Austin: All right. Your favorite herbal tea for the mommy-to-be.
Carrie: Oh, thank you.
Austin: You enjoy that, and I'll go get your prenatal vitamins. And then I'll stop and get takeout. What does our baby want? Great-Grandma's famous clam chowder or do you want something else?
Carrie: I'm not sure. I'll come with you. Come on.
Austin: No, you know... you didn't get that much sleep last night.
Carrie: Couldn't get comfortable.
Austin: Well, I mean, your body's going through so many changes. Don't you think you should go back to the hotel room, get some sleep?
Carrie: Walking around the square is hardly overexerting myself. And FYI, I will go nuts if you treat me like a china doll the whole time I'm pregnant.
Austin: Am I treating you like a china doll? I'm sorry. I just--this having a baby thing is new to me, you know.
Carrie: That makes two of us.
Austin: Three of us.
Melanie: I know how much you loved your dad. I'm so sorry that you have to go through this.
Chad: Yeah, I know you are. But I have to ask you a question.
Melanie: Of course.
Chad: You're glad he's dead, aren't you?
Gabi: Andrew, you scared me.
Andrew: It's a gift.
Gabi: All right, so why did you call me? And make it quick. I have things to do.
Andrew: Wow, that's not a very nice way to start face time, especially when your face is so pretty.
Gabi: Well, I told you, I'm busy.
Andrew: Gabs, I'm hurt. Come on, you could have at least started with the conversation with, "Hi, Andrew. How are you?"
Sami: Dad, stop. You can't treat your grandson like he is some cold-blooded murderer.
Roman: Sami, I'm not Will's grandfather right now. I'm a cop investigating a murder. And Officer Kent here will notify the Governor's office that we did it by the book, no special treatment for anybody. So, Will, your fingerprints were on the gun that was used to murder Stefano, and that means you were at the DiMera mansion last night.
Sami: Come on. You don't have to badger him.
Roman: Sami. Damn it, I am questioning Will to clear him, so keep quiet, all right? Keep quiet. Let him speak. So, again, Will, what the hell were you doing at Stefano's last night?
Lucas: What's going on?
Sami: My dad thinks that Will murdered Stefano.
Lucas: There's no way that Will had anything to do with Stefano's murder.
Will: Um, Dad, he knows that I had a gun last night.
Roman: And Will's fingerprints were found on the murder weapon.
Lucas: No, no, wait a minute. I took that gun away from him.
Roman: Sami told me. The murder weapon is registered to Abe Carver.
Roman: But I don't believe Abe pulled the trigger.
Sami: Why not?
Roman: Because evidence points to other suspects. Now, Will, again, what were you doing at the DiMera house last night?
Will: I was looking for EJ.
Roman: All right, tell me this. The gun your dad took from you, where did you get it? Where is it now?
Gabi: Look, Andrew, I didn't hire you to be my etiquette coach. I hired you to pretend to be my stalker. Okay?
Andrew: Yeah, and so far I've done everything you wanted, right?
Gabi: Right, so, if I need you to stalk me again, I'll let you know. But right now I need you to go, because I'm meeting someone.
Andrew: Yeah. Let me guess. Chad?
Melanie: Okay, you know how I felt about your father, but that does not mean that I'm not still sorry this happened... or sad for you or here for you still.
Chad: Thank you. And I know how lucky I am to have you, Melanie.
Melanie: It's okay. Let's not talk about it now then, okay?
Chad: No. Mm-mm. There is something on my mind that I need to say, okay?
Chad: Ever since I found out that he was my father, I've spent so much time and energy trying to shut him out of my life.
Melanie: I know.
Chad: Only he was my father too. And I saw how much he loved Lexie and EJ. But I held back. And now it's too late.
Melanie: No. Sweetie, he knows how much you cared about him. I mean, you two were better this last week than you've been in a long time. He was proud of you... for being your own man just like he was.
Chad: Yeah, yeah, I guess there's that.
Melanie: Yeah. And he loved you. And I love you. And you were special to him. And you're incredibly special to me. Okay? Come here.
Rafe: Hey. Hey. How's things?
Austin: So good.
Carrie: How are you?
Rafe: Oh, busy. Roman actually reinstated me on the force. Been investigating Stefano's murder of all things.
Carrie: That's great.
Austin: Yeah, so you got your old job back, huh?
Rafe: Yeah, sure did.
Austin: Any leads?
