Nicole: How can I tell E.J. now? I've done something horrible, and I can't get out of it. [Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker March" plays]

Sami: Hey, hurry up in the shower in there. I, um, I found a ballet I thought we could watch together when you're done. And don't use all the hot water, either. That'll keep him there for at least half an hour. Okay. See ya. Wouldn't want to be ya. [Screams] Oh, my -- [Gasping]

Lucas: Hey, Mom.

Kate: Hey.

Lucas: How you feel tonight?

Kate: Pretty much the same. You didn't have to come, Chloe.

Chloe: Oh, I-I wanted to.

Kate: Yeah? Couldn't miss the fun, huh? I'm only teasing. Come here. Look, I know that you would help me if you could -- okay? -- So don't feel badly.

Chloe: Thank you for saying that.

Kate: Well, did you see Daniel out there?

Lucas: No. No. Why? He hasn't been around?

Kate: I guess after the bad news he gave us last night, he's finding it hard to face me, huh?

Daniel: [Sighs] Damn it. Oh, you're missing something, Jonas... but there is a way. [Computer keys clacking]

Daniel: There has got to be a way.

Nicole: Oh. Hi. Uh, I thought E.J. wanted me.

Stefano: Elvis will be down in a few moments. I was just preparing a little nightcap. Uh... would you like to join me?

Nicole: I...can't.

Stefano: A devoted mother. Lovely. Willing to deny and sacrifice everything for her unborn child.

Nicole: Right. So, um, do you know what E.J. wanted to talk to me about? I was on my way out.

Stefano: It's not E.J. that wants to talk to you. I do.

Nicole: About what?

Stefano: Your pregnancy. I think it's time that we both put our cards on the table. Don't you?

Sami: Why do you do things like that. Do you know you scared me half to death?

Rafe: It seemed to me like a good way to hammer home the point that you are never to be trusted.

Sami: Really? 'Cause you're the one who lied about taking a shower. You -- you can get out the bathroom window.

Rafe: I can. You, uh, you can't.

Sami: I hate you -- on so many levels.

Rafe: Well, you know, they say it's a thin line between love and hate.

Sami: Stop saying things like that.

Rafe: I will when you stop trying to sneak out of here and go to the convent. I'm onto you, you know? Why don't you just quit?

Sami: I don't quit -- not ever.

Rafe: Yeah, I guess not. I admit, it does make things interesting.

Sami: What are you doing?

Rafe: I'm changing.

Sami: What, we get dressed now for dinner?

Rafe: I don't know what you're doing. I'm going out. And since you've proven that you can't be trusted, I'm gonna have to take certain measures to make sure you stay put.

Sami: Oh, yeah, sure. You know what you sound like when you say things like that -- "take certain measures"? You sound like someone's grade school principal. And you know how everyone hated their grade school principal.

Rafe: I liked mine.

Sami: You would.

Rafe: And you know what's outside the door now, Sami? A big surprise. A real big surprise. It's good.

Sami: What are you wearing? Those have got to be the ugliest pants I have ever seen.

Rafe: Oh, yeah. Wait till you see the shirt. Now you're not gonna watch the ballet?

Sami: No. I only picked it because I thought it was gonna irritate you, and now you're...

Rafe: What?

Sami: Nothing. Just that I...should be watching "It's a Wonderful Life"...with my Mom and...wrapping presents for my kids and... planning our Christmas celebrations and...

Rafe: Hey, I'm... I'm sorry, okay? You're right. It does stink. I meant what I said before. There's a really big surprise out there -- a good one. It's --

Sami: [Sniffles]

Rafe: Please. Will you please stop crying?

Nicole: I beg your pardon?

Stefano: I think that this is a perfect moment for us to be totally honest with each other.

Nicole: I still don't know what you're talking about.

Stefano: That baby... and what exactly went on at that clinic.

Nicole: You know about the clinic?

Stefano: You have to realize something, darling. If it has to do with my family, I know about it.

Nicole: Well, I --

E.J.: Okay. It seems like I got here just in time. I'm sorry, darling. Do you feel like you're getting the third degree?

Nicole: Yeah.

E.J.: Yeah. That's because you are. Just back off for a second, please, Father. Thank you.

E.J.: I'll handle this.

Nicole: Handle what? What's going on?

