Episode #12302 ~ Sonny & Will ask Marlena a favor; Kate causes trouble for EJ & Sami; Abigail lashes out at EJ; Rafe learns the truth about Jordan & Ben.
Provided By Suzanne
Sonny: Thanks for making time for us this morning, Dr. Evans.
Marlena: You're very welcome. Will has been filling me in on all the details of the wedding, including...the venue.
Sonny: Yeah, my uncle Vic has been very, very generous.
Marlena: I'm so pleased that he offered his home.
Will: They've been great.
Marlena: Mm-hmm. And I think they're thrilled to host the wedding as well. So whatever I can do, well, just let me know. Oh, dear, there is something. [Laughs] Okay, what is it?
Will: Will you marry us?
Abigail: Hi, T.
Abigail: Do you think you could take a five? I need some help planning will and Sonny's bachelor party.
Tad: Yeah, I can take more than five. My shift is, uh, almost up.
Abigail: Oh! Perfect. Good timing.
Tad: Should we wait for JJ to sit in, since he's in the wedding party too, or...
Abigail: Um, no, I could just fill him in later. But since you're free, you can come with me and we can go see Gabi, and then we could just--
Tad: Nope. No way. Can't do that.
EJ: Look, you know where you've been, okay? You know Nick's past.
Gabi: Yeah, but--
EJ: That's all you know. Anything else is just Nick talking. That's why I'm saying don't jump into this, Gabriella. Be careful.
Gabi: Well, you've spoken to Nick. I mean, do you think he's changed?
Sami: Well, then I guess I don't have to rush over to the office. Did they postpone the meeting or cancel it? Right. Okay. Why don't you just call me if something comes up? Okay.
Kate: You know, you kind of remind me of a squirrel caught in the middle of the road, can't decide whether to stay or go.
Sami: Kate, while you were skulking around the town square, have you happened to catch a look at Rafe or Jordan?
Kate: No, actually not. Although I can only imagine they're out in the field somewhere prancing around, throwing flowers in the air.
Sami: Actually, based on what I saw, I highly doubt that.
Kate: What? What? What do you mean? What happened?
Ben: This is not good.
Jordan: Don't worry.
Ben: You don't walk away from me, okay?
Jordan: Stop! Stop!
Rafe: Hey! Get your hands off her!
Jordan: [Gasps] Rafe! No! Guys, stop it!
EJ: That's irrelevant.
Gabi: What is?
EJ: My opinion of Nick.
Gabi: Well, it's relevant to me, EJ.
EJ: I think that Nick is A... highly intelligent young man... who has had a very difficult life. And as somebody who has also experienced a brush with death, I can tell you that it is a tremendously traumatic experience that weighs heavily on your mind for some time.
Gabi: But what does that have to do with Nick changing?
EJ: I think that Nick's encounter with death has given him a new perspective, a certain clarity.
Gabi: Sorry, I still don't understand.
EJ: When I spoke to Nick earlier, it became increasingly clear to me that he has some kind of agenda.
Gabi: Agenda? You mean, like, he plans to make amends for some of the stuff he's done?
EJ: Well, I would like to believe that, but this is Nick we're talking about.
Gabi: Oh, I see. So, because it's Nick, no one's ever gonna believe that he has a good heart or that he's really trying to turn his life around. No one in this town will ever give him the benefit of the doubt.
EJ: It's not as if he's earned it.
Gabi: Yet. Look, I get what you're saying. I don't agree with it, but I get it. You're worried because Nick has something over me, Kate, and Sami. I get it.
EJ: Something he can use at any point.
Gabi: No, he's not going to suddenly turn on anyone, okay? I really believe that he's... that he's changed, and... I really believe that if--
EJ: Go on.
Gabi: I really believe that if Nick and I get back together again, for real, that he would never want to hurt anyone again--me, Kate, or Sami, or anybody that I care about.
EJ: Are you saying that... you're sacrificing yourself to neutralize Nick?
Marlena: You want me to marry you? Are you serious?
Marlena: Oh, honey, I'm so touched. But I--I'm just not--
Will: Grandma, my writing professor, he's always encouraging us to think of our lives as a story. Now when I do that, I know that you would be such an important character in the chapter that dealt with my coming out. You helped me through such a tough time. And you made me realize that being gay, it's not an option or a choice. It's who I am. And you assured me that I would find true love and happiness, and I have. But I could not have done it without you.
