Sister Theresa: I'm sorry for your pain, dear. Such a difficult situation. Mary, when you do give birth, have you -- have you made any provisions? Contacted an obstetrician, a midwife?
Nicole: Oh, uh...yes. Actually, um, I have. Let's see, um...this -- this is the clinic and the doctor who will be delivering my baby. What are you thinking?
Sister Theresa: This could very well help someone else I know.
Nicole: Oh, you mean that lovely woman who's in the same predicament I am?
Sister Theresa: Yes, in fact. May I keep this?
Nicole: Yes, of course, please. If I can help someone else, all the better.
Sister Theresa: You have a good heart, Mary.
Nicole: Strange how, uh -- how I came here looking for -- for guidance and advice, and I might be helping out another pregnant woman. The only thing is...
Sister Theresa: Yes?
Nicole: My family has a lot, and by a lot, I mean a ton of church connections in Salem, so, sister, they can't know we had this talk. Not next week, not in a month, not ever.
Sister Theresa: Of course. Everything you told me is strictly confidential. Your secret is safe with me, Mary.
Sami: Oh. Um...oh. Have you seen my friend? Is he back yet?
Sami: No, it's okay. Um, would you show me where Sister Theresa's office is? I don't want to be alone anymore.
Killer: Rise and shine, tough guy. Are you ready to talk? Tell me where Sami Brady is.
Rafe: Like I said, I still don't know who you're talking about. And even if I did, I wouldn't tell you a damn thing.
Killer: Then I guess there's not much point in keeping you alive now, is there, stud?
Bo: A toast to John and Marlena's reunion -- a long time coming.
Hope: And to John's speedy recovery. May they both be home soon.
Bo: Oh, yeah.
Steve: I'll drink to that.
Steve: Hey, Abraham.
Hope: Hey, Abe.
Steve: Or should I say, Mr. Mayor?
Steve: Pull up a chair, join us.
Abe: Uh, no, thanks a lot, but I need to speak with Bo in private.
Hope: Ooh! Sounds serious.
Bo: I'll be right back.
Abe: Excuse us.
Bo: So, what's up?
Abe: I just got out of an emergency meeting with my advisors. The local press is all up in arms wondering how it is that we don't have a single suspect and it's been weeks, Bo.
Bo: I'm aware of that.
Abe: In the meantime, the taxpayers are footing the bill for Sami's witness protection and a federal agent's been killed.
Bo: I'm doing the best I can.
Abe: Well, it's not good enough. Now, you need to take care of this damn thing. Solve the case.
Nicole: Well, I should get going.
Sister Theresa: Oh, no need to hurry off.
Nicole: No, no, it's okay. Actually, I'm feeling a lot better. And, um, you know, if the clinic works out for that other pregnant woman, that's great. Just don't tell her, you know, where you got the idea.
Sister Theresa: Of course not. Lips sealed.
Nicole: Thank you so much, Sister Theresa.
Sister Theresa: God be with you, Mary.
[Knock on door]
Sami: Sister Theresa? Please open the door. [Knocking continues] Sister Theresa?
Nicole: Don't you dare open that door.
Sami: Sister Theresa.
Sister Theresa: Excuse me?
Nicole: Look, I'm sorry I got so upset, but no one -- no one can know that I'm here. Do you understand that? If my family finds out I'm pregnant out of wedlock --
Sister Theresa: Of course, dear, but you have nothing to fear --
Nicole: No, I cannot take any chances. I came here for guidance because it was safe -- a safe haven.
Sister Theresa: It is, dear.
Nicole: Please, all I'm asking is that you keep my confidence like you promised, for the baby's sake.
[Knock on door]
Sami: Sister Theresa?
Sister Theresa: Come with me.
Sami: Sister Theresa.
Bo: No disrespect, Mr. Mayor, but you appointed me to this job of police commissioner, so if you don't think I'm doing a good enough job --
Abe: I didn't say that. I know you're working your tail off. And I am behind you 100%.
Bo: Sure as hell doesn't sound like it.
Abe: You know, I'm under a lot of pressure. The press is all over this.
Bo: Since when do you give a damn about the press?
Abe: Let me finish.
Bo: We're talking about a professional hit man here -- probably connected to the DiMeras.
Lexie: Hi. Look who just got out of the hospital.
Abe: Hey, Theo! Theo! Hey, you. [Laughs]
Lexie: See, I told you Daddy would be here.
Abe: How about a big hug for your old man? Huh? Huh? Come on.
