Hope: Sorry, sweetie. I don't have any ketchup. Bo and Zack were the only ones who ate it, and, well, anyway, I learned to love eating French fries like this when I was in England with Bo.
Kayla: Forget it. I love them like this.
Hope: Want some vinegar? I can't believe how much I have been craving vinegar. Oh. Want some? Here. Here you go. Try it.
Kayla: That's enough.
Hope: I never had these cravings with my first pregnancy. Hey, you think I'm gonna get my little girl this time?
Kayla: Well, you know, in medical school, they tell you to forget about the wives' tales, but I think you have to trust your body.
Hope: I wish I knew what my body was telling me. I can't believe it took me this long to realize I was pregnant...and that I wasn't more careful.
Kayla: You're happy about this baby, though, right?
Hope: Yeah. I'm thrilled.
Kayla: Would you have been as thrilled if it would have been Bo's baby?
Hope: Oh, yeah.
Kayla: You know, I was with him today at the pub when he got served the divorce papers.
Hope: Then you were probably there when he tore it up into little pieces..
Kayla: Yeah, I was.
Hope: I'm not trying to hurt him.
Kayla: I know you're not, but I think that your heart is breaking, too. You still love him, don't you?
Hope: I do. I do.
Billie: Hey, yourself. Sorry this place is such a mess, but it'll be cleaned up sooner than you know.
Patrick: Yeah, until my mom gets home, anyway.
Billie: [Chuckles] Hey, I just want to let you know that, uh, I'm looking for an apartment. Chelsea and I will be out of your hair very soon.
Patrick: I told you, you guys can stay here as long as you need to.
Billie: I know, and I appreciate that, but, you know, with the baby on the way and everything...
Patrick: Who knows how long I'll be here.
Billie: Whoa. What, are you moving in with Hope?
Patrick: Well, we decided to start seeing each other again. I mean, look, we'll see what happens, but she's definitely going through with divorcing Bo.
Billie: Look, Patrick, I know that you're having a baby, and no matter what Hope says, she still loves Bo, and Bo will do anything to save his marriage.
[Dance music plays]
Bo: [Chuckles] Oh, man, I used to go broke picking up your bar tab. I don't know why I didn't remember that before I challenged you to a rematch of darts.
Steve: I'm supposed to be the one who doesn't remember things.
Bo: Mm-hmm. So, you're happy you're back in Salem?
Steve: No, I'm not happy. I just have a beautiful, spunky, smart wife; a beautiful, even spunkier, smart daughter.
Steve: Free beer, good friends. What's not to love about this place?
Steve: There must be a reason you decided to stick around here all this time.
Bo: Oh, yeah. When Shawn Douglas, our eldest son, was a baby, Hope and I decided to take him and sail around the world for a couple of years. When you and Kay stood on that dock waving goodbye to us, we knew that eventually we'd be back because Salem's our home -- always will be.
Steve: Even if the DiMera’s don't want us around, too damn bad, right?
Bo: Too damn bad. I mean, they couldn't keep you away, could they? They never win in the end. They won't win this time.
Steve: So you do think they're responsible for what happened to me?
Bo: You know, several years ago, we thought Hope had been killed by this crazy man -- Ernesto Toscano -- but she eventually came back to us, and we discovered that it was DiMera who was behind it. Maybe it's true with you, too. You and I were working on this case, following this guy named Larry Alamain. He had it out for me. Actually, I was the one who was supposed to die that day. I feel responsible for what happened to you. I'm gonna do everything I can to help you get your memory back.
Steve: We'll see. I appreciate that. But if things went down the way you say they did, you don't owe me anything. What happened back then is way in the past. I want to focus on the future, man, and right now. What can I do right now to help you get your wife back?
Bo: Aw, not much. It's hard for me to be inconspicuous at the station, so I've asked a buddy of mine -- actually, he's a friend of yours, too -- John Black -- to help me out. Whoa. Speak of the devil.
Steve: That's him, huh?
Steve: Who is that he's with? That's not his wife, the shrink, is it?
Bo: No, no. They're separated... sort of. It's a long story.
Steve: Isn't everything in this burg?
Bo: Yeah. That blonde is, uh, Officer Michaels. John may be onto something.
Eve: Well, believe it or not, I have never been to Dune. Too many night shifts. Of course, I didn't think it would be your kind of place, either.
John: Are you saying you think the crowd's a little too young for me here?
Eve: I meant I don't know where CEO’s hang out, but I didn't think it would be in the same places I do -- or would, if I had the time.
