Kate: Okay, everything on this list needs to be followed to the letter.

Man: Well, we aim to please, Ms. Roberts.

Kate: You need to aim higher, because to make me happy --

Man: You have my personal guarantee.

Kate: Good. This is a very critical evening for Mythic. Everything has been scripted. Every syllable has been scripted. I want all of my visual and audio cues to come up exactly when I've asked for them.

Man: That's why we booked the best media man in the business.

Kate: What's the temperature set at in here? I asked for it to be cool, if not cold.

Lucas: Oh, there you are. How can you do this to me? How could you set Sami up again?

Kate: Lucas.

Man: Why don't I --

Kate: Thank you.

Lucas: I can't believe you. You set up a phony TV show just to make Sami look bad?

Kate: I don't think this is the time for this conversation.

Lucas: No, it is the time. I thought Sami was crazy, but the more I think about it, she's right, isn't she?

Kate: Lucas, what is this about?

Lucas: About you setting up Sami again. I thought you were happy for us. We told you about the baby. You were all happy, then you set her up. You just chop her off at the knees again?

Kate: Not at the knees. At the neck.

Lucas: Mom, what does she have to do? You tell me and I'll make sure she does it. Anything.

Kate: What does she have to do? She needs to tell the truth for a change.

Lucas: About what?

Kate: [Sighs] About the night that she claims she saved your life.

Lucas: I'm alive. Isn't that proof enough?

Kate: No, it's not. It's a ridiculous story. I didn't believe it then, and I don't believe it now.

Sami: Billie, it's a good thing I like you.

Billie: [Laughs] Come on now. I am being serious, E.J.

E.J.: I know, but it's so much more fun not being serious.

Billie: Sami...hi.

E.J.: Samantha, good evening. You look, uh...you look lovely.

Sami: I didn't realize you two were such good friends.

E.J.: Uh, well, we -- we -- we -- we weren't, but --

Billie: We were just talking, Sami. We were just talking.

E.J.: And may I say how much I enjoyed our conversation?

Billie: So did I. Very much. I'm being honest. And I was just --

E.J.: Boxes.

Billie: Right, I was -- he was actually helping me move boxes.

E.J.: Oh, Samantha knows exactly how helpful I can be, Billie, especially in a crisis. Isn't that right, Samantha? [Telephone rings] Oh, will you excuse me? Saved by the bell. That's an overseas call I've been expecting. Ladies.

Billie: Take your time.

Sami: Billie, are you out of your mind?

Billie: What?

Sami: What do you mean "what"? He shot John. I mean, he's in a coma. He might never wake up. That man is a cold-blooded murderer, and you were out alone with him, flirting with him in his apartment?

Billie: I was not flirting with him. I was -- Sami, I was making a business proposal.

Sami: Billie, we both know that business has nothing to do with what you were proposing.

Marlena: I don't care what anybody says. I heard you. Not just in my head. I heard you. And now I know that you're in there fighting. And I'm fighting, too. And I'm not gonna leave your side. Not until we find a way to connect. There has to be a way. There just has to be a way.

John: Dreams. Come to me in dreams. Dreams. Dreams. Dreams. [Door banging]

John: Marlena, open the door. I'm here. I'm right here.

Marlena: John, it is you.

John: I'm waiting. [Door banging] Marlena, the door. Open it and come to me.

Marlena: John, just keep talking and I'll follow your voice. John! John!

John: Light.

Marlena: Where are you?

John: In the light. Cross the threshold and take my hand. Into the light, Doc. Come into the light.

Marlena: No. John, I don't understand. I don't know where this is. Is this... is this heaven? Are you... oh, Dear Lord. John, are you dead?

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.

Marlena: Answer me. I'm scared.

John: Don't be.

Marlena: John, are you --

John: No. You know I'm not. I love you, Marlena. Just...take my hand.

Marlena: Don't let go of my hand. Hold me tighter. Tighter.

Marlena: John...where are we? What is this place?

John: Everywhere. Nowhere. The place between here and there. Life, death, waking, and dreaming.

Marlena: How?

John: You know the answer to that.

Marlena: Love.

John: Makes anything happen. You taught me that. Love makes anything possible, makes...anything real.

Marlena: John, could I --

John: Touch me? If I let go of your hands right now...

