Sami: Yeah, sweetheart, it's going to be so much fun. All right. I love you too. Bye. [Hangs up phone] Thank you.
Rafe: Yeah. So, anything you want to do this morning before we pick up Allie?
Sami: Um, no. Actually, I was enjoying doing nothing.
Rafe: You're really good at it. Well, you are.
Sami: You should've heard Allie on the phone when I told her that, um, Johnny is going to be with us for dinner tonight. We're all gonna be together. She said she wanted to have fish sticks. And you know how she hates fish sticks. She just knows they're Johnny's favorite. Isn't that cute?
Rafe: Yeah, well. She must have missed him almost as much as you have.
Sami: Yeah. Well, it's gonna be really fun to have everyone together for dinner.
Sami: All of us. Well, almost all.
EJ: And they're coming into the straightaway! Oh, and it's Johnny DiMera in the lead. He takes the checkered flag. Champion! [Laughs] [Laughs] Oh, who's my champion?
Will: Hey, pal. Morning.
EJ: Good morning.
Will: So when are you coming back, man? We missed you.
EJ: [Sighs] He'll be back later today. [Laughs]
Will: My mom, uh, told me you dropped the custody thing. It's a good move.
EJ: I'm glad you approve.
Will: I just have one question, though. You know, why?
Kate: Well, I just hate to see you moping around like this. Stephanie's just having a flash of independence. She's gonna get over it, and then you're gonna pick up right where you left off.
Philip: Not gonna happen.
Kate: Of course it is, darling. She can't resist you.
Philip: Well, she's doing a pretty good imitation of it.
Kate: Then you need to swallow your pride and call her. Grovel a little bit. Women just love that.
Philip: Tried that. She told me not to call her again. She doesn't want to see or hear from me ever again.
Kate: Well, that's really ridiculous. What are you gonna do at work? You gonna put a bag over your head?
Philip: She doesn't work at titan anymore. She quit.
Kate: Really? So she does have a streak of Brady in her. A weakness for the grand gesture?
Philip: It wasn't a gesture. She's moving on. And I need to do the same.
Chloe: Yes, Kate?
Kate: Good morning. I was just calling to see how you're doing with Lucas out of town.
Chloe: Uh, fine. I'm just waiting for him to call.
Kate: Yeah. Well, I just wanted to tell you you have today off. You have a day all to yourself.
Chloe: Uh, that sounds great. It's a beautiful day.
Kate: Oh, I know. It is a beautiful day, isn't it? Enjoy it, dear. [Closes phone] As if it's your last day on earth.
Chloe: [Breathes sharply] Oh!
[Chloe moans in pain and collapses to the ground]
Nathan: Hey, Grandma. Stephanie.
Maggie: Good morning, Dr. Horton.
Nathan: That's a little formal, isn't it?
Lexie: Oh, Stephanie. I'm glad you're here. I had one more question for you. When can you start?
Stephanie: I got the job?
Lexie: You got the job!
Stephanie: Oh, my goodness, thank you so much.
Lexie: The decision was unanimous.
Stephanie: Thank you.
Maggie: Oh, congratulations.
Nathan: Oh, yes, congratulations. That's awesome.
Nathan: Hey, no need to thank me. [Laughs]
Daniel: Chloe? Chloe? Hey. Chloe, Chloe, Chloe. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Chloe, breathe. Breathe--come on, breathe, Chloe! Hey, hey, come on.
Maggie: Good decision, Doctor.
Lexie: I think so.
Maggie: I'll see you tomorrow.
Lexie: It was an easy decision. We are so happy to have you here.
Stephanie: So you asked when I can start? Any time.
Lexie: Okay, well, there's an orientation this afternoon at 4:00--can you make it?
Stephanie: I'll be there.
Lexie: Good. [Pager beeping] I gotta run, okay? See you later.
Stephanie: Thank you.
Lexie: See you.
Nathan: You know, I really think that, uh, I really think that we should start an ad hoc committee. You know, for intern morale. It's a very important topic. What do you think?
Stephanie: Yeah, it's right up there with paper clip procurement.
Stephanie: Can I ask you something?
Stephanie: Do you ever work?
Nathan: Ooh, you got that management attitude right down, don't you?
Melanie: Hey, do you have enough time to pick up some sodas on your way to the ferry?
