Mimi: I feel like such a failure.
Shawn D.: Stop. Stop. You did everything right. It just...happened. It's not your fault.
Mimi: [Inhales, exhales deeply] So, do you think we should consider looking more into this surrogate thing?
Shawn D.: Do you want to?
Mimi: I don't know. It seems a bit extreme, especially when there are so many kids out there who -- who need homes, and I really would love to adopt someday.
Shawn D.: That's good 'cause so would I.
Mimi: But the waiting list for babies is so long, and I know that we talked about adopting an older child, but I already feel like I'm missing out on so much by not being able to get pregnant. I want us to be parents right away, don't you?
Shawn D.: Yeah, I-I do, but I also don't want to rush into things. I know that we are and I know how badly you wanted to get pregnant.
Mimi: That was only part of it. I really wanted you to have your own child, like Claire.
Chelsea: The tango, Max. Let's do it.
Max: Hey, hey, hey. You just dodged a long prison sentence today, and now you want to be caught drinking in public while you're underage?
Chelsea: I'm just celebrating because I am free. Remember when I thought I would never see the stars again? I thought I would rot away in a prison cell until I was old and wrinkly and nobody would want me. Oh, God, isn't it great? Isn't my dad just great? I mean, he saved me and my life and my future. And now I actually have stuff to look forward to.
Max: You know, it blows my mind that Bo would have broken the law like that.
Chelsea: Why? I'm his little girl. He loves me.
Max: Hmm. Are you sure you didn't tamper with the evidence yourself?
Abe: Hi. How are you doing?
Billie: Oh, good. I'm good. Abe, I got a question for you, actually.
Billie: What's gonna happen to Bo now, professionally?
Abe: He could lose his badge, and he might get jail time.
Billie: Oh, God.
Abe: You know, this is -- this has got to be the worst year of Bo's life.. I mean, first he loses Isaac and then -- [Inhales deeply] Zack -- he loses Zack. And now he loses Hope..
Billie: You don't think they're gonna work things out?
Abe: Honestly, I don't see how.
Lexie: No. Wait, wait. Wait. No. Tek, we -- we shouldnít. We shouldnít.
Tek: Are you sure?
Lexie: No. No.
[Monitor beeping] [Door opens]
Nick: Your DNA test results, sir.
Jack: That was fast. What does it say?
Nick: Patience, my man. I haven't looked yet. What? What the hell? It's true. Our DNA matches.
Jack: So, Steve Johnson -- you are Steve Johnson, right? Husband of Kayla Brady Johnson, father of Stephanie Johnson?
Nick: Wait, wait, wait. Hold on a minute, man. Now I got a wife and a kid?
Jack: Yes, you do.
Nick: Oh, no. I can't be that guy.
Jack: The DNA doesn't lie. It does not lie. You want corroboration? You go back to Salem. You talk to Jo Johnson, your mother -- our mother. She's married to Vern Scofield. Look, they can tell you about your past -- Steve Johnson's past. I don't have much time here. I'm halfway to buying the farm. I-I'm in escrow, you might even say. I got no future, just a past full of regrets and missed opportunities. But maybe this is my last one, huh? Maybe this is my chance to get you back together with your family.
Nick: You listen to me. I don't know those people.
Jack: Those people can tell you everything you need to know about your family. They're crazy, just like you. You tell me that you don't love them. When you meet them, you'll love -- no! They're good people. Listen to me, they're good -- they're good people. You do this for me. Damn it, you do this for me. I'm dying. I'm your brother. You do this for me.
Bo: Hey, Ma and Pop, is the Irish Whiskey out yet?
Caroline: Oh, Bo, tell us what happened. Is it Hope?
Bo: You're about to lose a daughter-in-law.
Bo: Yeah. She doesn't want to talk to me, look at my ugly face. She's going through with this divorce. What the hell am I gonna do?
Caroline: You ask God. He'll give you an answer. He always does.
Bo: Ma, I have lost a child. I'm about to lose a wife. I don't have a hell of a lot of faith right about now.
Caroline: That's exactly when you need it most.
Bo: So, having a party, huh?
Shawn: For Jennifer Rose and Frankie.
Bo: Yeah. You know what? I wish I could stay and offer my support, but I'm out of here.
Caroline: You can stay, and you should. Jennifer loves you.
Bo: Jennifer -- yeah -- Hope's cousin and best friend, and Frankie is her divorce lawyer.
[Exhales sharply] I'm gonna get out of here before I put a damper on the festivities.
