Abby: Who was at the door?
Jennifer: Oh. Just a-- a messenger.
Abby: Aren't you gonna open that?
Jennifer: Yeah. I actually wanted to talk to you first about this.
Abby: Uh-oh. Nothing good ever follows that sentence.
Jennifer: Well, uh... these are from your Uncle Justin's office. I had him draw up these papers because I have decided to divorce your father.
Melanie: Hey, I'm headin' out.
Daniel: Yeah? Where you going?
Melanie: I'm going to the police station to check on that guy that tried to rob me.
Daniel: Really? Yeah, well, why don't I go with you?
Melanie: Uh, that's not necessary.
Daniel: Oh, the hell it isn't. That little weasel tried to rip off my little girl? It's time to rip his head off.
Gabi: Yeah, but he's a good person, Mr. Kiriakis. He's just had bad luck. I mean, he has a good heart, I swear.
Justin: Gabi, your brother has a pretty long list of priors here.
Gabi: Yeah, but they're all misdemeanors.
Justin: True, but... with this kind of history, it's gonna be very tough to get these charges to just go away.
Gabi: But not impossible, right?
Will: Gabi, he stole a $1,000 pair of earrings from you. Not to mention he stole from a bunch of other people.
Gabi: I know what he did, Will, but he's my brother and I need to help him. I can't turn my back on him.
McCarthy: Your lawyer's here to see you.
Dario: Thanks for coming.
Man: You do realize the extent of my legal knowledge amounts to watching Law & Order.
Dario: That's not why I asked you to come. I don't need a lawyer.
Man: No? You like wearing those shiny bracelets?
Dario: This? I don't give a damn about this. I'll figure this out. What I need from you is more important. So tell me... do you have what I asked for?
Chad: EJ. Oh, sorry. Didn't mean to sneak up on you.
EJ: What can I do for you, Chad?
Chad: Came to see Stefano. You know where he is?
Rafe 2: Where's Rafe?
Stefano: Our dear friend is no longer with us.
Rafe 2: What happened? Did you kill him?
Gabi: So...will you take Dario's case?
Justin: I can't promise any miracles... but I'll do the best I can.
Gabi: Oh, thank you so much, Mr. Kiriakis. You don't know how much this means to me. We should probably call Rafe, right, to let him know.
Will: Yeah, sure.
Gabi: Yeah. But he probably won't even care, right?
Justin: Why would you say that?
Gabi: Well...you probably know, Mr. Kiriakis, about the accident. He hasn't been himself lately. Anyway, not completely.
Justin: Yeah. I heard he had some memory loss.
Gabi: Well, it's a little bit more than that. It's just, his personality, it's...so different. When he saw Dario, he was just so cool and distant, like if Dario was a complete stranger.
Stefano: Rafael is not dead. He's just been removed to a different place to start his life anew.
Rafe 2: Yeah, what, you ship him off to Siberia?
Stefano: That is none of your concern.
Rafe 2: Oh, well...it kinda is, um...'cause, see, I'm walking around with the guy's face, and I wouldn't wanna just bump into him on the street, you know? Be a little awkward.
Stefano: Oh. Well, I assure you, that is not a problem, because he has disappeared for good, hey? Which is what happens to someone who displeases me. You should keep that in mind.
EJ: Father's not here, Chad. I'll tell him you stopped by.
Chad: Well...do you know when he'll be back?
EJ: Next time why don't you just call before you come over, and that way you won't have a wasted trip. I'm a little bit busy, Chad, so if you don't mind... is there anything else that I can do for you?
Chad: [Cockney accent] Oh, no, no, no. I wouldn't want to take up any more of your precious time.
Taylor: What's going on down here?
Jennifer: And, um...that's the hard part for me... is putting my children through pain and this hurting you.
Abby: Actually... it--it doesn't hurt me at all. I'm relieved. Like I said before, you have every right to dump his sorry ass.
Jennifer: Please, can you not...talk about your dad like that? He is still your father, please.
Abby: He's also an irresponsible jerk... and I'm glad that you've decided to get on with your life. What finally changed your mind?
Jennifer: Uh...I don't know, you know. A--a lot of things. I just--I was out with a friend, and I had a really good time, and I was laughing, and it was great. And I just feel like I have wasted the last several months. I have put my life on hold for a man who doesn't love me. And I-I can't do that anymore.
Abby: And you shouldn't have to, Mom. You deserve...so much better.
