Episode #12420 ~ Brady & Marlena wait to see if the drug will help John; Theresa tells Kristen she slept with Brady.

Provided By Suzanne

Theresa: Well, not that it's any of your business, but I came here to talk to Brady about you, and he isn't going to like the things that you said to me.

Kristen: He'll get over it.

Theresa: He's not going to get over you barging into his house, and neither will Victor.

Kristen: I think they both will. I'm here to deliver some amazing news.

Theresa: Oh, really, amazing news--from you, really?

Kristen: Yeah, actually. From me. I found a drug treatment for John. He's gonna come out of a coma, he's gonna make a complete recovery.

[Glass shatters]

He's clean.

EJ: Make sure we're not disturbed. You've been pursuing me rather aggressively, Mr. Weston.

Clyde: That's the way I do business.

EJ: And why should I do business with you? Why should I trust you? In fact, can you give me one good reason why I should let you live?

Clyde: Mr. DiMera, I don't cotton to threats. I never have.

EJ: Then let me be clear, Mr. Weston. Let me rephrase. If you're playing some sort of game with me, consequences will be lethal.

Nicole: Want to tell me what's goin' on? At the hospital? With John black?

[Monitor beeping steadily]

Brady: Come on. Come on, dad. This has to work.

Marlena: What was that?

Brady: What was it? What's happening? Is he waking up?

Kristen: I just gave you some really good news, and you're a wreck. What's wrong with you? Answer me.

Daniel: I tried to explain on the way over, this won't happen quickly. The drug has to act on the central nervous system for a period of time before there's any real change-- 24 hours at least.

Marlena: We just saw a change.

Brady: It jumped.

Daniel: Yeah, it's a short-term reaction to something new being introduced into the bloodstream.

Brady: All right, but still-- I mean, that was a reaction. I mean, this could happen. I mean, he could wake up tomorrow, right?

Daniel: [Sighs] I'll tell you what, why don't we grab a cup of coffee, and I'll go over some things in more detail.

Marlena: Go on. I'll stay with John.

Daniel: Come on. You and me, buddy.

Marlena: I let you go once. I won't do that again.

Eric: Nicole, assuming I even know what you're talking about--

Nicole: Oh, you know exactly what I'm talking about. My source at the hospital said that John was supposed to be transferred to a long-term facility today, and that got put on hold.

Eric: Yeah, well, I'm sure there's an explanation for that.

Nicole: Well, then let me finish. Not long ago, Kayla and Daniel put a lockdown on John's floor. Extremely top secret, only trusted staff allowed. Because something was going on in John's room. Now, unless your stepfather's condition went downhill, something else is going on. What?

Eric: Listen, Nicole, I thought I made it clear a long time ago that I'm not sharing anything with you anymore--ever. Now, if you'll please excuse me.

Nicole: Fine. I came to you first, okay?

[Cell phone ringing]

Nicole: So this is the way you want to play it, I'll get my story from some other source, and I will tweet it to the universe by midnight. Ciao.

Eric: Nicole, wait!

Daniel: Brady, you need to take a breath. I told you in the car on the way over, the drug was slow-acting. We're not gonna know anything for sure until tomorrow.

Brady: Look, I understand that, but if this thing works-- this is a lot to process for me, okay? Not only my dad coming out of a coma, but the very reason he's getting a chance here is because of Kristen. Kristen made it happen.

Daniel: Okay, Brady, bra--

Brady: I mean, I've been screamin' and yellin' my head off that this woman is back in town. But the reality of it, the truth of it, is that Kristen coming back to Salem may have been the best possible thing that could've happened.

Kristen: Hello. I just gave you some fantastic news about John having a recovery, and you're freaking out. You act like you've seen a ghost. What is going on with you? When John wakes up--

Theresa: No! No, no, no! John can't wake up. No, he's not gonna wake up. That can't-- that's never gonna happen!

Kristen: It's gonna happen. Just chill. I mean, the drug I gave Kayla and Daniel is gonna take a while, but it will work.

Theresa: No, just shut-- shut up!

Kristen: What the hell is going on with you? Why are you so upset? Wish you could give hair moisture

Anne: Oh, hey, Maggie.

Maggie: Ms. Milbauer.

Anne: Hey, hey, no, no, no. Come on, call me Anne. Everybody calls me Anne, and we've known each other a long time.

Maggie: It's nice to see you, Anne.

Anne: Yeah--wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Maggie, what's that charming son of yours up to, huh?

