Caroline: Oh! Oh! Bo! Bo! Bo! [Gasps]
Julie: Hon, are you all right?
Doug: Here we are, ready to meet and greet.
Maggie: Oh, my goodness. This is gonna be a great night.
Victor: Caroline, what's wrong?
Caroline: I--I saw Bo again. He was on a plane trying to get home. But he couldn't.
Julie: This afternoon, she saw Bo, and he was in trouble.
Caroline: Yes, I could see him.
Victor: Why couldn't Bo get home?
Caroline: He looked as if he were dead.
Abigail: Ben, where are you? He promised me he'd be here by now.
[Line trills, phone rings]
Ben: What are you doing with my phone?
Andre: So, when we wake up tomorrow morning...
Andre: Hope Brady will have become the latest victim of the necktie killer, and Chad will be in the clear. Shall we party?
Stefano: [Laughs] I tell you what we do, all right?
Stefano: Let us go paint the town red, huh? Shall we do that?
[Camera shutter clicking]
Marlena: Will should be here.
Eric: Yeah, he and sonny would've loved this night.
Marlena: Can you believe those two are in business together?
Eric: Yeah, I know.
Marlena: I read they hired a famous photographer.
Eric: Yeah, well, good for them.
Marlena: No, no, no. Not good for them. They should've hired you.
Eric: Mom, I'm fine. If I were to be working for them, I wouldn't be able to take this picture.
Eric: [Chuckles] Great.
Marlena: No. It must've been a terribly forced smile.
Eric: Mom, you look beautiful. No matter what. You don't need to smile for pictures or anyone else. Mom, you lost your grandson. I know you're missing John.
Marlena: Better get used to important occasions without him. Guess there's not much I can do about that.
Jennifer: Ben is gonna be here tonight. Abigail said they were coming together.
Adrienne: He must be in total shock about his father.
Lucas: Yeah, drug lord and a murderer? It's gotta be hard on his son.
Adrienne: I could use a glass of wine.
Lucas: Okay, um, I think I saw a bar over here somewhere. I'll get you that glass.
Adrienne: Thank you, yeah. See you, okay?
Lucas: You guys take care. Have a good night, okay?
Jennifer: You too, hon.
JJ: Uncle Lucas must feel how I feel. The hell am I doing at a party?
Jennifer: No, I know, sweetie. But it looks like Adrienne is looking after Lucas. He's gonna be okay, you know? And she loved will too.
JJ: Are they together now?
Jennifer: Beats me. These days I feel like I need a score card to keep up with her and Justin.
Lani: You haven't left for the big shindig yet?
Rafe: Oh, man. I can't stand going by myself to these things, I'll tell you, but I do have a plan. I'm gonna show up at the last possible minute and then perform my best man duties.
Lani: Well, if you hate showing up alone, I just got off duty. You could take me.
Steve: Oh, man, that idea of you flying through the storm, that was a good move, let me tell you.
Bo: There's too much cargo.
Steve: Excuse me?
Bo: The weight of you and your ego.
Steve: Oh, yeah? Well, I wanna hear all your brilliant ideas. Got another one about what we should do next?
Bo: Get out of this thing, and I don't know. Find another way to get to Salem.
Steve: Pete. I gotta check on Pete.
Hope: Guess it was the wind.
Eric: Mom? John didn't make any bones about going back for the ISA. You knew what you were getting into.
Marlena: I know. It's just that, you know, it's rough right now. Losing will-- my will-- it would just be a little bit easier, a little more comforting if John were around. And I'm lonely for him, but it's not just that, you know? It's...it's that it's a hard time but I'm missing him and it just feels like old times to me.
Eric: Not quite.
Marlena: It is like old times. I mean, I'm sorry to say it, but I feel in this terrible time, a little bit abandoned. I mean, that's a terrible word to use for it, but I just--
John: Now, any man who would do that to a woman like you should have his head examined.
