Stefano: I have something that, uh, I need you to take care of for me. Now, right away. It's urgent.
Nicole: Oh. [Sighs]
Eric: Here you go.
Nicole: Eric. [Sighs] Oh, my God. Oh, my God, it's happening again. It's happening again! Damn it.
Sami: Stefano! I'm home! Where are you?
EJ: Hello, darling. I got your message.
Sami: No, where is your father?
EJ: I do not know where he is.
Sami: Well, I'm gonna find him. He's probably upstairs, face-timing with his mistress, and he is not going to get lucky if I have anything--
EJ: I'm really sorry--hey, sweetheart, I cannot let you do that.
Sonny: And I think it's a good idea that you told him. Rafe needs to know that his sister is married to a bigot.
Will: Well, I'm just afraid of what Rafe's gonna do now, and I didn't want Gaby to have to deal with--really, any of this until after the baby was born. [Grunts] Oh, great, and if grandma finds out then--
Sonny: Well, don't worry about it. She's not--she won't hear it from me.
Kate: I have to show you something that I got for the baby. They're just so cute. They probably won't even stay on her five seconds, but aren't these the cutest booties ever? Honestly?
Will: Oh, my gosh.
Kate: I know! [Laughs]
Will: Yeah, pretty cute. Yeah.
Sonny: Well excuse me, I'm gonna go take care of this delivery.
Kate: Okay--oh, that was really smooth.
Kate: Well, obviously you have something to say to me that you didn't want to say in front of Sonny.
Will: No, I can say anything I want in front of Sonny. Um, but, now that you are here, I kind of have a personal question I want to ask you.
Will: Why did you break up with Rafe?
Hope: Hey, Vargas.
Vargas: Hey, Detective Brady.
Hope: Hi, um, I was gonna stop by the rectory later and see how you were doing.
Hope: Everything okay?
Vargas: Yeah, yeah, everything's been great.
Vargas: It's good to know I'm not the only ex-con in town that's turned his life around. I-I ran into your cousin, Nick, the other day.
Nick: Life is good.
Rafe: Is it?
Nick: What do you mean?
Rafe: I know exactly who you are now, Fallon. And for my sister, life really isn't good at all.
Nick: Why not?
Rafe: Do you know what? You know, when my sister decided to marry a guy she barely knew at all, a guy who had just gotten out of prison for killing someone no less, I had to work really hard to give you the benefit of the doubt.
Nick: And I-I really appreciate that.
Rafe: Yeah, you say you want to be a good husband to my sister and help raise this baby. Protect her, make her happy.
Nick: Yeah, and I-I intend to do all of those things.
Rafe: Yeah. Well my sister would be better off leaving you and never looking back. You convinced my sister that you wanted to be her protector. Then you pretty much got her into bed the minute after you met her, and then you got her to lie and say that the baby was yours. Why did you do that?
Nick: Will didn't want to be a dad.
Rafe: Will wants to be the father of this baby! And yet you somehow got him to sign away his parental rights. Why do you not want him near his own child?
Nick: Rafe, you've got this all wrong, okay? I mean, is will trash talking me or something?
Rafe: I am telling you, do not--don't lie to me!
Nick: What is going on?
Rafe: Do you hear me? I know exactly why you don't want Will to be part of his own child's life.
Will: If you don't want to talk about it--
Kate: I really, really don't.
Will: Okay, but the thing is that my love life is your business, and it's Adrienne's business, apparently, and it's everybody's business, hmm?
Kate: Because we care about you.
Will: Well, I care about you. And I care about Rafe.
Kate: Well you and everyone else was so shocked when we were together. But, no, but you were right, because it would never have worked out, so.
Will: No, I never said that.
Sonny: You know, for the record, I've never seen you so happy.
Will: Oh, neither have I, okay? And I've known you a lot longer than he has. So come on, what went--why did you dump him?
Sami: Did you say that you're not going to let me do something?
EJ: Samantha, I understand that you are upset, but you have to remember that my father did have that evidence stolen from the police station to protect William.
Sami: No! No, he didn't! He did it for himself, so he could have something to lord over my head, or will's, or both!
EJ: And what exactly do you think you're going to do if you go and confront him, hmm? What are you going to say? "Give me the evidence back or I'm out of here"?
Sami: Oh, he'd like that, wouldn't he?
EJ: My father does not respond well to threats, and you don't want to give him any stupid ideas.
Sami: So what do I do?
EJ: Just, please, take a deep breath.
Sami: [Inhales, sighs]
EJ: Okay, come on. Remember, you're family.
