>> Previously on "General Hospital" --

Wynona: A.J.'s in a cab parked right across the street.

Taggert: You're under arrest -- the unlawful violation of a restraining order.

Sonny: Yeah --

Elizabeth: Thank you for seeing me, Jason. I just needed some time alone with you. Please don't hurt Zander.

Rick: Think we found her.

Scott: That's her, isn't it?

Rick: Let's focus on what we got to do. We got to finish this. You all right, Scotty? Scotty?

Scott: Oh, yeah, yeah, I'm just fine.

Rick: We got to get the rest of this body out. Once we rebury it, no matter what Laura remembers, it won't matter because there's no body here to find. Watch for every little bit there.

[Dog barks]

Scott: Hey -- hey, dog --

Rick: Dog!

Scott: Hey, hey, hey --

Rick: Hey, dog --

Scott: Wait, whoa, whoa --

Rick: Get the dog!

Courtney: Oh, God. Are you sure it was A.J.?

Wynona: No question. That is definitely your old man sitting in that cab out there.

Courtney: What am I going to say?

Wynona: Oh, well, I wouldn't suggest a lap dance.

Courtney: You can't go on. He can't see either one of us. He thinks we're scrubbing floors at a bank.

Wynona: Oh, sure. And what am I supposed to tell Coleman? Case of the blue flu? Pink flu.

Courtney: Just lock yourself in the bathroom or hide in the closet.

Wynona: Or maybe it's time that you fess up.

Courtney: No, that is not an option and never was.

Wynona: Well, at least you have a noble cause. You're doing it for him, to keep him out of jail.

Courtney: It doesn't matter. Okay, he's going to go insane, and then he's just going to make me stop, and Coleman is just going to send him to jail anyway. I cannot let that happen. I wonít.

Man: Not so fast.

A.J.: Oh, hey, man, if you're going to make some crack about me not having I.D. --

Man: Don't flatter yourself, Romeo. There's a special show going on in there tonight. 20 buck cover charge.

A.J.: 20 -- oh --

Man: Have a good time.

A.J.: Yeah, right.

Courtney: A.J.

A.J.: Courtney. What are you doing here?

Zander: This is Jason Morgan. I'm just calling to check and see if a deposit I'd made earlier is cleared yet? Account number 0-4-3-3-4-3-7-6-2-1.

Elizabeth: Jason? Jason, is that you?

Carly: Oh, Jason, it is so good to see you! Oh, my God, you are never going to believe this. It is so incredible. It's too incredible. We worked it out. Sonny and I -- everything is fine. We went away together, and we just -- we faced our issues head-on. Jason, it's like you've been telling me all along. He loves me. He really, really loves me. And it's the first time I have ever felt so secure. I don't know -- we got past something in the Caribbean. It was like -- I don't know -- but it's all working out now.

Jason: You're forgetting about the restraining order?

Carly: What about it?

Jason: They arrested Sonny for kidnapping you.

Taggert: Kidnapping will get you 15 to 20 in New York State, but I'm sure you probably already knew that.

Sonny: You are making a mistake.

Taggert: It's no big deal. You could get out with good behavior. Well, now that I think about it, probably not.

Sonny: All you have to do is get Carly in here, Taggert. So, what are you doing?

Taggert: You know, it's funny because the last thing I heard, she hates your guts. I got an idea, though. You know, you could -- you know, you could help the authorities on some other pending matters. You know, we could get you a get-free ticket, something like that.

Alexis: Did you ever hear of the Fifth Amendment?

Taggert: Yeah. That's the thing criminals hide behind when they don't want to answer questions.

Alexis: Right and this is called duress. So anything that he's answered up to now or anything that he will answer in the future is involuntary and will be excluded.

Taggert: Oh, okay. Well, you know what? Thank you for the civics lesson, Counselor. I guess I'll have to take that up with Sonny's attorney.

Alexis: I am Mr. Corinthos' attorney.

Jax: You know, marriage is -- it's usually a beginning. Why would you think it would be an end for us?

Skye: Because you said it yourself, Jax -- love equals loss. I mean, the more that you love, the more that it hurts when you lose it in the end.

