Episode #12226 ~ Sami learns Nicole is doing a story on Eric; a high Brady runs into Maggie; JJ gets discouraging news.

Will: All right. Wow, you've got free time, and you spend it studying. Who are you, and what have you done with my cousin?
JJ: Yeah, I know, I'm lame.
Will: Yes, you are. But you've got great taste. Here you go, vintage 1982. Listen to the guitar solo on track three, but don't scratch it. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to kill you. Also, I got your mail for some reason. So you're welcome.
JJ: Thank you! Oh, no.
Jennifer: Aunt Maggie?
Maggie: Well, hi! Sit down.
Jennifer: Oh, thank you.
Maggie: I thought you'd be at the hospital this morning.
Jennifer: Oh, yes, well, I decided to work remotely today.
Maggie: Avoiding my son?
Jennifer: No, more like avoiding Theresa. How are you doing?
Maggie: Hanging in there. I'm really sorry I haven't had a chance to return your calls.
Jennifer: No, that's okay. I understand. Do you have a minute now to talk?
Maggie: I actually am meeting someone, ha. Any minute.
Nicole: Brady, hey, it's me. What gives? Last night you were all fired up to go on camera and tell the world about Kristen. Now you're totally incommunicado. Seriously? Call me. [Sighs] Maybe he's not taking this so well after all.
Nicole: Hey. [Clears throat] So much for cutting down your hours. I mean, were you in surgery all night?
Daniel: Yes. A five-car pileup on the expressway.
Nicole: Wow, that's terrible. You know, I could've taken parker for you.
Daniel: No, no, you're working. Joanna was happy to take him overnight, and I dropped him off at preschool. So, you know, it's all good.
Nicole: Hey, wait, listen. Um, before you crash... would you mind if we finish that conversation we started last night?
Daniel: Sure. Yeah, you first.
Nicole: I got my first story assignment at the TV station, and I was gonna turn it down, but then I decided that I would probably be the best person to do it justice.
Daniel: You're doing a story on Eric. That--that is great news.
Nicole: It is?
Daniel: Yeah, that's exactly what I was hoping to talk to you about.
EJ: Hey! I told you for the last time. I have no comment about my sister on that tape. Get out! Harold, will you please do whatever it takes to get rid of those bloody reporters? And where's Samantha?
Nick: Help! Help!
Eric: Sami. What's wrong?
Harold: Ms. Brady dropped off her bags, said she'd be back from running errands before the children returned from school.
EJ: And you didn't think to tell her that I was in my office?
Harold: Yes, I did, sir. But she was in a terrible rush.
EJ: I see. Okay, thank you, Harold. You're avoiding me. And I know why. After everything I've done for you. Your life may have gone down in flames, but you're not taking mine with you.
Sami: I'm fine, Eric, really.
Eric: No, you're not.
Sami: Well, I mean, obviously, I'm not fine because of what my twin brother is going through. And I haven't even seen you since that video went viral, and I--what is that?
Eric: Whoa, whoa.
Sami: Wait, what happened to you?
Eric: A parishioner got a little upset, okay?
Sami: What, he tried to scratch your eyes out?
Eric: It's just a superficial cut, it's not a big deal.
Sami: It is a big deal. How can these people do that to you, how can they blame you?
Eric: You saw the video. You know how it looks.
Sami: [Sighs] Well, I don't care. I wanna know what dad's doing. I wanna know that they're getting closer to finding Kristen.
Eric: No, they're not. All right? We're not gonna find her, not without help. And your fiancÚ, he made it very clear that he's not on my side. See, Kristen got away, and the only silver lining in this is that we might not ever have to see her again.
Brady: [Inhales] [Exhales] What do you know? Fall off the wagon for one day and the world doesn't end. Yeah, well... what are we doing today? What are we doing today? Nothing. Nothing to do, nowhere to be. Good times. Ah, Nicole, sorry. You're gonna have to find someone else to play with today, sweetie. [Sighs] I'm going out. [Whistles]
JJ: The judge assigned to my case is sick, man. My sentencing just got postponed a few weeks.
Will: [Clears throat] I'm sorry about that. But, uh, at least he's gonna let you off if you stay out of trouble. And you can do that for a few weeks, right?
J I'm planning on doing it forever. Come on. Come on, get up. The--Theresa.
Will: Then what's the matter?
JJ: I'm just tired of having this hang over my head, man. I need it to be over.