Sami: Like he's taken such good care of his family?
EJ: I can take care of my father, Samantha.
Sami: But he doesn't even want you to marry me. And he has stuff on you too. And I'm sick of living in this house with him lording it over us like he's Darth Vader!
EJ: Okay, okay, shh! Would you just please--
Sami: I'm tired of being qu--
Johnny: Stop fighting!
Nicole: What am I supposed to do...to make these feelings go away. I mean please, God, I am--I am trying to do the right thing. Just help me stop lusting after your priest.
Both: [Chuckle] One...
Hope: Where did you see Nick?
Vargas: Oh, I've, uh--I've run into him around town a couple of times, with his new bride...
Vargas: And, uh, seems like he's doing real well for himself, right?
Hope: He is. Yeah, very well. Yeah, of course, you know, it was a tough adjustment at first.
Vargas: Well, yeah. I mean, I'm sure he's had, you know, people helping him though. Just like you've helped me? Which, again, I'm truly thankful for, you know?
Hope: I'm just doing my job.
Vargas: Yeah. But hey, the, you know, the whole job at the church has been great. I'm starting to learn my talents and, uh--you know, it's gonna be helpful. I mean, when I'm ready to move on.
Hope: Right, well, if you want me to put you in touch with Nick, I can do that.
Vargas: Thanks but, you know, I'm sure I'll see him around town, so--
Hope: Oh, excuse me. It's the station. I've got to take this. Uh--call if you need anything, okay?
Vargas: I sure will.
Hope: It's good to see you.
Vargas: You too.
Vargas: All right.
Hope: Detective Brady.
Caroline: You should be resting.
Gabi: I'm fine. It's good to feel useful.
Caroline: You are making a baby. I mean, I can't think of anything more important. So you should go on up to your room and take a rest.
Gabi: Caroline, I don't live upstairs anymore.
Caroline: Of course. Of course. You and Nick are living at Victor's, I know. I'm sorry. Sorry. God, I wish I could keep things straight.
Gabi: That's okay. You remembered in the end. That's what matters, right?
Caroline: Yes. And I should keep reminding myself I'm one of the lucky ones, you know? I have a daughter that has me on a drug trial test, and my nimble-minded club has made a champion crossword puzzle player out of me. [Laughs]
Gabi: All right. [Laughs]
Caroline: Oh but, of course, there's your friends and your family, they're the best medicine in the world.
Gabi: You know, we're very grateful for your support too. Nick always says that he doesn't know where he'd be if you hadn't given him a chance.
Caroline: Yeah, speaking of Nick, where is your husband?
Nick: You know that I love Gabi and that baby with all of my heart, and nobody can say any different. And if Will is going around spreading lies about me--
Rafe: This isn't about Will! This is about you. You. It's not just that you killed a guy, or that you framed someone else for the crime. It's that you--you became obsessed with Melanie, and then you would do anything to get whatever you wanted.
Nick: I was hooked on pills. I'm not that guy anymore. You know that. You know that, Rafe.
Rafe: Yeah. Oh, it's Hope. You know, I bet there are a few things that she'd like to hear about her cousin and what kind of man he really is.
Kate: So, it seems like the two of you have been, what, discussing me, talking about me?
Will: Well, we just want you to be happy.
Kate: Thank you. That's sweet. And, believe it or not, I want to be happy too, but I don't understand why you think me seeing Rafe for, what, two seconds was, like, a momentous event in my life.
Will: Well, we ju--we just told you why we think that.
Kate: All right, so I was happy, I had a smile on my face. Maybe that has to do with me having a wonderful job and a beautiful and your sweet baby is on the way, and I'm finally unfettered from my gargoyle of an ex-husband. I certainly can pick 'em, can't I?
Will: Yeah, I think you can. You know, I saw you around Valentine's Day and I couldn't put my finger on it, but you were so...happy, for some reason. And I-I had a feeling then that you might be seeing somebody.
Kate: Really? It was that obvious?
Will: Yes! Absolutely. Sonny and I have found that out. I mean, when you're in love, you--it's harder to hide than you think.
Nicole: Thank you. Well, you like my new filing system, huh? [Laughs]
Eric: [Laughs] Yeah.
Nicole: I was, uh, looking for the electrical contract for the new school and, uh--ha! Ha ha! Voila!
Nicole: Here it is.
Eric: I am so sorry that we have piled so much up on you right now.
Nicole: It's okay. I can, uh, handle it.
Eric: Well, you know, things seem to be happening much faster than we thought.
