Kate: Okay. It's a simple favor. I want you to make sure that the DNA test proves that E.J. is the father of Sami's baby, not Lucas.

Nick: Let me get this straight. No matter what the real outcome is --

Kate: I'm not interested in the real outcome, just the one I've mentioned.

Nick: But if Lucas is the father, you want me to change the results, falsify a lab report.

Kate: It's best for everyone, Nicholas.

Nick: You're kidding, right?

Kate: No, I'm not. I'm serious. And I'm willing to make it worth your while.

Nick: Why does everyone think that I can be bought?

Kate: I don't think you can be bought. I know you can. It's just a question of the price.

Sami: I don't believe it.

Lucas: Are you sure?

Dr. Jacobs: There it is, plain as day -- not one but two little heads.

Marlena: Wow. It's true. They're twins.

Sami: But I don't understand. I've had other sonograms, and no one ever said that there was even the possibility of there being more than one baby.

Dr. Jacobs: That's probably because your daughter is hiding right behind her brother.

Lucas: Wait a minute. You mean the --

Dr. Jacobs: They're fraternal -- a boy and a girl.

Sami: I -- this -- this can't be happening. It's not possible.

Dr. Jacobs: I can promise you, it's true. And I concur. It's twins without a doubt.

Marlena: Oh, Sami, isn't it wonderful? Think about it -- a son and a daughter.

Sami: You know what I'm thinking? I'm thinking, Doctor, you are in for one hell of a lawsuit.

Max: Hey.

Jeremy: Where the hell have you been?

Max: I was busy. I got here as soon as I could.

Jeremy: I asked you to get here early.

Max: Yeah, but it couldn't be helped. I had to blow off my date, and it took a little finessing, Jeremy.

Jeremy: You mean that bimbo you picked up on the beach last night, that's why you're late?

Max: Well, you made it pretty obvious that you didn't want anyone else here tonight when this went down.

Jeremy: Yeah, well, you're better off. Taking a chick to Vegas is like taking sand to the beach. Know what I mean?

Max: Whatever. Is the stuff here yet?

Jeremy: Not yet. Our suppliers are running late.

Max: Wait, and you're giving me a hard time?

Jeremy: All right, all right. Just show me the cash. You got it?

Max: Yeah. Right here.

Jeremy: Good. We need to do this fast -- do the deal and get everything stowed away before anyone else shows up.

Max: So what if they do? We're running fake designer stuff. We're not running guns or drugs or anything.

Jeremy: I know that. But I'm also running a legitimate business here, Max, and it's our first time out. I don't need anything going wrong.

Max: I thought you said nothing could go wrong, Jeremy. Do you remember that?

Jeremy: The point I'm trying to make, Max, is this little side venture is strictly between us.

Stephanie: Hey, there, Captain. Look at you! Happy first flight, baby.

Jeremy: Damn it, Steph. What are you doing here?

Stephanie: Uh, nice to see you, too. I thought we could spend some time together before everyone got here to celebrate. I hardly get to see you anymore.

Jeremy: I told you I had something to do before takeoff, and I also told you what time to get here. And that's not for another hour. What part of that didn't you understand?

Stephanie: But, Jeremy, I just --

Jeremy: Shut up! All right? Just shut the hell up and leave now.

Dr. Rolf: You are running a temperature. And your blood pressure is low. You should be in bed.

Stefano: Yes, yes, I know that. There's no time for this, all right, Rolf? I have big problems. They need to be taken care of.

Dr. Rolf: You ask for my advice, and then you don't take it.

E.J.: Father, I got your message. It sounded urgent. Are you all right? Is everything all right, Dr. Rolf?

Stefano: No, Elvis. I'm not.

Dr. Rolf: He's running a temperature.

Stefano: Physically, I am fine.

E.J.: Just, please, Father, sit, okay?

Dr. Rolf: He is not fine.

Stefano: Look, that is enough, all right? That's all.

