Will: Um, I'm not sure...
Sami: What about the sun screen and skin moisturizer in case you burn and aloe?
Will: Yeah, yeah, we packed that.
Lucas: What did you put in this duffel bag? He's got enough clothes to last him a whole year.
Sami: Keep that open for me, Lucas. I have to put this in there.
Sami: It's just a tiny, little first-aid kit. It's not that big a deal.
Will: Oh, yeah, you know, when I'm speeding down a hill at 30 miles an hour and I slam face-first into a tree, you know, those tiny band-aids from that tiny kit are really gonna come in handy.
Lucas: That's not what she meant. You hit a tree, you're gonna have to take a stretcher sled or something to keep you level.
Sami: Stop it, both of you. This is not funny. We're not talking about this anymore.
Will: Yeah, I'm all for that. Hey, thanks for taking me to camp, Mom. And thanks for all the work you did for my room. It's really awesome.
Sami: You're welcome. Okay, back to work.
Lucas: Yeah, let's get down to the car, start loading your skis -- put them on the roof just like I showed you. I got the poles. I'll help you in a couple minutes, okay? Just get it started -- put them on the rack. You got it?
Sami: Jeans, sweater, pajamas. He's got his mp3 -- what about his hat and his gloves?
Lucas: It's in his jacket. I put it in the jacket. It's fine.
Lucas: Today we take him to ski camp. And he doesn't need a chaperone anymore. Since Victor gave me a little time off, I think tonight's all about you and me.
John: Nice move, Wells. But I will be ready for you next time.
E.J.: Next time, dear boy? There never was a first time. Please, why don't you join me?
John: I'll hang for a second, but there's not enough antacid in Salem to make me stomach a meal with you.
E.J.: Well, I think I'll ignore that comment. I'm having far too good a day today to let you spoil it.
John: Yeah, and would that good mood be because Patrick lockhart is lying busted-up in a hospital?
E.J.: Really? No. Are you telling me that Bo Brady beat him up again?
John: Come on, you can cut the act. You're talking to me now. You know damn well Brady had nothing to do with that... because you administered that beating yourself.
Patrick: Thanks, Hope, for being here. It makes all the difference in the world, you know? Sounds crazy, but it almost makes me glad Bo beat me up.
Hope: How can you say that?
Patrick: Look, it hit me pretty hard when you asked Bo to move back in with you. And I was sure once he got his foot back in the door he would convince you that I'm a bad guy. But you know, right -- looking at me, what happened to me, that I'm not the bad guy? Your husband is.
Hope: You better get some rest.
Patrick: Hey, remember when we went to New York on the plane?
Patrick: And it's all yours...for the rest of our lives, if you want it. I love you, Hope. And I always will.
Patrick: I want to go back to that time -- you know, back to when you believed in me... when you knew in your heart that I was someone who was worth trusting, worth knowing, maybe even worth loving... because I've never stopped loving you, Hope.
Bo: Come on, you guys, you know I didn't do anything to Lockhart.
Roman: Bo, we got statements from everybody, all right? Hope said you were already angry at something Chelsea did, and as soon as you found out Patrick came to the house, you took off like a crazy man.
Abe: And Bonnie said she saw you outside.
Bo: Yeah, yeah, I was there, and I would have loved to kick the hell out of him, but I didn't.
Shawn D.: I came as soon as I got the message. What the hell is going on?
Bo: I need to talk to Shawn for a second.
Abe: Make it quick.
Bo: Thanks for coming by, son. Um...I tried to call your mom a few times, but she wouldn't pick up. They took my phone from me.
Shawn D.: Dad, what happened?
Bo: I'm in trouble...not only legally, but with your mom. She doesn't want to have anything to do with me, so I need your help.
Shawn D.: What can I do?
Bo: I need you to try to reach her for me. You may be the only chance I have.
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.
Max: Okay, I'll hold.
Mimi: No, the Marine's name is Andrew Spivey, and we're trying to find him. I tried that department. They told me to call you. Ugh!
Max: Yeah, that's right. He was shipped off to Afghanistan on -- no, oh, come on!
