Gabi: Hey, thanks for meeting me. I really needed a dose of big brother.
Rafe: Oh, no. What's wrong?
Gabi: It's just Mami. She left. She left town. Rafe...
Gabi: I don't know. [Crying]
Hope: Steve, are you sure there isn't anything I can do? Okay. Will you tell her we all love her and I'll be there first thing tomorrow morning? Take care of yourself. Your aunt Kay is out of surgery and stable.
JJ: I could use some good news.
Shawn: A brain bleed like that it's--
Hope: It could've been fatal. I was really scared. Anyway, um, honey, please make sure your mom gets the good news, okay?
JJ: Yeah. Yeah, I'll call her on my break. Lt. Raines doesn't like us making personal calls on department time.
Shawn: Are you serious? C'mon, that jerk knows what you're going through. I don't understand, why did you even come to work today?
JJ: What else would I do with myself? Jennings wanted me to pull an old case file. He wants you to take a look at it.
Hope: Thank you, honey. Take care of yourself.
JJ: You too.
Shawn: What's the case?
Hope: Hmm? Oh, uh... local small business owner. Embezzlement. We didn't have enough evidence to convict.
Shawn: He has an office. I don't understand why he's spending all of his time in here. And why is he pulling all of Justin's old cases?
Hope: Because he is claiming that Justin was sloppy and in the pocket of the Kiriakis family.
Shawn: Well, even if that's true, the guy got off. That ship has sailed.
Hope: Yes, it has, but there's no big splashy cases right now, is there? So Aiden... trying to build his reputation by trashing Justin's.
Shawn: And you know what? He's using it as an excuse to hang out where you work. Mom, he's obsessed with you.
Hope: He's wasting his time.
Shawn: Is he the reason why you wanted to quit?
Belle: Hey, thanks for seeing me so late.
Chad: Yeah, no problem. Come on in. You said it was important.
Belle: Yeah, I've been giving a lot of thought to what we talked about and I've come to a decision.
Chad: About the job?
Belle: Well, you said you wanted to turn DiMera enterprises into something honest and above board. And if I'm gonna work for you, I want that too. But, uh... it's kinda impossible unless I tell you... about what my sister did regarding the funds that she stole from Stefano.
Chad: Well, you already told me that you didn't know what Sami did with the money.
Belle: I was covering for her. I know where half of the money is.
Belle: I have-- well, I had it.
Chad: Where is-- where is it now?
Belle: If you check the DiMera Enterprises operating account you'll see that I wired it to you.
Chad: You had the money this whole time?
Belle: How do you think I bought a nightclub? Which I will sell, by the way, and turn over all of the proceeds.
Chad: That's not necessary. What made you come clean?
Belle: Listen, Sami didn't tell me what she wanted me to do with the money, I just think-- I think that she knew Shawn and I were splitting up and she wanted to take care of me. And now I have a really great job... with you... and... I just don't want that big of a secret between us. Are we okay?
Chad: Yeah. You've proven I can trust you. And it just so happens I'm in desperate need of somebody that I can trust.
Belle: Why? What's wrong?
Chad: Well, I've reached out to all of our foreign offices of an immediate internal audit and most of them are trying to comply, except for... Mr. Shin in Hong Kong. He's stonewalling me.
Belle: Well, if he's using this time to try and cover up illegal activities--
Chad: Yeah, so I need a lawyer to be my point person in Hong Kong as soon as possible. And I would-- I'd like that person to be you.
Shawn: Look, mom, I think it's a very bad idea that you have to come in here and you have to work so closely with the guy who tried to kill you.
Hope: I am not giving up a job that I love because of him.
Shawn: Look, I don't know about you, but I hate coming in here and seeing his face acting like he owns this place. I mean he-- his son raped my sister for god's--
Hope: Keep... your voice low.
Shawn: I am not afraid of him.
Hope: Shawn, stop. He has taken enough from this family. I will not allow him to ruin our lives anymore than he already has.
to do is ride herd on shin. Okay? This attitude he has is new and, I mean, we used to at least get along, or see eye-to-eye and he just turned on a dime. And I have no idea why.
Belle: Okay. Well, it's gonna take a little bit of time and Hong Kong's pretty far away, so...
Chad: Right. Which is why I would ask that you...relocate.
Belle: I'm sorry, what? When I accepted this job today there was no mention of moving.
Chad: Right. And I just got your contract from legal... and if this isn't something you wanna do, I'll tear it up. I want you to be happy.
