Max: All right. [Indistinct conversations] I'll have to get some more.
Stephanie: There's some right here.
Max: I know. Man, this place is packed. I mean, I'm glad the power's coming back on.
Stephanie: Yeah, I heard that people around town are getting air-conditioning. Thank goodness 'cause it's so hot.
Max: It was a good thing the pub had all this extra electricity. And you found bottled water.
Stephanie: You want me to run to the store?
Max: No, these people are probably going home soon anyway.
Stephanie: Right. Oh, before I forget, I just talked to Chelsea. She said that Salem University has reopened.
Max: Good. Maybe this place will go back to normal soon.
Kayla: Hey, you two.
Stephanie: How is Joe?
Kayla: He's fine. The emergency generator at the hospital went on right away.
Steve: Don't worry. Your baby brother is doing great. In fact, he's doing one-arm push-ups in his little incubator.
Stephanie: [Laughs] I can't wait for that little guy to come home. We should have a huge party, invite the entire family.
Kayla: Well, maybe we'll have the party here.
Stephanie: Yeah. So, what are you guys doing? Tired of the hospital food already?
Kayla: No. Actually, Max asked us to come by.
Stephanie: He did? Why?
E.J.: Hey, Nicole. There you are. I've been trying to get ahold of you. I called you a few times.
Nicole: Actually, E.J., I'm kind of in a hurry.
E.J.: Can you slow down for a second, please? I just, uh -- I just wanted to talk about what happened last night.
Nicole: What's there to talk about? It was sex -- no big deal.
Abe: You know, Paul Hollingsworth's disappearance is the key to cracking this whole dock-war case.
Bo: You know what? I think John's behind this.
Roman: Bo, I know Philip is your half brother, but it could just as easily be him.
Abe: We'll have answers soon. [Knock on door]
Roman: Come in.
Abe: Oh, Morgan. I'm glad you could make it. Please...have a seat. So, can I get you something? A water, soda?
Morgan: No, thank you. Have you found my father?
Abe: No, I'm afraid not.
Roman: But we did search the luggage he checked in for his flight to South America.
Morgan: Did you find anything?
Roman: Yes, we did. This was in there. It's a letter addressed to you.
Morgan: A letter...for me? What does it say?
Bo: We thought we'd let you read it for yourself.
Stephanie: What's going on? Why did you want my parents to come?
Max: Well, I've been thinking a lot about what you said lately, and, uh, you're right. I can't do it alone, so I'm gonna need help.
Steve: Help with what?
Max: With finding my sister.
Steve: You want us to help you find your sister?
Kayla: I didn't even know you had a sister, Max.
Max: Neither did I.
Steve: Okay, you better start from the beginning.
E.J.: Nicole, wait, wait, please. Just -- just give me two minutes, okay?
E.J.: What happened last night was not just sex. And we both know that. So can we...not pretend?
E.J.: Okay...like you agree?
Nicole: Yes, I agree.
E.J.: Look, I understand that it's scary for you. It's scary for me, too. And I don't know what last night meant, and I don't know what it's gonna mean, but I do know that what happened last night was very special for me.
Nicole: It was special for me, too. [Footsteps approaching]
Trent: Hello, Nicole.
Morgan: My father had a letter for me in his suitcase?
Bo: Yeah, he did.
Morgan: Why didn't he just mail it?
Abe: Good question.
Roman: He was probably going to do that once he got where he was going.
Morgan: May I see it?
Roman: Yes. It is evidence, so we will need it back.
Morgan: I still feel like something horrible happened to him. I mean, finding his luggage proves that.
Roman: He could have just sent those bags ahead to South America just to throw everybody off his trail. People have done that before.
Morgan: With an un-mailed letter to me in his suitcase?
Abe: It's possible he took another flight, picked up the luggage once he got there.
Bo: You did say he feared for his life.
Morgan: I don't know.
Abe: Well, neither do we, which is why it's important to explore all the possibilities.
Roman: Including Chloe's claim that she saw your dad on the pier the night of the warehouse fire smelling like gasoline.
Morgan: Chloe's lying. The only reason she said that about my father is because she's jealous of my relationship with Philip.
Bo: What is that relationship?
Morgan: I don't think that has anything to do with this.
Bo: The prime suspect in the warehouse fire accused Philip of orchestrating the whole thing.
Morgan: You don't honestly believe John Black, do you?
Bo: Doesn't really matter what I believe. Like Abe said, we have to explore all possibilities.