Marlena: Maybe one? Maybe just one hand? Oh. Mmm.

John: What do you feel?

Marlena: I feel...warm. I feel you. You're real.

John: Yes, I am real.

Marlena: I'm sorry. I'm just not --

John: Yes, you are. You're very sure.

Marlena: Maybe -- oh -- maybe if you could kiss me...then I'd know for sure. If I could just feel that.

John: Do you feel this?

Marlena: Yes, I do.

John: Do you feel this?

Marlena: Yes.

John: This?

Billie: You know, if I didn't know how happy you were with my brother, I would think you were jealous.

Sami: You think I'm jealous of E.J.?

Billie: No, not E.J.

Sami: You think that you and -- Billie, I am worried about you. You don't know who you're dealing with here.

Billie: Neither does he. I can handle myself.

Sami: When it comes to men, I don't think so, and especially not with E.J. He's not who you think he is.

Billie: Sami, the charges against him were dropped.

Sami: So you're the only person in Salem who doesn't think that E.J. shot John.

Billie: There are no witnesses and there is no evidence.

Sami: Of course there's no evidence. He's a DiMera. But there was a witness -- Lexie -- and then all of a sudden, Tek and Lexie mysteriously disappeared. But they found the crashed car, and -- surprise -- no bodies.

Billie: Okay, there is no way that you can prove that he had anything to do with this.

Sami: Listen to me, Billie, please, before you get yourself hurt. I mean, come on. Think about it. E.J. was on the run the night that John was shot. If he was so innocent, why was he in such a hurry to get out of Salem?

Billie: Wait, wait, wait. I didn't know anything about that.

Sami: About what?

Billie: About E.J. being on the run. So, how come you know so much about this and nobody else does?

Lucas: I'm telling you. I'm telling you for the last time. If you don't come to terms with me and Sami, then that's it.

Kate: Are you threatening me now?

Lucas: I'm not threatening you, all right? But I know that you'd give anything to hurt Sami. That's what you do. That's what you're into. And I told you what would happen if you didn't stop. So, what is this? What is this insatiable hate you have for Sami?

Kate: Whether or not I hate Sami has nothing to do with this.

Lucas: What? You know what? I feel sorry for you. I really do, Mom. You don't think people can change? I think Sami has changed. I believe in miracles.

Kate: Oh, good. That's fine with me. If you take comfort in believing in miracles, fine. Go ahead and do it. But the point is, what happened in that cabin was not a miracle.

Lucas: Well, you just can't stand it that she'd move heaven and earth so much 'cause she loves me. That's why.

Kate: Oh, yeah, but she couldn't move a 300-pound beam, now could she?

Lucas: You get a life, all right?

Kate: Oh, God, you know, all I'm trying to do is save your life. [Sighs] Lucas, I want to see you loved. Is that so bad?

Lucas: You know what, Mom? I'm beginning to wonder, really.

Kate: I want to see you loved by a woman who knows the meaning of the word. All Sami is ever gonna do is hurt you, and that's what I've been trying to protect you from.

Lucas: Protect me. I don't want to be protected, all right?

Kate: I'm your mother. I'm sorry. I'm your mother. I'm never gonna stop trying, never gonna stop trying. You just want to believe in her so much that you refuse to see the truth that is right in front of your eyes. It's impossible that Sami did what she claims she did. And the proof is the re-enactment tape we made.

Lucas: All right, what's your point? I'm not getting it. Spell it out for me, please.

Kate: It's the same point I've been making the whole time. You're just not listening. It's physically impossible that Sami moved that beam all by herself, which means someone else was in that cabin. She had help that night.

Lucas: We've been over this. The police have been over this. So, if you think Sami had help rescuing me, go ahead, Mom. Prove it. I'm all ears.

Kate: Okay. Okay, I'll prove it. I took the footage to a professor of physics from M.I.T. and then I double-checked his findings with a very well-known anthropologist with extensive forensic experience, and you know what? They both agreed. There's no way she could have done it.

Lucas: I don't care if the whole world agrees. It doesn't matter.

Kate: Oh, but, Lucas, then --

Lucas: I could show you cases, thousands of cases, that prove the opposite, all right? All fully documented.

Kate: Both of these scientists have impeccable reputations.

