Marlena: Hi, Will, honey, it's me. I just want you to know that I'm thinking about you, and I'm-- I'm concerned. I'm right here for you, and I love you very much. So, call me. Bye.
Hope: I just pretty much left the same message for Nick. Mm, mint. Thank you. How's Will doing?
Marlena: He's, uh, upset. He's ashamed. You know, I keep thinking about when Sami was pregnant with Will. All the lies. All the lives that got turned upside-down. I'm heartbroken.
Hope: And not just about the situation with Will?
Marlena: No. John moved out. He's staying at a hotel. I don't know if he's ever going to forgive me.
Chloe: Brady. Hey, I've been looking everywhere for you.
Brady: Chloe, hi.
Chloe: Oh, my God. What happened to your face? Were you in some kind of accident?
Brady: No, no, no. Not exactly. It's fine.
Brady: It's fine. How are you doing?
Kristen: Hi. Hi.
Kristen: Aren't you gonna introduce me to your friend?
Daniel: Are you sure it's not too, I don't know, baby-ish?
Jennifer: No, it's the perfect toy for his age. JJ had one, and he loved it. It's great, yes.
Daniel: He's so much bigger. He's like a different kid now.
Jennifer: Yeah, wait till he's 16. That's crazy.
Daniel: Oh, my God.
Jennifer: I know you're nervous, and I know it's been a while since you spent time with him.
Daniel: Yeah, it's almost like two years. I mean, he doesn't even remember me.
Jennifer: But pretty soon he'll never forget you.
Kate: Daniel? Sorry, I'm so glad that I ran into you.
Daniel: Are you?
Kate: I need your help. And so does Parker.
Brady: Kristen, this is Chloe.
Kristen: Chloe. Hi.
Chloe: Very nice to meet you.
Kristen: You too.
Brady: Kristen and I have just started...
Kristen: Seeing each other.
Brady: Seeing each other.
Chloe: Great, uh, and I'm--
Kristen: I know who you are. You're Chloe. You know, of course I know who you are.
Chloe: Oh, you do?
Kristen: Yeah, Brady's told me all about you.
Kristen: Good things. Good things. Nice to finally meet you.
Chloe: Well, likewise. It's nice to see Brady so happy.
Brady: Brady is very happy.
Kristen: Aww, that's sweet.
Chloe: Last time I saw you with bruises like that, I think you were having a throwdown with Philip. [Whispers] Over me.
Brady: Speaking of Philip, where is he? Is he with you?
Brady: Well, then what are you doing in Salem?
Kate: Jennifer, I'm so sorry for interrupting.
Jennifer: No, uh, not at all. It's fine. Would you like a minute alone with Daniel?
Kate: Do you mind?
Jennifer: No, not at all. Um, I'll catch up with Billie.
Billie: Oh, that'd be great. Yeah, hi.
Daniel: [Clears throat]
Kate: Well... you know, Philip used to play with one of those trucks when he was a baby. He was crazy about it.
Daniel: Well, I guess my happy news hasn't been so happy for you. I know you loved Parker.
Kate: Love. I'm the only grandmother he's known.
Kate: Nancy Wesley? Parker needs stability. I'm all that he has. Unless of course you're going to rip that away from him too.
Hope: Oh, my God. Marlena, I'm so sorry.
Marlena: I can't get the picture out of my head of Brady and John attacking each other.
Hope: If they were taken to the hospital, why wasn't there a police report filed?
Marlena: Well, John didn't want to press charges.
Hope: How did John find out that you knew about Brady and Kristen's affair?
Marlena: I'll give you one guess.
Marlena: I don't know how she does it. She knows what I'm going to do before I even do it.
Hope: It may seem that way--
Marlena: No, no, it is that way. It is. [Chuckles] I'm a psychiatrist. I'm supposed to win at these games, and I am losing badly. And I'm losing things that are really important to me.
Chloe: You know, it's a pretty long story, so we'll-- we'll just catch up later.
Kristen: No! You guys can catch up now. I have some things I have to do.
Kristen: It was nice meeting you.
Chloe: Very nice meeting you as well. Uh, you know what? I'm just gonna grab a latte. I'll be right back.
Brady: You sure you gotta go? Why do you have to go now?
Kristen: Because I was hoping Chad was gonna be here so I could talk to him about what happened yesterday. Little chat with him, make sure he doesn't do something else that we all regret. I'm so sorry that he made a mess of things with Will.