Roman: That's why it's very important for us to find your father.
Philip: What's going on?
Kayla: I don't even know what to say, Max.
Max: Kayla, I know I shouldn't have broken into Trent's hotel room or stolen his cellphone, but I had to find out what he was hiding.
Kayla: You took such a big risk. What would have happened if he had caught you?
Max: He wouldn't have had me arrested. He made it pretty clear that he didn't want anyone to know about our relationship.
Steve: Still, I don't think you should push him.
Max: Which is why I need you guys to help me find my sister.
Steve: Okay, we'll help you.
Max: Really? Just like that?
Max: Cool. Ok-- yeah.
Kayla: Max, you're family. Did you really think that we wouldn't help you?
Max: I don't know. I just wasn't sure, you know?
Kayla: We get it. You need to know about your biological family. It's understandable.
Kayla: But I just wish you would have come to us sooner. These last few weeks, you have been so angry and secretive. We have all been concerned about you.
Max: I know, and I'm sorry.
Kayla: It's okay. I'm just glad that you trust us now to tell us the truth.
Max: Actually, I haven't told ma everything yet.
Kayla: You need to tell her. She deserves to know that.
Max: I know. I know. You're right. All right, I'm gonna tell her.
Stephanie: Mom, Papa, thank you.
Steve: For what, baby?
Stephanie: For going easy on Max. I mean, it's been really hard for him to talk about Trent to anybody.
Kayla: We understand. Your father and I want to help him, but we need to know what we're dealing with.
Stephanie: Well, he's totally right about his dad. He's a creep.
Steve: How do you know that? Did something happen?
Stephanie: No, I mean, not really. I mean, I've been with him every time he talked to his dad. He's just really, really arrogant.
Steve: Okay. I want you to stay away from him. I want you to promise me.
Stephanie: I'm sorry. I can't do that.
Trent: So good to see you.
Nicole: Oh. It's good to see you, too.
Trent: Nicole is an old friend. I had just recently moved here, and imagine my surprise when I found she was in Salem, too.
Nicole: Not half as surprised as I was to see you.
E.J.: E.J. DiMera.
Trent: Trent Robbins. Very nice to meet you.
Steve: Now, listen to me -- you said the guy's a creep, so I want you to stay away from him. And I mean it.
Stephanie: It's not like he's dangerous, all right? And plus, with me around, he's less likely to do something crazy.
Kayla: You know, Stephanie has a point. It's not like he's a criminal or anything.
Steve: Okay. We'll take it one step at a time.
Stephanie: Okay. Well...I'm sure Max wouldn't mind me showing you this.
Steve: What's this?
Stephanie: The number that Max called from Trent's cellphone, when a girl answered and said, "dad."
Steve: Looks like it's in Europe.
Stephanie: Yeah, but we don't know where.
Kayla: Did the girl have an accent?
Stephanie: Not that I could tell.
Steve: I'll make a few calls, see if I can get an address to go with this.
Stephanie: Thank you, Papa.
Stephanie: [Sighs] I'm so glad everything is out in the open.
Kayla: Yeah. I just wish he hadn't waited so long to tell us.
Stephanie: I tried to get him to. He just wouldn't do it. I'm surprised he told you today.
Kayla: You know, you could have told us.
Stephanie: Trust me, I wanted to. I just couldn't betray Max.
Kayla: Well, I'm glad he finally trusted us to tell us the truth. I just hope it all works out.
Stephanie: Me too. Max is pretty curious about his sister.
Kayla: That's what worries me.
Max: Hey, Ma, do you have a minute?
Caroline: I always have a minute for you.
Max: I got to -- I got to tell you something else about my biological father.
Trent: So, what do you do, E.J.?
E.J.: I'm a lawyer.
Trent: Oh, that's interesting. I was just telling my secretary how I needed to hire a new attorney.
E.J.: Oh, really? Well, let me give you my card. If you get yourself in trouble, you can give me a call.
Trent: Well, I will. E.J. DiMera.
E.J.: And what is it that you do?
Trent: Oh, I'm dean of the physics department at Salem U.
E.J.: So how do you two know each other?
Trent: Well, as I said, we're old friends. Yes, Nicole and I go way back. Don't we, Nicole?
Philip: Morgan...are you okay?
Morgan: Yeah, I'm fine.
Bo: What are you doing here?
Philip: Lucas was arrested last night. I'm here to meet with his lawyer.
