Brady: Hey, how's it going?

Philip: [Sighs]

Brady: What's up? Are you okay?

Philip: Congratulations.

Brady: On what?

Philip: Becoming the new C.E.O. of Titan. You hit the big time at last, Brady.

Sami: Yeah, sister Theresa. I'll be there to get Grace before -- before noon, okay? Thank you so much. Bye. Rafe. Hi.

Rafe: Sami, we don't have anything more to say to each other, okay?

Sami: Yeah. Couldn't agree more.

E.J.: Harold. Ah. Look, I was looking to speak to Nicole about some wedding plans. I can't seem to find her.

Harold: She left a while ago, sir.

E.J.: Did she tell you where she was going?

Harold: I didn't ask, sir. She seemed in quite a hurry.

E.J.: Hmm.

Nicole: Mia.

Mia: Nicole.

Nicole: How could you?

Mia: Uh, I just came home 'cause --

Nicole: No, you told tony DiMera that Sydney was your baby, not mine. How could you do that?

Stefano: So, Harold was right. You are packing. Where are you going?

Tony: Well, you'll be delighted to know that I'm leaving you -- all of you, the entire family -- permanently.

Chloe: The morning sun always looks so beautiful on the water.

Lucas: Did I tell you yet how glad I am that we eloped?

Chloe: Mm, only about a thousand times.

Lucas: Well, here's 1,001. That was nice. What is it?

Chloe: Lucas, when your mother showed up in Vegas and told us that she wanted us to get an annulment --

Lucas: Yeah, yeah. I don't want to talk about that.

Chloe: Well, I can't forget about it. How can you? Not to mention the things she said on the plane coming back. She is not happy that we got married, not at all.

Daniel: Kate... you wanted to see me?

Kate: Yes. You know, on the plane ride home, I decided you were the one person I had to see.

Stefano: What in God's name are you talking about? You're moving out?

Tony: Yes. You're devastated.

Stefano: I -- you know, why on earth would you want to leave here?

Tony: Why would I want to stay -- to be dismissed and belittled? You made your choice a long time ago. You prefer E.J. Over me. He's the heir apparent.

Stefano: Antony, that is total insanity. Do you understand me? You and your brother are equal in my eyes.

Tony: You know what's insane? That I stood around and took it for so long. But, fortunately, all things come to an end.

Stefano: I forbid this. I want you to unpack these cases. Get -- ugh!

Nicole: Answer me. How could you be so cruel?

Mia: Oh, God. I didn't -- I didn't mean to.

Nicole: I want answers, Mia. Why did you come back from Japan? I mean, I gave you more than enough money to live over there.

Mia: I know, okay? I know. But I didn't really spend it. I just -- I felt so lonely, I mean, wondering if my baby missed me, thinking about her all the time.

Nicole: Sydney is not your baby. So of course she didn't miss you. She doesn't know you. She only knows me because I am her mother -- me.

Mia: I know. But...

Nicole: But what? You decided to sneak back in town and go to the mansion and tell tony that Sydney is all yours?

Mia: No!

Nicole: No? That's what you did.

Mia: But it wasn't like that.

Nicole: Then what was it?

Mia: I mean, it wasn't -- it wasn't a plan or anything, okay? I saw your car was there, so I thought you were home. It was a mistake. I just -- I wanted to see her. And, I mean, tony didn't say anything, did he? He would never hurt an innocent little baby, would he?

Nicole: Tony would sell his own mother if he knew it would hurt E.J. Oh, for God's sake, Mia. Do you understand anything? What you did is going to destroy my life.

Tony: Ah, brother E.J., Just the man I wanted to see.

Sami: Just so you know, I'm, um, going to get Grace -- this morning, in fact.

Rafe: Oh, surprise, surprise.

Sami: Yeah. So, she's gonna be with me now, and I'm gonna be able to handle it on my own.

Rafe: Fine.

Sami: Fine. So, what are you doing? Are you, um, staying or leaving or what?

Rafe: Sami, you made it clear that what I say or do doesn't really mean that much to you, so let's just not go there, okay? Excuse me. I have to make a phone call.

Sami: [Scoffs]

Abe: [Sighs] Sami.

Sami: Hey!

Abe: Good to see you.

Sami: Hi! [Laughs] Wow, it's so nice to see you. How are you, and how's the family and everyone?

Abe: Oh, they're great. They're great. Hope you stop by for a visit soon.

