Nicole: E.J., we need to talk.
Dr. Rolf: I-I-I'm sorry. I tried to announce her.
Nicole: Thank you, Ralph, but E.J.'s my lawyer. He knows who I am.
E.J.: Thank you, Rolf.
Nicole: See? I told you it'd be fine, so shoo, shoo. Oh, and can you close the door behind you? Thank you. Hi.
E.J.: So, what can I do for you?
Nicole: I need you to speed up my divorce. My bank account needed it finalized yesterday.
E.J.: We've had this conversation before, all right? You cannot just dissolve a marriage overnight.
Nicole: Sure, you can. You did.
E.J.: Samantha? What are you doing? Why are you being escorted home by the police?
Daniel: Oh, I thought you were supposed to leave hours ago.
Lexie: Well, I came back after my meeting at Theo's school. Um, what about you? Why are you still here?
Daniel: Since I worked in E.R. today, I thought I would just follow it up with a few patients.
Lexie: Oh, well, sounds like you can't get enough of our hospital.
Lexie: The offer still stands. We'd love to have you on staff.
Daniel: You got me thinking about it.
Daniel: All right, well, I, uh -- I guess I will see you tomorrow. Dr. Carver.
Lexie: Uh, look, before you go...may I speak with you in private?
Max: You want a piece of me, old man?! Bring it on!
E.J.: Samantha...what happened?
Sami: Ask Lucas.
Sami: Oh, come on, sweetie.
E.J.: Is somebody please gonna tell me what happened?
Sami: Oh, yeah, I got you. Mommy's got you. No, it's all right, Lucas.
E.J.: Here, Samantha, let me.
Sami: No, I --
Lucas: You know, I really don't want him anywhere near my daughter.
Sami: Lucas, let's not do this right --
E.J.: There we go. See? That wasn't so tough. That wasn't so tough, was it?
Nicole: It looks like Allie prefers E.J.
Sami: How did you do that, E.J.? You weren't even singing to her.
E.J.: She just likes the sound of my voice, don't you?
Nicole: It is rather sexy.
Sami: Let me take her back, yeah. Thank you.
E.J.: There you go. Now, you be good for your mummy, all right?
Nicole: Aww, how cute. Oh, Lucas, you must feel like a total loser.
E.J.: Now, will somebody please tell me what happened?
Lucas: I looked all over this mausoleum for that doll, little one. I can't find it.
Lucas: Maybe Rolf did something with that thing. I know, I know. I'm working on it. Wait a minute. There's one more place. One more place I haven't checked yet, and I think it's there. I'll be right back, okay? [Cellphone rings] I'll be right back. No, we don't need the newspaper here. We don't want the Salem Chronicle. Thank you. Honey, I'll be right there. Stay there. Daddy will be right back.
Lucas: Found it, little one. I found your... Allie? Allie! Allie!
Sami: Oh, hey.
Lucas: Hey, Sami.
Sami: Lucas, is something wrong with Allie?
Lucas: No, she's fine.
Sami: Did you have trouble finding her dolly?
Lucas: No, we found the dolly.
Sami: Okay, well, then, why are you calling?
Lucas: I'm calling because I'm in jail...again.
Philip: Dad, I will not let you do this.
Victor: Effective immediately, I am back and I will deal with John Black myself.
Chloe: I packed a bag. I'm leaving.
Philip: I need to talk to you.
Chloe: I will get the rest of my stuff later.
Philip: You don't have to go.
Victor: Of course she does.
Chloe: He's right. I need to find a place of my own.
Philip: You're welcome to stay.
Chloe: I doubt that.
Philip: If I say you can stay, then you can stay.
Chloe: You know what? That's very nice, but, honestly, I'm happy to leave. I'll see you later.
Victor: The hell you will.
Philip: Dad, stay out of it.
Victor: Are you kidding? After what this harlot did to Brady, I won't have you seeing her, and it's not open for discussion.
E.J.: Okay. What happened? Lucas?
Sami: He was arrested again.
E.J.: You were arrested. What were you arrested for?
Sami: For breaking the rules of his house arrest.
Nicole: [Chuckles] Good job.
Sami: What is she doing here?
E.J.: And Allie, she was with you when this happened?
Sami: Yeah, and that's why I had to go down to the station to get her from child-protective services.
E.J.: Were you trying to kidnap her?
Lucas: No, I wasn't trying to kidnap her. I was protecting her. She wandered off outside the perimeter.
E.J.: She wandered off outside the perimeter? You're supposed to be watching her.