Nicole: Well, I was--I was just thinking on the other hand, sometimes things never change at all.
Sami: Oh, sweetheart, nothing to worry about. We were not fighting.
EJ: No, of course not.
Johnny: You were yelling.
EJ: We were having a disagreement.
Johnny: If it was me and Allie, you'd call it fighting.
EJ: I thought you were asleep.
Johnny: I'm not anymore.
Johnny: I never had dessert.
EJ: Well, this is a fine time to remember.
Sami: You can have some fruit.
EJ: Tell you what, why don't I see what I can get for you? [Whispering] It's okay.
Sami: All right, we'll wait here for Daddy. Hey, I forgot to tell you, your teacher told me all about that story that you wrote in school.
Johnny: What story?
Sami: The one about moving in to the mansion.
Johnny: Oh, yeah.
Sami: You know what? I thought that picture you drew of Dracula was a really nice touch. What do you think of living here? Are you happy?
Johnny: Sure. But I liked it better when--when we lived with Rafe.
Eric: What do you mean, "nothing ever changes"?
Nicole: Uh, well, I'm still a disorganized mess, and...you're still wonderful you.
Eric: Yeah, well, I'm not so wonderful at the moment.
Nicole: Why would you say that? Does it have something to do with what I told you about your mom and John?
Eric: Well, I ran into John earlier and I'm afraid you're right. I think he is going to try and blow up this wedding.
Eric: Listen--I tried to talk some sense into John. I just--I don't think I handled things very well.
Nicole: I'm sure it went better than you think.
Eric: Well, I know him well enough and I'm--I'm just afraid that things may go bad.
Nicole: I'm sorry.
Eric: No, you know what? Don't--no. I am glad you said something. Listen, Nicole...I'm just glad you're here, period.
Nicole: Me too.
Kate: Please, please, tell me you haven't discussed any of this with your father.
Will: Oh, no, no. I-I told you I wouldn't. Um, but, he did mention to me, um, how happy you've been looking lately.
Kate: Oh, my God. What, do I have a neon sign around my neck?
Sonny: Maybe. Mm-hmm.
Will: So is Rafe, by the way. I have barely seen the man smile since m--
Kate: Oh. Oh, since--since when? You can say it. Since he was with your mother?
Sami: Sweetheart, don't you love living here in this fun, big house?
Johnny: Sure. I just miss Rafe. Don't you miss him, Mommy?
Sami: Sweetheart, Rafe loves you and your brother and your sisters. I know he does, and I'm sure he misses you too. But we're living here with Daddy.
Johnny: Daddy is the best! I love Daddy!
Sami: Of course you do! And this is Daddy's house, right? So much fun!
Johnny: No, it's Nonno's. Can't we move back into Rafe's? With Daddy and Rafe?
Sami: [Laughs] Gee, why didn't I think of that?
EJ: [Clears throat]
Rafe: Yeah, hope, what's up?
Hope: Can you meet me at the station in ten? I want to pick your brain about a case.
Rafe: Yeah, I'm on my way. I gotta go. We will finish this later.
Nick: Rafe, please, listen to me! Don't talk to Gabi right now! Not until you hear my side of the story.
Rafe: "The story"?
Nick: Listen, it--it's very important to Gabi for all of us to get along for the baby's sake, and I don't want anything upsetting her right now while she's pregnant.
Rafe: Well, my sister is stronger than you think. And besides, what if she found out that I was keeping the truth from her?
Nick: What truth?
Rafe: Well, what kind of man her husband really is. She deserves to know, and I'm gonna tell her.
Rafe: Yes, today! As soon as I see her, Nick.
Kate: Thank you for your concern, really. It was sweet.
Will: Okay. Well, I--look, I know you don't want to talk about it, but you have given us some really good advice.
Sonny: Yeah, I mean look-- look how happy we are.
Will: Yeah. We just--we want to return the favor.
Kate: Actually, of all the couples in Salem, I think you two are the happiest. Okay, I have to go now. I love you.
Will: Okay. I love you.
Kate: Thank you.
Kate: Mm. Love you too.
Sonny: Oh. Mwah. See you later.
Kate: Take care.
Rafe: [Laughs] That's good. Yes. Yes, he is my informant. I'll tell you what, I'll bring him in here and see what he has to say, how's that? Okay?
Huh? Oh--oh, uh, yeah. Yeah, that would be great. Thanks, I appreciate it.
Rafe: Everything okay?
Hope: I'm late picking Ciara up from her friend's house.
