Sonny: We can't see each other. The less you know, the better.

Dr. Bonds: You are looking at your little girl.

Jax: You think this is a ring that you could wear the rest of your life?

Roy: I'm keeping track of Jax just like you asked.

Alcazar: You have your orders. Kill him.

Carly: No one is going to touch Sonny's territories. You make one move, you deal with Jason Morgan, and then you deal with me.

Carly: Jason. Is everything ok with Sonny? What happened?

Jason: Sonny's fine.

Carly: Well, he sent you here?

Jason: He's concerned about you. Sonny didn't plan to be away this long. We thought we'd have Alcazar taken care of by now. How you holding up, Carly?

Carly: I'm the grieving widow. Can't you tell? Just trying to lay low and mind my own business. Jason, I --

Jason: You left this at the no name.

Carly: I can explain about that, Jason.

Jason: You slammed it on a table.

Carly: They were slicing up Sonny's territory like a piece of pie.

Jason: So you threaten the five most powerful families on the eastern seaboard? What is wrong with you?

Roy: Hey. Alcazar's changed his mind. He told me to forget about grabbing Brenda. All he wants for me to do now is kill Jax.

Sonny: Everything's been arranged.

[Door opens]

Max: Do you need anything else?

Brenda: Go away.

[Door closes]

Alcazar: Jax just can't keep his pretty face out of the newspaper. He's almost making this too easy.

Man: Will Brenda be there?

Alcazar: Yeah. Nothing will stop her. When you see her, get her in the car, but be gentle and discreet. I'll handle everything else.

Man: You think DiLucca saw the paper?

Alcazar: He must have. I have a feeling Roy's heart isn't in this assignment. I may have to finish it for him.

Skye: What is this, some sort of bizarre, down-under wedding ritual?

Jax: No.

Skye: All right, let me guess. Where are we? St. Timothy's?

Jax: You can open your eyes now.

Skye: Oh, my God. Jax, it's beautiful.

Jax: I was hoping you'd say that.

Skye: Oh, Jax. You've chased all the bad omens away.

Jax: Oh, they don't stand a chance against us.

Skye: You know, it might be clouding up outside, but in here it's -- it's glorious.

Jax: Almost as good as the south of France, wouldn't you say?

Skye: Oh, the land of our honeymoon.

Jax: Unless, of course, you want to go somewhere else.

Skye: Oh, anyplace is perfect, Jax, as long as I'm with you.

Jax: And I'm going to give you a wedding that you will never, ever forget.

Skye: Mmm. Are we really doing this?

Jax: Well, if this is a dream, please don't wake me up.

Skye: Oh. I'm about to marry you. Not for money or as part of a scheme or to prove a point, but just -- just because I love you.

Jax: Forever. Now, shouldn't you be getting ready?

Skye: You arranged for the dress?

Jax: I'm sure it will look wonderful on you.

Skye: Ok. I guess I just have to trust you. My first great leap of faith. Ok.

Jax: Go ahead, open it up, have a look.

Skye: Oh! Oh, my God, Jax, it's -- it's gorgeous. How did you ever get it here in time?

Jax: I happen to be fairly resourceful when it comes to making my wife's dreams come true.

Jane: Here we are, at last.

Skye: Oh.

Jax: Hey.

John: We got lost driving from the hotel.

Jane: Can you imagine?

Jax: What are you talking about, Dad? It's 2 1/2 blocks away.

Jane: Oh, look at the time. Now, shoo, both you men --

Jax: All right.

Jane: And don't come back until the ceremony.

John: I think she wants us to skedaddle.

Jax: I think so. We'll be outside, all right? We'll just be waiting, outside.

Jane: Yes. Well, I'd say we have our work cut out.

Skye: We do?

Jane: Has your mother arrived?

Skye: Oh. You know, she's in the middle of a crisis. Yeah. She won't be here.

Jane: Well, then, I'll be glad to stand in.

Skye: Oh. Please, you're not a stand-in. You're family. You're like something I've never had before.

Jane: And I've never had a daughter. Well, here we are! Oh, welcome! Now, let's get you ready to knock my son's socks off!

Skye: Ok, here's the dress. Watch it, it's heavy.

Jane: Oh, here we go.

John: I'm not sure this newspaper story was such a good move. What do you think?