Lucas: That's exactly what I was doing.
Sami: You know how Allie gets. Sometimes she can just --
Lucas: You don't have to defend me. Thank you.
E.J.: You are bloody lucky she's all right.
Lucas: She was never in any danger.
E.J.: Samantha, can we have a word, please? What is he doing here? This is the second time that he's violated the conditions of his house arrest. He should be in jail.
Sami: My Dad pulled some strings because he wanted to give Lucas another chance.
E.J.: You're kidding.
Nicole: Well, I give Lucas a week before he screws up again.
E.J.: Nicole, please, butt out, all right? Thank you.
Nicole: Okay, fine. But can you speed it up? We have business to discuss.
Sami: You know, E.J., I do not want her in our house.
Lucas: "Our house"? Really?
Officer: I need to get going. This is your last chance, Horton. You stay within the perimeter or you'll be back in prison. You understand?
Lucas: Understand, sir.
Nicole: Oh, E.J., are you finished here?
E.J.: Yeah. I need to put the kids down for their nap.
Lucas: Why don't I do that?
E.J.: Just don't, all right?
Sami: Lucas, I think we should talk.
Lucas: I told you, I don't want him near my daughter.
E.J.: I have done a bloody good job of raising your daughter for the last few months.
Nicole: Oh, he has.
Sami: That's it. I want you out of this --
E.J.: Samantha, please. Nicole, would you mind? I'm sorry, darling.
Nicole: Oh, sure.
E.J.: Maybe we can continue this later.
Nicole: Thank you. Um...oh, maybe over dinner and drinks?
E.J.: Yes, that would be fine.
Nicole: Great, it's a date. Oh, I mean a meeting.
Nicole: All right, I'm leaving.
E.J.: Thank you. Okay, I'm gonna put these two down for a nap.
Sami: Okay, thanks.
Lucas: No, it's not okay. I told you. Didn't you hear me? I don't want him near my daughter.
E.J.: After your behavior today, I don't think you're capable of being left on your own with Allie anymore. Samantha, would you please make sure that he is not left alone with the children? Thank you.
Lucas: Don't tell me you're gonna listen to E.J. You gonna do what he tells you?
Stephanie: What is going on?
Max: Just stay out of it, Steph.
Stephanie: I can't let you two do this.
John: Then get this punk out of my face.
Stephanie: Hey, stop it! First your boss, now John. What is your problem?
Max: He is. He's trying to smuggle drugs into Salem.
John: You're working for Kiriakis, too? How much is he paying you?
Stephanie: Don't! What is wrong with you?
Max: John is scum. People could have died if your shipment made it to the streets.
Stephanie: Let's go, come on.
John: You'd be wise to listen to your skirt, kid.
Max: What did you say? Don't you ever --
Stephanie: Max, let's go. Come on.
Ava: You all right?
John: I'm fine.
Ava: You sure about that?
John: Yeah. Go away.
Ava: Well, I can't. 'Cause I know what you're going through.
Daniel: Let's talk.
Lexie: Thanks. Um...I just feel like you're the only person I can talk to about this.
Daniel: What's going on?
Lexie: It's Theo. He's having trouble at school.
Daniel: That would explain why you've been so upset. What mother wouldn't be?
Lexie: His teacher thinks we should take him to see a child -- a specialist. The thing of it is, I already have, I mean, not officially, but...I've just been so worried. And with the child-development center here at the hospital...
Daniel: What did you learn?
Lexie: They won't give me anything definitive. They just keep running tests. My mind is racing. I just keep going to the worst-case scenario.
Daniel: Hey, come on. It's okay. It's okay.
Philip: Now, like it or not, Chloe and I are friends, but more to the point, you don't tell me who I can see or who I don't see, okay?
Victor: I refuse to believe that any son of mine would choose a piece of trash like Chloe over his own family.
Chloe: Philip, I really need to go now.
Victor: You certainly do.
Philip: Stop it. You've more than made your point. [Sighs] Look, I'm sorry. But you're right. You should probably go now.
Chloe: Don't worry about it. I'll be at the Salem Inn until I find someplace permanent.
Philip: I'll call you. [Door closes] Was that necessary?
Victor: Are you sleeping with her?
Philip: That's none of your business.
Victor: You are.
Philip: Dad, stay out of my personal life.
Victor: Look, I know a girl like Chloe has no scruples. But do you really think that she'll stay with you after she finds out you spent a half a million dollars on the drugs that you planted on John's ship?