Rafe: Well, okay, go on, get out of here then.
Hope: I'm late. She's furious. She's really mad at me. Said she'd rather stay at her friend's house and watch a movie than, um--than come home with me.
Rafe: Well you know that's not true.
Hope: You know what, Rafe? Honestly, I-I don't blame her. I mean, I'm not doing so great, am I? At being both Mommy and Daddy?
Rafe: [Laughs] Yeah, because that's an impossible job. You--you know what you gotta do? You just gotta lower your standards a little bit. Oh, come on, I'm sure you are doing a great job. Besides, it'll get--it'll get better when Bo comes back.
Hope: Right. So you're gonna be an uncle, right? Any day now. Now that's exciting.
Hope: Gabi okay?
Rafe: Health-wise, everything is fine.
Hope: What is it? What's wrong?
Gabi: Hey, where are you?
Nick: Uh, I got hung up with work, but I'm on my way. What's--what's going on?
Gabi: Caroline and I were just having a little snack. It's pretty quiet in here tonight.
Nick: Good. I'll, uh--I'll be there soon.
Nick: All right, all right?
Gabi: Love you.
Nick: Uh, I love you too. Hello?
Vargas: Hello, Nicky boy. It's me.
Nick: [Sighs] What do you want?
Vargas: Well I thought you might want to know that I just had a nice talk with your cousin Hope, the cop.
Vargas: Yeah. She offered to put me in touch with you. I guess she's hoping that you and I might become pals, what with all we have in common and all.
Nick: Is that why you called me, Vargas? To tell me that you and Hope had a talk?
Vargas: Well, hey, I do like to keep you in the loop, Nick. I also want to make sure that you're doing that job you promised me you'd take care of.
Nick: I am on it!
Nicole: [Laughs nervously] I mean that I'm--I'm glad I'm here and not in the streets, or dead. [Chuckles]
Eric: [Chuckles] I know what you meant.
Nicole: I don't know what I would have done if you didn't come back to town when you did.
Eric: Yeah. Me too. You helped me too.
Nicole: I did? You mean with my mad filing system? [Laughs]
Eric: Yeah, I mean, there was a lot of things that I kind of needed to get off my chest, and you stayed on top of me until I did. You were listening. And you didn't judge.
Nicole: I'm really in no position to do that, so. I'm sure Brady feels judged, though. But you know, I-I understand how he feels. When you're in love, you don't think straight.
Nicole: But maybe I--maybe I can help, you know? Sorting out this mess with your family.
Eric: Uh, yeah, thank you. I, uh--I really appreciate that. You know, and I know this job was only temporary until you kind of, you know, got back up on your feet, and--and you did. So you know, I'm really gonna be sad, you know, to see you go.
Nicole: I'm not going anywhere.
Nick: There you are.
Sonny: Here we are.
Will: Hey, what--what's your problem now?
Nick: My problem? My problem is the crap that you've been feeding Rafe. What--what the hell did you tell him? This day calls you.
Sonny: Don't make a scene.
Will: Hey, hey, it's okay. It's okay. Look, I didn't say a damn thing to Rafe, okay? He actually figured that out on his own. It actually didn't really take him very long, either. I'm sure Gabi's gonna figure it out too pretty soon.
Nick: Wha--fig--figure out what?
Will: What do you think?
Nick: What are you talking about?
Will: What do you think? You're a homophobic jerk.
Rafe: Nothing. I'm just being an overprotective big brother.
Hope: Are you sure?
Rafe: [Chuckles] Yeah. Yep.
Hope: I think between your family, the Hortons, and the Bradys, I think she's gonna be one spoiled little girl. Very well-dressed, though.
[Knock at door]
Hope: Hey, Bernardi, what are you doing back here?
Bernardi: Oh, Jones has the flu. Commissioner Brady asked me to come in and cover for him.
Bernardi: Oh, by the way, I didn't get a chance to tell you earlier--uh, that package came for you this afternoon.
Rafe: Oh, yeah? Nice.
Hope: What package?
Rafe: Oh, Johnny outgrew that FBI jacket I gave him, so...he wanted another one.
Sami: Wow, I'm shocked. The fancy chef, he couldn't find just plain fruit, huh?
EJ: Oh, no, I made this. Yeah, no, I threw this together in the kitchen. Nanny's special recipe.
Johnny: You did not make it!
EJ: No, okay, I didn't. Daddy's a terrible cook. But I did give the recipe to Chef Andrew this morning, and I had him throw it together for my precious boy because I knew that you would love it.