Sonny: He's right. You've been there from day one.
Will: Which is why we want you to be the one to marry us.
Marlena: Oh, I am so honored. But I have to say no.
Abigail: T, why don't you wanna come with me to see Gabi? What's--
Nick: I think it's really sweet that you're going out with T. I mean, he's a good friend. And I know you feel sorry for him.
Tad: I just realized I can't leave work.
Abigail: What? You just said that--
Tad: I know, I just--the new guy Ben took a break and hasn't come back yet, so...
Jordan: Ben, stop it! You guys, stop! [Scoffs] God!
Rafe: You're the new guy at TBD.
Ben: Yeah? And?
Rafe: Yeah, and what are you doing putting your hands on her?
Jordan: Rafe, just drop it, please. It's not what you think. It's okay.
Rafe: It's okay?
Jordan: Please just forget it.
Rafe: Well, how can-- how do you know this guy, Jordan?
Ben: Oh, yeah. Come on, Jordan. Why don't you tell him? Tell him exactly how you know me.
Gabi: [Sighs] I don't feel like it is a sacrifice, EJ. I mean, what happened with Nick that night at the river... that man is not the same man who survived what we did to him. I mean, he has just been so genuine and attentive and... it's just been so different this time around. I mean, he is the man I fell in love with way back when, and that has to count for something. Doesn't it?
EJ: Maybe you're right. Just, um... just do me a favor and be careful. Do not rush into this.
Gabi: Thank you for being so worried about me.
EJ: Come here. Take care, all right?
Kate: Tell me what happened between Jordan and Rafe.
Sami: [Groans] Kate, I probably shouldn't have said anything.
Kate: Well, you already did, so just tell me.
Sami: Okay. God. I saw Jordan and some guy in a heated conversation.
Sami: Just now, at club TBD, and...you know, looked intense. So I...followed them.
Kate: You followed them?
Sami: Yeah, and then I ran into Rafe here.
Kate: So did you tell him?
Sami: Of course I did.
Kate: How did he react?
Sami: Well, he... went after them.
Kate: Wow. Oh, my God. Did it look like there was something going on between this guy and Jordan? I mean, you know, maybe something in the past... or the present?
Sami: Kate Roberts, you are as transparent as glass.
Kate: What? Oh, c--really? Just answer the question.
Sami: Yes, they clearly knew each other.
Kate: Hmm. I wonder if he was an ex-patient of hers.
Sami: Somehow I doubt that.
Kate: Really? Maybe he's the reason she was leaving Salem, and they were fighting because she had decided to stay.
Sami: Wait. Whoa. What?
Kate: Oh, you didn't kn-- she apparently-- apparently she was dead set on leaving Salem. She had broken things off with Rafe, okay, and she's about to leave. And all of a sudden, she says she's staying.
Sami: That seems very... sudden, doesn't it?
Kate: Yeah, you think? I don't know though. Maybe because all of this has happened I won't have to go to as much trouble.
Sami: Meaning? What are you planning?
Rafe: You need to stop talking.
Ben: No, you need to listen, 'cause I've known her a whole lot longer than you have.
Rafe: Oh, really?
Jordan: Oh, my God, Ben, you're just making this worse.
Rafe: You wanna tell me why this guy had his hands all over you and now you're asking me to pretend like it didn't happen?
Ben: I did not have my hands all over her, come on!
Jordan: Okay, okay, Rafe, you don't understand what's going on here.
Rafe: You're right. So why don't you tell me?
Ben: Well? Go ahead, fill him in.
Jordan: Can we go somewhere and talk about this, please?
Rafe: No! We cannot go somewhere. I wanna know what the hell is going on. And who is this guy?
Jordan: He's my brother.
EJ: Abigail, wait, please.
Will: You don't wanna marry us?
Marlena: Will, no, I'm honored. But you wanna be married by somebody who can marry you legally. You need a justice of the peace, you need a minister.
Marlena: Listen to me. Have you thought about the rector over at St. Georges Episcopal? I understand that he does same-sex marriages.
Sonny: We--we talked about Mr. Smith actually.
Will: We did.
Marlena: Oh, okay.
Will: But we decided it doesn't make sense for someone who doesn't know us or love us or who hasn't been a part of our relationship since we've been together to be the one to do it. But you... well, you fit the bill perfectly.
Marlena: Thank you. I understand that. But the thing is I'm not authorized to marry you.