Stephanie: Melanie. I got that job at the hospital, so I don't think I can come. I have orientation at 4:00.
Melanie: Well, I'll get you back in time before orientation. Come on, you have to go. Besides, if you get the job, this could be your last chance.
Stephanie: You promise we'll be back in time?
Melanie: You know you can count on me. Bye.
Stephanie: Guess I'll have fun whether I want to or not.
Nathan: Going to the cabin, huh?
Stephanie: With Melanie.
Nathan: Word of advice. Don't play cards with her.
Philip: Melanie, men don't have conversations about what they're going to wear.
Melanie: Oh. Just try not to look too grubby. Okay?
Philip: What? [Scoffs] Why do you care?
Melanie: Of course, I don't know why I'm worried. You always look like something out of GQ. Probably have your butler iron your swim trunks or something.
Philip: Good-bye, Melanie.
Melanie: Uh, Philip. You'll have the best time ever. I promise. I'm going to see to it personally.
Maggie: So what are you up to now? [Sighs] Hmm? [Short laugh]
EJ: I suppose that Nicole just helped me see that a custody fight wasn't in Johnny's best interest. Johnny, put that down. Down, thank you. World champion dr--they don't eat sticks. Put it down. Thank you.
Will: Well, I'm glad you dropped it. Um...Johnny and Allie, they don't know how to talk about it, but...I know they miss grace. And they need things to stay as close to normal as possible.
EJ: Look, uh, I don't want to stick my nose into your business. But, uh... I heard you're having some problems with your mother. So I just wanted to--to let you know that, uh, any time you want to come see Johnny, you can come over to my place.
Will: Thanks, but, uh... my mom and I, we worked things out.
EJ: Oh, good.
Will: You know how you said your wife talked you into doing the right thing?
Will: Well, Rafe made me realize that I was being kind of a jerk.
EJ: Oh, he did, did he?
Will: Yeah, he told me my mom had her reasons for not telling you. I should probably go.
EJ: Will, just wait a second. Look, I-I don't want any awkwardness that, uh... I may have with your mother to come between the relationship that we have. I know that you love grace. I know that you looked after her, and I won't forget that.
Will: Yeah. Well, it was easy. She was a great kid.
EJ: I liked your, uh...I liked your stories that you told at the service. I wish I had those memories.
Will: Listen, I-I don't know if it would make you sad or mad or whatever, but, uh... I have this portfolio that I made on my computer. It has a bunch of pictures of grace. And I wrote about some of the funny things that she did. I...I could email it to you if you want.
EJ: Yes, please. That--that would mean the world to me. Thank you. [Whispering] Thank you.
Sami: So, um... can I help you unpack?
Rafe: I thought I did.
Sami: Well, you took stuff out of boxes. That's not exactly unpacking, right? You gotta put your things away.
Rafe: Really? And where exactly would I put my things, 'cause you gave me, like, half a drawer.
Sami: Oh, come on. It's a very deep drawer.
Rafe: Deep drawer.
Rafe: Wow. Okay. Well, um... can I make an observation?
Sami: As long as it's not mean.
Rafe: It's neutral. I was just thinking that unpacking is something we can do when the kids are here. And maybe we can think of something that we can do while the kids are not here.
Sami: Oh. You mean, like, capitalize on the time alone that my grandmother has given us?
Rafe: Something like that, yeah.
Sami: You know what? I like the way you think.
Daniel: Come on.
Daniel: Here, here.
Daniel: Thank God.
Chloe: You saved me. You always save me. I love you.
EJ: I really appreciate this.
Will: You know, uh, maybe 'cause of grace, we could all try to be nicer to each other.
EJ: You're a good kid, will.
Will: Mia, what--what are you doing? I thought you were gonna wait for me by the pond.
Mia: Oh, well, I saw you here. So I thought I'd wait for you.
Will: You--you mean you thought you'd hang out with the baby? [Laugh]
Will: Oh, uh... EJ, this is my friend Mia.
EJ: It's okay, will. We've met.
Sami: Ow! [Laughing] Ow.
Rafe: What, what's wrong?
Sami: I don't know. Something's gouging into my side. Ow.
Rafe: Your side?
Sami: What, it's right--
Rafe: I was looking for that! Yes!
Sami: Rafe, are you kidding me? That's--you brought a pepper mill to my hou--like I don't have pepper mills?
Rafe: Oh, it doesn't work.