Jax: I have no idea how that got in there, Dad. I tried to keep it quiet.

John: You think Alcazar will show up?

Jax: Let him. Let the stock market crash. You know what? We may never salvage that oil lease deal, but who cares? I got something better now.

John: I don't believe I've ever seen you happier.

Jax: I almost let her get away once. Now I'm ready to take that chance. I will love Skye for as long as she'll let me.

John: Well, your mother and I have had our bumps in the road, our mountains to scale. I imagine you and Skye will have the same. It won't always feel this good, son. As the years roll by, it just keeps getting better.

Jax: Yeah.

Carly: What was I supposed to do, Jason? Take Tagliati's check, sell my husband out for a lousy two mil?

Jason: No, you're supposed to call me.

Carly: Oh, really?

Jason: That's what you're supposed to do.

Carly: And you'd be picking up your cell phone when? Huh?

Jason: You'd be safer on the island.

Carly: Oh. Oh, is that what Sonny told you? Is that what he wants, to ship me off? You are a terrible liar, Jason, and Sonny knows that as well as I do. You need me here so I can grieve for him because you keep disappearing. What is going on?

Jason: Sonny and I knew that the families would make a move on the territory, ok? Everything was in place to ward them off. But we didn't count on you, Carly, or your baseball bat.

Carly: Yeah, well, I got their attention, didn't I?

Jason: Well, you think this is a joke? You pushed. They're going to push back. There's too much stuff going on right now.

Carly: Like what?

Jason: You just need to keep quiet and mourn your husband. You stay out of the no name, you put your baseball bat away, and just -- please, just wait for Sonny to come home.

Carly: Yeah, and that is going to be when, Jason?

Jason: Soon. I hope.

Carly: So, what, Sonny, he's mad at me?

Jason: Carly, he doesn't know.

Carly: What? Why not?

Jason: Because I haven't had a chance to tell him yet.

Carly: Ok, don't, Jason. Let me tell him. Take me to him, ok? It'll be a surprise.

Jason: Sonny hates surprises.

Carly: You know, and I hate being shut out, ok? I am part of this plan, and I have done a really good job so far, so why can't I be part of this? Why can't I go see him?

Jason: Because you'll get followed.

Carly: Jason, like you don't know how to ditch a tail? Come on, take me to him.

Jason: No, Carly, I can't, not today.

Carly: Why? What is happening today? Is it Alcazar? Is it the woman on the yacht? What?

Jason: Just give me the bat.

Carly: Not until you tell me what is going on.

Jason: Carly, give me the bat.

Carly: No.

Carly: Hi. Yeah, it's me. I need you here. This is a real emergency.

Sonny: I had somebody put the announcement about Jax's wedding in the paper. Alcazar's going to see it, he's going to assume Brenda's going to show up, and he's going to grab her.

Roy: While I'm supposed to be killing Jax.

Sonny: Yeah, but we're going to -- we're going to grab Alcazar instead and this whole thing will be over.

Roy: And won't that be sweet. How's Brenda doing?

Sonny: Well, you know, she blames herself for what happened. All she cares about is saving Jax.

Roy: Well, if we can pull this off, at least she'll be free of Alcazar.

Sonny: Well, yeah, Jax will be married, you'll get to keep your money, I'll get Alcazar off my back. Alcazar disappearing, everybody wins.

Roy: What about Brenda?

Maxie: Thanks.

Felicia: Thank you. I know that you're getting sick of spending every moment of your life with me, but this is all going to be over soon.

Maxie: When?

Felicia: I don't know exactly.

Maxie: I mean, I can't be on the school newspaper because the meeting's after school and I've already missed too many. I can't go to soccer practices, so that's out for the school year. Forget about swim team. I mean, it just seems like my whole life's, like, gone.

Georgie: Mine, too, because of Roy.

Felicia: I know. I know. I know it's terribly unfair.

Georgie: You know what? If I had a boyfriend like Roy, you wouldn't even let me walk out of the house.

Maxie: You don't even let us out of the house now.

Felicia: That's right, and there's no question about that.

Maxie: Mac's the police commissioner. I mean, we're safer with him than anyone. I don't see why you just don't let us tell him what's going on.

Georgie: Because he would send Roy straight to jail.

Felicia: That's enough. Nobody's going to jail, and you will get your lives back. Roy's going to take care of everything.