Belle: No, I-- I already tore up one contract today.
Chad: So does that mean you'll go to Hong Kong?
Belle: Uh... I have to talk to Shawn and Claire about it.
Chad: Yes, of course. Look, I know I'm asking a lot of you... and I promise that I'll make it worth your while.
[Knock at door]
Sonny: Hey, sorry to interrupt, Harold said I could come up.
Belle: No, it's okay, Sonny, I was just leaving. Um...I'll be in touch.
Sonny: Business meetings this time of night?
Chad: I'm a mogul. It's what we do.
Sonny: Yeah, well, even moguls have to eat. You wanna go to the town square?
Chad: No, I was just-- I was gonna have Harold bring up something here.
Sonny: Chad, you have plenty of time to save the company and take care of business, but first you need to take care of yourself. Abigail would want that. Don't ya think?
Chad: All right. Let's get the hell outta here.
Sonny: Yeah? That's more like it.
Sonny: Oh, hey, and can I give you a little advice? I love my mom so much. And I think it's great that she and Lucas are here helping out, but don't, you know, don't have her live here forever.
Gabi: So, basically, aunt Estrella called...
Gabi: And she has to have her hip replaced. So--so she hung up and she called the airline. And she's on the way to O'Hare right now, but... I don't know, Rafe, this just feels like it's an excuse... to get away from us. Like, am I wrong to feel rejected here?
Rafe: [Sighs] Wow. I can't believe-- no. Okay? No. You are not wrong.
Gabi: Why am I even upset? Like, I'm not a kid anymore. I--
Rafe: No! No, you are not a kid anymore, but Ari is. Ari is and she loves her abuela.
Gabi: Rafe, she's four years old and I've had to already find a way to explain to her that her dad is dead. That her godmother is dead. And now I have to find a way to explain to her that her grandmother doesn't love her enough to stay here and be with her.
Rafe: Okay, well, hold on a second. I don't know if it's like that.
Gabi: That's what it feels like, Rafe, and I don't know how much more I can take of this.
Rafe: Well, you're not alone. You're not alone, okay? I'm still here. So is Dario.
Gabi: Yeah. I may be stuck with Dario, but you're rock, okay?
Gabi: I don't know what I would do without you so...come here.
Shawn: Something wrong?
Lt. Raines: I'm told you were the guy who ordered forensics to run DNA testing on this pill before it was entered into evidence.
Shawn: Brady black's son was missing. We were trying to catch the kidnapper. I kinda thought that official protocol could wait.
Lt. Raines: And if your grandfather's attorney gets this case dismissed because we weren't following "official protocol," your ass is on the line.
Shawn: I wasn't covering for anybody.
Lt. Raines: Oh, come on. You got this job because your last name is Brady.
Hope: Excuse me.
Lt. Raines: That's why you think you're too good for the rules.
Hope: Excuse me, Raines. Officer Brady was hired the commissioner's recommendation because he's a damn good cop.
Lt. Raines: The commissioner is his uncle.
Hope: Then you take up this beef with the commissioner.
Shawn: Look, you don't have to fight my battles for me, mom.
Hope: I wasn't. And what he said... it's not true.
Shawn: Well, it's not the first time I've heard it. I mean, come on, dad didn't give a damn about dotting his I's or crossing his T's and he was one of the best cops this department's ever seen. And he was always getting into trouble.
Hope: Wait a minute, if that were the case, he never would have made detective. By the book. Your dad would be very proud of you.
Shawn: He'd be very proud of you too.
Hope: Love you, honey.
Shawn: Love you.
Aiden: Hope? You get a chance to look at the case file I put on your desk this morning? The people V. Hamlin?
Hope: Yeah, I did.
Aiden: Great. Got a minute?
Shawn: Be careful.
Claire: Hey, Mom.
Belle: Hey, honey. How was your day?
Claire: Good. Chloe wants to pitch one of my songs to Philip.
Belle: Oh, that's great. That's great. Aw, look. That's the three of us sailing in the dragon boat carnival in Hong Kong. It was Chinese new years.
Claire: Why are you looking at that now?
Belle: Mom left it out. Aww. And, uh... because Chad just offered me a job in Hong Kong.
Claire: Oh. Wow. Cool.
Belle: Yeah, but this job is gonna take a while, so I... might need to relocate.
Claire: Are you kidding me?0
Belle: Listen, I told Chad that I'd have to talk to you and your dad first and I'll only go if you two come with me.
Claire: Okay, did you not hear what I just said? Chloe might record one of my songs.