Bo: Yeah, well, you're gonna have to wait outside.
Philip: I don't think Morgan should be here alone. Do you want me to stay?
Morgan: No, I'm fine.
Philip: Are you sure? I'm early for my appointment.
Morgan: No, I appreciate it, but I'm okay.
Philip: All right. Call me if you need anything.
Morgan: I will.
Chloe: Philip. Did Lucas call you? Oh, never mind. There's my answer.
Morgan: If it's all right with you, I'd like to read my letter now.
Roman: Absolutely. Go ahead.
Morgan: [Thinking] "Morgan, I have a terrible confession to make. It's time you knew the truth about your father." [Thinking] "I'm sorry, honey. I never wanted to embarrass you. Unfortunately, I did some things I'm not proud of. Now I have a lot of enemies. That's why I had to leave. I hated saying goodbye to you. I'll miss you every day I'm gone. Morgan, if there's one thing I wish for you, it's that you're happy and you live your life to the fullest. You're the best daughter a man could ever have because you're the only person I trust. I'm going to give you something very important. You'll need it if anything happens to me. I love you, Morgan. Love, Dad."
Joe: What's up, Theo? Hey, Lexie.
Lexie: Hi, Joe.
Joe: You here to see the commissioner?
Lexie: Yeah, is he available?
Joe: No, not right now. He's in a meeting, but if you guys want to wait at my desk...
Lexie: Why, thank you. Thanks.
Lexie: Theo, sweetheart, come sit with mommy. Theo. Theo, wait!
Chloe: The minute I left you alone at the pub for two minutes, you went running right to Morgan.
Philip: Would you at least let me explain?
Chloe: Go ahead.
Philip: Look, it's not -- [Sighs] My relationship with Morgan is complicated.
Chloe: "Relationship"? Oh, well, then, obviously, your "relationship" with her is more important than your "relationship" with me.
Philip: No, no, no, no. It's completely different.
Chloe: You're right. And I know exactly what that differences, which is why I did what I did last night.
Philip: What are you talking about?
Nicole: Um, Trent and I met years ago after I left Salem.
Trent: Yeah, I believe I was working on my dissertation for my Ph.D at the time.
Nicole: That's right. You were.
E.J.: I see. Did you go to school together? I didn't know you had a Ph.D in physics, darling.
Nicole: Not exactly.
Trent: Nicole, it really is good to see you. We should get together again sometime soon and, you know, catch up some more.
Nicole: How about now?
Trent: Oh, I'd like that.
E.J.: Well, that sounds like my cue to leave, so it was very nice to meet you, Trent.
Trent: Likewise, E.J.
E.J.: And, Nicole darling, if we could continue that conversation later, I'd be grateful, so I'm just gonna be taking a seat, okay?
Trent: Who is he, Nicole?
Nicole: E.J.'s my lawyer.
Trent: Oh, is that all he is? Looks like you were discussing something a bit more...intimate.
Nicole: We were just talking. I've had some legal problems.
Trent: Oh, really? What kind of legal problems?
Nicole: It's none of your business.
Trent: Oh, of course it is, Nikki. Everything you do is my business.
Nicole: All right, I'm not playing this game. Just tell me what you want.
Steve: Hey, Bill. It's Steve Johnson. Yeah, dude. Yeah, I know it's been a long time. Listen, I need you to do me a favor. Could you trace a number for me? Yeah.
Stephanie: I wouldn't worry about Max, Mom.
Kayla: You know, I am worried about him. If he wants to pursue this and that woman is his sister, who knows how she's gonna react? I don't want him to get hurt and be disappointed.
Caroline: Why don't we sit down?
Caroline: Okay? So...it's about your biological father?
Max: Yeah. His name's Trent Robbins, and he works down at Salem U. He's a dean.
Caroline: Is that the man that I've seen with Nick?
Caroline: Oh, my God. That's why he looked so familiar.
Max: What, you know him?
Caroline: He was here years ago, when we adopted you. We met him briefly, but then he left.
Max: Yeah, he told me about that.
Caroline: We never heard from him. I can't believe he is here in Salem.
Max: Yeah, me too.
Caroline: Your father is a college dean? I see now why you have your special talents.
Max: Look, Ma, I don't want to talk about that, okay? I got to tell you something else. I think I might have a sister.
Caroline: A sister?
Max: Yeah, and I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go find her.
Caroline: You think you have a sister?
