you.

Cameron: What's this, remote motherhood from the lobby?

Alexis: It was your idea.

Cameron: Oh, transference -- that's always a good ploy.

Alexis: You told me that my baby isn't safe with me.

Cameron: No, I said you weren't ready to take your baby home. I never said you couldn't see her.

Alexis: What happens if something happens to me when I'm with her?

Cameron: I'll stay with you.

Alexis: Think that's a good idea?

Cameron: I'll be agreeable.

Alexis: That would be a first.

Cameron: Alexis, you're going to get through this. Nobody has to know what's really going on.

Alexis: Why are you doing this for me?

Ned: So, why did you want to meet me here? To show Sonny that you can?

Faith: Calm down. I kind of like Kelly’s, don't you? There's something sort of innocent about it.

Ned: What are you really up to?

Faith: Hmm. Anything can happen in a place like this.

Coleman: A cup of coffee would be great when you get the chance.

Courtney: Oh. Hi.

Coleman: How you doing?

Courtney: Look, Coleman, whatever you heard about Jason and me, it's not your concern, so just stay the hell away from me.

Coleman: Are you always this cranky in the morning?

A.J.: Well, hey. Mack daddy, what's up, huh? Whoa. What the hell is Coleman doing in Kelly’s messing with your woman? You know what you should do right now? You should bust through these doors and save her!

Carly: Just will you let the staff do that?

Ric: Oh, that's all right. I don't mind. Happy to do it. I ordered another couple of cases after I saw the reviews this morning. Did you see the papers?

Carly: They were pretty amazing.

Ric: Well, you sound surprised.

Carly: How did you get the press to come back?

Ric: Oh, you mean, after Jason chased them off opening night? That was no easy feat.

Carly: Don't blame Jason for what happened that night.

Ric: I'm just saying that I'm glad that the press gave you a second chance.

Carly: Oh. I see. Are we friends now? Is that it? Okay, that's fine. You just need to remember that Sonny can never find out what happened that night.

Sonny: You must be pretty proud of yourself, putting Brenda in her place. What was it like watching her walk down the aisle, knowing you were going to humiliate her?

Jax: Look, we both know that you did this.

Sonny: Oh, you dump Brenda at the altar and you're going to blame me?

Jax: This has everything to do with you.

Jax: You couldn't bear the thought of Brenda being married to me, so you had to prove to yourself one last time that you could have her whenever you wanted.

Sonny: Jax, did you seen me and Brenda together with your own eyes? I didn't think so.

Jax: Carly knows what she saw, and Brenda admitted to it. Why do you even bring that up?

Sonny: Well, Carly gets upset, she gets upset, she jumps to conclusions from, you know, time to time. Most of the time it's not the right conclusion. So what are you talking about?

Jax: Now, Carly knows that you're not over Brenda and that you never will be.

Sonny: I love my wife, I respect her, I would never leave her for Brenda or for anyone else, and I would never humiliate her.

Jax: You didn't even want Brenda, did you?

Sonny: Just because you walked away from your wife to be with Brenda doesn't mean I will.

Jax: You didn't want her, but you had to prove to yourself one last time that you could control her, that you could break her down, have her whenever you wanted. You had to go on your little ego trip. You know, Brenda and I would be married now if it wasn't for you, so congratulations.

Sonny: You threw your wife away like yesterday's trash. You almost cost Brenda her life and Skye’s. Right? Am I right?

Jax: No.

Sonny: No? You almost drove her to murder. You didn't?

Jax: Skye didn't murder Alcazar.

Sonny: Oh, no, right. That's right. Speaking of Skye, you ever seen her around town lately, so drunk she can barely stand? She's an embarrassment to herself and to everybody around her just because you could not honor your commitment! And for what? So you can throw away Brenda’s life, too? You're a loser.

Jax: You know, Brenda is gone now. So you better watch out, because I might just come after you.

Sonny: Well, come after me, candy boy, because one of us is going to lose big. Ain't going to be me.

Scott: Now, we know that you paid off an eyewitness who turned up dead.

Skye: Oh -- I don't know what you're talking about.

Scott: Now you've cooked up another suspect.