Mimi: This is so frustrating. Why can't anyone just tell us where Philip is?
Max: I don't know. [Cellphone rings]
Bonnie: Mimi, you need to get to the hospital ASAP. Patrick's been assaulted.
Mimi: Oh, my God, I'll be right there. I have to go to the hospital. My brother got knocked around or something.
Max: What do you mean, "knocked around"? Was he beaten up or something?
Mimi: I don't know. My mom wasn't that clear.
Max: Do you need me to take you to the hospital?
Mimi: No, just stay here and keep making calls.
Max: Call me if you need anything.
Mimi: All right, thanks. You're the best.
Abby: Well, I brought us some sandwiches.
Max: Well, that was fast. Um, I really need your help, Abby.
Abby: Sure. What do you need?
Max: I need you to help me find Philip.
Abby: Why are you doing this?
E.J.: You know, I don't know what it is about you and the Salem Police Department. You toss off accusations at the drop of a hat. Perhaps if you spent a little more time investigating and less time shouting your mouth off, you might actually solve something.
John: Well, I just did. That arrogant posture of yours just confirmed my suspicions about Lockhart's assault. Because you think that you are invincible, you just let your guard down. And that, dear boy, will prove to be your undoing.
Hope: I'm sorry if you feel like I've pushed you aside. Believe me, it was never my intention. After all, we have a baby on the way. But Bo and I also have a relationship that's been a huge part of my life for...forever. Patrick, I couldn't just throw that away. I had to try to at least make it work.
Patrick: I know, and I understand. I know you don't want pressure, so just think of me as a friend you can count on. You know, and hopefully I can count on you. At least don't think of me as public enemy number one.
Hope: I don't, and I won’t.
Nurse: Hello. If you'll excuse us, we need to re-tape Patrick's ribs. All right, Patrick, if you can sit up a little bit.
Patrick: Okay. Ugh! Is this for my ribs?
Nurse: Yeah, if you can just lift up a little. Thank you. There you go.
Nurse: If you can lift your arms.
Patrick: I didn't think it would hurt this bad.
Nurse: Sorry about that.
Patrick: It's okay.
Roman: So... why did you go over to Lockhart's house?
Bo: Went over to talk to him, that's it.
Roman: About what?
Bo: Wanted him to leave me and Hope alone, you know? Do the right thing.
Abe: So you expect us to believe that you went over to Lockhart's angry and upset and you did nothing more than talk?
Bo: Yeah, 'cause it's the truth.
Roman: So what did he do? I mean, did he beat himself up after you left?
Bo: He's a big baby. He didn't get what he wanted. He banged his head against -- I don't know. I didn't touch the guy.
Abe: Well, unfortunately, Bo, your word isn't good enough. Lock him up for his arraignment tomorrow.
Bo: You got to be kidding me.
Abe: One more thing -- you are no longer suspended. You're fired.
Sami: Tonight belongs to us, huh? What did you have in mind?
Lucas: Well, it does take a couple hours to get to the ski camp, about an hour to register him, couple hours on the way home. We can stop off, grab some pizza, maybe a movie -- make a night of it?
Sami: What movie did you have in mind?
Lucas: "The Godfather."
Lucas: Don't "again" me. You love that movie. I see how you get when you watch "The Godfather."
Sami: You're obsessed with that movie.
Lucas: It's a good flick.
Sami: Yeah, all right, but I didn't exactly have in mind watching a movie where the two people kissing end up getting machine-gunned to death.
Lucas: What do you want? Rent "Wedding Crashers" or something more up your alley?
Sami: Ha ha ha. You think that joke is ever gonna get old for you? It's not funny.
Lucas: Whatever you want. Whatever chick flick you want to watch. Whatever "hold me forever, don't leave me" movie, I'll watch with you.
Sami: Are you trying to win points here? What is this? Give me a break. Come on.
Lucas: You know, you and I both know it doesn't matter what we watch.
Lucas: Just gonna be a prelude to more interesting entertainment.
Sami: Oh, yeah?
Lucas: Mm-hmm. "Oh, yeah?"