Jennifer: Yeah. And you know what, so do you and your brother. And I wanna be a great role model for my children. And I wanna be so strong. I don't want to wallow in self-pity.
Abby: Mom! You never wallow. You have been great through all this. Strong and--and brave. I look up to you, Mom. I always have and I always will.
Jennifer: Thank you. I knew there was a reason... I loved having you around here.
Abby: So, uh... so what happens now? I mean, uh... won't you need Dad to sign some papers?
Jennifer: No. Actually, I don't, because he's impossible to track down. So they're giving me an ex parte divorce, which means he doesn't have to participate, but it'll take a little bit longer.
Abby: Well, uh... if there's anything I can do to help...
Jennifer: Uh... there actually is one thing. I don't want you to tell our family about this. I mean, I know that they would be very supportive.
Abby: But they will also be a little suffocating, right? Caring too much?
Jennifer: Yeah. Little bit. [Laughs] So if we could just keep this between you and me and your brother right now, it'd be great.
Abby: Yeah, you got it, Mom.
Jennifer: Oh, I love you so much, sweetie.
Abby: I love you too. And I'm really, really proud of you, Mom. You're really doing the right thing.
Melanie: What are you gonna do, beat him up and get thrown into jail?
Daniel: No, I'm not gonna beat him up. I'm just going to...scare him a little bit.
Melanie: Yeah, well, okay, here's the thing. I've already kind of handled him, so if I show up with my daddy there to protect me...
Daniel: Not so good?
Melanie: Street cred.
Daniel: All right. Well, you let me know what happens, okay?
Melanie: I will.
Daniel: All right. You hold your own, okay?
Melanie: I will.
Daniel: Fake first, go the other way, whatever you need to do, all right?
Melanie: Yes, sir. Love you, Dad.
Daniel: I love you too, babe. Bye. Ah...
Justin: Are you sure? Okay. We'll be there in about ten minutes, so we'll figure it out then. Okay. Thank you. Gabi, are you sure that Dario doesn't already have an attorney?
Gabi: No. Not that I know of. Why? What's going on?
Justin: Well, there seems to be some confusion down at the station. But we'll just deal with it when we get there. Will, um...I can clear Gabi to see her brother, but--
Will: No, that's okay. I'll just--I'll wait outside.
Gabi: No, I mean... what if we take a while? Why don't we just meet up? I'll call you.
Will: Are you sure?
Gabi: Yeah. I-I'll be fine.
Justin: Okay. Let's go.
Dario: Come on, man! I've given you plenty of cash!
Man: With dirty money, Hernandez.
Dario: There's no way it can be traced back to you.
Man: Forget it. I'm done.
Dario: But the information--
Man: I tried my best. Came up with nada. You're on your own now, kid.
Dario: I can't do this on my own! Wait! Damn it!
Stefano: I managed to pick up some more Intel on, uh, Dario Hernandez. Make sure that you memorize this backwards and forwards.
Rafe 2: Well, there's no need. The loser's in jail. It's like the perfect opportunity.
Stefano: Don't be a fool! You've got to go see the little criminal to prove to him that you are the brother that he grew up with.
Rafe 2: I thought you wanted me to stay away from him!
Stefano: Not until you have convinced him you are his Hermano.
Rafe 2: Sounds like a waste of time to me. But on second thought, a little refresher course could be good. Yep.
Taylor: Was that Nicole that stormed out of here?
EJ: No. No, it was my brother. Your sister left a little while ago.
Taylor: Oh. Where'd she go?
EJ: Running errands, apparently. She wasn't very specific.
Taylor: Right. Uh... I should be going too.
EJ: Look, um... Taylor. We have the house to ourselves. I think it's about time you and I had a little chat...don't you?
Jennifer: I didn't expect to see you here back so soon after I beat you in that dart game. I thought you'd be hiding your head in shame. Unless, of course, you're back for a rematch, which I'm up for.
Daniel: No, no, no, no. Maybe, uh, maybe some other time.
Jennifer: I'm sorry. This is serious.
Daniel: Jennifer, there's been a mistake.
Jennifer: A mistake?
Daniel: Well, not a mistake that you've made. I'm sure this is the right decision for you.
Jennifer: What are you talking about?
Daniel: Your divorce.
Jennifer: My divorce? Have you talked to Abby?
Daniel: No, no, no. I haven't talked to her at all.
Jennifer: Then how would you even know that I'm--
Daniel: This was delivered to me today. It was meant for you.
Abby: Oh! Ah... great...good going, Abigail.