Theresa: I, uh-- I got Maggie's number from Daniel. Because I need an A.A. Sponsor. I--
Jennifer: Okay. That's good, that's great. Maybe you can stop by the house when you're finished here.
Maggie: Of course. Bye.
Theresa: Jennifer, wait. There's something I need to tell you about Daniel.
Daniel: Eric was assaulted last night.
Daniel: He's okay.
Nicole: Are you sure? He wasn't hurt?
Daniel: No, no, nothing serious. He seems resigned to the idea that he'd never find proof about what really happened that night. And I just--I don't want him to give up.
Nicole: Neither do I. Which is why I agreed to do this story. I don't want it to be sensationalized. I wanna try to present the facts.
Daniel: Except we don't know all the facts. Eric's pretty reluctant to let me help him. If I could just prove that he was drugged, he might actually get his life back.
Nicole: And what does this have to do with me?
Daniel: Well, see, you were the only other person there that night, before and after. And it's also possible-- is it not-- that you could give me some inside information now.
Nicole: Okay, um...
Daniel: With your job.
Nicole: [Clears throat]
Daniel: Now I really feel that we could build a case to exonerate Eric without even needing Kristen's confession.
Nicole: You realize what you're asking me to do, right?
Daniel: I do.
Nicole: It's one thing to take the negative out of a story. But if you're asking me to sit down and have a face-to-face with Eric and immerse myself in a--in a chapter of my life that I'm trying to forget, I just... I just don't know if I can do that.
Daniel: Nicole, I respect what you're saying. I do, but I--
Nicole: Daniel, why... what is going on with you? Why are you so obsessed with helping Eric?
Daniel: You know me. I don't like unanswered questions. And I certainly don't like a guy being persecuted for something he didn't do.
Nicole: Are we talking about Eric now or you?
Daniel: I'm talking about Eric. What happened to him is a travesty. So, yes, I would like to see him vindicated. Help me. Help me help him. Regardless of your feelings, isn't it the right thing to do?
Sami: I'm going to talk to EJ about this.
Eric: What, so he can lie to you again? I'm sorry, Sami. It's just--I have a hard time believing that this guy is telling the truth about what he knows and when he knew it. You know, if he really wanted to help us and tell us where Kristen was right now, I'm sure he could.
Sami: You're wrong. EJ is as upset about what happened to you as I am.
Eric: Then tell him to put his money where his mouth is. No, you know what? Don't.
Eric: No, don't, because I don't want you to get in the middle of this, all right? You can't help it because you fell in love with a jerk.
Sami: Same way I can't help who my twin brother is. What are you gonna do?
Eric: You know what, I might have another way to prove what happened that night.
Sami: Really? How?
Eric: I'm not sure whether it's gonna work or not, so I don't want to get anyone's hopes up.
Sami: Well, that's really super comforting...not. [Whispering] I just hate the way people are looking at you. The same way that everyone is always looking at me. It's just not fair that it's you. I'm--I'm--and I'm sorry.
Eric: Sami, why are you so sorry?
Sami: Because people get away with doing bad things all the time without getting punished. And I just feel like you are paying for my sins.
Eric: Well, I've been doing that my whole life. [Guffaws]
Sami: 'Cause you're the perfect brother.
Eric: No, I'm not. I'm not perfect. No one is.
EJ: You're the only family I have left.
Will: You know what? You just--you hang in there, and then I'm sure it will all be over soon.
JJ: Yeah, I hope so. My mom has been so down lately, man, I don't-- I don't want her to have to worry about this anymore.
Will: You know what? I know it sucks when your mom's hurting, but it's not your fault that Daniel left her and moved on with my cousin.
JJ: It's not Daniel's fault either.
Theresa: I wanna say...I'm sorry. I want you know I've tried really hard to remember what happened that night. When Daniel came to my place. But it's a total blank.
Jennifer: It doesn't matter.
Theresa: It matters to me. Unfortunately, I remember plenty from before that night.
Jennifer: You know what? I don't need to hear this right now.
Theresa: No, but I need to say it, look, come on. I'm going to be in A.A., And I need to make amends with the people I've hurt. Jenn, there's no one I've hurt more than you.
Theresa: Yeah, besides being a sucky employee and--and total pain in your ass, I, uh... I was really upset when you fired me, and so I made it look like Daniel and I had something going on when we really didn't.