Sami: Now you're starting to convince me.
Lucas: Good. Whoa.
Sami: You want to take a little break?
Lucas: Mmm, yeah. Good. Break for you.
Shawn D.: Hey, Mom.
Hope: Hey, sweetie.
Shawn D.: I, um, I heard what happened to Patrick.
Hope: Who told you?
Shawn D.: Dad. You know he's been arrested?
Hope: Yes, I know.
Shawn D.: I don't think dad touched Patrick.
Hope: He's done it before... more than once.
Shawn D.: Mom, he looked at me right in the eyes, and he told me he was innocent. I think he's telling the truth. He told me to give this to you. Go ahead. Read it.
Mimi: Hello, Hope.
Max: I don't think I understand the question. Why am I doing this? To find Philip, why else?
Abby: I thought Mimi was the one who was so determined to find him, not you. And now you're all wrapped up in it, even though this Spivey guy might not even be Philip.
Max: If you got something on your mind, Abby, just spit it out.
Abby: I was just wondering if maybe you're doing all this for Mimi because you're starting to have feelings for her.
Lucas: Oh. [Chuckles] Ooh, right there.
Lucas: "Wait" what?
Sami: Lucas, wait. We can’t. We can't! What are we doing?
Lucas: Why not -- why can't we?
Sami: We can't do this right now. We promised each other we were gonna wait, right, and we were gonna do it right. Will -- he is downstairs. He's strapping the skis onto the car.
Lucas: Yeah, but, you know...
Sami: He's gonna walk through that door any second.
Lucas: No way. He wouldn't do that.
Sami: Lucas, put your shirt back on.
Lucas: Come on. There's only so many cold showers a guy can take, all right?
Sami: Well, I'm gonna repack his duffel bag. You go downstairs and help Will get the car ready, okay?
Lucas: All right, I'll go help him.
Sami: Oh, Lucas. Oh, you're wearing me down.
Lucas: Yeah? Good. That's the idea.
Sami: No. Ugh! Go! Go!
Lucas: Don't do this to me. It's cold outside. It's colder than the shower.
Max: Great -- hung up.
Abby: Look, I know you're my boss, and this really isn't any of my business, but --
Max: Abby, for the record, you're wrong.
Abby: I'm just worried about you.
Abby: Ever since Mimi started working here, it's like you don't have time for anything or anyone else, including your job. I mean, things are so backed up here since you went to Chicago with Mimi. That's just not like you.
Max: Abby, we'll catch up. If you don't want to help find Philip, that's fine. You don't have to.
Abby: That's not what I'm saying, okay? I know it's important to Belle and Mimi. It's just you barely know the guy.
Max: Look, Abby, my life changed when Steph and I got into the wreck on the racetrack. My dream was to race cars, and now I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to do that anymore. And then all that drama with Chelsea and Stephanie -- I don't know what direction my life is going in right now. And Mimi is in the same boat. Her marriage fell apart -- her whole life. We have mistakes that we both need to make up for. That's all this is about.
Abby: So what you're saying is that you don't have any feelings for her?
Max: What's wrong with you, Abby? Do you not like Mimi or something?
Abby: Mimi's okay. It's just...she didn't treat Shawn very well, and I don't know how much you can trust her in the long run.
Max: Don't worry about me. I know what I'm doing.
Abby: If that's true, then why do you seem like you don't have a clue that she's starting to fall for you?
Nurse: Okay, you're all set, Patrick. Sorry for any discomfort.
Patrick: It's no problem. Thank you.
Bonnie: This was great. This was wonderful. Thank you, ladies. Listen, Mimi, since you're here to watch over Patrick, I'm gonna run out and do a few errands, okay, sweetie? Thank you. I appreciate it. Bye-bye, sweetheart. Love you. Bye, guys.
Mimi: What's up with her?
Patrick: I don't know.
Mimi: All right, Patrick, what happened?
Patrick: Bo Brady came to my house and beat me up for no reason.
Mimi: Let's be honest, big bro. You had it coming.
Shawn D.: Mom... go ahead and read it.
