Episode #12118 ~ Kristen gives Brady a cryptic warning; Jennifer tells Daniel they need a break.

Sami: Got to remember to change my password. No wonder Eric couldn't find that video.
Kristen: What video?
Sami: Oh, the kids made a video on my tablet.
Kristen: But that's your tablet?
Sami: Well, right.
EJ: Oh, there were two of them on the table. I must have brought you the wrong one.
Sami: Oh, well, then he must have...
Kristen: Mine. Excuse me. Stop!
Justin: You realize the consequences of breaking a promise to EJ DiMera? Yes, but we have a firm deadline. Listen, I want you to call me as soon as Mr. Shin has made a decision once and for all.
Brent: I mean, dude, seriously, come on. Is this really what you pictured for yourself? Huh? Being tied down to this--this kind of life?
Sonny: Are you kidding me? No. Not in a million years.
Roman: So whatever you can do, I'd appreciate it.
Jennifer: Oh, yeah, it's my pleasure. I'm just so happy to hear that Sami was exonerated.
Roman: Oh, yeah. Are you kidding me? Absolutely. Now she's gonna have to live with the knowledge she killed a man, but thank God the grand jury believed she did it to save Rafe.
Roman: Should make your job a hell of a lot easier too.
Jennifer: Oh, yeah. So does this mean you're gonna be reinstated as commissioner?
Roman: You know what, I haven't even gotten that far. I'm just glad we're spared the trial.
Jennifer: Yeah, I bet.
Roman: Been there. It's not fun. In fact, it's more devastating than you can imagine.
Jennifer: I'm sure.
Daniel: Oh, thank you.
Brady: Pretty cool shades there.
Daniel: Yeah, parker, he refuses to go outside with "plain eyes," so yeah.
Daniel: I'm glad you found 'em. Thank you.
Brady: Yeah, listen, man, I'm glad you stopped by, because I wanted to ask you if there was any new information on what put Eric in the hospital.
Daniel: Unfortunately there isn't. Since the blood work came back inconclusive, we may never know for sure if Eric was poisoned or what really happened.
Kristen: Excuse me. That's mine.
Eric: I'm sorry. I didn't realize. Oh, that's okay. No problem.
Sami: What, you're afraid he's gonna beat your score at temple run? What didn't you want my brother to see on your tablet?
Roman: Hello, JJ.
Roman: Well, you know what, I better get going. Thank you again, Jennifer. Appreciate it.
Jennifer: Yeah. Yeah, sure. So good to see you. Buh-bye.
JJ: So how long is everyone in this town gonna hate me? Forever?
Jennifer: Nobody hates you.
JJ: Did you see the way he looked at me, mom? Yeah. I did what you asked. I went to the store and apologized to the owner for taking the stuff.
Jennifer: Yes, I know.
JJ: And before that, I went to class. So if you check with my teacher, you'd know I have a test tomorrow to study for, so...
Jennifer: Okay, well, you can study later, 'cause you-- you and I need to talk.
JJ: Mm, you mean you yell, and I just stand here and take it?
Jennifer: No, that's not what I mean. You know what, I think you're really lucky that the store owner decided not to press charges, but if you think that this is all over and we're just gonna go back to the way things were before, you need to think again.
Brady: Couldn't convince Eric to take more tests?
Daniel: No, no, he's too busy with the new school. Doesn't want to know why he got sick as long as he's, you know, healed.
Brady: Yeah. Thank God he is healed.
Brady: I tell you, I feel pretty guilty about all the crap I gave him over Kristen. How did I ever think I was in love with her?
Daniel: Weren't you?
Daniel: Mm. And you feel nothing for her now?
Brady: No, no, no, I feel-- feel something. I feel the urge to wring her scrawny neck every time I hear her name. That's what I feel.
Daniel: Yeah? Yeah, wish I could believe you, my friend.
Kristen: I can't believe you would say something like that, Sami. So you don't have a problem with anybody reading what's on your tablet? [Gasps] I've got a great idea. Why don't we all share one tablet? Wouldn't that be so cool? I mean, who needs privacy anyway, right? Think of all the money we'd save.