John: You know, I had a long career in law enforcement, so try not to think of me as a "C.E.O.," Okay?
Eve: Well, you're nothing like the ones that I've met. Of course, those are all the white-collar criminals I walk through booking.
John: [Chuckles] Look, you think maybe we don't have to talk about crime and punishment tonight? Why don't we concentrate on a little bit of pleasure?
Chelsea: Hey, Uncle Austin. Oh. Sorry. I should have not called you that.. It probably makes you feel really old. Do you mind if I join you?
Chelsea: Thanks. So, how are you?
Austin: How are you?
Chelsea: Good. I just need to get some caffeine. Doing all that filing at the hospital is pretty much making me comatose. What are you doing here the night before your wedding? Is that how you normally spend it? I thought that people usually go out with their guy friends, have a few drinks, whatever. Oh, wait. [ Chuckles] That's right. You don't have any guy friends, just a million and one girls fighting over you all the time. [Both chuckle] No wonder Sami's trying to make you jealous.
Austin: Excuse me?
Chelsea: Well, she's gonna try to use every trick she can think of to make sure you're actually gonna go through with marrying her this time. That's why she wanted to sleep in E.J.'s bed tonight.
Austin: Hold on. Let's get this straight. E.J.'s sleeping on the couch.
Chelsea: I wouldn't be so sure about that.
[Soft jazz music plays]
E.J.: Come in.
Sami: Well, thank you. You didn't have to clean up your apartment for -- E.J., this isn't for me?
E.J.: Of course it is.
Sami: Why would you...
E.J.: It's your last night as a single woman, Samantha. I'd like to make it special.
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.
Chelsea: Look, I hope you don't think that I'm butting in or anything. It's just I'm a bridesmaid, and it's my job to help. Okay. I know you probably don't think that I know what I'm talking about, but I've actually been reading a lot about relationships lately, and, no offense, but I think Sami knows that she's not the woman that you want to be with for the rest of your life, so she doesn't really want to put all of her eggs in your basket. You know what I mean?
Austin: You seem to have learned a lot about psychology in your one day working at the hospital filing room.
Chelsea: I can see that it's bugging you.
Chelsea: If Sami didn't really want to see the groom before the wedding, maybe it would have made more sense for her to pick a place that wasn't directly across the hall from your apartment to stay at. But you know what? I wouldn't even sweat it, because it's like I said -- she's not the woman that you want to marry, anyway. You're done eating?
Austin: Chelsea, I'll see you later, okay?
E.J.: Now, I took a little bit of a chance here. I hope you like oysters..
Sami: Actually, when I was a kid, my grandparents had a fish market. Uh, these have shells.
E.J.: They taught you a lot -- your grandparents -- didn't they?
Sami: Oh, stop it. I meant that they haven't -- well, when I was a little kid, someone else would shuck them for me.
E.J.: They're fresher this way.
Sami: In fact, they're still alive, right?
E.J.: Uh, well, uh, yes. Is that a problem?
Sami: I've been accused of eating men alive. Why not oysters, right?
E.J.: I'm sure that's not entirely true.
Sami: I'm sure it is. Um, aren't they impossible to open? I've never tried.
E.J.: Why don't I show you?
E.J.: Now, this is a skill that I acquired whilst holidaying in the South Pacific. And no offense to your grandparents -- there we go -- but you really haven't tried oysters until you've tried these.
Sami: Are you saying --
E.J.: I had them flown in specially.
Sami: But you didn't know that you were gonna --
E.J.: I was hoping to.
Sami: I don't know what to say.
E.J.: Don't say anything. Try them.
Sami: Well, okay. Oh, my God! This has a pearl in it. What are the chances -- like one in a million? Oh, my God. Look how beautiful that is.
E.J.: Why don't you try the other one?
Sami: What are you -- oh, my God. They -- wow. Either my luck has changed --
E.J.: Actually, if you look closely, you'll see that it's a set of pearl earrings. I'm sure you've already decided what dress you're wearing tomorrow, but I really hope that they look beautiful with it.
Sami: E.J... thank you.
E.J.: Now, I'm very happy that you're pleased. Why don't I get these cleaned up, put in a proper jewelry box, and delivered to you tomorrow?
Sami: Thank you so much.
E.J.: You're welcome. Now let's eat.
Sami: Well, okay. All right. Let me see if I learned anything from you.
E.J.: Actually, you're gonna hurt yourself.
Sami: Well, you know me so well.