Skye: Oh, that's ridiculous.

Scott: Yes, yes. You see, Felicia’s just trying to slow down my investigation. Of course, that's what you wanted, right?

Skye: What I want is for you to get off my back.

Scott: Well, this -- this new suspect has an airtight alibi, so it doesn't really do you any -- let me ask you a question -- how much did you pay Felicia for all of this?

Skye: Felicia is a private investigator. Jax hired her to prove my innocence.

Scott: Yeah, but you knew the story was a fake!

Taggert: Mr. Baldwin, you can be a little overzealous --

Scott: I get a little overzealous, Taggert, when I'm being lied to!

Taggert: There's lying and there's not being completely honest with us, and after everything you've went through in this entire investigation, we can most certainly understand that.

Skye: I'm telling you everything that I know.

Scott: You saw a mysterious dark-haired woman in a dark coat running from Alcazar's hotel room?

Skye: Yes, that's what I said.

Scott: And you remembered that as my investigation closes in on you. Water?

Skye: No, that -- that's not how it happened.

Taggert: Well, you have to admit it's awfully convenient.

Scott: Did you see the woman's face?

Skye: You know, I tried to remember, I did, and -- I almost did, and then it just -- it just slipped away. I'm sorry.

Scott: You know, trying to remember -- that doesn't really work for me. Did you see her or not? You killed Alcazar, didn't you?

Skye: No!

Scott: Yes.

Skye: I --

Scott: Now, if you come clean, I'll make a deal with you.

Skye: You know, I will take a lie-detector test.

Scott: Doesn't do me any good in court.

Skye: I'll do anything!

Scott: Then tell me what I want to know! What happened?

Skye: I didn't kill him!

Scott: Oh, come on, you'll feel so much better if you get it off your chest there. You'll feel, like, cleansed, like coming out of a hot shower.

Skye: You know what? You know what? I -- I want a lawyer, okay?

Scott: Yeah, well, because if we don't find another suspect, we're going to charge you with murder, probably this week.

Skye: Okay, all right. You want proof? You want proof I didn't do it?

Scott: Uh-huh.

Skye: I'll get you proof.

Scott: Okay.

Taggert: "Coming out of a hot shower"?

Scott: I love my job, Taggert. Love it.

Taggert: You know, she's going to end up back on that ledge and it's all going to be on you.

Scott: So be it. I get what I want.

Cameron: Well, I don't stumble across dissociative identity disorder every day.

Alexis: I'm glad I could be a good case study for you.

Cameron: Yeah, call it what you want.

Alexis: Didn't work that well for Luke, did it?

Cameron: Not to mention my own family.

Alexis: At least you managed to get through your crisis without creating a homicidal second personality.

Cameron: I still have Alexander to answer for.

Alexis: He's a great kid, Cameron.

Cameron: I wish you could have known my other son. See how I think? I wish I didn’t.

Alexis: Well, it makes me feel better to know we're both a mess.

Cameron: Well, maybe your daughter won't notice.

Alexis: At least not for a while.

Cameron: Let's go see her before she catches on.

Elizabeth: You are upset about that blonde woman, aren't you?

Lucky: Things have got a little weird.

Elizabeth: She was taking class with you, wasn't she?

Lucky: If she shows up, it would be awkward.

Elizabeth: What if she doesn't? The class is a total waste of time.

Lucky: You know, I just don't want to crowd her, but I don't want to let her go, either.

Elizabeth: Do you remember that time on the docks when I ran away from you and I was terrified to let you touch me? You know how to deal with this, Lucky.

Lucky: Yeah, we were kids. What did we know?

Elizabeth: You knew a lot, and you still do. You just need to trust your heart. Don't push her away. And don't assume you'll get a second chance.

Summer: It's not that I'm rattled. I'm just no good at normal.

Luke: "Normal"? Who wants to be normal? That's overrated.

Summer: And it's not that I want to go back to being a professional, but almost, in a way, it's easier. You know, you pay your money, and I'm any fantasy you want me to be. Okay, it's great. But now --

Luke: Look, you're always welcome here for a hideout. You know that.

