Lucas: I heard the way you sounded on the phone, and I knew I had to get here as soon as I could.
Lucas: What do you mean "why"? You needed me. No matter how much time goes by, no matter what's happened between us, you'll always be the mother of my kids. And God help me, Sami, but I... I still love you.
Sami: I love you, too.
Lucas: And I want you to know that I meant what I said. You know, you're not alone in this anymore. I'm here for you.
Sami: Thank you. You got to know, it's been really hard for me. I mean, I just felt like no one was on my side--Rafe and will and my mom and... it just means--it means a lot to me that you dropped everything and came all this way just to... just to help me. Thank you.
[Cell phone ringing]
Lucas: Get that really quick.
Sami: Whoa, oh.
Lucas: No, no, no, Sami, let me see that. Come here.
Sami: Who's that-- your secretary? [Sniffles]
Lucas: No, no, that's, uh... that's my fiancé.
Sami: Your what?
Abigail: I can't believe this. The four of you decided to take the same vacation on the same day. That's crazy!
Melanie: Isn't that crazy?
Carrie: Oh, well, the weather is perfect for skiing. The powder is insane, and now we have friends here. This is fantastic. This is gonna be great!
Abigail: Oh. [Laughs]
Madison: You know when you showed up here...
Madison: [Laughs] And I saw you standing at the door, I actually thought that you came to tell me all the mean things that you forgot to say to me when you were yelling at me this morning.
Brady: Let's not--let's not go there, all right? Let's not even talk about it. What matters is--is I'm here, and you're here.
Madison: Hey. Ian's really not gonna like this.
Brady: Ian? Who's--who's Ian? I never heard of him. [Laughs] Do I know an--an Ian?
Kate: You're early.
Ian: You're welcome.
Kate: I wasn't even sure you'd show up.
Ian: Why should I ignore an invitation from you?
Kate: Keep me off-balance... put me in my place, things like that.
Ian: If I'm so bad, why did you even call me?
Kate: Because I owe you.
Ian: Ah, for telling you that Samantha was spying on you and reporting back to Madison? Like I said, my gift to you.
Kate: Hmm. Well, I spoke to her, and I laid out the groundwork.
Ian: Does she know you know everything?
Kate: No. No, and she won't, not up until the moment the ax falls. Revenge is sweet.
Ian: Delicious. I couldn't agree more.
Abigail: So do you guys want to maybe do dinner or something?
Austin: I don't mean to be rude, but I booked a table for two for Carrie and me tonight. We've both been so busy, and this weekend was our chance to get away alone together, you know? Remember?
Madison: I love that you're not afraid of Ian, but you do need to take him seriously.
Brady: Why, because he has a walking stick?
Brady: He has a walking stick.
Madison: [Laughs] That's so funny. No, because he's ruthless, Brady. I mean it. And he doesn't let anything stand in his way when he wants something.
Brady: Mm. It might surprise you to find out that people have actually said the same thing about me.
Madison: Mm, yeah.
Madison: Yeah, but you-- you have a heart, and you care about people's feelings and stuff. [Laughs]
Brady: Hold on a second. I care about some people's feelings--some people's. Look, I'm not saying I'm not gonna take Ian seriously. I just--I happen to know who's gonna lose in this scenario. It's not gonna be me.
Kate: You do have a plan, don't you? I mean, that's why you told me about your wife and Sami. Come on, you can fill me in. It's not like I'm gonna tell anyone.
Ian: You're the one who asked me here. You have something on your mind. So, if you didn't confront her, what did you say to Sami?
Kate: Well, I called her, and I asked her to come over to the house. When she arrived, I could see that she'd been crying.
Ian: Oh. That makes it better.
Kate: Mm. Well, you should have seen her face when I told her there was a mole in the operation. She tried to look surprised and shocked, but I knew she was panicking.
Ian: I was telling you the truth.
Kate: I know you were. I asked her to help me ferret out the traitor.
Ian: [Chuckles] That's wonderful.
Kate: Yeah, well, I can't wait to get back to work and see her rushing around, trying to deflect attention from herself.