Theo: [Laughing] Yeah.
Abe: You are glad to be out of that hospital. I bet you feel pretty good, huh?
Abe: Your mommy and daddy are so happy to see you.
Lexie: Oh, sweetheart. Thank you. Oh, thank you.
Abe: I want to thank you.
Abe: For what you did, making that phone call. It's because of you he got to the hospital on time.
Bo: I'm just glad he's okay.
Steve: Well, you're looking good, little dude.
Kayla: Hey, Theo, you know, I'm gonna miss you.
Hope: Thank God he's okay.
Bo: Yeah, it's good he's out of the hospital.
Kayla: How about a hug, mister?
Rafe: Do what you got to do, man. 'Cause you're not getting anything out of me. Go ahead. Pull the trigger. You're getting a kick out of this. Dragging it out.
Killer: No. No kick. It's business.
Killer: I was hired to do a job, and I did it. Nobody else was supposed to get hurt. If that blond bimbo hadn't come along --
Rafe: Forget about her. Forget about her. Just move on with your life. You can disappear, man. No one knows who you are.
Killer: What are you not getting here? She's seen my face! You've seen my face. Nobody else will hire me till I clean up my mess.
Rafe: Yeah, speaking of which, who did hire you to kill the mayor?
Killer: [Chuckles] You think I would tell you?
Rafe: Yeah, why not? You're gonna off me anyway, right?
Killer: You play your cards right, you might still get out of this alive.
Rafe: What are you not getting? 'Cause I already told you, uh, I'm not saying anything.
Killer: Well, maybe I can give you a reason to change your mind about that. You see, I found something of yours. Guess you left it behind when you and the little lady lit out in such a hurry. Always wanted to play with one of these Tasers. They're so cool-looking, aren't they?
Rafe: Thought you were gonna ice me.
Killer: Still an option. But you got information I need. So why don't I just shock it out of you?
Sami: Sister Theresa?
Sister Theresa: What is it, dear? I'm here.
Sami: I heard voices. Who were you talking to?
Sister Theresa: What you heard was -- I was praying. Nuns do that from time to time.
Sami: I was just -- needed to see you. I was starting to get really worried.
Sister Theresa: About what, dear?
Sami: Well, about you. You know, you were gone so long, and I have to admit, I mean, just the idea of someone getting hurt -- you getting hurt because I'm here --
Sister Theresa: Oh, I'm fine. There's no need to worry. None at all. Actually, I was saying a prayer for you.
Sami: For me?
Sister Theresa: But we can talk about that later. Now, I have, uh, other things to do right now, so...
Sami: Oh, um, okay. Well, let me just thank you again for everything that you're doing.
Sister Theresa: You've thanked me plenty, my child. And good works are their own reward.
Sami: "Good works"? This is way more than good works. You are gonna take care of my baby for me.
Sister Theresa: My dear...
Sami: You're gonna keep him or her at the convent to look after. You have no idea what a relief it is to me to know that he or she will be safe with you until I can figure out what to do.
Sister Theresa: I'm happy to take care of your child, but if you must know, I was praying that you had a change of heart.
Sister Theresa: That you would tell the baby's father the truth.
Sami: No. No, you don't understand. I can never do that. Having this baby with that guy is the biggest mistake of my life, and that is saying a hell of -- excuse me. That is saying a heck of a lot.
Sister Theresa: But --
Sami: So he can never find out that this baby's his. Never. What was that?
Hope: You're not having more visions, are you?
Bo: No, no, I just been thinking about this Marino case. Abe just called me on the carpet, said I wasn't doing enough.
Hope: Are you kidding me?
Bo: Said the press was on his back.
Hope: Oh, well, that may be true, but Roman, the entire Salem P.D. -- We've completely devoted ourselves to this case for weeks.
Bo: Yeah, we're still no closer to making an arrest than we were the day Marino was shot.
Hope: And how is that your fault? Just because you're police commissioner doesn't mean you can wave a magic wand.
Bo: Maybe not, but... but I can start thinking outside the box, outside the P.D. Anyway.
Hope: Oh, you're not thinking about taking things --
Bo: No, no, no. Don't worry. Regular army now.
Hope: Which I know you hate.
Bo: Yeah, good thing we've got a work-around. Hey. Looks like you need another round here. Want to give me a hand?
Steve: Hey, what's all this slapping?
Hope: Hey, I love your new hair.
Lexie: It's nice.