Sami: You brought a pepper mill that doesn't work?
Rafe: I might fix it some day, okay?
Rafe: It's kind of a souvenir.
Sami: A souvenir from your trip to the pepper mill capital of the world?
Rafe: Well, I got it in, uh, Mishawaka, Indiana. Which, incidentally, is not the pepper mill capital of the world. But I bought it there. And every time I see it, it makes me think of Mishawaka.
Sami: What, was that your first FBI assignment or something?
Rafe: No, I just bought it there.
Rafe: And, uh...yeah, that's it. But, uh, I think we're getting sidetracked here. So I thought that maybe you'd be more comfortable in bed. And I promise you, there are no pepper mills there.
Sami: Well, then what are we waiting for? Come on.
Rafe: All right then. What?
Sami: What is that?
Rafe: That--that...that? That, my friend, is a painting. Which, since I haven't had any walls to call my own lately, I thought, you know, maybe we could find a place for it here.
Sami: You mean like in the dumpster? Right?
Rafe: What? Are you serious? Uh...you don't like this?
Melanie: See, I think it's important to accept one's own nature. And, uh, mine is to be really sneaky. Just redirect it in a positive way.
Maggie: So you're gonna use your powers for good?
Melanie: Exactly. Philip and Stephanie are gonna be really happy, and it's all gonna be thanks to me.
Maggie: Did you ever read Emma? It's about a girl who, uh, tries to matchmake. And screws everything up. One disaster after another.
Melanie: Until the end, when she bags the really rich guy with great hair?
Melanie: You just made my day. Mwah. I will see you later.
Maggie: Okay, okay. [Strains] Be good.
Stephanie: Melanie? I know I'm doing the right thing. When's it gonna start feeling like that? [Sighs]
Daniel: I have to go.
Chloe: No, don't.
Daniel: No, I have to go.
Chloe: Look, I know that there's someone else, but I love you. Please don't leave me.
Daniel: I'm sorry. I had to move on. It's too late for us.
Kate: You know what, Chloe? It's going to get a lot worse.
Philip: I just don't think it was an accident, Melanie, that's all.
Melanie: You don't really think I would deliberately drop your phone into the water, do you?
Philip: I've seen you in action. I'd believe anything.
Melanie: Well, once your phone dries out, it'll be fine. So, uh, uh, you just, uh, uh, enjoy the peace and quiet. And, uh...shoot.
Philip; What now?
Melanie: Shoot, I forgot--I forgot my bag out on the dock with the--I need the sunscreen. So, uh, you put on your swim trunks and I'll be right back, 'Kay?
Philip: All right. [Sighs]
Stephanie: Where were you?
Melanie: Oh! I, uh, had a lot of stuff to do. Have you seen the water? It looks great.
Stephanie: It looks cold.
Melanie: Uh...oh, okay. Well, put your swimsuit on and we'll lay out in the sun, get nice and hot before we jump in. So.
Stephanie; Wait, wait! Where are you going?
Melanie: Uh, I forgot something on the dock. So put on your swimsuit! I don't want to waste any time.
Stephanie: Okay, all right, all right. [Sighs]
Will: Uh, is it okay if I take him to the swings for a little bit?
EJ: Yeah, yeah, great.
Will: Uh, Mia, you want to come?
Mia: I-I will in a minute.
Will: Let's go, j-man.
EJ: So you're a friend of will's, are you? Huh. I saw you at my daughter's memorial service. It seems like every time I go to church, I bump into you.
Mia: [Chuckles] Your--your wife has been really nice to me.
EJ: I see. So if you're friends with will, did you know my daughter, grace?
Mia: I babysat for her a couple of times. [Sighs] I'm--I'm sorry you didn't get to know her. I've seen you with your little boy. Nicole has told me, but I can see for myself. You're a great dad. And it really helps to know that.
EJ: Well, why would you care what kind of father I am?
Rafe: Oh, man. Look at that, huh? Yep, I think we've found this puppy's home.
Sami: Yeah. The colors really, um, go. [Sighs]
Rafe: Right? All right, I'm gonna get a hammer and a nail. You're cool with this, right?
Sami: Yeah, totally. I mean, I--it's your home too now, and I want your taste to be reflected here.
Rafe: Okay. I can't do it to you. I just--I can't. I mean, the look on your face right now? It looks like you might cry.