Ian: And then you're just gonna wait, bide your time, and then pounce... like a Black widow spider. So that's why I'm here, so I can congratulate you on your cleverness?
Kate: No. I wanted to give you fair warning.
Ian: I don't care what happens to her.
Kate: Well, you shouldn't, but Sami wasn't working alone. It was your charming wife who put all of this into motion, and I'm sure she ran it by Brady Black, since he was heading Titan when she came up with the plan. So I'm going to nail all three of them. Hope you don't mind visiting your wife in prison. I think they're all going to look quite lovely in those orange jumpsuits.
Sami: You are engaged, and you didn't even tell me?
Lucas: Well, Sami, when we talk, you know, it's usually about you.
Sami: What about your kids? You don't think that will and Allie have a right to find out that their dad's thinking about getting married again?
Lucas: Yes, they're kids, and that's why I'm going to tell them in person.
Sami: Okay, then what about me? I'm a grown-up.
Lucas: Well, yeah, sometimes you are.
Sami: I'm not gonna let you make a joke out of this. This is serious. I'm just--
Lucas: What, what, what? You feeling a little jealous? Is that it?
Sami: Oh, get over yourself! I'm a married woman.
Lucas: Really? All right, how much advance notice did you give me about Rafe, huh? None. So why don't you just calm down, say, "congratulations," or I'll start to think that you can't stand that I have a life that doesn't revolve around you.
Sami: [Scoffs] Excuse me? I'm upset because your life doesn't revolve around me? Since when?
Lucas: You know I love you, right? So I'm gonna say this in the nicest way possible. You do kind of think that you're the center of the universe. You know that.
Sami: Excuse me, but you are the father of two of my kids, and I found out by accident that you are thinking about getting married. And you don't think I have a right to a reaction?
Lucas: I hope you know that I'm here because I care. And I know I moved halfway around the world and left you with 98% of the responsibility of our kids--
Sami: I didn't say that.
Lucas: Well, I did, because it's the truth. But I'm here for you now, all right? You're not alone in this anymore.
Sami: Aw. It's you and me and miss October.
Lucas: Autumn, Sami. Her name is autumn.
Sami: Yeah, and I'm alone, just like always. [Sighs]
Kate: I think I would have been a fool to just leave it at Sami. I mean, she was just a foot soldier. But you'll be gratified to know that I'm not going after Titan, even though you do own Mad World. But your wife's company, however, will be a smoldering heap when I'm through with it.
Ian: That's a very ambitious plan. Bringing down Brady and Madison is not gonna be easy.
Kate: No, I don't think so. I just have to gather the evidence. I'll leave the heavy lifting to the prosecutor. I'm just gonna sit back and watch the show.
Ian: You've been doing a lot of thinking since I left you this morning.
Kate: Yes! Yes, I have, and since you got the ball rolling, I just thought I would give you a heads-up, because when Mad World goes down, Titan will suffer a large financial loss. But it has to be done.
Ian: You're leaving?
Kate: Well, I've said what I had to say.
Ian: You know, Madison is not just my employee. She is also my wife.
Kate: Yes, I was aware of that when you told me about what she was up to.
Ian: Well, just out of curiosity, when you said you were going to throw her in jail, what did you expect my reaction to be?
Madison: Mmm, Mr. Black.
Madison: Champagne at this hour of the morning?
Madison: Oh, I like it.
Brady: I thought--you know, hey, I thought we should celebrate, 'cause it's kind of like a new beginning for us, right? So here you go.
Madison: Thank you.
Brady: You're welcome.
Madison: [Laughing] There's something in my champagne...
Brady: What's that? Oh, thank God you didn't swallow it--that would've been bad.
Madison: Besides champagne.
Madison: Oh. You had this with you when you showed up here?
Brady: I did not. I forgot about it.
Madison: You did!
Brady: I was getting dressed. It was in my pocket. I pulled it out. It was in with my change.
Madison: You knew, what-- this was gonna work out the whole time?