Sami: I would love that. Definitely.

Abe: So, you getting used to being home?

Sami: It's taking some adjusting, but I'm so glad to be back with everyone I care about. [Clears throat]

Abe: You know, I'm sorry that I couldn't help Rafe get a position with the Salem P.D. The budget being what it is, we're just hoping to avoid more layoffs.

Sami: Yeah, I -- I totally understand. I mean, sometimes things just don't work out.

Abe: I must say, this young man thinks a great deal of you, considering what he's given up to stay here in Salem.

Sami: What do you mean? What did he give up?

Brady: Granddad fired you?

Philip: Oh, don't tell me he forgot to mention it.

Brady: I haven't seen him, Philip.

Philip: Oh, then act surprised when he tells you. He likes that kind of crap.

Brady: Oh, my God. What -- what the he--

Philip: Oh, and he disowned me, too. I was kind of shocked my stuff wasn't by the curb this morning.

Brady: What the hell happened?

Philip: Like you don't know. I didn't get the fuels project back in Titan's hands. And since his son is a total failure, the big man is trying to find the blueprints himself.

Brady: How does he think he's gonna do that, hmm?

Philip: Well, he's the great victor Kiriakis. He's incapable of failing. Didn't you know that?

Brady: All right, Philip, we can fix this.

Philip: No, we are not gonna do anything. I am.

Brady: And what are you gonna do?

Philip: Whatever I have to.

Nicole: Look, Mia, I need you to tell me exactly what you said to tony.

Mia: He kept asking about the baby, and I started crying. And I told him I'd given her up. Nicole, I'm -- I'm really sorry.

Nicole: So, you told him that you gave the baby to me.

Mia: It just kind of came out.

Nicole: Then what?

Mia: I ran away.

Nicole: You should have done that when he opened the door.

Mia: I wish I'd known I couldn't trust him.

Nicole: Yeah, that would have been good.

Mia: But, I mean, what's gonna happen? If he tells your fiancé --

Nicole: He's gonna throw me out on the street... broke, and I'll be worse off than you.

Mia: But you're so smart. I mean, can't you think of something or do something to stop him?

Nicole: I already did. It blew up in my face.

[Sighs] This is tony we're talking about. He could strike at any minute.

E.J.: You're moving out.

Tony: Yes, leaving this house, you, Salem, father. My God, just saying it is liberating.

E.J.: When are you planning on doing this?

Tony: At the end of business today.

E.J.: I see. So, you're not gonna stay for the wedding?

Tony: Oh, the wedding. Oh, I almost forgot about that. But of course you'd think about yourself first. Those upcoming nuptials -- you must be beside yourself.

E.J.: I'm looking forward to it.

Tony: You must feel very good, knowing that you'll be the first family of the DiMera clan, father's pride and joy.

E.J.: Tony, you and Anna are very dear to --

Tony: Yes, I know. But things could change, of course... will change, in fact. [Laughing]

E.J.: [Laughs] Tony, you're acting very odd, brother. What's wrong with you?

Tony: Nothing's wrong with me. But there is something definitely wrong, and I think it's time you found out about it.

Chloe: Something has changed, Lucas. I can feel it.

Lucas: You're just being paranoid.

Chloe: I swear. It's like, suddenly, I'm not good enough for you. I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm in show business, and I'm between jobs, unemployed.

Lucas: Will you stop?

Chloe: Well, maybe she thinks I'm not smart enough for you.

Lucas: Come on, that's crazy.

Chloe: You know what? Even when she is sweet to me, it kind of feels fake.

Lucas: Did you just call my mom phoney?

Chloe: No, I didn't mean --

Lucas: You said that she was acting fake. She's not fake.

Chloe: Okay, maybe I used the wrong word.

Lucas: You know what? I don't want to talk about it, all right? She's my mother. And I know she's not the easiest person to get along with in the world, but she does want us to be happy. I guarantee you. We're cool.

Chloe: I hope so.

Lucas: Yeah, well, I know so. And stop worrying so much. It makes me nervous.

Chloe: Fine. We've got to get going anyway. We have to go see will and Allie, right?

Lucas: Yeah, well, that can wait because you told me you'd go to the hospital, and I'm gonna escort you, get you checked out.

Chloe: I'm fine. It's probably just stress or lack of sleep or something. I'll go by myself.

Lucas: No, I'll go with you because I'm the guy who's gonna make sure that nothing bad happens to you, ever. Allow me to introduce myself, Mrs. Horton. I am Mr. Horton, your ever-loving husband.