Caroline: That is so wrong. Frankie's your brother.
Bo: Ma, there's a lot of things that are wrong, and I can't seem to do a damn thing about them. I support Frankie. He knows that. He's finally gonna be with the woman that he loves, and I'm losing the woman that I've loved all my life.
Shawn: There's our girl!
Kayla: Mom. Pop.
Caroline: Oh, my gosh. It's so good to have you home.
Shawn: Oh, Kayla. [Smooches]
Kayla: [Exhales deeply] Bo.
Bo: I'm glad to see you.
Kayla: It's been way too long.
Kayla: I'm sorry.
Bo: So, you here for the wedding?
Kayla: Well, yeah, that. And mom called me and told me about the trial, and I came here today for one reason -- to tell you not to give up on Hope. Do you hear me? You fight for her, and you do whatever it takes to get her back.
Hope: You can, uh, file the divorce papers, Frankie.
Frankie: Even if Bo refuses to sign?
Jennifer: Hope, are you positive in your heart of hearts that this is the right thing to do?
Hope: Bo has left me absolutely no choice whatsoever. But, come on, let's concentrate on the two of you 'cause tomorrow there is going to be a wedding in the family, and I am very excited. I am so happy for you -- for both of you.
Jennifer: This is really, really the worst timing ever. I think maybe we should cancel.
Hope: What? Are you saying you don't want to marry Frankie?
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.
Hope: No. No, you are not canceling the wedding or postponing it, either..
Jennifer: No, no. I'm talking about the party at the pub tonight, not the wedding.
Frankie: Okay. Thank God. I can breathe again.
Jennifer: I'm sorry.
Frankie: If you want to cancel the party --
Hope: No. You are my cousin, and if you don't let me celebrate with you tonight, I will never forgive you.
Jennifer: Okay, well, what if Bo's there, 'cause he probably will be?
Hope: Well, his parents own the pub. If he's there, I'm just gonna have to deal with it. Compared to everything else I've been through in the last six months, it's nothing. Anyhow, we both live in the same city. We're gonna run into each other. There's no avoiding it. But, please, Jennifer, don't let what's happening with me spoil a minute -- a second -- of your own joy. The both of you deserve all the happiness in the world, and I am so happy and glad that the two of you found each other.
Jennifer: Well, thank you, and I love you so much. I want you to have this. I want you to have happiness. I want you to have peace of mind.
Hope: I love you, too, and I appreciate that. The only thing I know for sure is Bo isn't in my future, and that is for sure.
Kayla: I know that losing Zack is just an unbearable pain. That's why you and Hope and Shawn need each other more than ever.
Bo: I know. That's exactly what I've been telling her. You know, I've done everything I could. She's just shut me out of her life.
Kayla: I don't believe that, and I don't think that you do, either. The only excuse there is to give up the love of your life is some act of God. Steve was killed, and no matter what I do, I cannot get him back. But for you and Hope, there's still a chance.
Nick: You say you're my brother. This DNA test says we're related, but I don't know you from Adam.
Jack: Adam? Who's Adam? Would you know anyone from Adam? You've got amnesia, don't you?
Nick: I don't know.
Jack: You don't know. You don't know -- exactly. The DNA and I are both telling you you've Steve Johnson, so these denials are getting you nowhere. You know how accurate these tests are? You're a medical professional.
Nick: I'm an orderly, dummy.
Jack: You're a hell of a lot more than an orderly.
Nick: Oh, really? What are you saying -- I was some kind of doctor in my former life?
Jack: [Laughing] No. No.
Nick: Ha ha ha. What's so funny? What the hell was I?
Jack: You -- careerwise? Well, that's a little complicated, but let's suffice to say you had a great life. You have plenty to be proud of. And now you got a chance to go back and see your family that has been thinking you've been dead for years.
Nick: So I'm supposed to go back to a town where all the people think they're seeing a ghost? No way, man. I can't do that.
Jack: Hey, wait. I've done it plenty of times. It's not as bad as you think. Really, it's not as bad as you think.
Nick: Really? Why should I believe a word you're saying? I don't remember you. I don't remember growing up with you. I don't remember your face -- nothing!
Jack: You didn't grow up with me. You didn't grow up with me.
Jack: You didn't grow up with me. We -- it's -- it's complicated.
Nick: Oh, yeah? Why is every damn thing so complicated about this, huh?