Dr. Rolf: Stefano, you have to let me --

Stefano: I said that is all.

Dr. Rolf: Very well.

E.J.: So, tell me, Father, why did you need to see me so urgently?

Stefano: I trusted you... my son. You were my last hope for the future of this family. And you let me down.

E.J.: I let you down? How, Father?

Stefano: You lied to me! And that is the one thing that I will not tolerate.

Nick: What you're asking me to do is illegal.

Kate: That's a problem for you?

Nick: Yeah, it is. And it could be a bigger problem for you because I'm calling the cops.

Kate: I don't think you want to do that, do you?

Nick: I'm not gonna mess with the DNA of Sami's baby, but if you drop this right now, I'll pretend this conversation never happened.

Kate: I can be very generous, but don't push me.

Nick: It's not gonna happen.

Kate: Really? Why? Because you're a man of integrity, of strong moral character, fiber? Is that it?

Nick: I'd like to think so.

Kate: Ahh. 'Cause, you see, I find that very interesting. I mean, I really wonder how you square that with the fact that you stole police evidence to protect your girlfriend. Oh, you didn't know about that. You didn't know that I knew, did you?

Nick: That was different.

Kate: That was different. How is that different? Why? Because you wanted something really badly? Because you wanted Chelsea really badly?

Nick: It's not like that.

Kate: It's exactly like that. For you, the end justifies the means. Am I wrong, Nicholas?

Marlena: Sami, Dr. Jacobs is not to blame for the fact that you're having twins.

Sami: But I have been having sonograms since my first trimester, and nobody said anything about the possibility of there being two babies.

Dr. Jacobs: I'm sorry, Sami. The sonograms aren't perfect or even foolproof, especially in the first stages of the pregnancy.

Lucas: Why wasn't the second heartbeat ever detected?

Dr. Jacobs: Sometimes when you're only listening for one, that's all you hear.

Sami: Incredible.

Dr. Jacobs: I understand your shock and your dismay. Some people are thrilled at the news, but other people find the prospect of twins a bit overwhelming.

Sami: You have no idea.

Lucas: This -- this pregnancy is very complicated, Dr. Jacobs, as you know. And the only reason why we're having the amnio now is to establish the paternity of the babies. And now we have to, what, take the test twice?

Sami: Wait, what are you talking about?

Dr. Jacobs: No, no, no, no. Let me reassure you. There's no additional risks. We can get the DNA for both fetuses from the sample of amniotic fluid that we already have.

Sami: Are you telling me that there is a chance that these babies could have different fathers?

Marlena: Sami, that's possible, but it's very unlikely.

Sami: Oh, my God. Oh, my God. How could my life be any worse?

Stephanie: You don't have to be so mean about it, okay?

Jeremy: I wouldn't have to, Steph, if you would just listen to me. I told you I had business before the flight, but as usual, it didn't sink in to that little pea brain of yours. Nothing ever does.

Stephanie: What kind of business?

Jeremy: It's nothing you need to know about.

Stephanie: But Max knows?

Jeremy: I'm gonna say this one more time, Steph. It doesn't concern you, so beat it.

Stephanie: I got the message, okay?

Jeremy: And don't come back for at least an hour.

Stephanie: Hello? We're at an airport with no facilities, a private airport. Where do you expect me to go?

Jeremy: I really don't care, Steph. You're a big girl. Figure it out. This hangar must have a soda machine or something. Try using your head for once.

Max: All right, you know what? That's enough.

Jeremy: Excuse me?

Max: No, I'm not, because Stephanie is my friend, and her mom is my sister. I'm not just gonna stand here and let you treat her like a piece of garbage.

E.J.: Please, Father, I never meant to lie to you.

Stefano: But that's just what you did! I sent you over to the Brady's pub to do a job, to check up on whether Tony's ex was up to something, because God knows she's up to something all the time.

E.J.: And I did. And I told you she's just visiting.

Stefano: I had faith in you, Elvis. God. I said to myself, "I can count on him."