Caroline: Did Trent tell you that?
Max: No, but I-I-I found a photograph, and then I called a number from his cellphone, and when she picked up, she said, "hello, dad." Now, if Trent's her father, then she's my half sister.
Caroline: Oh. Well, but you're not sure of that.
Max: No, but that's why I need to find her.
Caroline: Well, I-I-I'm very glad that you told me, dear.
Max: You are?
Caroline: Oh, well, of course I am.
Max: You know, I just didn't want to keep any more secrets from you, Ma, you know? And I told Steve and Kayla about it, and they said they'd help me out, so...
Caroline: Well, good. I mean, you need to know your sister. Family is important.
Max: Ma, you're my family. I'm so lucky to have you. Give me a hug. Come here.
Caroline: Oh, honey. I'm lucky to have you.
Nicole: Don't just stand there. Say something.
Trent: I don't know if I like your tone, Nicole.
Nicole: What do you want?
Trent: I want us to reconnect.
Nicole: It's not gonna happen.
Trent: Well, no, it won't as long as you're involved with another man.
Nicole: What are you saying?
Trent: I'm just saying that I want you to end your relationship with E.J. immediately.
Lexie: You can't run off like that, okay?
Abe: Sweetheart, what happened? Is Theo all right?
Lexie: Yeah, he's fine. Aren't you, sweetheart?
Theo: One, two, three, four.
Abe: Here, let me have him. Come here, buddy. Hey, I hear you are a pretty fast runner. You know that? But next time, I need you to listen to your mama when she calls you, okay?
Lexie: Well, we thought we'd surprise you and take you to lunch.
Lexie: Yeah, but, um, you seem busy, so we'll do it another time.
Abe: Uh, n-no. Lunch sounds good.
Lexie: Abe, you're in a meeting.
Abe: Well, Bo and Roman can handle it. Nothing is more important to me than spending time with my wife and son.
Philip: So? What did you do last night? [Cellphone rings] This is Philip. Did he say why? [Sighs] All right. Well, that's just great.
Philip: My meeting with Mickey Horton has been postponed because he's still in court. I was gonna speak with him about Lucas.
Chloe: What's going to happen to him?
Philip: I don't know.
Chloe: Well, do you think your lawyers can talk them into giving him another chance?
Philip: I hope so. Man, I just don't understand why Lucas would break his house arrest. He knew if he did it again, he'd be back in prison.
Chloe: I'm sure he had a really good reason.
Philip: [Scoffs] So, what are you doing here?
Chloe: Roman asked me to review my statement about seeing Paul on the pier.
Philip: Morgan thinks you're lying.
Chloe: You know what? I don't care what Morgan thinks, but you care about her. I've seen the way that you look at her. It's the same way you used to look at me.
Philip: Well, you're wrong. I don't know what else to say to you, Chloe.
Chloe: You don't have to say anything.
Nicole: You got to be kidding.
Trent: Oh, do I look like I'm joking?
Steve: Say, who's the guy with, uh, what's her name? Nicole?
E.J.: Friend of hers.
Steve: Does this friend have a name?
E.J.: Yeah. His name is, uh, Trent Robbins. Why, you, uh -- you know him?
Steve: Not yet.
Nicole: Trent, there's nothing going on between me and E.J. He's my lawyer.
Trent: Well, then, it shouldn't be hard for you to end your association with him.
Nicole: I don't understand why you're doing this to me.
Trent: Because I can.
Max: So...I told ma the whole story.
Kayla: Well, Mom, what do you think?
Caroline: I think he should find his sister.
Steve: Hey, what's up?
Kayla: Did you trace the number?
Stephanie: Max, sorry. I hope you don't mind, but I gave them the number.
Max: Oh, n-- okay.
Steve: I'm waiting for a call back.
Caroline: Well, maybe we could ask Trent. I think he's outside with Nicole.
Max: I was really hoping I wouldn't see him today.
Kayla: You know, I don't think it's a good idea. [Cellphone ringing]
Max: Is that your contact?
Steve: Yeah. Hey, dude. What's up?
Paul: Hey, honey.
Morgan: God, you scared me.
Paul: Sorry about that. You okay?
Morgan: Yeah, it's just this place creeps me out.
Paul: Well, I didn't know where else to meet.
Morgan: How about anywhere else? You're always telling me to stay away from here.
Paul: And you should. I just didn't want to, uh -- I didn't want to meet anywhere more public.