Claire: No! Hell no!
Sonny: This sandwich is great. Why don't you try some of yours?
Chad: I'm not--actually I'm not all that hungry.
Sonny: You know baseball post season should be pretty interesting, huh?
Chad: I don't watch much baseball anymore, either.
Sonny: No? You're a cubs fan. Come on.
Chad: Cubs? Who are the cubs?
Sonny: [Laughs] You know, after will died, I... got interested in football.
Chad: Football? Why?
Sonny: Mm-hmm. Because it was something I could do where I didn't have to think about... will. Now, finding a gay bar in Paris to watch American football wasn't easy, but it gave me a sense of community. A reason to look forward to the weekend.
Chad: Oh, man, those things last forever now.
Sonny: I know. It also gave me... [Sighs] Something else to think about other than being filled with guilt.
Chad: Why would you feel guilty?
Sonny: Because I went to Paris... because I couldn't deal with will sleeping with Paul, and when I was gone--
Chad: But that would've happened even if you'd stayed.
Sonny: Yes. I figured that out. Sometimes bad things just happen, you know? And there's nothing we can do about it.
Chad: Yeah, I mean, look, you don't think that-- look, I-- I wish I could've kept Ben away from Abby.
Sonny: You couldn't... anymore than I could stop Ben from doing what he did to will.
Chad: Okay, then I should've been able to help her through it.
Sonny: You know what I think? I think Ben-- what he did to Abigail, was too much for her to handle and no one could've gotten her through that. Abigail's my cousin. I have known her since the day she was born... and she never stopped loving you. Try to quit beating yourself up and eat your damn sandwich.
Chad: Mmm. It's so good.
Claire: You went on and on about how you had to go to law school because you wanted to be more than a wife and a mother. You know, and now I have a job that makes me feel good about myself and you couldn't care less!
Belle: That is not true.
Claire: No, I'm not gonna give this up. I don't care what you say.
Belle: Claire, that's not what this is even about.
Claire: Oh, right. Sorry, it's about you. Like it always is. Have you even talked to dad?
Belle: I've left him messages. Listen, Claire, didn't you even hear what I just said? I want him to come with us. I want us to be a family. Isn't that what you want? Listen, I know it means a lot to you to work in the music business, but there's something you don't know.
Claire: And what's that?
Belle: Philip bought me out this morning. We're not partners anymore. So I'm afraid it's gonna be a little awkward for you there.
Claire: Okay. Wow.
Belle: I'm so sorry. He got the money together, I didn't have a choice. But I'm working at the DiMera enterprises now and I can probably get you an even better gig than working at some start up.
Claire: Oh, my God. No, this is just like you buying a whole nightclub for me to sing in. You just don't listen to me. And you don't believe in me. You don't think that I can get what I want for myself.
Belle: I do believe in you, but I am your mother and I want to help you. Okay? Breaking into the business is hard. It's just as much about luck as it is about skill. It's okay to accept help when it's offered to you.
Claire: Well, I don't need your help and I don't need you. So go to Hong Kong and leave me the hell alone.
Hope: It wasn't Justin's fault that the accountant got off. There just wasn't enough evidence to convict the guy.
Aiden: What about the other case? The one I left on your desk this morning.
Hope: Aiden, why you doing this?
Aiden: I'm just trying to familiarize myself with the failures of the das office before I took over. And what's wrong with trying to do a better job, huh?
Hope: [Scoffs] Try selling that to someone who doesn't know you.
Aiden: So you were talking about resigning. What changed your mind?
Hope: You did, actually. I'm not giving up a job I love because of you. You're not winning, Jennings.
JJ: Hey. What are you doing here?
Gabi: I just brought you some coffee for the late night shift.
JJ: Thank you.
Gabi: You're welcome.
JJ: Does this mean you're not mad at me anymore?
Gabi: Yeah. Uh, well, no. I'm-- okay, I don't know. Just kinda all over the place right now.
JJ: Yeah, me, too. I'm sorry I made you feel so bad.
Gabi: It's not you, it's-- I mean... it's not just you.
JJ: Then what is it?
Gabi: Well, I didn't get to tell you before, but my dad left town.
JJ: I'm-- I'm really sorry. I know you liked having him around.
Gabi: Yeah and... my mom found the first excuse and pretty much did the same thing.
JJ: She's not coming back?
JJ: Deveraux. Yeah, I'm on my way. My lieutenant wants to see me.
Gabi: Yeah, okay.
