Sami: [Sighs] Sydney. [Exhales heavily]

Justin: Bo.

Bo: Hey, Justin. I'm just on my way out.

Justin: Actually, this can't wait.

Bo: Well, it'll have to.

Justin: No, not after what I saw here last night.

Bo: What you saw?

Justin: Yes. I happened to arrive a few minutes before Hope and Ciara did, and I happened to glance through the window from--

Bo: Oh, you saw Carly and I talking? 'Cause that's what was going on.

Justin: Bo, come on.

Bo: Is that what's got you all riled up? A couple of old friends talking?

Justin: You're being awfully defensive here.

Bo: Yeah. Why wouldn't I be? When I've got you snooping around my house, trying to cause trouble.

Justin: I wasn't snooping. I happened to look through the window, okay?

Bo: Mm-hmm. Tell me, when you and Carly left did you accuse her of whatever it is you're accusing me of? Did you tell her that you were scandalized by what you saw? Yeah, you did, didn't you? You actually confronted her?

Justin: Yes, I did.

Bo: Oh. Now who's being the jerk?

Justin: Fine. You want to let Carly destroy your marriage, go right ahead. I won't say another word.

Carly: Maggie, hi.

Maggie: Oh! Carly, uh! I have been meaning to call you. You know, I feel terrible about what happened between you and the girls.

Carly: Oh, no. Don't give it another thought, really.

Maggie: Yeah, but you know, I don't understand it. I don't know why they would reject to your moving in. I mean, it just--

Carly: It's okay, really. [Laughing]

Maggie: Okay. Well, you know it's my house. So maybe--maybe I shouldn't have let them get away with it.

Carly: The truth is, I wouldn't want to live someplace where I felt resented, so you did the right thing. Let it go.

Maggie: Well, I'm sorry.

Carly: Okay, look, I hate to keep imposing on your kindness, I just have another favor I'd like to ask. And this one... it really needs to work out.

[Knocking]

Philip: Surprise.

Melanie: Oh.

Philip: Aren't you gonna let me inside?

Melanie: No. No, no, no, Philip. No, no.

Philip: [Sighs]

Melanie: Just give me another chance. Please, I know I can be indecisive, but I'm working on it. I don't want to be like this.

Nathan: We could try again, and again, and again, Melanie. But what difference is it gonna make? Huh? Philip's always gonna be there, right? In your head, in your heart.

Melanie: No, no, I mean, I'm working on it. I'm working on getting him out of my head and my heart, it's just I'm gonna need some time, that's all. I just need time.

Nathan: Unfortunately Melanie, there's no more time. I'm done.

Melanie: Nathan...

Nathan: No, we're done. We're done. [Sigh]

Daniel: Rough morning?

Sami: [Crying] Sydney! Sydney, my baby! Oh, God! Sydney? Syd—

Stefano: Excellent. Just sit tight until I give you further instructions. Elvis.

EJ: Enough games, I think. Where is my daughter?

Stefano: [Scoffs]

Woman: Rock-a-bye baby in the treetop when the wind blows, the cradle will rock. When the bow breaks the cradle... [Humming tune softly] And down will come baby, cradle and all…

Vivian: Good morning, darling. Why are you wearing sunglasses? Good god, Victor! What happened?

Victor: My beautiful granddaughter wanted to go ice skating.

Vivian: And you did a triple lutz?

Victor: More like a double klutz. We were having such a good time, and then suddenly I remembered that I was skating backwards. And having no problem at all.

Vivian: Are you okay?

Victor: I'm fine. And I don't want to say another word on the subject.

Vivian: Well, now that I'm lady of the manor, I'm going to make sure that you're very careful.

Victor: Lady of the manor? What planet are you on this morning? Really, Vivian. Don't forget that our shacking up is all for show.

Vivian: Well, maybe for now.

Victor: Keep your eye on the prize.

Vivian: Don't you worry. I'm very confident that you and I together will get Carly Manning out of this world for good.

Victor: [Sigh]

Maggie: So what can I do for you?

Carly: Well, I'm interviewing for that staff position today, thanks to your recommendation.

Maggie: Please. Your brilliant medical skills had much more to do with that.

Carly: Oh, thanks. I would just--I would really appreciate it if you could give me some insight into who I'm meeting so I who I'm dealing with and I won't say anything impolitic.

Maggie: Well, it's... it's important then that you get this position, obviously.

Carly: Yes, it is.

Maggie: Okay.

Carly: What? What is that look?