Lucas: Well, I know your reputation and it's far from impeccable. And I know Sami's is far from impeccable, too, but you know what? Let's say you're right. Let's say she had help. So she had help from some farmer or something. Who cares? I don't care.

Kate: No? You don't care? Then where is that farmer? Why didn't he show up?

Lucas: I don't know. Maybe Farmer Joe doesn't want any attention.

Kate: Oh. And maybe the reason he doesn't want any attention is because he shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Lucas: What are you talking about? I don't care if Sami had help. I don't care if she had help from a genie. It doesn't matter to me, okay?

Kate: Really? Really? And you're not the tiniest bit curious about who this help might have been? Who the mysterious help might be?

Lucas: No, I don't care, and if she's keeping this secret, I think she's got a perfectly good reason for that.

Kate: Yeah, you know what the reason is? To keep her out of jail.

Lucas: I'm not doing this with you. Forget it. You know what? I'm not doing it. You don't know anything, first of all. Whatever you think you know, you don't know. Sami and I are having a baby. We're happy about that. We're committed to that. And if you can't handle that... if you can't stop making her life miserable, then you're out, Mom.

Kate: Out?

Lucas: Yeah, out. Out of our lives. Don't make me choose between you and the woman I love, 'cause I guarantee you're gonna lose.

Kate: Lucas. [Sighs] Damn.

Billie: There wasn't one word on the radio or in the newspapers about E.J. being on the run the night that John was shot.

Sami: Look, my dad is the acting police commissioner.

Billie: Oh, you don't know anything at all, do you, Sami? It could be that E.J. is telling the truth.

Sami: Billie, I understand where you're coming from. Believe me, I know how you feel. He's handsome. He's charming. He's been on his best behavior with you. Please believe me. He is not who you think he is.

Billie: Do you want to know what I believe?

Sami: Probably not.

Billie: I think that you love my brother, but I also think that there's just a little tiny bit that's still itching for E.J. Wells.

Sami: You are out of your mind.

Billie: Am I? I think that you're a little out of your mind.

Sami: Billie, please listen to me.

Billie: I am listening to you.

E.J.: Ladies. Should I leave? I distinctly get the feeling I'm interrupting something.

Billie: No, no, no, no. Actually, we were just talking about you.

E.J.: Huh. I, um, I trust you've been suitably warned.

Sami: Well, obviously she's still standing here, so it wasn't suitable enough, now, was it?

E.J.: Ah, hmm, yeah. Well, I hope you're not too disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm not quite the evil monster that some people would have you believe me to be.

Sami: Don't say I didn't warn you.

E.J.: Consider her suitably alerted, darling.

Sami: Billie, please give --

Billie: Thanks, Sami. See ya.

Sami: I hope so. And it better not be at her funeral, Elvis.

E.J.: Da. So, you spend the day with me. What do you think, huh? You think I'm really the monster that everyone makes me out to be?

Billie: The jury is still out.

E.J.: Okay.

Billie: But let me warn you. If you are...the monster that Sami makes you out to be, or not, I will find out. And I don't scare easily.

Billie: You know, I told you I used to be a cop.

E.J.: And?

Billie: And when you're a cop, you develop a sort of sixth sense about people. I can tell when somebody's being honest with me or not.

E.J.: Really? And this, um...this sixth sense of yours, is it telling you something about me right now?

Billie: Oh, yeah. Proceed with caution.

E.J.: I see.

Billie: E.J., listen to me. If I find out that any of what Sami just told me is true, our professional relationship will be over just like that.

E.J.: Just like that?

Billie: Just like that.

E.J.: I see. Like that. What about our personal relationship?

Billie: We don't have one.

E.J.: I beg to differ.

Billie: You do, huh?

E.J.: I do, huh.

Billie: You can't "huh" like that, not with that accent.

E.J.: I can "huh" with the best of them.

Billie: How can you "huh" like that?

E.J.: My name is Elvis.

Billie: No, the lip thing's wrong.

E.J.: You do it.

Billie: I can’t.

E.J.: I saw you.

Billie: You just did it. You didn't do it right.

E.J.: I can do it.

Billie: Okay, do it again.

Kate: Good evening and hello. Members of the press, stockholders, and friends of the company -- thank you very much for coming to our first press conference of the year. Mythic Communications is extremely excited about the future, and we're very eager to share our plans with you. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Kate Roberts. I'm president and CEO.