Maggie: Sorry?

Anne: Well, something's going down at the hospital. Dr. Dan's in the lead, as usual, right? So-- friend of mine's got kind of a special interest.

Maggie: I'm not following you.

Anne: Oh, you don't know? Oh, come on, he must've clued you in. He and Kayla Brady are very hush-hush about it. Very intense, something about John black. No? [Chuckles] I can't even find out what's happening. I mean, can you imagine? And I'm like the hospital's queen bee.

[Both laugh]

Maggie: Are you?

Anne: Yeah.

Maggie: Mm. Well, look, I assume that if I'm supposed to know about it, someone would've told me. So I guess it's none of my business. Or yours, Anne. Bye, now.

Anne: Damn it, somebody's got to know something. [Sighs]

Clyde: Mr. DiMera, I've done my homework on your family. So I know that when you make a promise--

EJ: Threat.

Clyde: That you are a man of your word, yes, sir. Now, I wouldn't have asked to meet up with you if I didn't think this would be good for the both of us. And as I said, I got good reason to stay on here in Salem now, since--

EJ: Yes, yes, yes, I know your reason for staying here. Your children are here-- Ben and Jordan. Both of whom despise me. So why would you want to work for me?

[Knocking on door]

Roman: Hey. Got your text. Something going on with John?

Marlena: You know what, I can fill you in later, but right now I'm going to stay with John, so I would like it if you would find Eric.

Roman: Okay.

Marlena: Our son did something so incredibly selfless for me, for Brady, for John. He sacrificed-- you know what, the important thing is that I think Eric deserves to be with his dad right now. He's at the pub. Can you spare some time?

Roman: Absolutely. Okay, I'll go talk to him.

Marlena: Okay.

Roman: Okay.

Eric: Please sit down. As I recall, you promised that you wouldn't broadcast anything about me or my family. You still agree to that?

Nicole: Of course. So are you saying that--

Eric: Yes. Something is going down at the hospital, and yes, it does involve John. My mother just texted me and confirmed that it's underway.

Nicole: Eric, I'm sorry. I've always liked John. He was fair to me-- good to me, actually.

Eric: Nicole, you don't understand. It's good news.

Nicole: Really? What?

Eric: You don't need to know, and even if you did, I'm sure you could find out on your own.

Nicole: But you already know-- seriously, there's good news, and you don't want to tell me what it is.

Eric: Nicole, for all I know, what's going on right now, it might not change anything. It's premature to even talk about it.

Nicole: Oh, bull. This has nothing to do with premature, you just don't want to tell me.

Eric: And I won't.

Daniel: I need you to keep an eye on John's vitals. And when the time comes for a shift change--

Maxine: Deb Margolis is on at 6:00. I'll pass it on. Everything's on the down-low with Mr. Black. And we'll text you an update every hour on the hour.

Daniel: Excellent, thank you. Thank you. All right, let's--let's go.

Brady: What are you talking about? I don't want to leave my dad.

Daniel: Marlena's with him. She'll text you if anything changes. Maxine is on top of it.

Brady: Daniel, I think I should stay. I want to stay.

Daniel: No, I think you need to come with me. I want to make sure you understand.

Brady: Understand what?

Daniel: What Kristen's motives are and why she's doing all of this for you.

Theresa: Don't think I don't know what's going on. You followed me, that's what you're doing here.

Kristen: What?

Theresa: That's where you came up with that stupid lie. I mean, seriously, Kristen, do you think anyone is gonna believe you, that you came up with some miracle drug to wake up the dead? What a crock. You know, Brady wouldn't even believe you if you told him his name was Brady.

Kristen: Just dial it down a little bit. You might lose your voice.

Theresa: Oh, wow.

Kristen: Not that that would be a bad thing.

Theresa: You know, Brady is in pain because of what happened to his father, and you came here to prey on that.

Kristen: Okay, you're not making any sense at all. Are you aware of that?

Theresa: Oh, yes, I am, and you know it.

Kristen: No, you're not. No, really--why would I come here to--why would I do something like that? I'm not here to prey on anybody, especially Brady.

Theresa: 'Cause you're desperate.

Kristen: [Laughing] What am I desperate about?

Theresa: Because... you... you found out. You found out, and you can't stand it. So you came over here to do what you do best, screw up Brady's life.

Kristen: What is it that I found out?

Theresa: Oh, you know damn well. Brady came over to your hotel room, and you got him all freaked out, so he came to me for comfort. Needing me, wanting me, and we made love.