E.J.: Let me do this. Okay. See? So get that right in the crack there and twist. There we go.
Sami: Wow, that's amazing.
E.J.: You know, it's not my first time. It's the sauce that makes it so special. Here we go.
Sami: Well, let's see.
E.J.: Let's just make sure that's -- hold on.
Sami: Oh, yeah, you know what you're doing. Oh. [Chuckles]
E.J.: Let's try. You ready?
Sami: Oh. Mmm. Mmm. I am in heaven.
E.J.: Now you know why it's considered such an aphrodisiac. Why don't we get you another one?
Sami: Aah! Oh, my God.
E.J.: Okay. That's not good.
Sami: I got this all over my dress.
E.J.: Here. Here.
Sami: It's all over my hands.
E.J.: Okay. Okay. I think that we need to get out of these clothes.
Billie: I'm sorry, Patrick. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I just don't want you to get your hopes up, you know?
Patrick: Thank you. You know, I'm sorry things didn't work out with us.
Billie: Me too. You know, I-I shouldn't have blamed you for what happened with Chelsea. You were just trying to do the right thing.
Patrick: Yeah. I was. Hey, what's this right here? You mind if I take a look?
Billie: Uh, why?
Patrick: Uh, because I submitted my application to the police academy.
Billie: No way.
Patrick: Yeah. Yeah.
Billie: Oh, my gosh.
Patrick: And now I have to study for the exam, so do you mind if maybe I could borrow it?
Billie: No, not at all. Go ahead. Take all my gear -- everything in there. Go ahead.
Patrick: Thanks. I appreciate it.
Patrick: I guess I'll see you later, right?
Billie: I guess so.
Billie: Uh, good luck, okay? Everything -- good luck.
Patrick: Thanks. Thanks again.
Hope: I'll always love Bo, but I hate what he's done to our marriage, to our family. Waiting around for something to fix itself -- it just isn't me.
Kayla: I know that.
Hope: And there's nothing that Bo and I can do to fix it, so --
Kayla: So, what, you decide to file for divorce because there's nothing you could do?
Hope: I'm having Patrick's baby.
Kayla: But don't you think Bo would want to help you raise that baby?
Hope: Kayla, he says he would, but come on. He hates Patrick. I don't want my child growing up in that kind of an environment. You know Bo's temper. You know, when I think... of Bo in bed with Billie... when our son had just died -- the day that we buried our son -- all the lies... it just makes me sick. You know, enough of that. I don't want to talk about that anymore, okay? Let's talk about you, happy times, okay?
Kayla: I don't know about happy times. I mean, when Steve told me that he wanted to stay in Cincinnati, it was almost as hard as the day he died, but now he was choosing to leave me and Stephanie.
Hope: He couldn't stay away long.
Kayla: I think he was being selfless. He seems to be so afraid of hurting us, and I don't think that he thinks that he deserves us.
Hope: Sounds like the old Steve.
Kayla: Like when I first met him.
Kayla: I know I just have to be patient. But something -- something did happen that seems to sort of change things.
Kayla: Today he called me "sweetness."
Hope: Oh, my God.
Kayla: I know. It's crazy. I mean, I know he gave me that nickname a long time ago and maybe it's just coincidence that he thought of it again, but you know what? I don't think so.
Hope: No. No, I don't think it was a coincidence at all.
Kayla: He is convinced that someone, probably Stefano, erased his memories and he's not gonna get them back. But you got yours back, and you worked your way back to Bo.
Hope: Yeah, I did.
Kayla: I'm sorry. I don't know why I brought him up again.
Hope: It's okay. It's okay. Bo's a big part of my life. He's always gonna be a big part of my life. But now so is Patrick. There's something...I need to tell you, and, um, that is we decided to start seeing each other.
Kayla: Was that your idea?
Kayla: How do you feel about it?
[Dance music plays]
Steve: Oh, there's Stephanie.
Bo: Oh, well, go. Go see her.
Steve: Listen, let me know if there's anything I can do to help you, okay? I got nothing else to do, no place else to go.
Bo: Well, you better not disappear on me again. Steve, thanks. I appreciate it.
Steve: It's all right. I was starting to think you stood me up.
Stephanie: I would never do that.
Steve: Well, hey, I'd understand. You got a busy life, unlike your old man. You got better things to do than hang out with me, don't you?
Stephanie: No. But you do.
Steve: You're kidding me, right?
Stephanie: Why else would you go to Cincinnati and decide you were never coming back?