Hope: "Dear Hope, you must think I am the lowest form of life right now. But I hope you still care enough to listen to what I have to say. From the moment I snatched you from your wedding to Larry Welch and put you on the back of my motorcycle, you and I have been on an adventure. We rode away from the church that day, and you wrapped your arms around me and held on. You put your faith in me from that day forward. I'm asking you now for your faith again. I'm asking you to believe in me when I say I never laid a hand on Patrick. I wouldn't risk our marriage over him. Nothing is worth losing you. Hope, you know me. You know what kind of man I am. Hotheaded and stubborn, yes, but not stupid. So give me the benefit of the doubt. Help me put this right so you and I can continue on a ride of a lifetime."
Shawn D.: What are you gonna do?
Bo: Come on, Abe, you got to give me a chance to prove my innocence.
Abe: I can't have you embarrassing the department anymore.
Roman: Abe, come on. You know Bo's not going anywhere. What's the rush to get him behind bars?
John: I'd like to hear the answer to that myself.
Abe: The department is up to its neck in trouble for not following procedure, and this case warrants going by the book. The charges they're gonna fire against Bo are serious. "Felony assault and battery, violating restraining order, terrorist threats."
Bo: Terrorist thr-- this is great.
John: Lockhart's beating had E.J. Wells written all over it, and you know it, Abraham. They're both mixed up in the black-glove crimes. Wise guys like that are never loyal. I'm sure if Lockhart got out of line, E.J. wouldn't hesitate to dole out a beating.
Abe: That's it. We are done talking about E.J. Wells. It's over. Now, do I make myself clear?
Max: Abby, Mimi and I are just friends. There's no way she's interested in me. She's not even divorced from Shawn yet.
Abby: Yeah, well, you're blind. I may be just your coworker, but she's a girl, and I know how girls think.
Max: Oh, you do, huh?
Abby: Yeah, and she wants you. You can see it in her face. And you put her before everyone else. You stood up for her with Shawn. You gave her a job.
Max: But that doesn't --
Abby: If you don't see that she likes you, then at least realize that you're leading her on.
Max: What? I just want to be a friend she can depend on, Abby. What's so wrong with that?
Abby: I'm sorry. I shouldn't have brought it up.
Max: I don't know.
Abby: You're a great boss and a great guy. I just want you to find the right person -- someone who loves you for who you really are and not just because you're famous or for what you can do for her -- someone you can trust and love and count on from now until the end of time.
Max: You ever thought of being an ordained minister?
Max: Sorry. Do you have anyone in particular in mind for me?
Abby: Wish I could help you there. Let's get back to our phone calls. Who did Mimi leave off?
Patrick: I had it coming? How can you say that? I was sitting in my house, minding my own business. Bo came in swinging. I couldn't even defend myself.
Mimi: Come on, Patrick, we both know that you're involved in some heavy stuff right now. You've been passing secret notes to E.J. Wells through Shawn.
Patrick: Obviously if you know about it, it's not so secret.
Mimi: I have no clue what you're involved in. All I know is that you've been slobbering all over Bo's wife and then running his kid around town like he's your personal slave. That is bound to make some people pretty upset, like Bo. Mom might believe your "I'm a victim" sob story, but I don’t.
Hope: Your dad's gonna have to deal with this on his own.
Shawn D.: But, Mom, they're gonna toss him in jail.
Hope: Shawn, what am I supposed to do? Your father is his own worst enemy. I can't do it anymore.
Shawn D.: Look, you can't just turn your back on him. I think Patrick is lying.
Hope: Whatever you may or may not think of Patrick Lockhart, I am having his baby, and he's not going away anytime soon. So what am I supposed to do -- play referee between him and your dad for the next 18 years? I can't do it. I'm finished with your father.
Roman: Abe, come on. Are you gonna let this threat to sue us and the department get in the way of justice?
Abe: Oh, justice will be served. We're on the two strikes program, gentlemen, whether you realize that or not.
John: E.J.'s the one who's gonna take strike three. And I'm gonna be the one who makes that pitch.
Abe: Fine. You come to me with proof that E.J. Wells beat the hell out of Patrick, we'll talk.