Lexie: So, listen, I promised Theo. I said, "as soon as you're out of the hospital, you get a great big piece of chocolate cake," so that's why we're here.
Abe: Wait a minute. I mean, chocolate cake. We can't --
Lexie: I know, I know. It's not on his special diet, but Caroline has a certain gluten-free recipe that's absolutely perfect.
Steve: So, uh, Bo, I know you didn't haul me over here to help you carry a few beers.
Bo: Abe's not too happy with the lack of progress in the Marino case, so I'd like your help.
Steve: My help?
Steve: You guys got the whole Salem P.D. What do you need with my help?
Bo: They're cops. You're not.
Steve: Meaning I don't have to follow the rules, huh?
Bo: No reason to start now.
Steve: No reason.
Bo: Unh-unh. I need a killer behind bars and Sami out of witness protection. Whatever it takes.
Steve: I hear you, man. You know I've been down this road with John Black, and I hit nothing but dead ends.
Bo: The DiMeras know how to cover their tracks. We just got to dig a little deeper.
Steve: So you still think it was Stefano who put out that hit.
Bo: Look, man, you don't want to get involved with this, I'll understand.
Steve: No, man. Nothing would make me happier than to bust that two-toned, goateed bastard.
Bo: All right, then. Let's do it.
Steve: I'll get the beer.
Sister Theresa: What is what?
Sami: I heard something. Are you sure there's no one back there?
Sister Theresa: Well, as you know, none of us is ever truly alone.
Sami: Well, right, but God is usually a lot more quiet.
Sister Theresa: Well, Sister Mary Margaret, bless her soul, isn't. Her room is right next door, and she isn't exactly light on her feet.
Sami: Oh. Sister Theresa, are you okay? You seem very stressed out.
Sister Theresa: Well, I have to admit, all of these lies are beginning to get to me a bit.
Sami: What lies? I'm just asking you to look after my baby.
Sister Theresa: But if the baby's father shows up and starts asking questions, wouldn't you expect me to lie to him?
Sami: Yes, I guess I would. Um, I would hope that you would be okay with that. Is that a problem?
Sister Theresa: I'm afraid it is.
Killer: Come on, come on. I barely zapped you. And here I was thinking you were a hard-ass FBI stud. I'm disappointed. Nothing but a wuss. Hey. Open your eyes, damn it. Hey. You son of a bitch, wake up. Wake up! You hear me? You can't die, not till you tell me where Sami Brady is.
Steve: What is it, man? Come on, what's wrong?
Bo: Just trying to figure out how to crack this Marino case.
Steve: Don't give me that, Bo. You're pale as a sheet.
Bo: I'm fine. It j-- it's nothing.
Steve: Hey. This is me. Now, are you gonna tell me what's going on?
Bo: I wish I could.
Steve: What are you talking about?
Bo: This thing started happening to me, and...I thought it was over.
Steve: You thought what was over?
Bo: You know, Christmas, I, uh, fell off that ladder and bumped my head, knocked myself out.
Steve: You still having pain? You got headaches?
Bo: No, no, nothing like that. It's, um...these flash-- it's like I'm having visions.
Steve: You mean like that woman on "Medium"?
Bo: No. Come on, man.
Steve: Dude, you could flash on the winning lotto number and split the money with me.
Bo: This is no damn joke.
Steve: Okay. Sorry.
Bo: It's -- it's not like a dream. It's -- I see this bad stuff.
Steve: "Bad stuff." What do you mean?
Bo: Like Theo's accident.
Steve: What are you talking about?
Bo: Him falling down the steps.
Steve: Are you telling me you knew that was gonna happen?
Bo: There were bits and pieces, and it was all jumbled up, but it was there, yeah.
Steve: Did you tell anyone?
Bo: That's another story. The thing is it happened before, you know, on Christmas Eve when Theo wandered off.
Steve: You predicted that, too.
Bo: No, I didn't pred-- that's -- I saw -- I was seeing things, and I didn't know if I was crazy, just going out of my mind, but...I had these visions.
Steve: And what you're saying is that right now you had another one.
Bo: Yeah. And this one, I...believe Hope was in it.
Steve: What about Hope?
Bo: That's the thing. I'm not really sure, but, um, there was a gun and I think a shot was fired.
Steve: That's it?
Bo: No, it's not it. There was a whole bunch of other stuff. It just doesn't make any sense.
Steve: Okay. You got to think...and tell me what else. What did you see?
Bo: That's the thing, Steve. It's not so much what I saw. It felt like death.
