EJ: Huh. Good morning.
Sami: Good morning. I'm almost ready for our meeting.
EJ: My goodness. You look absolutely radiant this morning. The new year seems to suit you. How's Allie?
Sami: Oh, she's much better. Her fever broke in the middle of the night, so...
EJ: Oh, good, I'm glad to hear it.
Sami: Thank you again for being so understanding about me not being able to stay for our date.
EJ: It's fine. So...
Sami: Careful. That, uh, that look that you had when I-I walked through the door... were you thinking about me? Be honest, now. A little bit? Because I have to admit, I've been thinking about you and last night somewhat obsessively.
Rafe: Hey. A Happy New Year to you.
Nicole: And to you.
Nicole: Yes, huh?
Nicole: Uh-huh. What's with that, uh, devilish smile you've got going on there? What gives?
Rafe: Oh, what can I say? 2013's off to a kickass start.
Cameron: All right, take a breath for me.
Brady: [Inhales, exhales]
John: For God's sakes--
Brady: Dad, I'm serious. I've had enough for one day.
John: You stay away from that manipulative bitch.
Brady: Don't you ever, ever talk about Kristen that way again, you got it?
John: You're not going anywhere.
[Both grunting, struggling]
John: Stop it.
Kayla: All right. Can you give me one more?
John: [Inhales, coughs]
Kayla: Yeah. Well, you have several bruised ribs, but I'm sure you figured that out already.
John: Actually, I thought they might be cracked.
Kayla: Well, not according to your X-ray. You're lucky. You want to tell me what possessed you to get in a fistfight with Brady? John?
John: I don't want to talk about it. What I want is to see my wife. And my son.
Cameron: You and your father both clammed up when the police were here earlier.
Brady: Not much to say.
Cameron: Look, I get why you don't want to press charges. Obviously, this is a private family matter.
Brady: It is. It is a family matter. That's why I don't want to talk about it to you or to anybody else, okay? Thank you.
Marlena: Maxine, do we have any news on John or Brady?
Maxine: Oh, let me check. Brady's injuries are minor. They'll probably release him later on today. Also your husband... he's got bruised ribs, but, uh, a lot of pain, but also nothing serious.
Marlena: Oh. Thank you. Thank you. [Sighs]
Kristen: It's a shame, isn't it? That it had to come to this.
Nicole: So what are your plans now?
Rafe: Well, today is actually my day off. So I'm just helping Gabi out with some last-minute wedding details.
Rafe: Yeah, I already spoke to Caroline about the band, food--
Rafe: Sorry, am I boring you?
Nicole: Uh, yeah. You're driving me nuts about the whole elephant in the room. Come on.
Rafe: Look, Nicole--
Nicole: Seriously, please. You opened up to me last night. About Sami still being in your-- your head and your heart. Remember? Please, Rafe, don't shut me out. Okay? I did everything I could to keep EJ away so you could kiss your beloved Sami at the stroke of midnight.
Rafe: Oh, do you mean by pretending to be drunk so you could kiss him yourself?
Nicole: Do you know how many laws of decency I violated?
Rafe: Well, for you, I'm guessing...none?
Nicole: [Gasps] I have earned the right to be informed, Rafe Hernandez. So spill. What has happened with you and Sami since last night?
Sami: EJ, we have to get focused on our meeting. Don't we?
Sami: This is important, and I am super excited. This new layout is fantastic. I mean, you have to check out this new color. I think it-- I think it really pops.
EJ: "Pops," does it? Let's have a look.
EJ: Ah, it does.
Sami: See, and look at this one over here. Right? The new layout is really different, and I think it really helps you get to the heart of the ad.
Sami: Going to put the copy right here.
EJ: I see. What, exactly, is the copy?
Sami: "Get under his skin."
EJ: That's the one.
Sami: It's the phone. Get it.
EJ: Yes. Your brother is here.
Sami: Let him in.
EJ: Let him in.
Eric: Hey, I'm sorry to interrupt, but I tried your cell phone--kept getting your voicemail.
Sami: Oh, I must have left it in my office, sorry.
Sami: What? What's wrong?
Marlena: "What a shame all this happened." You set all this in motion. And you couldn't be more pleased. So pleased at all the physical and emotional pain you've caused John and Brady.
Kayla: Marlena? John is asking for you. Room two.
Marlena: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Kayla: What the hell are you doing here?
