Melanie: Okay, this better work.
Melanie: 0-7-0-9 Mango. Yes! I'm in like a bandit, baby. What the--
Nathan: I know you aren't thinking about cheating. [Sighs]
Brady: Where's the towels?
Victor: Oh, where's your towel? You're dripping water all over the place.
Brady: I know. I'm sorry, I f-forgot it. But I-I'll clean all this up. I'm sorry.
Victor: Oh, Henderson will get that. Why don't we get a late breakfast down at the pub?
Victor: We'll leave in about 20 minutes.
Brady: Uh, no, thanks.
Victor: You have other plans?
Brady: No, I'd just rather go somewhere--somewhere else.
Victor: Why? What's wrong with the Brady pub?
Sami: You think dinosaurs played fetch? Come on, throw it. Throw it for him. Yeah. Oh!
Sami: Oh, hey, Nicole. Hi, Sydney.
Nicole: Looks like you're all having fun.
Sami: Yeah. Yeah, we're having a fun day together, aren't we? Say hi, Johnny. Yeah, well, it sure beats spending the day in court at a custody hearing. There's one person to thank for that.
[Knock at door]
Rafe: Hello. What do we have here? Blue corn muffins? You didn't by any chance add any--
Arianna: Jalapenos? What do you think?
Rafe: Oh, my God. How will I ever repay you? Wait. Wait a second.
Arianna: [Laughs] Are you--you can't be serious.
Rafe: I can't be serious? You kidding me? The original of this is hanging in the Louvre, my friend. Check it out--the color, the composition, subtleties.
Arianna: Subtle it ain't, but maybe I'll hang it in the den, right above my bearskin rug.
Rafe: You're insulting my taste in art right now?
Arianna: That's exactly what I'm doing.
Arianna: Why are you getting rid of it anyways?
Arianna: Ah, I get it. You're moving in with Sami.
Stefano: [Sighs] [Sighs]
Rafe: All right. Let me have it.
Rafe: Aren't you gonna tell me what a huge mistake this is, that I'm in way over my head?
Rafe: No lecture about how I'm setting myself up for disaster?
Arianna: Nada. I'm not surprised at all you moved in with Sami.
Arianna: In fact, I'm wondering what took you so long.
Stefano: [Sighs] "Birth. Family. Education." [Chuckles] Top of his class at the bureau, but he gave up the FBI for Samantha. [Clicks tongue] How pathetic. But potentially dangerous. Ah, yes. Emily Hudson. [Chuckles] Here we go.
Sami: Johnny, let Allie play with the tractor too.
Nicole: So you must be pretty grateful to Stephanie too, huh? I mean, I heard she was all set to testify against EJ.
Sami: Yeah, of course, I'm-- Allie, play nice. Um, yes, I am extremely grateful to Stephanie. I mean, it means a lot to me that she was willing to do that. But that's not what I meant. I meant you. Nicole, I wouldn't have Johnny if it weren't for you, and... thank you.
Brady: No, it's not--it's not like I have a problem with the pub or anything. It's just, uh...
Brady: It's one of the waitresses.
Victor: Which waitress?
Brady: She's actually the new manager. Caroline hired her to replace max. We had a little run-in, that's all. But, you know, why don't we just go to the java cafe? How about that?
Victor: No, no, no. Listen, if you're having a problem with this woman, Caroline should know about it. She should be fired.
Brady: No, no. It's--it's nothing-- it has nothing to do with her work. It's not even worth talking about. We don't have to talk about this, all right?
Victor: Brady, what is going on between you and this woman?
Rafe: Oh, so you approve of me moving in with Sami.
Arianna: I didn't say that.
Rafe: Well, you said, "what took you so long?"
Arianna: I said, "I saw it coming." Doesn't mean I think it's a good idea.
Rafe: Aha, see? There she is. There's the sister who drives me nuts.
Arianna: Okay, look. Sami is not a bad person. I'll give her that. I just wish you would take it a little more slowly, that's all. After everything that happened, I--
Rafe: You were about to bring up Emily. Don't do it. Now, I've already told you it is different this time, completely different.
Arianna: Just be careful, okay? Try to think with your head instead of your heart so much.
Rafe: Yeah, right. Like you?
Arianna: Yeah, like me. After everything that happened, I know it would be a mistake to get involved with someone again.
Rafe: Ah. Well, at least that won't be difficult or lonely.