E.J.: Hey. If that's Lucas in there and you need a hand getting rid of it, just let me know.
Sami: It's Will's duffel bag. I'm taking him to ski camp, and -- oh, look at that -- I'm late.
E.J.: Look, Samantha, I know that you're very angry with me.
Sami: You think? You think? You came into my apartment, and you attacked me, E.J. I think I'm entitled to be upset.
E.J.: Would you please let me explain?
Sami: Explain it to someone who gives a damn.
E.J.: Please listen to me, Samantha. Look, the last few days, I have been hounded by the police. They have broken into my apartment. They have planted bugging devices, they have stolen my personal property, and they've made horrific accusations against me, none of which are true, okay? Throughout all of this, I became very paranoid. I started thinking that everybody was out to get me, including you, Kate, God knows who else. I panicked and I lashed out, and it was wrong.
I'm sorry. Please forgive me.
Sami: Look, E.J., I know you were put through hell by the cops. And the truth is, they did ask me to help them.
E.J.: I know.
Sami: Well, I'm sorry that I got involved. I should have stayed out of it. And I am glad that you were cleared of suspicion.
E.J.: You saw the television newscast? You saw Abe and Roman?
Sami: Yeah. Yeah, I saw it. And I'm glad that things are working out for you. I really am. But after what happened in my apartment, I don't feel right associating with you anymore.
Sami: Look, E.J., whatever might have been between us is over.
E.J.: Then I'm very disappointed... because if I thought anybody would understand, I thought it would be you, because you've been in this boat.
Sami: What boat is that, exactly?
E.J.: [Sighs] It's the one where you make a mistake after being betrayed by the people you thought you could trust and where all you really want is to be accepted and loved. Listen, I, uh... I never meant to hurt you, and I would never do anything to frighten you, Samantha.
Sami: But, E.J., you did.
E.J.: I made a mistake. It won't happen again. Can you maybe just try and think about all those wonderful days that we had as opposed to this one tragic day? Please don't judge me too harshly. I'm not beyond forgiveness, am I?
Patrick: Why did you even bother coming here if you think I got what I deserved?
Mimi: I'm worried about you. You shouldn't be involved in things that end up putting you in the hospital. I thought you weren't doing that kind of stuff anymore.
Patrick: The things I am doing with E.J. aren't criminal. It's business. You know, the guy has a lot of investment projects he's juggling. I'm just helping him out.
Mimi: I thought that was what Kate was for. I thought she's his business partner.
Patrick: You're kidding me, right? Kate does not do legwork. She gives orders. The stuff I am doing with E.J. is just auto-racing business. [Groans]
Mimi: Are you all right?
Patrick: No. Every time I take a deep breath, it hurts, all right? I just don't want to get into this with you right now.
Mimi: Because I'm right?
Patrick: No, because my ribs hurt like hell. I just want to get some rest.
Mimi: You might get more rest than you bargained for if you don't get yourself out of whatever mess you're in.
Patrick: I'm going to sleep now, Mimi. Goodbye.
Mimi: I love you. Take care of yourself... or try to.
Patrick: Mimi, wait. Wait. Could you hand me my pants?
Mimi: You thinking of going somewhere?
Patrick: No, I just cashed in on some investments. I had a lot of money in there. I just don't want them sitting around like that. You've got to be kidding me. My money's gone again. How could this happen?
Mimi: Sure it's in your pants?
Patrick: Yeah, I am positive. One of those nurses is a thief. [Cellphone rings]
Patrick: I can't believe this.
Max: Hey, it's Max. You got to come down to the garage. I think we found Philip.
Mimi: Oh, my God, Max, you're unbelievable.
Max: Just get here quick.
Mimi: Okay. Bye. See ya. Love ya.
Abby: Did she just say "love ya," or was that my imagination?
Max: Uh, yeah, I think that's what she said.
Abby: I told you.
Shawn D.: So that's it -- your marriage is over. You just gonna move his stuff out again?
Hope: I don't know. I don't know what I'm going to do. All I know right now is I can't listen to your father asking me again to understand. Do you know how many times I've heard that, Shawn?