Sonny: Oh, but you will be. And in plenty of time for our wedding. Your eyes really are unique.
Marlena: All righty. What is this?
Will: Sonny is amazing. He found this website where--
Sonny: I am amazing. I know how to find online ministers.
Marlena: So all I have to do is become a minister, hmm?
Sonny: It's a certification, it's not like a ministry thing, really. You just pay $58, and you sign some paperwork, and it's legal.
Marlena: Yeah. So you're sure that you wanna have a civil ceremony, hmm?
Will: I think so. Plus, that means that we get to have you. Not that we're strong-arming you or anything.
Sonny: We're totally strong-arming you.
Marlena: I understand, yes.
Will: [Laughs] It was just you're the one person that can make this have so much more meaning for us than if some random person did it.
Will: Will you do it?
Abigail: What do you want?
EJ: Not even a "hello"?
EJ: Abigail, I thought that we had--
Abigail: Dodged a bullet? We did. We did dodge a bullet. My not being pregnant was really lucky for all of us. You know, EJ, I've had some time now to think about this, to think about what happened between us and about how it all unfolded, and, you know, I realized something. I realized that I need to move on, and I need to stay as far away from you as possible. And please do not be mistaken. This is not because I still want you. It's because I don't. I realize now who you are, because you are not the good and decent man that you led me to believe that you are. Not even close, EJ. Because if you were either of those things, if you were good or decent, you would've had some restraint and you would've left me the hell alone. You are exactly what everybody says you are.
Sami: Kate, is it possible that you still have feelings for Rafe?
Kate: Oh, my God! Are you serious? No! Rafe and I are friends, that's all he is to me now. I just don't wanna see him hurt, that's all.
Sami: By Jordan? My sources tell me--my sources are you usually right--that Jordan is the sole reason he is walking again and now back at work. Jordan is his recovery. And on a personal note, they seem to be crazy about each other.
Kate: Okay, okay. But really, what do any of us really know about Jordan? I mean, she came here from Birmingham, she's played miracle worker at that hospital.
Kate: She's gotten him better, she got him to fall for her. But still, I mean, it could all just be a cover for not really having to reveal who she is and why she's here.
Sami: Okay, you're right. And...I definitely thought that myself. But if they do care about each other, she's gonna open herself up to him eventually, right?
Kate: I'm not sure about that. In fact, I highly doubt it. And he is in such a vulnerable place right now.
Sami: Look, Kate, I just have to say this.
Sami: Even if Rafe broke up with Jordan, I don't think that means he would get back together with you.
Kate: Oh, my God! I just said--
Sami: That you are just friends and that you don't still have residual feelings of... lust or whatever.
Kate: Really? Like you?
Sami: Excuse me?
Kate: Well, I don't know. I don't know, maybe that's why you're talking like this. Because you still have feelings for him, you still want him?
Sami: What are you even talking about? I'm with EJ. We're getting married.
Kate: Oh, yeah, I know all about that. You and EJ are getting married. But what if that just implodes? Maybe you could have, I don't know, Rafe as a backup.
Sami: A backup?
Sami: Are you serious? You still think I am that shallow and conniving?
Kate: Just call it self-protective.
Sami: But I don't have to protect myself. 'Cause EJ and I are walking down the aisle and we are going to get married. We have set a date!
Kate: Oh, really? Because you've managed to screw that up before, Sami.
Sami: Okay, okay, now you are crossing a line. Take it back.
Kate: No, because I'm just speaking the truth.
Sami: No, you're not. You're being mean and you're clearly just jealous. And I can't believe I said all those nice things about you.
Kate: [Scoffs] Really? Nice things?
Sami: Yes! I was saying nice things. And you are just jealous of my happiness, admit it!
Kate: Whether you are happy or not is of no concern to me.
Sami: Well, you've made--
EJ: Whoa, whoa, ladies. What the hell is going on with you two, hmm?
Kate: In one word..."Rafe."
Sami: Oh. [Sighs]
Rafe: He's your brother?
Ben: That's right.
Rafe: Why didn't you just say something?
Jordan: It's complicated. We haven't seen each other in a long, long time.
Rafe: Oh, okay. And what, he just showed up in Salem?
Rafe: Okay, I have no idea what is going on here. But just because you two are related, that does not mean that you can mistreat her.
Jordan: It's not his fault, okay? We had an argument--
Rafe: I don't care! Okay? That does not give you the right to hurt her, do you understand?