Arianna: I didn't say it wouldn't be either of those things. Better that than... it's a sacrifice I have to make, okay?
Melanie: It's not cheating. It's coming up with a more efficient way of getting the answers that saves time for more important things.
Nathan: Like what, luring people up to the Horton summer cabin under false pretenses? Oh, you must mean things like strip poker and counting cards.
Melanie: How about you go back to curing people and kindly leave me alone? Stop that!
Nathan: I'm not going to let you do this.
Melanie: It's some lame nursing test.
Nathan: A test of what you ostensibly would like to make a career out of.
Melanie: I'm never even gonna be using half of the stuff. Look, all I have to know how to do is take someone's temperature and maybe find their pulse. All right, I'll probably have to know more than that, but I'll learn it. This test is no reflection on what kind of nurse I'm gonna be.
Nathan: Oh, is that what you're telling yourself to justify cheating?
Melanie: [Laughs] I justify it... because I don't think I can rely on just my brains. Look, contrary to what you and everybody else believes, I lack confidence. I guess...
Nathan: [Scoffs] I just wanted to do well so that people who don't think highly of me will... maybe change their mind.
Nathan: Melanie, if you're gonna be a nurse, a decent nurse, you're gonna have to get the hell over yourself, okay? 'Cause this isn't about you and what other people think of you. It's about helping other people. Do you get it?
Sami: Uh, sorry.
Nicole: It's okay.
Sami: That was weird.
Nicole: I just wasn't ready for it.
Sami: God, can you imagine if someone had seen--
Nicole: Witnessed it? Yeah, they'd think it was a sign of the apocalypse.
Sami: I know, right? Hell freezing over and whatnot. You know, uh, when you told me that EJ was gonna drop the custody suit, I was skeptical... not of you, obviously. I mean, I trust you. God, you're willing to risk your neck to sneak Johnny out so he could visit me.
Nicole: Then why were you skeptical?
Sami: Obviously I don't trust EJ. I mean, when you said all that, I-I wanted it so bad. And I was just so scared that-- that he didn't really mean it, you know? That he's letting me think I was gonna get Johnny back, only to yank the rug out from under me.
Nicole: But he didn't, did he?
Sami: No. It's because of you.
Nicole: Well, the important thing is that you have Johnny.
Sami: That's all that matters.
Nicole: Yes, it is. But I can tell by that look in your eye that you still don't trust me.
Nicole: Well, I mean, you gave me a big hug, and I know you're grateful and thankful and all that. But there's that question that keeps popping up in your head.
Sami: What question?
Nicole: Well, I mean, even though I said that, you know, this whole situation made things better for me too, but you--you can't stop thinking that I'm still a selfish bitch and that I wouldn't do anything from the goodness of my heart, right? M gm.
Brady: Granddad, there is nothing going on between this woman and me.
Victor: You never were a very good liar, Brady.
Brady: W-why do you care anyway?
Victor: 'Cause you're my grandson. You're also the vice CEO of titan. If this woman is messing with your head, it could affect your work, more importantly, your sobriety.
Brady: Thanks for the vote of confidence.
Victor: Look, lord knows I gave you ample warning about that trollop Chloe.
Brady: Let's not go there, all right?
Victor: I'm just saying--
Brady: Let me say something. Grandfather, you're a misogynist. That's why you're alone, because you're bitter and jaded when it comes to women.
Victor: Not all women, just the ones that are too stupid to know a good man when they see one.
Brady: That was a total non sequitur.
Victor: [Scoffs] What--what is this woman's problem? Why is she not interested in you? You're a catch, Brady. She should be trying to get her claws into you.
Rafe: So this "making a sacrifice" thing. Are you making one now?
Arianna: What are you talking about?
Rafe: Is there someone now who you are determined to never get involved with?
Arianna: There's this guy, yeah.
Rafe: Someone I know?
Arianna: What does it matter?
Rafe: Wow, okay. Can you at least tell me about him, then?
Arianna: [Sighs] Okay. He, uh... when I first met him, I couldn't stand him. He's totally arrogant and full of himself. Then I got to know him, and I saw a completely different person. He's sensitive, and he's sweet, but he challenges me at the same time. Doesn't put up with my crap. I like that.
Rafe: Yeah. So what happened?
Arianna: We spent the day together. We had a really great time and then decided to go on a date.
Rafe: And? He didn't hurt you, did he? I swear to God, if this guy hurt you--
Arianna: No, he didn't hurt me. I just changed my mind about him, that's all.