Brady: I had hopes, yeah. I thought my chances were pretty good. I mean, who knows? You might even, you know, wear it this time... you know, put it on your finger and everything. Madison?
Melanie: Well, I'm sure that Abigail didn't know you guys were planning your getaway weekend here, or else she never would have suggested that we come as well, right, Abigail?
Abigail: Right, right. Like I said, I thought you guys were going someplace tropical.
Melanie: Oops! [Laughs]
Melanie: We're not gonna interrupt you guys, so we're just gonna get going. We're gonna grab our skis--
Carrie: Oh, don't be silly. Please, we have plenty of time to ourselves. You guys, you're gonna love this place.
Carrie: It's always been really special for Austin and me, and they just did a big renovation, so it's even better than it was before.
Austin: We hope.
Carrie: Yeah, and we're in the new wing, which is really great.
Abigail: I guess that means that we are in the old wing.
Carrie: Not so good?
Abigail: No, it's fine. It's just the rooms are kind of showing their age, right?
Melanie: No, the rooms are really nice.
Carrie: Well, why don't you take a look at ours? We--we could switch.
Carrie: Hey, hey, the girls are unhappy, and I actually like the old rooms. We spent a very romantic week in one of those rooms.
Austin: I remember.
Carrie: So come on. Come to our room. Let me know what you think.
Abigail: Sure. Yeah, that would be great.
Austin: No, you know what? You know, you and Melanie go. I don't like the looks of your skis, Abigail.
Abigail: I think they're fine.
Austin: No, no, no, wait a minute. Oh, no, these are shot. These are shot. Whoever waxed these skis had no idea what he was doing. I think we got to take them back to the rental desk and, uh, switch 'em out.
Austin: So you guys go.
Austin: Go ahead.
Carrie: Go--yeah, uh, Melanie and I will go back to the room, and then we'll come back here and let you know what we think.
Carrie: You ready?
Melanie: Oh, yeah, I-- we're--I'm just gonna--
Austin: See ya. What the hell do you think that you're doing, Abigail?
Carrie: Here we go. It's nice, huh?
Melanie: Yeah. Why would you ever want to give this up?
Carrie: Oh, I'm kind of sentimental about the old rooms.
Carrie: Wow. I still can't believe that you and Abigail just happened to show up here the same weekend we did.
Melanie: Weird, right?
Carrie: Yeah. Well, I'm glad that we have a minute to talk. I wanted to ask you how Abigail's doing?
Melanie: What do you mean?
Carrie: You know about the guy, the one that dumped her?
Melanie: Yes. Yes.
Carrie: She--she was really upset. Is she feeling any better?
Melanie: She is still working through some things with that.
Carrie: [Chuckles] What does that mean? She's not thinking about getting back together with him?
Melanie: No! No. [Laughs] I hope not.
Abigail: You know exactly why I'm here, Austin.
Austin: I'm just curious. I mean, how did you do it? Did you follow us here? Did you hack into my computer and check the reservation? Because this is really out of bounds, Abigail. Do you understand? This is a little sick.
Abigail: What is? What is? Wanting to remind you that even if you leave that I don't just disappear? That is not sick, Austin. What you and I shared--what we had together was beautiful, and you--
Austin: Listen, public place.
Abigail: Who cares? It's not like I'm saying anything that isn't true, and you know it. I will not be some girl that you just hooked up with.
Austin: Abigail, you have to stop this.
Abigail: Admit it--you got jealous when you saw me with Quinn, didn't you?
Austin: I was worried about you. I was worried about you because the guys is--he's--he's bad. He's a bad--
Abigail: No, Austin, you can't have it both ways.
Austin: I don't want it both ways! [Sighs]
Abigail: Then why are you trying to fix your marriage when you know you still have feelings for me?
Austin: Right. Feelings of concern. The night that we were together, I was so drunk, I don't even remember it.
Abigail: Well, I do. I remember it. I remember every minute-- every second--every detail.
Austin: Abigail, the night was a mistake, and I'm sorry to tell you this, but I will regret it for the rest of my life.
Abigail: No, that is not true! How can you say that? That's not true.