E.J.: What makes you think that you can't, eh?

Stefano: Because I got a different report about Anna DiMera or whatever the hell name she is using these days from someone else.

E.J.: Really? From whom?

Steve: Squire! Hey, buddy. Long time. How you been?

E.J.: What is he doing here?

Steve: Don't get your knickers in a twist. I'm just visiting. Want a bite?

E.J.: The only thing this idiot has proven is that he cannot be trusted.

Stefano: Let me tell you something, Elvis. He has proven himself to be a loyal soldier.

Steve: Thanks, chief.

E.J.: Really? How exactly did he do that?

Stefano: By warning us about Anna's true purpose of coming to this house tonight.

E.J.: We knew her true purpose. Tony told us. She was coming to bring back letters -- letters from Colleen to your father.

Stefano: I think you know there's more to it than that.

Steve: Hell of a lot more.

Stefano: According to Steve, Anna has been conspiring with the entire Brady clan, hmm? You see, what they really want to do is get their hands on the letters from Santo to Colleen. The whole group of them have gotten together to bring us down. And if it was up to you, they would get away with it.

E.J.: You cannot believe that I want that.

Stefano: Don't you take me for a fool. You lied to me! Who or what is more important to you than your own flesh and blood?

E.J.: Again, Father, I went to the Bradys with the best of intentions, and clearly they lied to me, and --

Stefano: Then you are the fool.

E.J.: Father, please.

Stefano: Did you truly expect them to be honest with you, to just sit around and tell you everything that they are plotting?

E.J.: How else did you expect me to find out what is going on, huh?

Stefano: How the hell did Steve find out, huh? They trust him even less than they trust you.

Steve: You got that right.

Stefano: But he imagined -- he found a way to do it somehow.

E.J.: Of course, he did. Look at him. He's family. I don't care what anybody says.

Stefano: All right, Elvis. You called me, and you said, "Absolutely nothing to worry about."

E.J.: Because there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Please, now, Father, I'm concerned your health is --

Stefano: No! Don't you dare use that as an excuse.

E.J.: Forgive me, Father. I'm your son, okay? I would never betray this family, not for anything, not for anyone. You understand me?

Stefano: My God. I wish I could believe that. I want to believe that more than anything. But I know that you have feelings for Samantha Roberts, very strong feelings. And I understand, all right?

Steve: Not me. I think that chick is crazy.

E.J.: You don't even know her.

Steve: Just calling them like I see them.

Stefano: All right, thank you very much, Steve, all right? I mean, I think I can take care of it from here on in, all right?

Steve: Okay, chief. Don't mind me.

Stefano: The bottom line here, Elvis... is that I don't think I can trust you anymore. And you are my son. Do you have any idea how much it hurts me to have to even say it? But your loyalties seem to lie elsewhere. And if that is true, then I have to rethink your status in this family.

E.J.: What are you saying?

Stefano: What I am saying is that you will be on your own. What I am saying is that you will not be a part of this family anymore. What I am saying is you are going to end up with nothing!

E.J.: This is Tony. This is Tony, okay? He's doing this. He's getting into your head. He's spreading this because he's jealous of what you and I have. He's trying to turn you against me.

Stefano: Of course. Let me tell you a little something about your brother Tony, all right? As erratic as he can be sometimes, I am absolutely sure where he stands when it comes to the DiMeras. I know that I can trust him. So when he tells me not to trust you --

E.J.: You're gonna believe this guy, this one-eyed idiot here? You're gonna believe Tony? We know what Tony wants, okay? He's made it very clear.

Stefano: I wish I could believe you. I wish this moment I could do that, but I cannot. And you know how much that troubles me, hmm? Do you know how much that troubles me?

E.J.: Then you must tell me, Father... how can I prove my loyalty to you?

Marlena: Sami, let's not get ahead of ourselves here.

Sami: Mom, I'm having twins -- a little boy and a little girl. And normally I would be happy about that, but now I have to worry about the fact that my twins could have different fathers.