Sami: Sister, you have nothing to worry about. My baby's father, he doesn't know anything about this place. He would never come here in a million years.
Sister Theresa: But if he did...
Sami: If he did, I would -- I would hope that you would help me. I mean, that you would find a way to protect my baby. And -- and -- look, this is one of those times where it is a necessary evil -- very necessary.
Sister Theresa: Think of the blessed mother, child. She found herself in what must have been a similarly frightening situation, but she put her faith in God.
Sami: Right, well, my baby's father is not God -- far from it. And his family is evil and dangerous. And I hope I can trust you to help me, to make sure that he never finds out about my baby.
Sister Theresa: I do understand, and that's why I will keep my promise to you and your secret.
Sami: Thank you. Thank you so much.
Sister Theresa: But I urge you to keep praying, Sami. A better solution is bound to occur to you.
Sami: I will keep praying. I-I promise.
Sister Theresa: In the meantime, I do have some good news.
Sami: Rafe? Have you heard from him?
Sister Theresa: Not yet, but I may have a found a safe place for you to give birth.
Sami: Really? Where?
Sister Theresa: A clinic outside of Salem, not far from here. Small, but well-staffed, apparently. Everything you need.
Sami: Wow. That is amazing. Thank you so much, sister. I mean, it just seems like everything's falling into place, that this is really gonna work now.
Sister Theresa: By the Grace of God, it shall. Now go.
Sami: Where am I going?
Sister Theresa: Get off your feet and relax and promise me you're not going to worry anymore.
Sami: Well, I can't not worry. I'm worried about Rafe.
Sister Theresa: Pray for him.
Sami: I can't stop think--
Sister Theresa: Pray for him.
Sister Theresa: I'll be out directly. Come, dear. Sorry for the close call.
Nicole: That's okay. Was that the, uh, pregnant woman you were telling me about? The one that's in a similar predicament?
Sister Theresa: It was indeed. I hope you don't mind my telling her about the clinic.
Nicole: Oh, no, no. Of course not. And like I said, if I can do anything to help someone else in need.
Sister Theresa: Oh, you have helped tremendously already.
Nicole: I believe in miracles, too, sister, and like that woman, I am very grateful to you.
Sister Theresa: What have I done for you, my dear?
Nicole: You've given me hope that everything's gonna work out for my own baby.
Killer: Come on, man. Wake the hell up.
Bo: When I had these visions of Theo getting hurt, I thought maybe I could do something, keep it from happening. But I couldn't. It didn't do any good. He went to the hospital. He almost died. So this thing with Hope -- I'm thinking that, uh...
Bo: I got to take her off this murder investigation.
Kayla: I wonder what's keeping the guys.
Hope: Yeah, looks like they got sidetracked.
Abe: Oh, they'll be along shortly.
Kayla: Well, I hope so. We have a baby to get home to.
Theo: Baby Joe?
Kayla: That's right. Baby Joe.
Theo: Where is he?
Kayla: He's at home with the babysitter.
Hope: It's so sweet, isn't it? How much kids love babies. Ciara's exactly the same way.
Lexie: Listen, speaking of Ciara, thank her for that beautiful picture she drew for Theo.
Hope: Oh, of course. You know, it was her idea.
Hope: Theo, she misses you. Keeps asking when you're coming over again.
Lexie: Oh. We have to set up a playdate.
Lexie: A.S.A.P., Yes.
Abe: How can you all do it?
Hope: We don't know.
Abe: Well, you know, you have careers, demanding jobs, and yet you're all able to make time for your kids.
Lexie: Well, honey, I can say the same thing for you. And I think I speak for all of us when I say that while we love our jobs, we take pride in what we do, family and friends -- that's what it's all about. There is nothing more important.
Kayla: Hear, hear.
Hope: Hear, hear.
Lexie: I love you.
Sister Theresa: Sit tight, Mary. I'll act as a lookout, let you know when the coast is clear.
Nicole: Thank you, sister, for everything.
Sister Theresa: Best of luck to you and your little one.
Nicole: Hi, it's Nicole. I'm just checking in.
Mia: Oh, uh, nothing yet.
Mia: Why is that good? I thought you were really anxious to have the baby.
Nicole: Oh, I am, I am. Of course I am. It's just that I still have a few things I need to get ready before she gets here.
Mia: Get your story worked out with your fiancÚ.
Nicole: Yeah, that's one of them. Look, I've got to go, okay? Just call me if anything happens.