Jax: Skye, you're making a decision -- you're doing something that you would never do in business -- you're making a decision based on fear.

Skye: Maybe it's just smart thinking.

Jax: Look, nothing comes without risk, Skye. But I'm asking you to be that stubborn, courageous woman I fell in love with and take a chance on us. Trust the love more than the fear of losing it. If you can do that, if you will do that, I will spend the rest of my life making sure you never regret it. Yeah, that's it. Let it out. One little word, three tiny letters.

Skye: Yes. Yes, I will marry you!

Skye: Oh, if this is a dream and you wake me up, I will kill you right where you are.

Jax: This is no dream.

Skye: Are we really engaged?

Jax: Yeah, now that you finally said yes. Only took you half the night.

Skye: Oh, I know. I'm a pain.

Jax: You're my pain.

[Phone rings]

Jax: Will you let the machine get it?

Skye: No, you can answer it. You can share with whomever it is our good news. Go ahead.

Jax: All right. This is Jax and I have astounding news. Oh, hello, Edward.

Edward: You'll never know how much it galls me to have to hear your Aussie voice whenever I want to talk to my granddaughter. Put her on the phone, blaggard. No, wait, wait, wait. What -- what astounding news?

Jax: Well, I asked Skye to marry me, and she agreed.

Edward: Oh. Oh, well, then I guess it's true what they say about water finding its own level. I'm sure the two of you will be perfectly miserable together.

Jax: He's thrilled.

Skye: Hello, Edward. What do you think of our fabulous news?

Edward: Oh, I think that this is beyond excellent, Skye. Jax trusts us even more than we thought. And now that you're engaged, you can have total access. You can bring me that oil map, and he will never even see it coming.

Alexis: Since when is it a crime for a husband and wife to take a romantic getaway to Puerto Rico?

Mac: Since she was granted a valid, enforceable restraining order against him.

Alexis: Which was issued ex parte after a two-minute hearing based on one of her emotional, irrational outbursts. I will personally guarantee that she is not in fear of her husband.

Mac: Sonny's already been in here. I personally warned him.

Alexis: I see. So you've never personally done anything impulsive on behalf of your spouse? I mean, you never just bent the rules just a little bit to keep her out of danger? Lieutenant, Carly does not want her husband arrested. She filed the restraining order in I'm sure what would be a heat of passion.

Taggert: The judge will love that.

Mac: Alexis, the legal system is not designed as a device for wives to tame their husbands and vice versa.

Taggert: Speaking of wives, where is she? Where is the little Miss Carly, huh? Why isn't she here to back up your change of heart?

Alexis: I assume she's on her way.

Taggert: Good. That'll give us time to talk about what's going on down on the waterfront -- Royís warehouse catching fire, your coffee being contaminated.

Alexis: As your attorney for the moment, I wouldn't answer that.

Sonny: No, I'm going to answer. Why don't you kiss me where the sun doesn't shine, you bald-headed jackass.

Alexis: Real nice.

Sonny: Why don't you -- go ahead. If you want to look at me like that, why don't you go ahead and hit me?

Alexis: You know what?

Sonny: Add that to the harassment charges.

Alexis: Will you please --

Sonny: No, come on!

Alexis: Knock it off, both of you?

Gia: You're the one that should be arrested. You were stalking me. I told you to get away, but --

Man: You slapped me, sweetheart. That's assault.

Nikolas: Wait a second. You calm down. It was self-defense. You were in her face. She was protecting herself, all right?

Man: I was in a public street and she's a public figure.

Taggert: You know what? Excuse -- excuse me. You're coming with me, and you keep your voice down.

Man: I want to file charges.

Taggert: Second desk on the right.

Nikolas: Alexis -- Alexis, we need your help. This guy's trying to press charges against Gia.

Alexis: Nikolas, I'm a little busy at the moment.

Nikolas: Please? It'll take two minutes.

Alexis: I don't have two minutes right now.

Nikolas: Oh, I see. For Sonny you do, but not for your family. Is that it, Alexis?

Sonny: You know what?