Marlena: It is very unlikely that two eggs get fertilized by two separate men.

Sami: But it's possible. You said it was possible. Dr. Jacobs said it was possible.

Marlena: Yes, but it's very unlikely that these twins have two separate fathers.

Sami: Even though E.J. raped me less than an hour after I was with Lucas at the cabin?

Marlena: Even though.

Sami: That's the night that I got pregnant, Mom. I'm sure of it. So, how much of a long shot is it now, huh?

Dr. Jacobs: I agree with Dr. Evans. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's wait for the DNA test to come back from the lab. It should take about 48 hours.

Lucas: 48 hours? We got to wait two days for that? Can't you put a rush on it or something for us?

Dr. Jacobs: I'll see what I can do.

Marlena: Thank you, Dr. Jacobs.

Dr. Jacobs: I'll get this down to the lab right now.

Lucas: Thank you.

Marlena: She's right, you know. Let's not assume that these babies have two separate fathers.

Sami: It could be worse. E.J. could be the father of both of them.

Nick: Look...I was willing to bend the rules for Chelsea because --

Kate: "Bend the rules"? Is that what you call it?

Nick: Break the rules. Whatever. I did it for her because I knew that she was innocent. I knew that Willow had framed her, but I hated every minute of it, and I'd never do it again.

Kate: Oh, Nicholas -- Nicholas. You know, I appreciate what you did for Chelsea. I really do. In fact, I have to be honest. I admire your sense of justice. You stood up for what you believe in. And the way I see it, I'm just giving you a chance to do that again.

Nick: I have no idea what you're talking about.

Kate: There's another innocent person who's about to have their life destroyed by someone even more manipulative than Willow, and you have the power to change that.

Nick: Are you comparing Sami to Willow?

Kate: Yes, I am. For years she has brought so much misery into Lucas' life, and his only chance at happiness really is to get her out of his life once and for all.

Nick: But Lucas and Sami love each other.

Kate: [Exhales sharply] You know, I don't think Sami really knows the meaning of love. And, yes, Lucas may be in love, but he's also in misery.

Nick: Have you seen him when he's with Sami? Because he's not miserable. He seems like he's kind of happy.

Kate: Yeah, well, she's kind of gonna destroy his life. And this is his last chance to undo a terrible mistake.

Nick: But what if it really is his child?

Kate: You know, it's really none of your business.

Nick: You're unbelievable. You would do that to your own son, possibly your own grandchild? I mean, if anyone is evil and conniving here, it's definitely you.

Kate: Ooh. I have to tell you the truth. I really don't care about your assessment of me.

Nick: Assess this. The answer is no.

Kate: Well, I'm very disappointed by that, but I'm not half as disappointed as your boss is going to be when he finds out that you stole evidence from the lab.

Jeremy: Step back, man. This is between me and my girl.

Max: Not anymore it's not. And you're the one who's gonna step back.

Stephanie: Okay, all right. Look, enough. Cool it, all right? Max, Jeremy's right. He told me not to show up early, and I did. It's my fault.

Max: Oh, he told you. So you're gonna start taking orders from this guy now.

Stephanie: It wasn't an order. It was a request. And I should have respected it.

Max: Wow, Steph, what happened to you?

Stephanie: This is his business, and he is the boss. Baby, I'm sorry. Look, I'll split for a little while, okay? All right? No problem.

Jeremy: One hour.

Stephanie: All right.

Jeremy: [Sighs] Satisfied? We cool?

Max: I don't know. You tell me.

E.J.: Name it, Father. Tell me what I can do to prove my loyalty to you.

Stefano: All right. Go to this address and pick up these trunks and deliver them to a private jet which takes off tonight... for Vegas.

E.J.: What's in the trunks?

Stefano: Let's just call it merchandise.

E.J.: What kind of merchandise?

Stefano: Not to worry, my boy. It's a legitimate business.

E.J.: Really? I wasn't aware that we had any new business ventures.

