Roman: What's going on, bud? I thought we had the Ford Decker situation handled.

Abe: [Sighs] We did.

Chelsea: It's about John's plane and everybody coming back from Ireland.

Roman: What's the problem?

Abe: Pilots missed their position report. No one can get them on radio.

Roman: Are they still visible on radar?

Abe: Airspeed, course -- they haven't varied in over an hour.

Roman: All right. Sounds like a problem with the radio.

Abe: Yeah, I thought so, too. Now I think there's a bigger problem.

Roman: Why?

Abe: Pilots failed to make their scheduled course adjustments, and now, at their present airspeed, they're way off their landing coordinates, and...they could run out of fuel in less than an hour.

Steve: Why is there no air?

John: High altitude and no cabin pressure do that every time. [Inhales deeply] Here's your update. We have absolutely no control over this magnificent flying machine. Can't alter the course or altitude?

Steve: Nah.

John: We've got less than 30 minutes of oxygen and one hour of fuel remaining.

Steve: If we don't get control of this boat... [Inhales deeply] We will crash before we run out of fuel.

John: Look on the bright side. The crash won't kill us. We'll already have suffocated.

Steve: Damn it, man! I'm getting sick of your crap! We got our family and friends back there! Now, we're not just giving up!

John: That's not in my vocabulary. We'll have to dump the fuel before we run out of oxygen. We'll try to regain -- regain -- we'll regain control of this craft and bring this baby in for a landing.

Steve: Can you do that?!

John: Doesn't really matter what I think. How are the pilots?

Steve: They didn't make it.

John: I wonder who the hell's behind all this.

Steve: I don't know.

Chloe: Philip, this one's working now.

Philip: That's great, but we're still low on oxygen. Hey, Shawn! Try your other mask!

Shawn D.: We got three of them. They're all working. Claire's got her own.

Belle: She's freezing, and I can't keep her warm, Shawn.

Shawn D.: I know. You're just gonna have to try to do the best you can, all right?

Kayla: Do you think Steve and John have had any luck in there?

Marlena: I think if they had, they would have let us know.

Kayla: How much more time with the oxygen do we have?

Marlena: Less than half an hour.

Shawn D.: Mom, is he okay?

Hope: He's gonna be fine. Shawn, put your mask on. Put it on!

Shawn: I won't do it, darling. Bo needs to live, and so do you.

Hope: Shawn, please. I can't be responsible for letting you die. I can't make that kind of decision. Put it on.

Shawn: But I can, and I have.

Hope: Please, Shawn, you can't just do that. Please...put it on. Or at least -- at least while I go get Kayla, okay? She has a right to know what you're about to do. And your daughter -- she'll talk you out of this. I'm gonna go get her.

Shawn: Okay. But I don't want anyone else to know.

Hope: [Breathing heavily] Kay, I need you. I need you now.

Kayla: What's wrong?

Hope: Please just come with me now, okay?

Marlena: Can I do anything, Hope?

Hope: No, I just need Kay right now, okay?

Kayla: Okay ohh. How long has he been out?

Hope: He passed out because he refuses to breathe the oxygen. He said he's probably not gonna live anyway. He wants me to let him go.

Kayla: Well, thank God you didn't let him.

Hope: Your father wants to do the same thing. He wants us to let him die.

Abe: Yes, I'm still here.

Caroline: I can't believe this is happening. Abe, what's the news? Abe, what are they saying?

Roman: Ma, come here. All right. Abe is on the phone with homeland security, tracking it down right now.

Caroline: They're gonna be okay, right?

Roman: Of course they are. Of course they are. We just got to take it easy. We don't have the facts yet. Have a seat.

Caroline: Oh.

Stephanie: Glad you're here.

Max: Yeah. Uh, I was over at the pub when Roman called.

Chelsea: This can't seriously be happening.

Max: Like Roman said, let's not get all freaked out until we know all the facts, all right?

Abe: Yes, yes, I understand. Just give me the updates the minute you have them. There's no change. There's no communication. Homeland Security has them on radar and is tracking them.

Roman: Can't we track them on the internet?

Abe: We don't have the software or the clearance. The latest updates show that altitude, course, airspeed have remained constant.

Caroline: Well, that means everything is all right except the radio.

Roman: Ma, listen to me. I'm very sorry, but I'm gonna be very honest with you. There is a problem. They're going to run out of fuel soon, and when they do, there's really no safe place to land.