Nicole: Wow. You are starting to sound just like Marlena. "Nicole's worthless, Nicole's evil, Nicole's a lying sack of--"

Eric: Nicole, this is not about you. And none of this is your business.

Nicole: I am a reporter, and something has happened to a man that's been kind to me, the father of one of my very few friends. Oh, of course, no, though, it's none of my business.

Eric: Well, if you think it is, I'm still not gonna be the one to give you any information. Nicole, please excuse me. I have work to do.

Roman: Hey. Well, your mom tells me you did something incredibly selfless. You want to tell me what that might be?

Marlena: Mm. I don't see a change.

Maxine: Dr. Dan said things will be slow at first. I'm just keeping a record.

Marlena: Well, there's no real guarantee this is going to work.

Maxine: No guarantee, no, but the doctor seemed positive. As far as I'm concerned, this new drug is about the only positive thing at work here. Medicine's one thing, love and faith is something else. Can I get you anything, Dr. Evans?

Marlena: No, thanks. I've got everything I need right here.

Daniel: The hospital was not the place to talk about this.

Brady: Well, Dan, I mean, what's left to say here? I mean Kristen got a hold of an experimental drug. It might work, it might not work.

Daniel: Okay, hear me out, okay, because this has been going on for a while, and you've been left out of the loop until the last minute.

Brady: Why is that, so I wouldn't get my hopes up?

Daniel: Well, yeah, but there's more.

Brady: Having to do with Kristen, you mean.

Daniel: That's right. Look, when she first started in on me, most of sounded just like hot air. For example, one of the things she said is that she was grateful that I forced her to come back to Salem.

Brady: In handcuffs.

Daniel: Yeah, she said she would never do it on her own.

Brady: Right.

Daniel: And now I've given her this chance to reconnect with you. In fact, it already started. Your dad is her opening.

Brady: [Sighs]

Daniel: You follow me?

Brady: Yeah, yeah, I do. Kristen can give me the one shot that nobody else can-- the possibility of bringing my dad back, saving his life and mine too, if you really think about it.

Daniel: Yeah, and hers.

Brady: Sorry, what do-- what do you mean?

Daniel: Okay, here's the thing. Marlena can confirm this. Saving John isn't just about John or you. The deal was, for John to get this drug, Eric had to agree not to testify against Kristen.

Brady: What the-- then there would be no case.

Daniel: Exactly.

Brady: Every--you know, everyone was telling me. Daniel, everybody was telling me--

Daniel: And if this goes the way Kristen wants it to go, she walks. She walks scot-free and free to come after you.

Kristen: You pathetic, lying little piece of trash. There's no way Brady made love with you.

Theresa: [Chuckles]

Kristen: Your marriage is over. He wants nothing to do with you.

Theresa: Seriously?

Kristen: He's done, yeah.

Theresa: You think I have to lie about the way we made love when he came home? You know, Brady was so intense.

Kristen: Shut your mouth, Theresa.

Theresa: I thought he was gonna die, and we loved every second of it.

Kristen: Shut your mouth, Theresa.

Theresa: Then you found out, so you came over to his place to tell him some story about how you're going to wake up his father from a coma.

Kristen: You know what, I don't have to lie about that.

Theresa: Oh, sure you do, because you were scared stiff that Brady and I are gonna get back together. It's 'cause you got all worked up at your place, and then he came home to the one he likes best. And I got to tell you, those sheets were so hot we could've set fire--

Kristen: You bitch! How you doing in there, baby girl?

Kristen: You filthy little-- Brady's not gonna have to put up with you anymore, 'cause I'm gonna kill you.

Theresa: He's mine. He's mine!

[All shouting]

Maggie: Get off of her! Leave her alone! Stop it! What in the world is going on?

Marlena: I'll wait outside till you're done.

Maxine: You should try to rest.

Marlena: I'll be fine when he's fine.

Nicole: Marlena, I need to talk to you.

Marlena: Oh, excuse me.

Nicole: Word's out, something good is happening for John. True?

Marlena: Are you really approaching me?

Nicole: I am a reporter, and my boss wants to know all the juicy details about you and yours. So do I get the facts or should I just run with the rumors?

Marlena: How predictable.

Nicole: I'm serious. Look, if people don't stop treating me like a pest, I am done, and I will take what I can get, and I will just blast it all over Salem. Have a nice night.

Marlena: Wait a minute. Come with me.

