Kate: The two of them deserve all the happiness in the world.

John: We know they do. I'm glad we ran into you. I've been meaning to give you a call. Since you, um, went and deserted Basic Black for the competition, I was kind of wondering if you could do me a little favor.

Kate: Well, I'm sure I owe you a few favors. What do you want?

John: Mythic Communication has a series of satellite trucks, right?

Kate: Yes, we have four of them. I'm buying more.

John: I'd like to rent one -- a couple days or so.

Marlena: Why?

John: It's a little matter that I'm looking into for the police.

Kate: Ah, John Black, who are you after now?

Shawn D.: So I need to prove to Belle that I can be a good father to Claire.

E.J.: I understand your being unemployed doesn't exactly cut it.

Shawn D.: I figured since you have all these race cars, you might be able to use an extra mechanic. I'm hardworking, I'm honest.

E.J.: Shawn, I've competed against you, remember?

Shawn D.: I hope you're not gonna hold that against me.

E.J.: No, to be quite honest, I would have loved to have had you on the Grand Prix circuit. You are an excellent mechanic, so you absolutely don't need to sell yourself to me.

Shawn D.: So does that mean that you have a job for me?

E.J.: As a grease monkey? No, I'm sorry. You're too late. There may be something else that you're right for, though. It's a lot more important to me than cars. You interested?

Shawn D.: Tell me about it.

E.J.: Shawn, what I have in mind necessitates absolute discretion.

Shawn D.: I can do discretion.

E.J.: Good, because if you take this job, you'll need to keep everything under wraps from everybody, including your father.

Dr. Myers: Clear.

Caroline: Oh, God. Something's gone wrong. What's happened?

Dr. Myers: 300 joules. Clear.

Frankie: Come on. Damn it! Why won't they tell us what's going on?

Bo: Frankie, they're taking good care of her.

Stephanie: Uncle Bo, you think mom's gonna make it, don't you?

Bo: The doctors are gonna do everything they can.

Stephanie: [Sobs]

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.

John: Thank you.

Marlena: Thanks, Lisa.

John: You're right, Kate. I do have somebody under surveillance, but I really can't talk about it right now.

Kate: Well, I don't see how you can expect me to let you use one of my --

John: Name your price, but I need an answer right now.

Kate: [Scoffs]

John: Okay, if you can't help me, I'm sure I can find somebody who can.

Kate: I didn't say --

Marlena: Kate, I'm sorry. Excuse me. This is the first that I've heard of this.

John: That's because it just came up. Like I said, I really can't talk about it, not even to you.

Kate: Ooh. Intrigue. I do love that. Tell you what. I am going to give you my Assistant, Paul's number. You can call him. Tell him what you need. He'll set you up.

John: That is great. Let me pay you up front.

Kate: Put away your wallet.

John: I'm not looking for a handout.

Kate: No. You're obviously working on something big, so if you agree to my TV station exclusive rights, I'll consider that payment. Well, I really hate to drink and run, but I have some meetings to go to. Thank you. Get my coat. So good seeing you.

Marlena: You too.

Kate: Thank you.

John: Thanks again. What? Come on. I know that look.

Marlena: I thought we were working on this together.

John: We were, and you were great, but from now on in, you are out, because this could get dangerous.

Marlena: Dangerous? Too dangerous for me? What about you? I don't like this. I don't like the sound of this.

Shawn D.: About this job -- what does my father have to do with it?

E.J.: I'm just using your father as an example. I'm trying to impress upon you the importance of keeping all of this confidential. Now, nobody can know about this -- not even your family members. You understand?

Shawn D.: I hear you.

E.J.: Shawn, I need to know that I can trust you absolutely. I need to count on your loyalty. If you have any doubts, you need to tell me now.

Shawn D.: I understand. You can trust me, E.J., but what is it that I'm gonna be doing?

E.J.: I'm putting together a business deal. It's huge. It involves the company I own with Kate Roberts.

Shawn D.: Mythic Communications?

E.J.: Now, listen, if I pull this off, it's gonna rock the entire industry. That's why I need it to be kept off everybody's radar. None of the competition can find out about it, which includes your grandfather, Victor, Belle's father, and, to be honest with you, not even Kate can know about this.

Shawn D.: Your own business partner?

E.J.: That should give you an idea of just how secret this has to be.

Shawn D.: And my role?