Rafe: [Scoffs] Can't really discuss that with you.
Austin: Yeah. Right.
Rafe: Yeah. Yeah, listen, I should probably get going.
Austin: You know, I should congratulate you.
Rafe: Yeah, what for?
Austin: Well, I was at the hospital picking up one of Carrie's prescriptions, and I overheard these nurses talking.
Austin: So the paternity test came back and you definitely are the father of Nicole's baby.
Rafe: Yeah. Yeah.
Austin: Congrats, man.
Rafe: Yeah, thanks.
Austin: Well, it's just like you said. We're both having babies, you know. I mean, EJ's got to be a wreck. First, his father and now finding out that he's definitely not the father of Nicole's baby.
Austin: Well, bad news like that couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
[Cell phone rings]
Austin: Dr. Jamin? I'm gonna have to walk and talk and take this.
Austin: One moment, please. I'll just meet you back here.
Carrie: Sounds good.
Rafe: Carrie, about the baby--
Carrie: If the test proved that you're the father, that means you lied to me all along.
Chad: Look, I may be my own man, but at the end of the day, I was Stefano DiMera's son.
Melanie: Of course.
Chad: And I know the hell he put people through, but--and I understand why everybody's celebrating his death, but... he's still my father.
Gabi: I'm leaving. Don't waste my time again.
Andrew: Whoa, whoa. We're not done yet.
Gabi: Yeah, we are.
Andrew: All right, you're not fooling me, Gabs. I see the way you look at Chad. You want him to be more than just your modeling partner.
Gabi: That, Andrew, is none of your business.
Andrew: But it is. See, you didn't hire me so you could get more publicity. You hired me so that Chad could be your hero and save you from me, your big, bad stalker.
Gabi: That's not what--
Andrew: Hey, sick truth. Admit it.
Roman: So you took the gun, you went to the pub, you put it in the safe, right?
Lucas: Yeah. Yeah, I did. But what does it matter? It's not the murder weapon.
Roman: It matters because I need to establish a timeline for everything that happened last night. Okay, and you also need to know this. Along with Will's prints on the gun, forensics has established that a number of other people handled Abe's gun.
Roman: You know I can't tell you that.
Sami: Right. [Clears throat] Of course.
Roman: Okay. Will, let's go.
Roman: We're gonna go to the pub. We're gonna grab that gun so I can dispose of it properly. What?
Lucas: It isn't there.
Roman: Come again?
Sami: The gun is, uh, gone.
Gabi: I am not using you to get to Chad, okay? Now, I hired you to do a job, and we're done until I need you again, got it?
Andrew: Yeah, but--
Gabi: I'll call you if I need to be stalked. Otherwise, just leave me the hell alone. Hey.
Gabi: How are you doing? I'm sorry. When my sister Ari-- I hate it when people ask me that.
Chad: Not much else anyone can say or do.
Gabi: Of course there is. Come here. Look, whatever you need, I'm-- we're here for you, just like you've been there for me.
Melanie: Um, we're just gonna go get some takeout and go back to his place.
Chad: I feel like everyone's staring at me, thinking how happy they are my dad's dead.
Melanie: Hey, come on.
Gabi: No one's thinking that, I'm sure.
Chad: So you weren't alone, I hope.
Gabi: No, just for a little bit.
Chad: Gabi, you know that's not safe. Why don't you just come back with us? Walk with us.
Gabi: I mean, you guys want to be alone.
Chad: No, you know, being around friends, that's helping me a lot right now. Okay, so come on. Let's go. Come on.
Rafe: Carrie. Carrie, I didn't lie to you. The baby is not mine, I'm te-- okay, I know the test results show that I'm the father of Nicole's baby, but I'm not. I never even slept with her. Carrie, I swear.
Carrie: I believe you. I believe you. I--
Rafe: Thank God.
Carrie: So someone had to have switched the test results.
Rafe: Yeah, or maybe the lab messed up.
Carrie: No. There's no way Nicole would have left that to chance. She had to have switched your sample with EJ's.
Rafe: Well, I know Dr. Daniel wouldn't do it. I didn't do it.
Carrie: That leaves Nicole.
Rafe: Yeah. I gotta tell you, I just find it hard to believe that she could get access to the samples, and then switch the samples, and not get caught. And I'll tell you, she seemed really damn surprised when the results came back.