Nikolas: What, Sonny?

Sonny: Why don't you back off? She's been through a lot already. As a matter of fact, why don't you -- you should be off your feet and get a chair --

Nikolas: No, wait a second. Hold on here. Since when do you tell Alexis what to do, Sonny?

Alexis: All right --

Nikolas: You control her now?

Alexis: Nikolas, please.

Nikolas: No, I get it, I get it. Sonny wants what he wants when he wants it, and everyone else has to stand on the side? Is that it, Sonny?

Sonny: I'm not going to fight with you.

Nikolas: Don't fight with me. I don't care.

Sonny: I'm not going to fight with you.

Nikolas: Donít.

Sonny: She's pregnant, idiot.

Nikolas: You got Alexis pregnant?

Scott: Dog ran right through your legs.

Rick: There's no time to talk about this now, Scotty.

Scott: Well, he's going to show up on his -- his owner's porch with a dead woman's skull in his mouth.

Rick: Dogs bury bones. He has probably hidden it already.

Scott: So we're banking our future on the fact that the dog's going to conceal the evidence?

Rick: There's no time. We got to get the rest of this body out and hidden. Now, come on.

[Phone rings]

Scott: Baldwin. What? Have you got him at the station now? All right, I'll be right there. Good-bye. I got to go to the police department.

Rick: Fine. You impress them as the D.A. because your new position is going to come in handy a lot quicker than we thought. Go. Go on! I'll finish this.

Elizabeth: I thought you were --

Zander: Jason. Yeah, I know.

Elizabeth: What are you doing?

Zander: Just out taking a walk, getting some air.

Elizabeth: In Jasonís jacket?

Zander: What, Jasonís the only one who can wear a leather jacket in Port Charles these days?

Elizabeth: That's his jacket, Zander. I know that for a fact.

Zander: That's right. I forgot. You know everything there is to know about Jason, don't you?

Elizabeth: You stole it, didn't you? First, you ruin one of Sonny's shipments, and now you're going after his people?

Zander: I must have just picked it up on accident, that's all.

Elizabeth: "On accident"? What do you take me for?

Zander: Elizabeth, it's none of your business, okay?

Elizabeth: It is if you're going after Jason because of me.

Zander: Don't flatter yourself.

Elizabeth: Why are you treating me like this?

Zander: You don't know me, okay? You don't know anything about me. You have this whole idea in your head of who I am.

Elizabeth: Then tell me. Tell me why you're down here wearing Jasonís jacket. Tell me why I shouldn't be scared out of my mind.

Zander: What? Now you're scared of me?

Elizabeth: No, not of you, Zander. For you.

A.J.: I asked you a question. What are you doing here?

Courtney: I was dropping off some money.

A.J.: What money? To who? Why? What's going on?

Courtney: A.J., I didn't want you to find out --

A.J.: Find out what? Whoa, whoa. You're scaring the hell out of me. What's going on?

Courtney: Okay. The reason that I had to take a second job was because I had to pay off the owner of the club -- that guy Coleman -- for the damages that you caused when you crashed into it. Look, I asked him not to report it so that there wouldn't be an investigation. I was afraid that they would find out you were drinking and you'd get another D.U.I.

A.J.: Oh. You were worried I'd go to prison?

Courtney: How could I let that happen?

A.J.: So all this time -- you didn't trust me enough to tell me?

Courtney: No, I do trust you. It's just you had so much on your mind, I didn't want to make things worse. But I -- I paid him off tonight, all of it. It's over, okay? I just -- that's what all of this was about. I didn't want the accident coming back to haunt us. So can we please just let this go?

Courtney: A.J. --

A.J.: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's all my fault.

Courtney: No.

A.J.: Yes, it is. I swear I'm going to make it up to you, okay? You scrubbing floors, bailing me out.

Courtney: We love each other and we're together. That's all that matters.

A.J.: That's not even close to what you deserve. My life has changed so much now. I mean, I used to be runner-up, second best, never good enough. My family made that clear from the beginning. Jason got everything. I was always the embarrassment, and God knows I played that role to the hilt.