Lexie: Pilots are trained for this kind of emergency, aren't they?

Roman: Yes, they are. And Bo and Steve, Shawn, Philip, John -- they're all up there. They're not gonna sit around and do nothing.

Abe: I just wish I knew what kind of trouble they're in.

Chelsea: What do you mean?

Abe: It could be just a preventable problem.

Caroline: Abe, please... tell us. What are you thinking?

Roman: We don't know, Ma. We just don't know.

Philip: Chloe! Chloe...you got to stay awake. Keep breathing.

Belle: Mom, she's so cold. I don't know what to do.

Marlena: Okay. Calm down.

Belle: She's my baby!

Marlena: And you're my baby.

Shawn D.: What's going on with my mom and my grandpa and my dad?

Marlena: They're gonna be okay. They're just cold like the rest of us. Don't worry, and don't panic. It's a waste of your oxygen. Belle.

Belle: I love you.

Marlena: I love you.

Belle: [Crying]

Kayla: Pop, I am not gonna let you do this.

Hope: We won't let you go, Shawn.

Shawn: You don't have a choice!

Kayla: Pop, I need to tell you something. I'm pregnant.

Shawn: That's wonderful, darling.

Kayla: This grandbaby needs to know you.

Shawn: I wish that, too, darling, but he or she won't get to know anyone or have a chance at their own life unless you let me go!

Kayla: Pop, you listen to me. You listen to me. You take that mask and you put it on your face and you take some breaths. I am not gonna let you do this!

Shawn: I have to, Kayla.

Kayla: No, you don't!

Shawn: I love you all so much. And I'll be up there, watching over you, over our whole family, standing right there next to my sister.

Kayla: Don't do this.

Shawn: Tell Caroline... that I'll miss her most of all.

Kayla: No, Pop. You're just gonna go to sleep, and I am gonna take that mask and I'm gonna put it on your face. You hear me?

Shawn: Stop, Kayla. You will let me die. You know it's right.

Kayla: [Crying]

Shawn: Now let me go... before the devil knows I'm gone.

Kayla: Oh, my God! Pop! Pop!

Steve: Hey, nobody has to die. We can do this, man. If we work together, we can do this. Let's figure out what to do.

John: Simple mathematics. We're at 32,000. We've got to get below 10,000 -- get air back in the cabin so we can breathe without oxygen. Now... we can do that one of two ways -- take back control so we can descend... or find a way to dump the fuel.

Steve: Well, if we dump the fuel, we drop and we drop fast.

John: So fast it'll make your head spin. We'll have little time to regain instrument control.

Steve: Okay.

John: And we won't suffocate.

Steve: It's a plan. Where's the switch that controls the fuel tanks?

John: Right up here, right above you. Control panel -- knock yourself out.

Steve: All right.

Kayla: [Crying]

Hope: I can't believe he's really gone. We can't tell the others. Not now. Not yet.

Kayla: I know. I know.

Belle: It's getting harder to breathe. There's not much left, is there?

Marlena: I'm afraid there isnít.

Belle: What are we gonna do?

Marlena: We're gonna do exactly what we've been doing. We're gonna conserve our air and pray...that John and Steve...can get this plane down to where we can...breathe again.

Hope: Kay... is what Bo has... is he gonna die?

Kayla: I'll do everything I can.

Hope: He has to live, Kay. Your father's sacrifice can't be in vain.

Belle: Oh, my God.

Kayla: [Crying]

Steve: I got it. It's cooked, man. Looks like some kind of small explosive. These wires are all fried.

John: That's interesting.

Steve: You don't happen to have any idea which of the two of these go to the fuel dump and which two control the flight controls, do you?

John: Got to be one or the other. I trust that you'll find it, but I would prefer...that you find the flight controls first.

Steve: Got to switch them around. That's it.

Roman: Yeah, all right. I'll hold.

Abe: Just Patch me through.

Roman: Any luck?

Max: No. No one on the plane is answering their cellphones.

Roman: All right, it's too high up for cell service. Yeah. Okay. All right. All right, thanks. Homeland Security has no indication it's a lack of communication or that John's plane is connected to any terrorist threats or activities.

Abe: Look, let's not make ourselves crazy. It still might just be the radio.

Caroline: Roman, please... tell us what you think is going on up there.

Roman: Honestly, Ma, I don't know.

Abe: I understand. I understand. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Tracking station at Greenland has them on radar. There's no communication and no deviation of course, airspeed, or altitude.