Stephanie: Are you ready to talk now?
Stephanie: Max, what is going on?
Stephanie: That's bull, okay? First, you got in an argument with Pete about your shift, and then I see you fighting with your boss at the pier, and just now I saw you picking a fight with John Black.
Max: Well, a lot of people have been ticking me off lately. Big deal. Look, I got to go get ready for the celebration, okay? For the pub turning green. Are you sticking around?
Stephanie: I was going to.
Max: Cool. I got to go let Pete go and take over my shift.
Nick: Max, you freaked out the bartender, and you got into a fistfight with a guy three times your size. What's wrong with you?
Max: The jerk deserved it.
Stephanie: Because he mouthed off at you? Max, that's not like you.
Max: Well, maybe I've changed.
Nick: Dude... if this is about the prototype and the changes you made to the proposal, I have tried to give you credit and you won't take it.
Max: It's not about that.
Nick: Then what is it about?
Max: This doesn't concern you, Nick, all right? And you know what? The show's over. You can all go back to doing what you were doing.
Stephanie: Max, can we just have a minute to --
Max: No, I'm going to work. I'll call you later.
Stephanie: This is -- this is not Max.
Morgan: I know. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him pummeling that guy.
Stephanie: I wish there was something I could do to help him, but every time I try, he pushes me away.
Ava: I know a fellow mental case when I see one.
John: I know you. Martino Vitali's daughter. You hold people hostage.
Ava: Oh, he's handsome and he reads the paper. Nice job, Mr. Black.
John: So you know me.
Ava: Oh, well, you see, I read the newspapers, too. You're John Black -- resident drug dealer. Hey, I'm just paraphrasing here.
John: Salem intruder.
Ava: No, I think it was the Chronicle, actually. God, you should have read what they printed about me.
John: I did.
Ava: And you're not scared.
John: Are you?
Ava: No, I don't scare easily.
John: Neither do I.
Ava: You, uh -- you want a little company?
Ava: You sure? I'm a good listener.
John: I don't like to talk.
Ava: You know, I saw what happened. I hate to break it to you, but you're not well. Maybe I could help.
John: And I should let you because?
Ava: Because I think you're cute.
John: Try again.
Ava: All right, 'cause you know who I am, too. And you know that my life hasn't been easy. Maybe I could help you.
John: [Chuckles] Well, then, you are the only person in this town who could.
Sami: I think for right now, it would be best if you weren't alone with the twins.
Lucas: You're taking his side.
Sami: No, I am not taking his side. But come on. You just got out on house arrest and already you've been arrested twice, Lucas. I mean, you can't afford any more slip ups.
Lucas: Has nothing to do with me taking care of my child.
Sami: Really? Isn't Allie the reason that you broke the perimeter in the first place?
Lucas: I had no choice.
Sami: Lucas, I just think it would be better, for right now, if someone else be around when your with the twins.
Sami: I think for right now, it would be best if you weren't alone with the twins.
Lucas: You're taking his side.
Sami: No, I am not taking his side. But come on. You just got out on house arrest and already you've been arrested twice, Lucas.
Sami: Lucas, I just think it would be better, for right now, if someone helps you look out for the twins. You can get into the habit of things. You can get used to it again, and... that was fast.
E.J.: Not really. They were both exhausted, especially Allie. Look, I, um -- I'm gonna go to that meeting with Nicole, okay? If you need to leave the house...for any reason, just call me. I will come back here and look after the kids, all right?
Sami: Thanks. Well, there goes the gym.
Lucas: Why don't you just go? Kids are about asleep. I think I can handle things.
Sami: Oh, yeah. E.J. would love that.
Lucas: You know, I don't give a damn what he loves. This has nothing to do with him. We're talking about my daughter.
Sami: And his son. He has just as much a right to have a say in how his child is raised as you do.
Lucas: Fine, then take Johnny with you. Drop him off at the nursery and get your workout in.
Sami: Come on, he said it -- the twins are already asleep. I'm not gonna wake Johnny up for that.
Lucas: Well, then, what are you gonna do? You just gonna sit there and do nothing?
Lucas: Well, that's perfect, isn't it? This whole thing is just perfect. It's insane! This whole situation is insane! It's crazy! I'm not just gonna sit here. I got to do something, all right?
Victor: A half a million dollars in cocaine. What were you thinking, Philip?
Philip: I thought I'd handle John. And I did.
Victor: All you did was muddy the waters and leave our family open for a whole new level of attacks.
Philip: I don't know why you're so upset. This is nothing new to you.