Steve: Okay. I'm sorry. I know I hurt you by walking out on you and your mom. But for your sakes, you might have been better off if I'd stayed away for good.
Eve: [Chuckles] I should probably stop.
John: Oh, come on. You're not on duty tonight, are you?
Eve: Yes, but tomorrow I have to work a double shift to make up for it.
John: You've been on the force for a couple years, right? What, they don't give you any time off?
Eve: Well, I don't talk much about this, but, um, my mom has been sick and my dad died a while ago, so...
John: So you need the money to help the family out.
Eve: Anyway, enough about me. I do okay. I just work a lot of overtime to make ends meet. What about you? You said you and your wife are separated?
Eve: That must be hard.
John: Yeah, it's been hard for a couple years now.
Eve: Yeah, Kate was telling --
John: Kate Roberts? How do you know her?
Hope: The truth is, is that I never would have been able to get through these past few months if it wasn't for Patrick. So I feel that I owe it to him and to this baby to give our relationship -- if you can even call it that -- a chance. We'll just see what happens. I mean, we'll just take things slow. Kayla, I know it's difficult for you because Bo is your brother and you love him and you want to see him happy --
Kayla: But I love both of you, and I want to see both of you happy. I just don't want you to give up on this guy that you're telling me you're still in love with.
Hope: Excuse me. Hey. Patrick. Oh, I'm sorry. This is Kayla, Bo's sister..
Patrick: I don't want to interrupt you guys.
Kayla: No, no. I was just leaving. I'm gonna go see Stephanie and Steve.
Hope: It was so good to see you. Have a good time.
Kayla: Nice to meet you.
Patrick: You too. So, how did it go with Bo?
Hope: I'd rather not talk about it, if you don't mind. What is that?
Patrick: They fast-tracked my application to the academy.
Hope: That's great.
Patrick: Yeah. They said they have a major shortage of recruits and they'll probably just throw me in a class that already started.
Hope: Oh, my gosh. You are in.
Patrick: I hope so. I'm sure your recommendation was a big help, but I still have to pass the exam. I have to catch up with the rest of the class, too. So I was thinking maybe you could be my study partner.
Eve: I don't really know Kate Roberts, but she was at the station earlier. She's helping plan a fund-raiser.
John: Oh, right. Right. Sure.
Eve: Anyway, I happened to mention our date tonight, and she had a lot of great things to say about you.
John: Okay. So, what else were the two of you talking about?
Eve: Your ears weren't burning, were they? Don't worry. It was mostly about work. Excuse me. I will be right back.
John: Certainly. Sorry I didn't have time to hook up with you earlier, but I had to move on this.
Bo: Yeah. You bet. So, you think she has something to do with the missing disk?
John: It's a possibility.
John: Desperate need of money. Could be doing somebody's dirty work.
Stephanie: How could you say it would be better for me and mom if you hadn't come back?
Steve: Oh, man. I never should have brought it up. I don't want to upset you. Listen, you know that I'm still trying to figure out who took me away from you in the first place, right? Well, whoever that was might not be too happy that I'm back. Now, I'm not positive, but I'm afraid I could be putting you and your mother in danger just by being here.
Stephanie: That is the reason you decided to stay in Cincinnati? Sorry, Dad, but come on, okay? I race cars for a living, and mom was about to go to a war zone to practice medicine. We can handle danger. What we could never handle would be losing you again.
Sami: Um, you don't have anything in the bathroom. Do you have a shirt or a robe or something that I could borrow? I packed these for my honeymoon, and I forgot to put them in the right bag.
E.J.: I understand. I can't imagine how you got mixed up. I mean, you only have a wedding and a reception to plan in -- what? -- 24 hours. I'll get you something. But just for the record... I'm not embarrassed, Samantha, and you shouldn't be, either. You're a beautiful woman.
[Knock on door]
Sami: Um... [Sighs] Austin.
Austin: I'm sorry. Is this bad timing?
Sami: I'm not supposed to see you.
Austin: No, that's after midnight, which it's not. I just wanted to say [Chuckles] Good night to my fiancé.
Sami: Austin, please. Give me a second to explain. It's certainly not what it looks like.
Austin: What does it look like?
Sami: E.J. made me a nice dinner I spilled all over myself. I only had this to change into, and I was just asking for a shirt. [Sighs] You know me.
Austin: Yeah. I do.
E.J.: Excuse me. I'm going to give you a moment.
Austin: [Chuckles] Wow. You look really flushed.
Sami: You look a little green.