Austin: I can say it because I love my wife, and here's what you need to understand--there is nothing between you and me. Do you understand me?
Lucas: I came all this way-- all this way, and you still think you're all alone?
Sami: Well, it feels like that.
Lucas: It feels like that. Why? 'Cause I'm engaged? Forget it--I'm out of here. I can't do this with you right now.
Sami: You're leaving?
Lucas: What's the point of sticking around, Sami? I came to see you, the Sami I used to remember. I mean, maybe I knocked on the wrong door or something, because you look like Sami, but you're a pale imitation of the one I remember.
Sami: Oh, stop, all right? That's not funny.
Lucas: It's not meant to be funny--it's serious. The Sami I remember wouldn't just sit in her apartment, crying about--about being alone and not getting what she wants. She'd do something about it. She wouldn't let anyone take anything away from her.
Sami: Well, that Sami didn't have four kids, you know, and no husband. And that Sami wouldn't work for your mother--that's for sure.
Sami: That's amusing to you?
Lucas: Well, yeah, a little bit. I was just thinking about when I first met you and how we joined forces to break up Carrie and Austin and all those crazy things you used to do. It was unbelievable.
Sami: Okay, you did plenty of crazy things, too.
Sami: But a lot has changed. Will wasn't even born yet, and now he's going to college. I can't be that girl again. I don't even want to be.
Lucas: Oh, you know what? Maybe it's a good thing, because I forgot to pack my bazooka.
Sami: Really? 'Cause from here, it feels like you got in a few good shots.
Lucas: [Laughs] [Both laugh] I got a couple of good shots in.
Lucas: Just a couple.
Lucas: Come on.
Lucas: Come on.
Sami: I didn't think anyone was gonna be able to make me laugh today.
Lucas: Well, you know, you are the real deal. And that's a big part of the reason why I came back.
Madison: I believe this is a new beginning for us, and... I know this ring is a symbol of that.
Brady: Uh-huh, it is, but?
Madison: Mm... if I wear it, then I'm asking for trouble.
Brady: From Ian, right?
Madison: He's furious already as it is, Brady, and if I put this on, then I'm going to be embarrassing him publicly, and he will not tolerate that.
Brady: Let me tell you something. I know you're worried about him. That's fine, but we're gonna work this thing out together-- you and me.
Brady: I don't want to talk about that right now.
Madison: What do you want to talk about?
Brady: Let's talk about how many kids we're gonna have. What are you--what are you thinking?
Madison: Kids? [Laughs]
Ian: You can go after this Samantha person. You can make her regret the day she was born, but, uh... you can leave Madison to me.
Kate: Why? What happens if I don't?
Ian: You're a smart lady. You can figure that one out yourself.
Madison: [Laughing] "Kids"?
Brady: Plural, kids.
Madison: [Laughing] Oh.
Brady: Look, I know--look, a lot of people think it's sensible to stop at two, but I'm thinking with a gene pool, you know, like ours, it's our duty to society to have a brood of children.
Madison: Oh, well, okay, as the bearer of this brood, how many children are we talking about exactly?
Brady: I'm thinking at least five.
Brady: Yeah, five.
Brady: We could do six.
Madison: You want five children?
Brady: No, you know what? We could do a whole softball team--that'd be kind of fun.
Brady: Every position.
Madison: You stop.
Brady: I have to get going, actually.
Brady: Mwah. Got to go.
Madison: Why? Why, why, why?
Brady: I'll tell you why, because I got things that I want to put in motion. I got a lot to do today.
Madison: Yeah, like what things?
Madison: What secret?
Brady: You know what? I'm taking a look at this, and this is beautiful.
Brady: Are you sure you don't want this? I mean, last chance.
Brady: Are you sure?
Madison: I want it. I want it a lot. Oh. And listen to me, okay?
Brady: I'm listening.
Madison: Getting in Ian's face--it's not the way to handle him. Okay?
Madison: So just be cool. And, uh--and we'll deal with it. Everything will be fine.