JJ: I promise I'll call you.
Belle: Oh, hey, JJ, have you seen Shawn?
JJ: He's out in the field, but do you want me to try and reach him?
Belle: Oh, no, I don't want to bother him. I'll just wait to hear from him.
Aiden: I'm glad you saw the DiMera file. Definitely want to talk to you about it.
Hope: Why? Justin got a conviction. Case closed.
Aiden: Mm. I'm not so sure about that. I mean... don't you find it awfully convenient? You got this hood--Monahan, he walks in... confesses to the crime and André gets to go free. I mean there's... not a single thing in this file... about a witness who can put Monahan anywhere near the DiMera house. I mean, even you. You're on record saying that you believe André was guilty.
Hope: I was wrong. Excuse me.
Chad: So... have you been spending a lot of time with Arianna?
Sonny: Yeah, I try to see her every day.
Chad: That's gotta be so good for her.
Sonny: Oh, it's good for me. You know, she doesn't miss a trick, that little one.
Chad: Well, yeah, Sami Brady is her grandma. So, of course not.
Sonny: There you go.
Sonny: Yeah. You know, I was at the grocery store with her the other day, and she was bugging me to buy her a lollipop.
Sonny: But I said, "no." I was like, "it's too close to lunch. You can't have that." But she didn't back off. She wore me down. Promised me she'd wait till after lunch to eat it. So I bought it for her, and you know what she said to me?
Sonny: She leans in and goes, "daddy, I am so proud of you."
Chad: Get out.
Sonny: I'm serious. She said that to me. Yeah. And she said it the other day, too, when I caved on something. That's what I get for saying it to her all the time when she does things my way.
Chad: That's so adorable.
Gabi: Hey, I'm sorry to butt in, but I just--I wanted to say how awful I feel about Abigail.
Chad: Uh, yeah, thanks. Thanks, Gabi.
Gabi: You know, she was a-- she was a really great friend to me. Even after she found out about nick and that was her cousin. She actually wrote to me every week when I was inside. And she just made me feel like I could-- like I could have a life again someday. And now I do. And she's not here. I don't know we should just be raising our kids together, you know? It's not fair. It's just not fair.
Chad: Thank you.
Shawn: I wish I would've spent more time with Abigail. After I got back from Maine--
JJ: Her life was a mess.
Shawn: I don't understand why she took up with that guy.
JJ: Ben? He was fine at first. Then he went off the rails and took my sister with him.
Shawn: That must've been pretty bad 'cause Abigail was a strong person.
JJ: It kills me... everybody thinking she went nuts. You know my grandma? My mom's mom?
Shawn: Laura, yeah.
JJ: She's a shrink and she said what happened to Abigail was PTSD. And that place she was in? She wasn't getting the right treatment. What if she had?
JJ: I swear to God, if Ben Weston ever gets out of prison I'll kill him.
Lt. Raines: Officer Deveraux, did you get the message that I wanted to see you?
JJ: Yeah, I went to your office, you weren't there.
Lt. Raines: Then you should've kept on looking.
Shawn: Look, why don't you lay off of him? His sister just died.
Lt. Raines: Detective Brady doesn't think he has to play by the rules. Maybe because half of this police force and half of other criminals in this town are in his family.
JJ: All right, you know, that's a cheap shot and you know it.
Shawn: I mouthed off. It's my fault.
JJ: No, you didn't do anything wrong. He's the one that came in here and started running his mouth.
Shawn: JJ, stop. All right? Thank you, but lay off.
Belle: Oh. [Laughs] Look at you in that picture.
Claire: What's that thing on my head?
Belle: It's a colander. You used to use it as a hat.
Claire: You took a picture of it?
Belle: It was really cute.
Claire: Oh. I guess it was kinda funny.
Belle: Listen, I'm sorry I dumped this whole Hong Kong thing on you. And I'm sorry that I made you feel like I don't believe in you. I'm so proud of you.
Claire: Oh. I'm proud of you too.
Belle: [Laughs] Wow. Well, that makes me feel better than any job ever could. So if you don't want to go to Hong Kong, I'm gonna tell Chad I can't do it.
Claire: No! No, no, no! I don't want you not to go. I mean, this could be a great chance for you. You know, and you and Dad really love it there, right? Couldn't we just work something out? I mean, maybe I could stay here with grandma and grandpa.
Belle: But you'd be so far away.
Claire: Oh, come on. Not too long ago you were ready to ship me off to Maine.