Will: Hey. Uh, do you need help?
Abby: No. I'm fine.
Will: Um...I don't think so.
Abby: [Laughs] You're right. [Laughs] I'm not fine at all. In fact... my life's a mess. A horrible, depressing mess.
Jennifer: Uh...please, sit down. How did you end up with my divorce papers?
Daniel: Well, looks like there's been a bit of a mix-up. You see, I hired Justin to be my lawyer as well.
Jennifer: Oh! Okay. For you and Chloe.
Daniel: Yep. Yep.
Jennifer: So these... these must be yours.
Daniel: Yeah, indeed.
Jennifer: You know, Justin said that he hired a new secretary, so she probably just put the wrong papers in the--
Daniel: Yeah. So much for confidentiality. And, you know, don't worry. I'm not gonna say anything to anybody about your divorce, so--
Jennifer: Thank you.
Jennifer: And same here.
Daniel: Oh, uh, thank you.
Jennifer: But you know, now that we've...broached the subject, how are you feeling?
Daniel: Well, I'm, uh... I'm sad, of course. I, uh...alternate between being angry and, uh... I guess I feel a little responsible.
Jennifer: Wait. Why--why do you feel responsible?
Daniel: Well, I mean, only an idiot couldn't have seen how much Chloe was hurting, right? I mean, she was insecure, and I'm just, you know, oblivious and I--
Jennifer: Wait a minute. But that doesn't excuse what she did. Why didn't she come to you if she was feeling insecure? Why would she go to another man?
Daniel: Uh, because, you know, he's an old friend and she needed support.
Jennifer: Oh, come on--
Daniel: Okay, look, you know, now that I've got the benefit of perspective, I realize I could have prevented this entire thing from spiraling downward... if I'd just been more attentive, maybe more, um... loving.
Jennifer: You know what? You're wrong. It is not perspective. It's what you said before. You're an idiot.
Stefano: My God, you are an idiot.
Rafe 2: What's with you?
Stefano: What's with me? You are a total screw-up! That is what. You should have had this memorized by now.
Rafe 2: Yeah, well, how did I know that Dario was gonna blow into town?
Stefano: You should have been prepared, damn it!
Rafe 2: I gotta tell you this. This guy looks like the real black sheep of the family. You know, even compared to his drug-dealing sister.
Stefano: Look, it doesn't make any difference what Arianna's transgressions were, all right? She and Rafael were close. Now, when it comes to Dario, that's a whole different story. The brothers just did not get along!
Rafe 2: Okay, well, then why do I have to pretend like I give a damn about the guy?
Stefano: Doesn't make any difference what the problem is because Rafael would never give up on anyone in his family. It's not like him.
Rafe 2: I tell you, this job would be a lot easier if Rafe wasn't such a frickin' saint.
Justin: Detective, I'm Justin Kiriakis. I am Mr. Hernandez's attorney. Can I just have a moment alone with my client?
McCarthy: I, uh, thought the other guy was your lawyer.
Dario: Oh, yeah, I-I fired him.
McCarthy: Okay. You guys can have a few minutes, and then I need to take you back down to holding.
Justin: Thank you. Let's step over here.
Gabi: Oh, Mr. Kiriakis, this is my brother Dario. Dario, this is Justin Kiriakis, the best lawyer in town.
Dario: Gabi, I thought I made it clear I don't need or want your help.
Gabi: Oh, yeah...why's that? 'Cause you're making all these great decisions all on your own?
Justin: Dario, I made a few calls on my way over here. I know the judges handling your case, and I think I can get you released without bail. The charges will still be pending, of course.
Justin: So you may wanna show your sister a little more appreciation. Because thanks to her, you may be walking out of here in less than an hour.
Melanie: What? [Laughs] No. Absolutely not. I'm not gonna let that happen.
Taylor: What did you want to talk about?
EJ: I know that you're starting work at Titan today.
Taylor: Yeah? So?
EJ: So working for my enemy is one thing, but when you live in my house--
Taylor: It changes nothing. I'm only here until my mom's health improves, and then I'm leaving.
EJ: Well, be that as it may... if I find out that you've been feeding information to Brady Black--
Taylor: Oh, of course that's what I'm gonna do! I'm a spy, don't you know?
EJ: You should get going. Don't want to be late for your first day at work, now, do you?
Taylor: Actually, since we are alone...something I wanna ask you. And I'm hoping that you can give me an honest answer.
Taylor: How do you really feel about my sister?