Rafe: [Scoffs] Well, something must've happened. There had to have been a reason.
Arianna: I just--I just changed my mind, okay?
Arianna: He's a recovering addict.
Melanie: [Scoffs] Well, now I'm truly offended, so I suggest you leave before I decide to raise my voice.
Nathan: Why do you even want to be a nurse?
Melanie: Why do I want to be a nurse? Because I'm broke, so it's either have a temp job or be a waitress. And in this economy, people stop going to restaurants, but they don't stop getting sick.
Nathan: You don't take anything seriously, do you?
Melanie: And you take everything seriously, and it's kind of a buzzkill, Nathan.
Nathan: [Sighs] Did Maggie ever tell you about the car accident she was in?
Nathan: No? She was a kid when it happened, and it killed both of her parents and left her paralyzed. Yeah. She couldn't walk, okay? She thought she was gonna be confined to a wheelchair for a long time, for the rest of her life. But my uncle bill, being the amazing surgeon that he was, operated on her, and she recovered. She walked again.
Melanie: I had no idea.
Nathan: Look, my point is doctors and nurses, they do what they do because they have a passion for it, okay? Because they love to help people, just like my great-grandfather. Tom Horton's been gone a long time, but you bring up his name, and people remember him with such respect. Why? Because he took pride in what he did. He considered it a privilege to help people who were sick. Now, if you don't have that same passion, then I suggest you find another career.
Sami: Yeah, look. I mean, I can't help wondering why you did it. Even though you said it was because it was the right thing, you're still... sorry. Look, I'm sorry, I shouldn't be cynical.
Nicole: No, Sami. Listen, we have a long history. And I don't think either one of us expected this, that we would be... I don't even know what to call it--that we... bonded, found common ground.
Nicole: I asked EJ to drop the custody suit because... I wanted to ease your pain. You had already lost Grace, and... I didn't think it would be fair for you to lose Johnny too.
Sami: Being a mom has changed you.
Nicole: Yeah, it has. It's changed everything... you know, the way I see my life, the way I see other people's... lives. But most important, I... I feel a special kinship... with you.
Nicole: We've both suffered a lot of pain, you and I. We both lost our little girls.
Melanie: You're really passionate about medicine, huh, like your granddad?
Nathan: I wouldn't even remotely compare myself to him, but, yes, I'm passionate.
Melanie: Me, I'm just better at wrecking lives than saving them.
Nathan: You know, the more you say that kind of stuff, the more it happens.
Melanie: Self-fulfilling prophecy. That's what that's called, right?
Nathan: Exactly. So why don't we try to think more highly of ourselves?
Melanie: We can give it a try.
Melanie: It'll take some time, though.
Nathan: Well, why don't you start by taking that nursing test for real, without cheating... and prove to yourself that you can do it?
Brady: So any woman with half a brain in her head would want to--how did you so delicately put it--get her claws into me?
Victor: Yes, exactly.
Brady: Grandfather, I hate to burst your bubble on this, but this woman that we're discussing-- I wish to hell we weren't discussing her--but she's actually highly intelligent. And she's not slightly interested in me. I mean, how bizarre is that, right?
Victor: Well, it's beyond bizarre. She must have a problem.
Victor: I'm not joking.
Brady: I--look. Actually, she's doing what's right for herself. She's protecting herself.
Victor: From a good and decent man?
Brady: No, from getting hurt.
Victor: I don't follow you.
Brady: I told her about my past. I told her about the drugs. And she has no interest in getting involved with a recovering drug addict. I mean, come on, it makes sense, right?
Victor: None whatsoever.
Brady: [Sighs] It does to me.
Victor: Did you make it abundantly clear to her that you've been clean for over a year now?
Brady: Yeah, yeah, I did. Didn't seem to matter.
Victor: Well, then all your protestations aside, the woman is damn fool.
Brady: Granddad, come on.
Victor: If she can't recognize a good and honest man who has a great future, then to hell with her. She doesn't deserve you.
Rafe: Look, what happened in the past... I mean, it was painful, but... I mean, seriously, does that mean that we should never be happy in our lives again?
Arianna: I don't have to be with someone to be happy, okay? I like my life just the way it is.
Rafe: Right. [Chuckles] You like working all day and then going home to an empty house and getting in bed at night alone.
Arianna: I like it just fine. It's uncomplicated. It's what I want.
Sami: You said you lost your little girl. What are you talking about? She's--she's perfect.