Caroline: Well, how long before they run out of fuel?

Abe: Not very long at all.

Steve: How long...until... we're out of fuel?

John: Not soon enough. My oxygen is almost depleted.

Steve: Mine too.

John: We need flight control or dump that fuel now. Now!

Chloe: There's no more air.

Philip: [Gasping]

Chloe: [Gasping] I don't want to die. [Both gasping]

Philip: Neither do I.

Belle: [Gasping] I can't get any more air.

Marlena: Okay. Okay. I know.

Shawn D.: It's gone. The tank's empty.

Belle: No, no, there has to be air for Claire.

Marlena: It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. She'll -- she'll never know -- know what happened. She'll just -- she'll just stay asleep.

Belle: No. No. Claire! [Sobbing]

Shawn D.: Belle, I love you.

Belle: I love you.

Shawn D.: Belle. [Sighs]

Marlena: [Gasping] John.

Hope: [Exhales deeply] It's empty.

Kayla: [Sighs] Mine's empty, too.

Hope: I love you, Brady. I love you.

Kayla: I love you, Pop. I love you. I love you, Steve. I love you.

Stephanie: I'm sorry, but we all know it's not just a radio. Something's definitely wrong up there.

Abe: You know, I got to believe that John, Bo, and Steve will figure something out.

Caroline: And if they don't?

Abe: Let's not panic before we have the facts.

Chelsea: We can't get any facts. Nobody will tell us anything.

Roman: All right, all right, take it easy, okay? We're all upset now. We're all worried. But right now nobody knows what's going on up there.

Abe: There is no point in blind speculation.

Roman: And Abe is right. The ISA and Homeland Security have contacted Norad. They've informed them there could be a problem with the plane. Somebody will contact us as soon as they have information.

Abe: So, all we can do is wait.

Caroline: [Crying] And pray. [Whirring]

Steve: [Coughing]

John: I need some help.

Steve: What happened?

John: We dumped fuel.

Steve: We dumped the fuel? We dumped the fuel?

John: And the bad news is no flight controls. I need a hand.

Steve: [Grunts]

John: Start jamming wires.

Steve: [Muttering] Aah! [Engines whining]

Hope: Ohh!

Philip: [Exhales sharply]

Steve: [Grunts]

John: Come on.

Steve: Aah.

John: Stop. That's it. That's the one. Grab the yoke. Pull it back. Come on up, buddy. Come on up, buddy.

Steve: Yeah!

John: Just pull.

Steve: Yeah! Yeah! [Breathing heavily]

John: Get your nose up, baby.

John: All right, we've regained some control. Brace yourself. We're out of fuel.

Steve: Looks like we're getting some crosswinds coming in. Got it.

Hope: [Gasping]

Marlena: Ohh. Okay, good. Shawn. Shawn. Shawn! Wake up! Wake up, Belle! Belle! We've got air. We've got air.

Belle: Claire?

Marlena: No, no, no. She's okay. I checked her, too. Oh, thank God. Thank God, he did it. Thank God. Ohh. Ohh. Ohh.

Philip: Oh, you're alive.

Bo: [Coughs]

Hope: Okay. Be strong, Brady. Kay? Kay! Wake up!

Kayla: We're alive. We're alive.

Hope: Bo is breathing. He's breathing.

Kayla: Pop.

John: Our new objective -- control the glide path.

Steve: I'll do that.

[Telephone rings]

John: Yeah?

Marlena: John, it looked like you were able to dump the fuel.

John: Thanks to dead eye and his misspent youth.

Marlena: [Chuckles]

John: We're below 10,000 feet. Everybody should be able to breathe now.

Marlena: Are we going to be able to land?

John: A little sooner and harder than we'd like.

Marlena: I love you.

John: Good to know.

Marlena: Everybody... we are out of fuel. We're about to attempt an emergency landing, so, please, buckle up...and brace yourselves.

Caroline: You know there must be someone else we can call to find out what's going on, on the plane.

Abe: F.A.A., Norad, Homeland Security -- they're all monitoring the flight and trying to establish radio contact.

Roman: The ISA is working on it, as well.

Chelsea: Do you guys think that maybe it could be like hijackers or something after John or Philip's money?

Stephanie: I heard that Chloe is in trouble with the European police.

Abe: There's no evidence yet of foul play.

Caroline: But you said that they're gonna run out of fuel very shortly and they're past the last safe place to land.