Sami: Well, let's see.
Sami: What do you think?
Johnny: It's delicious!
Sami: Daddy, you are the best. I'm worried that we might make a mess in this fancy living room. Do you think that maybe we should go eat it in the kitchen?
Johnny: I already made a mess with my teeth. Why don't we?
EJ: Okay. Oh, speaking of which, would you do me a favor and brush your teeth again before you go to bed?
Sami: All right, I'll handle this, and I will take him upstairs. And I love you. Come on, come on!
EJ: Good night!
Sami: I'm gonna eat it all! Gah!
EJ: Rafe, what can I do for you?
Rafe: Well, Johnny's new jacket was just delivered. I know, it's a little bit late.
EJ: He just went to bed. Whereabouts are you?
Rafe: I'm at the station. I'm on my way to the pub to see my sister.
EJ: I can meet you there in 10 minutes.
Rafe: Yeah, make it 20. I've got to walk.
EJ: Quaint. Okay, see you there in 20 minutes. [Sighs] "Hey, had to run out on errand. Do not talk to Father. X-O." Hey, it's me. Listen, I have a job for you. Yes, now.
Eric: What do you mean, you're not going anywhere? I mean, this job isn't--
Nicole: A career befitting my many talents? [Chuckles] Come on, who else is going to hire me? And I've quit here at least twice, right? How many fights have we gotten in?
Eric: [Sighs] I haven't been counting.
Nicole: Oh, that's probably a good thing. Look, if I haven't left now, clearly, I'm not leaving anytime soon, or ever, apparently.
Eric: [Laughs] Nicole, you don't have to make any commitment now.
Nicole: Well, if commitment were my style, then maybe I--
Eric: Yeah, right.
[Knocking at the door]
Vargas: Oh, hello. Hope I'm not interrupting. Yeah, so I'm ready to get to work stripping those floors for you.
Eric: You know, it's pretty late, I--you can get to that tomorrow.
Vargas: Nah, I mean, I'd much rather get moving on it now, if that's okay.
Eric: Yeah, sure. Go for it. Supplies are in the workroom.
Eric: You know, speaking of work, I have a prayer service to attend, so... good night.
Nicole: Good night.
Vargas: Good night. Ohh.
Nicole: Don't say anything.
Vargas: Do you really think that he has no idea that you're in lust with him? Well, unless, of course, he thinks that ignoring it'll make the problem go away.
Nicole: Do you really think he has no idea you have some other agenda besides stripping floors? Really? Once a con, always a con.
Vargas: Oh, yeah. Look who's talking, right? That's okay. You're not--you're not gonna have me to kick around here much longer.
Nicole: Oh, really? And what are you up to?
Nick: I guess you've never made a mistake, and said something you wished you hadn't.
Will: [Chuckles] Yeah, I'm sure that word just kinda slipped out of your mouth.
Nick: Oh, my God! I say one w--I've apologized a million times, and you hold one word over my head for the rest of my life?
Will: It's not--
Sonny: It's not what you said, Nick. It's not what you said, it's who you are and what you've done. You blackmailed will to keep him away from his own daughter.
Nick: Oh, my God, please.
Sonny: And you know why you did that?
Sonny: Because he's gay, so if that doesn't make you a homophobe, I don't know what does.
Nick: I hope to God you haven't been spouting off this crap to Rafe, because now I have to go stop him before he talks to Gabi.
Hope: That is adorable. Johnny's a lucky little guy to have you in his life. He really is.
Rafe: Yeah, well, once she marries EJ... everything's gonna change.
Hope: Oh, it won't change how much you love him. Or how much he loves you, Rafe.
Rafe: I know Sami's your niece, but I can't help thinking she and EJ deserve each other.
Hope: Okay, Sami's no saint, I'll give you that, but no one deserves a DiMera--no one.
Rafe: I guess you're right. Okay, I really better get going.
Hope: Thanks for coming in. Appreciate it.
Rafe: Sure. See ya.
Rafe: No, it's me. Everything okay?
Gabi: Yeah, great.
Rafe: Okay, good. You're still at the pub? I was gonna bring you by a midnight snack.
Gabi: Oh. Well, you wouldn't be passing Martha's Bakery, now, would you?
Rafe: Oh, you know I would. Want me to bring you something?
Gabi: Okay, I've been having these crazy cravings for the blueberry cinnamon muffins.
Rafe: [Laughs] Of course you do. All right. Special delivery on its way.
Gabi: Thanks, I owe you.
Rafe: You're my little sister, I'd do anything for you. You know that, right?