Rafe: So you want us to go to the gala together?
Lani: Actually, I don't want to go at all. But I got an invitation, and I figured it would be rude to just not show up.
Lani: And when you said you didn't like going to those things without a date--not that this would be a date--but in a way, we could solve each other's problem, right?
Rafe: Sure. Yeah. Yeah, I get it. Just, um...we gotta be careful 'cause I'm kind of your boss and I don't want people around here getting the wrong idea about us. Yeah. Agreed?
Lani: Of course.
Abigail: You said that you'd be home by now and you weren't, so I called you and your phone rang, so I picked it up.
Ben: Well, you didn't just pick it up. You're looking at it.
Abigail: Okay, fine, Ben. Yeah, I am. I was looking at it because I thought maybe you would have some cute pictures of us on your phone, and then I kept scrolling through and found that you have all these pictures of Chad here, and in most of them, it looks like he has no idea that you're even taking his picture.
Abigail: So? So it--it seems like you're stalking him.
Lucas: I know exactly what you must be feeling today.
Eve: I know you do, Lucas.
Adrienne: It must've been as difficult for you as it was for Lucas.
Justin: I was just telling eve that this might temporarily take her mind off everything.
Lucas: Yeah, well, try to have a good time tonight, okay?
Justin: You too.
Adrienne: Yeah, you too.
Roman: Well, it's good to see you two here tonight.
Jennifer: Thank you.
Roman: So, did you talk some more about JJ being a cop?
Jennifer: No. We have tabled that idea for now.
Roman: Oh, uh, well... I'm sorry I brought it up, but, uh...
Jennifer: What? But what?
JJ: Mom, it's not tabled anymore. I turned in my application to the police academy.
Jennifer: You what? So when you told me that you were gonna hold off on this, you were lying? JJ, answer me.
Nicole: Well, well, well. Mm-hmm, don't you look handsome? Oh, you look handsome too. Theresa picked out a great suit for you.
Brady: Thank you.
Kate: She picked it out?
Brady: Yeah. Didn't even ask her to, didn't even want her to.
Nicole: Actually, she did a lot of tailoring on both suits. Hey, Theresa.
Nicole: I was just telling Kate what a great job you did on both of the boys' suits.
Theresa: Oh, thanks.
Kate: Your dress is stunning. Where did you get it?
Theresa: I, uh, I designed it myself.
Brady: You look beautiful.
Kate: That neckline looks like it's from Valentino's fall collection. And the cut is a direct steal from Armani. You are really good at ripping off great design, I have to say. But when are you going to give us something original, Theresa?
Shawn: Yo, what's up, sis? How you doing?
Ciara: So good to see you. Do you like my dress?
Shawn: I love your dress. It looks great, looks great. You look good too, chase.
Chase: Thank you.
Shawn: Uh, you guys nervous about this wedding?
Ciara: I would be if Mom was, but she seems happy.
Shawn: Yeah, I guess after this, you and I are gonna be brothers, huh?
Chase: That's right.
Ciara: Uh, you're my brother and I don't think I'm okay with sharing.
[Shouting and laughter]
Hope: Hey, hi. Hi, hey, sweetheart.
Shawn: Hi, you look beautiful.
Hope: Hey, my gorgeous daughter. Oh, this is such an exciting day.
Chase: You really do look beautiful.
Hope: Oh, you're so kind. Thank you, sweetheart.
Shawn: So, uh, where's Aiden? Shouldn't you have brought the groom?
Hope: [Grunting and choking]
Kate: So, Theresa, have you given any more thought to the sketches you showed us this morning?
Theresa: Uh, no, but I--
Kate: But what?
Brady: I have an idea. [Clears throat] Why don't you shut the hell up?
Kate: I was just--
Brady: You were just having fun at someone else's expense. She designed a beautiful dress, we're all having a great time tonight. Why don't you lay off, Kate?