Jack: Okay, look, the short version, since I'm a short-timer here -- our father, Duke Johnson, was an abusive son of a bitch, so Jo, our mother, she gave us away for our own good, you understand? You ended up dirt poor in this orphanage, and I -- well, let's just say I think you got the better end of the deal, because my adoptive stepfather, the Senator Harper Deveraux, was not only a political hack, he was a serial killer -- a serial killer.
Nick: You're making this up. How can anybody forget a story like this?
Jack: Believe me, I've tried. You want corroboration? You go back to the Bradyís. You talk to the Bradyís. They'll tell you, and they'll tell you how to get ahold of Kayla. She's out in L.A. right now. They'll tell you about Kayla.
Nick: No. Unh-unh. I'm not going to Salem. No teary reunion scene for this dude.
Shawn D.: Claire -- she's not my kid.
Mimi: I just -- my brain's just shooting off in all different directions right now. I-I think I'm hungry or something. But let's -- let's get back to the subject.
Shawn D.: Yeah, I -- it would be as much your baby as mine.
Mimi: Except I can't carry it or give birth to it.
Shawn D.: Hey, some mothers would love to have that option.
Shawn D.: Okay. I think it would help if we started the next process or at least explore our options so we know what decision we're gonna make 'cause we do know that we want kids -- right? -- Lots of them, an entire herd. So it might help to take the next step. I mean, we're gonna do this together. We're a married couple -- life partners, right?
Shawn D.: So, what do you say? You want to take that next step and try and find a surrogate for our baby?
Chelsea: Max, how would I even get into the evidence room? I'm not a cop.. Look, you saw how scared I was. Why -- why would I be if I knew that I was gonna get off? No, I did not tamper with the evidence. It had to have been my dad.
Max: But you don't seem so concerned that he might be prosecuted for this.
Chelsea: Even I know that cops stick together -- the blue wall or whatever it's called. Look, he'll be fine.
Max: He's losing his wife.
Chelsea: Bo will be happy with my mom. And then he and my mom and myself -- we can all be a happy family.
Max: Not if it's all based on a lie.
Billie: As many times as I have tried to break up Bo and Hope in the past, it never worked out. I realize that. I accept it. I just can't understand how Hope doesn't realize how much Bo loves her.
Abe: [Sighs] You know, uh... when Lexie and I lost Isaac, it almost tore apart our marriage. It's so easy for us to take our anger at the world out on the ones we love the most. I'm so grateful Lexie and I got a second chance. [Chuckles] You know, I am really the luckiest guy in the world.
Lexie: No, no. No, Tek, no. No. I canít. I can't do this.
Tek: You said you were gonna give us another chance.
Lexie: It was a mistake.
Tek: I thought it was a promise.
Lexie: So were my wedding vows. I canít.
Tek: What about me? I love you.
Lexie: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I've -- I've just made a mess of everything.. Look, I-I have to leave now, okay? Otherwise, I'll be late for Jennifer's wedding shower, and I-I don't want Abe getting suspicious.
Tek: Meet me after the party. I mean, it'll be our farewell. Come on, babe.
Lexie: All right. All right.
Tek: I promise you won't regret it. It'll be something we can remember for the rest of our lives. Now, come on and give me something to think about during the party. Come on..
Max: Look, I know you have this dream of what your happy family is -- you, your mom, and your dad -- but it's really not what's gonna make any of you happy. I'm sorry. I know you don't want to hear this, but it's the truth. Your mom's an amazing woman, but it's not the woman Bo loves.
Chelsea: Max, we are wasting a perfectly good evening talking about this..
Max: Frankie told me --
Chelsea: Frankie told you what?
Max: Nothing, really. But I'm not stupid. I know you're feeling really guilty about something. So whatever you did to make Bo and Hope break up, you should try and fix it.
Abby: What, Chelsea admit she did something wrong?
Max: What -- what are you doing here? I thought you were gonna go to the party for your mom and my brother.
Abby: I'm not in the mood.
Max: Well, I am.
Chelsea: I actually am, too, and I'm gonna go with you.
Max: Are you serious? Hope's gonna be there. You can't go.
Nick: Okay. So, you're dying. Maybe I'm supposed to do whatever you want.. Kind of a last-request deal, huh?
Jack: [Chuckles] That's very thoughtful of you. Thanks.
Nick: But I'm not. For one thing, I'm not thoughtful.
Jack: Oh, yeah, you are. It just takes you a little while to warm up to people, that's all.