Anne: Okay, time to find out what's going on in there.

Brady: I can't believe I didn't see this one coming. Eric agreed to all this?

Daniel: Yeah, he did. Marlena asked him, he thought about it, and he--

Brady: Some brother. Some brother I've been, man. I mean, all along--all along I told Eric--I said, "you're wrong. Kristen's changed. She's good." And all the while she's drugging him, raping him, all to get back at Marlena--stupid.

Daniel: Okay, don't beat yourself up about this. Don't. You leave the past in the past. You stay focused. Stay focused on right now.

Brady: Yeah, right now, Kristen's out there. And all she's doing is saying, "I'm doing this for Brady." She's not doing it for me. She's doing it for who she's always done everything for, herself. She's always out for number one. And because of her, my brother can no longer be a priest. That's not right, and that's on me.

Daniel: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, where you goin'? Where--don't even think about going to see Kristen.

Brady: I'm not-- the hell with Kristen, I'm gonna go talk to my brother.

Eric: If the drug works and John comes awake, I'll let the D.A. Know that I'm not gonna testify against Kristen.

Roman: Then there's no case. Eric, the woman took away your calling.

Eric: She did, but helping John is more important than revenge.

Roman: It's not revenge, it's justice.

Eric: Dad, I'm doing this for mom too, and Brady. It's what I want to do.

Roman: [Sighs] All right.

Eric: Thank you.

Roman: So what are the photos about?

Eric: Oh, I'm gonna start a website to sell my pictures. I got a whole slew of shots from Africa, you know. I think they're pretty decent.

Roman: I think they're probably better than decent. You were always a good photographer. But in my opinion--

Eric: Dad, I'm not going to be a priest again. Let it go.

Roman: You got it. But what that woman took from you, no way I'm okay with that. I never will be. I will talk to you later.

Eric: Yeah.

Maggie: Do you want to tell me what this is all about? Anybody?

Kristen: I am so sorry for barging into your home, Maggie. I'll see myself out.

Theresa: [Groans]

[Door slams]

Maggie: What was Kristen doing here?

Theresa: Acting like a psycho.

Maggie: And what were you doing here?

Theresa: I came here to see Brady. Henderson let me in. I was gonna leave him a note, but then that thing, she just came over here and wanted me dead.

Maggie: For what reason?

Theresa: Because I knew she was lying. All she wants to do is get Brady to forgive her and get back with her, so she came up with this crazy lie about how she came up with some drug that's gonna wake up John from his coma.

Maggie: A drug?

Theresa: I mean, talk about a crazy person. She said she came up with some cockamamie cure that's supposed to wake John up, so... all she wants to do is for Brady to believe her so then they'll get back together and he'll be, like, in awe of her. I mean, talk about a lunatic on the prowl. Look, Maggie. [Stammering] There can't actually be a drug, okay? Brady told me, like, 100 times that John's never gonna wake up. It can't happen, so... Maggie. Come on, you don't-- you don't believe that she's telling the truth, do you? No. She can't be telling the truth. It can't be. Mom: Good luck, sweetie! I love you! Girl: I love you too.

Clyde: Well, Mr. DiMera, you can hardly blame my son if he's not all that happy with the fact that you had an affair with his new girlfriend. Now, I'm not speaking out of line on this. I read it in the magazine. And he's got a big sister who's very protective of him. Always has been. So I wouldn't be surprised if Jordan hadn't been all that nice to you.

EJ: What's your point?

Clyde: The point is, I'm not one to mix business with family. That never works out. Would you agree? Anyway, it's clear you had your boys check me out. You know what I did down in poplar bluff. You know that I never had any run-in with law enforcement.

EJ: Yeah, for whatever that's worth.

Clyde: You know that I can provide you with quality product at a lower price than you've been paying.

EJ: And why would you do me this favor, Mr. Weston?

Clyde: Well, I'm in business to make money, just like you. But when I heard I might be stepping on your toes... [Laughs] My mama didn't raise no fool.

EJ: I think I'll be the judge of that.

Marlena: Right. If I tell you what's going on, do you swear will you not print a word of it until I give you the go-ahead?

Nicole: Sounds fair. Okay.

Marlena: Okay. Okay. John has been given an experimental drug that may reverse his coma.

Nicole: That's terrific. Brady must be ecstatic.

Marlena: Yeah, he--he is. He is.

Nicole: What? Why aren't you floating on air right now? Wait a minute. Come to think of it, Eric was pretty cool about this too. So reserved. All right, what's going on?