Kate: You dropped this in my lap. I told you to prepare for the worst. Did you think I was just going to address half the issue? I'm not going to allow Madison to continue to hire people to destroy me.
Ian: She was trying to ruin your business. You're talking about ruining her personally.
Kate: And that's a surprise to you?
Ian: No, it's not. But it doesn't mean I have to be on board.
Kate: No, you don't have to be on board. You just need to get out of the way.
Ian: Interesting words, especially coming from you. Remind me exactly of a little speech you gave to me some years ago. Do I have to remind you what happened after that last little stand on your soapbox? I didn't think so.
Brady: I will call you later.
Madison: You had better.
Brady: I'm gonna.
Brady: This is all gonna work out, you know... all of it. See ya.
Madison: Bye. [Sighs happily] [Chuckles]
Abigail: So you say you're with Carrie now?
Austin: That's right.
Abigail: You guys are-- you guys are, like, committed?
Austin: No, no, no, we're not "like" anything. She is my wife. I love her. That has never stopped, Abigail.
Abigail: Good. Good, so then it--it doesn't bother you that the two of them got so close, her and Rafe, that she turned to him, instead of to you? That just--that never happened?
Austin: Abby, I don't know how to get through to you.
Abigail: Because I seem to remember that you were really upset about it that night in your office. Sami and Rafe split up, Austin. They're not together anymore. And if Carrie did this to you once before, then she can certainly do it again. Actually, she--she did do it before, didn't she?
Austin: You need to stop.
Abigail: Listen, I came here to remind you what we had, what we can have again, if you would just let us. I know that you want to think that you and Carrie are fine and everything is perfect, but it's not. How could it be? How could it be? Because this is real. What we have, what we feel for each other is real, Austin. I would never turn on you like that, never. I would never do that to you, because I love you. I love you so much.
Melanie: [Clears throat]
Austin: Oh! Hey, look who's back.
Melanie: We're back.
Kate: So you're ready to go to the mat for Madison. Why is that?
Ian: She is my wife.
Kate: Hmm. I just can't imagine you married to someone like that.
Kate: Oh. You think you're in love with her.
Ian: One usually loves the person one marries.
Kate: Hmm. Usually, but you see, I don't think you're capable of loving anyone like that. You don't put out your neck for nobody.
Ian: Oh, I can do that... if it's to my advantage. Oh. So I assume I've made my point very clearly. Sami is yours... but that is it.
Lucas: Hurry up.
Sami: Oh, okay, okay. God! Hey, so does Kate know about your fiancée?
Lucas: Yeah, yeah, she does. Why?
Sami: Oh, that's weird.
Lucas: Why, that I told my mom?
Sami: I assumed you'd talk about that. No, it's weird that she hasn't rubbed it in to me, you know, that you have another woman.
Lucas: I don't want to go there--let's just have a nice lunch, okay? And be nice.
Lucas: Oh, I can't believe it--this place never changes.
Kayla: I don't believe it! Lucas!
Lucas: Yeah, what are you doing here?
Kayla: No, you first. Welcome back.
Lucas: Oh, thanks. It's really good to see you.
Kayla: You too.
Lucas: You look great.
Sami: Aunt Kayla's helping out, because grandma's doctor said that she needs more rest.
Kayla: Yeah, so I thought I'd help out for a while. So how long are you here for?
Lucas: Um, I--uh, I don't know yet. I don't know yet. Sami's got to go away on business, so I thought I'd stick around, help out with the kids, you know, be a dad.
Kayla: That's great. You know what? And if you need anything, please, don't hesitate to ask me.
Sami: Of course. You're the best.
Kayla: Yes, thank you. All right, let me get you guys some drinks. What do you want?
Sami: Diet soda.
Lucas: Uh, that'll be double diet soda.
Kayla: Okay, and when I get back, we're gonna toast to my, uh--the return of my favorite nephew-in-law, yeah.
Lucas: That's me.
Kayla: Oh, oh, ex, yeah.
Lucas: Did you hear that? You hear that? [Clears throat] What?
Sami: I don't know. I can't believe I'm looking at you. I can't believe you're in the Brady pub--oh, my God.