E.J.: Sweetheart, allow me. Please? Thank you. I think this would be a good time to apologize, don't you?

Stefano: Hmm. You're right.

E.J.: Thank you.

Stefano: [Exhales deeply] My dear, the prospect of having another grandchild just elates me, see? So what happens, I'm afraid, is I-I become, uh -- how do you say? -- Imperious.

E.J.: Just a little. Look, his heart is in the right place. He just wants to make sure that you and the baby have everything that you need.

Nicole: So he goes on the attack?

E.J.: Yeah. It's one of your little quirks, isn't it, father? He gets particularly aggressive when he's about to offer help.

Nicole: E.J., please, just tell me what is going on.

Stefano: All right. Look. It's true. I only want the best for you and your child. It's been like that from the very beginning for me. And to that end, I have flown over one of the most famous obstetricians from Switzerland. He will arrive tonight. He will examine you. Then we will know exactly what happened at that clinic.

Nicole: No! No! Absolutely not.

Kate: Oh! Oh, my God. Oh! [Chuckles]

Lucas: Objects in the world guaranteed to make her cry.

Kate: [Exhales deeply] This should be at home on the mantel.

E.J.: It will be. You could put it there yourself when you're strong and healthy.

Chloe: What is it?

Lucas: It's one of Will's first art projects. He put his little hand on it. He was about a year old.

Kate: He was so proud of this.

Lucas: Still is. I will hang it right here so you can see it.

Kate: Thank you. Chloe, did you know there was a time that Lucas and I didn't get along?

Chloe: No.

Kate: Yep. I guess he thought his mother was a little too domineering at times.

Lucas: You? Domineering? Come on. Imagine that. My Mother.

Kate: But I always wanted what was best for you, right?

Lucas: Yeah, I know that.

Kate: Yeah. I still do. And I still know when you're keeping something from me. So, why don't you fess up? What's going on?

Lucas: I asked Chloe to marry me. She said yes.

Kate: I thought it was something like that. [Inhales, exhales deeply]

Lucas: Mom, please say something right now. That would be very nice of you.

Chloe: It -- it's okay. Um, I'll leave you two alone.

Lucas: Wait. Chloe, come on. Come back here. Please. [Door closes]

Sami: [Crying]

Rafe: Sami, you know that I hate to see you cry. I'm sorry.

Sami: You don't care about scaring me to death, but -- but you don't want to see me cry?

Rafe: All right. Okay. I'm sorry.

Sami: What did you just say?

Rafe: W-well, I said that I was sorry and that I've been a jerk, okay?

Sami: What am I supposed to do with that?

Rafe: What do you mean? I'm s-sorry.

Sami: Are you serious right now? I mean, you say things like that -- you say, "I'm sorry" -- and then all of a sudden you're human, and I don't want to think of you like that. Look, I have to get through this, okay, and I have always been better at being angry than being sad, so I'm not gonna watch Christmas movies and I'm not gonna think about my kids. I am gonna focus on you and what an unbelievable jerk you are. So you have to keep acting like the jerk that you are and you have to keep annoying me and yelling at me, and you can't ever be nice to me, and you can't ever say the word "Christmas."

Rafe: Okay. Uh, I'm sorry?

Sami: There we are again with the "sorry."

[Knock on door]

Sami: What's that?

Rafe: Uh, it's just your surprise, but I'm gonna get rid of it, okay? Um -- yeah.

Sami: What? No, I want a surprise.

Rafe: No, no, no, no, no.

Sami: No, I want to see it.

Rafe: You don't want to see it.

Sami: You got me something. Just let me see what it is.

Hilda: We wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas

Sami: How could you do this to me?!

Hilda: Wait. There's more.

E.J.: Look, Nicole --

Nicole: No, no. Wait. Let me ask you something, Stefano, and I'm sure you've heard this before. Just who the hell do you think you are?

E.J.: Okay, sweetheart, can we --

Nicole: You say you're imperious, right? What, is that supposed to be funny, disarming? You don't pick my doctor for me, and you do not discuss things with Daddy behind my back.

E.J.: Look, we were only trying to help.

Nicole: No, you're trying to take over. I don't know what kind of weak-willed women you're used to dealing with, but let me bring you up to the 21st century, okay? You don't pick my doctor for me. You don't bring in some man from Zurich to examine me without talking to me first.