Abe: Uh, you know, this isn't exactly confidential, but I --

Sami: So, what, he turned down some job, some cush job in D.C. Or something?

Abe: Sami, I'm not sure that I'm the one to tell you.

Sami: I could ask my dad if -- is that...

Abe: Just don't tell anyone, all right? Rafe was offered a position in New York -- NYPD, their terrorism task force. I don't think I have to tell you, but in law enforcement, that's a prized position.

[Cellphone ringing] Damn it. Excuse me.

Sami: Rafe. Hey. Hey.

Rafe: Yeah?

Sami: Um... well, I found out what you did for me. So, it seems we're not that different after all, are we?

E.J.: Why don't you tell me what's wrong?

Tony: Gladly, 'cause it's certainly gonna wipe that constant smirk off your face.

Stefano: Antony. You are not going anywhere. Is that clear?

Tony: Do you get the feeling father's in a time warp? He thinks I'm still 10 years old, that he can bully me into submission.

Stefano: If you disobey me in this, I will cut you off without a penny. Is that clear?

Tony: Oh. Well, father, you haven't been in touch with things over the last decade, have you? But let me enlighten you. I have businesses all around the world. I haven't been in need of your pennies for quite some time, or will I ever need to again, especially now that I have this new venture that looks more than promising -- billions is the initial estimate.

E.J.: Well, that is promising. Why don't you tell us a little bit about this venture?

Tony: The alternative-fuels project, the one you and Father threw away.

Stefano: What kind of nonsense is that? The formulas and all the blueprints of that project have been destroyed.

Tony: Except for one copy, which I now have.

Stefano: I forbid you to have anything to do with that project, and that is that. La comèdia e finita!

Tony: Mm. You know what I'll never miss, father, about you is that unending opera you call conversation.

Stefano: I forbid you.

Tony: You can forbid all you like. Things have changed. And things are definitely going to be changing for you, little brother.

Kate: Bottom line is I am -- I'm sorry. I was totally, totally wrong.

Daniel: Yeah, well, consider it forgotten.

Kate: Really? So you're not going to hold it against me?

Daniel: Hold what against you?

Kate: Oh, you are just so sweet. I guess we just won't mention it again, especially to Lucas and Chloe, okay?

Daniel: You got it.

Kate: I just acted so awful.

Daniel: Well, you were upset.

Kate: Yeah, I know. I was upset. I really was. And then I was fit to be tied when I found out that they had raced off to Vegas, and they eloped. And I went after them, but I missed the ceremony. But, you know, when I caught up with them, they were so damn happy. They were glowing. They really were. I mean, wait till you see them. You're not gonna believe it. They can't keep their hands off each other. And it gets to be a little embarrassing if you're spending any time around them, you know what I mean?

Daniel: Right.

Kate: Anyway, apologies are never easy, but you made this one quite easy, so thank you. But, then again, you always do the right thing.

Daniel: Not always.

Kate: Oh, come on. Yes, you do. Your private life and your professional life -- why else would you be considered one of the finest doctors in the country?

Daniel: I don't know if I'd go that far.

Kate: Enough with the modesty, please. I know how lucky I was to be treated by you. I do. And all the decisions you had to make, just in administering that drug to me. Do you remember all the decisions and the calculations? And you were going on the computer --

Daniel: That's just standard, Kate. That drug is very toxic, so...

Kate: Yeah, I know. I remember. Although, I have to say, I think that I've repressed some of the memories, I really do, because I can't even remember the name of it.

Daniel: Glucose-cysteine.

Kate: Glucose-cysteine. That's right.

Brady: Look, I'm gonna find granddad. I'm gonna tell him we can't do this.

Philip: This is your big break. You should be licking your chops.

Brady: Philip, come on. We're family.

Philip: Wake up. In this family, it's every man for himself. Why don't you ask the great victor Kiriakis?

Brady: We can make this right.

Philip: No, we're not gonna do anything. I am.

Brady: How?

Philip: Well, it would be nice if I could go down there and get nick to write out those plans again, wouldn't it? Problem is he's in a psych ward, so he's not much good to us. So that only leaves me with one option.

Brady: Look, if you're thinking about trying to steal those plans away from tony DiMera, forget about it. It's already been tried.

Philip: By you?

Brady: Yeah, I was in on it.

Philip: Why? Why were you trying to steal the blueprints?