Kate: Brady, it's my job to make sure our company doesn't get sued. You should mind your own business. I'm gonna get a drink.
Nicole: All right, then.
Daniel: Wow. Way to go, Brady. Nicely done.
JJ: Look, I don't want to talk about this tonight, and I know you don't like it, but I also do know that I'm old enough to put in my own application without your permission. It's done.
Roman: Jenn, listen, okay? I got the same reaction from Ma when I told her I wanted to be a cop. So, can I make a suggestion?
Roman: Since your son is obviously bound and determined to do this, despite your reservations, it might be a real good idea for you and for him to be supportive.
Gabi: I'm sorry I didn't go say hi to you or your mom or Roman. You just seemed really upset.
JJ: No, it'll be okay.
Gabi: Okay. Do you want to talk about it?
JJ: You know what, I'm kind of tired of talking about myself. I just wanna enjoy the party. Or try to.
Gabi: Okay, yeah, that's-- sounds like a plan to me.
Ben: Sure, I followed Chad around. He clearly still wants you and I don't trust him.
Abigail: But why take the pictures?
Ben: What's the big deal?
Abigail: The big deal, Ben, is that it's creepy. I have told you how many times that you have no reason to be jealous of him?
Ben: Oh, maybe because of the fact that even though you say that, you still kept seeking him out. Even now you don't want to accept the truth about him. The DA's about to put him away, and you still don't want to believe that he committed those murders, do you?
Abigail: Don't--don't do this to me! You're not gonna do this again. Do not put me in a corner like you always do. I am sick and tired of it. Look at these pictures. Look at them. At the square, and at the club, and at the park--I mean, I wasn't even with him, Ben. Tell me why. What reason do you have to take these pictures of him?
Ben: I told you.
Abigail: No, Ben, you... wait.
Abigail: The time stamp on these--these pictures, they're--they're all on the days of the murders.
Rafe: Well, hello.
Julie: Hello, darling.
Rafe: Hi, hi, hi.
Rafe: Oh, this is Lani price. She's new to Salem. Works with me and Hope.
Julie: Welcome, my dear.
Lani: Thank you. Rafe was nice enough to let me tag along with him tonight.
Rafe: Yep. Look at that, see, you're making so many friends, this is probably the last I'll see you tonight.
Julie: Uh, Lani, I'm afraid you're gonna have to excuse Hope and me. We have a little last minute wedding stuff to discuss.
Hope: What--sorry, bye. What wedding stuff?
Rafe: Hey, how you doing?
Julie: I lied. Have you seen Caroline since you got back?
Hope: No, I haven't. Why--have you?
Julie: She said she was going to lie down. I just hoped to God that she did.
Julie: She's still talking about seeing Bo. That Bo is in trouble. Victor and I didn't know what to say.
Hope: God, I was pretty hard on her this afternoon when she brought it up again.
Julie: No, darling, you were not.
Hope: Julie, yes, I was. I thought she was fine. I thought she accepted Aiden and me. But it's pretty clear now she's having a really difficult time with it. Oh, God. I hope seeing us get married will help her accept reality. Maybe end the visions she's having of Bo?
Steve: He's alive.
Bo: Oh, okay.
Steve: He messed up his ankle, though. He's--can't put any pressure on it. Oh, and he's talking about suing your ass.
Bo: Yeah, well. We're in farm country. We'll, I don't know, find a house or a farm or something and call for help, and then we'll call Hope.
Steve: We may have to walk pretty far. The farms are big around these parts.
Bo: You know where we're at?
Steve: Pete said we're in the northeast corner of Kansas.
Bo: Kansas? Well, that's relatively close to home. Come on. Let's hit the road.
Marlena: What changed your mind about being here tonight?
John: Well, there was this couple on the flight. And they were all dressed up, obviously going to New York for a special night, and... I just kept looking at them, and I could see how happy they were. So by the time my flight landed in--in Kennedy, I just turned it around and booked a ticket right back here to Salem.