Carrie: Hmm. I'm sorry that I got so upset when I thought that-- truth is it doesn't matter anymore. There's no way that we can be together.
Roman: Well, don't everybody talk at once. What happened to the damn gun?
Will: Um... well... after I gave the gun to Dad, I just followed him to see what he would do with it.
Lucas: You saw me put the gun in a safe at the pub?
Will: Yeah. And then, after you left, I snuck in and took it back.
Sami: How did you get into the safe?
Will: It was easy. I know the birthdays of all of Grandma's kids.
Roman: All right. Where's the gun now?
Will: Oh, I got rid of it.
Will: I took it apart, and I threw away the pieces.
Will: In storm drains all over town.
Roman: Will, why did you go to so much trouble to get rid of that gun?
Will: I was afraid.
Roman: Afraid of what?
Will: I don't--of being caught with it. I don't know, I'd never use it though.
Roman: So you got rid of a gun you never fired? Then what did you do?
Will: I went to the mansion.
Roman: To have a word with Stefano?
Will: Yeah, I guess so.
Roman: And what? Did you just see another gun lying there? You can't help yourself? You just pick it up?
Will: I don't--I don't know what I was thinking. I'm sorry. But it doesn't matter because Stefano wasn't home and nobody was home. So I just put it back where I found it, and I got out of there.
Sami: Well, thank God. So...happy now, Dad?
Lucas: You know, you should have never had that gun in the first place, much less take it out of the safe.
Will: Oh, I know. I know.
Sami: But you know, he's learned his lesson, and I think everything's cleared up here, so we can go.
Roman: No. Not so fast. I need Will to be tested for gunshot residue. Everybody's being tested whose fingerprints were on that murder weapon. And that includes you, Will.
Chad: Let's go. Come on.
Gabi: No, no, no, wait.
Chad: I can't wait to get out of here, let's go.
Gabi: Wait a minute. Let's check the orders because the waitress that works today, she always gets my order wrong. Last time, I ordered Caesar and I got Greek.
Melanie: Yikes. Well, I'm sure our salads are fine.
Gabi: Well, I'll just take a peek. [Gasps] Oh, my God! [Groans]
Billie: I'm so happy for you, Austin. I know how much you wanted to start a family. Now you're doing it.
Austin: Yeah, and it's even sooner than we thought.
Billie: Your life is gonna change overnight. Diapers, drooling, midnight feedings. Oh, be afraid, my brother. Be very afraid.
Austin: [Laughs] Would you get out of here?
Billie: Just kidding. You're gonna make such a great dad.
Austin: No, I know. But I'll tell you what, it's a little scary thinking about bringing a tiny person into the world. It is.
Billie: Well, yeah. And considering how much it costs and how you're just gonna age overnight.
Austin: You know, I think you missed your calling as a life coach.
Billie: [Laughs] I'm just teasing you. Come on. It's in the little sister handbook, chapter three.
Austin: I know, but I can't wait for it all. I remember when Will was a baby. The bottles, the diapers. Maybe not the diapers, but can you tell that I'm moderately stoked to be a father? I am. I can't wait, Billie.
Billie: And how about Carrie? Is she happy too?
Carrie: I'm sorry, but we both know it's true. We can't be together. I am really having Austin's child, and everyone thinks that Nicole is having your baby.
Carrie: I mean, it has to be fate telling us that we need to accept what's happened and go our separate ways.
Rafe: Is that what you want?
Carrie: Please don't make me say it.
Rafe: Is it? No, I know, I just... I need to know. Carrie.
Carrie: [Sighs] Well, in a perfect world, I would want us to be together. But in this world, in this lifetime, Austin loves me, and I've wanted a family for so long. And I'm finally having his baby.
Rafe: Right. How do you feel about that?
Carrie: It's not what I wanted. But I've been praying so hard. And I've dreamed of a family with Austin for as long as I can remember. My grandma always says that a baby is always a blessing. Rafe, what we had when we were in the safe house and we were planning our future... it was so new and special and wonderful.
Carrie: But that's a life that we'll never get the chance to live, and we have to accept that. We can't torture ourselves into thinking what might have been. I just wish...
Rafe: Me too.
Carrie: Please know that it's not that I don't love Austin. I do.
Rafe: No, I know, I know. I know you do. But you said you were in love with me.
Carrie: [Laughs] Whoever said that you could have it all was wrong. Sometimes, like now, you have to give up what you want to do what's best for everyone else. I mean, we have two innocent lives depending on us to do right by them.