Belle: Yeah, well, I can drive to Maine. It's a 16-hour flight to Hong Kong.
Claire: 'Cause you've already checked out the flights, right?
Belle: All right, all right.
Claire: Here, what about this? If I wanted to go to college at, like, oxford or something, would you be telling me it was too far away?
Belle: All right, I take your point. I will think about letting you stay here... on one condition.
Hope: Thanks for coming right over.
Rafe: So how'd it go after you took back your resignation?
Hope: That part went okay.
Rafe: Okay, what part didn't go okay?
Rafe: There's obviously-- something's bothering you. Aiden?
Rafe: Well, what?
Hope: He still camped out in the interrogation room going over old case files. Guess what was on the top of the stack?
Rafe: Um... Stefano?
Hope: He's making noise about wanting to reopen the case.
Rafe: Hope, so what? He cannot prove that you killed Stefano. Okay?
Hope: We don't know. We don't know that.
Hope: Rafe, this is the biggest case of the year. Aiden already thinks it's suspicious that Monahan just walked in and confessed.
Rafe: Well, so do I. But you had nothing to do with that. André just probably got to him.
Hope: He wants to go over the case with me. He'll see right through me.
Rafe: No he--no. Hope, what do you want me to do? Do you want me to lean on him? Because I would love to do that.
Hope: No. No, you can't.
Rafe: I would--yes, I can.
Hope: But you can't do that. This could come back on you too.
Rafe: It is not gonna come back on me. It won't.
Hope: Aiden has made a total mess out of my life. I couldn't stand it if he did the same to yours.
Rafe: He is not. He's not gonna make a mess out of my life. I promise you that. I have you now. He won't-- he can't touch us anymore.
Aiden: [Thinking] André denied having anything to do with what happened to me. He also insisted that he didn't kill his father. Said that you did it. You framed him.
Hope: [Scoffs] That's ridiculous.
Aiden: Of course it is.
Gabi: So, wait a minute, you're turning DiMera enterprises around and you're doing it in Abigail's memory? That's really cool.
Chad: Yeah, well, a lot of the senior executives wouldn't agree with you. You know, most of these guys are just these, you know, these old cronies of my father's who only got hired because they did things as shady as he did.
Sonny: No kidding.
Chad: Yeah, if they had the stones to say what they wanted, they'd probably be saying, "hey, kid, why don't you sit down behind that desk, shut up and let the grownups handle things?"
Sonny: Well, screw them.
Sonny: Because you've run the company before. You know what you're doing.
Chad: Right, but back then I was just learning the ropes. You know, Kate was the one actually running things. She kept them in line and afraid of me.
Gabi: She's back over at DiMera's, right?
Chad: Yeah, but, I mean, I'm the CEO, so she works for me. I mean, I had a meeting today with all the executives, right? And the idea was to lay out the plans for the future. And these old bastards just sit there, you know, yes-ing and winking at each other like it's funny.
Gabi: Wait, sorry, were you-- were you wearing this?
Chad: What's that supposed to mean?
Gabi: Well, uh... just that for your body type and frame, that shirt is not the right fit. And you need a power tie.
Chad: That's cold blooded.
Sonny: She's right, though, man, like the guys that you're dealing with, these old geezers, you know, they care about that kind of garbage.
Sonny: You know you need a power tie, you definitely need a new belt and some fresh pants.
Chad: So my wardrobe is the problem?
Gabi: Okay, if you want to be the boss of a big corporation, you have to dress corporate. I'm sorry. It's the truth. And it's one of the things I learned from all these fashion designers. That image really matters.
Sonny: Well, listen to you. Laying it on the line.
Gabi: [Laughs] Shut up. Look, I read in an article--
Chad: You read?
Gabi: Yes! That if you want a job, you have to dress like you already have it. It gives you a 60% better chance of getting it.
Sonny: Well, he already has the job that he wants.
Chad: Yeah, but the problem is holding on to it.
Gabi: Okay, well, what about let's go shopping.
Chad: I'm busy.
Gabi: What about right now? [Laughs]
Chad: Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine.
Gabi: Yes, now.
Claire: What "condition"?
Belle: Well, when you mentioned oxford, it got me thinking.
Claire: Well, I mean, I was just trying to make a point.
Belle: Listen, you are such a good student and you're so bright and I want you to go to college.
Claire: Mom, we already settled this.
Belle: And we said that we would revisit it.
Claire: Yeah, in a year.
Belle: Well, why do we need to wait a whole year? Honey, a college education is not gonna hurt you in the music business.