Stefano: We are in Salem for other reasons than my health also.

E.J.: You say "we." Is Tony involved in this project?

Stefano: Yes. Very involved. It's his project, as a matter of fact. And he is taking care of various transactions for the family.

E.J.: Well, then, if you don't mind me asking, why isn't he handling this?

Stefano: Because he has other important things to take care of. So, I'm asking you to take care of it if you are up to it.

E.J.: Forgive me, Father. I just -- when I get a new project, I like to have some idea of what it entails.

Stefano: Okay, fine. If it turns out to be a success, I will tell you all about it. Until then, no more questions. Just make sure that you get those trunks on the plane within the hour.

E.J.: And if everything goes well? If I do this?

Stefano: It's a start. You might even convince your brother.

E.J.: Yeah. I doubt that.

Stefano: You know, I meant what I said to both of you. I will end this infighting one way or the other.

E.J.: All right, Father, look, I really appreciate this chance, okay? Consider this done.

Steve: Hey, chief, wait a minute. You sure you want to trust this guy? I sure as hell wouldn't.

E.J.: You know, I really don't see how this is any of your concern.

Steve: You're right. It's not.

Jeremy: What's your problem, man? We worked it out. It's all good.

Max: Yeah, I saw how you worked it out. You totally berated her, and then she ended up apologizing.

Jeremy: Because she was wrong. Why the hell do you even care?

Max: Because if my sister found out I let anyone talk to her daughter that way, she'd kill me. And I don't like it very much either.

Jeremy: Look, you're getting all bent over nothing. I think Steph's a doll. I'm crazy about her, but she's still a kid, you know? And sometimes kids get out of line and they need a little tough love.

Max: Are you for real right now? 'Cause the last time I checked, you're not her father, and she's not 6 years old. She's a grown woman, and she deserves to be treated with respect.

Jeremy: This from a guy who treats women like Kleenex and throws them away with even less regard.

Max: Wow. I'm not saying that I'm perfect. I just -- I don't need to lie to women. And I sure as hell don't need to bully them around.

Jeremy: Dude, come on.

Max: No, if that's the kind of person that you are that needs to push women around to make themselves feel powerful, maybe I should just take my money somewhere else then. Maybe I should cut this whole deal right now.

Marlena: Hey. I need you both to stay positive here. It could turn out that Lucas is the father of both babies, and then you'll be doubly blessed.

Sami: Yeah, and doubly cursed if it's E.J.

Marlena: If E.J. is the father, we will deal with that.

Sami: Will we, Lucas? Will we deal with it?

Marlena: You two take some time. I'll be back later.

Lucas: Just relax, all right? Calm down. You don't want your blood pressure to go up. Just take it easy.

Sami: Lucas, I'm not worried about me. I'm thinking about you. This is a lot more than anyone would want to normally deal with. And now we find out that they're twins. Lucas, how much more of this can you handle?

Dr. Jacobs: Oh, Nick. Just the man I was looking for. Hello, Mrs. Roberts.

Kate: Hi!

Nick: Dr. Jacobs, what can I do for you?

Dr. Jacobs: I was just down in the lab, and no one's there. I very much need a rush on this Roberts DNA test. Can you do it for me? Nick?

Nick: Um... yeah, yeah, yeah. That's totally fine.

Dr. Jacobs: Thank you, Nick. You're the best.

Jeremy: You got to be kidding me. You would walk out on our deal over some chick?

Max: She's not just some chick.

Jeremy: Your friend, niece, whatever. But you can't bail on me now. The stuff's on the way, and the buyers are waiting in Vegas.

Max: That's not really my problem.

Jeremy: What do you want me to do?

Max: I want you to apologize to her for being such an ass. And then I want you to learn some manners. I don't want to catch her taking any more of your crap. Are we clear? Are we clear?

Jeremy: You know what? You're right. I shouldn't have lost it on her like that. It won't happen again.

Max: Do you mean that, or do you just want my money?