Victor: That's not the point. Where'd you get the drugs?
Philip: From an old friend of yours in Mexico.
Chelsea: I'm sorry. I'm interrupting.
Lexie: No. No. I need to get back to my rounds anyway. I'll speak to you later.
Daniel: Okay. You hang in there.
Lexie: Yeah, thanks.
Chelsea: Okay, now I feel bad. Is she gonna be okay?
Daniel: Yeah, she'll be fine.
Chelsea: I had no idea that you guys were so close. Well, you know, she's lucky to have a friend like you.
Daniel: Wow. After everything we've been through, that's, uh, pretty cool of you.
Chelsea: Yeah, well, I'm a pretty cool person. Otherwise, I would have stopped talking to you after you lied about having a girlfriend.
John: You can't help me.
Ava: Let me be the judge of that.
John: But you are persistent.
Ava: I usually get what I want.
John: And right now...you want to know my story.
Ava: I asked you, didn't I?
John: I don't like talking about myself... especially to strangers.
Ava: No problem. I'll go first. What do you want to know about me?
John: All right. Tell me about that crazy doctor of yours, the one that kept you on drugs.
Ava: Okay. He was my psychiatrist. And my Father, he paid him to drug me so I would be unbalanced. Daddy wanted me anything but sane.
John: So everything I read was true.
Ava: Yeah, pretty much.
John: I empathize.
John: Well, let's just say that a doctor had a hand in... making me a different person, too. You look confused.
Ava: Well, I am.
John: Short story is...I'm not the man I was. And, honestly, I'm not sure I really want to be. He was a bit of a boy scout. I'd like to think that I'm more unpredictable now, therefore more interesting. Or not. People who knew me before, they don't like it that I'm different because I don't connect with them the same way. It makes them uncomfortable. That's their problem, right? Not mine.
John: That's my story. Aren't you glad you asked?
Ava: Yeah, I am.
John: I have to go. Thank you for trying to help, but as you can see, I'm beyond it.
Ava: Hey, John, wait. Wait.
Victor: You're beginning to sound more and more like me every day.
Philip: You don't seem too happy about it.
Victor: I'm not. It's like all my old mistakes are coming home to haunt me. This is not the life I wanted for you, Philip.
Philip: Dad...I'm fine.
Victor: Philip, I grew up poor. I had to support my family at a very early age. I was forced to make difficult choices -- choices you don't have to make.
Philip: You did what you had to do to protect the family. I have a family, a legacy that needs to be protected, too.
Victor: You should not have planted drugs on John's ship.
Philip: John had to be dealt with.
Victor: I agree, but not that way. If you had come to me --
Philip: I don't want to argue with you. It's done. I have to go. I need you to trust me, Dad. Let me do things my way. And don't interfere.
Stephanie: I don't know what to do.
Max: About what?
Stephanie: You. You won't tell me what's wrong, and I obviously can't force it out of you, so I guess I'm just gonna have to step back and let you deal with it on your own.
Max: Look, Steph, I know I acted like a total jerk today, but there's nothing else for me to tell you. It was a bad day, bad mood.
Stephanie: I'm not talking about just today. Max, you've been really secretive and moody for a while now -- about Nick's proposal and the fact that you're some kind of genius with numbers. I love you, Max.
Max: Look, I love you, too.
Stephanie: Really? Because I'm starting to think that you don't know what love is. Because if you did, you wouldn't keep shutting me out like this.
Daniel: I never lied to you, Chelsea.
Chelsea: You never told me that you had a girlfriend, either.
Daniel: She wasn't my girlfriend.
Chelsea: But you are seeing somebody.
Daniel: Was -- past tense.
Chelsea: Because she's married. So, all you're gonna tell me is that she's not available to you.
Chelsea: I don't get it.
Daniel: It's complicated. You know, uh...the other day, you accused me of being drawn to women that I don't have to commit to.
Chelsea: Well, you are.
Daniel: I am. But you've got me thinking about that.
Daniel: And...I've decided it's time for me to make a major change.
Chloe: Hey. I got your message. What happened with your dad?
Philip: I really don't want to talk about it.
Chloe: Okay. So, does this mean that our little arrangement is done?
Ava: Come on. Don't go.
John: Why not?
Ava: Because I am glad that I asked and because you need to talk to somebody. So do I.
John: I just told you that I don't usually do this sort of thing. But I do feel less uncomfortable talking to you.
Ava: You feel less uncomfortable? Should I take that as a compliment?