Shawn D.: I know, Mom, okay? But just give me a minute here. Do you think that my father -- okay, somewhat of an honest guy --
Hope: That's the problem. I don't know anymore.
Shawn D.: Look, I know. I felt the same way, too, for a long time. So many of the things that I was blaming him for it turns out that he didn't even do. Chelsea changing those e-mails to make you think he wanted a divorce. Kate taking the evidence disk and trying to frame him.
Hope: How about Patrick being framed for a crime he didn't commit? How about that?
Shawn D.: Yeah, I accused him of that, too. And I'm ashamed of myself. But now I know that he is innocent, and Patrick is not.
Hope: Do you know something that I don't know?
Shawn D.: Look, if Patrick is involved with E.J. Wells, which I'm not saying he is, I'm just saying you need to watch your back. But we're not talking about Patrick here. We're talking about my dad. And I'm gonna ask you this again -- do you think that my father is some kind of a lying, deceiving person?
Hope: No. No. I don’t.
Shawn D.: Okay. I mean, I get mad at him, too, sometimes. But the thing about dad is that he plays fair and he doesn't try to hurt people -- at least, not on purpose, right?
Hope: Shawn, I agree. Your father is a decent, honest man, but --
Shawn D.: Then why are you so willing to believe that he is this lying, cheating bully that goes around beating people up? And why are you so willing to believe Patrick Lockhart over him?
Hope: That is not what this is about.
Shawn D.: Mom, you know Patrick's side of the story. The least that you can do is just go to dad and hear what he has to say. You two have been through so much. You owe him that, don't you?
Bo: So until John gets proof of E.J.'s guilt, I'm supposed to rot in jail for something I didn't do?
Abe: I'm sorry, Bo.
Bo: Yeah, right.
Roman: Hey, hey, little brother, listen, we want to help you. The law won't allow us.
Bo: Bring Lockhart in. Let us talk face-to-face. You'll see that he's lying. His story won't fly.
Roman: Bo, he's in the damn hospital. You're the one who allegedly put him there. He's not the one being accused of a crime.
Bo: Why don't you give Lockhart and Wells keys to the city? The criminals are the only ones who get respect around here. I'm telling you something, Abe. While you're falling all over yourselves for these two weasels, I hope no one else in my family gets hurt, 'cause it'll be on your head.
Max: I'm sorry I didn't ask about Patrick when we talked earlier. I was just so blown away by what Abby and I found out.
Mimi: Don't worry about it. I was excited, too. Actually, I don't even think I said goodbye to Patrick. What did you find out?
Max: Okay, so, Andrew Spivey, A.K.A. Philip Kiriakis, was sent to Afghanistan.
Mimi: Oh, God, so it's true. It's so dangerous out there. He could be dead.
Abby: He's not dead, Mimi.
Max: Philip and another soldier were in a jeep when they were firebombed by insurgents.
Max: There was a crash. Both soldiers suffered serious burns and injuries.
Mimi: Oh, my God, no.
Max: We don't know how serious, though.
Abby: Look, he's still alive, Mimi, lying in a hospital somewhere.
Max: But nobody knows he's there. According to the guy that I talked to, the solder known as Andrew Spivey was admitted to a Veteran's Hospital in Atlanta.
Mimi: Well, then, we have to fly there and bring him home.
Patrick: I had over $3,000 in these pants when I was admitted.
Nurse: Mr. Lockhart, we asked you to check in all your valuables and put them in a bag. You obviously chose not to include that money.
Patrick: Yeah, and you chose to steal it. I want a confession, and I want my money back.
Bonnie: Hey, what the hell is going on in here? Patrick, why are you holding your pants? Is he trying to leave?
Patrick: No, I'm trying to catch a thief. Someone took the money out of my pants. I want them to step forward, or I am calling the cops down here.
Bonnie: You know what? Just go. Don't mind Patrick. He's not himself.
Patrick: Stay where you are.
Bonnie: No, it's okay. I'll take care of this.
Patrick: Why are you doing that? One of those nurses is a thief.