Maggie: Look, Carly, I get the impression you just don't want to stay in Salem, you are desperate to stay in Salem. And I'd like to know why.

Bo: How did this become your business? I mean, did somebody appoint you to be the guardian of my marriage?

Justin: For God's sake...

Bo: I don't remember me doing that.

Justin: Because I care. I care about you and Hope, okay? And this marriage.

Bo: You know, this whole caring thing--yeah, it's... it's become a little inappropriate, uncomfortable. Hope is my wife, this is my marriage. So do me a favor. Get a life and stay out of ours. And Carly's.

Stefano: [Chuckles] Elvis, you know, this... it really saddens me. No, no, no, it does not sadden me, it makes me apoplectic why you insist on blaming me for this tragedy.

EJ: Tragedy?

Stefano: Uh-huh.

EJ: Calling it a tragedy, does that mean--

Stefano: Yes, yes. Your daughter has gone missing. What am I supposed to call it, an annoyance?

EJ: I don't know, I thought maybe you'd heard something.

Stefano: The only thing I have heard are accusations from my ingrate of a son! That's all I've heard since the beginning of this nightmare. Oh, please, you don't mind if I call it a nightmare? Do me a favor, don't feel sorry for yourself, all right? Because you disowned your daughter and now she's gone missing. The only thing you should feel is disgust! Oh, do me a favor, get the hell out of my house.

EJ: Actually, Father... if anyone's gonna be leaving this house... it'd be you.

Philip: What is it? The flowers? You don't like them? Hey, I'm not asking you to go to Vegas and tie the knot, just let me in. It's cold out here, come on.

Melanie: All right, come in. I'm just--I'm just going to switch my purse and then I'm leaving again.

Philip: Are you meeting Nathan?

Melanie: No. I'm not meeting Nathan. I haven't talked to him since after the breakup. Oh, gross, the cap came off my lipstick.

Philip: So he hasn't called you?

Melanie: No, he hasn't called me. Don't. Don't, don't do--don't take that as a good or a bad sign, or however you're taking it. Because--because Nathan and I, we're gonna work everything out.

Philip: And you know that how?

Melanie: Because I am determined to prove to Nathan that I am capable of being with only him.

Philip: But you're not. [Chuckles]

Melanie: Don't do that and make me madder at you than I already am.

Philip: I like it when you're mad.

Melanie: Don't--what? That is such a sexist and patronizing thing to say that you like it when a girl is mad. You need to start--start taking my madness seriously.

Philip: Your madness?

Melanie: My mad--my anger-- that I'm ma--look. Look, Phil, this... this is why you and I aren't gonna work, okay? Because you always come around here and you try and charm my you-know-what off. And it always works. And then--then you tell me to take a hike.

Philip: I won't let that happen this time.

Melanie: I gotta go.

Philip: Hey, please. Look, I-I just want you to know that I like everything about you. Every side of you.

Melanie: Are you insinuating that Nathan does not?

Philip: Oh, I'll go beyond insinuating, I'll say it outright. Nathan only likes the part of you that's good. Studious, responsible. Boring, like him.

Melanie: Bor-- Nathan is not boring. He's wonderful. And yeah, he likes--he liked the good parts about me. But I liked that he did. Nathan sees me as someone with potential, classy, who... I liked looking at myself through his eyes. I miss that. I miss him. I--yeah, I gotta go. Ugh.

[Door slamming]

Nathan: Uh... why'd you wanna meet me outside of the hospital? I'm not in trouble, am I?

Daniel: Trouble? No, no, no. No, actually I have something very positive I wanna share with you and I think you'll like it. A lot.

[Knocking]

Sami: Uncle Bo.

Bo: Hey, there, Sami.

Sami: Hi.

Bo: How you holding up?

Sami: You know, you know. I'm just trying to whatever, get by. Come on in.

Bo: Yeah.

Sami: So, um, any news?

Bo: I'm sorry, nothing of substance. I just wanted to go over things again, make sure we didn't miss any details. Especially where Stefano's concerned.

Sami: Great. The more I think about it the more I am convinced Stefano is behind this.

Stefano: What are you talking about "leave"? This is my house.

EJ: Not anymore.

Stefano: Not what?

EJ: Right when you went into your coma I changed all of that. See, I put the house in my name.

Stefano: What are you? An idiot? You can't do that.

EJ: Oh, it's done. I didn't want Kate to be able to get her hands on everything. Anyway, back to my main point, which is that... this is my house. And I have the power to throw you out.

Stefano: Kate is one thing, I am another. The only power you have is to take out the garbage.