Abby: Thanks, Will.
Will: No problem. So what's going on? Why are you upset?
Abby: You have to promise not to tell anyone--not even Gabi.
Abby: You can't tell your dad either... or anyone else in our family.
Will: Yeah. I promise.
Abby: My mom's divorcing my dad.
Will: Oh, wow. Abigail, I'm so sorry.
Rafe 2: You know, it looks like Dario's always been challenging Rafe... butting heads with him. Worries me.
Rafe 2: Because... so far, everyone that...that I've dealt with basically worships Rafe's ass and, you know, they've looked past the changes because they wanna see the guy get better. But Dario? He's not gonna care so much.
Stefano: Well, that works in our favor, no?
Rafe 2: How does that work in our favor? The guy's gonna be watching me, examining every word, every move I make.
Stefano: Then... you'd better be at the top of your game.
Rafe 2: Okay. I'm just saying, I'm only human. Let's face it--I'm not a clone. You know? What if this guy sees through me... sees through the act?
Gabi: Melanie, uh, look, I know that what my brother did was wrong but--
Melanie: Sorry. This is your brother? So you're Rafe's brother. That's funny. Detective Hernandez forgot to mention that one to me.
Gabi: Well, what--what does that have to do with anything?
Melanie: Well, I know how things work around here. Rafe's gonna do whatever it takes to get him off scot-free.
Justin: No. Everything will be done by the book, I can assure you, Melanie.
Melanie: Fine. Just so you know, if you let him go, he's just gonna steal from somebody else.
Gabi: No! No, he's not. Because Dario is very sorry for what he did, and he's determined to mend his ways.
Melanie: Are you kidding me? Look at him! He doesn't look like he's gonna mend anything or that he has any regrets.
Dario: Oh, but I do. I regret not having earplugs. Your shrieking is giving me a headache.
Melanie: Are you getting a headache? Wait till I get done with you.
Dario: Are you always this high-strung, or is it that you're just not getting any?
Melanie: You son of a bitch--
Justin: Oh, whoa, whoa.
Melanie: Come on!
Justin: Melanie, Melanie.
EJ: Look, I'm sure you're aware that Nicole and I don't exactly have a conventional marriage.
Taylor: I've heard her side of it. Now I wanna hear yours.
EJ: I loved your sister... very much once. And that was followed by a rather intense period of loathing.
Taylor: And now?
EJ: Now, I find that I have... reconnected with... many of the feelings that I first had. She has this wonderful energy, this... infectious appetite for life. She makes me very happy.
Taylor: But it's not love.
EJ: She is a wonderful mother... to my children, and that is very important to me. And... I love being in her company. So to answer your question... I do love your sister. But I'm not in love... with your sister.
Taylor: And--and yet, you married her. Why?
EJ: [Sighs] When I proposed to your sister... I-I was feeling cynical about love or my... capacity to love. So to be married or not to be married--it didn't really make any difference to me, you understand? Because I-I just... I didn't feel that it was possible for me to... I just--I didn't think it was possible for me to feel that way about anybody.
Chad: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to eavesdrop.
Abby: Will, could you... leave me alone with Chad for a minute?
Will: Sure. See you guys later.
Abby: How much did you hear?
Chad: Not much.
Abby: What'd you hear, Chad?
Chad: That your parents are getting divorced.
Abby: Look, I know we're not friends, but I--
Chad: I'm not gonna tell anyone, Abigail. If that's what you're worried about. It's none of my business anyway. Besides, who would I tell?
Abby: Thanks. I appreciate it.
Chad: See? We DiMeras can be moral and trustworthy after all.
Abby: [Laughs] Shocker.
Jennifer: Why in the world would you blame yourself for your divorce with Chloe? Why would you do that? Here you fall in love with this woman, and she sleeps with another man, and then she gets pregnant with his baby. Okay, so not only does she cheat on you, but she gets pregnant, doesn't use birth control and doesn't ask Philip to use birth control.
Daniel: Right, well, we--we didn't think she could conceive, so--
Jennifer: Oh! Well, she was wrong, wasn't she?
Daniel: [Whispers] Yeah. I guess so. You know it's, uh, kinda cool to have a friend who's so direct, who just, uh... tells it like it is. That's very refreshing.
Jennifer: Good. 'Cause you really haven't seen anything yet.
Daniel: [Laughs] Great.
Stefano: All right, you better go. You're already late.
Rafe 2: Well, I'm gonna try and make this work.