Sami: Okay, you act like you didn't just run me down and come in here and snatch it out of my brother's hands like it was on fire.
Kristen: Since humor and/or irony seems to escape you, let me be a little bit more clear-- this is my personal property, and what's on it is nobody's business but mine. Can you get that? I mean, do you understand that? You get that?
Sami: I do.
Eric: You know what, sure, sure, I get it, and if it's so personal, why do you have a video file with my name on it?
Brent: I knew it.
Sonny: Brent. Brent.
Brent: I knew it because I know you, all right? And that's--that's why I came prepared.
Sonny: You came prepared?
Sonny: What do you have this time?
Brent: Two tickets to the July 4th rave. It's gonna be totally insane, man. It's gonna go all night.
Sonny: Remember memorial day last year?
Sonny: Now that was insane.
Brent: But that's nothing compared to this, huh? This is the place to be. Come on. You know you want to.
Sonny: I-I mean, yes, I want to--
[Cell phone vibrates]
Sonny: Was that your phone?
Sonny: Did you hear that?
Sonny: I heard something. Sounded like... I guess I'm losing my mind.
Brent: I don't know. But I do know you're gonna be losing your mind if you say no to these, Sonny.
Sonny: I have to say no. I do. I'm sorry, okay, but there is no place that I would rather be than right here.
Kristen: I know it's hard to believe, but you're not the only Eric in the whole, wide world. Yesterday I had a video conference with countess w's international marketing chief, Eric baker.
EJ: She did. It went very well, from what I understand.
Kristen: Swimmingly, darling.
Eric: Well, great.
Kristen: Okay, so you still don't believe me. Here. Go ahead. Take a look. It gets really thrilling when he parses the sales figures from the Malaysian markets at around the 93-minute mark.
Eric: You know what, I'm fine, thank you.
Kristen: [Laughs] Okay. I know it's a letdown not to be the only Eric in my life, but if it's any consolation, Eric baker can't touch you in the piety department. I mean, not that anybody can, of course.
Brady: Look, until you've been used and abused and humiliated in front of your family and friends the way I was, I don't expect you to understand how I'm feeling or how I feel right now. And I hope to God you never do.
Daniel: Okay, you know what, Brady, you were ready to marry Kristen. I think there'd be something wrong if you could just forget those feelings overnight. I mean, no matter what she did.
Brady: What--you know, what does it matter anyway?
Daniel: Because you're my friend. And so is Nicole.
Daniel: So the two of you were talking about running away?
Brady: So... I get this. You think I'm using Nicole to get over Kristen, yeah?
Daniel: Are you?
Brady: No, no, I'm not. And if you have to know, the trip's off anyway.
Daniel: Okay, hey, fine.
Brady: Cancelled it.
Daniel: Hey, look, just feel free to tell me to mind my own business, okay? Hey, I just don't want to see either of you hurt any more than you already have been.
Brady: That's not possible. I'm about as over Kristen as any guy could ever be. And I never want to hear her name or see her ever again.
EJ: Sister, sister, sister. So... what's on that tablet?
Kristen: No. You don't want to know.
EJ: You okay?
Kristen: Absolutely. Except for coming to terms with the horror that I have the same lock code as Sami Brady. Ugh, what does that say about me?
EJ: [Laughs] It says the two of you will make wonderful sister-in-laws.
Kristen: Mm, I can't wait.
Sami: I'm really sorry about the fact that I live with a crazy person. But since Stefano's not here, there's just the one, right?
Eric: No comment.
Eric: Seriously, I snapped at Kristen earlier, and she had every right to ask for her toys back and send me packing.
Sami: You are too nice.
Eric: There's no such thing.
Sami: Yeah. Yeah, there is. Um, but anyway, seriously, this is my house too, and I want you to always feel welcome here.
EJ: Oh, absolutely. I second that. And I'm so happy that you've made this really remarkable recovery.
Eric: Whatever it was that made me sick, I'm just glad it's history.