Kristen: I'm not even going to dignify that with an answer. Excuse me.
Marlena: Oh, my dearest love.
John: Oh, Doc.
Cameron: Okay, that's perfect. This should help with the pain. And, um, I'm going to let you rest. I'll be back in to check up on you.
Brady: All right, thank you.
Kristen: I've done a terrible, terrible thing.
Rafe: Would you relax? You're up to speed. Nothing has happened since last night.
Nicole: Wait a minute. You mean to tell me you haven't seen or spoken to Sami since that fraught and meaningful midnight kiss?
Nicole: No? Whoa.
Rafe: "Whoa" what?
Nicole: Well, I mean, I know you're feeling really confident here, Rafe. But this is Sami we're talking about. She can turn on a dime. It's been, what? Several hours now?
Rafe: All right, give it a rest, would you?
Nicole: No, I'm not going to give it a rest.
Nicole: Because you're my friend, and I'm worried about you, and I did everything I could to keep EJ away from Sami, but he clearly wanted to be with her when the ball dropped.
Rafe: Oh, well.
Nicole: "Oh, well"? No, not "oh, well." Because he is the one she left with when the evening was over.
Rafe: I'm not really concerned who she left with.
Nicole: How can you not be concerned about that?
Rafe: Because, I'll tell you why. Because I feel like I have crossed a Rubicon with Sami. Okay? And whatever... whatever conflict she was feeling between me and EJ, it's melting away.
Nicole: Maybe I'm crossing a little Rubicon myself here, uh-- you need a little age-old advice about us females, okay? So here it goes. I know you guys like to be all cool and detached, and you're like, "hey, maybe I'll just give her a call in a few days or a week or a month or something." Okay, that doesn't make us fall in love with you. Okay? We like to be pursued. You know, like the Minnesota man falling in love with the Mississippi girl and moving all the way to Biloxi. Right? No? Us dolls like to know that you guys want us in your life.
Eric: Father Tobias, he called me from the hospital. He saw John and Brady being admitted to the E.R.
Sami: What? Why?
Eric: Apparently, they were in some sort of fight.
Sami: With each other?
Eric: Yeah. It was pretty intense. The police were called in. It's-- there was no charges filed.
Sami: The police? What were they fighting about?
Eric: Well, I don't know. Nobody's really talking. I mean, the details are kind of sketchy, but the one thing I do know is that it had something to do with Kristen.
Sami: Your sister.
Marlena: I feel terrible that all this happened.
John: Oh, don't. It's all my fault.
Marlena: No, it's not your fault.
John: Doc, come on. I was such an ass for not listening to you. I feel like such a damn fool for ever believing Kristen could be trusted. Hey, what's with the tears?
Marlena: I just can't bear to see you in pain.
John: Shh. Long as you're by my side, I will be just fine. Long as I have you.
Brady: I don't want you blaming yourself for this.
Kristen: I just hate that it had to come to this. I never wanted this to happen.
Brady: I know that.
Kristen: Brady, the way that you and your father went at it-- I mean, if this tears the two of you apart, I won't be able to live with myself. Okay? I can barely stand to see you in pain right now. I mean, if you have a broken heart--
Brady: Hey, none of that-- none of that's going to happen.
Kristen: I tried so hard to fight my feelings for you. I really did. But I just-- I just wanted you so badly.
Brady: Kristen. I wanted you too. I still do.
Brady: What-- tell me what the problem is. I don't understand.
Kristen: I'll tell you what the problem is. We have to fight our attraction for each other. We have to do the right thing, and we have to walk away from each other. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, Brady, okay? We've got to stop this right now, for good.
Nicole: You know, I really hate playing games. I really do. But this whole-- all this romantic stuff, you know, I think I finally figured it out. It's all a strategy, you know?
Rafe: Hmm. Not really.
Nicole: Okay, let me put it to you this way. Women, we know that you like to pursue us. Otherwise, you lose interest, right? Okay, would you like a woman calling you and emailing you and texting you and writing things on your Facebook wall all the time?
Rafe: Actually, it's never happened.
Nicole: Right, well, because you've never really been involved with a clueless woman. And Sami, not my favorite person, um, but she's no dummy. So you need to make a move. You need to do something, go after her.
Rafe: Okay, okay, okay. I get it, okay? Thank you for your concern and your advice.
Nicole: But you're not going to take it?