Ben: I would never hurt a woman! Ever! What's my advice for healthy looking radiant skin.
Marlena: Sonny, will... I would be honored to marry you, but I would just be a novice at it.
Will: So what? I'm marrying the man that I love. We're gonna speak from our hearts, and that's all you have to do too. No one's better at that than you, grandma. So... will you marry us?
Marlena: Of course I will marry you. I would be so honored to marry you.
Gabi: Um, Abigail...hi.
Abigail: Is this a bad time? Sorry, I guess I should have called.
Gabi: No, no, it's totally okay. You mentioned that you were gonna stop by to talk about the bachelor party. Come in, come in.
Abigail: You were expecting someone else, huh? Was it Nick? It was Nick. Okay. So, you wanna tell me exactly what's going on with you and my cousin?
Nick: Thanks. Thanks, T. Best ginger ale in town. How are you?
Tad: Great, Nick. Super.
Gabi: He is the man I fell in love with way back when, and that has to account for something, doesn't it?
EJ: Maybe you're right. I'll tell you what. Just, um-- just do me a favor... and be careful. Do not rush into this.
Nick: EJ has... EJ has good advice. Maybe I should take it myself. Keep a little distance from Gabi. Not rush into anything. Might make her want me even more.
EJ: Okay, listen, I can hear you two halfway across the square. What is this latest argument, and what does it have to do with Rafe?
Sami: Interesting you ask. I guess things didn't go as well as Kate had planned with Stefano last night, so she is turning to Rafe as her...backup.
Kate: [Sighs] You are completely out of your mind. You know, I feel sorry for you having to deal with a fiancée who hasn't let go of her ex.
Sami: Okay, for the last time, that is not--
Kate: Good luck with that.
Sami: Oh, you little-- I know what you're doing! Trying to take your problems and turn 'em around on me! Don't look at me like that, okay? You have to understand that Kate is just, you know, infuriating and self-consumed and completely arrogant. She--
EJ: I don't know why you engage her.
Sami: I don't have a choice in dealing with Kate. Our lives are involved at this point.
EJ: Why do you let her get to you? You get sucked into every petty little argument. About Rafe, of all people?
Sami: You just have to give me a chance to explain.
EJ: Expl--no, I don't need you to explain. I don't give a damn about Kate or Rafe or anybody else for that matter.
Jordan: It's not how it looked when you walked in here, okay?
Ben: Look, the last thing I wanna do is fight with Jordan.
Rafe: Right. So you gonna fill me in on what's going on here? 'Cause I still have no idea.
Ben: It's a private matter.
Jordan: Rafe, please. It's gonna be okay.
Rafe: Okay. I'll wait for you at the cafe.
Ben: You gonna tell him the truth?
Jordan: No. No one can ever know the truth!
Marlena: All right, so... all I have to do is go online, eh?
Will: Uh-huh. And I'll walk you through it.
Marlena: No, you will not walk me through it. I may not be your generation, but I can use a computer.
Will: [Laughs] You've made us very happy.
Marlena: Oh! I got your invitation. It's really nice.
Will: [Laughs] We've already gotten a lot of the RSVPs back already.
Marlena: Of course you have. Who wouldn't want to attend your wedding?
Will: Well, Eric's got lost in the mail, but we re-sent it and he should be getting it today.
Will: And it says he can have a plus-one, he should know that.
Sonny: Right. Especially since uncle Vic is paying for everything.
Marlena: Ha, you. Oh! Would it be all right if I told roman about my official position in the wedding?
Sonny: Yeah, we want everyone to know that you're the one marrying us.
Gabi: Sorry about that. Ari was up all night teething.
Abigail: That's okay.
Gabi: She's down now. She's asleep.
Abigail: Great. Now you can tell me what's really going on.
Gabi: Oh, about Nick and I? Well...we're just friends. We have been getting close lately, but as friends he confides in me.
Abigail: Hmm. You know, EJ told me that you two weren't getting along so well before he left town, and-- oh, my God! Gabi! You look beautiful! Are these new?
Gabi: Brand-new actually.
Abigail: Oh, my God!
Gabi: Uh, Nick was the one who suggested to Sami and EJ that they rehire me for countess W's new campaign. It was so great, Abigail. I mean, I-I just felt so great about myself and in so many different ways.
Abigail: All this happened because of Nick? Seriously? Gabi, are you thinking about getting back together with him?