Stefano: Don't try. Win! Your life depends on it.
Melanie: I'm gonna beat the hell out of you!
Dario: What, with your tiny fists of fury?
Melanie: I'll aim lower!
McCarthy: Okay. You need to leave now.
Melanie: I'm--I'm the victim here. He's the one that stole from me!
McCarthy: We already have your statement on record. Now, go before I have you arrested.
Melanie: Fine. Fine. I'm not done with you, Hernandez.
Dario: She's kinda cute. Takes herself way too seriously, though.
Gabi: Oh, yeah, well, you don't take yourself seriously enough, do you? Because then you'd think twice about stealing people's jewelry.
Justin: Okay, this is the judge--I gotta get this. I'll be right over here.
Dario: Listen, Gabriela, I never got a chance to thank you for...for finding me the fancy lawyer and stuff.
Gabi: You think you can butter me up now? Listen, Dario, why did you sneak back into town? I mean, if you were in trouble, you know that Rafe and I would have helped you.
Dario: Yeah, right.
Gabi: What's that supposed to mean?
Dario: Forget it.
Gabi: No. I'm not gonna forget it. I mean, we need some answers. Why are you so angry with Rafe and me?
Dario: Because you let her down--both of you!
Gabi: Let who down?
Dario: Our sister Arianna. She's dead, and you don't give a damn!
Taylor: [Laughs] Let me get this straight. You married Nicole... because you were cynical?
EJ: No. That's not what I said.
Taylor: You didn't think the right woman was ever gonna come along, so why not marry the wrong one--that is what you said.
EJ: Nicole is a wonderful mother to my children, wonderful, and that is extremely important to me.
Taylor: Right. And what about what's important to Nicole? Tell me, EJ, did you ever consider how she feels about any of this?
EJ: Of course! That's very important to me. And she's happy with this arrangement, believe me.
Taylor: Like hell she is!
EJ: Why would you say that?
Taylor: Because she doesn't want an arrangement. She wants a marriage. She wants to be loved.
EJ: I-it's--but-- if she wants that...it's not with me.
Taylor: EJ, you couldn't be more wrong.
Abby: I just wish he wasn't such a jerk. I mean... we used to be really close. But now...it's like I never even hear from him.
Chad: I know what that's like. My dad... or the guy I thought was my dad doesn't even talk to me anymore. Not that we were close to begin with, but...
Abby: What about Stefano? Are you two close?
Chad: That may be overstating it.
Abby: Parents. When you're little...think they can do no wrong.
Chad: And then they turn out to be human. Or...not so human.
Melanie: Will. You're dating Gabi Hernandez, right?
Melanie: So you know that her brother tried to rob me yesterday and that she hired Justin as his lawyer?
Will: I take it you just came from the police station.
Melanie: I did. So you can imagine how disgusted I am to find out that Dario, said brother of Gabi, might get off and not even have to pay bail?
Will: I didn't know that.
Melanie: Okay, well...now you do. So if you could do me a favor and tell your girlfriend and her brothers a little something for me--believe me, they're gonna want to hear this.
Gabi: What kind of thing is that to say to me, Dario? Not a single day goes by that I don't think about Arianna and that I don't wanna get under my covers and just cry because she's not here! But I can't. Because I know that she wouldn't want that. God...she was so full of life, and I know that she'd want me to... to be that way too. As much as I can. So don't you ever--ever tell me that I don't care that my sister died. Do you hear me? Do you?
Dario: Yeah. I do, and I'm sorry. I just don't understand why.
Gabi: Why what?
Dario: Why we haven't figured out who killed her. Someone just runs her down in the street, then takes off, and nearly six months later, we don't know who that someone is?
Gabi: Look... you think we didn't try to find him? Rafe did everything humanly possible to try to find out who the person in that car was.
Dario: Well, yeah, he may have tried, but I'm gonna succeed. I'm gonna find out who killed our sister.
Gabi: Is that why you're here? Is that why you came to Salem?
Dario: I hired a private investigator.
Gabi: Right. And how are you gonna pay him? By stealing things from people? I'm guessing he didn't find anything.
Dario: No, and now he's quit because of my arrest. But I'm not giving up. Never.
Gabi: Okay. Just...just don't--don't shut us out, okay? Please. Arianna wouldn't want that.
Rafe 2: Dario. We need to talk.