Rafe: Okay, for starters, there are millions of reasons why Sami needs to contact me.
Nicole: But if you would just see that that's ridic--
Rafe: No, no, look. Listen, first off, she has to talk to me about Gabi's wedding.
Nicole: Okay, what if that's the only thing she wants to talk about?
Rafe: Okay, the relationship that I had, or have, with Sami, is unique. So your rules, they don't apply.
Nicole: Of course they apply.
Rafe: No, they don't. They do not, okay? You're wrong, and if Sami wants it to work out with me, she needs to contact me. Period.
Nicole: But Rafe--
Rafe: No, no, no, no, no. No "buts." End of discussion. Zip it. It's finished, okay?
Nicole: Okay. Fine. I get it.
Rafe: You do?
Nicole: Yeah, I do, I get it. I mean, who am I to--to give advice, right? I mean, I've read a-a million books and articles and blogs on how to get a man to commit to a woman and... you know, even though it's worked for a little while, it always turned out to be a huge disaster. So maybe I should take a page out of your book.
Rafe: Hey, listen, lighten up. It'll work out for you.
Rafe: Just give it time.
Rafe: It will, Nicole. Look at you. You-- you have got a lot to offer. You're funny, beautiful. You will find a guy. You will.
Nicole: Thank you. [Laughs] Thank you. You always find a way to lift my spirits, Rafe, so... and really, you know what, I not only had a lot of fun with you on New Year's, you helped me keep my mind off of Daniel, so thank you. What are you thinking about?
Rafe: I don't think that I was the only distraction.
Nicole: Excuse me?
Nicole: [Gasps] If you're hinting at what I think you're hinting at, Rafe Hernandez... oh, my-- you are. You think I was up to something with EJ, that I had some sort of agenda with him last night.
Rafe: Did you?
EJ: Kristen's involved in this?
Sami: You heard what he said. Do you know anything about this?
EJ: No, nothing.
Sami: You had better not be protecting your sister, 'cause I swear to God, EJ--
EJ: I have no idea what you're talking about. Look, the last time Kristen mentioned Brady to me, she told me that they'd buried the hatchet and they were working together on the church board.
Sami: Well, obviously, something has changed. And I'm going to find out what.
Brady: It's not-- we're not ending anything.
Kristen: Brady, we have to.
Brady: No, I'm going to-- I'm going to work things out with my dad. It'll be fine. It'll take some time, but--
Kristen: But you're being so naive right now, you really are.
Brady: Then I'll be naive, I'll be irresponsible, I'll be stubborn. But what I don't want to be is without you. I don't want to stop seeing-- I don't want--
Kristen: Brady, what?
Brady: That's just--it just-- it just hurts a little bit.
Brady: I'm all right, I'm fine.
Kristen: May I?
Kristen: Just go sit back down, okay? Careful, take it easy.
Brady: I'm all right.
Kristen: It's okay. Is this all right? I don't want to hurt you.
Brady: No. I'll tell you what would make me all right. If you make me a promise. Promise me that you're not going to talk about ending what we have ever again.
Kristen: The only promise I can make you is that, um, I'll think about it, okay? Is that enough? Please?
Brady: Oh, I guess that'll have to do.
John: I don't think I will ever forgive myself for being so damn blind. I hated that I doubted you, Doc. I'm so sorry that I made you feel all alone. So sorry.
Marlena: You can either tell John, or you can continue the affair and keep it a secret.
Kristen: It kind of sounds like that's what you want.
Marlena: Actually, I don't give a damn.
Kristen: Well, of course, you do. Because as long as I continue my affair with Brady, that will keep me from sleeping with John.
John: What is it, honey? What's wrong?
Marlena: There's something I think you need to know. Seeing you in so much pain, blaming yourself, thinking that you failed me, failed your son--
John: Doc, Doc, Doc. Whatever it is you have to tell me, just go ahead and say it.
Sami: They're in here.
Eric: Sami, knock first.
Sami: No, I-- what do you mean? Hi. Are you okay? What happened? What the hell?
John: Well, things just got a little out of hand with Brady.
Sami: Obviously. But we need to know why.
Marlena: Not now. It's not the time. I don't want John getting all worked up, trying to explain--
John: It's all right, Doc. I think it'd be better if they heard it from us.
Sami: Hear what?
John: Brady and--and Kristen are having an affair.