Morgan: Daddy, what happened?
Paul: Uh... look, Morgan, I -- I don't have a lot of time. But I wasn't gonna leave without saying goodbye.
Morgan: "Goodbye"? Daddy, what are you talking about?
Paul: I'm leaving town.
Morgan: You're leaving? Why?
Paul: Because it's not safe for me here anymore. And if I stay here...
Morgan: Daddy, if you stay here what?
Paul: I just got to leave, honey.
Paul: Oh, my God.
Morgan: Why do you have my father's suitcase?
Bo: Take it easy.
Morgan: No, I will not take it easy until you tell me what's going on.
Roman: Morgan, I'm sorry. The investigation is still pending. We can't discuss it.
Morgan: If you know something about my father, you need to tell me.
Bo: We don't know where he is or what happened to him, but we're doing what we can to find out.
Morgan: Y'all still don't believe that what Chloe said is true, do you?
Roman: There are still a lot of unanswered questions. I'd rather not speculate.
Morgan: John Black is responsible. He is the man that you're after.
Roman: Morgan...believe me, we are looking at all our options. Now, why don't you go home and try to get some sleep?
Bo: Would you like me to give you a lift?
Morgan: No, I'll be fine. Please...find my father.
Morgan: My father is in big trouble, isn't he?
Bo: He obviously thinks he is.
Roman: And disappearing like that didn't help.
Morgan: I still feel like something horrible happened to him.
Bo: I wish that letter was more specific. I mean, he could be talking about anything.
Roman: Yeah. But he does feel guilty about something.
Morgan: We have to find him.
Roman: We're trying, Morgan. Do you feel up to answering some questions?
Morgan: If I can.
Roman: Okay, in his letter, your dad implied that he gave you some incriminating evidence against someone. Do you have any idea what that evidence might be?
Morgan: No, I'm sorry. I don't.
Bo: We need you to really think about this. Did he give you a letter, a package, maybe a key to a safe-deposit box? Anything like that before he left?
Roman: Like Bo said, you really need to think about this. How about within the past few months?
Morgan: No, nothing like that.
Bo: Well, he said he left you something somewhere and we've got to find that. Could be the key to this whole case.
Lexie: Listen, before we go, would you check your calendar for next Thursday?
Abe: Yeah, sure. Why?
Lexie: I would like to schedule another appointment with Dr. Litton.
Abe: Oh, well, just go ahead and make the appointment. I'll be sure I'm there.
Abe: You know, I meant it when I said it before. You and Theo are the world to me.
Lexie: We know.
Chloe: You know what? I'm done doing this.
Philip: Come on. You don't really mean that.
Chloe: Oh, I do. In fact, I've already moved on.
Abe: Hey, my man. What do you say we go to Buddy's Burger Barn, huh?
Lexie: Oh, honey, he said Buddy's. Won't that be fun, huh?
Officer: Excuse me, commissioner? Mayor Adams -- he's on the line for you, says it's really important.
Abe: Oh, well, take a message. Tell him I'll call him back.
Lexie: No, Abe, it's okay.
Abe: It can wait.
Lexie: Well, so can lunch. Listen, go back to work.
Abe: Lex, I --
Lexie: We know you love us.
Abe: I do. More than anything.
Lexie: We'll see you at home. Give daddy a big hug bye-bye.
Abe: Yeah. Oh! Mm! I love you!
Abe: [Chuckles] Okay, go with mommy now, okay? Yeah.
Lexie: Come on, sweetheart.
Bo: I'll talk to your mother and see if she knows anything.
Roman: And I'll start sorting through the things your father left behind. If you think of anything new, call us.
Morgan: Please...find my father.
Philip: You're seeing someone else?
Chloe: Yes, Philip. I am.
Philip: Who is he?
Chloe: It doesn't matter.
Philip: Of course it matters. I want to know his name.
Trent: I want you to cut all ties with E.J.
Nicole: Please, Trent, don't make me do this.
Trent: You will talk to E.J. Or you won't like the consequences.
E.J.: Where did your friend go?
Nicole: Trent? Oh, uh, he -- he had to leave. He forgot he had another appointment.
E.J.: You okay?
E.J.: You want to sit down? You want to talk about it?
Nicole: Um...do you mind if I go first?
E.J.: Um, no. No, not at all. Please do.
Nicole: Look, E.J... last night was...very special. And I need you to know that I do not regret one moment...but it can never happen again. You're amazing. And you deserve to be happy and that's why this relationship needs to stay strictly professional.