Kate: What? What is all the shouting about?

EJ: It's about me. Finally coming to my senses and seeing my father for who he really is. This man, your husband, kidnapped my daughter. He took her because he knew I was never gonna let her be a part of his life again. But you probably know all about that, Kate, don't you?

Kate: No, I don't! Because it's not true. He's heartbroken by losing Sydney. He's tortured.

EJ: Oh, I'm sure he's tortured, tortured with guilt.

Stefano: Guilt? Let me tell you something, even if I did take that beautiful little girl, I wouldn't give her back to you in a million years!

EJ: You tell me where she is, you sick bastard!

Daniel: Well, because of your sacrifice, Chloe and I-- well, speak of the devil.

Chloe: Hey, guys.

Daniel: Hey. I was just about to tell Nathan here the news.

Chloe: Oh, great, good. Tell him.

Daniel: No, why don't you tell him? I mean, since it does kind of, you know, involve you. Why don't you?

Chloe: Okay, I will. So, Dr. Horton, remember that time that you saved my life and brought me out of my coma?

Nathan: Vaguely.

Chloe: Well, to express our appreciation, we... you know what, you tell him. It's not my place.

Daniel: It's not my place.

Nathan: Will somebody tell me? Somebody tell me please.

Daniel: All right, I'll do it, I'll do it, I'll do it. All right, because of what you've done for Chloe, I've nominated you for a special commendation from the hospital.

Nathan: [Scoffs] Really?

Chloe: Yep. Okay, I'll take it from here.

Daniel: Take it.

Chloe: And also with that commendation, we've planned something a little special for you that the both of you will love.

Nathan: The both of us...?

Chloe: Yes, you and... here she comes now.

Philip: [Sigh]

Vivian: Oh! Are those for me? You shouldn't have.

Philip: Vivian.

Vivian: They're lovely. They make me feel so welcome.

Philip: What are you talking about?

Vivian: I live here now, didn't your father tell you?

Philip: No, he didn't.

Vivian: Oh.

Philip: Dad. Dad? What happened?

Victor: Minor accident.

Vivian: He thought he was Brian Boitano.

Victor: I'm fine.

Philip: Dad, Vivian just said--what is going on here?

Victor: Pretty flowers.

Vivian: Mm.

Philip: Dad... did you ask Vivian to live here?

Victor: Did I neglect to mention that?

Vivian: I'll let you two discuss this. I have to get to the gallery and pick up a few pieces.

Victor: Vivian.

Vivian: Oh, now, just a little Andy Warhol something, nothing de treaux. Ta-ta!

Philip: Are you crazy? What are you thinking?

Victor: Vivian and I have reconnected, I was hoping you'd be happy for me.

Philip: You reconnected? Dad, she's been in town for, like, two minutes.

Victor: And what a wonderful two minutes it's been.

Philip: Why is she back in your life? Why is she back in this house?

Victor: Why are you raising your voice? I'm standing right here.

Philip: What is going on here? Tell me, tell me right now.

Bo: So when you were on the phone, you're sure you didn't hear any background noises, voices, anything at all?

Sami: No, all I could hear was my daughter. I could hear her crying. [Sigh]

Bo: Okay, I'm sorry. I know this was tough. I am going to go talk to your father, see if he's come up with anything. Do you need anything at all before I leave?

Sami: No. Thank you, Uncle Bo, for everything.

Bo: Yeah. I'll see you soon.

Sami: Hey, listen. I know it sounds crazy, but I really believe Stefano is behind this. I mean, it's too obvious and too easy to blame him, but he's the only one who could pull all this off, right?

Bo: Yeah, you're right. And we're keeping an eye on him, believe me. And I know how difficult this is, but I also know we're gonna get your daughter back.

Sami: Thanks. Look, the fact that you got Ciara back, that--that gives me comfort. That gives me hope, you know? You and Aunt Hope, you got her back and it all worked out. Everything worked out for the best, right?

Bo: Right. And this will work out for the best. I'll see you.

Sami: Thank you.

Carly: I have a lot of good memories here in Salem. And, uh, a few good friends.

Maggie: And a couple of enemies, too.

Carly: I can handle that.

Maggie: You're not telling me something, I can sense it.

Carly: [Sigh] Maggie, I really--

Maggie: Honey, look. It's just that after all these years, for you to be so determined to stay in Salem I wonder why.

Justin: The answer's obvious. It's Bo.

Melanie: Chloe, you didn't-- you didn't tell me Nathan and Daniel were gonna be here.