E.J.: Tony, you're making a big mistake.

Tony: E.J., You're the one who's making a big mistake, and you're about to get the surprise of your life.

E.J.: I know that you're upset that father chose me to run the company, but this fuels project -- it's never gonna see the light of day. Do you think that we're just gonna sit still while you do this? Father and I will come after you with everything we have.

Tony: But you don't have very much. You certainly don't have the blueprints. Your options -- well, they've expired. So you have no legal case.

Stefano: [Sighs] Antony... please, uh, let's... let's try to be reasonable here, hmm? We are all family. We cannot work against each other. We must work together. I love you. You are my son, after all.

Tony: It's clear. You have no use for me. I have no use for you and certainly not your latest protégé.

Stefano: Then... you are dead to me. Did you hear me? You are dead to me. Traditore!

E.J.: So... want to tell me the truth?

Tony: You know, I just wanted to spare you to embarrassment of public humiliation. Because once I tell you... you'll be horrified enough as it is.

Daniel: I'm sorry, Kate, but I have to go.

Kate: Oh, yes, of course. Look, thanks again for understanding. Really.

Daniel: Yeah.

Nice to see you again, ms. Roberts.

Kate: You too.

How are you feeling?

Kate: I am feeling excellent. Never better. You know, the funny thing -- I was just talking to Dr. Jonas about the treatment, and he was telling me how meticulous he had to be about giving me the dosage during my chemo.

Oh, yeah. That drug he was using can be pretty tricky, but he's the best.

Kate: [Chuckles] He certainly is. You know, he was telling me that the drug isn't even picked up on a regular blood test. Is that right?

Yeah. That's why we had to keep sticking you like a pincushion all the time.

Kate: I'm thinking a drug like that must be fairly rare.

Well, it's expensive, of course, but it's around. We have it here on this floor. It comes with about seven pages of warnings and small print -- very deadly if not used properly.

Kate: Yes, very deadly.

Brady: Look, everybody wants those blueprints, all right, including me. Unfortunately, it was a bust. But, hell, you know what? You and I -- we should be working on something together.

Philip: I'm handling this.

Brady: Philip, come on. I know you. When you get like this, when you shut down like this, you get dangerous, and you usually wind up doing something crazy. Work with me on this one.

Philip: I don't need you or anyone. And if you see my father, you tell him that includes him.

Brady: [Sighs] Is it ready? Will it work the way we want it to? Then do it. Do it now.

E.J.: Tony, look. I know you're deeply angry, okay? I understand you and father have a very adversarial relationship, to put it lightly. But I think that --

Tony: That's because you can't see, E.J. You're blind. You always have been. Sometimes it's quite amusing, actually. Even if a freight train was coming --

[Cellphone ringing] Excuse me. Oh. I have an associate coming in from Scotland to help me do some transitional work. Hmm. I didn't know he had arrived. I'm to meet him by the harbor.

E.J.: Let him wait. Come on. You got me here. I'm right here in front of you.

Tony: E.J., It's not up to you to decide if someone waits or doesn't wait. That's my business. You know what? I've decided. I'm not gonna tell you now. No, because you really deserve an audience. Like father, Nicole -- most definitely. One big, dysfunctional family. Well, don't worry. I'll be back.

Nicole: Okay, so are we clear?

Mia: Yes. Yes. And, Nicole, I am so sorry.

Nicole: Don't apologize. Let's just go over it, okay? So, when tony drops the bomb, I'm gonna call you, and you will...

Mia: I will come right away. And I will tell them. Yes, I stopped by to see you, and tony answered the door. But all I said was, "is Nicole home?" And he said no. And then I left. So, I don't know why tony is lying like that.

Nicole: Mnh-mnh. Mr. DiMera. Never call him tony. Always Mr. DiMera.

Mia: Mr. DiMera. Right.

Nicole: And, Mia, you -- you have to be convincing. No tears. You need to be angry. All right, let me hear it.

Mia: I never said that, Mr. DiMera, and you know it, so why are you lying like that?

Nicole: Good. Fine. I hope.

Mia: I will do anything to make it up to you, Nicole. I -- I am so sorry.

Nicole: Stop apologizing, okay? God, my life is going... I don't even know why I think I can do this. This isn't gonna work.

Mia: Why not? I'll do everything just like you said.