E.J.: You'll be delivering sealed documents between myself and another party -- a silent partner, if you will.

Shawn D.: That's it?

E.J.: For now, yes.

Shawn D.: So you just want me to be a messenger?

E.J.: Messenger, courier, liaison. You can call it whatever you like. I'll need you to be available 24 hours a day, and these are highly sensitive documents you'll be delivering. You will be rewarded very well for your time, but sometimes I may need you to work late at night, to pick up some drop-offs at weekends, and so on and so forth, and I need to know that I can count on you, Shawn.

Shawn D.: I understand, but I have two questions.

E.J.: Go.

Shawn D.: Who is the partner?

E.J.: Patrick Lockhart. Do you have a problem with that?

Shawn D.: No, I don't have a problem with Patrick... even though my dad hates him. Me and his sister were married, but that's over. You do know that he and my mother are having a baby together.

E.J.: Look, I'm aware of his connection to your family, but to be quite honest with you, it doesn't seem to bother me unless it bothers you. Does it?

Shawn D.: I'm fine.

E.J.: What's your second question?

Shawn D.: How much?

E.J.: You'll be paid by assignment -- $500 per delivery. Now, there may be several deliveries in a day. So, what do you say, Shawn? Do we have a deal?

John: Actually, this job isn't any different from a million jobs I've done in the past.

Marlena: You know what I think?

John: Hmm?

Marlena: I think you're a little bored with your office work and the work you did with Bo sort of whetted your appetite to do some more work with Bo.

John: I think I'm just helping the cops out a little bit.

Marlena: I think you've helped them enough already by checking up on Patrick. And I just wonder... what is so important that you have to get a television truck and call it like a routine job? It's one thing to be cagey with Kate, honey. It's another thing to be cagey with your wife.

John: All right. Okay, here's the thing --

Marlena: No, no.

John: No, you want to know about it, you're gonna hear about it.

Marlena: No, really. I don't want to hear about it. I just think that if it's dangerous -- if it's undercover work or some kind of detective work or a sting operation -- I don't want to interfere in it. I just really want you to be safe, that's all.

John: I'm always safe.

Marlena: Hmm. You haven't done police work for a very long time.

John: Now, what do you consider what I was doing in New Jersey when I came to look for you? Hmm?

Marlena: Yeah. Well...

John: Next?

Marlena: You win. Look, if it's dangerous, just -- I don't know -- be so careful. Don't take any unnecessary risks. Just get in, get out, be safe, and come right home.

Bo: Hey, Ma, the doc's here.

Caroline: Doctor, how is my daughter?

Dr. Myers: She had an allergic reaction to the experimental drug and experienced a life-threatening cardiac arrhythmia.

Caroline: Oh, my God.

Shawn: Is she gonna be all right?

Dr. Myers: She's stable for now, but unless we can find an antidote to the toxin -- one she can tolerate -- I'm afraid she may continue to deteriorate.

Caroline: We have to find another one.

Dr. Myers: Our researchers are talking to the FDA, Atlanta, Pharmaceutical Companies in Europe and the U.S., but, Mrs. Brady, there's a very small window of opportunity -- I'd say 48 hours.

Shawn: And then what?

Dr. Myers: We all want to save your daughter, Mr. Brady. We're doing everything possible.

Bo: Hey, Ma. Ma, Pop, hey, there's nothing you can do here, so why don't you head back to the pub, grab something to eat, and maybe get some rest?

Caroline: I don't want to leave Kayla.

Bo: I understand, Ma, but right now, we can't talk to her or hold her hand just yet, so...

Stephanie: [Sobbing] They have to find an antidote. They just have to!

Frankie: Sweetheart, let me take you back to your room so you can get some rest, okay?

Stephanie: Okay. [Sniffles]

Frankie: Uh, listen, Billie, would you drive my parents back to the pub, please?

Billie: I'd be happy to.

Frankie: Thanks.

Billie: Um, could you give me a minute?

Caroline: Oh, sure.

Billie: I'm gonna take Shawn and Caroline home, but I'm gonna be right back, okay? Okay. Thank you.

Bo: Thanks. See you soon, Ma. Take care, Pop. Hey, you all right?

Hope: No. No, I'm not. I wish to god I knew what was going on in Steve's head.

Bo: He's probably just scared like the rest of us.