Maxie: Do you really believe that?

Felicia: Yes, I do.

A.J.: You'll meet me at St. Timothy's?

Courtney: After my shift is done, like I said.

A.J.: Why don't I just stop by and pick you up.

Courtney: I'll be all right, ok?

A.J.: You won't cut across the pier?

Courtney: I will have enough tips to get a cab, all right, just -- if I don't blow off table number four right now. Just go, please. Skye needs you.

A.J.: You don't?

Courtney: Why are you trying to pick a fight with me? I'm the one who got mugged on the docks, who's getting weird phone calls, and who your grandfather humiliated in front of all the Quartermaines, ok? I'm trying to put this past me, but you just seem determined to make us mad at each other.

A.J.: I wish I could make this all go away, Courtney.

Courtney: I'm sorry. I don't mean to take everything out on you.

A.J.: No, I do, Courtney, I wish that I could do more, help more.

Courtney: You are.

A.J.: You can count on me. You know that, right?

Courtney: I just want to get through this shift.

A.J.: What? What's the matter?

Courtney: Look.

Max: Something's missing.

Brenda: What?

Max: Give it to me.

Brenda: I'm sorry. You're going to have to be a little more specific.

Brenda: Ahem.

Max: Jason said not to trust you.

Brenda: Well, Jason was right.

Jason: Guess Brenda's still at it.

Sonny: You know I hate locking her up, but I don't have a choice.

Jason: Just send her to Puerto Rico, Sonny, tonight. Let's take her right now.

Sonny: Take it easy, ok? You know Brenda. It's just Brenda. What are you going to do about it?

Jason: Come on, she hasn't changed.

Sonny: What's with the bat?

Jason: Well, all of this has been pretty difficult for Carly.

Sonny: What does that mean?

Carly: Hey, where's -- where's Benny?

Greg: He's on a conference call. He sent me to check on you. He said you sounded worried. What happened? Has Tagliati been back?

Carly: No. It's Jason. He wanted Benny to go to the safe house immediately, but I guess you should go instead.

Greg: Why didn't he call?

Carly: We can't use the phones. They're off limits right now because they think the cops are tapping them. So Jason told me in person, and I'm just passing the message on to you.

Greg: And Jason, he couldn't wait here?

Carly: No, he had to get back to Sonny, ok? They need you right now.

Greg: For what?

Carly: Greg, you know they don't tell me anything, ok? Just will you go there? What if something happens to Sonny while Benny's on his conference call and you are standing here acting suspicious?

Ned: I thought we were supposed to meet outside Kelly's.

Alexis: What time is it?

Ned: Late.

Alexis: I guess I just lost track. I'm sorry.

Ned: What are you doing here?

Alexis: I just -- I don't know. I was here not that long ago, and I was worried about something, and Sonny was concerned about me, and it was the last civil words that we ever spoke to each other. I told him that he had given me something that I would always cherish. Do you think that he knew?

Ned: It doesn't matter now.

Alexis: I wished him dead at the hospital.

Ned: You didn't kill Sonny Corinthos, Alexis.

Alexis: What am I going to tell my daughter when she asks where he is?

A.J.: Ok, who was sitting there?

Courtney: I don't know. I mean, some guy, I guess.

A.J.: What'd he look like?

Courtney: Who knows? I've been working so hard --

A.J.: All right --

Courtney: What if it's the guy that's been calling me?

A.J.: No, no, you know what? It's probably some guy who wanted an autograph and then he lost his nerve.

Courtney: Well, then, why did he crumple up my picture? Maybe he thinks I'm trash.

A.J.: All right, you know what? That's it. That's it. I am staying until you're done with your shift.

Courtney: No. I can be late for the wedding. You can't. You have to walk Skye down the aisle.

A.J.: And then I got to get on a plane.

Courtney: It's ok.

A.J.: I would cancel this court date if I could. You know that.

Courtney: No, no, no, I understand. Just go, ok? Table four needs coffee.

A.J.: Are you sure you're going to be all right?

Courtney: I'm just a little spooked, that's all. I'll get over it.

A.J.: I'd do anything to protect you. You know that. I love you.

Courtney: Love you, too.

A.J.: Ok.