Mia: You know I will.
Nicole: Bye. Please forgive me for my little fantasy earlier. I-I would never actually use your likeness to hurt anyone. But I am kind of glad Sami's keeping her kid a secret and that, uh, E.J. will never find out about it, because that makes things a lot easier for me. Why? Why? Why couldn't Sami lose her baby and mine be born? That's not fair. But I'm gonna make it fair. I'm gonna put things right if it kills me.
Sami: God, I feel terrible for putting Sister Theresa in this position and asking her to cover for me...but thank you so much for bringing me here, for introducing me to her, for... for helping me through this difficult time. And I am so grateful to have a plan for my baby now. But I miss my -- my other babies, and I really want to go home and see them. And I'm really worried about Rafe right now. I don't understand what's keeping him.
Rafe: I admit that when I first got this assignment, I wasn't too thrilled.
Sami: Really? I had no idea.
Rafe: But now I see the importance of it. Not only am I protecting a child, but someone that I've grown to, uh...
Sami: To what?
Rafe: Care about, I guess. That's one way to put it.
Sami: Thanks. You have no idea how much that means to me.
Sami: Please, God, keep him safe.
Mia: "Dear daughter, I'm writing to tell you...that I'm going to miss you...badly. But that's okay because I know you're going to have a good life. Nicole doesn't want you knowing about me, so you'll probably never see this, but...if somehow you ever find out you were adopted and you do read this, you should know that...I didn't want to give you up, but I can't take care of you like she can, so I know this is the best thing for you, but it doesn't mean I don't love you because I do, so much." How am I supposed to do this?
Nicole: There are certain advantages that I could give this child, but that's not what this is about. It's not. This is about love. And that's what I want to give your little girl or boy. So much love, because I want this baby more than anything. More...more than my life.
Mia: Now that I've seen you, how can I give you up?
Abe: Well, was it something I said?
Lexie: No, I think they just want to give us some family time alone.
Abe: Not complaining. Hey, buddy. Put the spoon down, huh?
Lexie: No, honey, it's okay. It's okay. He's enjoying himself. Listen, this is the new Lexie. This whole experience has taught me something. From now on, I'm going to be much more relaxed around Theo. I am just so grateful to have him back.
Kayla: So, what were you guys doing anyway? How long does it take to get a couple of beers?
Bo: Just discussing a little business.
Kayla: Why don't I like the sound of that?
Steve: Oh, come on. Relax, baby. It's not like the old days. We're not running off to Stockholm, getting into knife fights or anything.
Kayla: Well, I would hope that we've all settled down a little since then. I mean, sure, the four of us had a lot of adventures, but, you know, things have changed. We have families now.
Bo: You're right. Family is the most important. Actually, we were talking about that the other day -- how our jobs are pulling us apart. It's about time we did something about that.
Hope: You're not really thinking about quitting the commissioner's job. I mean, come on, Brady. Just because Abe called you to the carpet.
Bo: I'm not worried about Abe, and, no, I'm not quitting my job.
Hope: Okay, then, what is it?
Bo: I'm taking you off the murder case.
Hope: Like hell you are.
Killer: Not a good move, Hernandez.
Rafe: You idiot. You showed me your hand. You don't want me to die.
Killer: Yet. But you don't give me what I need -- hey, I've already taken out one agent. What's one more?
Sami: I guess I can't stay here much longer. I should be going.
Sister Theresa: Going where?
Sami: I can't just sit here and pray. I have to go find Rafe.
Hope: You are not taking me off this case. And why would you want to? Are you unhappy with my work?
Bo: You know I'm not.
Hope: Well, it can't be because you want me home cooking for you every night.
Bo: Well, that would be nice.
Hope: You didn't just say that.
Bo: I like you to be home, period. I don't need you cooking for me.
Hope: That's a relief, since I can't cook anyway. And here I thought you were being a chauvinist jerk.
Bo: I just don't want you out in the field, not on this case.
Hope: Look, if I wanted a desk job, I would have accepted the commissioner's job when it was offered to me.
Bo: Yeah, but you didn't, so now I'm your boss. Sorry.
Hope: And I'm your wife.
Kayla: You know what? I think that we're gonna give you guys some privacy. It's been fun.
Steve: Yeah. We'll catch you later, huh?
Bo: Yeah, later.
Kayla: Why would he do that to her? What do you think's bothering him?
Steve: Come on, baby. You know how he worries about hope. Besides, I think it might be for the best.