Claire: Mom, you don't know anything about the music business.
Belle: I know that before he made his first million Mick Jagger took accounting.
Claire: You are totally just making that up.
Belle: No, do a search online. I swear.
Claire: I don't know. I mean-- what if I'm just not feeling school?
Belle: I don't buy that. You not going to college was about punishing me for leaving your dad. And the only person that's punishing is you. Please just promise me that you'll reconsider this decision. Not for my sake, but for yours.
Hope: You hungry?
Hope: I have leftovers from last night. I could warm them up.
Rafe: As good as that sounds, why, um... I could whip up some Spanish omelets. No. Okay. Chinese?
Hope: Yeah. How about foo's wok?
Rafe: I have the menu memorized.
Hope: Great, let's--ohh. Give me a second. Sorry.
Rafe: What's wrong?
Hope: My shoulder. I just, um... it's been bothering me all day.
Rafe: Hm. Well, that makes sense considering Aiden's back. Oh, the good news, your massage therapist is very close by.
Rafe: How's that?
Hope: Ah, maybe just a little more pressure. On the right side.
Rafe: All right?
Hope: That feels good.
Rafe: Do you want me to stop?
Hope: It does feel better.
Rafe: Does it?
Aiden: "Deceased's cell phone was used to arrange for a chartered flight to an unspecified destination in Europe on the night he disappeared."
But Stefano got whacked before he had a chance to leave the country.
Let's see... he died long before his body was found in that warehouse. So maybe the killer made that call. André had access to his phone. Or maybe... uh, Lieutenant Raines?
Lt. Raines: Yeah, need something?
Aiden: Yeah, I, um... I need to know where a certain cell phone call originated. Do you think you could handle that for me?
Lt. Raines: Absolutely.
Aiden: Yeah. Thanks.
Lt. Raines: No problem.
[Chad wolf whistles]
Sonny: Whoa. Looks like you did some damage.
Chad: Yeah, the only damage done was to my liquidity.
Gabi: Hm, right, well, listen, I've worn expensive clothes, but never a $300 tie. Okay?
Gabi: It's really fun to spend a rich guy's money.
Chad: Yeah, my family has money, but it's not what it used to be, so would you please just slow your roll, girl?
Gabi: Hm... I'm not slowing anything. I'm on a roll, okay? And your next problem is Kate. Because if she's on that crazy high that she was on at basic black for dress codes, you're gonna have problems.
Chad: Oh, yeah?
Sonny: Gabi, I don't know if Chad has enough time to, like, run the company, raise a kid, buy a new wardrobe, and rein in Kate.
Gabi: Yeah, you're right.
Sonny: Too bad you weren't, like, an image consultant for DiMera Enterprises.
Chad: Wha-- I actually, I'm really into that idea.
Gabi: Oh, come on.
Chad: No, no, I mean it. You could keep me looking super fly, corporate. And then you could keep an eye on Kate. And it would be nice if you could bring by Ari every once in a while so she and Thomas could get to know each other.
Gabi: Are you being serious right now?
Chad: Come here. Deal?
Gabi: Deal. Absolutely.
Claire: [Inhales deeply] Okay.
Belle: Okay, what?
Claire: If I can stay here and work for Chloe, then I'll go to Salem U.
Belle: [Laughs] Really?
Belle: And at Christmas you'll come visit me. Oh, my gosh, you're gonna love Hong Kong.
Shawn: What the hell?
Hope: Mm. Wait, wait, wait. No, no, no.
Rafe: What? What?
Hope: We can't. We can't.
Rafe: Why not?
Hope: Ciara will be back here any second.
Rafe: Okay, well, why don't you text Ciara and tell her not to come back for like three...
Rafe: Four, five hours.
Hope: I am not going to text my daughter and tell her she can't come home.
Rafe: Oh, why not? Just one little text.
Hope: I'm not gonna text her. I'm not gonna call her.
Rafe: [Moans] Okay, how about... some more of this then?
Hope: This is actually... really nice.
[Knock at door]
Lt. Raines: Hey.
Aiden: Hey. Were you able to find anything?
Lt. Raines: Yeah, the call placed on Stefano DiMera's cell phone originated from the Argonne Hills neighborhood.
Aiden: Where Hope Brady lives?
Lt. Raines: Why?
Aiden: I was just trying to place the neighborhood. That's all. Thank you.
Lt. Raines: No problem.
Aiden: What if André was right? What if Hope did kill Stefano?