Gabi: Well, you know, a lot of people have been asking me that, and, um... yeah, I mean, I haven't ruled it out. I spoke to EJ about it. He actually made me promise that I just take things slowly.
Abigail: [Scoffs] Really? Did he? Well, do yourself a favor. Whatever EJ tells you to do, you should do the opposite.
Sami: Okay! I saw Jordan Ridgeway talking to some guy, okay? I thought it was weird. I thought she was acting strange. She might've been disloyal to Rafe, so I thought he should know about it.
EJ: Really? Since when is that your place?
Sami: It's my place because...
Sami: I was concerned that a friend was being gullible or naive or whatever, and I just wanted to protect him.
EJ: Being concerned for Rafe seems to be one of the most important responsibilities in your life, don't you think?
Sami: EJ, I hope that Rafe and Jordan are happy together, or whatever. I really don't care, okay? I just was concerned for my friend. But my concern for him as a friend has nothing to do with my feelings for you. Rafe is my past. You, Mr. DiMera... are my everything. Forever and ever and ever.
Kate: Thank you so much for meeting me on such short notice.
Marlena: What a nice surprise to hear from you.
Kate: Our grandson's getting married. I know. Look, I've been thinking, and I thought it might be really wonderful if we pool resources to get them something fabulous, meaningful.
Marlena: You mean like sort of a joint gift?
Kate: Well, yes, but also, you know, we can give our individual gifts. I did promise that I would pay for their honeymoon. And even though I know they can't go now, when they do, I am going to make it all first-class, absolutely.
Marlena: So lovely. So generous.
Kate: Well, also, I'm going to give my friend the governor a call to see if he'll come over from the state house to marry them.
Marlena: Oh, my. Wouldn't that be special?
Kate: [Laughs] Yeah.
Marlena: And completely unnecessary.
Jordan: I hate that Rafe walked in on this.
Ben: Totally sick of it all. And I'm sorry.
Jordan: Me too. This is why you should have never come here. Should be off somewhere on your own, leading your own life, not--
Ben: Worrying about you? I can't stop doing that. It's not gonna happen. Besides, I-I owe you.
Jordan: You don't.
Ben: Go find Rafe.
Jordan: Uh, don't tell anyone else about us, okay?
Ben: Are you that ashamed that I'm your brother?
Jordan: Ben, come on. You know why.
Kate: I'm just a little confused. I thought it would be the perfect touch to have Jim ford, I mean the governor, marry them.
Marlena: It's a lovely idea. But the thing is, is that I spoke to will and Sonny a few minutes ago, and they've already invited someone to perform the ceremony.
Kate: Oh... oh, please don't tell me it's some fuddy-duddy justice of the peace who's gonna bore the hell out of all of us.
Marlena: No, no, no, it's not a justice of the peace.
Kate: A minister?
Marlena: No, not exactly.
Kate: Well...who is it?
Kate: [Laughs] Oh...
Will: Thought you had the afternoon off.
Tad: I did.
Will: Something up?
Tad: Ah, just making sure everything's okay.
Will: Well, I wanted to talk about some of the best man things you'll be sharing with JJ.
Tad: Yeah, definitely. Pretty psyched about this. Um, let me take care of this customer and then we'll talk.
Nick: I-I hope I'm not bothering you, but there is-- there's something, um, that I need to say.
Gabi: I didn't know that you felt that way about EJ.
Abigail: I shouldn't have said anything.
Gabi: But you did.
Abigail: Gabi, can I speak to you as a friend?
Gabi: Of course. Abigail, did something happen between you and EJ?
Abigail: After, uh... everything that happened between you and Nick--you know, how he wasn't so great to you when he was leaving town and everything?
Gabi: Which you heard from EJ.
Abigail: Right. Well, he's my cousin, and I was concerned, obviously. So I wanted to talk to hope and Julie about it, you know, see what the rest of my family thought, but EJ convinced me not to.
Gabi: Yeah, but, I mean, it all worked out. Nick's back and we're friends and it's been great, you know?
Abigail: Right, yeah. I'm happy about all of that. It's just, you know, Gabi, from my perspective, from what I've seen and heard, EJ has this way of making people do things that aren't necessarily in their best interests but might be in his.
Gabi: Okay, well, I don't think that's what he's trying to do. I mean, he just told me that I should make up my own mind about how I feel about Nick.