Jeremy: I just want your money. Look, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I mean it. I was a jerk, and it wasn't cool. And you were totally right to call me out on it. Stephanie's a sweet kid -- woman -- woman. She deserves better.

Max: Yeah, she does. A lot better. I'm gonna go check on her.

Lucas: We should just listen to Dr. Jacobs and your mother, and we should take it easy, you know? Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Sami: You didn't answer my question.

Lucas: What was the question?

Sami: If these babies turn out to be E.J.'s, are you gonna be able to handle that?

Lucas: Would that really change everything just because there's two of them?

Sami: Oh, come on, Lucas. I could tell. You were barely able to handle the fact that there was one of them. And I don't blame you. I'm not saying I do. I mean, why do you think I've been working so hard to end the war between the Bradys and the DiMeras? Because then E.J. can get the stupid stem cells that he needs to save Stefano. And then that's all he wants anyway.

Lucas: You're wrong. That's not all he wants, and you know it.

Sami: All he cares about is saving Stefano's life, all right?

Lucas: No, Sami, E.J. wants you, all right? That idiot wants you for himself.

Sami: I don't care what he wants. You're my husband. And I want you. I love you. I love our family. And I don't want to lose you. You have to promise me that I won't.

E.J.: Hello? Ahh. I have seven trunks downstairs bound for Vegas. Is this the right plane?

Jeremy: Yeah, man, but you're late. We need to get those trunks stowed like now.

E.J.: Okay, well, why don't you run along and stow them? They're outside. My work here is done.

Jeremy: You got the keys?

E.J.: Yes. I do. Do you have the cash?

Jeremy: Right here.

E.J.: Wonderful. Let me ask you something. What exactly is in those trunks?

Jeremy: Don't you know?

E.J.: No, I'm covering for my brother.

Jeremy: Then ask him. I've got work to do.

E.J.: Hmm...

Tony: Well, well, well, look who's here.

E.J.: Hello, Tony. I was just leaving.

Tony: What the hell do you think you're doing, E.J., interfering with my business?

E.J.: Actually, I'm covering for your business. Father sent me down here. He said that you were busy. Oh, um... I believe this is yours. So, tell me something, Tony. I'm just curious. What kind of business exactly requires the delivery of seven locked trunks to a private airfield in the middle of the night?

Tony: If it was any of your concern, somebody would have told you.

E.J.: Really? That bad, eh?

Tony: Let me give you a piece of advice -- stay the hell out of my business if you know what's good for you. It's my deal, not yours.

Marlena: Nick, are you okay?

Nick: Oh, uh, yeah. I'm fine. Just had a little headache.

Marlena: Oh. Dr. Jacobs said you were about to run the test for Sami.

Nick: That's right. I was actually on my way to go do that right now.

Marlena: Oh, before you go, do me a favor, would you?

Nick: What is it?

Marlena: Well, if it turns out that the test shows that E.J. is the father of one or both the babies, would you call me first, please? It'll be kind of bad news for Sami, and I'd like to break it to her myself.

Nick: I wish I could, Dr. Evans, but you know the rules. It's patient privacy.

Marlena: I do know the rules. I'm not just Sami's mother. I'm her doctor, too, so I know you can do that for me, right?

Nick: Okay. All right. I will, um... I will definitely call you if it's bad news.

Marlena: Thank you. And thanks for being one of the good guys.

Lucas: I'm not going anywhere, all right? I'm in this for better or for worse, remember?

Sami: Lucas... are you really gonna be able to stand it? I mean, you can barely even look at E.J. will you really be able to tolerate it if there's two of his children in our lives forever?

Lucas: Wait a minute. You know what? We don't even know if he's the father. We don't know if he's the father of either one of them.

Sami: But if he is, and if you're right, E.J. is never gonna stop trying to come between us.

Lucas: Don't do that, all right? Don't think of the worst possible outcome. Don't do that to me, not now. I love you, and that's all you need to know.