Sami: Mm-hmm. It's good to see you.
EJ: Yes. Thank you for coming.
Jennifer: Do you remember the consequences we talked about? There will be no more video games in this house. There will be no movies. There will be no Wi-Fi.
JJ: What? Mom, how am I supposed to do my homework?
Jennifer: You go to the library.
JJ: This is the kind of punishment you gave me when I was four.
Jennifer: And when you're in school, you're there to learn, so there will be no talking in class, there will be no texting, and the only two people you're gonna get a hold of on your cell phone are Abigail and me. And I pay the bill, so I'll be able to check your activity online, and if you violate my trust in any way whatsoever--
JJ: You'll take away my phone too?
Jennifer: Really? Really? You're acting like this is the worst punishment in the world? You could be in jail right now. Do you understand that?
JJ: I'm sorry, mom. I know I have to prove to you that you can trust me again.
Jennifer: And it's not gonna be as easy as you seem to think.
JJ: Why not?
Jennifer: Because we haven't even talked about Daniel. Hey! Yummm!
JJ: What about Daniel?
Jennifer: Don't do this. I'm not playing games with you right now. So much has happened these past few weeks and things that I wanted to believe you about, JJ, but this whole shoplifting incident made me realize that--
JJ: That what? That I'm a no-good criminal just like your boyfriend called me to my face?
Jennifer: You know, you are not the victim, JJ, and you keep doing that.
JJ: Of course not. So you sure your boyfriend doesn't twist everything around to get me in trouble? Mom, he obviously needs me to be this manipulating, calculating bad guy, the one that goes and breaks his stuff on purpose and goes after his lame sports car.
Jennifer: What? Talk about twisting things, JJ.
JJ: Well, guess what. I am done with his crap, and now he knows it too.
Jennifer: What do you mean, "now he knows it too"?
JJ: After I apologized to the store owner, I made a little stop. I let your boyfriend know that I wasn't gonna let him turn you against me. Is it too late, mom?
Will: Mr. K. Hey. How's it going?
Justin: Good, how are you doing?
Will: Great. Especially now that I know my mom's not going to jail, so...
Will: Thank you so much for everything that you did.
Justin: I'm glad justice was served.
Justin: How's Arianna?
Will: Great. You can come see her obviously anytime you want.
Justin: Actually, I'm on my way over to see Sonny. Is he home?
Will: Yeah, he is.
Justin: You look a little tired.
Will: That's because I am.
Justin: Yeah. Well, you may feel that life as you knew it has suddenly disappeared, but just know that, while you may be sleep-deprived and overwhelmed, it does get easier. And it is worth it.
Will: Thanks. Yeah, I-I know that.
Justin: If you need anything, don't hesitate to call.
Will: Thank you.
Justin: See you later.
Will: Okay. See you.
Brent: Were you just singing to that poor kid?
Sonny: Yeah, I think she fell asleep in self-defense. But whatever works.
Brent: So help me out. You're telling me you're exactly where you want to be? Even though this is the last place you wanted to be?
Sonny: Well, yeah, I mean, this isn't the life that I imagined...
Sonny: But--but I love it. It's great.
Sonny: It's gr--really. Well, maybe not every minute of every day, but when she falls asleep on your chest, you kind of forget about the screaming and the spitting up.
Brent: Yeah, yeah, until she wakes up and you're reminded all over again.
Sonny: Yeah, but I think one of the reasons that I love her so much is because I love her dad so much.
Brent: Oh, my God. Man, you got it bad.
Sonny: Yeah, I do.
Sami: Yeah, I'm just glad. I think the trial would have really been hard for my grandma.
EJ: Samantha Brady, that is incredibly unselfish of you.
Sami: Yeah, well, you are a very good influence on me.
Sami: Well, you're an influence maybe.
[Cell phone rings]
Sami: I'm gonna go see will. Do you want to come with me?
Sami: All right, I'll text him and let him know. EJ, what's wrong?
Kristen: Now that I've made sure that Sami Brady can't access my deepest, darkest secrets, you're gonna make those edits we discussed, right? Making sure that nobody, including an expert like yourself, will know that the video's been altered.