Abigail: So you are thinking about getting back together with him then? Wow. How did all this happen?
Jordan: Hey. I'm so sorry about all that.
Rafe: Yeah, well... you said you'd explain. Maybe you should start by telling me why you lied about having a brother.
Jordan: Ben and I had a falling out, a serious one, and so for a long time it felt like I didn't have a brother.
Rafe: Okay. I can understand that. But you knew that he was in town. You knew that he was working at TBD. Is Ben--is your brother the reason that you were going to leave town?
Jordan: You were the reason I decided I couldn't leave Salem.
Jordan: But what happened with my brother, it's personal, and...
Rafe: I hope you know that you can tell me anything.
Jordan: I do, I do. Just not right now, okay?
Jordan: Oh, and you should know...Ben's not leaving.
Rafe: Hmm, all right. How do you feel about that?
Jordan: Well, I'm going to have to find a way to coexist with him.
Jordan: I'm really sorry that I didn't tell you about my brother. And I so appreciate you not pushing me about the details. I'm also hoping that this thing between Ben and I can kind of just stay between us for now.
Rafe: Jordan, this is a lot to take in right now, all right?
Jordan: Yeah, I know, I know. But you also know how I feel about you and I just hope you can trust that and just think about keeping this quiet. I have to go. Thank you.
Kate: Oh...you're serious.
Kate: Well, I-- how's that gonna work?
Marlena: Well, you know, one can be ordained online these days, which is quite lucky for me, I thought. And so I would have the authority to marry anybody I choose, including my precious grandson and his intended.
Kate: Oh! Uh, well, that's interesting.
Marlena: You're upset.
Kate: Upset? Mmm, no. I mean, just because my grandson adores his other grandmother so much that he's asked her to perform the ceremony, I mean, that's not upsetting.
Marlena: He's always loved me more. You know that. [Laughs] Okay, but seriously, he adores you too. And I just--I think we're so lucky to be included in the celebration. You and your sweet, little way, and me in my big, open way. Seriously, Kate, come on. I am so proud of this day. I'm so proud of them.
Kate: Yes, I am too.
Marlena: Good. Okay, well, I'm gonna dash. I will--I will see you at the wedding, if not before.
Nick: Look, will, I know that we've been through the wringer together, all right? And I know that we're not exactly friends, but I just want to let you know that I think it's amazing that you and Sonny are able to get married and that you're making this commitment to each other. I think it's amazing.
Will: That's what people do when they're in love.
Nick: Yeah...I know.
Will: Oh, you do? You must mean because of Gabi.
Nick: Who else?
Will: That marriage was a lie.
Nick: That's--that's-- that's not true.
Will: Oh, we both know it is.
Nick: [Laughs] You know, will, by the time that I put a ring on Gabi's finger, I knew her a hell of a lot better than you know Sonny.
EJ: We should really be in the office taking care of business.
Sami: [Laughs] Oh, I don't know. I think we just took care of some super important business.
Sami: And anyway, my meeting got canceled.
Sami: Oh, hey, did you talk to Gabi? And?
EJ: [Sighs] I tried. I appealed to her to make sure that Nick had changed before she made any decisions about getting back together with him.
Sami: Did she hear you?
EJ: She said she did. It's her decision, it's her life.
Sami: Yeah, God help her if she gets back together with Nick Fallon. God help us all.
Gabi: I don't want to talk about Nick.
Abigail: Okay, look, Gabi, I get that you don't want to talk about it. It's just that obviously your feelings have changed since last time we talked and I--
Gabi: Yeah, well, it's-- you know, maybe.
Gabi: He's been great to me. Hey.
Sonny: Hey. Hey, Abigail.
Abigail: Oh, hey, Sonny, hi.
Gabi: I didn't know you were gonna be done so soon.
Sonny: Yeah, I had more time than I realized, I guess. So I figured I would come home and see if you need help with the baby.
Gabi: Well, she's still down, so...
Abigail: Uh, we got the wedding invitations. They look so perfect.
Sonny: Oh, that's good.
Abigail: Yeah, we're all really excited. You know, my mom and I were talking about it--this is gonna be our first gay wedding.
Sonny: First for a lot of people, I'm guessing, yeah.
Gabi: Hey, so, you're gonna hate what I'm about to say, but I just--I feel like if I-- I just have to say it anyway.
Gabi: Well, don't you think it's kind of weird not to invite Nick to your wedding?