Sami: But maybe that's not the problem. What about the babies? Will you be able to love them even if they're DiMeras? So, Lucas? Please just tell me. Do you think that you can be a true father to my babies?

Lucas: I'm just not sure. I mean, I'll love them because they're half yours. And I'll be there. I'll support them. I'll provide for them. I'll be a good Uncle Lucas or whatever I am, but I'm not gonna be the dad, Sami, not the real dad. That's gonna be E.J. and you know E.J. He's never gonna let us forget that. I'm sorry, all right? I'm being honest. You asked me how I feel, and I'm just being honest with you.

Sami: Maybe I shouldn't have asked.

Lucas: Don't you understand I want these babies to be mine? I want these babies to be mine more than anything in the world. I want to have the life we always dreamed about and talked about. I really do.

Sami: Lucas, I want that. I want that so much.

Lucas: All right. So let's just wait. Let's just wait for the test results and see what happens, okay? We'll take it from there. But I'm not going anywhere. I'll always be there. I'll always be there for you. We can do this together, okay? It'll be all right. Everything will be fine.

Sami: Yeah. Yeah, it'll be all right.

Nick: Hey, Chelse, I really need to talk to you, so if you could give me a call back --

Kate: I guess I forgot to mention that you're not to breathe a word of this to anyone, especially Chelsea. Well, don't you think you should get to work?

Steve: Ha-ha! Man, this is the life. I could really get used to this, Mr. Stefano DiMera.

Stefano: Well, I am really glad that you are happy.

Tony: Father.

Stefano: What now?

Tony: How could you send that traitor, that turncoat to pick up my merchandise?

Stefano: Because you had other important things to attend to.

Tony: If you're even thinking of cutting him in --

Stefano: I am thinking of no such thing. I was just testing his loyalty.

Tony: What, again? I thought he'd already proven that he couldn't be trusted.

Stefano: Don't you have a dinner to get yourself ready for tonight, huh? Let us focus on your ex-wife's treachery that she is up to, shall we?

Tony: I don't know if this one can be trusted. I'm not entirely convinced.

Steve: You know, I heard what you said, dude. You don't trust me. But it may take some time. That's cool. I can deal.

Tony: Uh, I'm gonna chill the wine and make sure that Bart has made all the arrangements.

Steve: Oh, let me get that for you, champ. I'm on my way back to the kitchen. Another slice of this good pie. You want some?

Tony: No, no, thank you.

Steve: Okay.

Tony: What the hell? What the hell is going on here? Father. Father. Father, are you all right?

Stefano: I'm sorry, son. What did you say?

Tony: No, no. It's all right. Just have your rest.

Jeremy: Everything looks good, man. The boys in Vegas will be pleased.

E.J.: The boys in Vegas. Well, that is excellent, isn't it?

Jeremy: By the way, you can take off anytime.

E.J.: Hmm, well, you know, I was about to, but I'm a little bit curious. I wonder if you would be kind enough to enlighten me as to --

Max: What the hell is he doing here?

E.J.: Max Brady, my old nemesis on the track. How are you doing? You have something on your -- no? Ah, whatever. [Laughs]

Max: Please tell me you're not doing business with him. He's a stone-cold killer.

E.J.: [Sighs] Max, Max, Max. He has such a sense of humor, this one, don't you know? Anyway, I must be getting going before somebody dies.

Max: You must be crazy if you're getting mixed up with him. I can tell you he and his whole family are bad news, Jeremy.

Jeremy: Chill. They did their part, and they're gone. All we need to do now is deliver the goods, split the take, and party in Vegas. Trust me, man. It's all under control.

Stephanie: Chelsea, I thought you figured out that you're not in love with Nick, so give poor Nicky a break and let him down gently.

Billie: What could my mother possibly have on you?

Nick: Something bad, and it involves Chelsea.

Hope: She's not that bad.

Bo: Are you kidding me? She drives everyone crazy.

Hope: Are you kidding me? He's crazy about her.