John: Oh, most definitely.
Ava: Okay, good. Yeah, I feel the same way.
Abe: Well, this is nice.
John: And what do you want?
Abe: I didn't realize the two of you knew each other.
Ava: Well, we just met.
Abe: Hmm. Then I would be wrong in thinking that Ava used her father's contacts to help you score cocaine, right?
Ava: Oh, come on. That's ridiculous.
John: You can do better than that, commissioner. She had nothing to do with that cocaine, and you know it.
Abe: Oh, I'll know it when we find out where it came from. Since when do you call me commissioner instead of Abe?
John: Ever since you held me for hours at the station and questioned me like a criminal.
Abe: For all I know, you are. Even Marlena thinks it's possible. She's your wife.
John: Are you through?
Abe: For now. But I will be keeping my eye on you. And just remember -- your bail can be revoked at any time.
Chloe: Just be straight with me, Philip. Did you ask me to come here because you wanted to stop seeing me?
Philip: No. Our arrangement is still on.
Chloe: How'd your father take it?
Philip: Well, I didn't tell him.
Chloe: But he suspects we're more than friends?
Philip: I told you, I don't want to talk about it.
Chloe: Come on. You're obviously upset. Just tell me what's wrong.
Philip: Look, my Father is having a hard time letting go of his control. But I have to do what I know is right, and he's just gonna have to accept it.
Chloe: Uh, Sami's here. I need to talk to her. Do you mind?
Philip: No. Go ahead. I'll be right back.
Sami: Yeah, can I have a cappuccino, please?
Chloe: Sami, excuse me. Hi, sorry. Can I talk to you for a minute?
Sami: No. Actually, Chloe, you can't. I have nothing to say to you.
Chloe: Look, I know that you're angry with me because of what happened with Brady.
Sami: You think?
Chloe: Listen, can we just sit down and talk about everything? Life's too short for you to be mad at me.
Max: Stephanie, I already told you what I did with Nick's grant work.
Stephanie: You said you cleaned it up and recopied some of it.
Max: Yeah, and then I asked you to mail it to the administrative building for me.
Stephanie: Which I did.
Max: Right, so what is the problem?
Stephanie: None of it makes sense. Max, why would you redo Nick's work and lie about it?
Max: Well, because Nick is a proud guy, and he never would have accepted my help in the first place. And he had a major deadline, which is why I was up all night working on it.
Stephanie: Well, didn't it include some really detailed stuff?
Max: No, it was like a financial accounting report for the grant and some project research analysis and st-- it doesn't matter.
Stephanie: It also included a lot of formulas and genius stuff.
Max: No, it was just --
Stephanie: All stuff that you said you knew nothing about, so how did you do it?
Max: What, copy his work?
Stephanie: Redo the entire proposal.
Max: I told you, I only fixed it. I mean, why don't you trust me?
Stephanie: I do trust you, Max. But what I don't understand is why don't you trust me?
Max: I do trust you, Stephanie.
Stephanie: Then why don't you tell me what you really did with Nick's papers?
Max: I did, but you won't believe me.
Stephanie: Because none of it makes sense.
Max: Why are you making such a big deal about this?
Stephanie: Because I know you're hiding something from me, and I don't like it. We promised to be honest with each other.
Max: Okay. The only thing I probably would be hiding from you is pretending that I was upset that you came down here, because I'm really not. I-I-I'm really happy, and I miss you.
Stephanie: Max, stop.
Stephanie: Hey, Nick, it's Steph. Um, do you have a minute? Thank you. It's about Max. I know, and that's what worries me. Something's wrong with him and he won't tell me what it is. What should I do?
Nicole: Oh, hey. Perfect timing. I was just gonna go in and order myself a drink.
E.J.: Well, wait a second.
E.J.: I think you and I need to have a little chat.
Nicole: About what? Oh. Oh, you mean...your little secret that slipped out when you were drunk the other night, that you and Sami are no longer married? You're annulled.
Chelsea: [Clears throat] What kind of change are you talking about?
Daniel: Well, I've always been a no-worries kind of guy. No real personal responsibilities. Don't own much furniture. Enough frequent-flier miles to travel around the world twice.
Daniel: But every once in a while, I meet someone, someone who inspires me. Like you. No. No, you risked your own life to save your father's.
Chelsea: Which isn't that amazing. I'm sure anybody would do that for their dad.
Daniel: You'd be shocked how many people wouldn't take that risk. What you did for your father, Chelsea, was amazing. The bold way you live your life, the way you treat your family -- it is amazing. You, Chelsea Brady, are amazing. And also a little insightful.