Sami: You've been taunting me this whole time?
Rafe: Just a little--
Sami: What is the matter with you? I can't believe you! I'm not gonna fall for your nonsense any more, I'm not--
Rafe: Stop, stop. Stop. Mm. You know, we keep getting sidetracked. I thought we were going to the bedroom.
Sami: [Scoffs] You can't possibly expect me to go to bed with someone who has such terrible taste in art.
Rafe: What, you seriously--you don't like that?
Sami: No, no.
Sami: No, I'm just thinking we have to start over. We have to pretend like that never happened. We are gonna have to, you know, go back to the beginning. Are you kidding me?
Sami: What is this, another pepper mill?
Rafe: No, there's only one. Sam--
Sami: You didn't.
Rafe: Uh... [Exhales]
Daniel: What are you doing here?
Kate: What do you think I'm doing here? I'm tracking you down. I left six messages. You were supposed to be at the studio an hour ago to do voiceovers.
Daniel: I'm sorry. I was just about to call.
Kate: What are you doing?
Daniel: I'm packing. And about the show, I quit.
Chris: Pulse is thready, heartbeat erratic, and her temp's up to 105.
Lexie: Thanks, Chris. This is the second time she's been in here. What is going on with her? [Sighs] I need a CBC and a tox screen, stat.
[Monitors beeping rapidly]
Lexie: Crash. Code blue, code blue! Get the crash cart. We're losing her. Come on... hey!
Sami: [Gasping] Rafe. I didn't mean to ruin your--
Rafe: Uh, just, Sami, the rings-- they're not...that.
Sami: They're... oh, they're Emily's, aren't they?
Mia: I'll go. Uh, sorry I bothered you.
EJ: Whoa, wait, Mia. You're not bothering me. But I'd like to know why you're so concerned about me and my family.
Mia: Uh... well, because I'm friends with will. And, you know, I love kids. I loved grace. And Johnny. I know him too. I just care that kids get taken care of the way they--you know, they deserve.
EJ: Okay. You take it from me, you're a little young to be getting concerned about child welfare issues. Don't be so serious. [Laughing] All right?
Will: I'll take you to the movies tomorrow, okay? Today I get to go alone with Mia.
Mia: Sorry. I didn't go over there.
Will: That's okay. I'll send you that portfolio tomorrow, okay? I want to go through it one more time.
EJ: Thank you very much again.
Will: So you ready to go? I hear 11 guys get creamed before the opening credits.
Will: Yeah? [Laughs] See you.
EJ: Take care. There is something very strange about that girl.
Stephanie: I really don't appreciate this, Philip.
Philip: [Scoffs] Steph. You know I didn't have anything to do with this. Don't you? Look. I just--I know you well enough to know that something like this would make things worse, okay?
Stephanie: You just caught me off guard. It's no big deal.
Philip: Well, look. Do me one big favor, okay? Just try not to be too mad at Melanie. She's--she just wants to be your friend, okay?
Stephanie: Oh, God help me.
Philip: I know. [Laughs] Well, look, I, uh... I better get going.
Stephanie: I'm sorry you had to come all the way out here.
Philip: Yeah, me too. But...how'd that job interview go?
Stephanie: I got it.
Philip: They are very lucky. I'll see you.
Melanie: No, no, no, you can't go.
Philip: Oh, yes I can.
Melanie: Can't you guys at least talk?
Philip: No, no. I must be going.
Stephanie: Philip, just--um... wait a minute, okay?
Nathan: Pulse is steady. And the fever's down to 102.
Lexie: [Sighs] Why?
Nathan: You don't know?
Lexie: I want you to pull everything from her last admission. From her last physical too. I mean everything, okay? We need to find out what's doing this to her.
Nathan: Yeah, before it happens again.
Kate: [Sighs] I have a show that's still in production. You're quitting, but I'm next on the list to be called.
Daniel: Gosh, Kate. I figured maybe, and I don't know what I was thinking, that it's important to let the hospital know first. Now it's no voiceover, I know. But just saving lives--
Kate: Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait. You're quitting the hospital?
Daniel: It seemed important to me.
Kate: You're leaving?
Daniel: That's right.
Kate: Because of Chloe?
Kate: I'm so sorry.
Daniel: Uh, you? Sorry? Wow. Thought you'd be delighted.