Chloe: Well, I wanted it to be a surprise.

Daniel: And we asked you to come because I've nominated both you and Nathan for a special award.

Melanie: An award?

Daniel: Yeah, an award for saving Chloe's life. You convinced Nathan here to meet with me when no one else would listen, you took a pretty big risk. And Chloe and I are beyond grateful. And in addition to that award, we've sort of...uh.

[Beeper beeping]

Daniel: Hold on here. All right, I gotta get back to the hospital. I will let Chloe finish. You--explain?

Chloe: Yes. Okay, go.

Daniel: I will see you later.

Chloe: Okay, so the rest is...

Nathan: Later.

Chloe: We found out that you're kind of an item, so...

Nathan: Wow.

Chloe: Here.

Melanie: What's this?

Chloe: A romantic weekend away at the Green Mountain lodge for the two of you.

Victor: I don't like to be badgered, Philip.

Philip: I asked you a question.

Victor: You shouted a question.

Philip: Because you won't answer me.

Victor: Because I won't give you the answer that you want, you mean?

Philip: Look, this is my house too, don't I have a right to know why you asked that lunatic to live here?

Victor: Vivian is as sane as they come.

Philip: [Chuckling] Right.

Victor: I'm going to repeat this one more time. Maybe this time it'll sink in. Vivian and I are back together.

Philip: [Scoffs] That is a total joke. You hate her with a vengeance. And all she ever does is sneer at you.

Victor: Philip, really. With your track record with women, do you feel you should weigh in on this?

Philip: Dad, I just don't understand why you would--

Victor: This conversation is over.

Philip: [Sigh]

Vivian: I forgot my coat. You know, the other day you mentioned a special someone. Were the flowers for her? Ah, it didn't go well, then.

Philip: How the hell is it any of your business?

Vivian: It's my business, Philip, because I care about you. You must know that I'm on your side.

EJ: Someday soon, my daughter and I--we'll live in this house. And you, you're gonna be right where you belong. In hell.

Kate: I'm sorry it's come to this.

Stefano: Finally.

Kate: Finally?

Stefano: Finally... my son gets what he deserves. After all he's done.

EJ: Hey, it's me.

Sami: EJ.

EJ: Look, I need to see you right now.

Kate: I think I'm going to go get you some tea. Maybe it will calm your nerves.

Stefano: [Exhales]

[Humming softly]

[Phone ringing]

Sydney: [Cooing]

[Phone ringing]

Woman: Hello?

Sydney: [Cooing]

Woman: Yes, everything's fine. Sydney's been a perfect little angel.

Nathan: Uh, well, it's--

Melanie: Uh, look, getting us a weekend at the lodge is really generous. Um, it's--Nathan and I, we're not together anymore.

Chloe: Oh. Wow, I had no idea, I'm so sorry.

Nathan: No, it's fine.

Chloe: No, it's not, it's embarrassing. And Daniel's gonna kill me, 'cause he warned me not to plan something so personal.

[Phone ringing]

Chloe: I'm sorry, I have to get this. I'm really sorry, guys.

Nathan: You should take that weekend at the lodge. I'm sure Philip will love it.

Vivian: Philip, if you need any advice about this girl--

Philip: I told you, I don't need anything from you. So just stay out of my life, okay?

Vivian: I know that you're going to fight this, but I also know one day you will accept me as your mother.

Philip: Hmm. Well, if that's true, then I guess everybody is right. I really am a son of a bitch.

Carly: Eavesdrop much?

Justin: Nice to see you, Maggie.

Maggie: Hey, Justin.

Carly: You know, it's one thing to accuse me of something in private, but to do it in front of Maggie? But you know what, if this is "going public" day, I'm all in. Why don't I share with her my thoughts? You know, what I shared with you the other day about your less-than-honorable intentions toward a certain someone. Why don't I fill her in on that?

Maggie: I don't know what either of you are talking about. But Justin, why don't you talk to Carly later? Because we're in the middle of a work discussion.

Justin: Work, oh! Of course. You're trying to get a job at University hospital.

Carly: Yes! That way I can stay in Salem and just go around and mess up everyone's marriages!

Justin: Well, I have to get back to my job. Take care, Maggie.

Maggie: Sure.

Carly: He's just a barrel of laughs, isn't he? [Sigh]

Maggie: I'm sorry he upset you.

Carly: Oh, do you know what? It's nothing new with him. And I shouldn't be so reactive anyway, it's just... it's not what he says, it's the way he says it. You know, he's never direct, and he's smug, and he's snide--

Maggie: And maybe there's a little bit of truth to it?