Sami: What? No way. Brady wouldn't do that, he--
John: He would do it, and he did do it. I saw it with my own eyes. The thing is, it's all a scheme on Kristen's part. No surprise there. It was designed to hurt your mother and me. Kind of a no-brainer, huh?
Sami: Yeah, kind of. And you would think that Brady has more brains than that. Where is he? Where's that gullible nitwit?
Kristen: Oh. So much for my magic touch.
Brady: You're doing great.
Kristen: I'm not.
Brady: It's all right. It's kind of sticking.
Cameron: Patch isn't sticking?
Brady: Yeah, it's--
Cameron: Let me see if we can fix that.
Kristen: Okay, I'm going to get out of here.
Brady: No, stay.
Kristen: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Shh, shh, shh. You just rest, okay? And we'll talk a little later.
Brady: All right. Kristen? Thank you.
Kristen: Take care of yourself. That's all the thanks I need.
EJ: I just asked how they were doing.
Maxine: And I'm telling you, it's none of your business.
EJ: You know, my family built half this hospital.
Maxine: But you're not a member of this family, Mr. DiMera. Not to mention, they hate your guts.
EJ: Oh. Would you mind telling me what the hell is going on?
Kristen: No. Seems that John found out, in just about the worst way possible, that Brady and I are having an affair.
Nicole: Would you get it through your thick, alpha male skull, please, okay? EJ is about attractive to me as a school bus fire. Hmm, okay. I-I kissed him for you. That's it. No agenda. Besides, I just want to focus on my job right now. It's true. I mean it. I'm giving up men. At least, for the time being. I'm devoting myself to my career.
Nicole: What, you don't believe me?
Rafe: No, I do. It's just your career, uh... talking about the church gig?
Nicole: Yes, I-- I'll have you know that my church job is not only challenging, but it's highly fulfilling.
Rafe: Well, I'm glad for you.
Nicole: And I feel appreciated, which you know is-- is like the most important thing of all.
Rafe: Appreciated by the boss?
Nicole: Eric hired me when no one else would, bless his heart. And I've been trying to make him see how grateful I am, and I-- I've been trying a little too hard, lately.
Rafe: So how were you trying too hard?
Nicole: Oh, stop. Not the way you're thinking. Okay, we just--we just had this little thing about New Year's Eve.
Rafe: Hold on a second. You telling me that I was your backup date for New Year's?
Nicole: You were not a date, by the way, Hernandez, okay? And Eric wasn't going to be a date, either. Especially since he wanted me to volunteer at some homeless shelter.
Rafe: Oh, right, yeah. Giving back, helping out those in need, I mean, who's this guy? What's he thinking?
Nicole: Okay, okay, okay. That's enough. No, volunteering is-- it's wonderful. It's a great way to pass the time, just not on New Year's Eve.
Rafe: That's right. New Year's is for getting bombed.
Nicole: Excuse me, but I didn't get bombed, either. Not even close. So get off your high horse. Don't be all superior, okay?
Nicole: Thank you. Anyway, I was a real jerk to him. I mean, not only did I refuse to volunteer, but I accused him of trying to mold me into-- God, whatever.
Nicole: Yeah. Of trying to be like him. Not that that would be such a bad thing, but I just-- I don't think you should try to make someone be something they're not. You know? Oh, I just-- I hate that I did that anyway, you know? I had a chance to be a decent human being, and I ended up being such a bee-atch.
Rafe: So apologize.
Nicole: Yeah. Okay. What a concept. I will. I will. I-I'll just be straightforward and direct, no games. And I will just tell Eric how sorry I am for being me.
Sami: Okay, so how long has this been going on? I mean, it was a one time only thing, right? It's not? Oh, my God. It's more than one time?
John: It's not really our place to say.
Sami: Then I'll ask Brady myself.
Marlena: No, you won't. He's been through enough. He's hurt, physically and emotionally. He doesn't need you lashing out at him.
Eric: Okay, I will go talk to him.
Sami: I'm coming with you.
Eric: No, you won't. I'll let you know how it goes.
Sami: I'm going to let you know how it goes, too. I'm going to give him a piece of my mind.
Eric: Hey, hey, Sami, Sami.
Sami: No, no, get off of me.
Eric: Go back to work.
Sami: No, no way.
Eric: Can you just give John and Brady a little chance to recover before descending on them like a hurricane?
Sami: I just want to find out what is going on.