Marlena: Look, of course I'm thrilled that John may return to us. As is Brady, of course.

Nicole: But?

Marlena: But the drug that John has been given was provided by Kristen.

Eric: Is there anything?

Brady: No. No, we would've heard. Daniel said there won't be anything till tomorrow, but... I needed to see you. What you did for my dad-- Eric, I-- what you sacrificed. I am so grateful to you. Thank you.

Maggie: Theresa, I have no idea what's true and what's not.

Theresa: But there's no way that John could be cured. It's impossible, right?

Maggie: Brady isn't here. I'll tell him you called. Good night.

Theresa: Thank you.

[Cell phone ringing]

Theresa: What? Anne, I don't have time for you. Oh, my God. I think I'm gonna be sick. Oh, my God.

[Phone rings]

Daniel: Hey, mom, what's up?

Maggie: [Chuckles] Hi. I was just about to ask you the same thing. Is there a new drug being tried on John black? Something that would bring him out of a coma?

Daniel: I can't talk about a patient. You know that.

Maggie: So I'll draw my own conclusion about what I've heard.

Daniel: You can do that.

Maggie: Okay. So what I've heard is that Kristen is behind it. And just so you know that I'm gonna do whatever I have to to help Brady through this.

Daniel: He'll appreciate that, and I'll do that same.

Maggie: Good. Okay, then. I guess I'll say good night. By the way, I love you, and I'm very proud of you.

Daniel: Thank you, and right back at you. And nobody should be counting their chickens, okay?

Maggie: Understood. Good night.

Daniel: All right, night. [Sighs]

[Pounding on door]

Daniel: Hey, Kristen, you know, I--

Kristen: Disgusting, lying little slut.

EJ: So here's what we're gonna do, Mr. Weston.

Clyde: Sir?

EJ: You have one week in which to prove to me that your little business model is as profitable as you claim it is.

Clyde: I can do that.

EJ: You have to execute this yourself. There will be no start-up capital from me. And if what I see is satisfactory, then I may-- may consider working with you.

Clyde: Sir, you won't--

EJ: There is, however, one caveat. You may not contact me directly. If you do, you'll regret it.

Clyde: Sounds fair to me.

EJ: It's not fair, Mr. Weston. If you came looking for fairness, you came to the wrong man.

Anne: Oh, well, you took your sweet time.

Theresa: Anne, please don't start. What was that text about?

Anne: Something very big is going down at the hospital.

Theresa: God.

Anne: Yep. Dr. Dan, the miracle man, he gave John black some experimental drug.

Theresa: Oh, no. No, no, no, no.

Anne: Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. And the scuttlebutt is that this drug is gonna wake the old boy up any day now.

Theresa: That can't happen.

Anne: Well, it's medicine, toots. There's not much we can do about it, right?

Theresa: Okay, no, no. I've got to do something. I've got to think of something.

Anne: Okay. Okay, well, while you get your thinking cap on, here's my idea, all right? Here's what I think you should say to Brady.

Theresa: No, yes. That'll work. That'll work. Okay.

Anne: Always nice talking to you. This is damn good.

Nicole: Unbelievable. So to save John, Eric had to give up any chance he had to make Kristen pay for what she did.

Marlena: Yeah. And if the drug works-- and the doctors think that it might-- Kristen goes free. The D.A. Has to drop the case.

Nicole: No. Free to go after Brady again. Does he know?

Marlena: He does. Daniel told him.

Nicole: Damn. And poor Eric.

Marlena: Well, Eric thought it through. He did what he thought he had to do.

Nicole: Yeah. Because he's so good to the bone, the soul. He's so amazing. Which you already know. Oh. Ugh, that bitch. That disgusting-- you know what, Kristen is not human, and I bet the devil is ashamed for making her. She should be put down.

Marlena: Nobody would miss her.

Nicole: Hey. You know what, we teamed up once before to stop her. Why don't we do it again? Why don't we--

Marlena: No, no, no. No, no. Let me be clear. I think she has to be stopped, but you and I will never work together.

Nicole: [Sighs] Right, because of what I did to Eric.

Marlena: Because of what you did to Eric. I want nothing to do with you, and neither does he.

Brady: It's hard to believe there's so much hope right now. It's all because of you.

Eric: Don't forget about Daniel and Kayla.

Brady: I'm--my dad could beat this thing.

Eric: But it could be a while.