Kate: And why would you say something like that? You have been very important in my life. You have been very important in the lives of so many people in Salem. [Exhales] Of course I'm delighted. What could prove your guilt more than your running away? Now, I know this might sound petty.
Daniel: No, not you. Not ever.
Kate: But I need you for one more show.
Kate: Really. Not even to help Chloe? [Sighs]
Lexie: [Sighs] We have to get in touch with her husband.
Daniel: Oh, my gosh. I do wish I was there. 'Cause you know I love to hear you sing.
Chloe: Hmm. Well, I guess performing emergency surgery qualifies as an acceptable excuse.
Daniel: Well, you know, I don't have to go in in the morning. So, you know, we could, uh... you know, sleep in.
Chloe: Mm...oh. I think someone else might have some other ideas. I think she heard your voice.
Daniel: Yeah, my voice. Hmm, you know what? I'll go get her. 'Cause I miss her.
Chloe: She has you wrapped around her little finger.
Daniel: Hey, hey, hey. What can I tell you, I'm a sucker for beautiful girls with big blue eyes.
Chloe: Mm. Oh. When you get back here, I have a surprise for you.
Daniel: How in the hell is finishing your show good for Chloe?
Kate: Because I'm thinking about Lucas. I'm thinking about when he comes back into town and he finds out that you've just taken off, and he's going to have questions, and I think Chloe will be able to cover the situation better if she has closure.
Daniel: That makes no sense at all.
Kate: Look. I know you want to leave town. And I know these last few months have been difficult for you. All I'm asking you to do is stay just a little bit longer so everything will turn out exactly the way it should.
Will: [Sighs] I knew it was gonna be sold out. Previews were way too awesome.
Mia: Well, we could've seen the other one.
Will: No, I wanted to see mutants, not wedding hilarity.
Mia: You know, they should make a movie about a mutant wedding planner. Like, she could ward off the-- aliens.
Will: Uh, yeah. So we should get out of here. Wanna go to, like, a Kinsey-free zone or something?
Mia: No, no. She--she doesn't even bother me.
Will: You know, I have this theory that if, uh, Kinsey doesn't bother you, you're not human.
Kinsey: What is it with you? I mean, she walks in here and you're, like, drooling.
Chad: I am not.
Kinsey: I look at her, and I look at you, and go, "what?" You could've had any girl at Salem west, and you pick her? She's like tapioca. Bland and lumpy.
Chad: Knock it off.
Kinsey: I'm just saying. What is it about that girl?
Chad: You're not even gonna talk to me?
Mia: What do you want to talk about? Last night? Man, we were all so stoned. It was, like, awesome.
Chad: You were welcome to come along.
Mia: Yeah, good times. Oh, I just love those long conversations about what's the funniest three stooges routine.
Chad: Come on. Go out with me tonight. It'll be just the two of us. We can talk about great books. Poetry. [Chuckles]
Mia: Hmm. When it's the two of us, we don't do a lot of talking.
Chad: Mm, but we communicate. On a higher plane. Come on, say yes. You can reform me.
Mia: [Laughs] Like that'll happen.
Chad: Or maybe I can reform you.
Sami: They're Emily's, aren't they?
Rafe: [Sighs] I'm sorry.
Sami: No. Oh, my God, don't be sorry, Rafe.
Rafe: No, I--
Sami: No, it's okay. I get it. You loved her, and... and you wanted to keep it to remember her. I...I know what kind of man you are. And you don't forget the people you love.
Rafe: No, I don't. But you know what? These...they're in my past. And she's in my past. And you, you're my now. And you're my future.
Sami: Right back at you.
Rafe: Come on.
Sami: [Laughter] Quit stalling.
Rafe: Yeah, for real.
Stephanie: [Sighs] Look, I don't think the ferry comes for another couple hours. I don't want you standing outside getting a heat stroke while you wait.
Philip: Look, it's okay.
Melanie: Ah, see, Steph, you still care about him. The spark is still there.
Stephanie: I never said I didn't care.
Philip: Look. I know you thought this was a good idea, but you really shouldn't have done this.
Melanie: That's where you're wrong. See, if you guys can't stand to be in the same room together, there's obviously unfinished business, so figure it out. Say what you need to say, unless, I don't know, you're worried you might end up happy.
Stephanie: You're right, she does mean well. But I...dot know what we could possibly say to each other that hasn't been said already.