Summer: Oh, I know. Why do you think I dashed right over? I know how to be with you.

Luke: There aren't many can say that.

Summer: I like it here with you. But out there, it's -- it's cold.

Luke: Well, yeah -- February, Upstate New York.

Summer: You know what I mean. It's cold on the inside.

Luke: We can go ahead and take care of that, too. Just put a little shot of this in your coffee.

Summer: Oh, no, no, no, no. We start with that now and I'm never going to make it to the roadhouse.

Luke: Well, let's don't risk that.

Summer: Does it seem sometimes that, like, everybody else knows something that we don't know?

Luke: Did they get a rule book?

Summer: Exactly! That's what I'm talking about! You know, I don't even know where I am in relation to anything!

Luke: You don't even know if you're lost or not.

Summer: And if I feel anything, I run. I just run.

Luke: I looked like that for years.

Summer: Until you met Laura?

Luke: She was my foundation. As long as we were together, I could figure the rest out. And now --

Summer: But you guys had a lot of really good years.

Luke: More than most.

Summer: I can't even imagine a love like that.

Luke: Oh, sure, you can. Sure, you can.

Summer: No, seriously. The love of my life could show up and I'd probably quote him a price.

[Luke coughs, then laughs]

Summer: Oh, you laugh? It's true.

Luke: Hey, we definitely need to go dancing.

Summer: Oh, absolutely. Hey, do they have one of those washboard things?

Luke: You mean, the guy that plays the washboard? I don't know, but I'll tell you what -- I'll take a washboard, and if they don't have one, I'll strap it on.

Summer: Good. Oh, this is going to be awesome.

Luke: So, we're on for tonight?

Summer: We're on. I just want to forget it all.

Luke: Except wherever we left our drinks, of course.

Summer: Exactly.

Luke: Okay, it's a date.

Summer: It's a date. I'll meet you back here.

Luke: Good. I'll be here.

Summer: Okay. Okay. Thank you.

Luke: Breathe.

Summer: Yeah.

Skye: Jax! Thank you for waiting. I didn't know if I should even call you, but I didn't know what else to do.

Jax: So just tell me what happened.

Skye: Well, Baldwin is coming after me for murder.

Jax: What about Felicia’s suspect?

Skye: Oh, she has an alibi or something. I don't know. What does it matter, because Baldwin thinks that I did it and he's going to come after me. I have to tell him. I don't have a choice.

Jax: Tell him what?

Skye: I tried to tell you, you know, the day I saw the room decorated for the wedding and the night you asked me about it again, but Felicia -- I thought that she bought us more time, so I --

Jax: Do you know who killed Alcazar?

Skye: You're not going to believe me.

Jax: Do you remember seeing a face?

Skye: I know that I have lied so many times, but I swear this is the truth.

Jax: Tell me.

Skye: Well, you know that I've tried to remember so, so badly, I have, and --

Jax: Skye, tell me.

Skye: And all I remember is a woman running away. I saw her running toward her doctor, and then it just hit me! It told me it was her!

Jax: Do you know who killed Alcazar?

Skye: Alexis.

Scott: You want to keep your job? You want your pension? Get the light going.

Taggert: He's doing the best he can.

Scott: Well, I don't see anything happening, Taggert. Ah! Okay. All right. What happened?

Jax: Why should I believe you?

Skye: I -- Jax, I know that you shouldn't, but I swear I saw her run out of that hotel room.

Jax: She must have an alibi for that night.

Skye: I -- I know, but what?

Taggert: There. It seems to be working just fine now.

Scott: Thank you very much. You can go now.

[Door opens and closes]

Jax: You know, maybe you're mistaken.

Skye: Jax, I didn't want to believe it at first, either, but I honestly don't think I am.

Jax: I'm going to need some time for this.

Skye: But -- time? Scott wants to make an arrest. He's going to arrest me by the end of the week. I --

Jax: Skye, I will protect you, okay, no matter what that little weasel Baldwin tries to pull.

Scott: Come on, just give us a name.

Jax: Look, I'm just going to need some time to check this out, okay, find out what happened.

Skye: You want to check out my story?