Rafe: Yeah. Well, I never wanted it all. I just wanted you.
Carrie: Me too. So much. [Sighs] But my place is with Austin and our baby, and yours is with Nicole and her baby. It's more than doing the right thing, Rafe. It's doing what we have to do.
Gabi: Oh, my God. I can't believe this is actually happening right now.
Melanie: This is kind of like when Bette Davis served Joan Crawford a rat in that old movie.
Gabi: Forget the stupid old movies, okay? This is my life, and I'm freaking out!
Chad: Look at it. That's what she was served.
Gabi: Oh, my God. That is so gross.
Melanie: Yes, it is.
Chad: Okay, you need to find out if anyone was in the kitchen that shouldn't have been, okay?
Gabi: I will.
Chad: Gabi, look. We...are so sorry, okay? Come here. We're sorry.
Gabi: I'm scared, Chad. Like, I'm really scared.
Sami: Will, we just want this to be over for you.
Lucas: Yeah, as soon as you're cleared, we'll go get some pizza or something. We'll celebrate, okay?
Will: Oh...thanks. You don't have to do this.
Sami: Do what?
Will: Be here.
Sami: Will, you're our son. We love you, and we want to be here to support you.
Lucas: Yeah, where else would we be?
Roman: All right, Will. Come on. We'll go downstairs, get tested.
Sami: So you are testing everyone, right? Everyone's whose prints were on that gun?
Roman: Standard procedure. And so far, everybody who was tested for gunpowder residue has come back negative. Shouldn't take long.
Sami: Okay. So you know what? It's going to go by really quick and then the test's gonna come back negative, and we can put this behind you. [Sighs]
Lucas: You really believe that?
Sami: What do you mean? Look, you don't really think that our son is capable of murdering Stefano DiMera, do you?
Austin: Why would you think that Carrie's not happy to be pregnant?
Billie: I didn't say that.
Austin: Well, it kind of sounded like you did.
Billie: No, no. You were just saying that--that she wanted to wait a while, and you needed some time to make sure your relationship was solid.
Austin: Billie, that was before she almost died in that safe house. Now neither one of us want to miss out on the important stuff. I'm telling you that we're solid. We're happy.
Billie: Okay. So she doesn't have any feelings? You're not worried about her having feelings for Rafe?
Austin: No. No, I'm not. And for your information, she recommitted to our marriage before she found out she was pregnant. Okay? I just need you to be happy for me right now, sis. Honestly, Carrie and I-- things haven't been this good for us in a long time.
Billie: I'm happy for both of you, I am. You know what? This baby is gonna be one lucky kid. And I'm gonna spoil the heck out of it.
Austin: [Laughs] I love you.
Billie: Oh, love you.
Austin: Oh. And I am so happy that you're back. Have I told you that before? Huh?
Billie: Well, right back at you.
Austin: Yeah. Okay. I'm gonna see if the takeout's ready, and Carrie's probably starving, so--
Billie: Would you please send my congrats to her?
Austin: Yes, yes. I will, and we're gonna celebrate, okay? Big time.
Billie: Yes, please. Yes, I would love that. Yes.
Austin: I love you.
Billie: Love you. [Sighs]
Chad: Okay, so anything?
Gabi: The cook said he saw a guy come through the kitchen a little while ago.
Chad: And he didn't say anything?
Gabi: Well, the guy had on heavy gloves, so the cook just thought he was there to pick up the trash.
Chad: Okay, so can the cook describe the guy?
Gabi: No. Sorry.
Chad: Perfect. Mm, mm. Okay. What you need to do is call the animal control and the board of health, and somebody will come pick up the rat and test it for any diseases. I'm going to make a wild guess and say that Mr. Glove-Hands brought the rat with him. Thank you.
Melanie: You okay?
Gabi: How do you think I'm doing? Okay? I'm--I'm sorry. I'm just a little bit upset.
Chad: Well, I guess your stalker struck again.
Melanie: It's weird too, 'cause we were with you this time.
Chad: All right, that's it. We're calling the cops.
Lucas: Why is Will's test taking so long? This is ridiculous. It should be done by now.
Sami: You know, this is all Stefano's fault. If he weren't such an evil, horrible human being, there wouldn't be people lining the streets to murder him.
Lucas: It was Will's choice to go to the DiMera's last night. Why? We don't know.