Hope: Look at him. The woman he used to love is barely hanging on, and it's like he doesn't even care. He seems so distant.

Bo: No, he could be numb. He almost died himself.

Hope: Can't he see that Kayla needs a reason to hang on, to go on? A little attention from him could make a world of difference if he would just make an effort. I want you to talk to him. Seriously, talk to him.

Shawn D.: You're gonna pay me 500 bucks every time I deliver something? You kidding?

E.J.: Will that do for you?

Shawn D.: I'm all yours.

E.J.: Good. That's your first assignment. And that's your first payment. And I meant what I said, Shawn. This is important, okay? Take that to Patrick. Explain our arrangement. He'll know what to do.

Shawn D.: Okay. So, do I call you after I deliver it?

E.J.: No. Don't call me. And, listen, people are probably gonna wonder what you're doing for me. They may ask you some questions.

Shawn D.: What do you want me to say?

E.J.: I think you should say I'm taking you on board as a consultant. Say that you're helping to overhaul my garages, that we're trying to get my cars back in tip-top condition. We're having a few personnel changes. That kind of thing, you know?

Shawn D.: Yeah, sounds good. E.J., thank you so much. I promise that I'm not gonna let you down.

E.J.: I know you won't, Shawn. Take care.

John: You worry too much, you know that?

Marlena: With good reason. If someone's after the Brady’s, who knows what they could do next?

John: That's why I'm working on this case. Can't go around living our lives in fear, can we?

Marlena: Can't go around taking unnecessary risks, can we?

John: [Sighs]

Marlena: Okay. I see you are determined. Please remember how happy I am to be back together with you.

John: Well, now, that makes two of us.

Marlena: If anything happened to you, I couldn't bear it.

John: Nothing's gonna happen to me.

Marlena: It's just not me, you know. It's also Belle who needs you, Claire who needs you. I want you with me to watch our granddaughter grow up.

John: I wouldn't miss that for the world, and that is a fact. Now, you look at me. I'm always gonna be here for my girls. I'm not going anywhere.

Marlena: Thank you. I've got to remind you of something.

John: What's that?

Marlena: You owe me a wedding, and I just can't go around marrying a dead guy.

Hope: I'm serious. Talk to him. Bo, talk to him.

Bo: Hey, you would have better luck talking to him than I would.

Hope: Why would you say that?

Bo: Well, we've had some complications talking about my sister before, and he doesn't want to listen to me. He always listens to you.

Hope: You have a good point. All right, I'll try.

Bo: Okay. I'm gonna go grab a cup of coffee. Can I get you anything?

Hope: No, I'm fine.

Bo: Okay. Good luck.

Hope: Thanks. Steve? Steve? Can I talk to you? Take it slow. How are you?

Steve: Oh, well... a lot better than Kayla. Yeah, she should be the one standing here. I should be unconscious. Everybody would be a lot happier.

Hope: You and Kayla are both family. We're pulling for both of you, Steve.

Steve: Yeah, I can feel you all looking at me, expecting me to do something to make Kayla well. I wish I could. I don't know what to do. And I got Stephanie staring at me with those sad eyes. She's praying I'll fall back in love with her mother. I'd do that for her if I could.

Hope: Steve.

Steve: Hope, I know Kayla's your friend. This isn't what you want to hear.

Hope: You're my friend, too. And I do respect your feelings, but nobody knows better than I how happy Kayla made you -- nobody.

Steve: Well... maybe I'll remember someday. But I may not have someday, Hope, you know? I almost died. I could still die. So I want to ask you to do a favor for me.

Hope: What kind of favor?

Steve: It's Billie. I know she's not your favorite person, but she didn't have to come here. Do you know how hard it was for her to come here? She's been a good friend to me, and I want to get her something. I want you to go out and pick something out -- like a necklace or something -- that would be from me. Could you do that? Could you do that for me?

Hope: You're asking me to go shopping for jewelry for the woman who slept with my husband?

Steve: I know. I'm stuck in this fishbowl. I can't do it. I would if I could. Can you please do it for me?

Hope: I'll do it.

Steve: Thanks, Hope. What's going on?

Nurse: Kayla's monitor alarm just sounded at the nurses' station.

Steve: Is she all right?

Nurse: She's breathing faster, and her oxygen saturation is low.

Steve: What does that mean?