Brady: I-I think Will actually made his own mess--
Brady: I wish the truth would've come out a different way, but you have nothing to feel sorry about, so don't.
Kristen: So, um... Chloe?
Kristen: Yeah. She's hot, hmm? She's gorgeous.
Brady: You think she's-- yeah, she's all right.
Kristen: You know.
Brady: Don't you te--don't tell me that you're a little--
Kristen: What, jealous?
Brady: Are you?
Kristen: Who, me?
Brady: Are you? Are you? Better? A little bit?
Kristen: Yeah, it is, actually.
Brady: All right. You know what I love? I love that we can just be ourselves in public and act however we want...
Kristen: Isn't it crazy?
Brady: Without worrying about people looking at us.
Kristen: I know. I know, it's crazy. And we're not even the biggest scandal in Salem anymore.
Chloe: Did I hear the word "scandal"?
Kristen: Oh, yeah, that would be my middle name, actually.
Chloe: Wow, seems like we have a lot in common.
Kristen: Wow, you know what? Why don't you and I have lunch sometime, and we can swap stories and make him completely crazy?
Brady: Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Chloe: Great, sounds good.
Brady: I don't know about that.
Kristen: See you soon.
Brady: All right, I'll see you.
Kristen: Nice to meet you.
Chloe: Bye, nice to meet you.
Chloe: Oh, my God, Brady. You're dating Kristen DiMera?
Brady: Yes, I am. So?
Chloe: You thought it was creepy when I played Electra? Um, didn't she used to be your stepmother?
Maggie: You make a display for me, okay? I'm sorry.
Maggie: Oh, I gained a grandson, and--
Victor: I haven't lost one. He's right there. I'm very happy for Daniel and for you. Most of all, I'm happy for Parker. He is one lucky kid.
Maggie: [Laughs] What about Philip?
Victor: Well, when someone loses a child that they love, I don't have to imagine what they're going through. One good thing is that he's escaped that viper's clutches once and for all.
Victor: My God. I must be preoccupied. I'm mixing metaphors.
Maggie: Preoccupied about what?
Victor: As unfortunate as the situation is, there is a certain someone who will try to use it to take advantage.
Maggie: You're not talking about Kate, are you? Unfortunately, I don't think you're wrong.
Victor: Why do you say that?
Maggie: I think we both saw how Chloe lit up when she laid eyes on Daniel again.
Victor: Like Nancy Wesley's aluminum Christmas tree. Daniel better gird his loins. It's gonna be one hell of a bumpy ride.
Kate: I talked to you a few weeks ago at the hospital, and you told me you still missed Parker. And blood or no blood, you would always love him. Daniel, I've been his grandmother for two years.
Daniel: Yeah, I know that.
Kate: It's presumptuous of me to ask you for help, and I know that. But there is no way that Chloe would ever dream of letting me be part of his life, not now.
Daniel: Do you blame her?
Kate: Look... you've never raised a th-- a young child. But pretty soon you're going to realize that Parker is not too young to remember. He's just too young to understand why his daddy is suddenly gone, why he's in a strange place, surrounded by people who are strangers to him, and if I can't see him, that's just... that's just another cruel abandonment. This isn't just about me.
Daniel: Sure it's not. You sure?
Kate: Okay, it--it's about me. Yes. But most importantly, it's about Parker. And all I'm asking is to be a little part of his life. To have supervised visits. And what's the harm in that? What's the harm in that, as opposed to having another person who loves him just ripped out of his life? [Sighs]
Daniel: All right. Kate... I know that we have... danced on the dark side here. But I also know that you are a good mother. And a good grandmother.
Daniel: So I will, uh... okay, I'm not going to promise you anything. But I will do what I can.
Kate: Thank you.
Daniel: No, don't thank me. I'm not doing this for you.
Daniel: I gotta go.
Kate: But you'll be in touch.
Daniel: Kate... uh, yeah. I will be in touch.
Billie: How'd it go?
Kate: He says he's gonna try to let me see Parker.
Billie: Well, that's great news, Mom, that's great.
Billie: But what?
Kate: It's only half of the reason I came here.
Brady: Okay, first of all, she was never my stepmother 'cause my father and Kristen were never married.
Chloe: Oh, come on. So what? They were lovers, weren't they?
Brady: Oh, God.
Chloe: Not to mention the fact that this is the woman who tried to kill Marlena, right? And then pass off some other kid as your dad's?
Brady: [Clears throat] Oh, you wouldn't know anything about that, would you?
Chloe: How dare you?