Theresa: He was just being nice to me, you know? How he is to everyone. He hardly even knew I existed.
Jennifer: You know, Theresa, I appreciate what you are trying to do, but that night Daniel was at your apartment, everybody knows that he was there. He told me that he was there. So how do you explain that?
Brady: EJ, hey! Hey! Where are you going? Come on. Why are you running away? Afraid I'm gonna take a swing at you or something? [Laughs] I'm just kidding.
EJ: Well, if you're so inclined, Brady, you give it your best shot.
Brady: No, no, no. You're not worth it. Yo sister wasn't worth it either, by the way.
EJ: You really didn't believe me, did you, when I told you? She was truly in love with you, Brady.
Brady: It's probably the one thing that I do believe that has come out of your mouth. I do. I could say that I hope I never see her again or something like that, but that would--that would give her too much power in my life, and she doesn't deserve that.
EJ: So you're over her, huh? Just like that?
Brady: Just-- [Snaps fingers] Just like that. I have to be, right? Between you and me, actually... I could care less if she disappeared off the face of the earth. For good this time.
Eric: God does not punish me for anything you've done. He doesn't work that way. He does judge me on how I deal with what life has handed me. And I haven't handled that very well.
Sami: What? You're not talking about accusing Nicole?
Eric: With no evidence to support the accusation.
Sami: Are you kidding me? After everything that that woman has done? She's fully capable of drugging you and attacking you.
Eric: No, she wasn't. Nicole was not capable of that, Sami. Kristen did it.
Sami: Fine. Technically, Kristen did it. Nicole didn't do anything wrong. We can just both agree that there is the bright side that Nicole is also going to be out of your life from now on.
Eric: No, she's not. She got her old news reporting job back. And the first story she's gonna report is all me and that sex tape.
Sami: What? If she thinks that she's gonna hatchet job on you--
Eric: Sami, it's okay.
Sami: It's not okay.
Eric: Okay, Sami, I said stop it. Okay, I don't wanna talk about Nicole. Sami, I just wanna clear my name and get back into the priesthood. I will take action. Somehow, someway, I'm gonna turn this around.
Sami: Okay, but--
Eric: No, wait. You know what? I have things to do. Talk soon?
Nicole: I get it. I-I-- I should take the high road. I should help Eric the way he helped me. But I... I'm doing the best I can in my own way.
Daniel: I know. But what if it's not enough?
Nicole: You know, when I started working for--for Eric, all my old feelings came back. And it was so hard to push them aw--away. And... you know... he didn't know... how he tortured me, and I...
Daniel: I understand. But you don't have those feelings anymore, right?
Nicole: No. God, of course, I don't. Because every time I see him, he'd find a new way to show me what an idiot I was.
Daniel: Okay, okay. Nicole, he just called. And I asked him to come over here.
Nicole: When is he coming?
Daniel: He's gonna be here in a few minutes.
Nicole: Oh, my God. I cannot be here.
Daniel: You have to be here. Yes, you can.
Nicole: No, I can't.
Daniel: Nicole, I need your help. Yes, you--please. Will you just--Nicole? Nicole, please, can you just hear me out? Just stay--
Will: So why isn't it Daniel's fault that he was at Theresa's place when she O.D.'D?
JJ: He and my mom were broken up, and that was because of me. And I resented him for trying to take my dad's place. Yeah, I blamed my mom for not loving my dad enough or for missing him enough. When all that I was mad at was myself for not being here.
Will: I am sorry.
JJ: Yeah, me too. I'm sorry that I took it all out on Daniel. I was nothing but trouble for him and mom. I just wish that I could take it all back.
Will: I can relate to that. Listen, man, you can't blame yourself for what happened with Theresa. And that is the real reason that your mom and Daniel are never gonna bet back together again. Right?
Theresa: I wish I could explain what happened that night. But, of course, you could ask Daniel. I'm sure he remembers everything.
Jennifer: Yeah, I'm sure he does.
Theresa: And he stayed sober. I mean, you know that. Because he saved my life. And not a day goes by that I'm not so grateful to him. I'm not helping. I'm just making this worse.
Jennifer: You know what? That's not possible. And if we are through here, I need to get back to work.
Theresa: Okay. Bye. [Sighs]
Maggie: What was that all about?
Theresa: Look, I'm sure that I'm the last person Jennifer wants to see right now, but I was just trying to help her in some small way. I'm doing my best to make amends.