Nicole: So what? So we deny this whole thing. What, that will clear things up for a day, a week, a month? Oh, God. E.J. Is not gonna let go of this, not when it's something that suspicious. Eventually, he's gonna keep digging and digging and digging. And then it will all be over.

Rafe: We're not so different? Where do you come up with this stuff? We couldn't be any more different, Sami.

Sami: I heard about what you did, turning down that big job in New York.

Rafe: Who told you that?

Sami: Is it true?

Rafe: Maybe it is.

Sami: So, come on, why would you do something like that?

Rafe: Well, maybe I hate New York, okay?

Sami: Except that you don't hate New York. You love New York -- everything about New York except the Knicks, right? So, why'd you turn down that job? See, I think it's 'cause you wanted to stay here so that you could help me.

Rafe: All right, so what? Maybe I did, all right? Really, a lot of good it did me, you know? You -- you are s-- you drive me crazy, okay? You see, here I am -- I'm trying to help you. You make me out to be the bad guy.

Sami: I know. I'm sorry.

Rafe: What?

Sami: I really am. You've been doing so much to help me, and I didn't appreciate it. And I'm sorry. And I know you're doing it because you care. And -- and I care, too. You -- you do care, right? Come on, you're supposed to say something now, right? I say something, and then you say something. And, I mean, I put myself out there, and now you're supposed to say that you --

Lucas: Hey, what's going on?

Kate: Hey.

Lucas: What are you doing here?

Kate: I just came for my regular checkup. Everything's fine. I'm perfect. What about you? What are you doing here? Is something wrong?

Lucas: I think Chloe's a little tired. Maybe she's stressed. I want someone to take a look at her.

Kate: Oh, no. Absolutely. I don't want anything to be wrong with my new daughter-in-law.

Chloe: I'm fine.

Lucas: Did you talk to Philip? There's a part of me wants to punch victor's lights out.

Kate: What? What happened?

Lucas: I called Titan. I called Philip to tell him our good news. Found out he was fired.

Rafe: That was...

Sami: Um, it was kind of... maybe...

Rafe: Maybe what?

Sami: Maybe...

Lucas: So, after I go see will, I'll just come back and pick you up.

Chloe: I'll just get a cab.

Lucas: No, you're not getting a cab, all right? I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

Chloe: Mm.

Lucas: All right, I'll be back.

Chloe: Okay, bye. Hi.

Daniel: Morning. Uh, welcome home. I hear you tied the knot.

Chloe: Yeah. And thanks to you, at least in part. Whatever it is that you said to Lucas really -- uh, I appreciate it.

Daniel: Well, I'm happy if you're happy.

Chloe: Yeah, I am. Very.

Daniel: Great. Congratulations.

Nicole: All right, Nicole. It's now or never.

[Cellphone dialing]

E.J.: Where are you?

Nicole: Hi. Uh, I'm just, uh, you know, shopping around. Why, is something wrong?

E.J.: Yeah, something's wrong. It has to do with tony.

Nicole: Oh, my God.

E.J.: Are you all right?

Nicole: Yeah. Um, I'm fine. W-what's this about tony?

E.J.: Tony and Anna are, apparently, moving to New York at the end of today.

Nicole: What? T-Tony's leaving today?

E.J.: I know. As soon as he has some family gathering 'cause he wants to make some kind of big announcement about me that's supposed to horrify me. The whole thing's completely bizarre.

Nicole: Where is tony now?

E.J.: I think he said he was going down to the harbor. Look, just do me a favor, would you, sweetheart? If you bump into him on the way home, just give him a really wide berth, okay? He's been acting very strange. I think this whole jealousy issue of me running the company, him getting put to one side is really beginning to get to him. Nicole. Hey, sweetheart, can you hear me?

Nicole: I, uh -- sweetheart, I can't hear you. You keep breaking up. I'll see you soon.

Mia: Well, did tony say anything?

Nicole: Not yet. And I'm not gonna let him.

Mia: What do you mean? Nicole!

Brady: Granddad. I've been trying to reach you all morning. Why in the hell did you fire Philip?

Victor: I did what I thought was best.

Brady: If you think that I'm just gonna take his place --

Victor: You're to be acting C.E.O. For the moment. That's all I want to say about it now.

Brady: No, no, no, no. You can't give an order like that and just walk away. You need to think about what you're doing, grandfather, to Titan, to Philip, to the family.

Kate: What in God's name is wrong with you? How could you hurt our son like this?

Rafe: Still...

Sami: Still what?

Rafe: We are completely different.