Marlena: Uh, what does the ISA think about it?
John: I don't know. I didn't give them much time to talk. I just told them they had to find another agent for the mission.
Marlena: You did? You did that--really? Oh! Oh, oh. Wait a minute. You're not gonna wake up and regret this, are you?
John: Don't even start talking like that, all right? The truth is, I took this job on impulse. Going forward, I will just put a lot more time into my decision-making. Just a case by case basis.
Marlena: Honey, what about finding your parents?
John: I may pick up that some time, but that... that's the past. I am looking at my future. You're my family now. Come on, don't we have a party to get to?
Aiden: Hey, good looking.
Hope: Hey there, handsome.
Aiden: Baby, I'm so sorry I am late. You look amazingly beautiful, do you know that? I hope this isn't bad luck, seeing you before the wedding. But this party kind of made that necessary.
Hope: I am not superstitious. I told you that, remember? I see nothing but good luck in my future.
Ben: You don't know what you're talking about. Not all the pictures are on the days of the murders.
Abigail: Wait, wait, wait--listen to me. If the time stamp on one of those photos matches the time of one of the murders, then it could clear Chad!
Ben: They don't.
Abigail: How do you know, Ben, hmm? Have you checked? What are you doing? Hey--what--don't! Are you deleting them?
Ben: Relax, relax. Listen, the pictures aren't gonna clear him, okay? The guy's guilty. When are you gonna get that through your damn head?
Ben: This is what you always do. You try to let the bastard off the hook. Abigail, listen, I'll--I'm so sick and tired of repeating myself, it's unbelievable.
Abigail: It's my mom.
Ben: Go ahead, take it. I'm gonna get ready for the party.
Abigail: Hi, Mom.
Jennifer: Honey, hi. Are you okay? Why aren't you and Ben here yet?
Abigail: Ben's--something's going on with him.
Jennifer: What do you mean?
Abigail: I don't know. He's acting really strange. I've never seen him like this before.
Eve: Oh, wait, wait, wait. Thanks.
Eric: Hey, you guys. Hi.
Julie: Ooh, yes, please.
Victor: Smile, everyone.
Roman: Tell me, is there any way that we can talk you and belle into getting rid of this nonsense of living in Maine and move back to Salem?
Shawn: Oh, that's how you're gonna sum up my whole life with my wife and kid: Nonsense?
Roman: [Laughs] Okay, all right, listen. I just miss you, all right?
Shawn: Hey, I miss you too. Roman.
Eric: Oh, here we go.
Shawn: Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's get one right here. With my uncle Roman.
Brady: So has Kate been treating you like that since you started working together?
Theresa: Oh, I can take it.
Brady: So she has?
Theresa: Yeah. But listen, I really appreciate the way you stuck up for me.
Brady: Well, if you ever need backup again, let me know.
[Camera shutter clicks]
Roman: Hey, John!
Shawn: Really beautiful.
Roman: I thought you were off somewhere playing James bond, man.
John: Well, I changed my mind, and decided to play the love interest of the prettiest girl in this room.
Roman: Well, that is a good decision.
[Camera shutter clicks]
Hope: Oh, my gosh. Everyone's looking at us.
Aiden: Well, we are the main event, I guess.
Hope: You know, I can't believe tonight is the night. Everything is gonna change for us.
Aiden: Yeah. That's an understatement.
Victor: Looks like you made a wrong turn, Stefano.
Stefano: My friend, this town is my home, huh? I am entitled to celebrate tonight just like everyone else is.
Andre: The bicentennial committee didn't seem to have any disdain towards the last check we sent them.
Maggie: You're wrong about that. That check was not cashed. And it won't be.
Victor: So why don't you boys just jump into the Batmobile and hit the road?
Andre: You're wrong about us. All of you. And your righteous indignation-- when Chad is cleared, and he will be, we'll settle our debts with a lot of you.