Kayla: What, you think that she should be home cooking for him, too? Maybe you think that she should be getting his slippers for him.
Steve: You know that's not what I'm saying.
Kayla: What are you saying?
Steve: I'm saying I'm happy they had their little disagreement. Because now I can have some private time with my wife.
Bo: Come on, Fancy Face, I don't want to fight about this.
Hope: What's the real reason you want me off this case? What are you hiding, Brady?
Killer: What the hell's this? What is this?
Sister Theresa: If you're going to look for Rafe, where would you go?
Sami: I don't know. I guess I'll start looking at the safe house.
Sister Theresa: You can't go back there, dear. It's too dangerous.
Sami: I don't have a choice. If Rafe is in trouble --
Sister Theresa: He trusted me with the care of you and your child. I can't let you do it.
Sami: With all due respect, sister, you're not gonna be able to stop me.
Sister Theresa: You want to bet?
Nicole: How come you didn't tell me?
Chloe: Because you were so happy, and I promised Lucas I wouldn't, and then Sami was gone.
Nicole: Yes, she was gone, and life was so good. What -- so Sami called Lucas. Why? Why? Is she coming back? When is the baby due? God, why is this happening to my life?!
Chloe: I really am sorry.
Nicole: I will not let that bitch ruin things for me or E.J. I won't let it happen. I won't!
Dr. Baker: [Sighs] Nicole, what do you want?
Nicole: I have important instructions for you, doc, so listen up. If a nun calls --
Dr. Baker: Wha-- a nun?
Nicole: From The Convent of the Holy Cross. Just take her call and do exactly what she says.
Dr. Baker: What the hell are you up to now?
Kayla: So, are you gonna tell me what was all that with you and Bo or what?
Steve: He gave me a job. He wants me to start right away.
Kayla: Not right now.
Steve: No, baby. There's only one thing I want to do right now. Follow me.
Hope: I know you. You're trying to protect me, but why, all of a sudden? What happened?
Hope: You had another vision, didn't you?
Bo: Hey, come on. It's probably nothing.
Hope: Why are you so freaked out, then?
Bo: I'm not freaked out. Let's forget about it.
Hope: Bo, I want to talk about this.
Bo: Just promise me you'll be extra careful, okay?
Hope: I'm always careful.
Bo: Yeah, I -- you know I think you're the best cop in the department.
Hope: You're not biased or anything, are you?
Bo: And the most beautiful. [Inhales deeply] And I love you very much.
Hope: I love you, too. But if these visions have started up again --
Bo: Hey, stop. What do you say we get out of here? We've got a sitter tonight.
Hope: What do you have in mind?
Bo: I'm sure we'll come up with something.
Hope: Hey, we'll see you guys later, okay? And, Lexie, I'll call you to schedule a play date.
Lexie: Yeah, sounds great.
Abe: Are you sure you don't want to join us for a nightcap?
Bo: Oh, thanks, Abe, but I've got an early day tomorrow.
Abe: Bo... I'm sorry for coming down on you so hard earlier.
Bo: Hey, no. Don't worry about it. You were right. Got to put a killer behind bars, and I'll do whatever it takes.
Hope: Correction -- we'll do whatever it takes. Good night.
Lexie: Good night.
Abe: Take care.
Rafe: Belongs to my girlfriend, if you must know.
Killer: You got her knocked up, huh? Be a shame you never got to see your kid. Your first?
Killer: Yeah, be a damn shame. But that's what's gonna happen... if you don't start talking.
Killer: Now, I'm gonna pull the trigger and find her anyway, only you won't be around anymore to run to her rescue.
Rafe: All right. I'll talk.
Sami: Are you really threatening me?
Sister Theresa: I will call 911 if you step even one foot outside this door.
Sister Theresa: I consider it my sacred duty to protect you and this child. Surely you don't want anything happening.
Sami: Oh, of course I don't want anything to happen to my baby. I'm doing all this to protect him or her. But Rafe is in trouble, and it's my fault. And if I don't do something to help him, he's -- [Gasps, exhales sharply]
Sister Theresa: Samantha, my dear, what is it?
Sami: Oh! I think I'm hav -- I'm having the baby.
Dr. Baker: Answer me, Nicole. What are you doing now? Why would a nun be calling me?
Nicole: Hold that thought. Hello?
Mia: Hey, it's me.
Nicole: Mia, can I call you back? I'm in the middle of something.
Mia: So am I.
Nicole: What do you mean?