Nicole: Well, she wasn't always... so healthy. The day after Sydney was born, we had a scare. I went to check on her in her crib, and she wasn't breathing. So we--we took her to the E.R., but we didn't know what was gonna happen. We didn't know if we would see her alive again.
Sami: What was wrong?
Nicole: [Sighs] It was nothing serious. But, Sami, for those few moments that I held her in my arms and she didn't respond... my whole world stopped. I'm sorry. I-I didn't... I shouldn't have made an analogy with your situation. I shouldn't have said I... I lost my daughter, when she's alive.
Sami: She's okay now, though. She's healthy.
Nicole: Yeah. Thank God, I'm very blessed.
Sami: Why did you say it that way?
Sami: You said... "we both lost our little girls." Why would you say that when it wasn't true, when you didn't?
Nicole: 'Cause at the time, I thought I did.
Sami: It's not the same. It's just not the same. There's something going on with you.
Nicole: No, Sami--
Sami: You're lying, okay? And I know why. [Chuckles]
Nicole: [Gasps] Hi. Oh, you know, Sami, I have nothing to feel guilty about.
Sami: Nicole, I'm trying to tell you I understand. Look, it's... it makes sense, okay? I, um... I lost my little girl.
Sami: And you didn't. She's beautiful... and she loves you. And she's healthy, and... and they had so much in common, you know? They shared a birthday, and, uh--and they had the same father.
Nicole: [Gasps] Oh, my goodness. Yes, they did.
Sami: You know what, Sydney? You would've loved your sister. I'm so sorry you didn't get to know her. Hey. You would've loved her, just like we all did.
Nicole: Sami, I know how hard this must be for you. And while nothing can ever take the pain away of losing a child, I... I just hope now that you have Johnny, you can start rebuilding your life.
Sami: I don't have a choice. I have to try for my kids.
Nicole: And I'm so glad you have that. You have three wonderful children... and Rafe.
Sami: He has been... amazing, I mean... a rock for me, and I wouldn't have gotten through this without him. He's good and strong and... honest. Nicole, I have a favor I have to ask.
Arianna: Ice cream sundae for lunch, huh?
Melanie: [Laughs] Girl's allowed to splurge every once in a while, especially after the day I've had.
Arianna: What happened?
Melanie: I just destroyed my nursing career before it even started.
Arianna: What did you do, get into some kind of trouble?
Melanie: No, I didn't get in trouble. Why does everyone always think that? I just bombed my exam.
Arianna: You got your grade already?
Melanie: No, but I can tell I bombed it. It's all because I listened to the great Nathan Horton, who told me to...
Arianna: Told you to what?
Melanie: [Sighs] Come up with my own answers, instead of buying them off the internet for the bargain price of $50.
Arianna: Sounds like you did the right thing.
Melanie: Yeah, well, now I'm gonna be paying for it for the rest of my life.
Arianna: Hey, maybe it'll work out. Maybe you passed.
Melanie: Yeah, and maybe the pope's catholic. Oh, he is. Uh, enough about me. Let's--I needed to talk to you.
Arianna: I actually--you know, I-I should get to work.
Melanie: Good, well, it'll just take a minute. Just got to discuss some unfinished business.
Arianna: What unfinished business?
Melanie: Brady... and why you turned him down for no reason at all.
Victor: Oh. Listen, before we go, Brady, I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you.
Brady: Ah, you just feel sorry for me because I don't have a love life.
Victor: No, that's not it at all. It's because you faced your demons and you defeated them. You're a man of great strength and integrity.
Brady: Thank you. It means a lot to me that you think that.
Victor: She's out there, Brady-- the right woman for you-- and you'll find her. And you'll see, when you do, she's gonna be well worth the wait.
Nicole: A favor? What--what kind?
Sami: Um, well... look, life has kicked the crap out of both of us over the years, and... everything I've been through lately has, um... has taught me a lot. And here's the thing-- I want us to declare a truce.
Nicole: You know what? Yes. I... I think it's time.
Sami: Me too. Me too. In honor of my... my sweet, little Grace, I would like to move on and let go of, um, trivial, stupid stuff like anger and grudges.
Nicole: I'd really like that too, you know, for Sydney, and, um... and as far as the truce... [Sighs] I think that was struck when Grace went to heaven.
Sami: Thanks. Thanks for listening and, uh, understanding.
Nicole: Mother to mother, right?
Sami: [Chuckles] Exactly.