Sami: [Chuckles] We're back to that, are we?

Rafe: No, it's true. You do stuff that is totally off the wall, you know.

Sami: I can't help it. I go with my feelings.

Rafe: You do.

Sami: You do, too.

Rafe: I don't, actually. Um, see, I usually incorporate this thing called logic. Yeah, I do. I don't know. Maybe it's just a guy thing.

Sami: Maybe. Right, it was so logical for you to turn down this killer job in Manhattan, just so you could stay here in Salem.

Rafe: Okay. Maybe this one time.

Sami: See? Doesn't it feel good to just go with your feelings?

Rafe: Yeah.

Sami: See? Sometimes it's good to do what you're feeling.

Rafe: Maybe.

Sami: But now I know what you're gonna tell me.

Rafe: What?

Sami: That I shouldn't have followed my feelings about wanting to bring Grace home. I should have waited until you had a plan.

Rafe: Oh, yeah, you're right about that. But what are you gonna do? You did what you did, right? The only bad news is, now the, um, DiMeras are gonna be watching you like a hawk.

Sami: Okay, I know I was impulsive and it was stupid, and I really don't want to um  [Clears throat] Ruin the moment or whatever, but um, I, uh, -- I have to go get Grace, like -- like right now.

Rafe: Okay. I'm going with you.

Kate: You know, I really thought that we had gotten closer these past few months. I thought you had changed. But you haven't changed at all. You will still hurt anyone -- anyone at all -- including your own flesh and blood! [Sighs]

[Keys jingling] I despise you. I have had enough of you. You are out of my life.

Brady: No, you're not gonna leave.

Victor: Et tu, Brady?

Brady: Hear me out. What you've done to Philip is affecting him in ways that I don't think you understand.

Victor: But you do.

Brady: Yeah. I saw him today. You haven't seen him. He's not in good shape, grandfather -- cold, quiet, desperate. And he's out there, somewhere, God knows where, planning to do something today. Now, I don't know what it is, but it's gonna be destructive.

Tony: Mac! Mac, are you here?

Philip: Mac is still on a plane.

Philip: How did you know that... you sent me the text message.

Philip: Guilty. Some of my geeks are really good.

Tony: What is it you want?

Philip: To continue our conversation.

Tony: There's nothing to continue. I turned you down. You aren't gonna be part of this project. I don't care what you offer. You're not gonna be in partnership with me. You can't buy me out. Now, you can beg, you can plead, but it ain't gonna happen.

Philip: Trust me. I'm not begging. In fact, I'm not even asking.

Chloe: Well, I'm just here for a quick checkup, so...

Daniel: Anything wrong?

Chloe: No. No. I'm just a little tired, and Lucas got all concerned, so... I'm -- I'm fine.

Daniel: Good.

Chloe: Yeah, I shouldn't blame it all on Lucas. Of course, I care about how I'm doing since I have this new family that I want to do things with -- Lucas and Allie and will.

Daniel: Sure. Sure. Well, don't overdo. I mean, given your medical history, everything in moderation, right?

Chloe: Right. Uh, yeah. I'll be fine.

Daniel: Yeah.

Sami: Oh, I'm so glad -- oh, look at you!

Rafe: The nuns around here are gonna miss their little sweet pea.

Sami: Oh, not as much as I missed you.

[Laughs] Princess, you are so beautiful and so big now. Look at you. Did you miss mommy as much as I missed you?

Rafe: She gets cuter every day.

Sami: She sure does. Rafe, this is so perfect. I'm so glad to have her back. Now I get to take her home, my precious -- my precious little girl.

[Footsteps approaching]

Stefano: Where's Antony?

E.J.: He went to meet somebody. He says he'll be back. He wants some kind of family gathering. I guess so he can tell us what kind of fools we are.

Stefano: I don't care if I don't ever see that ungrateful son of a bitch again. He's dead to me -- dead. Forever. What are you thinking?

E.J.: There is more to this. There's something that you and I don't understand.

Philip: I'm not asking, DiMera. I'm telling. Give me the blueprints.

Tony: Good God. You're as stupid as people say you are. Why would I give you anything? Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got more important things to do.

Philip: No. [Grunting]

Sami: I wondered if I could ask you about his past. I'd like to know more about Rafe.

Stefano: If he thinks that he can stab his father in the back, it will not happen. I will not allow it!

Tony: [Gasping] Will you be ready to take care of your family for 72 hours in an emergency?