Man: So, E.J. Wells no longer holds those titles?

Kate: No. As always, we share those positions. You know what I think I'm gonna do? I think I'm gonna field a few questions from the hungrier members of the press. Yes, go ahead.

Man: Why isn't your partner here?

Kate: Well, we flipped a coin and I lost, so I am thrown in the ring with the lions.

Man: Are you scaling his role back at Mythic?

Kate: Of course not. Mr. Wells was cleared of all charges.

Man: The company's financial assets -- have they been unfrozen?

Kate: As you can see, and as you will see from the presentation tonight, Mythic is back and better than ever. I'm going to show a short film about our global sales strategy, but before I do that, I think it might be a good idea to speak with a few of you individually, so let's have at it.

Man: Ms. Roberts, I have a few more questions.

Kate: That's why I'm here. I'm here to clarify the details that may be confusing to you. ...Problem in the past few weeks. So, have at it.

Sami: Hi. Um...Tim., right? Um, Tim. Benegan?

Jim: Jim Benegan.

Sami: Oh, right. Sorry, Jim. Listen, I work at the front desk, and there was this phone call that just came in -- a woman. She seemed very upset, I don't mind telling you. She said it was urgent. She needs to speak to you right away.

Jim: Just tell whoever it was that I have to call back later.

Sami: Because of that lady? Believe me, she'll be talking for hours. I know her. You have plenty of time, and she said "emergency." I think it's really important. You should go. If you go, you can come back. You'll be here in a second. Go, just go. It'll be fine.

Jim: Thanks.

Sami: No, Jim. Thank you.

John: There's something I need to tell you.

Marlena: What?

John: Something E.J. said.

Marlena: E.J. is he here?

John: Something that you need to take with you when you wake up.

Marlena: Wake up? No.

John: Something you need to remember for me, Doc. Now...when you wake up...you will start to forget about all of this. You will want to.

Marlena: No, no, never.

John: Believe me. A part of you is already fighting. You'll talk yourself into believing that this never happened, that you couldn't possibly have been here, that this wasn't real. You will want to forget.

Marlena: Why are you saying that? You're scaring me.

John: Good. That's good. I want to scare you, Doc. I need you to be afraid.

Marlena: Why? Why would you want to scare me? When I'm frightened, John, you're the person that I need. Why don't you just tell me not to be afraid?

John: 'Cause this time it's different.

Marlena: How?

John: Because this time your fear is the only thing that will keep you alive.

E.J.: Lucas.

Billie: Hi.

E.J.: Hey, I didn't see you there, nor, by the way, did I have any idea that you had a sister who is as intelligent as she is beautiful.

Billie: Thank you very much. Actually, I'm glad that E.J. was here because I had to move some heavy boxes, and he just sprung into action.

Lucas: I'll bet he sprung. [Clears throat]

E.J.: Well, you know me, Lucas. I never like to see a damsel in distress.

Lucas: Yeah. Well, next time you need help with your boxes, let me know, okay, sis? E.J.'s got some boxes to worry about of his own, don't you? You're moving pretty soon, right?

E.J.: In a few weeks, yes.

Billie: What's the matter? You don't like the neighbors?

E.J.: Well, you know, I never stay in one place very long. I like to keep moving.

Lucas: Kind of like a shark.

E.J.: Lucas, actually, we were just going across the street to your mother's extravaganza. Would you care to join us for a stroll?

Lucas: I'd like to talk to my sister real quick, if that's okay.

E.J.: Yeah, I understand. Absolutely. I will, um, keep an eye out for you over there. Oh, and I can't wait to tell Kate about our business idea, okay? See you both later.

Billie: Bye.

E.J.: Oh, and, uh, Lucas, don't be late. Only kidding. [Chuckles]

Lucas: New business idea?

Billie: I made a proposal.

Lucas: Well, you can forget it. Whatever it is, just forget it. I'm not letting you anywhere near that sick SOB.

Marlena: Why would you want me to be afraid?

John: Because being afraid will save your life. Now, listen to me. Clear your mind. No time for questions, just trust me, okay?

Marlena: I do trust you.

John: Steve Johnson's in trouble. The night I was shot, remember?

Marlena: Yes, at the hospital. You were staring at him. You kept saying something over and over. "Killer" -- you kept saying "killer."

John: Yes.