Brady: [Sighs] It's also hard to believe that Kristen's gonna walk. I--I can't-- it's like she's gonna hurt you all over again. She's getting that chance.

Eric: Listen, do me a favor.

Brady: Name it.

Eric: I want to you stay away from her.

Brady: No, I will. I will. I'm not getting involved with that psychopath again.

Eric: Good. Good.

Brady: Right now, I'm gonna go home, and I'm gonna get a photo album. I want to take that to my dad, 'cause when he wakes up, I want him to see family faces, friends...

Eric: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Brady: Anything that'll jog his memory, hopefully.

Eric: Right, well, I'm gonna go over to the hospital, check and see how mom's doing, so I'll see you there.

Brady: Okay. Hey, Eric. Eric. I meant what I said, all right? You can count on it. I hate Kristen more than I ever have, and it's because of what she did to you.

Daniel: Kristen, you'll notice that I haven't closed the door. Oh, because I want you gone.

Kristen: Did you do it?

Daniel: You know, I don't want to get physical with you again, but I will, 'cause you don't really have an invite to be in my--

Kristen: Did you give him the drug? Look, I deserve to know.

Daniel: No, you don't deserve to know anything. Good night.

Kristen: Did you do it?

Daniel: Of course I did. We both knew that I would. I did. So stop trying to wake up my neighbors and get out of my--

Kristen: Does Brady know?

Daniel: Yeah, he knows. He knows exactly what you did. In fact, I made sure he understood. You forced Eric to drop the charges. You got to walk free. John, he gets to wake up. It is one sweet, sweet deal. I'm sure Brady's sitting back going, "I have a true angel in my life. This beautiful"--

Kristen: You know what? That was always slightly problematic. It's not that devastating.

Daniel: Mm, yeah, whatever you say. But now I realize, for some reason, you like to just hang out with me, but I'm not really feeling it today.

Kristen: Daniel, I want to talk to you about this little run-in I had with a disgusting little bitch.

Daniel: Who's your latest target?

Kristen: Theresa. Do you know what she tried to tell me? She tried to tell me that she and Brady are sleeping together. Can you believe that?

Daniel: [Sighs]

Kristen: Oh, my God. Are you telling me it's true? (Vo) if you have type 2 diabetes,

EJ: Miguel, listen carefully. This is of paramount importance. Mr. Weston is to have one week. Now, I never want you to let him out of your sight. Are we clear? Good. [Yells] [Groans] [Chuckles] Chad.

Chad: I'm home.

Marlena: [Sobs]

Theresa: Brady. Thank God I saw your car. Look, I need to talk to you.

Brady: Theresa, no, not now. I got to get something--I got--

Theresa: No, no, no, I need you to listen. Look, there's something that I need to tell you. Something you need to know.

Kristen: I just hate Theresa. I just hate her. I thought she was lying. I thought she was trying to bait me. She was telling the truth, right?

Daniel: I'm not real thrilled about it either, but maybe now you realize he's not still hung up on you.

Kristen: Oh, you're not thrilled about it? So you're okay if she ruins his life completely?

Daniel: Hey, listen to me. Don't you go off of me about how ruined who--

Kristen: You know what, she enabled him--no, she did. She encouraged him to abuse drugs and alcohol every chance she got.

Daniel: Oh, really? Who sent him rolling down that road? Who was that?

Kristen: You know what? If she stays in his life, it's gonna be completely destroyed. She is a black hole, Daniel. She is so incredibly self-centered.

Daniel: Oh, like someone else I know.

Kristen: Do you know how she reacted when I told her there was a drug that could bring John out of a coma? She wasn't happy about it. She was totally freaked out about it. I couldn't understand why. I found a drug treatment for John. He's gonna come out of a coma. He's gonna make a complete recovery.

[Glass shatters]

Kristen: She wasn't even hopeful for Brady. She was petrified. I mean, she was, like, running around like an idiot. She was completely panicked.

Theresa: John can't wake up. No, he's not gonna wake up. That can't-- that's never gonna happen.

Kristen: It's gonna happen. Just chill. I mean, the drug I gave Kayla and Daniel is gonna take awhile, but it will work.

Theresa: No, just shut-- shut up!

Kristen: I mean, it was like she didn't even want John to recover. It didn't make any sense to me. [Whispering] Oh, my God. It wasn't Brady.

Daniel: Excuse me?

Kristen: She was terrified. She was afraid for her life.

Daniel: Hold on, what the hell are you talking about?

Kristen: Brady didn't do it.