Felicia: I have a great idea. When you're finished with your homework, we'll go home and I'll teach you how to crochet.

Maxie: Why didn't you just leave us in Texas?

Georgie: Yeah, I mean, we're obviously in your way.

Felicia: I like to crochet. Listen, I'm doing the best I can under the circumstances.

Maxie: Our lives count, too, Mom, not just yours.

Roy: Ladies.

Maxie: Hey.

Georgie: Hey.

Felicia: Hi.

Roy: Hi. Looks like I missed dinner. Can I buy anybody dessert?

Georgie: Like that covers what you've done.

Felicia: That's enough, Georgie.

Maxie: Hey, let's go inside, pick something out.

Georgie: Why do you always try to smooth things over?

Maxie: They want to be alone.

Felicia: Just for a minute.

Maxie: See? Come on.

Felicia: I want this over.

Roy: It will be tonight. Go rent a stack of videos, take the girls home, and don't leave the house for any reason.

Skye: Jax!

Jax: Oops! Looks like I opened the wrong door, huh?

Jane: Go! It's bad luck!

Skye: Yes, we've already pushed it enough. Now, just cut your losses and go, go.

Jax: I'm afraid that's impossible.

Jane: Oh, Jax loves to tempt fate.

Jax: Yeah, look where it's gotten me -- in the room with the two most beautiful women in the world.

Jane: Oh, once he starts in with the charm, there's no denying him.

Skye: Mm-hmm.

Jax: Lady Jane's right. I'm not going anywhere.

Jane: But I certainly am.

Jax: You're the best, Mom. I'll see you soon.

Jane: Mm-hmm.

Skye: So much for bad luck.

Jax: Come here. We will create our own luck, ok?

Skye: I'm starting to believe that.

Jax: Nothing's going to stop us now.

Ned: Why think about Sonny right now? We're on our way to a wedding, a celebration.

Alexis: You know, it's the church that he was gunned down, isn't it? I mean, the symmetry is extraordinary, don't you think?

Ned: You weren't going to tell Sonny he was the father. Remember?

Alexis: So what happens when my daughter finds out?

Ned: By that time, Sonny will be long forgotten, just one more mobster who was gunned down in a shootout that no one remembers.

Alexis: Is that what you want me to tell her?

Ned: He was a violent man who died a violent death, and you tell her that you did your best to protect her.

Alexis: I didn't even get to say good-bye.

Ned: Why are you thinking about this right now? Hmm?

Alexis: If he knew that he had a daughter, he would spoil her rotten.

Ned: If she lived that long. But the world is a safer place without Sonny in it.

Alexis: Do you really think she's going to feel that way about her father?

Ned: I'm sure she'll let us both know after she's born and she learns how to talk in complete sentences.

Alexis: Ok, I'll drop it.

Ned: Thank you. Tonight is a time for celebration. A healthy little girl is coming into the world. A very dear friend of ours is getting married. Just let it go.

Skye: If you don't let me get ready, I'm going to get married in my bathrobe.

Jax: What are you talking about? Your hair and makeup people are not even here yet.

Skye: Is there not one aspect of this wedding that you haven't arranged to be absolutely perfect?

Jax: It's perfect. It's perfect.

Skye: Oh.

A.J.: Oh -- oops. Sorry.

Skye: Oh -- A.J. Come on in. Come here.

A.J.: How many traditions are we breaking here?

Skye: Oh --

Jax: I think we stopped counting.

Skye: Yeah.

Jax: I'm glad you could make it.

A.J.: Absolutely. It's not every day I get the chance to give my sister away.

Skye: Yeah. Most people would say not often enough, actually, mm-hmm.

Jax: I'll be outside.

Skye: Ok.

A.J.: You look happy.

Skye: Yeah. "Black sheep gives away baby sold at birth," hmm?

A.J.: Doesn't get much more romantic than that, now, does it?

Skye: Thanks for being here, A.J. I know it's really hard with that court case and all.

A.J.: I wouldn't miss it for anything in the world.

Skye: Who knew I'd wind up happily ever after, huh?

Roy: The less you know about me and Alcazar, the better.

Felicia: My kids didn't sign up for this.

Roy: I realize that.

Felicia: To do what to whom? I need answers, Roy.

Roy: I can't -- I'm sorry, Felicia. You're going to have to bear with me a little while longer. You're going to have to -- I've found a way out.