Sarah: I can do that in my sleep.
Kristen: [Laughs] You're gonna want to stay awake for this one. Shouldn't be hard. I should be charging you.
Sarah: Pardon me?
Kristen: Never mind. Get all the motherboards your little heart desires.
Kristen: Uh-huh, I'll pay you the rest when you're finished. Make it snappy.
Sarah: Snappy. Yes, ma'am.
Kristen: Thank you. Oh, what a day. [Sighs] Need a pick-me-up. You know, on second thought, I think a little retail therapy would do the trick. I'm gonna buy myself something demure that I can wear to the premiere of my triple-x production.
[Knocking on door]
Eric: Oh, no, no, no, please.
Daniel: I didn't mean to--
Eric: No, you're fine.
Daniel: Thank you--thank you for coming.
Eric: Yeah. Why did you ask to see me?
Daniel: Well, since we don't know exactly what caused you to get so sick, I just--you know, I wanted to keep an eye on you, make sure whatever it is is really out of your system.
Eric: I told you I'm great.
Daniel: Well, I'm glad you feel great, but I would really like you to reconsider letting me do those blood tests.
Eric: But that's not necessary. I think I know exactly what happened to me at the hotel.
Sonny: Well, have fun at the rave.
Brent: Yeah, call me if you change your mind.
Sonny: I won't, but thank you.
Sonny: Hey, dad, do you remember Brent?
Justin: Yeah, yeah, hey, Brent.
Brent: Yeah, hey.
Justin: I thought you were out of town.
Brent: I was. Almost a year. Been studying in Europe.
Justin: Oh, that must have been a big change.
Brent: Coming home's a bigger change. I'll see you around, Sonny.
Justin: Good to see you.
Justin: What did he mean by that?
Sonny: It's nothing. It's nothing. But I owe you a huge thank-you for representing Sami. I knew you would win. I knew it.
Justin: That makes one of us.
Sonny: Well, hey, if you came by to see the baby, she's sleeping, so...
Justin: Oh, yeah, okay. I'll keep my voice down.
Sonny: But if you want to just hang out for a little bit, will's gonna be home soon. And he wants to say thank you as well.
Justin: Well, actually, I just ran into will.
Sonny: Oh, at the town square?
Justin: No. At the coffee house.
Sonny: That's weird. 'Cause he was going to get a credit card that he left at the baby store. It's like the opposite side of town.
EJ: No, it's... it's a problem with the distributor.
Sami: Which one?
EJ: Nothing. Really it's nothing to worry about.
Sami: Well, I'm worried. I mean, I work at--
EJ: You don't need to worry. I almost lost you forever. Now I have you forever. We have no problems in the world, okay?
Sami: Okay. Will, hey.
Will: Mom, hey. Congratulations.
Sami: Oh, so you heard the good news, huh?
Will: Yes, the great news.
Sami: Well, I want to thank you for getting Sonny to get his dad to--
Will: Oh, no, no, that wasn't me. That was--that was all Sonny.
Sami: Oh, well, then I should thank him, don't you think?
EJ: Yes, any opportunity for your mother to spend some time with your little baby girl.
Sami: You weren't supposed to tell him that part. Yes, well, I would like to see 'em. Are you headed off somewhere?
Will: Um, no, not really.
Sami: Well, then wouldn't you like to invite us over?
Will: Sure. Yeah. Let's go.
Sami: Come on, come on. Let's go.
Will: After you.
Jennifer: Honey, I have said this to you so many times. You're not hearing me. Listen, nobody tells me what to think. And there is no way that Daniel or anyone else could ever turn me against you.
JJ: I don't know, mom. It seems like Abigail's the golden child. But every time I turn around, you are grilling me for something that I didn't do.
Jennifer: That is not fair. I do not favor your sister. I never have. I mean, I would be giving her as much grief as I'm giving you if she were in trouble.