Stefano: You see, what I thought was concern for your unborn child would trump hysterical feminism.

Nicole: You negotiate a lot, don't you? You think you're pretty good at it? Well, overplaying your hand is the mark of a rank amateur.

Stefano: [Chuckles] Really?

Nicole: Mm-hmm. Really. If you're gonna play hardball, you better make damn sure the person wants what you've got, and you better make damn sure that they're not willing to walk away from the table with nothing.

Stefano: And you are?

Nicole: Yes, I am.

Stefano: Ah.

Nicole: Another mistake, and I know you pushed hard for it. But we do not have a legal agreement. He is a part of this baby's life because I let him be. And if anything -- anything -- happens like this again, I will rethink everything.

Rafe: I'm gonna get rid of the Christmas tree, okay? You don't even have to look at this thing.

Sami: No, you can't do that. I mean, now it's our tree, and -- and if you got rid of it, where would it go? It would be all sad and lonely in a dark alley somewhere, dropping its needles.

Hilda: Go. You're only gonna make things worse.

Sami: Yeah. Go. Go away.

Rafe: All right. Fine. I'm going. She's really upset, okay?

Hilda: No!

Rafe: No, I mean it. She is going through a rough time right now.

Hilda: You are just so full of insight, aren't you?

Rafe: Poor kid.

Hilda: Uh-oh. [Clears throat] Have you had anything to eat?

Sami: I'm not hungry. What do you got?

Rafe: I'll see you later.

Sami: You're in disguise, aren't you? You're going undercover.

Hilda: Like a steel trap. Wow.

Sami: Promise me -- promise me that you are going to be careful.

Rafe: You're worried about me.

Sami: I'm worried about me. Say something to him. Talk him out of it. Stop him.

Rafe: That's no reason to be upset. Everything's gonna be fine.

Sami: No, it's not. You have no idea how dangerous Stefano DiMera is.

Stefano: Well, I see that you're angry.

Nicole: You catch on quickly.

Stefano: Mm-hmm. I also see that you and, uh, Elvis could use some privacy. But I want you to know this was my idea. I did not consult with Elvis. As a matter of fact, I was rather imperious with him, too. Not now.

Mary: Sorry, sir. You said if that call came in...

Stefano: Oh. Uh, all right. Anyway, I will leave you alone. Do not blame Elvis for my mistake.

E.J.: Well, I certainly didn't expect you to react quite like that.

Nicole: And I didn't expect you to be a carbon copy of your father.

E.J.: Is there any point in trying to explain? Nicole, that clinic scared me. The idea that if you or our baby got into any kind of trouble you would have to go back to that place is something that --

Nicole: So you and your father conspire to make me do things the DiMera way?

E.J.: Is that what bothers you -- the fact that I talked to my Father about this?

Nicole: There are a lot of things that bother me, and what bothers me right now is that you don't think that this is wrong.

E.J.: Okay. Just -- let me level with you, okay? I am, to use a technical term, a guy, and my Father, despite his little goatee and his sonorous voice, is also a guy. We saw a problem. We decided to fix it. No, we didn't take account of your feelings, and if we had, we'd probably have got things wrong, anyway, because the bottom line is, when it comes to something like this, we're basically clueless. Darling, if somebody had flown a gynecologist in from Zurich to treat me, I'd have been thrilled. He might have been a bit confused, but I'd have been happy about it.

Nicole: Don't make me laugh. I don't like you right now.

E.J.: Okay. Look, I-I also realize that I was wrong. The way you stood up to my Father -- you got some fire in you. No harm's gonna come to our child, 'cause you're not gonna let it.

Kate: I think you misconstrued my reaction to your news.

Chloe: Kate...one of the very few things we have in common is that we both dislike fake emotions, so please don't pretend to be happy about this on my account.

Kate: You shouldn't presume to know what I'm feeling or what I'm thinking. Yes, I was overwhelmed by your news, but I am also [Exhales deeply] in a position against my will, where I have to look at the bigger picture, you know? I can't, um, micromanage my sons' lives anymore. I need to be thinking about bigger things -- about whether or not they're happy. And although it may be a mystery to me, I can see that Lucas very, very happy. [Exhales deeply] So thank you. Keep up the good work, okay?

Chloe: No. Thank you. I'll do my best.

Kate: I know you'll try.