Carly: [Scoffs] What?

Maggie: Well, maybe you're upset so much because when Justin accuses you of having feelings for Bo...you do.

Carly: No. No!

Stefano: Thank you, Katherine.

Kate: I'm sorry that things are so strained between the two of you. I think EJ's gonna come around, though.

Stefano: Yeah. You know what he's trying to do? He's trying to kick us out of this house, can you believe that?

Kate: What? Can he do that?

Stefano: He thinks he can. The fool. But I'll never let that happen. Never.

Kate: He's wrong, right? I mean, you don't have Sydney, do you?

Sami: So what is it? What's the news?

EJ: It's not news. Listen, it's a plan. I've figured out how to get father to take us to Sydney.

Melanie: Yeah, that'll be great fun. I mean, Philip and I aren't really even on speaking terms. But I'll take him to the Green Mountain lodge so we can sit there and sneer at each other the whole time.

Nathan: Yea or you can make another video.

Melanie: Wow. Okay, no.

Nathan: Melanie, come on. Please. Look, this whole romantic getaway thingy blindsided me, all right?

Melanie: It doesn't mean you get to be a jerk to me.

Nathan: No, it doesn't. And I'm sorry. Look, all this aside, we should be proud. I mean, Daniel was right, we made a good team.

Melanie: Yeah, after I convinced you to help him.

Nathan: Yeah, it's all because of you.

Melanie: We were a good team. But not good for each other, right?

Nathan: Guess not.

Melanie: Okay, I'm gonna go.

[Door closing]

Maggie: That latter "no"... sounded a bit halfhearted.

Carly: Maggie, I--I... I actually don't know how to explain what I'm feeling.

Maggie: Well, why don't you start at the beginning?

Carly: When Lawrence died, I was terrified. And I didn't know what to do. And...I knew that Vivian and Lawrence's men would be coming after me, so I just--I sought refuge with the one person that I knew I could trust.

Maggie: Bo.

Carly: I came here seeking a friend, nothing more, I swear.

Maggie: So when you arrived in town, things were complicated.

Carly: Well, yeah, I mean, Bo and Hope were estranged, and after years of living a nightmare with Lawrence... I--I'm grateful to have Bo back in my life, I'll admit that. But that's it, that's all I'm feeling. Whatever we had is in the past. And I know he belongs with hope.

Maggie: Even though right now Bo's currently not with Hope.

Justin: Daniel, glad I found you.

Daniel: Hey, what's going on?

Justin: I need your help. Actually, the whole family does.

Daniel: Okay. What's this about?

Justin: It has to do with a woman I know.

Melanie: Ah!

Vivian: Oh! You scared me. What--what are you doing lurking out here? Who are you?

Melanie: I'm looking for Philip.

Vivian: Ah, so you must be the one.

Melanie: I'm sorry, what?

Vivian: Lovely. Very pretty eyes, nice skin, hips not ideal for birthing, but I do approve all together. Come in. Philip, you have a visitor. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone like my loving son Philip.

Melanie: Uh...

Philip: Melanie.

Vivian: Well... I'll let you two have fun. I have to get to the gallery. Bye.

Melanie: What was that?

Philip: That was incubator mom.

Melanie: Oh, that would be why she called you "son". Um, what is she doing here?

Philip: I'll explain later, okay?

Melanie: Oh, okay.

Philip: What're you doing here? Did you change your mind about us?

Melanie: Um... yes. And no.

Carly: Maggie, I am not going after Bo. I'm not. Justin is causing problems. And I have my suspicions why, but I swear to you. You need to trust me when I--

Maggie: What?

Bo: Hey.

Chloe: Okay, so Nicole has been transported back to Salem? Great. Thanks. Hey, Nathan, I'm really sorry about what happened before.

Nathan: Honestly, it's fine.

Chloe: No, I feel bad. I hope that you have somebody to confide in, because judging from the look on your face I'm thinking you really need a friend right now.

Justin: So, since you're involved in the hiring process, I was hoping you might be able to influence the rest of the committee.

Daniel: Listen, I would do anything for you and the family. But your friend, she's going to have to stand on her own merits. I can't push the committee to put her on staff.

Justin: Oh, actually, I was hoping you'd do just the opposite. I want you to turn her down.

Bo: What's going on here?

Carly: Nothing, we were just--we were catching up.

Bo: Oh, good. Do you mind if I hang out for a bit? I had to get out of the office. This kidnapping case is hitting a little close to home.