JJ: Okay. So I'm not a perfect person. But my God, mom, haven't I done everything that you asked? When you wanted to talk to me, I came downstairs. And where were you, mom? You were on the porch with Dr. Jonas, making out. It's pretty obvious where your priorities are.
Jennifer: My priorities are you and your sister.
JJ: And mine is my homework. And I can't do it as long as I'm standing here wasting time.
Jennifer: JJ, please. JJ.
JJ: Sorry, mom. I got better things to do.
Daniel: So you're saying you know what happened to you?
Eric: Did you ever read the stories of ancient saints?
Eric: St. Catherine, you know, she survived for months with no nourishment but the Eucharist. St. Paul, he was stripped blind before he was even given the gift of sight. I mean, some things just can't be explained by modern medicine.
Daniel: So you're saying God made this happen to you?
Eric: I believe that God makes everything happen.
Daniel: Oh, well, I believe God has a wicked sense of humor then.
Eric: How many tests did you run on me when I was in the hospital? And you came up with nothing, right?
Daniel: Yes, but--
Eric: So the big picture is, is that the school, St. Luke's, was in serious trouble, and Nicole was inspired to save the day. As for now, I'm fine. And I have an awful lot of things I need to do. So if you'll excuse me.
Daniel: Okay. Well, you feel a--just symptom, any kind, even a sniffle, I think God would want you to call me.
Eric: I may be stubborn, but I'm not stupid. Dr. Jonas, thank you very much for your time.
Daniel: You bet, all right. [Sighs]
Kristen: [Gasps] Oh! Watch where you're going.
Kristen: So I'm going that way, and it appears you're going that way in the other direction. Guess it's just kismet. See you later.
Brady: Kristen. Wait.
Eric: Dad. How are you?
Roman: Good. [Grunts] Look at you. You look a whole lot better than last time I saw you.
Eric: Well, I'm feeling better too. Actually I'm gonna hit the gym, get a few miles in on the bike.
Roman: All right.
Eric: So what's up?
Roman: Well, I just wanted to thank you for all your prayers for Sami. It looks like it did some good.
Eric: Yeah, well, it helps that she's innocent.
Roman: That too, yeah. Listen, I also wanted to talk to you about--
Eric: Oh, wait, wait. You know what, that family stuff we were discussing?
Roman: Exactly. I appreciate everything you've done so far.
Eric: Yeah, of course. You know what, let me check my calendar.
Roman: Okay. Well, maybe it's here. Oh. I'm sorry, man.
Sonny: She's still asleep.
Justin: Oh, too bad. I was hoping to have a little chat with her.
Sonny: You'll get your chance. Just hang out for a little bit. She's due to wake up, and she'll be crying for her bottle.
Justin: All right, well, I can stay for a little bit.
[Cell phone rings]
Sonny: Hold on. That might be will. Let me see. It's Brent. This guy will not take no for an answer.
Justin: What was the question?
Sonny: Well, he wants me to go to a fourth of July rave with him. And I told him I can't, but he's not getting the picture.
Sonny: Right? That's all you have to say?
Justin: What did you want me to say?
Sonny: I don't know. Just something more supportive maybe.
Justin: Sonny, I don't understand.
Sonny: I know. No, I know. I know. You don't understand because this isn't about you, this is about Brent. I think that he's a really good guy. I do like him, okay, but the way he reacts when I say I can't do something or just the way that he reacts to my life in general bothers me.
Justin: And how is that?
Sonny: Because he thinks that everything that he's doing is, like, really fun and exciting. Like, he can travel in Europe, and he can go to as many raves as he wants to go to. You know, he's--he's--he's free, and he is adventurous. But I don't like how he looks at me as his old friend Sonny, this fuddy-duddy who's just sitting at home with the baby and... have all this responsibility.
Sonny: You know?
Justin: Sonny, I think the greatest adventure anyone can have is raising a child.
Sonny: You mean that?
Justin: Of course I do. And I get the feeling you think so too. That this, all this, is exactly where you want to be, what you want to be doing.
Sonny: It is. It really is.
Kristen: What do you want?
Brady: I heard that you went to visit Eric in the hospital. Would you mind telling me why?