Victor: Which part of "get out" do you not understand?
Rafe: You wanna leave on your own, or you wanna do this the hard way?
Andre: This is a public place.
Stefano: Andre, it's all right. We don't need to stay. [Chuckles]
Andre: Look, our sole purpose was coming here tonight to wish the bride-to-be the best of everything.
Hope: To hell with your wishes.
Stefano: Oh, cara, you never change.
Roman: Stefano, that was not a good idea.
Stefano: It's all right. We're going. Many happy returns, darling.
Hey, man, place is closed.
Steve: Look, we just need a phone.
Did you get in a bar fight or something? You look like hell.
Bo: Our plane went down out there in the field. We need to call the paramedics for the pilot.
Steve: So please, can we use the phone? Thank you.
Bo: After you call 911, I wanna talk to Hope.
No, not on this phone.
Bo: This is a very important call to me.
Steve: Yo, buddy. Whoa, whoa, whoa. You think that'll cover it?
Steve: That's 100.
Yeah, all right.
Hope: What are you doing?
Hope: I am fine. I am fine, everyone. Come on, this is a party. Let's party!
Aiden: Yeah, party.
Hope: Thank you. This is good. Happy anniversary dinner, darlin'
Aiden: Well, looks like the dancing has started. Let's take our mind off of Stefano's visit, all right?
Hope: Stefano who?
Aiden: Oh. Come on, you.
Bo: Damn it! It rolled to voicemail, and then the call failed before I could say anything. I'm gonna try again.
Hey, hey! It's gonna cost you another 100.
Steve: Hey, you know, I wanna give you a little bit of advice. You see my friend over there? He's been through hell, and he's at the end of his rope. He would like nothing better than to beat the crap out of you. And once he gets started, I can't stop him.
Andre: Ah, the good people of Salem. They never disappoint.
Stefano: Ah, for sure, for sure. All I wanted to do was to say a proper good-bye to hope. Now that I have, all right, I am going to bed. Yes, indeed.
Andre: Sweet dreams. I'm gonna stay up for a while. There's just a couple things I need to sort out.
[Aiden and Hope giggling]
Lani: So, if you're the best man, you and Aiden must be tight.
Rafe: Ah, not really. Just hasn't met that many people in town yet. Yeah.
Hope: Whoo! Oh.
JJ: Who's your brother with tonight?
Gabi: Somebody he works with. At least that's what he told me.
JJ: Well, you don't have to hang out with me if you wanna go talk with them.
Gabi: Actually, uh, I was thinking I could see the rest of the house, but maybe you wanted to come along?
JJ: Sure, yeah. Why not?
Eric: Hi. Where's Daniel?
Nicole: Uh, he, uh, went to get me another glass of wine. Look, um... I'm sorry we didn't give you that job at basic black.
Eric: Don't worry about it.
Nicole: It's just, it's Kate. I mean, she honestly thinks she could talk someone like Giovanni Carpolini into moving to Salem. As if!
Eric: Nicole, you know what, it's fine. You know what, I really like working for the newspaper. To be honest, I really didn't like the idea of the travel.
Nicole: Okay, so you and I, we're--we're good?
Eric: We're fine.
Daniel: Hey. Here you go.
Nicole: Hi, thank you.
Daniel: Eric, how are you doing?
Eric: Great, actually. Hey, you two have fun, okay?
Eve: You know, I had my doubts about coming here tonight, but I'm actually glad we did.
Justin: Quite an evening.
Justin: Even had an appearance from the prince of darkness himself.
Eve: [Hums tune of doom]
Justin: I'm sorry. I guess I shouldn't be joking about the DiMera family.
Eve: No, no, no, it's okay. Beats being at my apartment alone.
Justin: I'm just glad you decided to spend your first night out with me.
Eve: Me too.
Theresa: Where did he go? [Gasps] Oh!
Hey, at least you'll have the attention of every guy in the room.