Jax: Yes, I am going to check out your story.

Skye: I don't blame you. I know how much you care for her, and I want to honor that. But I'm telling you, Jax, I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to hold out.

Coleman: I just want to check on you, that's all.

Courtney: Okay, Coleman, it's obvious that -- that you know that Sonny made Jason break up with me, so --

Coleman: Oh, I'm sorry to hear that.

Courtney: Yeah, okay, yeah, like you didn't know.

Coleman: It can't be easy having Sonny for a brother, that's for sure.

Courtney: My family is none of your business.

Coleman: You're mad at him, aren't you?

Courtney: Okay. Just give your order to another waitress or get out.

Coleman: You know, what do they -- what do they call it on those, like, on "Oprah," you know, when you're mad at one guy but you yell at someone else? Misplacement? No, it's displacement.

Courtney: Your check.

A.J.: Ah, it's cool. He won't come after you for messing with his woman.

Coleman: Buenos dias, amigos.

A.J.: Question is, why didn't you go after him, Jase? After the way he as treating your little woman? Oh. I guess it's Sonny, right? He gave you the orders, right? I guess he decided he didn't want his number one goon sleeping with his little sister after all? Is that it? Where you going so fast? Oh! Oh. Oh.

Ned: Jason, Jason, Jason, Jason, stop, stop, stop! You're going to kill him! Come on!

Carly: Well, I did okay at the bar.

Ric: "Okay"? You nearly tripled my projections.

Carly: Well, if the club's already this popular, then maybe we should just cut back on some of the advertising and depend on word of mouth.

Ric: Yeah, well -- you know, I'd wait a couple of weeks, use the ads to build up buzz. That way when it peaks, it'll have that much more effect when word of mouth catches on.

Carly: Okay, whatever you say.

Ric: Want to go over the staff costs?

Sonny: Hey.

Carly: Hey. Did you see the numbers?

Sonny: Yep. I saw the papers. That's why I came over here.

Carly: We keep going at this rate, then we're going to break even in the first year.

Sonny: You are a good investment. That's why I'm so proud of you, baby. Mmm.

Ric: It's well-deserved congratulations, isn't it? Listen, since the club is up and running, I was wondering, can I run something past you?

Sonny: Well, you know what? You're on Carly's tab, not mine.

Ric: Oh, yeah, you're right. Spare me for a second, boss?

Carly: Make it fast.

Ric: Absolutely. Listen, I want to be real clear that I can learn from my mistakes.

Sonny: You made a mistake with Carly's club?

Ric: No. With you. No, I pushed too hard to be your attorney. You know, you called me on it. Then I backed off, but I had --

Sonny: Say what you mean.

Ric: What I mean is I usually don't give up that easily when I want something. But I have done some really good work, notably with Brenda and Jason.

Sonny: Mm-hmm. So you still want to be my lawyer?

Ric: All I want is to show what I can really do.

Sonny: Does working for Carly mean nothing to you?

Ric: Well, it means a great deal.

Sonny: Well, why would you ask for a job if you already have one, especially right in front of Carly? That's kind of disrespectful of my wife, you know.

Ric: Sonny, I've been very, very clear with you about my intentions from the beginning.

Sonny: Okay, I keep my business with my wife separate, and that's the way it's going to stay. Excuse me.

Ric: Hmm.

Sonny: Hey, hey.

Carly: Hey.

Sonny: All right, I'll see you.

Carly: Okay, Sonny.

Sonny: All right.

Carly: Thanks for coming by.

Sonny: Yeah, see you at home later, all right?

Carly: I will.

Sonny: See you, Ric.

Ric: Take care. I guess I shouldn't have said anything.

Carly: You know he doesn't respond to pressure.

Ric: Yeah, maybe. Or maybe you were right about me all along.

Carly: Are you threatening me?

Ric: Look, I don't want any complications here, and I'm sure you don't, either. I'm just worried that Sonny might suspect something.

Carly: He doesn't.

Ric: You sure about that, Carly? I mean, did you see the way the man looks at me? He can obviously read me.

Carly: Well, you better make sure he can’t.