Brady: Sorry, low blow.
Chloe: I just remember the way that you used to talk about her, that's all.
Brady: Well, I was wrong.
Chloe: Let me guess. You're the only person in Salem who's discerning enough to realize that she's changed.
Brady: Doesn't matter. I'm not looking for anybody's approval.
Chloe: Well, what did your dad say ab-- holy--is that what happened to your face? You fought with John?
Brady: Yes, ye--look, I hate--I hate it. I hate what's going on with my dad. I love my dad, but I love... Kristen's very important to me, and I'm not gonna have anybody tell me how I should feel.
Chloe: I would never do that to you. I promise. Hey, I know what it feels like. I remember when Victor told Philip he couldn't see me.
Chloe: What about Victor? When he found out about you and Kristen, he must've flipped.
Brady: He doesn't know, okay? He and Maggie deserve to hear it from me.
Chloe: Uh, well, they've had quite a week, so between you and me, um--
Brady: Yeah, what--what about you? What's going on?
Chloe: It's a really long story. I'll tell you on the way to Victor's.
Brady: Chloe, if you're in trouble, you need to tell me.
Chloe: No, I am not. I know it's shocking, I have no new enemies, just the several dozen I had when I left.
Chloe: It's nice to have a few friends left around here.
Chloe: I owe you so much, Brady.
Brady: You don't owe me anything.
Chloe: I do. I mean, even when I had leukemia, you basically saved my life. And then when that whole thing blew up with me and Philip, you're the one who told me that my life wasn't over. [Sighs] I was so stupid to think I could've gone through all that by myself. If I would've just come to you for help, I would've never gotten stuck in that horrible situation of selling my body.
Brady: Hey, hey, hey. Don't, don't, no. Stop, don't talk about that.
Chloe: I'm just so grateful to you and Nicole for not telling anybody. Because if it came out now--
Brady: Hold on, why would it? You're worried--you're worried about Kate, right?
Chloe: Well, I don't know. She's the only other person who knows, but you don't think she'd tell anyone, do you?
Brady: No. Considering it involves self-incrimination, no, I doubt it.
Chloe: Well, lucky me, then. Wow. Maybe I finally have that bitch out of my life once and for all.
Billie: Mom, what are you up to now?
Kate: What do you think?
Billie: Well, Daniel said that he would try to let you see Parker. What more do you want?
Kate: You'll see.
Billie: What, are you gonna try to kill Chloe again? [Scoffs]
Kate: No. I want her to be in a living hell.
Daniel: Well, you know, Maggie, if you'd like to join us later, I'm sure he'd love to have you take him for a little spin around the town square. Show him the fountain or tree.
Maggie: I'd love that even more. Oh, uh, I'll take your coats.
Jennifer: Oh, thank you.
Daniel: Thanks, thanks.
Maggie: Oh, cute.
Daniel: We'll see if it works. Here, hold that. Hey, Parker. I have a surprise for you. [Imitates engine revving] I hope you, uh--I hope you like it. I guess you do.
Jennifer: I think he likes it. [Laughs]
Daniel: Um, Jennifer here helped me pick this out for you.
Jennifer: Hi, Parker. I hope you don't have one like that already.
Daniel: I'm gonna, um... I'm gonna go check his, uh, diaper bag. Make sure it's all ready.
Daniel: Um, I'll be back. Okay.
Jennifer: Hey. Can I play with this with you?
Jennifer: Hey, why don't you let me--I'll get the diaper bag.
Daniel: Wh--why? What happened?
Jennifer: Um, I don't think you need to worry about being a stranger with Parker. I'm--I'm really the stranger.
Kristen: Guess who.
Kristen: Yeah. Uh-oh, I guess you heard the news.
Stefano: Of course I have heard. You know, let me tell you something. If I were not in the middle of negotiations right now, I'd be on the first plane home. Brady Black? Huh? John's idiot son? You can't be serious.
Stefano: Good God.
Kristen: Oh, Father, you have to be philosophical. Aren't you the one that taught me that everything happens for a reason?
Hope: John will come to his senses. He will. And he'll realize that it's Kristen he's upset with and not you.
Marlena: I'm upset with me.
Hope: Why? Why are you upset? You were in an impossible situation. 'Cause no matter what you did, you knew that John would be hurt.
Marlena: It wasn't just that concern that kept me quiet.
Hope: What do you mean?
Marlena: I'm a little embarrassed to tell you this. You know that I-I was horrified when I saw Brady and Kristen in bed together.