E.J.: Why are you saying this?
Steve: Okay, Bill. I owe you, dude. Thanks. Here it is, buddy.
Steve: The number's registered to a woman named Melanie Layton.
Max: So my sister's name is Melanie.
Caroline: Hey-ho, Lexie.
Lexie: Hello, Caroline.
Caroline: It's so good to see you. It's been quite a while.
Lexie: Yes, it has. I've been swamped at work, but I thought I'd take the day off to spend some time with my son.
Caroline: Oh, that's wonderful.
Lexie: Yeah, we just came from the park, but, um, well, he didn't want to play.
Lexie: Yeah, so I thought we'd come here and have some of your famous chowder.
Caroline: Oh, well, you're in luck. I just made a fresh pot.
Lexie: Oh, good.
Caroline: So bowl of chowder, and how about you, Theo? You hungry?
Theo: One, two, three, four.
Lexie: Sweetheart, Mrs. Brady asked you a question. Sorry.
Caroline: Oh, that's all right. Uh, just let me know if I can help you.
Lexie: I will. Thanks.
Caroline: Well, now let's find you a nice table. How about here?
Caroline: Okay. Yeah.
Lexie: Be careful, honey. Sit down.
Caroline: So, that will be two bowls of chowder.
Lexie: Actually, Theo only likes chicken.
Lexie: But would you bring some veggies with that, please?
Caroline: Sure. Absolutely.
E.J.: Nicole, what's going on?
Nicole: Nothing's going on. I'm just trying to get my life in order.
E.J.: You're shutting me out of it.
Nicole: That's not what I'm doing.
E.J.: It's exactly what you're doing. Do you want to tell me what this is really about?
Nicole: You're in love with Sami. I want a real relationship, not just sex.
E.J.: This was not just sex, Nicole.
Nicole: Yeah, I was okay with it at first, but I want more.
E.J.: Okay. I don't get any say in this?
Nicole: No, E.J., you don't.
Trent: So, how'd it go?
Philip: Lucas, what happened?
Lucas: Broke my house arrest.
Philip: Yeah, I know. Why?
Lucas: I can't get into that right now.
Chloe: Are you okay?
Lucas: Yeah, I'm fine.
Chloe: I'm sorry.
Lucas: Honestly, it's okay. Don't worry about it. Let's go.
Chloe: Philip, you have to do something.
Philip: My lawyer's working on it.
Chloe: That's not good enough.
Philip: What is going on with you?
Chloe: Lucas shouldn't even be here.
Philip: He broke house arrest.
Chloe: Because of me.
Philip: What does that mean?
Chloe: Lucas came to see me last night.
Philip: And why would Lucas come to see you?
Chloe: Because I was upset and I needed someone to talk to.
Philip: Well, then, he should have called you on the phone. This could put him back in prison.
Chloe: Lucas cares about me.
Philip: What, and I don't?
Chloe: No, Philip, you don't. Oh, and if I were you, honey, I wouldn't tell Philip anything about your father's investigation.
Philip: Here she goes again.
Chloe: You know what? I am glad I found a man who treats me with respect.
Philip: Oh, wow. I got to meet this guy. Who is he?
Chloe: Oh, it's none of your damn business.
Philip: It's none of my business. Tell me his name.
Chloe: It's Lucas, all right? And, yes, I slept with him.
Lexie: Theo, honey, you need to eat your vegetables.
Steve: Listen, Maxwell...I know you believe this woman is your sister, but I don't think you should contact her until we find out more about her.
Max: I promise I'll be careful.
Steve: Good. And I don't want Stephanie to go with you.
Max: Look, whatever happens, I'll keep her out of it, all right?
Steve: You damn well better.
Caroline: I believe this is yours.
Trent: Oh, thanks. I wondered if I had left it here. I was afraid I might not find it.
Caroline: It was in lost-and-found.
Trent: You know who I am.
Caroline: Max told me. And once he did, of course I remembered you. Max is my son. I love him. And I will do anything to protect him. So I'm putting you on notice. If you hurt him...you're gonna have to answer to me.
Max: I'm gonna find you, Melanie.
Max: I've been thinking a lot about what I want. I'm tired of hating you.
Bo: You never know. Maybe the judge will be more lenient this time.
Lucas: Not with my third offense, he won't. It's mandatory -- I have to go back to jail.