Arianna: Wow, so Brady didn't waste any time spreading the word, did he?
Melanie: How could you dis him like that?
Arianna: He didn't tell you why?
Melanie: The drug thing? Dude, Ari, he's been sober for ages.
Arianna: And I'm glad for him. I am, okay? But for me, I can't take that risk.
Melanie: I thought you liked him. I know he likes you.
Arianna: I do. Look, I wish things could be different, okay? But you know what--
Melanie: Give him a chance, Ari.
Arianna: I really got to get to work, okay? Excuse me.
Rafe: Everything okay here?
Sami: Hey. Hi.
Rafe: Hi. You're not upsetting her, are you?
Sami: No. No, no. It's not that. Actually, Nicole and I--we, um-- we agreed to have a truce-- you know, bonds of motherhood and all that.
Sami: Um, you know what? I'm gonna go tear the twins away from the sandbox, okay?
Rafe: Okay. Well, that's--that's great. I'm glad you two worked things out.
Nicole: Yeah, me too. Yeah, we're both different people now. And when you become a mother, you... you get protective of other people's children too.
Rafe: Right, which is why you were so, um... upset at Grace's grave.
Nicole: [Sighs] Look, uh--you're still bringing this up? Do we have to go through this again?
Nicole: I though you understood, Rafe, why I was so upset about Grace, why I felt so strongly about her. But look, you still have this look on your face like you have questions.
Rafe: No, not about that.
Nicole: Not about that? Then--then--then what? You don't trust my truce with Sami?
Rafe: Well, when it comes to you, Nicole, I just don't know what to think.
Brady: Mel. Hey, got your text. What's up?
Melanie: Good--sorry, got to make this fast. I'm late. Um, I have good news.
Brady: I'm always up for good news.
Melanie: Okay, I'm at the pub. I'm talking to Ari about you.
Brady: Okay, stop.
Melanie: No, I--she likes you, dude. She was all flustered and nervous.
Brady: Melanie, Melanie, let it go. Let it go.
Melanie: I--oh, I just thought--
Brady: No, no, no, look. I'm not gonna get suckered into your matchmaking scheme again. It's not gonna happen. I'm sorry.
Melanie: You know, Brady, I don't know whether to feel sorry for you or envy you... being able to walk away from love like that.
Nicole: You don't know what to think? Wow, that's kind of an insult.
Rafe: Well, I didn't mean it as an insult. I was just being honest.
Nicole: I can't believe this is still about Grace, that I grieved for her, that I felt horrible that a special, beautiful little girl died before she ever had a chance to live.
Sami: Hey, hey. They are ready for their n-a-p-S.
Rafe: Oh, Johnny.
Nicole: Yeah, I should, uh, probably get Sydney ready for hers. So bye, Allie. Bye, Johnny.
Sami: Can you say "good-bye"? Johnny, can you say good-bye to Nicole please?
Nicole: Bye. Okay. I'll see you later, Sami.
Sami: Of course. Bye, Nicole. What happened, Rafe? What did you say to her?
Brady: I never even went on a date with Ari, and you're calling it love.
Melanie: Ooh, defensive. You and I both know what that means.
Brady: It means that I am not gonna get caught up in your little, silly fantasies.
Melanie: You two have a connection.
Brady: Melanie, why don't you just mind your own business?
Melanie: Because I want you to be happy.
Brady: Mel, you don't have--
Melanie: And I'm gonna keep trying until you are so accept that! Give Ari a chance.
Brady: I'm sorry, can't.
Melanie: [Scoffs] Brady, so am I. Okay, I saw you two at the cabin. There's more there than just two people who have the hots for each other.
Brady: I don't know why you're doing this, Melanie.
Melanie: Guess we'll never find out, will we? If you an Ari could've been something special. [Sighs] Brady.
Arianna: Thanks for, uh, catching me when I fell. I know I said I didn't need your help, but it's a long way to the ground. So thank you.
Brady: It's okay. You're light.
Arianna: Oh, you're--you're strong.
Nathan: Mel, what are you doing?
Melanie: Shh, if Maxine finds out I'm late, she'll kill me.
Nathan: [Gasps] It's okay. Relax, she's on break.
Melanie: Okay, good. I don't think I could handle another day of bedpan duty.
Nathan: So results from the nursing exam.
Melanie: Already? How'd I do? Oh, my God, I failed, didn't I?
Stefano: A little early for happy hour, isn't it?