Carly: Oh, gosh, I'm sorry. No, I can't--I can't stay 'cause I have an appointment that I have to get to. But you--I'll see you around. Thank you for the coffee.

Maggie: Sure.

Bo: Okay, bye. Did I interrupt something?

Maggie: No, actually I have to go, Bo. Please tell Sami she's in my thoughts, okay?

Bo: [Stutters] Oh, all right. Merry Christmas. Hmm.

Vivian: Bo!

Bo: Yeah!

Vivian: What a nice surprise.

Bo: Not so much.

Vivian: Well, I'm so glad we've run into each other, because I have something I've wanted to tell you.

Bo: Yeah, well, I've got something I want to tell you too. And you better listen.

Vivian: Yes?

Stefano: I do not like to be interrogated, Katherine. You should know that by now.

Kate: I know that. I do. But I want you to know that I'm on your side, no matter what. Always.

Stefano: [Sighs] Look... you're all I have now, since my son has become my enemy. He thinks I took his daughter away. And so everything he does now is to get back at me.

EJ: Listen. Do you know how I was planning on moving out and cutting all ties with father?

Sami: Yeah.

EJ: All right, listen, I've changed my mind. Okay, I'm going to fight him for control of the property.

Sami: EJ, what does that have to do with finding our daughter?

EJ: Okay, just give me a second, okay? Because if we're caught up in some legal mess, all right, it means father and I have to stay in the same place. That way I can keep an eye on him without getting any suspicion, you understand? Then if I stick around for long enough, Samantha--

Sami: You think you can get Stefano to give away where he's keeping Sydney.

EJ: Exactly. Now listen, I've already bugged his bedroom and I'm getting the phones tapped.

Sami: Oh, come on, EJ. He's not that stupid, right? I mean, you know him. He's going to be suspicious because you're there, and he-- it's gonna take him forever to give anything away.

EJ: Right! That is where you come in.

Nathan: Stephanie, hey. It's--it's me. [Clears throat] You know, give me a call when you get this. I was hoping we could talk. Uh...

Philip: So what exactly do you want from me?

Melanie: Well, I don't want any flowers, or limousines, or anything big like that.

Philip: Got it.

Melanie: Okay, and I don't want a date. Like, a date-date, like, anything serious, either.

Philip: Okay.

Melanie: Okay, so I just-- I wanna--I wanna hang out.

Philip: Hang out?

Melanie: Keep it simple.

Philip: I can do simple.

Melanie: Good. I'm glad to hear that.

Philip: So what exactly changed your mind? This morning you were all hung up on Nathan.

Melanie: Well, that ship has sailed, and it's sinking fast.

Daniel: You're asking me not to hire this woman.

Justin: Yes. She's become somewhat of a problem. And I just think it would be best for everyone involved if she...left town. Of course, if she didn't get--

Carly: Daniel Jonas? Is that you? [Laughing]

Daniel: Carly? I can't believe you're here. Get over here! [Laughing] Oh, my gosh. Oh, gosh.

Bo: I have to get back to the station, so I'll make this quick. Stay away from Carly.

Vivian: Oh, Bo, I assure yo--

Bo: Blah, blah, don't even bother. No matter what you say, I know you're plotting away in that demented head of yours. But you won't succeed. I won't let you.

Vivian: [Giggles] Carly's paranoia must be catching. I think you two are spending too much time together.

Bo: You'll only get to her over my dead body.

Vivian: Well... Bo, if that's the way it has to be... that's the way it has to be.

Sami: What can I do?

EJ: Be you.

Sami: [Scoffs] I don't get it.

EJ: No, you have this way, Samantha, of just... getting right up under my father's skin. He says things when you're around that he wouldn't otherwise say.

Sami: And if you're still living there, I have an excuse to be there all the time antagonizing your father.

EJ: Exactly. I really--I think this can work.

Sami: Oh, my God, I think it's worth a shot.

EJ: We can do this, Samantha. I think we can together.

Sami: Oh, God! EJ, thank you.

Kate: Look, I just want you to know that I am here for you.

Stefano: No, look, please. All right, stop already with all this kind of patronizing tone. You know, Katherine, sometimes you act as if you think I'm guilty.

Kate: I never said that. I--all I'm saying is that you have my support.

Stefano: I never said that I took Elvis' child.

Kate: Right. Of course. Well, I have some phone calls to make, so if you'll excuse me.

Woman: Imagine how shocked everyone would be if they found out where you were. And who you were with. But they never will.