Eric: Okay, then later. Just stay here.
Eric: Do not--do not move.
Kayla: Hey, Sami.
Sami: Hi, hi, Kayla. How are John and Brady? Are they going to be all right?
Kayla: Their injuries are minor, so they'll be fine.
Sami: Great, that's-- that's really great to hear. Hey, um, have you seen EJ in the hospital?
Kayla: Yeah, he's, uh, with his sister in the waiting room down the hall.
Sami: She's here?
Kayla: Yes, although I have no idea why.
Sami: Believe me, Kayla, you don't want to know.
Eric: What are you doing?
EJ: So... when you told me that you were getting into bed with Brady, you meant that literally.
Kristen: I suppose I did.
EJ: You suppose? Why didn't you tell me?
Kristen: I tried to. Don't you remember? I tried to, but Sami was eavesdropping, and I couldn't.
EJ: You do understand that this situation here has the potential not just to be rabidly inflammatory but to be a complete and utter disaster?
Kristen: Mm. Mm-hmm.
EJ: "Mm." That's what you have to say for yourself, is it? "Mm-hmm." How do you plan on explaining this one?
Kristen: And since when do I have to explain myself to you?
EJ: Since I get the distinct impression that there is a lot more to this than meets the eye.
Kristen: EJ, you've been reading too many romance novels, honey.
EJ: Did you ever stop to consider the negative impact that this might have on my relationship with Samantha?
Kristen: I did.
EJ: You did?
Kristen: I did, actually. And I regret if there will be a problem, or if there already is a problem. But I did not plan this thing with Brady.
EJ: No, I'm sure you have no control over the situation.
Kristen: For the most part, I didn't. This is a bump in the road. If you can't deal with it, get out of the street.
Sami: Aha. I thought you'd be hiding in here.
Kristen: I'm not hiding, Sami. But I am leaving.
Sami: No, no. You are not going anywhere, not until I am through with you.
Nicole: Well, I know that Sami is going to make you miserable. In the long run, anyway. But I know that you wouldn't have it any other way. And because I like you so much, I want you to get everything you want.
Rafe: Well, thank you.
Rafe: I appreciate your honesty.
Nicole: Yeah. Well, you're welcome. Let's just hope Eric appreciates it, too, huh? I'll see you later.
Brady: What am I doing? I'm recovering from injuries sustained in a stupid, pointless fight.
Eric: Yeah, with your father. You knew this would provoke him, didn't you? You weren't the least bit concerned how this would affect your family?
Brady: "This." You keep saying "this." What do you mean by "this"? Is it because you're a priest now, and you can't even utter the words--God forbid--sex? Sex, it's a natural thing. Everybody does it. It's okay to say it.
Eric: Yeah, so you decided to hook up with your father's ex-- whatever?
Brady: Really? Is that--is that one of the ten commandments? "Thou shalt not go to bed with thy father's ex-whatever"? Never heard of it.
Eric: I'm concerned about you, Brady. Not only what you're doing, but what you're doing to yourself, what you're doing to my mother, to John.
Brady: I don't want to talk to you about this, you understand?
Eric: Fine. You want to talk to Sami? 'Cause I did everything in my ability to keep her from barging in after me.
Brady: No, I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to talk to Sami. As a matter of fact, I don't want to talk to anybody who's going to give me grief about what was my choice. So get on out of here.
Cameron: I have that pain pill for you.
Eric: You know he's a recovering addict.
Brady: Oh, God, Eric. I told him. He knows. Thank you.
Cameron: I'm sorry, Father, but Brady needs his rest.
Brady: You heard him. Brady needs his rest, so you better go on out and, uh, do some good deeds for somebody else, all right? We're done.
Sami: No one wants to talk about what you did--what you did. You put John and my brother in the hospital. They were fighting because of you.
Kristen: Okay, I understand that you're angry. I'm just going to go now.
Sami: Oh, no, you're not-- you slept with Brady, the son of the man that you were obsessed with. It's creepy. It's--it's disgusting. It's despicable.
EJ: Ladies, can we just please not make a scene?
Kristen: Look, I know you're not going to believe anything I say, but I'm going to waste my breath anyway and tell you that I did not plan what happened with Brady, okay?
Sami: Really? Really, it was just the stars colliding? It was just the off the charts chemistry? You couldn't help yourself?