Courtney: You don't have to.

A.J.: I know. I know. Because of you. Everything has changed. I owe you my -- my self-respect, my dignity. I promise you I'm going to give you the life you deserve.

Courtney: I don't deserve you.

A.J.: Oh, baby, you deserve so much better than me. Come here. Oh.

Courtney: Let's not talk about this here, okay?

A.J.: You know what? I'm making a promise to you right here, right now. I'm going to do better, be better. I'm going to be a better man, a better husband. It'll never measure up to what you've done for me. I love you so much. I do.

Courtney: Okay --

A.J.: So much.

Courtney: Let's just go home.

A.J.: Okay. But you know what? But first, I want to talk to the loser who owns this place. Coleman, right? That's his name?

Elizabeth: Listen to me, Zander. Whatever the plan is, stop now. It isn't too late. Don't take this any further.

Zander: It's not my decision.

Elizabeth: Well, whose decision is it?

Zander: Come on, you know I can't tell you that.

Elizabeth: All right, fine. Fine. Fine. You know what? I really don't care. But think for yourself, Zander. Just get out.

Zander: What if I don't want to get out?

Elizabeth: This is about money again, isn't it?

Zander: Believe what you want.

Elizabeth: I don't believe it. That's just it. This isn't you. I know you that well. You let me know you that well.

Zander: You're right, and maybe that was a mistake.

Elizabeth: You don't really mean that.

Zander: I just want you to trust me. I'm going after what I want.

Elizabeth: Whatever it is, you're not going to find it working for Roy DiLucca.

Zander: You're right, you're right, and finally we agree on something. You think I'm going to spend the rest of my life being somebody's lackey, like Jason? I don't get that many chances, Elizabeth, okay? I never have. I have to play the cards that I am dealt.

Elizabeth: Not like this. There are other choices.

Zander: Not for me. Not anymore.

Elizabeth: Zander, what did you do?

Zander: You're good.

Elizabeth: What?

Zander: All this talking, all this caring about me, all this "you're too good" stuff -- it's all about Jason, just trying to save his butt. You'd do anything for him, wouldn't you?

Roy: You come up with anything?

Felicia: Bad news. Our mysterious benefactor, Luis Alcazar? Turns out he's an international arms dealer.

Roy: Oh.

Felicia: Roy, we've gotten in bed with the wrong person. This man's dangerous.

Alexis: The baby is -- is Nedís.

Nikolas: How long have you known?

Alexis: A few weeks. Can we not discuss this here?

Taggert: Cassadine -- in here.

Sonny: I don't know what Bobbie said to you, but I -- thanks. I know you want out of this life. It's not --

Alexis: Don't make this more than it is. It's just a favor. That's it. It's easy. It's a piece of cake, second nature. I can know the answers to Taggert's questions before he even asks them. I'm almost embarrassed to take your money for it.

Sonny: Almost?

Alexis: Almost.

Skye: What's the matter? Don't you think it's a little late for an attack of shyness?

Jax: You know, stones over 10 carats can draw blood.

Skye: Oh. Well, if you think I'm ever going to take this off, forget it. This is my proof that my claims were unfounded, that you really are the man that I thought you are -- the man who loves me, the man that I love and trust with all my heart.

Jax: The man you just agreed to marry.

Skye: Ooh, do I love the sound of that.

Wynona: You heard me. I can't tonight.

Coleman: Don't tell me you canít. You get out there and you dance, girl.

Wynona: Get somebody else.

Coleman: There isn't anybody else.

A.J.: Is Coleman in there? Never mind. Just get out of my way.

Courtney: A.J., please, let's just go.

A.J.: No. I know how to get this guy off our backs.

Courtney: A.J., please.

A.J.: Hey. All the crap you put my wife through stops right here, right now.

Felicia: I got this from a connection from the W.S.B. Alcazar is a behind-the-scenes black market businessman. He's been linked to international arms smuggling, industrial espionage, but he's elusive. So the fact that you even had a meeting with him was miraculous.

Roy: Yeah, this is -- this is just great stuff, Felicia. This Cordova sort of rings a bell.