Hope: Of course.
Marlena: Well, she made me see there was another reason that I stayed quiet. She said that a part of me was relieved that she was in bed with Brady and not John. And she was right.
Hope: For God's sake, you're human, Marlena.
Marlena: But she's not.
Hope: Have you told John what you just told me?
Marlena: No, I couldn't. He knows that I'm hiding something. Oh... oh, my gosh, it's... just when you think things couldn't get any worse, you know? Hope, I'm not sure there's any way out of this thing.
Hope: Hmm-mm. There is always a way out.
Marlena: Are you concocting one?
Hope: You can beat Kristen at her own game. You just need a little help. And I'm gonna see that you get it.
Stefano: Well, well. I take it that you have some grand plan?
Kristen: Well, I am my father's daughter.
Stefano: I understand that John's ego took a beating along with his face.
Kristen: I thought that would make you happy.
Stefano: But you see, you--
Kristen: Well, it's never been just about John. I mean, not really.
Stefano: No. I guess not. So, would you like to tell me what it really is about?
Hope: Okay, so all you have to do is just press that button right there. Behind the flower is the mic. Salem PD's finest technology.
Marlena: I can't do it. I can't do it, this is wrong.
Hope: I think even Roman would understand bending the rules for this. Yes, it is illegal, but you know what? A woman's gotta do what a woman's gotta do to save her marriage. And come to think of it, I think Roman's out of town right now.
Marlena: Yeah, he is, but still, if he f--
Hope: Marlena, you're not looking to use this evidence in court, for God's sake. You just want Brady to see Kristen's true colors.
Marlena: If he hasn't by this time--
Hope: And once they hear the words come out of the horse's mouth, that horse being that B-I-T-C-H, they'll get it.
Marlena: I can't.
Hope: Marlena. You're dealing with Kristen DiMera. You don't play by her rules, you'll lose.
Daniel: Okay, you really-- you don't have to do this.
Maggie: Oh, it's my pleasure. I can't tell you how much I miss changing diapers. Or breaking out that baby powder.
Daniel: Oh, boy, look out. [Chuckles] Jen, you're not gonna be a stranger for long. Why don't you join us at the town square?
Jennifer: Oh, yeah, I'm sure Chloe would love that.
Daniel: She's not gonna mind. She understands that you're a part of my life now. She gets it. Our lives.
Jennifer: Hey. We really don't have to rush things.
Daniel: What are you talking about? Who's rushing? It's a beautiful day out there, and to be honest with you, you'd be doing me a favor. I mean, Chloe and I with nobody to break the tension but a-- an adorable little boy with a 20-word vocabulary. Still not convinced, I see. Well, um... how about this?
Billie: Mom, what could you possibly do to Chloe that you haven't already tried?
Kate: You know, that's the beauty of it. I don't have to do a thing.
Billie: Mom, what are you-- what?
Kate: Chloe knows all my tricks, I know all of hers. And besides, I need to keep my hands clean. But luckily Daniel has plenty of hands to go around.
Billie: I'm sorry, but I don't understand. I don't get it.
Kate: You will. I want you to have a beautiful day, my love. Bye, sweetie. Mwah.
Billie: Bye. [Sighs]
Chloe: Anybody home? Oh, hey, Jennifer, I didn't know you were gonna be here.
Daniel: Yeah, I was just telling her that you wouldn't mind if she joined us at the town square, hmm?
Chloe: No, of course not.
Brady: Hey. Hi, you two. How you doing?
Jennifer: Oh, Brady, hi.
Brady: Hi, sweetie.
Jennifer: I'm great. Um, the question is, how are you?
Daniel: What happened to you, man? What the--
Victor: I'd like to hear the answer to that.
Brady: Look, you two are on your way out, so why don't we save that thrilling story for another time, okay?
Daniel: Uh, okay, sure. Yeah.
Brady: Hey, listen, I, uh-- I heard the news about Parker. Congratulations, Dad.
Daniel: Thank you, thank you.
Brady: It's great.
Daniel: Yeah. Um, well, you know, you take care of yourself.
Brady: I will, I will.
Daniel: And, uh, hey, little dude, do you want to get some ice cream?
Brady: Ooh, ice cream.
Daniel: Follow me. Yes, more ice cream. Come.
Chloe: Okay, let's go.
Victor: Now, what the hell happened?
Maggie: Where have you been these last few days? We've been so worried.
Victor: With obvious good reason.