Felicia: I don't like this.

Roy: I don't like it, either. I need you to trust me.

Felicia: I'm trying.

Roy: By dawn tomorrow, Alcazar will be history. But there is no room for error in the plan, so I can't deal with any wild cards. You understand?

Brenda: You missed a piece.

Sonny: Carly slammed a baseball bat on the table with the reps of all five families sitting there?

Jason: She said she was running your territory.

Sonny: Really? Ok -- ahem -- what you're going to have to do is you're going to have to just tell them that she was crazy with grief --

Jason: I have.

Sonny: And that, you know, you're taking over the territory, ok?

Jason: Mm-hmm.

Sonny: She should have never have gone there. Why did the guards let her go? What's going on there? I don't --

Jason: Sonny, I don't know. She's just trying to protect you.

Sonny: Trying to protect me. Right. I let her in on a plan. She should be on the beach with Michael having fun.

[Knock on door]

Greg: Jason?

Sonny: Did you call Greg?

Greg: Hey, Mr. Corinthos. Benny's on a call with Morales, but I got here as soon as I could. What's the problem? What do you need?

Sonny: Ok, Greg, listen to me. You're supposed to be at the office.

Greg: Jason -- he left me a message.

Jason: No, I didn't leave you a message.

Sonny: Ok. Who called you? Who told you to come here?

Carly: That would be me.

Courtney: I got to get changed and get out of here. I am going to be so late for that wedding.

Waitress: C w1

Coleman: How's it going?

Courtney: What are you doing here?

Coleman: I like the food.

Courtney: Did you come by earlier?

Coleman: Well, I don't like it that much, honey.

Courtney: Don't call me "honey."

Coleman: Did your husband's boss ever come back?

Courtney: No, and if he does, A.J. is looking out for me.

Waitress: Here you go. Chili with corn chips and apple pie.

Coleman: Thank you, thank you. Let's see -- there you go. It was nice to see you.

Felicia: We need to get home. It's going to storm.

Georgie: Well, what about the movie?

Felicia: You can pick out anything you want.

Maxie: It's just over at the Regency. I mean, if we leave now, we can catch the early show.

Georgie: You said that we could do this stuff as long as you were with us.

Felicia: What about tomorrow?

Maxie: Tonight's the last night.

Georgie: And, Mom, everyone's seen it but us.

Felicia: We can't go to a movie theater right now. It's impossible. I'm sorry.

Georgie: You know what? This is totally unfair! You know it!

Felicia: Georgie -- Georgie, come here!

Maxie: I'll go. You just make her angrier.

Felicia: Thank you. I'm sorry. Lost my temper.

Maxie: Look, I took care of Georgie when you ran off with Luke Spencer. I ran the house the best that I could. I got her to school every day, and I even tried to help her when she woke up in the middle of the night with a stomachache. Then you sent us off to Texas in the middle of the school year. I lost all my friends here and in Texas. It took me one whole summer and part of the fall term to catch up. I missed out on way too much, Mom.

Felicia: I know, I know, and it's terribly unfair. I'm sorry.

Maxie: Look, I don't know what you're up to now, but I don't want to stop my life again. Just so you know.

Felicia: Oh, my God.

Mac: Felicia?

Felicia: Oh --

Mac: Are you all right?

Felicia: Can you stay with the girls tonight? I have an emergency.

Jax: How's it going in there?

Skye: See for yourself.

Jax: Wow.

Skye: Thank you for the dress.

Jax: Actually, it's not the dress. It's you. You look absolutely stunning.

Skye: I think this is what it must feel like to be perfectly happy.

A.J.: Ahem. Wow. You're breaking another tradition here, ok?

Jax: Yes.

A.J.: Ok, I'm taking over. You're out of here. Besides, the photographers need you.

Jax: Ok. Yeah. Take care of her.

A.J.: All right. Get out. Wow. Those are some serious diamonds.

Skye: Oh, yeah. They almost cost me Jax and my sobriety.

A.J.: Now you have both.

Skye: I can hardly believe it. Is Courtney here yet?

A.J.: She's going to come straight from -- straight from work.

Skye: Is everything ok between the two of you?

A.J.: Things have been a little up and down.

Skye: Is she upset about Edward?