Philip: I do. [Snickering]
Chad: So how long have those two been together?
Kinsey: Not too long. He was in school somewhere in Europe. He came back. I guess he met her right after she got out of rehab.
Kinsey: You didn't know?
Chad: No. No, I didn't. [Sighs]
Rafe: What are you looking for? Another pepper mill?
Sami: [Chuckles] No, I'm looking for my keys. I can't find them anywhere, and I don't want to be late picking up Johnny.
Rafe: All right, well, let's not panic. You've got, like, half an hour to go to the park. It's three blocks away, Sami.
Rafe: [Toy rattling] That's the, uh... that's the rattle that Caroline gave to grace, isn't it?
Sami: Yeah. Yeah, I thought my dad and I had packed everything up and... taken it out of here.
Rafe: You know what? It's good that this is here. We should have some of grace's things around here. She's always going to be part of our family.
Sami: You're right.
Sami: You know what? You act all big and tough, but... you're a big softie on the inside, aren't you?
Sami: It's okay. Your secret is safe with me.
EJ: I know you're gonna miss your brother. But you know what, you're still going to see him. Mm-hmm. Promise you this. I'm never gonna let you go anywhere. You're staying with me. Sure looks that way.
EJ: And then after that, we can go to the zoo. Would you like that? [Laughs]
Sami: [Laughs] Hi, sweetheart! Ooh, come here. You are getting so big.
Johnny: Yeah. I'm four years old.
Sami: I know you are. I love you. I missed you so much. Hey, um, thanks.
EJ: Yeah. So, um...
Johnny: We were going to go to the zoo.
Sami: Oh, okay.
Johnny: Next week.
Sami: Well, maybe we'll talk about that. Oh, you're gonna go with daddy? That'll be fun.
EJ: So everything he needs is in there.
EJ: Look, I put a copy of the visitation schedule, just so we're on the same page.
Sami: Um...okay. I'm going to see you later. You ready? Aah! [Laughs]
EJ: You have fun with your mommy.
Sami: You know what we're gonna do? We're having a family dinner tonight, and you know what? Allie said you could have fish sticks. Oh, there he is!
Rafe: My man. Hey, little buddy. Good to see you again.
Sami: Hey, I have a plan.
Sami: You wanna go have lunch? We could go get Allie. Let's go, huh?
Rafe: All right.
Johnny: Let's go get Allie.
Sami: Yeah, let's go get her. We'll have a fun lunch. Maybe a trip. Oh, come on.
EJ: Enjoy it while it lasts, Samantha. 'Cause it won't last long.
Philip: [Clears throat] Look. I realize I never got a chance to say a proper good-bye, but... [Sighs] I just want you to know I'm really sorry. I just wanted to make you as happy as you make me, you know?
Stephanie: You did.
Philip: I'll always love you.
Stephanie: Me too, I...love you too.
Melanie: Damn, I'm good.
Nathan: So Lucas is on a flight to Hong Kong. They can't reach him.
Lexie: Well, he's just going to have to turn around and come back.
Nathan: Excuse me.
Lexie: [Sighs] I've been through all this. Twice. I'm not--I'm not finding anything. [Sighs] I'm just gonna have to page Daniel.
Chloe: No. No.
Lexie: Chloe. Hey, hey. It's Dr. Carver. You're at the hospital.
Chloe: No, don't call Daniel.
Lexie: No, honey--
Lexie: I need to consult with Daniel, okay?
Chloe: No, I don't want him anywhere near me. No.
Lexie: Chloe. Chloe, hey, listen to me. We need to figure out what's wrong with you, okay? And Daniel is our best shot at that.
Nurse: Honey, valentine's day was five months ago.
Daniel: Would you make sure Dr. Carver gets that?
Nurse: She's here. You can, uh, give it to her yourself.
Daniel: No, it doesn't work that way. That's my letter of resignation.
Kate: Payment in full. Enjoy your retirement in Tahiti.
Man: Glad I never got on your bad side.
Daniel: Chloe, I love you. I want you so much.
Chloe: I can't talk to you. I can't do this anymore.
Daniel: If I can't have you, no one will.
Daniel: I need to give you something. My letter of resignation.
Chloe: Lucas. You love Lucas.
Stephanie: Even if you're madly in love with someone, if you don't believe in the same things, it's just not gonna work.
Philip: I-I can't lose her. I can't.