Chelsea: Oh, am I?
Daniel: When it comes to me, you are. Maybe a little too insightful, but, yeah. Since my wife died, you were right. I have. I've gone out of my way to avoid serious relationships with women. And I want to change that.
Daniel: Look, I know that I have been careless with your affection. I have been an impulsive idiot, but that's because I am just -- ah, mm.
Daniel: I am. I'm attracted to you, Chelsea. But I've got to be honest with you. The age difference, my issues with my wife, this other woman -- I'm gonna deal with them on my own.
Chelsea: I understand. I'm not gonna say that I'm happy about it, but...if that's what you got to do. I'm not gonna throw myself at you anymore.
Lexie: Sorry I'm late.
Abe: That's all right. I went ahead and ordered sandwiches.
Lexie: Oh, thanks, but I'm not hungry. I'm so worried about our little boy.
Abe: You know, it's probably nothing serious. I mean, so he has some problems. It happens.
Lexie: Easier said when it's someone else's child, but this is Theo we're talking about. Honey, our child is having problems at school and you don't seem to be concerned.
Abe: Well, that's not true.
Lexie: You don't seem worried.
Abe: Mm, I am.
Lexie: Well, you could have fooled me.
Abe: Lex, I'm sorry if I don't look or act concerned. I just don't want to over-analyze this thing until we've had a chance to talk to his teacher.
Lexie: Abe, what are you doing here?
Abe: There's something important I want to tell you.
Ava: Looks like we've got another thing in common.
John: And what's that?
Ava: Well, the cops just love us.
John: You don't know the half of it.
Ava: Hey, I'm Martino Vitali's daughter. I think I got a pretty good idea.
John: Have dinner with me.
Ava: Oh. I don't think so.
John: Why not?
Ava: Well, you're married to Dr. Marlena Evans, right?
John: More or less.
Ava: It's a yes or no question.
Ava: All right, well, as much as I would enjoy having dinner with you, I can't. I don't date married men. But, uh, take care of yourself, John Black. Maybe I'll see you around.
Chelsea: Well, as much as I hate to admit it, um...I think that you're making the right decision.
Daniel: It hasn't always been the case.
Chelsea: All right. Take care.
Abe: You know, I've been thinking about what's going on with Theo. And you're right. The best thing we can do is have him examined by a specialist.
Lexie: Oh, honey. And, um, now...it's my turn to tell you something.
E.J.: I was drunk -- something I'm sure you're familiar with -- and you say a lot of things when you're drunk.
Nicole: Yes, but you told me that when the time is right and only when the time is right, you were gonna lie to Sami and tell her that you were still married. And I just bet she would love to know that little bit of information. What do you think?
Sami: Here's the thing, Chloe -- you made my stepbrother become a drug addict. And then you didn't even tell the family so that we could help him.
Chloe: That's not what happened.
Sami: That's exactly what happened.
Chloe: Brady is a grown man, and no one made him become a drug addict.
Sami: [Sighs] I have nothing to say to you.
Chloe: Sami, come on.
Philip: Hey, here. It's hot.
Chloe: Thanks. Sometimes I don't know what Lucas sees in her.
Philip: I talked to him a while ago. He's out of prison, under house arrest, and living at the DiMera mansion.
Chloe: With Sami and E.J.?
Chloe: Oh, my God. Wow. There's no right word for that, is there?
Philip: Mnh-mnh. I want to talk to him, but I can't with all this stuff going on with John. What?
Chloe: Nothing. You know what? I have to go.
Chloe: Yeah, I'll talk to you later.
E.J.: I don't know what you're talking about, sweetheart.
Nicole: Well, I do. Well, I'm not lying.
E.J.: All right, well, even if you're right -- and I'm not saying you are -- what do you intend to do about it? What are you doing?
Nicole: Oh, I'm calling Lucas. I just want to see what he has to say about this whole situation.
Nicole: Lucas, hi, it's Nicole.
Lucas: I'm hanging up right now.
Nicole: No wait.
Lucas: What? I'm not in the mood for this. I don't have time for your games.
Nicole: You will when you hear what I have to say.
Nicole: You are no longer married to Sami Brady. And unless you want that info to go tabloid, I suggest you start being rather generous with me, counselor.
Nick: As far as being friends goes, I can't do that.
Chelsea: You're not even gonna try?
John: What the hell are you doing in my house?
Philip: I'm gonna have to call you back.