Maggie: Theresa, the first step, is to actually go to a meeting. You haven't done that yet, have you?
Theresa: I've been before. In L.A. Still, it's really hard to go into those meetings alone.
Maggie: Yes, it is.
Theresa: Which is why I wanted to talk to you first. I heard you're, like, the best sponsor ever.
Maggie: Ah, well, the Salem grapevine is hard at work. Working overtime.
Theresa: So, um, if you're not too busy to take on someone else...
Maggie: It's not that I'm too busy, Theresa. To be honest, it's just a little awkward. See, Daniel is my son. And his reputation has been dragged through the mud. So I think you'd be better off with someone else. I know two wonderful women. One would be more than helpful and would be happy to support you. Um, as a matter of fact, there's a meeting at the community center in about ten minutes. I can call the leader and tell her to expect you.
Theresa: It's still gonna be really hard to go alone.
Maggie: Hmm. Brady! Brady! Come here.
Brady: How are you?
Maggie: You know Theresa Donovan, right?
Brady: Theresa Donovan.
Brady: Yeah, we haven't officially met. I'm Brady. Heard a lot about you.
Maggie: Brady, I have a favor.
Brady: What is it?
Maggie: Uh, would mind taking Theresa to a meeting this morning?
Daniel: Hey, Eric, uh, come on in.
Eric: Is Nicole--
Daniel: Uh, you missed her. Glad to hear from you. Does this mean you've changed your mind about--
Eric: I talked to father matt. I think it's time I need to do whatever it takes to clear my name.
Sami: Just the person I was looking for.
Nicole: Just the person I wasn't.
Sami: Well, too bad for you, Nicole, because I'm going to be in your face until I get a promise out of you.
Nicole: Because promises mean so much to you?
Sami: They mean something to Eric. And he has done a lot for you. So, Nicole, you need to get over yourself and do the right thing. Or I promise you'll regret it. Okay.
JJ: Mom, I have some not-so-good news. The judge assigned to my case is sick, and he postponed my sentencing a couple of weeks.
Jennifer: Are you upset?
JJ: Little bit.
Jennifer: Uh, you know, don't be. You're doing a great job. It's all gonna work out.
JJ: You don't seem so confident about that.
Jennifer: No, this isn't about you. I just had a run-in with Theresa. So much for working at home, you know, to avoid seeing her.
JJ: Well, what happened?
Jennifer: Well, Theresa said she wanted to make amends, but clearly she hasn't had a lot of practice with that. So I think I was her first guinea pig.
JJ: Oh. What did she say?
Jennifer: It doesn't matter.
JJ: I'm sorry, mom. Come here. It's gonna be okay.
Jennifer: Yeah. Of course it is.
Brady: Uh, I don't really have time. I don't have time to go to a meeting.
Maggie: I thought you might be going...yourself.
Brady: Yeah. No, no, I would. I would, I would. I just--I have work, I'm swamped. I just came by to get a little caffeine fix.
Maggie: Okay, well, Theresa's a little reluctant to go on her own, and I just would hate--
Theresa: No, it's fine. I'll be brave.
Maggie: Are you sure?
Brady: Okay. Well, thank you for understanding. I'm sorry. But, um, good luck. Good luck.
Maggie: Are you sure you're all right?
Brady: I'm good. I'm good, just staying busy, Maggie. I'll see you.
Theresa: I didn't mean for you to have to scrape up someone to take me to a meeting. It's not my first time, and I have the address, so.
Maggie: Are you sure you're gonna follow through with this?
Theresa: Yeah, of course.
Maggie: Well, I hope this meeting is better for you this time.
Theresa: Me too.
Daniel: So you think it was Kristen who went into mason's office and destroyed all the evidence from the hotel.
Daniel: Yeah, I've also been able to do some research on the class of drug Kristen could've used to knock you out, and, um...
Daniel: We know if was likely that a masking agent was used. And now I've been able to look more clearly at certain chemical compounds. Now these typically have an extremely long half-life.
Eric: Are you saying that--
Daniel: There could still be traces present in your bloodstream.
Eric: You already ran two tox screens.
Daniel: We couldn't test every possible drug. But now we have narrowed down the search criteria. And also, this was a new test that wasn't available when we were investigating your illness before. See, this is more sensitive than the others. At least I hope.
Eric: You really think this time you can find evidence that I was poisoned?