Lucas: I am in the Brady pub, yeah.
Lucas: You know, I figured I should be here for will. He deserves more than a dad who's just on the phone.
Sami: [Sighs] You don't have to keep doing that.
Lucas: What, doing what?
Sami: Reminding me of the reason that you're here, so I don't get the wrong idea. I get it, okay? Point taken. What? You don't believe me?
Lucas: Let's just say I know you very well.
Ian: No, my dear, not Brady.
Austin: So what did you guys decide to do about the room?
Melanie: Uh, we're fine right where we are.
Austin: Oh, great, great. Well, let's go up, then.
Abigail: What are you guys doing this afternoon?
Austin: Look, maybe we'll run into you out on the slopes.
Carrie: See you later.
Austin: Okay? Yeah, remember what I said--get those skis exchanged, okay?
Melanie: Well, I will help her get them--we'll--okay? Okay, all right. Okay, listen, not only did you lie to me, but you have completely lost your mind.
Abigail: Oh, my God. Look, I know that you think that it's crazy, but I... I-I just--I love him.
Melanie: Okay, Abigail, let's--let's forget for one second that you blatantly used me to--to set up this plan. What you're doing is so crazy. What were you hoping would happen--that Austin would see you and leave his wife?
Abigail: No, he can't just keep lying to her like this, Melanie. It's not good for her or him.
Melanie: Abby... oh. Okay, you're the one who's lying--not just to me, but to yourself. Austin and Carrie came up here for one reason, and it wasn't to go skiing.
Abigail: Well, that's too bad, 'cause I came here for the same reason.
Austin: After you, darling.
Carrie: Thank you. Are you sure we shouldn't change the dinner reservation to a table for four?
Austin: Absolutely not.
Carrie: I don't want to hurt their feelings.
Austin: You know what, Carrie? You're such a sweet, loving person, but did it ever occur to you that maybe they don't want to waste their time with an old, crusty couple like us?
Austin: Come on, and besides, I'm gonna be selfish, okay? I just want to have dinner alone with you.
Carrie: Mm. Does it bother you that Abigail and Melanie are here?
Austin: [Laughs] I don't know what you're talk-- do I seem bothered to you?
Carrie: A little bit, I guess.
Austin: No, you know what it is? I just--I don't want to think about anyone else-- anyone else this weekend, but you.
Carrie: Mm. After what Abigail's been through, I hope she can find someone nice... like I did.
Lucas: All right, so everything is all right there? Well, good. Good. I love you. Ooh, ow--honey, I'm gonna hold you to that. Don't you worry. [Chuckles] Okay. All right, I'll talk to you soon. Ah, sorry.
Sami: Uh, how is winter handling all of this?
Lucas: Autumn is handling it fine. She knows it's best for the kids--thank you.
Sami: She seems very understanding.
Lucas: She is. She is very understanding. You should give it a try sometime.
Sami: All right, do me a favor. Give me a time frame on how long you're going to continue to give me grief.
Lucas: Oh, that's so hard to say.
Kayla: Here we go. One for you.
Sami: Thank you, Aunt Kayla.
Kayla: Here you are.
Lucas: Come on, sit with us, Kayla, if you would.
Kayla: I can't--you know, the lunch rush is about to start.
Sami: Oh, need any help?
Kayla: You know what? That would be great! Come on.
Sami: Oh. All right. Chowder?
Lucas: Yeah, please. Uh, am I gonna need a food taster for that?
Sami: [Chuckles] You'll just have to wait and see.
Lucas: Ah, come on.
Lucas: Be nice. [Grunts] Let's see. [Clears throat] Hey, what's happening? Yeah, I'm in the states. I was thinking we could schedule a meeting.
Kate: Oh, my God.
Lucas: We could do that. We could take in a Bulls game.
Lucas: I got to call you back. All right, bye.
Kate: [Laughing] Oh, God.
Kate: I can't believe it! Oh, my--
Lucas: You look great.
Kate: What are you doing here? What--what--
Lucas: Well, you know...