Austin: And you're enjoying that, aren't you?
Sami: Maybe a little. I mean, I'm the one who's always jealous.
Austin: Do I have a reason to be jealous?
Sami: Austin, how could you even ask me that? I have been in love with you since I was 15 years old, and I have always wanted to be your wife, and it's finally gonna happen tomorrow. Come on. A little smile. What, are you trying to get off the hook here?
Austin: You know --
Sami: Austin. Austin.
Sami: I love you... more than anything in the world. I think I should remind you of how much.
Billie: Hey. Hey! Aren't you supposed to be at work?
Chelsea: Relax. I'm on a dinner break. What's going on in here?
Billie: I am just cleaning up and getting our stuff together.
Chelsea: Wait, wait. Don't tell me we're actually getting ready to move.
Billie: I am looking for an apartment.
Chelsea: Does Patrick know? What did he say?
Billie: I don't think he cares.
Billie: Look, Chelsea, I should tell you this because you're gonna find out sooner or later, anyway. Hope is going through with the divorce.
Billie: Yeah, and she's moving on with Patrick.
Chelsea: No wonder you look so happy.
Billie: I do?
Chelsea: Mm-hmm. And I know why. 'Cause now you can be with my dad and finally get the life that you've always deserved.
Hope: Okay. So, this is the basic stop-and-frisk technique. Ideally, you want to wait for backup, but, of course, that's not always possible. So, you've got probable cause. You've identified yourself as an officer. Now you tell him to get down on his knees. Clasp his hands behind his head.
Patrick: All right.
Hope: But you can't cuff him yet because you need to pat him down for weapons, contraband. Up on your knees. Up, up, up. You got to frisk him all the way down like this, okay? Now, what do you have to watch out for?
Hope: Exactly. The suspect can fight, try to pivot out of position. Then what? I take your finger or their finger and I twist it. Exactly. Okay. There.
Patrick: Wow. That was pretty good.
Hope: It's basic self-defense techniques. That's all it is.
Patrick: I knew you were good, but I didn't think I could be brought to my knees so easily by a pregnant woman.
Hope: I have to tell you, I really miss feeling like I have a purpose in life.
Patrick: What are you talking about?
Hope: Shawn's all grown up, Zack's gone, and I'm getting divorced from Bo. I thank God for this little baby, and I thank you for knowing how good it would be for me to help you.
Patrick: Well, it's good for me, too. The question is, once you've got me pinned like that... what do we do with these?
Bo: You think eve could be working for Kate?
John: Why would you say that?
Bo: Putting the pieces together.
John: You know how I feel about Kate, Bo. I trust her with my life. But it's interesting you mention that, because Eve said something, too.
Eve: Hi. I didn't know you were here, Detective. So, what's going on?
John: Bo and I are just catching up.
Bo: Uh, I didn't know you guys were seeing each other.
Eve: We're on our first date.
Bo: Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt. You have a good time. I got to get back to the station.
Eve: Good night.
John: Shall we? Catch you later.
Stephanie: A toast to the best dad in the whole world.
Steve: [Sighs] Oh, come on. I've only been your dad for -- what? -- A couple days now.
Stephanie: It doesn't matter. I'm your daughter. I grew up loving a man I never knew. But knowing you makes me love you even more.
Billie: Chelsea, why is it so important for you to have me and your father together? We love you no matter what -- whether we're together or not.
Billie: Oh. Is that why you keep putting us to the test -- you don't believe it? You know what I think we need?
Chelsea: A personality transplant?
Billie: No. A major self-esteem boost. What do you say, huh? Let's work on it together -- you and me -- frick and frack.
Hope: You'll probably be working vice a lot at first, which means multiple perps and big busts. In some cases, you don't always have enough handcuffs to go around, so...that's what you do.
Patrick: Okay, but, uh, got a free hand here.
Hope: You got a free hand, but you're stuck with me, which gets old pretty fast.
Patrick: I don't know about that.
Hope: All right. Where are the keys?
Patrick: Ow. The keys. The keys. All right. Uh-oh.
Hope: "Uh-oh" what?
Patrick: It looks like we're really stuck with each other now.
Hope: What are you talking about?
E.J.: [Clears throat] Oh, I'm sorry, guys. It was so quiet out here. Austin, I thought you must have left.
Austin: [Chuckles] I'm gonna get going.
Sami: Wait. One more kiss.
E.J.: Listen, Austin, just so you know, she's in safe hands, by which I mean I will be a perfect gentleman.