Kristen: Oh, you mean because I'm such a horrible person you can't fathom that I'd want to check in on the brother of my ex-fiancÚ?
Brady: And the son of the woman that you hate more than anyone.
Kristen: I went to the hospital to deliver some paperwork for EJ. And I happened to walk by Eric's room, and he looked very sad and alone, and I couldn't keep walking.
Brady: Sorry I asked.
Kristen: Brady. I was gracious enough to answer your question. Now it's your turn.
Rory: Dude, what happened, man? I sent you, like, ten texts.
JJ: I know, man, but my mom says she'll take away my phone if I use it for anything but emergencies.
JJ: Yeah, she thinks the more she punishes me, the more she'll inspire me to do the right thing. Wrong.
Bev: So what happened with the cops?
JJ: The store owner dropped the charges.
Bev: I'm really sorry all this happened. If Cole hadn't been such an ass...
JJ: It doesn't matter. He's not the guy I blame.
JJ: Anyway, who knows how long my mom's gonna be out, so do you guys got any ideas? We got to make every minute count.
Jennifer: Daniel. Hey.
Daniel: Jenn, what--what are you doing here?
Jennifer: I just think that fighting by text is a big mistake.
Daniel: Would you rather fight in person?
Jennifer: I didn't mean to blame you for Maggie getting involved in JJ's whole situation. I was embarrassed, and I was so frustrated, and--
Daniel: You know, why don't you come on in, okay? Or don't you want to?
Jennifer: No, I just--what I want to do is make things right.
Sami: What? Oh, man, it looks like I'm gonna have to wait in line.
Justin: Yeah. Get in the back of the line.
Sonny: She just--she just spit up on dad over there, so I think you timed this better than you realized.
EJ: Justin, it's good to see you.
Sonny: Did you find your credit card?
Will: Yes, did.
Sonny: Oh, well, you were gone for so long, I thought there was, like, a problem.
Will: No, I just had to run a few more errands, so sorry I left you alone with Ari for so long.
Sonny: No, we had a great time.
Will: Didn't spit up on you, I guess.
Sonny: No, not in the past hour, so that's good.
Sonny: We were making a playlist. I took her favorite tunes for bedtime, and I don't think she's gonna be an Aerosmith fan. Don't think so.
Justin: Look, I gotta get going. In fact, I gotta finish up some paperwork on Sami's case.
Sami: Thank you again for everything.
Justin: Of course.
Sonny: See you, dad.
Will: See ya.
[Door opens and shuts]
EJ: Actually I have to go and take care of that email, so...
EJ: See you in a little bit.
Will: See you.
EJ: Take care, guys. Justin, you assured me that by the time the sun rose over Hong Kong, this matter would be settled and my father would be out of DiMera enterprises.
Justin: And that may still be the outcome, but like I said, the vote has been postponed until tomorrow. EJ, this Mr. Shin, he's--he's waffling.
Justin: I don't know. He's very tough to read.
EJ: Unless my father got to him. In which case he's not tough to read at all. We're being set up.
Daniel: Come on in. Can I--can I get you a drink?
Jennifer: No, thank you.
Daniel: Okay, you know, I think--I think I owe you an apology too, 'cause I know things are pretty complicated for you and JJ right now, and I didn't mean to make things worse by talking to my mom. I'm sorry.
Jennifer: No, it's okay. I mean, it's not like aunt Maggie doesn't know that JJ has problems. It's not like this whole town doesn't know my son has problems right now.
Jennifer: And on my way over here, I kept thinking about how I was gonna say this, and I realized that I-I probably just--probably just need to say it. I really thought that I had things under control with JJ, but it's clear to me that you were right, I don't.
Jennifer: And after everything that happened today, I have to stop hearing what I want to hear, and I have to listen to what he's saying. I have to listen to the truth.
Daniel: Truth about what?
Jennifer: About you.
JJ: $26.60? What the hell are we gonna do with that?
Rory: [Laughs] Let's sit around and smoke some weed. Enjoy this beautiful evening.