Nick: Stop acting like you know me, Jackson.
Jack: See? You're already warming up. You used to call me Jackson, you know? You did.
Nick: No, I don't know. There's too many crazy coincidences with this thing, man. Who you working for? Is this some kind of setup?
Jack: Oh, yeah.
Nick: You better talk to me.
Jack: It's a setup for you to have an incredible life, so shoot me. You heard me when I said you got a daughter, right?
Nick: Yeah, I heard you.
Jack: Don't act so excited.
Nick: I'm not a family man.
Jack: [Scoffs] Not a family... yeah. Yeah, I used to be that way. But then Abigail came along... and Jack Jr. He's -- he's too little now. He's not gonna remember me, but maybe -- maybe you can tell him about me -- tell him about us.
Nick: I can't tell your little kiddies about you because I don't know you!
Jack: [Exhales sharply] All this talk about my family is making me crazy. I miss them.
Nick: You miss them? Stop whining about it. Get on the phone and call them.
Jack: I canít. I canít.
Nick: If you want to do it, don't ask me to be the one, man. You do it. I don't even know these people.
Jack: "These people." These people have missed you for years. You have no idea. Even this person. Oh, that's crazy, especially when I've -- I've hated your guts half of my adult life.
Nick: Oh, yeah? Why?
Jack: Why? Because, uh, because I'm a pain in the ass -- that's why.
Nick: Yeah. You still are.
Jack: Yeah. Right back at you. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Steve. It doesn't fall far from the tree. You -- you're gonna think about what I'm saying, huh?
Nick: Yeah, I'm thinking.
Jack: Good. Good.
Nick: All right, here's the thing, Jack. The only way I'm gonna go is if you go.
Nick: I don't know diddly-doo-wop about Steve Johnson, and I'm not sure I want to live his life. But the only way I'm gonna go back to Salem to find out is if you ride with me...bro.
Caroline: Oh. Look.
Billie: Frankie asked me to come, but I knew it was a mistake.
Bo: Hey, you and Jen -- you've been friends for a long time. Let me handle this thing with Hope.
Billie: Bo, I don't think that's -- Bo.
Bo: Congratulations, Jen.
Jennifer: Hey. Thanks.
Jennifer: Thank you very much.
Bo: I wish you and Frankie all the best.
Jennifer: Thank you.
Jennifer: [Gasps] Oh, you made it.
Kayla: Thanks for the call.
Jennifer: It's so good to see you. Are you kidding?
Kayla: Hello, Hope.
Kayla: Oh! You know, I have thought a million times what I'd say to you about Zack. And you know what? It was always the same. Just I'm so terribly sorry. You know, if you ever just want to talk, I am a phone call away, all right?
Hope: Thank you. I'll remember that.
Kayla: And listen, you two -- you, come here. Whether you like it or not, I am a woman on a mission, and I am not leaving this town until the two of you have worked this out.
Shawn D.: No. No.
Mimi: This is really strange going through these files. It's like trying to find a blind date, just a whole, whole lot scarier.
Dr. Ross: People often feel uncomfortable about it at first until they find that right person.
Shawn D.: What about this one?
Mimi: Let me see. Wow.
Shawn D.: Right?
Mimi: She sounds perfect.
Dr. Ross: [Chuckles] Would you believe she's here having her checkup as we speak? Would you guys like to meet her?
Mimi: You mean...as in now?
Shawn D.: Like, she's here? That's -- oh, my gosh. She -- if she's the one, it's like a sign.
Mimi: You make everything sound like a pop love song. Yes, you can go get her -- I mean, assuming she wants to meet us.
Dr. Ross: I'll send her in.
Shawn D.: Uh, that's great. Can you believe this? Are you okay?
Mimi: No, I don't -- yeah, I'm fine.
Shawn D.: This is wonderful. I love you.
Mimi: I love you. Oh, my goodness.
Holly: Hi. Dr. Ross told me you wanted to meet me.
Shawn D.: Uh, that was fast. Yeah. Hi. I'm Shawn Brady. Nice to meet you.. This is my wife, Mir-- Mimi.
Holly: I'm Holly Landrieu. Gosh, you guys are so cute. We're gonna have this baby together, I just know it.
Bo: Spoken like a true big sister, trying to take over everybody's life.
Hope: I appreciate what you're trying to do, but there's really no point in wasting your time. Bo and I aren't getting back together.