Marlena: Killer?

John: Look at me. This is the part that you must take with you, so listen.

Marlena: I'm listening.

John: Steve Johnson was tortured and brainwashed.

Marlena: By whom?

John: The DiMeras a long time ago. Think back. They stole his body, his coffin.

Marlena: He wasn't dead. Yes, they took his body somewhere.

John: To a secret place. To a lab. They programmed him. They got inside his mind. They set things up that he has no control over.

Marlena: What kind of things? What does Stefano want him to do, John?

Dr. Tucker: Dr. Evans, sorry to wake you.

Marlena: I can't hear you. John, say it again. I-I couldn't hear you.

John: Remember.

Dr. Tucker: Dr. Evans?

Marlena: No, don't go. John, don't go. Please, please stay with me. Please stay with me.

Dr. Tucker: Dr. Evans?

Marlena: John. What happened?

Dr. Tucker: I'm so sorry I had to wake you, Dr. Evans.

Marlena: I wasn't here. I was with...I was with my husband. We were together. He was telling me something really important and then you -- and then you pulled me away. Why would you take me away from him? [Indistinct conversations]

Sami: Out with the bad disk and in with the badder disk. It's called just desserts, Kate. And you are into every bite.

Jim: Hey, what the hell was that about?

Sami: What? Who, me?

Jim: There was no call at the front desk.

Sami: Of course there is. There's a call for Tim. Benegan. Oh. Oh, Jim. God, I'm really sorry. I'm -- I didn't mean to send you. Well, anyway, you're back in time. Sorry about that again. I didn't mean any...harm.

E.J.: Hey.

Sami: E.J.

E.J.: You apologizing again, Samantha?

Sami: You don't understand.

E.J.: Oh, I think I have a pretty good idea of what's going on, so you can spare me your hastily improvised song and dance. I am on to you, young lady.

Lucas: When did you get all chummy-chummy, buddy-buddy with E.J. Wells anyway?

Billie: I'm not chummy with E.J. Wells. He was helping me move some boxes.

Lucas: Yeah, right. I'll bet you he jumped on that opportunity, that cockroach.

Billie: Oh, come on. He's our neighbor.

Lucas: He's a neighbor who shot John Black.

Billie: What is this, synchronized lectures? I just heard the same thing from Sami.

Lucas: He's got you snowed. He's got you so snowed, you don't even know it. You're under like a 10-foot snowdrift waiting to get plowed.

Billie: Oh, that's gross, Lucas. We were just talking. That's all. I told him I had a business proposal.

Lucas: You went to him with business and not me?

Billie: Yeah, because you're in no position to help me, Lucas. You don't have any money, remember?

Lucas: Yeah, I remember. Thank you.

Billie: And if E.J. is willing to help me out with a little bit of cash and support me in my dream, then give me one good reason why I shouldn't?

Lucas: Because I love you, all right? That's why, 'cause I love you.

Billie: I love you, too. Listen, Lucas, I'm gonna be fine, okay? I'm a big girl. I can take care of myself. Nobody's gonna take advantage of me, and I am not going to get plowed. See you later. I got to go. I'll meet you at the hotel.

Lucas: Billie, come on. Just listen to me. I'm not done with you yet!

Billie: I am done with you!

Sami: E.J., I can explain.

E.J.: I'm sure you can, sweetheart. With all the practice you've had over the years, explaining is one of your strong suits. Is it not? One of many things.

Sami: Would you just --

E.J.: Absolutely, of course. Immediately, sorry. As for what you are doing here, I don't think there's any need for you to make up some special explanation just for me. You're here to support mythic, to support future members of your family, and I'm sure if Kate knew that you were here, she would be touched, you know? To know that you cleared out your schedule to offer her your support.

Sami: Wow, E.J., you just love hearing yourself talk, don't you?

E.J.: You know, my father -- he used to say that the aria was the heart of the opera, you know? And I just love, well, playing and mixing up my little spells.

Sami: Stop it.

E.J.: Are you okay? Are you sure you're feeling okay, Samantha?

Sami: Yes, I'm fine.

E.J.: Huh. You, um, you look a little green around the gills, girl.

Sami: I'm not surprised. Listening to you play, making your little spells or whatever it is you do, I'm lucky I'm feeling as well as I am.