JJ: Well, I got a better idea, Rory. How about you go to your house, get what's left of your stash, and we'll sell it and use the profit to do something real.
Rory: Dude, why don't we go get yours? It's so much closer.
JJ: Yeah, and a hell of a lot better, but, dude, if my mom comes home, it's gone. And besides, we're saving mine for ourselves, remember? That's why we kept it separate?
Rory: Oh, right, yeah. Well, then me and Bev will be right back.
JJ: Okay, I'll wait for you.
Theresa: So tell me the truth. Is it really that good?
Roman: Oh, man. Can't take me anywhere, huh? Here you go.
Eric: Dad, it's all right. All right, you know what, I got another one. I'll just throw it in the wash, it'll come back as good as new.
Roman: Well, I hope so.
Eric: Yeah. Listen, the board meeting kind of got rescheduled, and they haven't set up a new time yet, so why don't I just call you when I find out?
Roman: All right. All right. That sounds like a plan. Okay, I'll get out of here if you got that covered. You sure you want to work out this late?
Eric: You know what, I might just get a shower in and go to bed.
Roman: You know, maybe you're not 100% after all.
Eric: No, it's just that I lost an hour in the middle of the day. Dr. Jonas, he just wanted me to come in for a follow-up appointment.
Eric: I'm fine. I told him just to forget about it. I did.
Brady: My turn for what?
Kristen: Well, you called me last night, remember?
Brady: Yeah. Yeah, I did.
Kristen: Why'd you hang up?
Brady: 'Cause I knew I was wasting my time.
Kristen: You sure you weren't calling to figure out a way to say you're sorry?
Kristen: Yeah. You know, for throwing me away, like a dog you sent to the pound to die. I'm glad actually that you didn't call me to say you were sorry, 'cause those are the last words I want to hear out of your mouth.
Brady: I am not sorry. You hear me?
Kristen: You will be. Soon enough.
Sami: Wow. She's amazing, and look, I just want to thank you again, you know, for not telling your dad about the video and stupid Chad--
Sonny: No, it's not-- yeah, yeah, no, it's no big deal. It's no big deal. I think someone needs changed.
Will: I can do it.
Sonny: No, no, I got it. You visit with your mom.
Both: There you go.
Sonny: All right. And it's past her bedtime, and I really want to try out those new bedtime playlists.
Sonny: [Singsong] Yes, I do.
Will: I hope I'm not asking him to do too much.
Sami: I didn't hear you ask. He offered.
Sami: He wants to be here. Right?
EJ: If my father has figured out what we're up to, I've borrowed you a world of hurt.
Justin: I knew exactly what the dangers were when I signed on for this.
EJ: So what do you suggest we do to prepare for tomorrow?
Justin: I know what I'm gonna do, and I'd advise you to do the same-- sleep with the lights on and both eyes wide open.
Jennifer: Please, just let me finish, please. I know how you feel about JJ. And I think--I think you know how he feels about you.
Daniel: Mm. Yeah.
Jennifer: But, Daniel, my son is lost. He has lost his father, and now he has lost his way, and I can't make any more mistakes. I can't. He needs to come first. So I'm just thinking maybe it would be best--
Daniel: So are you saying that you don't want to see me anymore?
Jennifer: No, I'm just asking you if we can just take a little break for now, please.
Daniel: So that JJ can see how much power he has over you?
Jennifer: No, so he can see that I value his feelings, Daniel, that I'm listening to what he's saying to me.
Daniel: In other words, you think I'm the reason he's acting out. Jennifer, seriously?
Jennifer: No, Daniel, I don't--
Daniel: Seriously, breaking up with me is not gonna fix your son.
JJ: What did you say?
Theresa: Well, I heard you say that your stash was too good to sell, and, well, that means that there's only one other thing that it's good for, hmm?
JJ: You're right. And it's no fun doing it alone, is it?
Brady: I'll be sorry? Kristen, is that a threat? I'm sorry I started this whole conversation.
Kristen: You will be, though, Brady. You're gonna be so sorry. And everyone around you.