Sami: You know, you never did answer my question.
Lucas: What? What question?
Sami: I just want to be clear. You're not turning your back on our son, right?
Lucas: No, Sami. I'm not turning my back on our son. But he got himself into this mess by having the gun and then getting rid of it in pieces. It makes it look like he's hiding something.
Sami: Yeah, well, that isn't the gun that was used to kill Stefano anyway.
Lucas: It doesn't--
Sami: It was Abe's gun.
Lucas: Doesn't matter. His fingerprints are all over it.
Sami: [Sighs] All right. But Will is not capable. All right? He is incapable of murder. And that's all there is to it.
Lucas: Are you forgetting something?
Sami: No. What could I possibly be forgetting?
Lucas: He tried to murder EJ.
Sami: He was a kid, okay? That was a long time ago. And he's not capable of that now.
Lucas: You and I both know anybody is capable of anything if they're pushed hard enough.
Sami: I-- hey. Hey, so it all went well, right? So my dad said you could go?
Will: Oh, no. Um, not yet. He's waiting for the results, so he said I need to stay here until he gets them.
Lucas: All right, all right. That's standard procedure. That's okay.
Will: Okay. I didn't do it. I swear.
Rafe: You're right. Yeah, you're right. You don't always get what you want in life... no matter how bad you want it. So... maybe in our next life?
Carrie: Till then.
Rafe: Till then. Hey.
Austin: I would've been back sooner, but I ran into Billie.
Austin: Told her that we're pregnant. My sister's really happy for us.
Rafe: That's good.
Austin: So I told her we'd celebrate soon.
Carrie: That's great.
Austin: So I got your clam chowder. If you don't like that, I got you chicken noodle.
Carrie: Oh, my.
Austin: And if you're not into soup, I got you ice cream.
Austin: Because I know my sweetheart loves ice cream.
Carrie: Mm-hmm. Mwah. Tell my O.B. that at the next monthly weigh-in. Bye, Rafe.
Rafe: See you.
Austin: Tell Nicole from the two of us that we're really happy that she got the test results we know she wanted.
Rafe: Yeah. Yeah, I will. It's great, isn't it?
Austin: See you.
Rafe: See you. Mmmm!
Austin: I know that it hasn't been easy for you. And I want you to know that I'm gonna give you everything that you want and everything that you need.
Carrie: I have you. And I'm having your baby.
Carrie: That's all I need.
Austin: You sure about that?
Carrie: I just--I want to say that I'm sorry for everything that I've put you through these last few months. All of the tension and the not knowing. Even what happened with Abigail. It was all my fault, and I'm sorry.
Austin: Let me tell you something. It's not your fault. It's both of us. None of it matters now. 'Cause you know what?
Austin: It's all history. It's done.
Austin: And the only thing that matters now is--look. [Laughs] I mean, we made it through all of that.
Austin: And you and I are still together. And now it's just you and me... and this. Our baby. And, Carrie, this is the way it's meant to be.
Chad: Okay, so your stalker super-sized your salad with a dead rat and you still say no to calling the cops? Um, ahem... what is wrong with you?
Melanie: Yeah, I'm gonna go with Chad on this one.
Gabi: Look, I hear what you guys are saying, but Will's working with EJ's people to get me some real protection. It's fine. It was just a rat. I mean--
Chad: You're not safe right now, Gabi.
Melanie: Yeah, so do-- you need, like, real protection.
Chad: Yeah, look, Melanie's right. And my father is Stefano DiMera. And for God's sake, he was just murdered. If someone can get to him, a stalker can certainly get to you.
Gabi: Well, not when we're alone together he can't. Let's just go home. Okay?
Chad: Look, there's Rafe right now. I'm gonna go talk to him.
Gabi: No, no, Chad, don't!
Melanie: Sweetie, come on.
Gabi: My God, I can't believe that this is happening right now.
Melanie: Oh, I'm glad it is because you need help.
Will: [Clears throat] I didn't do it. I didn't shoot him.
Sami: We know that. Hey...we know that.
Will: Okay. Because I made things look bad, you know. I mean, buying a gun and then... lying to you about it. I don't know. What was I thinking?
Lucas: I don't know. What were you thinking?
Sami: Look, look. You were upset, okay? And you were unhappy with Stefano. You're not the only one. A lot of people thought he had it coming.
Will: I should never have taken the gun out of the safe.
Lucas: Why did you take it out?