Felicia: That's one of the aliases -- one of the several aliases. Nobody knows where he lives or how to track him down, but he has been seen from time to time in Europe, usually in connection with some major arms deals or security breach. But this guy is bad news, Roy.

Roy: Hmm.

Felicia: Which leads to the million-dollar question.

Roy: Yeah, yeah -- why did he give me a million dollars and change?

Felicia: Well, he didn't pick your name out of the telephone book.

Roy: No, he said he picked me -- well, in so many words, because I've had my share of trouble. I'd imagine that men who have not been in trouble tend not to want to do business with this man.

Felicia: No. I think it has something to do with your feelings towards Sonny. It's like you said -- Alcazar is after Sonny over something valuable, something more valuable than the pier.

Roy: The good news is there is no paper trail that connects him to the money he gave us. And because he's a wanted man in this country, he has to work from a distance. Distance creates opportunity. We can use Alcazar even while he thinks he's using us.

Felicia: Until we're no longer useful to him, and then he'll have us killed. And then that same trail that doesn't lead to us won't lead back to him as the primary suspect. Oh, dear, that was a double negative, wasn't it?

[Roy laughs]

Felicia: Well, I think you understand what I was saying.

Roy: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I agree that this game is not without risks. But the payoff is huge. It's so huge, it's worth it. For me, anyway.

Felicia: I'm just taking it one step at a time. And I was thinking -- if I wanted to just drop everything and just walk away, that would mean that I would have to walk away from you. And I don't think that I'm ready to do that yet.

Roy: Well, that's good because I don't want to give you up, either.

Elizabeth: No, don't turn this around on me. This isn't about me or Jason.

Zander: Like hell it's not. Everything's about Jason.

Elizabeth: No, that's in your mind, Zander. You resent Jason. That's not my fault. I had a relationship with the guy way before you came alone.

Zander: That's right. I forgot. You know what? So just forget it.

Elizabeth: God, Zander, what happened? You had so much potential, and you're just wasting it.

Zander: Come on, Elizabeth. Save the pep talk.

Elizabeth: You're right back where you started, same old pattern. This is Royís fight, not yours.

Zander: This isn't about Roy. Okay, this is about me. Sonny chose Jason over me. You chose Jason over me.

Elizabeth: I didn't choose Jason.

Zander: Is that why you were with him in his apartment?

Elizabeth: What are you insinuating?

Zander: Is that a denial?

Elizabeth: Why would I deny it? Yeah, I was with Jason. But I guess you were too busy stealing his jacket to figure out why. I went to Jason for you, to ask him not to hurt you.

Zander: Great. That's wonderful.

Elizabeth: He put you in the hospital once, Zander. What's going to happen the next time?

Zander: Don't worry about it, okay? You just go and you talk to your little friend Jason.

Elizabeth: All right. You know what? Fine. You want to screw up your life, be my guest. Do whatever you want. Just leave me out of it.

Zander: Don't worry. I intend to.

Carly: Alexis, I apologize. Hey, baby. Listen, Commissioner, this is all my fault. I never intended for Sonny to be arrested.

Mac: A couple of days ago, you wanted nothing less.

Carly: Yeah, I was angry and emotional and I said some things I probably shouldn't have. Listen, we're going to get you out of here right away.

Mac: I'm afraid it's not that simple. A court order has been issued, and until it's legally rescinded or revoked, I have to enforce it.

Alexis: She's orally rescinding it right now, and I will follow up with the formal paperwork within the hour.

Mac: You can discuss it with the D.A. when he gets here. He's on his way. And there's still the serious matter of you being taken out of the country against your will.

Carly: Oh, that's ridiculous. I went voluntarily, happily. My husband and I -- we love each other.

Scott: Well, that's not what you told me when you called me in the middle of the night to file a restraining order. You were yelling and cussing just like a sailor.

Carly: I wasn't yelling and cussing.

Scott: Yeah. And the next morning when you saw me at Kellyís, you didn't think I was moving fast enough. You did get my bill, right?

Sonny: Wait a minute. He's the D.A.