A.J.: Forget Edward. I'm the problem.

Skye: Oh. That's right, make it about you.

A.J.: Skye, her fans from the strip club -- they keep showing up at Kelly's.

Skye: Yikes.

A.J.: Yeah, and to top it off, the sleaze she used to work for -- he's hanging around all the time.

Skye: Oh, A.J., that's got to be pretty strange for you.

A.J.: Yeah, it would be a lot easier if I wasn't such a jerk.

Skye: A.J., I'm telling you, ride this one out, ok? The pain is worth it.

A.J.: It's amazing. You put a woman in a wedding dress -- instant optimist.

Skye: Oh, with Jax, everything is just simple, you know? Trust people. Believe in them. Love people, and they'll love you back.

A.J.: I wish it were that simple.

Skye: It is, once you can believe.

A.J.: You tell me to close my eyes and clap my hands, I'm out of here.

Skye: Oh, A.J. Love is magic, like it or not. It's completely irrational and totally inconvenient, but love always wins, even for people like us. You know, after you walk me down that aisle today, I'm going to believe in it for the rest of my life.

A.J.: You deserve it. You know that? You do.

Skye: Thank you.

A.J.: Congratulations. Come here.

Jane: You'd better get out there before Jax and John take up all the film!

Skye: Oh, boy, don't tell me my husband-to-be's a camera hog.

Jane: He got it from his father, not from me.

Skye: Ok, well, let's shove them out of frame, shall we?

Jane: That's the spirit.

A.J.: All right, this I got to see. All right.

Jason: Carly, were you followed?

Carly: No.

Sonny: I'll handle this. You should get going. You want to give me the bat? Because I don't want you to hurt anybody.

Greg: You shouldn't have done this to me, Mrs. Corinthos.

Carly: I am sorry for taking advantage of you, Greg, but I needed to see my husband.

Greg: I'm sorry, Mr. Corinthos, but with everything so up in the air, I --

Sonny: Ok, you know what? Next time my wife calls, hang up on her.

Carly: I miss you.

Sonny: Yeah. So you do these things, right? Provoke the five families? Follow Greg out here? You know, you understand how much trouble you have caused?

Carly: What exactly was I supposed to do when Tagliati showed up?

Sonny: How about not show up at the No Name with a baseball bat!

Carly: I was trying to protect you!

Sonny: I don't want you to protect me!

Carly: What is that? Who's next door?

Sonny: No, no, no, it's nobody. It's the guards.

Carly: What if it's Tagliati?

Sonny: It's all been taken care of.

Max: Mr. Corinthos, it's time.

Carly: It's time for what?

Sonny: It's time for you to stay right there. Do not move!

Max: We spotted Alcazar near the church, but we lost him.

Sonny: Was he alone?

Max: There may have been a second guy. We aren't sure.

Sonny: But Alcazar took the bait?

Max: That's right.

Sonny: And everything he wants is safe in the other room.

Sonny: Carly! Damn.

Carly: Who got away?

Waitress: Kelly's. Courtney, it's for you.

Courtney: A.J., I'm just leaving.

Courtney: Who is this? Who's calling?

Jax: Reverend, you know, I wanted to thank you for doing this at such short notice.

Rev. Dade: I was glad to help.

Jax: How's it going in there? Is everything ready?

Rev. Dade: Let's go make sure.

Jax: All right.

A.J.: Hey, father.

Rev. Dade: Hey.

Ned: If you want to run for it, now would be the time.

Jax: It was another life when I wore this ring. I was married to Brenda.

Ned: So why did you bring it today?

Jax: I don't know.

Ned: Not to give to Skye?

Jax: No, no. Hers is in my pocket. I don't suppose I need two of these.

Ned: As a rule, no.

Jax: Yeah. It wouldn't be fair to Skye.

Ned: Would you like me to hold on to Brenda's ring for a while?

Jax: No, it's ok, Ned. I think it is time I let go of this.

Ned: I think so.

Jax: Yeah. I trust chance, you know? I always have. But there's no place in my life for this ring. So I will leave it to chance once again.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Jason: I'm the one who's positioned to take him out. Let's just work together.

Skye: What are you doing here?

Sonny: Brenda got out through the vent. Jacks is getting married at St. Timothy's. She's got to be headed there. She's walking right into Alcazar's trap.