Nurse: Her lungs are having some trouble. I'm going to page Dr. Myers.

Steve: Hurry up! Kayla? Kayla, you got to hang in there. A lot of people need you.

Bo: Hey, Fancy Face.

Hope: Hey.

Bo: Any luck with Steve?

Hope: I can't force him to feel something he doesn't feel.

Shawn D.: Mom, Dad, how's Aunt Kayla?

Bo: Not so good.

Shawn D.: I thought they were gonna give her that new drug.

Bo: They did. It helped Steve out, but it made Kay worse.

Hope: The doctors increased the dosage, and she had a terrible allergic reaction. Now the doctors are trying to find another antidote that her system can handle.

Shawn D.: I'm sorry. How's Stephanie taking all this?

Hope: Not well.

Bo: It'd be good if you went and saw her.

Shawn D.: I will.

Bo: Hold on. You talk to Max about that job?

Shawn D.: I went to the garage. Dad, thanks, but I think I'm just gonna --

Hope: Honey, wait a second. If you want to get back on your feet even faster, you know you're always welcome at home.

Shawn D.: Thanks, Mom.

Hope: You could save more money.

Shawn D.: I think I'm just gonna get a place of my own.

Bo: Taking care of Claire -- that's gonna eat up a lot. I don't know how much Max is paying you, but --

Shawn D.: I'm not working for Max. Don't look so freaked out. I got a different job.

Bo: Really?

Shawn D.: I'm working for E.J. Wells.

E.J.: I can hear you.

Kate: Ugh, didn't you get my messages?

E.J.: No. Something wrong?

Kate: Yes. This.

E.J.: What's this?

Kate: Our driver's bills.

E.J.: Stephanie?

Kate: Yes, Stephanie. I told you we needed to talk about Stephanie. Now we have these bills for the repairs to the car, her medical expenses -- which were not insignificant, believe me. I've already paid it all out of my own pocket. You need to pay half. This whole race car thing was your idea anyway.

E.J.: Kate, relax, okay? However much you laid out, I'll cover all the expenses, not half. But first, there's something you can do for me.

Caroline: Hello, Marlena.

Marlena: Oh. Oh, my goodness. How's Kayla? Any change?

Caroline: I'm afraid it's not good news.

Marlena: Oh, I'm so sorry.

Caroline: Steve responded to the antidote, but Kayla -- she had a bad reaction.

Marlena: What kind of reaction?

Caroline: She's still unconscious, and the doctors are scrambling, trying to get an antidote that she can tolerate.

Marlena: Can I do anything at all?

Shawn: We'll be happy to have your prayers, Marlena.

Marlena: You have them. You know that. Always.

Shawn: Billie, thanks for the lift.

Caroline: Oh, yes, we really appreciate it.

Billie: No problem. See you later.

Marlena: [Sighs] What a horrible situation.

Billie: Yeah, for everyone -- for Kayla, her family, and for Steve.

Marlena: Steve is her family.

Billie: Right. Right. You're right. Marlena, Steve is recovering from the poison, and that's so great, but he's still stuck in that quarantine room with Kayla. And I know they don't mean to, but her family -- they just stand there at the window, and they look at him with such disappointment on their faces.

Marlena: That doesn't sound like the Brady’s to me.

Billie: Well, that's how Steve feels.

Marlena: The Brady’s love him. They must be thrilled he's recovering.

Billie: Well, they're not thrilled that Kayla is still sick. She needs him, and he's -- he's thinking of me.

Hope: You're working for the competition?

Shawn D.: It's no big deal. Before the accident at the speedway, E.J. expressed a lot of interest in my engine.

Bo: And that's what he's interested in?

Shawn D.: I'm not sure. But he was glad to hire me.

Hope: Of course he's glad to hire you because you are a terrific mechanic. Honey, I'm so proud of you.

Shawn D.: Thanks, Mom.

Hope: Congratulations, sweetheart. As much as I'd like to hear more, I have a favor I need to do for Steve.

Bo: A favor?

Hope: I'll explain later. I should go. I'll see you guys later, okay?

Shawn D.: Bye.

Bo: So, you'll be working for E.J. What will you be doing?

Shawn D.: He's got a lot of cars.

Bo: Yeah, that he does.

Shawn D.: Why do I get the feeling that you're not happy about this?

Bo: No, don't get me wrong. It's great that you took the initiative, got yourself a job.