Sami: Yeah. E.J.'s always a gentleman.
Austin: You need to choose your words more carefully, my friend. Here. I want you to wear my shirt. Can you please put a shirt on?
Sami: [Laughs] Thank you, Austin.
Austin: You don't get to take that off.
Sami: Okay, I promise.
Austin: All right.
Sami: I love you.
Austin: I love you, too. I'll see you tomorrow.
E.J.: Wow. That was a little bit awkward.
Sami: But did you see him? He was actually jealous. He -- he really wants to marry me.
E.J.: You seem shocked. Why?
Sami: He believed me, and he -- oh, E.J., I cannot let Lexie ruin this wedding. I can't let her do it.
E.J.: Calm down. That's why I'm on the guest list. I'm going to make sure that, that doesn't happen. You trust me, don't you?
Sami: Yes, of course. I don't know what I would do without you.
Steve: Stephanie, uh --
Stephanie: I know. You can't say the words -- not yet.
Steve: I'm just -- I'm just not very good at this kind of stuff.
Stephanie: It's okay. It's okay. I mean, I've known I had a dad my whole life. You just found out you have a daughter. I'm sure it'll take some time to get used to. But you're here, and that's all that matters for now.
You touch me so perfectly, baby you got me saying "oh"
John: Uh-oh. Another bottle?
Eve: [Chuckles] I better call it a night. I have to get up early.
John: Are you sure? I was hoping to get to know you better. Much better.
Bo: Yeah, right away. Thanks. Hope, what are you doing here?
Hope: I was really hoping you wouldn't be here.
Hope: Wheeler on duty?
Bo: Oh, for God's sake. Wheeler! Handcuff key right away.
Hope: It's not how it looks.
Bo: Yeah, right.
Hope: It doesn't matter because it's none of your business, not anymore.
Bo: Where'd you get these?
Patrick: I borrowed them from Billie.
Bo: Billie thought being a cop was some kind of game. That's why she got bounced off the force. You keep this up, Lockhart --
Patrick: Don't threaten me. You're the one whose career is on the line here.
Bo: That son of a...
Hope: Would you just stop it? Stop blaming Patrick for everything that is wrong with your life. If you keep this up, I'll lose any respect I ever had for you, Brady.
Billie: What we need to do is concentrate on finding things that make us feel good about ourselves.
Billie: I know you're not crazy about this community-service thing, but I think that you will find that you like helping out other people.
Chelsea: Mom...I'm filing.
Billie: Okay, then volunteer for something else -- helping out kids.
Chelsea: Do you really think that anybody is gonna let me get anywhere near their kid?
Billie: Hey. Do you remember when you told me that you didn't think Zack would want you to go to prison? Well, why don't you dedicate your community service to him?
Chelsea: What do you mean, like do a good deed or something?
Billie: Something like that.
[Mid-tempo music plays]
Stephanie: So, you're gonna come see me race at the Salem Grand Prix, right?
Steve: Oh, yeah. I will be the loudest dude in the front row. But, uh, I can't guarantee that I'm gonna be rooting for you to come in first. I might be rooting for you to come in last.
Steve: Well, yeah. If you go slow, you're careful, you'll be safe.
Stephanie: That's not necessarily true, but, come on, I'm good.
Steve: I don't doubt that, but I want you to be safe.
Stephanie: You said I needed to do what made me happy, and this is it. Mom doesn't understand, but you get it, right?
Steve: Yeah, I get it.
Stephanie: Thank you. Thank you for understanding. Thanks, Dad.
John: So, can we do this again sometime soon?
Eve: It's a date.
John: It's a date.
E.J.: I'll get you that robe.
Sami: Oh, uh, I'm not cold. Actually, it's just I have the funniest feeling that someone is watching me.
E.J.: You don't think it could be the person who's writing these notes, do you?
Sami: No. No. I hope not. I-I thought maybe it might be Austin checking up on me or something. Maybe... hmm. No one there.
Sami: Well, anyway, I have to relax...and let you help me. You're gonna take care of Lexie and make sure she doesn't do anything to ruin my wedding. After tomorrow, I'm going to be Mrs. Austin Reed forever.
Lexie: Isn't there anything that I can do to make this right?
Abe: Get an attorney.
Shawn D.: You don't want me anywhere near your wife or my child.
Philip: You're right. I don’t.
Jack: The guy's 10 years older than you. What are you thinking?
Abby: Maybe I'm not thinking, just like mom's not thinking with Frankie.