Lucas: I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

[Knock on door]

Kate: Ah, there's Dr. "Good News, Bad News" Jonas.

Daniel: Well, at the moment, I have some qualified good news.

Kate: We're listening.

Daniel: I think I've found a way for you to get that marrow transplant.

Rafe: You don't know that.

Sami: Come on. I know how dangerous Stefano is, and I know that that's where you're going.

Rafe: How?

Sami: I'm your only case, okay? And the mayor was killed at Stefano's front doorstep. What, you think they're just leaving evidence around on the desk after all this time?

Rafe: I don't know. I don't know what I'm gonna see. I don't know what I'm gonna hear. But what I do know is that when some guy's working on your TV, you forget he's even there. You say anything.

Sami: You think you're gonna hear someone say, "oh, I forgot to pay that guy I hired to kill the mayor"?

Rafe: Sami, I don't know what's gonna happen, but I do know if there's a chance that I can find one clue that's gonna help crack this case so you can get out of here and get back to your family, then I'm gonna do it.

Sami: Your shoes are too clean. You should probably scuff 'em up before you go.

Rafe: Thank you. You know you can't trust her an inch.

Hilda: I don't trust nobody nohow.

Rafe: Good.

Sami: Just -- hey, look, be careful, okay? Stefano is as bad as they say he is.

Rafe: Yeah? I'm worse.

Sami: [Scoffs]

Rafe: Do me a favor, will you? Try and be nice to her.

Hilda: So now you're worried about her feelings?

Rafe: No, I'm not worried about her. I just don't want her to be a basket case when I come back, okay?

Hilda: Yeah. Right.

Sami: Look, you -- you think he's gonna be all right, don't you?

Hilda: You know, for people who can't stand each other, you two sure worry a lot. Hmm?

Sami: [Scoffs]

Nicole: So you're gonna tell your father that I'm not gonna see that doctor?

E.J.: I'm going to tell my Father that you are not going to see that doctor.

Nicole: I'm sorry if I made a scene.

E.J.: Don't be. Life's been a lot more interesting since you came here, anyway.

Nicole: [Chuckles]

E.J.: Listen, um...

Nicole: Yeah?

E.J.: We're okay, right? Aren't we? I mean, when you said you were gonna have to rethink us, that was -- that was hormones, too, wasn't it? 'Cause I, you know, I don't know what I'd do if -- if I lost you or if we lost the baby.

Nicole: Oh, E.J.

Stefano: Elvis, we need to leave -- family business.

E.J.: Well, as you asked so nicely -- is it okay?

Nicole: Yeah, it's fine. I'm -- I'm fine.

E.J.: Look, I'm -- I'm so sorry that we fought, okay? I promise I'll be back soon.

Nicole: Okay.

Stefano: Now, Elvis. Now.

E.J.: Coming, Father. Listen, completely off topic, you wouldn't happen...

Nicole: [Exhales deeply] I can't keep doing this to you, E.J. But I don't want to tell you. It's gonna kill you -- and us.

Nicole: Oh, uh, Mary, if E.J. gets home before me, will you just tell him I went to Baron's?

Mary: Yes.

Nicole: Thanks. Oh! You're listing to starboard. Ahh. When in doubt, change clothes.

[Doorbell rings]

Mary: Yes?

Rafe: Hi. Salem Cable. You've been having problems with the TV.

Sami: You think he's gonna be okay, right?

Hilda: I think he's gonna be okay.

Sami: 'Cause I don't. I mean, you know him. He's cocky and arrogant and stupid, and he always...

Hilda: Sami, you don't have to worry about him. He knows what he's doing.

Sami: I can't help it, okay? I'm worrying about everything. I worry about my family. I worry about my kids. I'm wor--

Hilda: The baby?

Sami: Oh, God. Listen, you cannot tell anyone that I am pregnant, okay? No one can know.

Hilda: Who am I gonna tell? "Hello. Intruder?" Sit down, Sami.

Sami: I don't want to sit down, okay? I'm upset.

Hilda: Sit down. I have something to show you, and I think you're really gonna like it.

Sami: I'm sorry, but please don't waste your time trying to cheer me up, because it's not gonna happen. There's nothing that -- oh, my God. Oh, my God. Thank you so much.

Daniel: And so, of course, we're continuing to search for a match outside the family.