Daniel: Oh, I don't think. After my research last night, I am confident we will get what we need to prove you're telling the truth.
Nicole: So just how do you think I could help Eric?
Sami: Well, you could drop the story.
Nicole: Yeah. If I don't do it, someone else will.
Sami: Fine. Let them.
Nicole: Why should I?
Sami: [Laughs] Well, for one thing, you and I both know that Kristen is at fault here. I hate her, you hate her. It puts us on the same side. Did hell just freeze over?
Sami: [Sighs] Nicole, you know... that my brother is innocent, that he is the victim in all of this. And for his reputation to be totally destroyed by--
Nicole: By me? Is that what you think will happen if I do my job? Look, you know what, I have a chance to rebuild my life in a career I'm actually good at. So what do you want me to sacrifice here? Are you serious? How much do you want me to give up for your brother?
Sami: Whatever it takes, Nicole. You only have a life here because of my brother. And Eric is the best person that I know. And you are a worthless, baby-napping, husband-stealing piece of trash. I mean, I don't care about you or your career, and frankly, no one else does either.
Nicole: Way to go, Sami. Brilliant move. Insulting me, berating me, making me feel like crap. Wow, I now am so motivated to help you and your brother. Of all the places in your house...
EJ: How are you?
Will: I'm good, thanks.
EJ: Listen, I was wondering, have you seen your mother since she got back?
Will: No, I haven't. How was the field trip?
Will: Yes, I bet. I'm sure it was good for her though, you know? Everything with uncle Eric's been really hard on mom.
EJ: Well, I supposed that's my fault.
Will: No, I didn't say that. I just think that, you know, she needs to know that you're there for her.
EJ: I am. Always, William. Your mother and the children are the most important things in the world to me.
Sami: All right. Maybe I was a little--
Nicole: Nasty? I'm sure you couldn't help yourself.
Sami: But you know what, Nicole, you're right.
Nicole: I'm sorry, did you just say--
Sami: You're right. Someone else probably will do the story. But you... you can use your power for good instead of evil. You can make sure that you tell the story and make Eric look innocent.
Nicole: Even if there's no evidence to prove that. You want me to lie to the good people of Salem?
Sami: Well, it's not like you haven't done it before. Nicole, you know Eric is innocent.
Nicole: Oh, just like he knew I was. He made people think that I raped him.
Sami: You're surprised that Eric thought you were lying to him?
Nicole: Look who's talking.
Sami: You kidnapped my baby.
Nicole: You kidnapped your sister when she was a baby.
Sami: You broke Eric's heart and married Lucas for $5 million.
Nicole: You shot EJ in the head, and now you marrying the fool. You know what, you wanna throw sins in my face, you better duck. What has it been, six months now since you shot that poor detective? Seems like you're due. Murder anyone lately?
Jennifer: Let me take this.
Maggie: Oh, thanks.
Jennifer: Thank you so much for coming over.
Maggie: Oh, Jennifer, I am so sorry, believe me. A meeting with Theresa is the last way I wanted to spend the morning. But I felt obliged.
Jennifer: Yeah. It's okay. You don't have to explain. I'm glad that you wanna help her. Because God knows she needs all the help she can get.
Maggie: Well, I hope she gets it.
Jennifer: Yeah. I don't wanna talk about Theresa right now.
Maggie: I don't wanna talk about her either!
Jennifer: Uh, listen. Aunt Maggie, the reason I asked you to come over here was because I was just wondering, are you still living at the Salem inn right now?
Maggie: Victor asked me to come home. But you see, I don't think he understands that I have a legitimate reason for being furious with him.
Jennifer: My goodness. Aunt Maggie, please. I understand, and can't even believe I let Kristen-- [Sighs] I'm sorry. Anyway, the point is, I don't want you staying at the Salem inn any more. This house is as much your house as it is my house, and I think that gram would want you here. And I know that I want you here.
Maggie: [Laughs] Honey, that's a very generous offer, but I--
Jennifer: But... you think it'll be a problem for Daniel?
Maggie: I do.
Jennifer: But it won't be, because I have thought long and hard about this. And you know what, you have been my wonderful aunt Maggie my whole life. Long before I knew Daniel. Long before you did.
Maggie: Well, you've always been like a daughter to me.
Jennifer: And I am not asking you to choose sides. It's just you have always been there for me, through every tough time in my life. And the good ones too.