Theresa: I guess I made the strap a little too tight.
Rafe: Hey, excuse me.
Aiden: Whoa, wait a minute. If you're thinking about jumping in the next dance, you can forget it, okay?
Rafe: Oh, no, no, no. I would never. But I would like to know what my responsibilities are during the ceremony. Can you fill me in there?
Hope: Oh, wait. Don't move. I have a brilliant idea. I wanna get a photo of the two of you. Do not move.
Rafe: Hey, hey, don't worry about it. We got all night.
Abigail: I probably shouldn't have even said anything, Mom, really. It's--it's probably nothing.
Jennifer: No, honey, you said that he wasn't acting like himself. I wanna know what you mean.
Abigail: It's just--it's been really--it's been really tense between us lately because of Chad and like I said, he's just acting really strange.
Jennifer: Well, maybe he's just worried about you, you know? You used to be so close with Chad, and he was just accused of three murders.
Abigail: I know everyone in this town thinks that Chad is guilty, but I swear to God, sometimes it feels like Ben-- he needs him to be guilty. I should go. Um, Ben's gonna be ready soon.
Jennifer: Honey, are you sure you're all right?
Abigail: Yeah, I'm gonna be fine, Mom. [Sighs] You scared me.
Ben: Did I?
Abigail: This is Claira.
Ben: I heard you.
Abigail: Ben, I didn't know you were standing there.
Ben: Obviously. I heard what you were saying to your mother on the phone. The things you said about me.
Abigail: You were listening in to my conversation? That's--
Ben: I didn't do anything wrong! You did! I heard what you were saying to your mother in my house. I get to hear what's being said in my house.
Abigail: I just didn't know you were standing there. That's all.
Ben: You told her I was strange. You told your mother I was strange.
Abigail: Ben, I said that you weren't acting like yourself. And I was worried about you.
Ben: No, no, no. It's you. You're the one who's being strange. You're the one refusing to face reality.
Abigail: You know what, Ben? I think you're right.
Ben: You told her I needed Chad to be guilty.
Abigail: Well, that's not what I meant. I put it the wrong way.
Ben: He is guilty. He's done terrible things.
Abigail: Ben, hope really needs me, and we're gonna be late if we don't--
Ben: And he laughed at me, Abigail, over and over again.
Abigail: I know. I know he did, and that was wrong. But we're really gonna be late, so we should talk about this when we get home.
Ben: No, Abigail, we can't do that. I'm sorry. But I can't let you go. Don't you see? That now... I can't ever let you go.
JJ: Brady, hey, bro.
Brady: Hey, JJ. Gabi, hi. I heard you were back. So good to see you.
Gabi: Thank you. It's good to be back.
Theresa: Ugh, Brady, you will not believe what happened. JJ, hi. How are you?
JJ: I'm great. Never better. You wanna go back inside?
Gabi: Yeah. Hey, who's that?
JJ: Somebody you don't want to know.
Theresa: Um, listen, have you called home yet? I mean, the house?
Brady: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, Tate is--he's fine. And you can call it home. Did we have a wardrobe malfunction?
Theresa: Oh, I almost exposed myself in front of all of Salem's elite, but, um... uh, but you know what, I have a safety pin in my purse, so I'll be right back.
Aiden: Are you sure you don't know where hope went to?
Doug: Cool it, will ya, kiddo? She probably just went to powder her nose.
Julie: Pre-wedding jitters?
Hope: Oh, really, I don't think so.
Aiden: I guess that's it.
Hope: I am as cool as a cucumber, Mr. Jennings.
Doug: Well, we'll leave the two of you alone.
Hope: Wanna know the cure for pre-wedding jitters?
Aiden: Yeah, I do.
Steve: Bo, dude says you can use the phone. Make all the calls you want. Just make sure it counts this time.
Caroline: I did see him. I did. I did.
Bo: Hey, Ma. It's me.
Caroline: Bo! Bo!