Kate: So, that's your good news?

Daniel: No. But I think I found a way that Chloe could still be your donor.

Lucas: What?

Daniel: I have a friend --

Lucas: Wait a minute. You said it wasn't safe because she had cancer.

Daniel: I know, and that's what I've been grappling with all day.

Lucas: So, what's going on? What changed?

Daniel: Well, as I was going to say, I have a mentor -- a friend, a colleague -- Dr. Canard, who is now a hematologist at Harvard, and he has been doing some very exciting research.

Chloe: On transplants?

Daniel: Not exactly, but... I think his research could apply here. I've gotten in touch with him. I also have gone over your test results, Chloe, and... I think I've come up with a way that I could treat your marrow and blood so it could then be transplanted into Kate.

Kate: [Exhales deeply] Oh, my God.

Lucas: It's amazing. That's great news. But --

Chloe: Well, what have you had to grapple with? Why haven't we heard about this before?

Daniel: Well, because the process hasn't been approved yet, but I think if I can pull some strings, I can get permission to have that transplant done right here. I mean, that is if you and Kate decide to go through with it.

Chloe: Why wouldn't we?

Daniel: Because, um, well, there could be considerable risk to you.

Chloe: What kind of risk?

Kate: It doesn't matter, 'cause we're not gonna do it.

Lucas: What was that?

Kate: I said we're not gonna do it. Chloe has had cancer. She can't risk it.

Lucas: Can't we at least acknowledge the fact that you're gonna live or die because of this? I mean, how much time do we have?

Kate: It's not about my time, okay? I'm thinking of your time -- your time with Chloe.

Lucas: Mom, don't think like that.

Kate: Would you go, all right? Go. I'm tired.

Lucas: I don't want to upset you, but --

Kate: Go!

Chloe: Okay, but let me just say one thing. I know that I can't force you to accept the donation.

Kate: Exactly.

Chloe: But you also can't stop me from making it, either.

E.J.: Are you ever gonna tell me what exactly it is we're doing here, hmm?

Stefano: Well, while you were trying to talk down Nicole, I got a call from one of our Argentine Associates.

E.J.: I thought you stopped doing business with them.

Stefano: Well, I let them think that, and now they are anxious to re-establish our association.

E.J.: You like playing hard to get, don't you?

Stefano: Well, Seņor Fortin informed me that he and his son are here in Salem.

E.J.: Seņor Fortin? The Seņor Fortin? The guy who smuggles the African diamonds into the States via South America?

Stefano: Bravo. You have done your homework. And tonight's education for you -- it'll be a little on the practical side. And then we will finally see if you have what it takes to lead this family. [Shivers]

Rafe: Nobody home, huh? Well, that's great. Then I won't be in anyone's way. TV's in there?

Mary: Who called? [Telephone ringing]

Rafe: You know what? You can go ahead and answer that. I'll just find my way myself.

Mary: But I --

Rafe: Don't worry. We're all bonded. You can pat me down when I leave.

Mary: It'll be the highlight of my night. Hello? I'll take care of it right away.

Nicole: [Sighs]

Sami: Look. They're already bigger than when I left.

Hilda: They're beautiful children.

Sami: Thank you so much.

Hilda: Remember -- I-I can't let you keep them. But I do know what it's like to be away from your kids.

Sami: You do?

Hilda: Look, it's against policy to get too personal, but I want to tell you something. There was a time when I was separated from my Roland -- he was a little older than your twins are now -- and it was awful. But when I came back to him, he was okay. Then we made up for lost time. Your kids aren't gonna forget you, and they aren't gonna grow away from you.

Sami: You know, that is my worst nightmare.

Hilda: We're gonna get you home, kid. We're not giving up.

Sami: I won't, either.

Hilda: Good.

Sami: You know, I never got the chance to...shop for them, buy them anything for Christmas.

Hilda: They don't want presents. All they want is you.

Chloe: I'm doing this.

Kate: It's dangerous.

Chloe: Getting up in the morning can be dangerous. Crossing the street can be dangerous.

Kate: Daniel, tell her that it's wrong.

Daniel: Look, I-I think we're just getting a little ahead of ourselves here. Obviously, we'll continue to look for another match, but I only proposed this as a backup plan.

Chloe: Fine.

Kate: No. It's not fine. Think of Lucas instead of me, Chloe.