Gabi: Of course I know that.
Rafe: And I'll always be here for you, no matter what. Don't ever forget that.
Will: It's gonna sound weird, but I feel bad for Nick.
Sonny: Why do you feel bad for Nick?
Will: I-I don't know. I mean, he--the guy tried so hard to turn his life around after he got out of prison.
Sonny: Yeah, but you know, he wouldn't have been in prison if he didn't kill a guy.
Will: I know. But I could have gone to prison, you know? I just got lucky. Anyway, the--the person I really feel bad for is Gabi. I mean, she is in love with him, and--and she's gonna be crushed.
Sonny: That's why we are gonna be there for her. And I know that I haven't always been easy on her, but you care about her, and we care about this baby, and that's all that matters to me.
Will: I love you for saying that. I love you for a lot of reasons, actually. [Laughs]
Sonny: Right back at you.
Will: Sometimes I-I cannot believe how lucky I am. I really hope Gabi gets this lucky someday.
Sonny: You don't think she'll stay with Nick after this?
Will: Well, I mean, we'll-- we'll find out soon enough.
Kate: Hi, Gabi.
Gabi: Hi, Kate.
Kate: You look so lovely. How are you feeling?
Gabi: Uh, great. Just anxious to meet Arianna.
Kate: Well, I think we're all anxious to meet little Arianna. Okay, here. Something for the baby.
Gabi: Oh, you got her something else? You've already bought her so many things.
Kate: [Laughs] I know! I think it's becoming a bit of an addiction, shopping for Arianna. And then when the stores are closed, I go online. I mean, when I can't sleep at night, straight to the computer to all the baby boutiques.
Gabi: That's very sweet.
Kate: Okay, so here's my latest purchase in the wee hours.
Gabi: [Laughs] Oh, my gosh, they're so adorable.
Kate: I know, aren't they cute? Pretty soon you're going to be snuggling Arianna wearing the cutest little lace booties.
Gabi: I-I love them. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Kate: You're welcome. My pleasure.
Gabi: Um, I want you to know that you're always welcome to visit. And I-I don't want it to be awkward...
Gabi: Between you and Rafe? I mean, I'm--I'm sorry things didn't work out.
Kate: Thank you. But we're all adults. It's going to be fine.
EJ: Well, look who it is! Gabi. Kate! So happy I bumped into you.
Kate: Why is that?
EJ: I wanted to thank you for that wonderful, generous, thoughtful gift you gave my fiancée.
Stefano: Hello! [Sighs loudly] I don't suppose anyone ever taught you how to play chess, huh?
Sami: Why don't you?
Vargas: I'm not up to anything. I'm just not planning on hanging around this place much longer. Tell me you're not either.
Eric: Forgot my stole.
Vargas: Well, uh, I probably should get to it, so...
Eric: Did I interrupt anything?
Nicole: Are you kidding?
Eric: Thank you.
Nicole: Yeah. Well, you don't want to be late. Don't want to give those church ladies anything to grumble about. [Chuckles]
Eric: [Chuckles] No, I definitely don't want that. Good night, again.
Nicole: Good night, Eric.
Gabi: Hey, where are you?
Nick: Well, I--I'm on my way now. Do you want me to meet you there still?
Gabi: Yeah, I--I'm waiting for Rafe. He's on his way from the police station. Everything okay?
Nick: Terrific. I-I will see you soon. [Sighs] Okay. Everything will be terrific as long as Rafe doesn't get to you first.
Nick: Hello? Yeah, yeah, yeah! I told you, I've got the cash. Wha--uh, no, something's come up, um, that I need to do first, but I-I guarantee you, uh--don't worry. It'll be there, soon. I'll be there on time. Okay.
EJ: Really, you absolutely outdid yourself, Kate.
Kate: Well, I've always been a believer in giving gifts that people really appreciate and can use. You know, like knife sets and meat slicers and prenups. And Sami's really, really good with firearms. I'm sure she'll put that gun to good use.
Sami: I know a little bit about chess. This one--this is the king, right? This one is you. I wonder which one I am. Which one is EJ? What about Kristen? What about Chad? Actually, Stefano, what I really want to know is which one is Will?
Will: I can't believe what an idiot I was sometimes, to be so afraid to--to tell you about the baby, to be afraid that you were gonna leave me if you found out she was mine.
Sonny: No, we were--we'd just gotten together at the time, and maybe you didn't understand then how much I really loved you. But you understand now how much I really love you.
Will: [Laughs] Oh, yeah.