Nicole: Stefano, you scared me half to death.
Stefano: Oh, oh, somebody is on edge.
Nicole: Yeah, well, I ran into Sami's boyfriend, Mr. Ex-FBI agent, who still is asking me questions, who still doesn't trust me.
Stefano: No, who does not trust you, Nicole?
Nicole: Well, what the hell happened, damn it? You were supposed to take care of him.
Sami: Ahh. Yes. They are down for the count.
Rafe: Success, huh?
Rafe: They must've been wiped out.
Sami: [Sighs] Their mom is wiped out too.
Sami: [Sighs] Man. Ooh, why, thank you.
Sami: So you never answered my question about what happened with Nicole.
Rafe: Oh, I just didn't want to say anything in front of Johnny.
Sami: Really? So something happened?
Rafe: It's just Nicole. She seems really tense.
Sami: She's always tense. It's nothing different, right?
Rafe: Well, I mean, I didn't even say anything about Grace, and she's defending herself about why she was grieving at her grave. She always thinks I'm accusing her of something.
Sami: You know what? It's like I said to Nicole. We have to do what Grace would've wanted, right? We have to move on. And I will, and I have the twins, and I have you. And I'm just gonna look to the future. We have to.
Rafe: Yeah, we do. But I think I've figured out a good way for us to do that.
Arianna: Uh, that gig at the Brady pub--yeah, I got it. That's right--manager. Everything's set up, and we're good to go. Okay. I'll talk to you then. All right, bye.
Brady: What's a guy got to do to get some service in here?
Melanie: Just tell me. I failed, didn't I? Oh, I knew it. No good deed goes unpunished, right? I mean, you try and be an honest, upright person. You're life can't fall apart. I guess you have to be good for the sake of being good. Doesn't mean you're just gonna be rewarded for it.
Nathan: But you were.
Melanie: I was what?
Nathan: Rewarded, you passed.
Nathan: Y-yes. You actually did pretty well.
Melanie: [Laughs] Seriously?
Nathan: Seriously. Aren't you proud of yourself? You did it all on your own.
Melanie: [Laughing] I did, I did! I did.
Nathan: You did.
Melanie: I did. You know, it doesn't hurt that I-I have a photographic memory.
Nathan: Come on, give yourself some credit. I mean, you're smart. Looks like you might even be cut out for this nursing thing after all.
Melanie; [Laughs] Ye--um... you know, aside from my brother, you're, like, the only person that's ever really rooted for me. Thank you.
Nathan: You're welcome. Now that we got that out of the way, I believe that you still owe me dinner.
Melanie: You're on. [Giggles]
Nicole: The guy is getting more suspicious--the way he looks at me, those irritating little comments.
Nicole: You know, he's not going away. He's gonna keep digging and digging and digging until he finds out the truth about Sydney. And somehow I have to make sure that that doesn't happen.
Stefano: My God, woman. Relax.
Nicole: No, because you and Sami promised to get Rafe off my back and neither one of you have made good on it.
Stefano: I am a man of my word, Nicole, and you know it. When I make a promise, I keep it.
Nicole: Really? Then what's with the hang-up?
Stefano: Look, be patient. I have a plan.
Nicole: Could you be a little more vague?
Stefano: All you need to know is that soon enough, Samantha will doubt Rafael Hernandez on every level.
Nicole: Uh, yeah, I don't think so. She's in love with the guy.
Stefano: There's always a way, my dear.
Rafe: By keeping Grace alive in our hearts... we can honor her memory by living our lives with hope. Yeah, we're gonna miss her, but... we shouldn't give up on ourselves or each other.
Sami: You're right. You know, I, um--I know how we can do that.
Sami: Yeah, yeah.
Rafe: How's that?
Sami: I-I know where I want to hang this.
Rafe: What? No, Sami, come on.
Sami: No, I'm serious. You know what? You are the man that I love, and I want to. It's important to me. You are important to me. And anyway, it's... [Clears throat] Well, growing on me, sort of. [Laughs]
Rafe: You don't have to do that. But I-I found my soul mate-- bears fan... [Laughing]
Rafe: Art aficionado.
Sami: I am so lucky to have you.
Rafe: Man, I'm not going anywhere.
Stefano: Trust me, Nicole. You do not have to worry about Rafe and Samantha. There is, however, someone that you do have to worry about.
Chad: Now I know why you suddenly had to leave school.
Arianna: I have an idea. How about we start over?