Scott: Our office doesn't like filing orders falsely on behalf of deranged citizens.

Carly: "Deranged"?

Scott: Yeah.

Alexis: Let me ask you something. Wouldn't you consider this a conflict of interest? I mean, you filed a court order as Carly's private attorney, and then you turn around and enforce that same order on behalf of the state? Hardly ethical.

Scott: Well, I'm enforcing the order against Corinthos, not against his wife.

Alexis: You're trying to grab headlines by exploiting a domestic dispute to nail Sonny.

Scott: I think the town would cheer.

Alexis: I think the ethics committee will bury you. But go ahead. They buried the last D.A. I'm sure that won't happen to you.

Scott: Well, this is your last chance. If change your mind, drop the charges, don't come running to the police, to my office. You are on your own. And as far as you go, I got cops, prosecutors, special division units, and they're all going to be looking at you. So cut him loose -- for now.

Carly: Thanks for your help, Alexis.

Alexis: No problem.

Sonny: Let's go.

Mac: Not so fast. We need Mrs. Corinthos' paperwork.

Jason: We have business that needs attention right now.

Carly: All right, you two -- you go ahead, and I'll catch up with you later, okay? Let's get this over with.

Mac: All right. Have a seat. Be with you as soon as I can.

Alexis: Don't look so disappointed. You'll get the hang of this job. And I was impressed how you came down here and handled things personally. You're going to take a shine to this job in no time. Prior to that, you might want to take a shine to your shoes.

Scott: Car trouble. You know how those little sports cars break down.

Alexis: Did you find out what was wrong with it? The car, I mean.

Scott: No --

Nikolas: Alexis --

Scott: Couldn't figure it out.

Nikolas: Scott, how you doing? I'm sorry to interrupt, but --

Scott: That's okay. I've got eight more cases to look at.

Nikolas: Look, I -- I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I had -- I had absolutely no idea that you were pregnant. But I think it's great that you and Ned are working things out and back together --

Alexis: We're not -- we're not back together. I mean, we're not --

Nikolas: So this wasn't, you know, planned?

Alexis: No, no. It was not planned.

Nikolas: But you're okay, then, right?

Alexis: Yes. Oh, yes. Ned wants to be very involved in the baby's life and I think that's a good idea, but I'll be handling it on my own.

Nikolas: Okay. Well, listen, if there's anything I can do to help, you let me know.

Alexis: Thank you.

[Taggert sighs]

Taggert: Okay. So this guy takes your picture and you hit him? What's up with that?

Gia: He was a bully. He deserved it.

Taggert: It's his job.

Gia: Marcus, you weren't there. He was all up in my face, and I didn't want to --

Taggert: Smile. Say "excuse me."

Gia: It's not that easy. You don't know what it's like. I work all day, and I just want to go out with my boyfriend at night away from the camera. You have no idea the kind of pressure that I'm under.

Taggert: Isn't this what you wanted, Gia? You know, fame, fortune?

Gia: No, I want to be happy.

Taggert: Really? Well, it doesn't seem to be happening, is it?

Gia: Don't start in on Nikolas, if that's what you're doing.

Taggert: Well, you know what? Nikolas is the one who is driving this, isn't he?

Gia: No, he's not. It is my life, and I will work it out.

Nikolas: Hey. Well, we're okay. The whole matter's been settled.

Gia: That's it? I can go?

Alexis: Out-of-court settlement with the photographer.

Gia: Thank you, Alexis.

Alexis: Thank Nikolas' checkbook.

[Nikolas chuckles]

Gia: Okay. Come on.

Nikolas: All right. I'll be out in a second. Thank you.

Alexis: Hey.

Nikolas: And congratulations, by the way. I'm happy for you. Okay, well, I'm going to get going, okay? Let me know if you need anything?

Alexis: I will.

Nikolas: All right. I'll see you.

Courtney: My husband's just upset because I am working nights scrubbing floors at a bank to pay off the cost of him crashing into your club, and I just told him that I came to see you to make the final payment.

A.J.: We're even now. You got that? You're not getting another dime out of my wife.