E.J.: And just exactly how well is that, just out of curiosity?

Sami: I'm fine. In fact, I'm perfect. I've never been better.

Billie: Hey.

E.J.: Hi. Wow, you look as beautiful as you did when I left you. Yeah, and to be honest, actually, I was a little concerned that perhaps you weren't gonna make it.

Billie: Why, because I got two warnings about you inside of five minutes? Well, call me crazy, but I like to rely on my own opinion.

E.J.: I think that's very wise.

Billie: Good. And don't ever forget that.

E.J.: I wouldn’t. A wise woman is the type of woman I find most attractive. And by the way, if you need another warning, you just missed Samantha. She went tottering out the door.

Billie: Yeah, I just -- I briefly saw her pass.

E.J.: Strange that she should leave. One can't help but feel that maybe she's up to something.

Billie: What? Samantha?

E.J.: I know, crazy, isn't it?

Kate: So, now that I've answered some of your questions, I think we'll proceed with the film, which I think you'll find highly informative but extremely entertaining.

Man: Hey, Mr. Wells, are you willing to take a few questions?

E.J.: I certainly appreciate your interest, but this is Ms. Roberts' evening.

Man: Your cereal contract was canceled because of a long list of legal problems. Would you care to comment on that?

Marlena: I'm a psychiatrist. I know that dreams can seem real. This was real. That wasn't your ordinary, everyday dream. It wasn’t... never mind. What do you want? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You came here for a reason. What can I do for you?

Dr. Tucker: A friend of yours called, a Dr. Brady Johnson.

Marlena: Kayla.

Dr. Tucker: She wanted us to let you know that her husband, Steve, had signed himself in.

Marlena: He signed -- you mean into the psych ward? Oh, Steve committed himself.

John: Steve. He was tortured and brainwashed. The DiMeras -- they got in his head, set things up that he can't control.

Dr. Tucker: Dr. Johnson was hoping you'd find time to look in on him.

Marlena: Of course. Yes, of course I will. Thank you for bringing me that. John. John, please, please. You were telling me something. It's important. Try to finish telling me whatever it was. Just try. Oh, please.

E.J.: Well, the contract in question had expired. The agreement simply ran its course. Yes.

Man: I hear the company made a decision to find a new role model whose reputation was less controversial.

E.J.: The public's perception is that my reputation has been tainted somewhat. However, I think we're working very hard in order to overcome that.

Man: Are you ashamed of your background as part of an infamous criminal family?

Kate: All right, I think that's enough bottom-feeding for this evening. Mr. Wells suffered a false arrest. He was a victim, and all of that was documented.

Man: So you don't have a problem being in partnership with Mr. Wells.

Kate: Absolutely not. I'm honored by the association. Mr. Wells and I share a vision for Mythic. We're both dedicated to upholding strict moral guidelines in all of our business dealings throughout the world. And I think you'll understand the leadership position of this company when you view the following film. As you watch this film, you're going to understand exactly what Mr. Wells and I have in mind for the company of Mythic for... our stockholders and public. Oh, my God. [Indistinct conversations] [Laughter]

Marlena: This is our secret. Nobody would believe me anyway. But I felt the warmth of your hand on my skin. You were talking. There was a summer breeze blowing. It rustled the leaves in that beautiful place. The sun was warm on your face. It lit your eyes as you looked at me. It lit your lips when you kissed me. That was real. Denying that would be...denying us, denying you. We're stronger than that. I'm stronger than that. And I'm never going to let that happen. John...I need you to come back to me. I need you to talk to me. I want to hear your voice. I want to hear what you were trying to tell me. I know it's important. I love you so much. Please don't leave me.

Oh, my God. [Indistinct conversations]

Billie: You slept with my mother? Are you crazy?

Sami: Ladies and gentlemen, there you have it. Kate Roberts and E.J. Wells -- the partners and cofounders of Mythic Communications. As usual, boldly holding up their company's strict moral guidelines. Wow, Kate, what do morals mean to a whore?

Belle: I don't want to draw attention to ourselves, but we need to call the ship's doctor.

Shawn D.: Okay.

Kayla: You committed yourself for two weeks, remember?

Steve: No way. I need to get out of here today, Kayla.

Sami: If she wants a war, she can have one. But Kate won't win.

E.J.: You're one of us now, Steve. Shh.