Brady: Listen, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I've been laying low. But once I explain to you why, I'm sure you'll understand.
Victor: [Sighs] Now what?
Brady: It's not a "now what," it's--it's great. As a matter of fact, be happy for me, because I am happier than I've been in a long time, Granddad.
Stefano: Kristen, you promised me.
Kristen: I promised you that I wasn't gonna hurt Marlena. I'm not gonna hurt Marlena, okay? I mean, not physically, anyway. But I certainly didn't come all the way back to Salem just to oversee EJ's love life and to brainstorm lipstick slogans.
Kristen: She made my life a living hell, and I deserve to have some revenge. Even you can't deny me that.
Stefano: No. I cannot. All I can ask you, though, is... have you got what you really wanted?
Kristen: Where Marlena's concerned? No, of course not. I've just started.
Marlena: So, if this works...
Hope: It could save your marriage. Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? Not to mention you'll be completely vindicated.
Marlena: Okay, well, then I guess we'll do it.
Marlena: Um, but you know, listen, I'm not sure we need all the drama, because I have a recording device on my phone, I can just--
Hope: I know, I know, I know, but with the phone inside of your purse, the sound could get muffled. And this might be your only chance to get it right.
Marlena: Well, then I will seize the moment. And I will nail her skinny self to a wall.
Daniel: I will, uh--I'll be right back. Uh, chocolate chip, and...
Chloe: Rocky road.
Chloe: Oh, and, uh, Parker likes vanilla. Just like his daddy.
Daniel: Whoa, what's this?
Jennifer: Chloe, he really is beautiful.
Chloe: Yeah. He's a little shy.
Chloe: What do you mean by, "yeah"?
Jennifer: Oh, I just meant I was alone with him before, and he got a little upset. I mean, he doesn't know me.
Chloe: Well, of course he did. He's going through all these changes and upheaval. He has to see new faces, strangers. I mean, I'm doing my best to make it less traumatic for him, but--
Jennifer: Oh, yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure you are. Uh, if you'll excuse me, I really do need to get going. I need to get to work.
Chloe: Oh, okay.
Jennifer: Okay. Well, have a nice afternoon.
Chloe: Thanks. You too.
Daniel: Right here. Show me where they are. Where are they at? Ooh, that's right.
Jennifer: Hey, there. You know what? I'm actually gonna head out. I really should get to work.
Daniel: What are you talking about? We just got here.
Jennifer: I know, I just-- I really need to go. But I'll see you later.
Daniel: Okay, you promise?
Jennifer: Yeah. Yeah, I promise.
Daniel: All right. Can you say bye?
Jennifer: Hey, I'm gonna take your picture really quick. Is that okay?
Daniel: Oh, boy, all right. Let me fix you up, you ready?
Jennifer: Say, "cheese." One, two, three. [Gasps] I got it.
Daniel: You get it?
Jennifer: That was so good.
Daniel: See, in there is your picture.
Jennifer: Okay, I'll see you.
Daniel: All right, bye. Can you say good-bye?
Chloe: [Sighs] Oh, gosh, I'm sorry she had to leave so soon.
Victor: Kristen DiMera. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse than Chloe Lane, Nicole Walker. You sure have outdone yourself this time, Brady.
Maggie: Brady, we know you've suffered a terrible loss.
Brady: Maggie, no, this has nothing to do with my grief over Madison. What Kristen and I have, it's very real.
Victor: And just what do you and Kristen have besid-- [Sighs] I can't even say it.
Victor: Did you get those bruises defending her so-called honor?
Maggie: Brady, you and John?
Brady: Yeah. Yeah, I wanted you to hear it from me. But I'm not gonna stand here and defend myself to anybody.
Victor: Good God, Brady, you know what that wench has done to your family.
Brady: Granddad, whoever she was, she's not anymore. She's changed.
Victor: No, that would be you. More of a naive idiot than ever.
Brady: And you're more cynical and jaded than ever as well.
Maggie: Stop it, both of you! Brady, your granddad and I aren't judging you, we are just worried about you. For you to plunge into an involvement with someone with Kristen's history is... ugh...
Brady: Is--is--is--is what, Maggie?
Maggie: It's a classic self-destructive reaction of an addict.
Brady: [Chuckles] No, you don't get it. See, she makes me feel good and alive.
Victor: And that's the best you can do?
Brady: Words don't do her justice, Granddad.
Victor: Well, you can certainly say that again.
[Knock on door]
Kristen: Just a second. You can go ahead and take the... tray. Hello, Marlena.