Lucas: You heard me. Why did you take the gun out of the safe?
Will: I don't know! I was afraid that someone would find it and then I'd get in trouble for owning a gun, so I don't know. I thought I'd take it apart and throw away the pieces.
Lucas: [Clears throat]
Will: Oh, my God. Who does that though, really? Somebody who looks guilty of murder, that's who.
Sami: Yeah, but it wasn't that gun, okay? That's not the gun that was used to--
Will: I know, but I touched that other--
Sami: Oh, God. But that's okay too, because you know what? That's what the tests are for. Dad's running those tests. It's gonna come back negative, and then you are not gonna have anything to worry about.
Sami: See? See, Dad's here now. He has the test. You tell him that it's negative, and then we can all just go home.
Rafe: Why didn't you tell me that you were being stalked when this thing started?
Gabi: At first, it was nothing, okay? It was a few texts and emails, and I thought it was from a fan, and it wasn't a big deal.
Rafe: Right, until you got a headless doll and a note on your doorstep?
Gabi: Yeah, that, but-- I told them about it.
Rafe: But not me.
Gabi: I thought you were gonna get upset.
Rafe: You're damn right. I am upset. Okay, I need the doll, the note, and your phone so I can trace these texts and emails back to this son of a bitch, okay?
Gabi: I deleted it.
Rafe: What the hell did you do that for?
Gabi: I don't know, Rafe! I don't know.
Rafe: All right, all right. It's okay. Just give me the phone. I'm sure the lab can find--
Gabi: No, you can't have it because I need it for work.
Rafe: For--oh, yeah. That reminds me. Work, the modeling thing? It's done.
Rafe: Yeah, you heard me. It's done.
Gabi: No, you can't make me stop.
Rafe: All right, first of all, you're on a break right now anyway. Am I right? Gabi, listen to me. This is serious stuff. And you are not seeing anyone or going anywhere until this perv is caught.
Gabi: No, but they've been keeping me safe. Abigail too.
Rafe: Okay. Well, that's great. Thank you. Okay, now I'm gonna keep you safe, so I'm gonna take you home where it's safe. And then I'm gonna go down to the station, and I'm gonna file a report, okay?
Gabi: But just--
Rafe: No, no buts. Be glad I'm not sending you to that convent in Puerto Arena. Come on. Gabi...today.
Carrie: Why don't we go through our real estate brochures when we get home? And we could pick some houses that we want to look at.
Austin: Oh, really? I mean, come on. You're not just saying that to make me happier than I already am?
Carrie: I mean it. We need to find a home.
Austin: And if we do find a place soon, I mean, we could be settled in. I can get the nursery painted. I could get the crib put together all before the baby gets here, and it'll be perfect.
Carrie: Exactly. [Laughs]
Austin: How many rooms do you want?
Carrie: [Exhales] I don't know, four? Don't you think? I mean, I would like one to double as an office, so I could work from home and be there all the time. I mean, I don't want to miss a thing.
Austin: And you know my schedule is flexible, so I'm gonna be around to help, 'cause I don't want to miss a thing either.
Carrie: Wow, I've dreamed of this for so long.
Austin: You're gonna be an amazing mother. You know that?
Carrie: And you're gonna be an amazing dad.
Austin: I can't believe it. I mean, I am so in love with this baby already.
Austin: Oh, hey. So we have a big, big, big question here.
Austin: Do we want to be surprised or do we want to know if it's a boy or a girl? What do you want?
Carrie: I don't know. I mean, we have a while. What do you think?
Austin: I want whatever you want. But I was thinking, the theme in the nursery--a bears theme.
Carrie: Bears? Great, like, teddy bears? Winnie the pooh, what?
Austin: No, no, no, no. Like, you know, Chicago Bears. And I know what you're saying. You're saying, "what about if we have a girl?" But then I was thinking some girls like football too. Am I right?
Carrie: Yeah. Yeah, I like football.
Austin: I know you do. And I'm kidding. I want you to pick out the theme.
Carrie: You get a vote, Dad. We're in this 100% together.
Austin: Carrie... [Exhales] Having this baby is not just a fresh start for us. It's the start of the best of life. The best of the rest of our lives.
Sami: Dad, why haven't you told us that we can leave? Is, um-- is she making things difficult?
Lucas: Then what's the holdup?
Roman: [Sighs] Will can't leave because his gunpowder residue test came back positive.