Shawn D.: But...

Bo: Max is family. Don't you think you'd be more comfortable working with him?

Kate: All right. I'll bite.

E.J.: Again? So soon.

Kate: [Sighs] This favor that you want -- what is it?

E.J.: Well, I don't know if you're aware of this, but the Salem Police Department have been asking a few questions about me.

Kate: No, I had no idea.

E.J.: Bo Brady mainly. I think he's been talking to Samantha.

Kate: You think or you know?

E.J.: I'm pretty sure.

Kate: [Chuckles] Well, why don't you ask Samantha yourself? Then you'll be very sure.

E.J.: Well, I would, but as you know, Samantha and I aren't quite as close as we once were. That's why I need your help in getting some information.

Kate: What have you been up to, you bad boy?

E.J.: I've done absolutely nothing wrong.

Kate: No.

E.J.: Look, aside from a few speeding tickets, which is an occupational hazard, I've never broken a law in my life. Now, why the police have zeroed in on me, I don't know. But not being a U.S. Citizen, I'm not entirely sure of what my rights are.

Kate: So you want me to make inquiries for you. Is that it?

E.J.: Well, I hear that you are fairly friendly with the police commander.

Kate: He's my ex-husband, E.J.

E.J.: Like I said, I hear you're fairly friendly with him.

Kate: [Chuckles] Friendlier than when we were married.

E.J.: Good. Then you see why you're in a perfect position to be able to help me find out why the police are so interested in me.

Kate: I'm not comfortable with that.

E.J.: Look, Kate... I know that it's a lot to ask, but we're business partners. My best interests are your best interests.

Kate: Yes, you're right about that. They are. All right. I'll see what I can find out.

E.J.: Thank you.

Kate: But you're going to have to do something for me.

E.J.: Well, I did already offer to pay for all of Stephanie's bills.

Kate: I don't care about Stephanie. That's not what I want.

E.J.: What do you want?

Kate: You.

Marlena: Wow, I had no idea things had gotten so serious so quickly.

Billie: Well, they haven’t. Not yet. But thinking that he could die, it kind of -- well, it changed things for both of us.

Marlena: I see.

Billie: Except...

Marlena:'re reluctant to get involved with another married man?

Billie: Not just another married man -- a Brady. The first one was a Brady. This one's married to a Brady. What is it with me and the Brady family?

Marlena: They're just cute, those Brady’s.

Billie: Yeah, they're cute. But they also have wonderful wives.

Marlena: Yes, they do.

Billie: I feel bad that I hurt Hope. And I don't want to hurt Kayla, especially since I told her that if Steve remembered her, I would get out of the way.

Marlena: He hasn’t.

Billie: No. But I don't want to stand in the way of Kayla's recovery.

Marlena: Of course you don’t.

Billie: Steve has become very important to me. You think I'm a horrible person for having these feelings.

Marlena: No, I don’t. I think you have every right to go after whatever makes you happy.

Frankie: You sure you want to do this? Because I don't think they've gotten any better.

Stephanie: She is my mom. I need to be here for her.

Frankie: I understand.

Steve: Hey, Stephanie. Hey, come on, baby. Your mama wouldn't want to see you upset.

Stephanie: How would you know, okay? This is all your fault.

Shawn D.: I told you. I already accepted the job with E.J. Why would I go back to Max?

Bo: People have second thoughts all the time. They accept something, decide they made the wrong decision --

Shawn D.: I'm not backing out, and I'm surprised you would want me to.

Bo: [Sighs] Look, son, we don't know a hell of a lot about this character except that he associates with disreputable people.

Shawn D.: Like who?

Bo: I can't tell you something like that. You got to trust me on this.

Shawn D.: You're gonna have to do better than that, dad. E.J.'s got me a great job paying fantastic money, and I'm not gonna just walk away, especially if you can't give me a good enough reason... unless there's something that you're not telling me. Dad, is E.J. doing something illegal?

E.J.: That's the best proposition I've had all day.

Kate: It wasn't a proposition.

E.J.: I didn't think so.

Guy: Sure you don't want me to stick around?

John: No, I'm good.

Guy: 'Cause Ms. Roberts said --

John: I've got things under control. Enjoy your night off.

Guy: Okay, Mr. Black. She's all yours. Hope you find what you're looking for.