Maggie: [Laughing] Oh! Likewise. My Jennifer rose.
Jennifer: So right now is a really tough time for me. And I know it is for you too, so... I just think it would be really nice... if we could lean on each other, together.
Daniel: Unfortunately, these tests are more involved than the last ones, and more painful.
Eric: Yeah, whatever-- whatever it takes.
Daniel: Are you sure?
Eric: Yeah, I can take the pain. Daniel... I'm--I'm grateful. I was just thinking, you know, maybe I should ask somebody else to kind of step in and take it from here.
Eric: Because we're friends, and I appreciate your support more than I can say.
Eric: Whatever happened between you and my cousin Theresa... I'm not judging. She's a consenting adult.
Daniel: Then what's the problem?
Daniel: The wild card here is Theresa. If she remembers what happened...
JJ: Yeah. God only knows what she'll do.
Daniel: Yeah, well, I will handle it. And you, you do yourself a favor. You stay the hell away from her.
Maggie: You have so much of your grandparents in you. Jennifer, thank you for an incredibly generous offer. But do you--do you think I could have some time to think on it?
Jennifer: Yeah. Of course. You know, when I was going through my hard time with JJ, I kept thinking, you know, what would gram do? And sometimes I think if I channeled her a little bit better, things wouldn't have gotten so out of hand.
Maggie: Well, your grandma, she had her share of heartache with her children.
Jennifer: And her grandchildren.
Jennifer: But I am here to tell you that JJ, in the past few weeks, he has really turned his life around.
Maggie: Oh, Jennifer, that's wonderful. I'm really looking forward to spending more time with him, getting to know that handsome young man.
Jennifer: I am looking forward to that too. And if you do decide to stay, I don't think Daniel will be upset. And I would've offered you to stay here sooner, but I just figured Daniel would've offered up his place.
Maggie: Well, actually he did, but...
Jennifer: But what?
Maggie: Someone else is staying there right now.
Daniel: If you're saying you don't trust me because of what went down with your cousin--
Eric: That's not what I'm saying. It's just that you seem so determined to help me, and I just... can't keep from wondering if... you're trying to redeem yourself. If that's where you're coming from, Daniel, I'm sorry. Man, you're so kind, and... [Sighs] Listen, I just can't accept your help if it's for the wrong motive.
Theresa: Sorry, I was looking for 120 river court. Maybe you know where it is?
JJ: Uh, the community center. Gonna do some ceramics?
Theresa: No, actually, I have an A.A. Meeting. Nothing anonymous about it. I'm actually really happy to get my life back together.
JJ: That's great. Um, so this is river road.
JJ: Just go two blocks east, and it's on the corner. You won't miss it.
JJ: Theresa, wait.
Sami: I don't know, Nicole. Lost any babies lately? You're about due.
Sami: I don't know how you're gonna top yourself this time though. After trying to steal my daughter and pass her off as your own, and then trying to throw Jennifer in prison for what you did, I don't know how you're gonna get a guy to get you pregnant of course--
Nicole: Shut up, Sami. Shut the hell up.
Sami: Eric should've let you leave town when you offered. Everyone would be happier if you were half a world away.
Nicole: Everyone would be happier if you were halfway to hell. You know, I planned on helping Eric. But after talking to you, you can just forget it. Get out. Get out! Bitch.
Brady: [Humming] That's not gonna do it. [Sniffles] Hey, man. Yeah, how you doing? Good. I know, it's been a while. Nothing. I, um--I got a little problem. I only got half a "g" left, and I was hoping you could help me out and hook me up.
JJ: Theresa, I just wanted to ask you--
Theresa: JJ, you know, we really shouldn't be talking. I just saw your mom at club TBD and she would kill me and you if she saw us to--
Theresa: Oh, my God. The night I O.D.'D, I-- you--
Jennifer: Daniel has a houseguest?
Maggie: I'm sorry. I thought you knew.
Jennifer: No. Is it Theresa?
Maggie: Oh! Oh, no, no. It's not Theresa. It's Nicole.
Daniel: No. No more texts, no more emails. You tell him I'll discuss it face to face when I--
Daniel: When I get to the hospital. Thanks.
Nicole: I'm glad you're still here.
Eric: Are you?
Nicole: Yeah. 'Cause I wanna take this opportunity to tell you that I will never ever make the mistake of helping you again.
Nick: My God, Samantha.
EJ: What the hell is wrong with you?