Abe: According to the latest Intel, that's true.

Chelsea: Well, my dad is up there!

Stephanie: So are my mom and dad. They have to come back. I can't even think about losing them.

Lexie: Okay, no one is losing anyone, all right? It's just way too soon to start thinking like that.

Max: Something's definitely wrong here, Roman.

Roman: We know that, Max, and if there was anything else anybody could do, we'd be doing it.

Max: I know. I'm sorry.

Caroline: We're all just worried sick, that's it.

Chelsea: And not knowing anything just makes this worse.

Lexie: Is there anyone else we can call and tell what's going on?

Roman: No, not yet. I don't want anybody else worrying about this till we get more information.

Abe: You know, maybe you should all go back to the pub. Roman and I will stay on top of this.

Caroline: I'm not going anywhere.

Chelsea: Neither am I.

Stephanie: I think we should keep trying them on their cellphones.

[Telephone rings]

Abe: Commissioner Carver. Yes Thank you. Thank you. They're Patching me through. There's been a change in the plane's status.

Chloe: [Gasping] We're going down too fast, aren't we?

Philip: At least we're still alive.

Chloe: Oh, my God. We're gonna crash.

Claire: [Whimpering]

Belle: Shh. Baby, it's okay, baby. Oh, my God!

Shawn D.: Belle, I'm gonna go up front and see if I can help.

Belle: No. No. Stay here. Please?

John: Come on, baby. You're doing just fine.

Hope: He's a fighter, Kay.

Kayla: I know. So are you. [All scream]

Bo: What happened? Hope, you okay? You all right? What's wrong? Pop? Pop. He's got his thing on him. Pop, get it off if -- pop? Pop? Pop?

Hope: Bo, I'm sorry.

Abe: The plane just went off radar.

Caroline: Ohh. [Breathing heavily]

Chelsea: What does that mean?

Lexie: Abe?

Caroline: Did they crash?

Steve: [Grunting] Hey! Hey, there's land!

John: Explains the updraft. Hold it steady. Keep the nose up.

Steve: Nose up. Nose up!

John: So, tell me, dead eye, are you a betting man?

Steve: When the odds are in my favor.

John: Ah. Forget it, then.

Steve: I love you, sweetness.

Bo: Pop, Pop, come on. Wake up, Pop. Pop! No. No.

Kayla: He gave up his oxygen so that we could live.

Bo: No! Pop, no. Pop, it was supposed to be me! It was supposed to be me, Pop!

Kayla: He died a hero.

Bo: [Crying] Oh, Pop. I love you. Too late.

Belle: Mom, what's happening?

Marlena: Darling, we're out of fuel. Prepare to make an emergency landing.

Bo: I'm gonna go up front and help.

Hope: Please stay with me. Stay with me.

Kayla: I love you, Steve. I love you.

Steve: Oh, dear Lord... when we hit the ground, please cushion the blow a bit. Amen.

Caroline: Abe...are you saying that John's plane crashed?

Abe: All they know is it's off course and it went off radar.

Roman: I'll get Norad on the other line.

Abe: Yes. Yes, I am still here. Well, give me the updates the second you have them.

Belle: Shawn, I love you.

Shawn D.: I love you, too.

Chloe: God, help us!

Hope: I love you, Brady.

Bo: I love you, too, Fancy Face.

John: You're doing fine. Just keep the nose up. Keep the nose up.

Steve: I'm working on it.

John: Ah, no landing gear.

Steve: What?! We have no landing gear, man?

Roman: Norad is sending rescue planes to the projected crash site.

Stephanie: Oh, my God. They've crashed.

Lexie: Okay, look, we can't panic, all right?

Caroline: Dear God. [Crying] Ohh.

Roman: They'll send rescue teams.

Stephanie: Please let them be okay.

Caroline: [Sighs]

John: All right, right now pull back as hard as you can.

Steve: All right. [Grunts]

Shawn D.: Mom, Dad, I love you.

Hope: We love you, honey.

Bo: We love you, Shawn.

Marlena: I love you, Belle.

Belle: I love you, Mom. I love you, Shawn.

Shawn D.: I love you, Belle.

Philip: This is it!

Steve: [Grunting]

John: This is it. [All screaming]

Stephanie: So, our families disappeared and no one knows where they are?

Chelsea: Do you guys think Stefano DiMera was behind this?

Max: Your family is evil.

Abe: That was the FAA. John's plane is down.