Kayla: You know, we're here today to celebrate Jennifer and Frankie's wedding, and they are so lucky. They have a second chance at real happiness. That doesn't happen very often. And look at the two of you. You're young, you're healthy, and you love each other. Don't argue with me, really. The two of you know I'm right. What is really worth giving up what the two of you have together?
Hope: Had. It's gone.
Lexie: Tek, we are not going in there together.
Tek: I know. Come here.
Tek: I can't wait to be with you later, even if it is for the last time.
Lexie: [Sighs] Stop it.
[Abe and Lexie chuckling]
Abe: Oh, sweetheart. Look, I want to talk to you.
Abe: About our marriage. [Chuckling] Lexie, don't worry. It's not that.. It's not that, I promise you. Uh, seeing Bo and Hope both here in the pub but as far apart in their hearts as they can be --
Abe: Well, it's got me thinking. I don't want to do anything to put our marriage at risk. So I've made a decision. I've been a fool. I have put my pride in front of our love..
Abe: And I don't want to be stupid anymore. So I will do anything -- any procedure, any surgery, whatever it takes to -- just to make love to my beautiful wife again. You deserve a husband who can truly be a husband to you, and I just hope that I'm still the man that you want to be next to every night and every morning.
Lexie: Oh, sweetheart. Oh, I love you so much.
Tek: No, no, I can't let this happen.
Kayla: Hope, I know that Bo would never do anything to deliberately hurt you.
Hope: That used to be true. Nothing's been the same between Bo and me since Zack died.
Kayla: Listen, I know that losing a child is not the same, but I did lose my husband, and nothing in my life has ever been the same. And don't you dare tell Stephanie. She has no idea how I really feel. I mean, she doesn't even remember her father -- how life really was before. But I'll tell you something. If Steve was to walk through that door right now, I would never let anything ever come between us again -- not anything.
Kayla: Okay, tell me. What did you do to make Hope so angry?
Bo: What? Nice. She thinks I tampered with evidence to keep Chelsea out of jail. I didn't, but I'll never get her to believe that.
Caroline: Abe seems to think there's some sort of proof.
Bo: It's circumstantial. Uh, pretty convincing, but I didn't do it. I don't want to see Chelsea go to prison, but I wouldn't break the law to keep her out.
Kayla: Well, don't give up. You and Hope and Shawn need each other now more than ever.
Hope: It is so amazing how so many people think I should forgive Bo. Chelsea killed Zack, and she will never suffer a day for it. And Bo saw to that.
Abby: Chelsea, don't do this. It's selfish.
Chelsea: I'm a Brady, too, aren't I? I was welcomed into the family. Are you saying that this was just an act? [Scoffs]
Billie: What are you doing here?
Billie: Are you drunk again?
Chelsea: Mom, I'm just celebrating my freedom. Isn't dad the greatest -- I mean, seriously, the greatest for making sure that I'd be free? Oh, Dad!
Bo: Chelsea, you shouldn't be here.
Chelsea: Why not? I'm part of the Brady family, aren't I?
Bo: The only reason you're here is to hurt your stepmother.
Chelsea: Please don't call her that. She's not related to me at all.
Bo: She's my wife.
Chelsea: Yeah, but not for long 'cause you guys are getting a divorce.
Billie: I will handle this. You're not finished making trouble, are you?
Chelsea: Look, I just want my mom and dad to be together. What's so wrong with that... especially now that "Hopeless" is out of the picture? I mean, seriously, Mom, just forget about all that noble crap and go for it.
Billie: That's enough, Chelsea.
Kayla: Chelsea, right?
Billie: Chelsea, this is your Aunt Kayla.
Kayla: Hi. I'm your dad's big sister. I've heard so much about you.
Chelsea: All bad, I'm sure.
Abby: Look, I'm sorry I can't be as happy for you as everybody else is. I just can't help feeling like it's too soon. And more than that, it feels wrong.
Jennifer: Well, you know, I'm sorry that you feel that way, but I want you to remember that this is exactly what your dad wanted. I am going to marry Frankie tomorrow, and he's gonna be your stepdad.
Abby: You know, I'm a little old for that. Maybe it'll work on J.J. I don't know. But as far as I'm concerned, um, after your wedding tomorrow, I'm on my own.
Abe: [Chuckling] Are you gonna straighten that around? [Cellphone ringing]
Lexie: Oh. Oh. Uh, there's an emergency at the hospital. I'm sorry, honey. I have to go. Listen, I'll try not to be too late, okay? I'll go say goodbye to everybody.