Kristen: Everybody in this town is so damned predictable. You hear my name, you assume that I have some evil scheme out to destroy everybody's lives. Come on.
Sami: Why else would you sleep with Brady, except for to torture my mom and John?
Kristen: Well, there's lots and lots and lots of reasons I'd sleep with Brady, Sami, but I'm too much of a lady to get into it here.
Sami: Oh, my God.
Kristen: Well, look, suffice it to say I did not want John and Brady to fight, okay? I didn't want it to happen. I didn't want any of it to happen, okay?
Sami: You're seriously going to say that to me with a straight face? Not one word out of your mouth is the truth.
Kristen: Listen, that's all--
EJ: Okay, okay, okay. Let's go.
Sami: That is my family you are talking--EJ, let me go.
Kristen: Bye, Sami.
EJ: Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Hey, just calm--okay, let's just calm down for a second. We can go somewhere where we can talk.
Sami: I am not leaving here until I talk to Brady. If anyone is going to leave this hospital, it is your slutty sister!
Eric: What is going on? I can hear you all the way down the hallway.
Sami: Is Brady in his room?
Eric: Yes. And you can't go in. Dr. Davis is not allowing any more visitors.
EJ: Okay. So why don't you and I just go somewhere quiet and we can have a talk about this.
Sami: I don't want to talk to you right now, EJ.
EJ: You're upset with me?
Sami: I am furious at your sister and what she has done to everyone. So yes, you want to call it guilt by association or whatever you lawyers call it, then fine. I can't even look at you right now. Eric, let's go!
Marlena: I'm sorry the way Sami burst in here.
John: Oh, that's all right. Eric and Sami have got a-- [Chuckles] They've got a right to be upset.
Marlena: Yeah. You're out of water. I will be right back.
John: No, no, no. Forget about it, Doc. I just want to--I want to know what was on your mind before we got interrupted.
[Knock on door]
Kayla: Sorry to interrupt.
John: Yeah, yeah.
Kayla: But Marlena, I'm gonna have to pull some rank and ask you to leave. We have a few more tests we want to run on John.
Marlena: All righty then. I love you so much.
John: I love you too.
Marlena: And I'll be back as soon as I'm allowed in.
John: Thank God, I have you on my side.
Marlena: You always do.
John: See you soon.
Marlena: He's all yours.
Kayla: Thank you.
Sami: There must be something that we can do.
Eric: Well, there is. Just stay out of it.
Sami: How can you say that?
Eric: Because I got the feeling that's what John and Mom really want. And Brady is nowhere near ready to talk to anybody.
Sami: Oh, it is not fair that you got to speak to him and I didn't.
Eric: Well, maybe in time. So just calm down.
Sami: Calm down? Are you kidding me? How naive are you? This nightmare, Eric, is just beginning.
EJ: Thanks, Kristen. Thanks a lot.
[Cell phone rings]
Kristen: Aw. "Happy New Year to my beautiful daughter. How is everything going?" Well, everything is going great. I think. This is going to be the best year of my life, Daddy.
Nicole: All right. Okay. Before you come down on me about being late, there's something I need to say. I'm sorry. I'm very sorry about the other day when you suggested that I spend New Year’s volunteering. And I was way, way out of line about accusing you of molding me into your image, or however I put it. It was lame, and I'm sorry. There. Apologized twice. Eric. Why am I such an ingrate? Why do I hurt people that are there for me all the time? I--
Nicole: Were you even listening to what I said?
Eric: I'm sorry. What did you say?
Nicole: I apologized to you about the other night.
Eric: Forget about it.
Nicole: Yeah, okay, clearly you have. Wait, wait. Eric, are you okay? What's wrong, did... did someone die? Is it your nightmares again? Talk to me, please!
Eric: It's nothing I want to talk about.
Nicole: Come on. Eric, we've shared so much. And you said you felt better about opening up about what happened in the Congo. Aren't we at the point where you can talk to me about anything?
Eric: Nicole! Not this. I can't.
Sami: Filthy, disgusting and careless! People have no common courtesy anymore. Disgusting!
EJ: How's John?
Marlena: So you know what your sister's done.
EJ: I'm aware of what's happened, yeah.
Marlena: She's a dangerous sociopath. She hurts people to make herself feel more powerful. And she will do the same thing to you. Mark my words.
John: Oh, get out of here. We are done.
Kristen: Oh, John. We're not done. We're just beginning.