Dario: Yeah, we do, Rafe. Listen--
Rafe 2: No, no, no. Let me go first...all right? Now...this whole, uh, this whole theft thing that you got going on...reminds me of when you were 18. You stole those hubcaps. I tried to help you then, but you wouldn't let me, stubborn bastard that you were.
Dario: Rafe, just--
Rafe 2: Let me finish, okay? You're my brother, so I'm not gonna abandon you. But I think that you need to face the facts. You need to face it like a man. You need to deal with the punishment here, okay? You did the crime, now you're gonna do the time, okay?
Gabi: Rafe, look, if you just let him explain--
Rafe 2: Explain what? That he became a thief because he's a lazy ass? He doesn't wanna work? Is that what you're trying to tell me, huh? You know what, I'm sick of it, okay? No more excuses.
Justin: Okay. Good news. Good news. Dario, you're free to go home.
Rafe 2: He's what?
Justin: Yeah. I just spoke to the judge. [Pats] Your little brother is released immediately.
Rafe 2: Huh.
EJ: I'm wrong? What am I wrong about?
Taylor: Are you really that clueless? Nicole's in love with you.
EJ: Nicole's not in love with me!
Taylor: Oh, come on, EJ, you don't see the way she looks at you, the way she hangs on your every word? It couldn't be more obvious!
EJ: Not to me, it's not, all right? And look, if I find myself having feelings for somebody--
Taylor: Stop! It is not about what you want.
EJ: Why not? Why don't my feelings count in this? I mean, my God, the first time in my life--
Taylor: Don't! Don't! Don't say anything else... please. My sister is close to having everything she's ever wanted. Two wonderful kids, a husband she adores, and all that's missing is for that husband to love her back. I can't be the one who ruins that for her.
Abby: I'm really sorry, Chad.
Chad: For what?
Abby: Being kind of mean to you when I found out that you were a DiMera. I mean, I wouldn't want to be judged for my dad's behavior.
Abby: Not that he was ever involved in crime or anything like your-- ah!
Chad: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Abby: Almost stuck my foot in it. Well, nothing new there.
Chad: It's okay. Really. It's okay. I don't want any one of my friends walking on eggshells around me...afraid of the subject of bringing up my last name. I just...don't wanna hide from it, not anymore.
Abby: You shouldn't have to.
Chad: Well, just like... I don't wanna hide from or ever forget that I was once a father myself.
Abby: Mm. To Grace.
Chad: You remembered her name. Well, Grace made me realize how much I wanna be a dad one day. Again. I mean, like a real dad in every sense of the word. Maybe she's one of the reasons.
Chad: Well...at first I wanted nothing to do with the DiMeras. But then I started thinking about Stefano, how he didn't even know I existed until a couple months ago. And then when he found out he had another son, well, in some small way...I know that feeling. Of wanting to be there for your kid...making up for lost time.
Abby: Hmm. And that's how you can relate to Stefano DiMera... wanting you in his life.
Chad: Yeah. Yeah, I can. Because I can see the pain in his eyes...knowing that he missed out on all those years with his son. And I get it. I know how he's feeling.
Daniel: Well, I better go check on my daughter. She claims she doesn't need me to look out for her but--
Jennifer: Oh, but you're gonna do it anyway.
Daniel: That's right. Busy day for me. Yeah. Just a little annoyed with the whole mix-up, but... I guess it happened for a reason.
Jennifer: Yeah. Yeah, maybe.
Jennifer: Oh, my cookies!
Jennifer: I left them in the oven.
Daniel: Oh, go--go--go check 'em out, go get 'em. I'll be fine. I'll help myself out.
Jennifer: Okay. I mean, if you ever need someone to set you straight again...
Daniel: You'll, uh, tell me like it is.
Jennifer: Right. Yes. Always.
Melanie: You can tell the Hernandai that even if Rafe manages to get his brother a free pass, Dario's still gonna have to deal with me.
Will: I'll pass that along.
Melanie: I'm serious. Will, I mean it. If Dario stays here, I'm gonna make his life a living hell! Will-- [Groans] Guuuhhh! [Stomping]
Gabi: Oh, what a relief. Thank you so much.
Rafe 2: Yeah. Thanks a lot, man.
Gabi: Do you have a place to stay?
Dario: Figure something out.
Gabi: You don't have any money. Uh...Rafe. You and Sami have that extra bedroom. Can he stay with you?
Taylor: EJ, just let go of me. Please.
EJ: Not yet. Just--
Taylor: I can't do this, EJ.
EJ: Sure, you can.
On the next “Days of our Lives" --