John: I'm sure I will.

Caroline: We're gonna check the hospital. We'll be down in a while, okay?

Marlena: Billie, you can't be faulted for the person with whom you fall in love.

Billie: Even if it's Kayla's husband? Even if their daughter desperately wants them back together?

Marlena: They haven't been a family for so many years, and there's no indication that Steve has romantic feelings for Kayla.

Billie: You're being awfully understanding.

Marlena: I've learned from experience what happens when a stranger tries to interfere with somebody else's love life.

Billie: You're thinking about Carrie.

Marlena: Mm-hmm. Look what happened when she denied her feelings for Austin and went ahead and married Lucas. I'm so sorry that Lucas got hurt, but the truth is Carrie and Austin have always belonged together.

Billie: I know. I know.

Marlena: I can tell you one more thing, as a psychiatrist. The chance of Steve regaining his memory is incredibly slim.

Billie: Really?

Marlena: Yes, really. I should also tell you that I'm married to a man whose past was a complete blank. He came to Salem. We never looked back. He could have a wife, a family. We may never know. But the fact is I love him with my whole heart, and nobody can ever tell me that's wrong.

Billie: Of course not. But, Marlena, that's different.

Marlena: Why is that different?

Billie: Because Steve has Kayla.

Marlena: Kayla is a very strong woman, and she has lived most of her life without Steve.

Billie: But she's not very strong right now. We don't even know if she'll recover from this.

Marlena: We pray that she does, and if she does, she will accept whatever Steve feels. And you can't feel badly about what other people might think of you. Look, if you find love once in your life, you're so lucky. I found it twice. So I've learned from experience that sometimes you must let go of the past in order to have a future.

Bo: My hunch is that, yeah, he's into something illegal.

Shawn D.: Hunch. I'm sorry, Dad, but that's not good enough.

Bo: To arrest him? No. To investigate him? Yeah.

Shawn D.: You're investigating him?

Bo: Yeah. Abe authorized it. We believe there's enough suspicion there.

Shawn D.: You expect me to turn down this job because you're suspicious? No matter what I do, you always try to find some way to bring me down. Why can't you just be happy for me like mom?

Bo: Would you listen to me?

Shawn D.: I need this job, Dad, to help Belle with Claire, and until you give me some solid evidence that E.J.'s doing something illegal, I'm gonna work for him.

Bo: Just watch your back, will you?

Shawn D.: Yeah, sure.

Bo: [Sighs] Damn it.

Steve: Do you really think this is my fault?

Stephanie: Yes, I do.

Frankie: You told me you would not get upset.

Stephanie: [Voice breaking] Frankie, I need to say this, okay? My dad needs to know how I feel. You are so wrapped up in yourself, Dad, about how you don't remember mom. And you know what? I feel sorry for you. I do.

Steve: I'm not asking for your pity, Stephanie.

Stephanie: But have you ever, even once, tried to put yourself in her shoes? I mean, she basically had no life when you disappeared, and even when she thought you were dead, she could never let go of her love for you. And now, by some miracle, here you are. Do you have any idea how happy she was when she found out that you were alive? It was like she came back to life herself. And now look at her. Look at her, laying there, dying, and you don't even care.

Steve: That's not true.

Stephanie: It makes me wonder what kind of man you really are...why she ever loved you.

Steve: I don't know why she loved me, but I do care. I care a lot.

Stephanie: If you did, then you'd be trying to help her, not sitting there, Dad, staring into space!

Steve: Stephanie, the doctors don't know how to help her. I don't know what I can do.

Stephanie: Well, something, damn it! Anything! Okay? Just -- maybe she can hear, you know? Try to talk to her. Give her a reason not to give up. If anyone can get through to her, Dad, it is you. Please, Dad. Dad! Won't you at least just try? Okay? I am begging you. Please. Give her a reason to live.

Kate: [Giggles]

John: Let's see what we got on camera two. Damn it, Kate. What the hell have you gotten yourself into this time?

Belle: I am a single unemployed mother, and, honestly, Mom, that scares me to death.

Mimi: Shawn, what's going on between you and my brother? Why did he give you all that money?

Shawn D.: I got to run.

Sami: Who is she, E.J.? There's someone in your bedroom.

Shawn D.: I don't need your money, your sympathy, or anything else, for that matter. You are no longer my grandfather.