Bonnie: Shh! Of course one of them is a thief, but grilling them like criminals isn't gonna get you anywhere. Now, I'll ask around, very nonchalantly. I'll find out who took your money, honey -- don't worry.
Sami: Okay, fine. I forgive you. It's over, forgiven -- it's all said and done.
E.J.: Please, Samantha, there's not a lot of sincerity there.
Sami: Okay, you're right. I forgive you. Look, and I'm sorry, too. I should never have gotten involved. I think maybe I overreacted to what happened in my apartment because... well, anyway, you don't have to keep apologizing to me, okay? It's over, and we can call a truce. We can live in the same building and pass each other in the hall and nod and smile and say hello, and I swear, from this moment forward, I don't harbor any bad feelings about you.
E.J.: Samantha, I'd like something a little more substantial than nods and hellos. I mean, I'd like you to be able to knock on my door if you need something. I'd like to think that if you needed anything, you could do that. Maybe we could even call each other friends. Listen --
Lucas: What the hell's going on here?
Lucas: I thought I told you to stay away from Sami.
Sami: It's okay, Lucas. Actually, he just wanted to apologize.
E.J.: Lucas, you have every right to be angry. I was completely out of line the other day, and I just approached Samantha to apologize. I just would like a clean slate.
Lucas: I'll give you a clean slate, and then I'll hit you with it. Come on, let's go.
Max: Mimi, I can't just fly off to Atlanta. We don't even know if Philip's still there for sure or not. The guy I talked to was looking at records that were at least a couple weeks old. He could be moved anywhere in the country by now.
Mimi: Max, this is really important. It would mean so much to me.
Max: Aren't you supposed to be doing inventory or something?
Abby: I guess someone needs to work around here.
Max: I really want to help you. I really do. But I can't afford to fly all over the country. Neither can you. This is starting to get really expensive.
Mimi: You're right. We've got to find some money to finance the trip, and I know exactly where to get it.
Bonnie: Sweetie, trust me on this. Stirring up trouble isn't gonna get you anywhere. Besides, you need to rest and get well. Leave those dirty, thieving nurses to me.
Patrick: What are you gonna do to two highly qualified registered nurses?
Bonnie: You'd be surprised. I'm a volunteer on this floor, and I know everyone. I'll find out who took your money, and if he or she won't give it back, then you call the cops. I know how you don't like the cops involved in your business dealings.
Patrick: I want that money back. Do you hear me?
Bonnie: Yes, dear, I hear you. Leave it to me.
Officer: Commissioner, Mrs. Brady's here to see her husband. She'd like to speak with him.
Abe: A few minutes, Bo. Keep an eye on him in case he decides to try and leave.
Officer: Yes, sir.
Bo: Glad you came by. Did you get my note?
Hope: You know, our son should have stuck to his original plan and gone to law school. He's quite a litigator. Between the two of you, you almost had me convinced to give you another chance.
Hope: Bo... nothing is clear to me anymore. When I finally think that I have everything figured out, something else happens. I can't do this anymore. I can't be jerked every which way. I'm so tired.
Bo: Hope, there's really nothing to worry about here. All you got to do is trust that I'm telling you the truth and stand beside me.
Hope: I've been burned so many times, Brady. I'm sorry. The adventure you talked about in the note -- it's over. I'm tired of adventures. I can't continue on this ride with you any longer.
Abe: Sorry, Bo. Time's up.
Bo: I love you.
Hope: I love you.
Abe: Let's go. Let's go.
Roman: Hope... look, Bo has lost his job, and I know he's probably lost you, but if you still love him, you will talk Patrick into dropping the charges. Otherwise, your son's gonna be visiting his father in jail for a long time.
Abe: All I've ever done is be a police officer. I can't lose that. I won’t.
Kayla: You don't want to go away with me?
Steve: It's not that.
Kayla: You can tell me anything.
Bo: I didn't lay a finger on that crybaby.
Billie: But you're still in a lot of trouble, Bo.
Marlena: How about you quit lying to me?
John: Who told you?
Marlena: Nobody had to tell me -- I knew.