Coleman: You're a lucky guy. You know that? I mean, your wife -- she's something else.

A.J.: Yes, she is. She doesn't belong anywhere near a place like this.

Coleman: Well, my customers might disagree with you. Just trying to make a living, Mr. Quartermaine, like everybody else.

A.J.: By taking advantage of innocent young women?

Coleman: Well, I'd say we're even.

A.J.: What's that supposed to mean?

Courtney: Hey -- everything's settled. A.J., come on. Can we just please go? Please?

Jason: The entire shipment -- gone. Six containers of premium Guatemala Antigua contaminated. It's a total loss.

Sonny: No, the real loss is the 500,000. They're tangling with us. They're biting the tail of the dragon.

Jason: Yeah. Roy DiLucca is.

Sonny: Like he didn't get the message the first time?

Jason: He claims he wants peace.

Sonny: Well, he sure as hell picked the wrong way to go about it, Jason. What's wrong?

Jason: I -- I don't know, okay? Stealing this cash is a stupid, stupid move, even for Roy DiLucca.

Sonny: Okay. You got a theory?

Jason: I'm betting that the guy who did the legwork for him -- Zander Smith.

Jason: I'll see what I can find out.

[Key turns in lock]

Nikolas: I don't know. Alexis looked at me like she had no idea who I was. You know, and we used to be so close.

Gia: Well, she has a lot on her mind. I mean, obviously.

Nikolas: Yeah, maybe, but what about everyone else, you know? My brother despises me. My mother -- for God sakes, she's about to be married and I'm left out of the loop. And Kristina -- I haven't spoken to her in weeks.

Gia: Well, you have me.

Nikolas: Yeah, I do, and I thank God for that. I know that.

Gia: You know, I know exactly what you're going through. I only have Marcus and my mother, but my mother hates the fact that I'm modeling and Marcus thinks that I've completely lost my mind.

Nikolas: Are you happy?

Gia: When I'm with you. You're the only one who understands me. I'd be lost without you.

Nikolas: I'm not going anywhere. I love you.

Gia: I love you.

Scott: Mac, is there any more on the Mulberry case?

Mac: No, Madison recanted his statement. He's due to be released on Friday.

Scott: Okay. Well, I guess that's it for tonight.

Mac: Congratulations. 24 hours as the Port Charles district attorney. How does it feel?

Scott: Well, it'll probably get me a good table at The Grill. Other than that, I'm just breathing in the stink.

[Mac chuckles]

Mac: Welcome to the trenches.

Officer: Look what the dog dragged in. We got a call from Peter F. Bacon, 4500-block of North Yale. Dog showed up with this.

Mac: Pretty old from the looks of it.

Officer: Yeah.

Mac: All right. Tag it. Send it to forensics. See if we can I.D. it.

Officer: Okay.

Jason: Yeah, it's me. I have something I want you to do. Well, we got some serious problems at the warehouse. I need you to talk to the security people. What? Where the hell was everybody? No, I don't care. I don't want to hear excuses. I want to talk to those people tonight.

[Knock on door]

Jason: I'll call you back.

Sonny: Benny called.

Jason: And?

Sonny: He found the 500k.

Jason: Where?

Sonny: In your offshore account. He traced the transfer, asked questions. Apparently somebody wearing your jacket and riding a motorcycle dropped the cash off at a local branch, earmarked for offshore deposit. He called later to, you know, make sure that the deposit was made, claiming it was you.

Jason: I was set up.

Sonny: Yeah, no kidding. When's the last time you wore that jacket?

Jason: Not in a while.

Alexis: You need to sign right there. Okay. This is yours. I'll file a copy with the D.A.'s office on my way out.

Carly: Alexis --

Alexis: You don't have to thank me any more. You've thanked me more than enough today. It's all right.

Carly: No, I want to tell Sonny that he's the father of your baby.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Jax: You can't be harassing my fiancťe like this.

Edward: I still intend to take you to the poorhouse.

Alan: What was that about?

Alexis: I need you in my life, and my baby needs you.

Sonny: Did Zander ask you to come here? He put you up to this, didn't he?