Abe: We're all gonna have sweet dreams now. Hey, Tek, where you going, huh? Oh, a hot date, huh?
Tek: Uh, actually, yeah, yeah.
Abe: So, who is this mystery woman? Why don't you bring her around sometime?
Tek: Let's just say she's, uh, she's the most beautiful woman in Salem.
Abe: Bring her to the wedding tomorrow, huh? I dare you.
Tek: I'm not so sure I can work that fast. But if I can, you'll be the first one to know, all right?
Abe: Take care. See ya.
Shawn D.: It also said in here that you don't smoke and you don't drink. Is that right?
Holly: No, I'm very health-conscious. I jog, and I never eat red meat -- just chicken and fish and lots of veggies. Fruit, but not too much because of the sugar.
Shawn D.: I hope you don't mind that we're interviewing you like this.
Holly: Oh, gosh, no. I'd be worried if you didn't want to know all about me.
Shawn D.: I think that's it. It's everything I can think of. Honey?
Shawn D.: Yeah?
Holly: Okay. Sure. I hope that you choose me. It'll give me a whole new life. You, too -- the baby. But even if you don't, though, choose me, I mean, I can tell you'll make fantastic parents. Your child will be very lucky. I hope I can help you out. Bye.
Shawn D.: Yeah, bye. Yes. Well, it was very nice meeting you, Holly.
Holly: You, too. Thanks.
Shawn D.: All right. Take care. Yeah, well, she seemed great. She's nice, friendly. She's upbeat, chipper. Yeah, I'm okay with that. Honey, what's wrong?
Mimi: [Cries] [Sniffles]
Shawn D.: Here you are saying that I'm being sensitive, and obviously I'm not because I'm rushing things, and I'm sorry.
Mimi: No, no, no, no, no. I want us to be parents right away. I'm just -- I'm being silly.
Shawn D.: No, you're not. You're not, believe me.
Mimi: Yes, I am. I don't want to do anything to stand in the way of having the family you've always dreamed about.
Shawn D.: You have to want that, too.
Mimi: I do... so much. Oh, God. Let's go for it.
Shawn D.: What? You really want to?
Mimi: Yes, and Holly's the one.
Shawn D.: I think maybe we should be interviewing more people, but I also felt the same way.
Mimi: Then let's go find her if she's still here.
Shawn D.: Okay. Yeah. I'll try and grab her.
Dr. Ross: I'm glad it went well. I'll see you later.
Shawn D.: Holly, hi.
Mimi: Holly... um... [Chuckles nervously] If you want us, we want you.
Holly: Oh! Oh, my gosh, this is amazing. Really?
Shawn D.: Really.
Holly: Okay. I'll go find Dr. Ross and start filling out the forms. I'm so excited.
Shawn D.: Okay. She's excited. I'm -- I'm excited.
Mimi: I'm excited.
Shawn D.: I'm so glad you're my wife. We'll have a beautiful family.
Lexie: Oh, Tek. Tek?
Lexie: This has to be the last time, okay? Oh! Mmm!
Jennifer: That is so pretty. You are insane to buy all of this stuff, but thank you so much. I love it.
Hope: You deserve to be happy.
Jennifer: Yeah, well, so do you.
Hope: Thank you.
Jennifer: Next present. Let's see what's in here, Frankie. What do you think? You want to open it?
Abby: Max, your mission, should you choose to accept it...
Max: I get this drunk girl home. I got it.
Chelsea: I'm not drunk.
Abby: She says too loudly.
Max: Come on, beautiful. You got to sober up before tomorrow's wedding.
Chelsea: I wish my mom and dad were getting married.
Billie: Never gonna happen, Chelsea.
Chelsea: Well, I never say never.
Max: You just did -- twice.
Chelsea: You're funny.
Max: I got her.
Caroline: Oh, it's so good to have you home. How you doing?
Kayla: Well, the truth is it's kind of hard. You know, seeing what Bo and Hope are going through, I just wish things could be the way they were. I miss my husband so much, Mom.
Jack: I miss them, you know? Jennifer... Abigail... and Jack, my namesake.
Nick: [Scoffs] Would you quit crying? If you miss them, get your butt out of that bed and go see 'em. Prove to them how much you love them, 'cause I got news for you, man. You're not looking so good. You may not be here that much longer.
Jack: Right. All right. I'm going home with you. I'll say goodbye to my family, and I'll -- and I'll get you reunited with yours. It'll be my last good deed.