Sami: All right, Lucas. Hey, so I got, um, chowder, and I got some extra crackers for you, 'cause I know those are your... favorite. Hey, Kate.
Lucas: Looks good.
Ian: You and I need to talk.
Madison: About what?
Ian: About something that I found. Is your Mr. Black aware that bigamy is a crime in this state?
Madison: Ian... you don't love me. And I don't love you. I really don't get why you insist on keeping this pointless marriage going.
Ian: How many times do we have to have this conversation? You know me better than that. I don't give away what's rightfully mine so easily.
Madison: I'm not your property. Look, Brady and I love each other, and we're gonna be together, whether you like it or don't like it, whether you divorce me or don't.
Ian: I don't like it. You can be sure of that.
Madison: Well, it's not the 1800s anymore. You can't force me to stay married to you.
Ian: True. Technically, you're free to do whatever you want, but, uh... do I have to remind you that, uh, actions... are followed by consequences?
Carrie: It's been a long time since you and I took a shower together. You should do that more often.
Austin: I've never stopped loving you. You know that?
Carrie: I do know that. Even when times were tough with us, I never doubted that.
Austin: Yeah. It's really... really important to me that you know that.
Carrie: I told you, I do.
Melanie: Okay. Abigail, I am older than you, and I have a lot of experience doing really, really inappropriate things to try and get guys, okay? So you're gonna listen to me, okay?
Melanie: This isn't okay. This is not okay. We--we're gonna check out of here, and we're gonna go back to Salem.
Melanie: We can be back in a couple of hours.
Abigail: No. No, Melanie, I'm not going.
Melanie: Abigail, yes, we-- okay, um... what are you trying to accomplish?
Abigail: I just want to show Austin that he doesn't have to stay in a marriage that's destroyed.
Melanie: Abby, Carrie was upstairs asking me if you're okay. She's worried about you, and you're trying to ruin her marriage?
Abigail: Carrie doesn't love him, Melanie. Carrie doesn't love him--I do. I care about him. I want to show him that I believe in us, that we can have a future together. I have to stay, so you go back to Salem if you want, but I'm not. I'm staying.
Sami: Doesn't he look great? Oh, my gosh, Kate, you must have been so surprised to see him here.
Kate: I--"surprised" can't even begin to describe it.
Kate: So when did you arrive? I--are you staying in a hotel? Because you can stay with me. [Laughs] Tell me, tell me, tell me that you're just not gonna be here for a few days.
Lucas: Just relax, all right? Calm down. I'll stick around for a while.
Kate: I can't believe it. You and Austin are in town at the same time.
Lucas: Yeah, crazy, huh? That's right.
Kate: Yeah. So, um, I assume that the two of you ran into each other here.
Lucas: No. No, no, we, uh--we came together.
Sami: I was just helping Kayla in the kitchen for a second.
Lucas: Yeah, together. She's having a tough time. I'm gonna be here for the kids for her.
Sami: You know, because of Rafe.
Kate: Okay, let me get this straight. You came back to see her? Are you gonna let this little bitch get her hooks into you again?
Brady: No, you heard me right. I'm looking for a divorce lawyer. Well, the best one you can find, actually, so I'd like you to get a list on my desk in the morning, if possible. All right.
Ian: You're right. There's nothing I can do to stop you from divorcing me, but there is something that I can do. Brady Black was the head of Titan when you sent your friend Sami into Kate's company to spy on her and report back to you.
Madison: I did that on your advice, Ian, and you know it. Brady had nothing to do about it. He didn't even know, and when he found out, he hated the idea.
Ian: Nevertheless, legally he is responsible for any decision that was made under his watch.
Madison: What are you gonna do to him?
Ian: Well, now that I'm the head of Titan, it should be quite simple to gather enough evidence to implicate him. Ah, white-collar crime-- that really is quite a misnomer. Prison is prison.
Madison: You set me up, didn't you? You set this whole thing up. You are such a hateful bastard.
Ian: I am. You're right. And you're a girl... a girl with a decision to make. How much do you love Brady Black? You better think long and hard.