Chloe: Well, I guess ice cream before lunch isn't always such a bad idea.
Chloe: Wipe that off?
Daniel: There you go. But you know what? Um, I'm sorry Jen had to go, but I'm glad that we, uh-- we have this moment alone.
Chloe: You are?
Daniel: Yeah, there's something that I want to-- I want to talk to you about, just between--between you and me.
Chloe: Sure. You know you can tell me anything.
Jennifer: Hello, again.
Kate: Hi. I know it's delightful beyond words to see me twice in one day, isn't it? But I can't say it's exactly a coincidence.
Jennifer: And why not?
Kate: Because I looked at the schedule to make sure that I would be here when you were here.
Kate: Could you come with me? I need to talk to you about something important.
Jennifer: Okay, can we just talk out there?
Kate: No, actually, we can't. Because it's about Chloe and Daniel. And ultimately, you.
Jennifer: Me? I don't understand, Kate.
Kate: You know, Daniel was so generous to me earlier, he said that he was going to talk to Chloe about letting me be part of Parker's life.
Jennifer: Yeah, yeah, I heard that.
Kate: But there's something that Daniel needs to know.
Kate: About Parker.
Jennifer: Then why are you telling me? Why don't you talk to him?
Kate: I would, but unfortunately, I am in a situation where that's just not feasible.
Jennifer: Really? That doesn't make any sense. This is his child. If you don't talk to him, how on earth is he supposed to find out?
Kate: You have to understand that this woman has no business being around children. Especially a child who is as vulnerable as Parker.
Jennifer: She's his mother.
Kate: I know. That's what makes it even worse. That innocent, little boy needs your help. You have to be the one who talks to Daniel. You.
Chloe: Oh, yeah. He loves his nappy nap in his stroller.
Daniel: [Chuckles] Yes, he does.
Daniel: I, uh... I need to ask you to do something for me.
Daniel: Well, you might want to hear what I have to say first.
Chloe: Oh, uh, does this have to do with Jennifer?
Daniel: No. No, no, no, it's about Parker. Um, now, of course, we--we both want what's best for him. Right?
Chloe: Yeah, of course we do.
Daniel: Well, I ran into... uh, I ran into Kate earlier.
Daniel: And she asked me if we'd consider letting her continue to be a part of Parker's life.
Chloe: Are you kidding me?
Daniel: Now--and I know, that's why I said the same thing at first--
Chloe: What do you mean, "at first"? She has no right to him. She's not his grandmother.
Daniel: But you know he thinks of her that way. You know that.
Chloe: Really? He's two years old. He thinks if you throw him high enough, he can touch the sky.
Chloe: Daniel, in what universe is this a good idea?
Daniel: Look, she just--she-- she's not asking for much, she just wants supervised visits because she loves him.
Chloe: She loves him?
Daniel: Yeah, she does.
Chloe: Kate Roberts doesn't know how to love, she's pure evil.
Daniel: Okay, all right, I know that she did some horrible things to--to you--to me--to both of us--
Chloe: You don't know the half of it.
Daniel: Well, what is it that I don't know?
Jennifer: Kate, I know that Chloe is not your favorite person. She isn't mine either, but she loves her little boy, and I know that.
Kate: Sometimes love isn't enough. And I don't say that lightly. I had two children ripped away from me, and I would never do that to another woman, unless--
Jennifer: Unless what?
Kate: Unless I believed that mother was putting her child in harm's way.
Jennifer: Kate, that is so unfair. Are you talking about her attempted suicide? She had postpartum depression. She was very sick.
Kate: No. This isn't about postpartum depression. It's about the fact that while Philip was raising that sweet baby by day, Chloe was plying her trade as a prostitute by night.
Victor: I know this isn't what you want to hear, Brady. But you've deluded yourself when it comes to Kristen.
Brady: You don't know what you're talking about.
Victor: The hell I don't! Nobody knows the DiMeras better than I do. Obviously, you've convinced yourself otherwise. But you're going to be very sorry very soon, when you find out who the real Kristen truly is.
Kristen: So, why are you here? Oh, did you want to paw through my personal things again?
Marlena: I think you know exactly why I'm here. My husband and my son are both in terrible--
Kristen: Wait, wait, wait, he's not your son. He's not your son.
Marlena: And not to mention the pain that you've caused by driving a wedge between them.
Kristen: What are you doing here?
Marlena: Shut up. It's about time you and I had a conversation.