Ric: Look, I wish that that night hadn't happened, either, okay? I wish that you hadn't come on to me and that I hadn't given in.

Carly: I don't even remember that night.

Ric: Well, that's a shame. But what I'm saying is I can understand if you were upset and I can understand why you would want to hurt Sonny.

Carly: You know, you could have stopped yourself, Ric.

Ric: Oh, come on, Carly. You didn't want that, believe me. But you're off the booze now. You did want to come clean. You know, now that we're sitting here talking about it, I think maybe -- I don't know, maybe you were right. Maybe we should go with your first instinct.

Carly: Excuse me?

Ric: Well --

Carly: What are you talk--

Ric: Well, come on. I mean, you and Sonny obviously love each other very much. Maybe you can resolve things.

Carly: If Sonny finds out, you are dead. You can run, you can try and disappear, and he will still find you.

Ric: Do you think that maybe you can consider telling him? I don't know, maybe the marriage won't be over. Maybe you'll be able to keep your place, and I'm sure he'll let you see Michael from time to time.

Carly: So you're saying that I've got more to lose than you do?

Ric: That's the way you see it.

Carly: So you want me to talk to Sonny, put a good word in so you could be his lawyer?

Ric: I'd really appreciate it.

Ned: Jason! Come on! Think! Think! You want to go on trial for another murder charge? Is that it?

A.J.: Oh! Oh, Sonny -- Sonny made Courtney and Jason break up. Poor guy, no wonder he's upset.

Ned: Shut up, Junior. Get out of here.

A.J.: I guess your little --

Ned: Just get out of here.

A.J.: Gangster family didn't quite work out the way you planned it. Isn't that right, Jason? Huh?

Ned: Go. I ought to kill you myself. Get out of here!

A.J.: Oh, man, I got a headache. I'll see you at the office. Oh!

Ned: He's not worth it.

Jason: Yeah, you're right.

Ned: Listen, Sonny didn't really make you break up with Courtney, did he?

Jason: Why would you believe anything A.J. says?

Ned: I don't, but Courtney looked pretty miserable in there, and so do you. Look, you deserve a life, no matter what Sonny says. And just so you know, whenever you've had enough, my door's open. If you ever want to come back to E.L.Q., You got a job, anytime.

[Knock on door]

Jax: Hey.

Alexis: Hi.

Jax: Doorman let me in.

Alexis: Oh.

Jax: How you doing?

Alexis: I heard about what happened with you and Brenda. I'm sorry.

Jax: Yeah, well, it's a good thing that you left early.

Alexis: So, why are you here?

Jax: Baldwin is pushing Skye.

Alexis: I can handle Scott.

Jax: She's pretty scared.

Alexis: Okay, well, tell her I'll call her and she needs to keep quiet.

Jax: He's threatening to press charges.

Alexis: I think that I can stall this until at least the beginning of the summer.

Jax: Alexis, she remembers more about the night.

Alexis: Well, then -- then that's good. Then we need to sit and take a meeting about that.

Jax: She remembers who she saw running from Alcazar's suite.

Alexis: Are you -- are you sure?

Jax: She said it was you.

[Wind chimes sound]

Alexis: [As Kristina] You know, that's exactly the kind of thing I was talking about. I mean, she works her tail off defending this miserable drunk, and then she turns around --

Jax: Alexis?

Alexis: And accuses her of murder. Now, is that fair? I don't think that's fair. And all the time that she's spending with Skye, defending her, she's taking time away --

[knock on door]

Alexis: From being with her daughter, which is the most important thing to her.

Jax: This is Skye now.

Alexis: It better not be, I tell you that right now.

Jax: What are you doing?

Alexis: Uh-uh.

Cameron: You're not getting rid of me that easily.

Alexis: I told you to stay away from me, and I told you to stay away from my sister.

Jax: Okay, what the hell is going on?

Alexis: [As Kristina] You got to get out, both of you.

Jax: Alexis, listen --

Alexis: Out.

Jax: What is wrong with her?

Cameron: Ahem. Technically, that wasn't Alexis. It was Kristina.

Jax: Her sister?

Cameron: An alternate personality that takes over when Alexis feels threatened.