Chloe: Actually, I'm thinking about me. Think of the cards I'll hold with both of you if I end up saving your life. Come on, Kate. I'm your backup. We don't have to be scared to death anymore, okay? I'm your safety net.

Kate: You're a formidable woman.

Lucas: That means you're one tough cookie. Thank you, Mom.

Daniel: All right. Um, let's just call this a night, okay? I would like my patient here to get some rest.

Kate: Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I think we've had enough drama here. Chloe, do you mind if I talk to Lucas for a moment alone?

Chloe: No. No problem. I have some questions for Daniel, anyway. Maybe I should find out exactly what I just agreed to.

Daniel: Uh, I'll be back.

Kate: Okay.

Lucas: Are you gonna be able to sleep tonight?

Kate: Well, if I can't, they'll give me something.

Lucas: What did you want to talk to me about?

Kate: We can't let Chloe do this. You have to promise me that you won't let her.

Stefano: Seņor Fortin.

Ramon: Such formalities. Call me Ramon.

Stefano: Stefano.

Ramon: My son -- Juan.

Stefano: Juan. A pleasure. My son Elvis.

E.J.: Juan. Seņor.

Ramon: Mucho gusto.

Stefano: Well, now that we all know each other, let's say we get down to business, hmm? And we can start by looking at the product.

Ramon: I think you will be very happy. We selected only the very best for you.

Stefano: Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Beautiful. Is it any wonder so many lives have been lost getting them here?

Sami: Thank you. Thank you so much.

Hilda: Okay, now, listen. You can't tell anyone about this, especially Rafe. You got that?

Sami: Oh, come on. It's just some photos. I'm sure Rafe wouldn't care if you -- oh, you don't care if anyone finds out that you broke the rules. You just don't want anyone to know that you were nice to me.

Hilda: You blow my cover and I'll bring you down, babe.

Sami: [Chuckles] Your secret is safe with me. It looks so sad, doesn't it?

Hilda: I'll get some lights for you.

Sami: I don't know. I can't picture decorating it by myself.

Hilda: I get that. I was just thinking about the twins. I mean, they're not old enough to, you know, get Christmas or anything, but it would still be so magical to be with them.

Hilda: Well, don't give up hope. We've still got some more time.

Sami: I won't. [Exhales deeply] When I agreed to do this... I had no idea how hard it was gonna be. No idea at all.

Lucas: Daniel said you have to get some sleep, all right?

Kate: All right. I will if you'll promise me that you're going to do what I asked.

Lucas: Mom, you heard what he said. He's still gonna look for another donor, so don't worry about Chloe.

Kate: I am worried. She had cancer, and you heard what Daniel said last night -- that the procedure could compromise her immune system -- and I am not going to responsible for that.

Lucas: So, what'd you do, lie? Tell her she was gonna win and then just go behind her back?

Kate: Yeah. Yeah, I did, 'cause I knew she wasn't gonna back down. So I let her think that I agreed, but we cannot let her do that. We can't let her do it, and you have to promise me.

Lucas: You know what? I'm not gonna let them tell me that there's a shot, that there's a chance of saving you, and not take it.

Kate: Lucas, I -- oh, God.

Lucas: Daniel wouldn't have offered this if he didn't think that everything was all right, if he didn't know all the risks. He wouldn't do that to Chloe. He's explaining things to her right now. You know, if we can trust Daniel with your life, shouldn't we trust him with Chloe's, too?

Daniel: Maybe you should talk to your oncologist before you decide.

Chloe: Yeah, I am gonna talk to him, but I've already decided. If you can't find another donor, I'm doing this.

Stefano: [Exhales deeply]

E.J.: Wait a second. Lives were lost.

Stefano: Surely you heard the term "blood diamond." Beautiful.

Ramon: So we have a deal?

Stefano: We have a deal. [Inhales, exhales deeply] Elvis, give Seņor Fortin the money, please.

E.J.: Sure.

Stefano: Would you care to count it?

Ramon: That won't be necessary. All we need is our diamonds back and we'll be on our way. So nice doing business with you, Seņor DiMera. Always so profitable.

Brady: Why don't you go tell Marlena and Chloe and Nicole that I'm a drug addict?

Max: I owe you an apology.

Ramon: Any last words, old friend?

E.J.: Father.