Jax: You know, they told me that you were crazier than your patients, and they're right.

Cameron: Probably.

Jax: Because Alexis is the sanest person I know.

Cameron: She suffered significant trauma as a child.

Jax: Yeah, but she moved on from that.

Cameron: Some of those emotions have resurfaced.

Jax: You know, Kristina has nothing to do with this. She was a friend of mine. I helped her find Alexis.

Cameron: Then you know that Alexis saved her life when she was a baby.

Jax: Yeah, Helena killed her mother right in front of her, but, you know, that was a long time ago.

Cameron: Well, when Alcazar left Alexis alone in labor in the snow, it triggered a lot of the old emotions. Alexis broke, Kristina took over.

Jax: This is ridiculous. Forget it. Kristina was nothing like that woman in there.

Cameron: No, Alexis created this version of Kristina to protect her. She appears whenever Alexis feels frightened.

Jax: Oh. And I scared her.

Cameron: What happened?

Jax: I told her that Skye saw her leaving the murder scene.

Cameron: You told her that?

Jax: And that's when she changed. You think Alexis killed Alcazar?

Cameron: Kristina confessed. Alexis doesn't remember anything.

Jax: If Baldwin gets ahold of this --

Cameron: Hmm -- we can't let that happen.

Jax: Alexis is not going to pay for Alcazar's death, and neither will Skye.

Cameron: Can you help me stall for time?

Jax: I'll protect Alexis any way I can and help bring her back.

Jason: I work for Sonny.

Ned: Sonny helped you when your own family couldn't. I won't deny that. Why does Sonny get to have a life and you don't?

Jason: I knew the risks.

Ned: He made you choose between him and your own family.

Jason: No, he didn't, Ned.

Ned: He took Carly and Michael away from you, and now he's asking you to break up with Courtney, and for what? So you can do his dirty work.

Jason: Do you really think I'd work against him?

Ned: All I'm saying is you don't have to live this way.

Jason: And all I'm going to say, Ned, is that you've been very decent to me. Drop your vendetta against Sonny because I don't want to see you hurt.

Courtney: Hi. I'm glad to see you.

Jason: Yeah, I'm just meeting someone.

Courtney: Okay, well, then, you'll need two menus.

Jason: Could you just send over another waitress, please?

Sonny: You okay?

Carly: Hey. I didn't mean you had to come right over.

Sonny: No, I was just on my way back from the warehouse.

Carly: Oh, great. Then I won't feel bad about having to inconvenience you or anything.

Sonny: No, I'm always happy to come back to my wife's workplace after I just left so she can tell me -- what?

Carly: Thank you?

Sonny: For what?

Carly: For the club. For believing in me. For all the things that I didn't get to say on opening night.

Sonny: You know what? I didn't get a chance to tell you something that night, either.

Carly: That's right. You were going to tell me something important, and I thought that you were -- I don't know, I was just afraid that maybe you --

Sonny: No. You know what? I wanted to say thank you.

Carly: Really?

Sonny: Yeah.

Carly: Oh, well, I thought you were going to ask me for a divorce.

Sonny: You see how you should never jump to conclusions?

Carly: I had my reasons. You know, I hate that, and I don't want to talk about that. It was a terrible night.

Sonny: Me, too. You know, I -- I showed up and I knew you thought I was with Brenda. I was at Lily's grave, thinking about you and everything you've given me, and I wanted to come here and say thank you, but I didn't get the chance to because you ran away. Do me a favor. Don't run again. I mean, you can fight, you can scream, you can break things, but don't run.

Carly: You know our marriage means everything to me. I'm not going to let anybody or anything tear us apart.

Sonny: Yeah. Anything else?

Carly: Hmm. I -- no. Go.

Sonny: All right.

Carly: Go ahead with your meeting. I mean -- yeah, unless it's something legal or something.

Sonny: Why do you ask?

Carly: Well, you know -- you know, before, when Ric talked to you about wanting to work with you and you thought maybe I was offended?

Sonny: Yes.

Carly: I wasn't, because I know -- we both know what he's wanted all along. He's been upfront about it, you know.

Sonny: You want me to still hire Ric?

Carly: Well, you know, he's -- I know he's made mistakes. I know that, and he tries too hard, but he did get you out of jail on Christmas, and he helped Brenda and Jason and -- I don't know, maybe Ric could be a good attorney for you.

Sonny: Why is this so important to you?

Faith: It's freezing out here.

Coleman: You picked the place.

Faith: What'd you find out?

Coleman: Jason dumped Courtney and she blames Sonny.

Faith: Who knew the best way to get Corinthos is from the inside out. I think it's time we play a little matchmaker.

Jason: Stay in touch.

Courtney: So, how was everything?

Jason: It was okay.

Courtney: I know that this hurts you. It hurts me, too. But I survived the Oasis and being married to A.J. I can survive this, too.

Jason: There's -- there's nothing to survive.

Courtney: Love is stronger than anything we're up against. I really believe that. I just hope you believe it, too.

Summer: Hey.

Lucky: One of us skipped acting class today.

Summer: Well, they've probably kicked me out by now.

Lucky: Yeah, me, too.

Summer: Are we a couple of rotten students or what?

Lucky: That, or one of us is a coward.

Summer: You're right.

Cameron: Alexis?

Alexis: [As Kristina] She's not here.

Cameron: Then may I speak with you for a moment?

Alexis: No.

Cameron: Kristina, you're not helping your sister.

Alexis: Says who?

Cameron: Don't you want to know what Jax told me?

Alexis: He's a great guy, isn't he?

Cameron: Well, he's very fond of you.

Alexis: Is that what he said?

Cameron: He's concerned about you and your sister.

Alexis: Yeah? Oh. Well, maybe he can come help protect us.

Cameron: Well, he needs my help to do that.

Alexis: No. No, no, no. No, I don't think he does. I know that I don't, and I certainly know that my sister doesn’t.

Cameron: Well, I promised to help protect Alexis.

Alexis: I protect Alexis.

Cameron: By showing up without warning?

Alexis: She needs me.

Cameron: Keeping her confused?

Alexis: There's no need for her to know what happened.

Cameron: Kristina, you know how much Alexis loves her baby.

Alexis: She does.

Cameron: Well, she can't take her home.

Alexis: Why not?

Cameron: Well, what happens if Alexis gets upset and you take over? What would happen to the baby?

Alexis: I'd take care of the baby. I love the baby.

Cameron: Well, how do you think the baby feels when you take over? She must miss her mother. You know what that's like, don't you?

Alexis: It's terrible.

Cameron: Alexis needs to find her own way out of this. Give her a chance.

Alexis: Who will protect her?

Cameron: I will, and Jax.

Alexis: This better not be a trick --

Cameron: It isn't.

Alexis: Because I'll know.

Cameron: I understand.

Alexis: Understand this -- if you don't protect her, know that you will never see Alexis again.

Skye: Jax --

Jax: Skye.

Skye: What happened?

Jax: Have you been out in the freezing cold the whole time?

Skye: Oh, no, no, no, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. What did you find out?

Scott: Come on, come on, come on, come on, say it.

Jax: You were right. She's the killer.

Skye: Oh, my God.

Scott: Say the name.

Skye: What should we do?

Jax: Well, I don't know that yet. This is a little complicated.

Skye: I -- there's no way that I'm going to go to jail for something that I didn't do.

Jax: Skye, I'm not going to let that happen.

Scott: What else is new? Just say the name!

Jax: You need to hang in there just a little bit longer, okay?

Skye: Okay, but I want to help. I just -- I don't know.

Jax: Skye, I am not going to let them hurt you.

Skye: What if Baldwin arrests me for murder?

Jax: Listen, listen to me. You cannot go to the police and tell them that -- that Alexis is the killer.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Summer: I was starting to care about you, Lucky. That's a risk I don't want to take.

Scott: Jax wouldn't say it was Alexis unless he was positive.

Alexis: [As Kristina] You try to contain me, and Alexis will never see the light of day.

Sonny: What do you have on my wife?

Courtney: Wait!

Jason: Who is this?

Man: We got your girlfriend.
